    @ACTFibernet due to poor customer support and poor network, please with draw my connection with act fibre net. Lethargic customer support. Lot of better network in the market.

    @ACTFibernet Yeah provided me solution after 6-7 day's. Multiple clueless calls from your team , rude behaviour from each of them and at the end my bill isn't waived off yet. So waiting for my bill to het waived off.

    @ACTFibernet Who resolved? The resolution is when you either start giving the connection to independent houses or you remove your spider web cables both hasn't happened yet.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is back now. I overreacted because the net went off just before my working hours and I wasn't receiving any updates regarding my complaint. Thanks for the response. Please keep it up! And please keep customers updated about the status of their queries.
