@ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

@ACTFibernet My refund issue is not resolved. It is just creation and closing of tickets for last two weeks. Multiple phone calls, I was assured by Call centre that refund will be processed to my account. Now I get reply that policy does not allow refund.
