    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    @amitkd24 @ACTFibernet Exactly, better to avoid. This is not the case with their competitors. Still my issue is not resolved. It shows how worst @ACTFibernet services are

    1/2 Dear @ACTFibernet , it’s been around 24 hours since raising a ticket of red LOS light in my act router. Still, no resolution. The TAT keeps getting updated from 4 hours to 24 hours. Is every fiber service going to the dogs?your customer service and TLs are pathetic.@DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet What earliest? How many days it take to just solve the issue in a city? Even the weather is completely clear. Sad that i opted for ACT.
