    @ACTFibernet This is 3rd such incident that problem is taking more time to resolve. the downtime hours should be equated to price discount. that way customer will get some benefit as they are loosing work, time n money.

    @ACTFibernet I have a connectivity issue since morning and I raised a service request as well, received a message that it will be resolved between 4pm to 7pm, its almost 7pm and no resolution till now, really a difficult day today.

    @ACTFibernet has the worst customer care. I’ve been out of internet for more than 15yrs and no response hasn’t been heard for them! Either resolve within few hours and let us know. If not please cancel my service so I can find a different provider. SR10365122086250

    @ACTFibernet Assuming their policy no mid-month change (though never communicated), they should change our plan from Jun 1st. They would not and give no guarantee that it will be changed from Jul also. 3/n

    @Dyslexicon @ACTFibernet Yeah and this is the least of the issues with @ACTFibernet. I'm seriously considering dropping their service altogether since they're my backup connection anyway.

    On 11 Jun we again pre-paid ( till 15th Jul) choosing the same lowest plan of Rs 838/- . Now @ACTFibernet says your plan was not changed and can not be changed before July. It can not be changed mid-month - but they never told us so for all these days. 2/n

    @anuradhagoyal @ACTFibernet We had Act Fibernet. Initially all was well. Then internet went off as soon as the power went off. Even after innumerable complaints they did not set it right.whenever we raised a complaint they were in a hurry to close it without inspection.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, i have already called the Manager, sales executive( who had blocked my number now), 3 times the customer care which is having only one answer sir we will get back to you in 24 hours. Booked my connection on 12 June its 16th june now but still no resolution @ACTFibernet
