  @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

  Worst customer care service provider. The company is so incompetent that it can not make a simple shifting of connection from 1 location to another in the same city in 3 days time. Also, no proper solution provided over the call. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Look into your customers moving to different service providers? Seems like your company has made a lot of money and the reduction of 1 member doesn't cost you much. Wait for your downfall.

  @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I have been trying to connect to ACT for over a month and my issue is not yet resolved. I face this problem everyday. Everyday I get a call ACT team saying that the issue is resolved but it is in the same state. Very poor service. Really disappointed.

  It would be safe to say that @ACTFibernet has one of the worst customer care service.Wifi is down since morning.Raised a complaint at 7:30 AM.Received a msg saying it will be resolved by 5 PM.Have been trying to spk with custmr support, been in waiting que for more than an hour.
