@ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

@ACTFibernet Madurai if you're facing issues in your end it's your responsibility to fix it. You're NOT offering services for free. Why should customer suffer especially with a long term plan with their money stuck with you? under 15 ms to Chennai is fine. 30 is NOT fine.

There are timeouts and technical team cannot answer a simple question despite given supportive facts. cheating customers giving less speed than contracted. breach of contract.
