    @ACTFibernet we also requested for infrastructure audit to find out why there is such frequent broadband failures. A ticket was created. What happened to that audit? What was the finding? When will we see a permanent solution to this frequent headache @ACTFibernet

    One of the worst fibernet in Chennai and kindly Chennai people do not choose ACT. They are worst and without proper intimation they have disconnected my network. I will raise a complaint soon. #ACT @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Ok. Please escalate with your management (again) that this is not a one off issue. I M facing this on a monthly basis for the last year. Zero reliability. No effort to fix the issue for long term solution. Truly fed up 😡
