    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    @ACTFibernet I have disconnected my broadband service as I have relocated, when I check the balance amount its showing in negative. When i check for refund of the money got an replay from customer service that the money will not be refunded as per policy.

    @ACTFibernet connectivity down for the second time in 1 week. ACT seems to be losing control of its infrastructure. Gone are the days of restoring services in a few hours. SR10367486494874.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. It's working today. But it was definitely down yesterday around 9PM in many areas in Bangalore. I suggest now Technical team should look at why Mobile App was not working and Why customer care numbers were not going through in hour of need.
