    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    Any suggestions for best internet provider in Hyderabad? Am using @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet now but connection stability is very poor , getting disconnected frequently, have to raise requests for every 2 days, want to switch now, please help on this. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet The experience is horrible. Two requests were opened and closed randomly SR10264622184061: this was closed without anyone calling me, even though I have sent my bank details on email for refund. SR10264684941590: this was closed again without any reason.

    @ACTFibernet Then what experience did you wanted have by us?before getting the connection your people were calling day and night to show as if they are very supportive and helpful..after getting the connection none of the people are ready to help.

    @ACTFibernet I have also raised an appeal with consumer forum, but it seems @ACTFibernet does not care. I would recommend to anyone reading this, please avoid ACT for its horrible service

    @ACTFibernet @22vishaljain ACT took 3k from me for feee installation also, very bad experience and this was my first time with ACT, they lost the trust now. I am happily using Airtel now.
