  @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

  @ACTFibernet I don't want any other explanation. Just I want to see 82Rs deduction in my bill. That's it. Don't tell your ticket is closed before 24 hours and all. Your technician only closed ticket without taking my confirmation and without restoring the issue.

  @ACTFibernet Internet hasn't been working for the past 6 days and the customer care is not attending the calls. The ticket has been open for the whole time. Been a customer for half a decade now, and this is how they treat their customers. Time to move on to a different ISP.

  @ACTFibernet Is there any time limit to resolve this. I have moved to new location and i want to shift the connection to new place. It is already 3 days without network connection.
