    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet has the WORST customer service. Asked to shift my connection, nothing for 4 days. Then I was asked to take a new connection with the promise of same-day installation. It’s been 2 days since, and all I get is “it’ll be done by evening” pushed to the next day. On loop

    @ACTFibernet Worst service. Frequent internet outages. The issue repeats even after “fixing.” Same problem again within 20 days.Again raised a ticket. Customer care is totally unresponsive.

    Extremely disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. Raised a reconnection request on 2nd Feb, but till now no action or resolution has been taken. Multiple follow-ups, zero response. Is this how customers are treated? Please take immediate action. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetCares

    @ACTFibernet Others don't try this network. If you do work from home they will make you do work from the office. Each time different reasons they say.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket ID - SR10278917169524 I was told by customer care executive that shifting charges are getting waived off; yet I see them in the current bill. Kindly, rectify asap.
