    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Sir, after disconnecting my connection and collecting router your team is misguiding me for the refund how shameless the team is.. they are torturing customer mentlly connection no 6377963390 tickets was closed and reopened 10+ time also

    @ACTFibernet I have recieved the message of being deactivated but I want to discontinue the service permanently and it's been so many days since I have applied for discontinue of the services. Also why are you charging me for April month?Feb also I used for 18-20 days. Kindly check on it pls.

    @ACTFibernet Been 2days i paid money for a new connection. Have paid for 3 months + installation charges.Really Very bad service from Act Iam receiving first time . Jayakumar -TL - North Chennai - Erukancherri. Pls don't use ACT go with other network

    My Biggest mistake of #2022 ! Switching from @ACTFibernet to @reliancejio fiber. The worst service I have ever seen. It's been 5 days there is no internet and it is still not fixed even after multiple calls and raising tickets. Disappointed. #Jio @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet This is the kind of service you are giving and then claiming to be the best ISP! SR10264479208343 still stands unresolved (We will call within 48 hrs for details.) FYI I haven't received a call and it has been 8 days since I raised a refund request. Pathetic service
