I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

The only reason I'm still stuck with ACT is because your refund policy leaves customers with no real choice. This is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on your customer experience.
