    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    @ACTFibernet how can you guys not resolve internet outages for close to 24 hours man, and this is an outage not an issue with speed or anything - in a world where everyone depends on the internet for their work and entertainment shouldn't your SLAs & issue resolution be fast?

    Hi @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days and no update on the issue Ticket Num: SR10177419100207. I have paid security deposit and no update on the Digital TV Box until now. What kind of pathetic service is this. The ticket always shows waiting for ETR and no real resolution happens.
