@ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

I have been using @ACTFibernet since 2 weeks and its network and service both are pathetic. Engineers on making a commitment don’t give you a visit. The engineer made us buy a new router and is not visiting to fix it,u all are cheating us.

@Actfibernet Such a useless service provider, please do not subscribe to ACT Fibernet , they do not attend to issues , internet speed ll always be dead slow and most of the times it doesn't work at all. Absolute regret to be a subscriber.

Finally after 28 disconnections in the past months and a legal notice sent for breach of contract, @ACTFibernet guaranteed me that they fixed the issue and that "there won't be problems anymore". Few days later, great weather, no rain, late evening NO INTERNET.
