    Really great work from @ACTFibernet Customer Care and Complaints Team. My internet has been out since Saturday and I dont think my complaints/ queries have made a chnage to that situation.I followed all the instructions that I had to follow. (1/n)

    A few years ago when @ACTFibernet launched, I was excited. Their claims were bold and marketing strong. I thought finally someone will change this broken service. Now they are part of the same herd they tried disrupting. 1/2

    I have been a loyal customer since @ACTFibernet established in Vizag. I will be waiting for 24 more hours and if this issue isnt resolved I will be calling you guys for a disconnect and will be looking at other optins. I have no intention of getting a reply from the (7/n)

    @ACTFibernet yeah had several calls with your customer support, no one is helping me out, some venkat rajan is assigned for this task, no reponse from him, great service ACT, i will never recommend ACT to anyone.
