  @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

  @ACTFibernet My internet is down (SR10179693934304) since mrng and no one is working on it (tech team, spport team and even Nodal). I m cheated by ur sales person. I was told that there is a sprte tech team for my society and that tickets r hndld by that team so tckts r fxd fstr.

  @gayatri008_16 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet is the worst at its service. Sometimes it will take 2-3 days to resolve the issue. And they will not compensate for their fault too. I used it for 1 year and shifted to JioFiber.

  @ACTFibernet there is always an issue with the network almost every month (except the last 2 months before the bill is generated conveniently) i am sure after the bill payment every month at least once the network goes down and that too at the time when we are busy with work.

  @ACTFibernet I need to talk about shifting my connection, I have queries. Your IVR doesn't let me talk to anybody for shifting and instead gives a stupid link. I need to talk to somebody related to shifting else I am quitting your services. Arrange for a call back.
