@ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

Paid for ACT Fibernet plan with CCTV. Internet installed, CCTV still missing. Every time it’s a new excuse - configuring”, “out of stock”, “no date”. Sales team chased till payment, now total silence. @ACTFibernet what kind of service & accountability is this?
