@ACTFibernet I'm facing internet issues from morning. Called customer service thrice. They keep updating the log. When I asked they say they can't contact their own field technician to find the resolution time. All they say is ETA by tomorrow. WoW. Great service!😞

@ACTFibernet i did payment for new connection on 10th May, Still there is no action taken to set up the connection. How you will handle any future connectivity issues. It's a big concern for me now.

@ACTFibernet I am very disappointed with the customer service and delay in installation of my 150 mbps plan that has not taken place even after 24 hours of payment. I have to follow up repeatedly for this and NO concrete information/assurance given.
