    @ACTFibernet Guys are you really working for customer satisfaction, requested for new connection sales executive followed up still taking payment than no response from sales/field team.. Requested for refund of the amount it was supposed for closed by 9th July so far nothing.

    @ACTFibernet - he suggested to move my modem from 1st floor to ground floor. I had asked him to help me with the wiring. He asked me to do wiring connection with the help of electrician. But promised that he will help me with the end connector piece (rj45).

    @ACTFibernet worst experience while shifting the connection. Technical guys not agreeing to what sales guys promised. Worst part I already did the payment.

    My internet is down since yesterday, not update yet. Ticket SR10165327421434 shows work in progress since yesterday but i see no progress being done. My work is being affected due to this. ACT Fiber is proving to be unreliable. Very disappointed @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
