@ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

Completely Unsatisfied with @ACTFibernet service. At least once or twice a month disruptions are happening from ACT. And also resolutions are not up to the mark and really frustrating to see such a low quality service even after taking long duration packs.

@ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago its been three days, internet not working, complaint but they are lying about a major fault, I can see woth my eyes only my fibre is cut, Shubham the act salesman told while selling that resoultuion time is four hours, paying 1100/month for nothing.😡

@ACTFibernet I am facing connectivity issue for more than 24hrs now. Raised SR10176570204894 and it was supposed to resolve last night at 9pm. Then moved it to morning 1pm. Engineer doesn't pick up call and later switched off his cellphone. It's Irresponsible customer Service.
