    @ACTFibernet - why do you need access to my camera to access support ? This is ridiculous. And for referral I know whom to refer and you shouldn’t be asking access to my contacts. Please take right to privacy more seriously.

    @ACTFibernet It's not the first time. The same reason I requested for discontinue and refund money, instead Act assured good service. But am not having any hope now (ticket SR102633222120644).

    40 MBPS plan and look what speed I am getting 1 Mbps. @ACTFibernet what service you are giving? When raise ticket , you closing it without resolving and visit my place. Are you fraud?

    Whomever have OTT box and Wi-Fi router of @ACTFibernet, while disconnecting service never ever give back these devices,please dont do that mistake these @ACTFibernet are not professional after collecting they won't do refund these @ACTFibernet are not trustworthy,have faced issue
