    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    @ACTFibernet I’m on the ACT GIGA plan. No internet all day because your team connected my line to the wrong port during an “FX upgradation.” This is gross negligence. Tagging @TRAI and @DoT_India. This level of service from a premium ISP is unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet This is the worst service you can get in Hyderabad. No customer care support. Every Saturday/ sunday the network goes for minimum 24hrs. Pathetic attitude. Moder thievery
