    @ACTFibernet EVERYTIME IT RAINS IN BANGALORE, MY INTERNET STOPS WORKING. It has happend more than 5 times now - is there a solution or not. Everytime a guy comes, he says next time this won't happen. But same story. #bangalore and this time too your reply will come after ages.

    @ACTFibernet Have raised ticket 20 days back but no response and called customer care everytime they say 24 hours , what's going on Worst service #actwifi #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I've contacted customer support multiple times. Every time, I hear the same response: "We've escalated your complaint to the concerned team." But no one has taken any action.

    Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet "Incompetent moron" is not a foul word. It is a statement of fact. Only an incompetent moron company would have such pathetic systems that send a message like this and days AFTER a payment has been made! If you don't like this, moron, feel free to cancel my account.

    @ACTFibernet I never expected this from ACT Fibernet. An ACT technician and site engineer came to my area, cut my broadband cable, and redirected my active connection to my neighbor's house. I had already paid for a 3-month plan, and I still have 45 days left on my subscription
