    @ACTFibernet I regret to say as worrest service and people from ACT @balamalladi r u working in ACT only Worrest service i never ever seen from any of one like your company @ACTFibernetHYD when u will give my refund Company can't servive with this type of cheated money.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    @ACTFibernet genuinely impressive how you sell "reliable internet" and then just… don't provide internet. my internet has been cut off AGAIN. raised a ticket AGAIN. the "expected resolution time" keeps changing AGAIN. last time i had to beg 15 days straight to get reconnected.

    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    @ACTFibernet such a horrible experience. Paid for a fire stick and waiting since 1 month. Neither customer care nor installation team are taking any action. Ticket SR10280243384397. Seriously one of the worst experiences. I will keep posting about the progress here.

    @ACTFibernet Patience? You are testing my patience.. this is 3rd time i am facing this issue in a span of 3-4 days.. I am a remote employee and my work requirement requires high speed uninterrupted Internet service.. You slow issue resolution has caused many escalations against me
