@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet What is your preferred course of action at this time? We have again failed to meet the ETR and change the ETR third time. This marks the second day without internet. Kindly terminate my connection and process a refund for the amount paid.

@ACTFibernet The ETR was initially set for 10 AM today, but the ticket has not yet been assigned. Now ETR is revised to 9 PM. Request u to take immediate action, rather than advising patience. If resolution is not feasible, would appreciate the termination & refund of the associated charges.

@ACTFibernet after few months i am facing this issue again, how am i suppose to tolerate this????

@ACTFibernet @ryzee_08 Funny how you're more concerned about choice of words than your quality of service. If ACT delivered internet with the same consistency it delivers lectures, customers wouldnt be frustrated in the first place. Respect is earned through service, not demanded through canned replies

@ACTFibernet Consent and they charged a bulk amount for this. Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Why are you doing like this and why are you asking us to follow up for n no of times. Worst worst worst service
