@ACTFibernet paying an Internet bill in advance is a crime . And now the internet is not working. The consistency of ACT is getting worse , they will charge for multiple router, they will change the router but still they didn't resolve the issue

@ACTFibernet Today only opted for ACT (Eve 7:30pm today) and faced a worst ground Engineers, who went after making our house more hazardous. And even after complaining multiple times, they are reluctant to pay re-visit after 15 mins to fix the mess.

@ACTFibernet why does your billing team disconnect a call after 10 seconds .. no proper update from your customer care and the pathetic customer service .. more reason to loose customers in this competitive market

@excitel_rocks Hi, internet was down for 4 hrs yesterday & not working since morning. After putting a complaint, I got a reply that it will take 24 hrs to repair. It is ridiculously answered. Missed my @ACTFibernet which was never down for 2 years.

@ACTFibernet Absolutely garbage customer support from ur end in HSR Layout sector 7. Internet is down for almost 20 hours and still you have no status or reason for the service failure. On top of it you run your lobbying and monopoly in HSR Layout by not allowing other providers

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What a scam you run! I asked for disconnection last month, your CSE told you can disconnect when your validity ends, then he disconnected and then again after a few hours reactivated the service. Now you are asking for money to disconnect! TOTAL SCAM
