    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket a month back. The ticket got closed twice without resolving the issue. I reached out to ACT support about 6-7 times, all they replied was that they will escalate the issue but didn't get any update till date. But the ticket got closed again

    @ACTFibernet Please stop innovating on next trending tech and blazing speed Internet. You are not even better at providing basic service to your customers. Connection dead for 3-4 days 😳😳😱 for 3 times in a month. Start thinking on how to improve customer service.
