    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    Hi @ACTFibernet Bengaluru, wifi isn't working since 24 hours. Call waiting queue is 30+; told it would be fixed by yest, then 12pm today, and now 9pm. Can you actually update what's the issue? Realistic timeline to fix and don't give false hope. This is in Banaswadi area.

    @ACTFibernet Saying again, Creating a new ticket is not resolving the issue. I already have 3 tickets open for the same issue. It has been 14 days for those other tickets. No resolution.
