Beware don't ever buy their 6 month or one year packages because @ACTFibernet CS says their policy doesn't allow refunds even though they fail to provide the service.

@ACTFibernet acc number 101358341168. You failed to provide internet service for last 7 days of July because you can't find a power source and disconnect my account. Now you're are not processing refund for the 7 days, saying you can only process waiver and not refund.

Internet has been down since yesterday and @ACTFibernet, your customer service is non-responsive. Only sending msgs with new expected resolution time, but no actual resolution. Please let me know if you’re fixing it or I should move to a different provider. Thanks
