    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet it’s been 3 weeks I have made my payment but iam yet to receive my product. Inspite of making 6 follow up calls and 3 complaints & 1email complain. #Balamalladi plz put some to work on this instead of sending template PR reply’s!!

    @ACTFibernet No one is looking into it.The team each time says reconnection team will call us in 2hrs but no one calls. Looks like you guys are sleeping. If you can't resolve a small issue in 10 days then what kind of service are you providing.

    Been an @ACTFibernet user with 2 accts for more than 5+ years service has never been this bad Service disconnected due to non-payment of Netflix dues and that also I have paid on 16th Apr SR10255658013612
