@ACTFibernet my connection was disconnected yesterday night and when I spoke to customer care they said amount was refund and if I want to continue I must pay the refunded amount back. Customer service is not telling me which account they have refunded the amount. Please help

@ACTFibernet Such pathetic service, I pay for 300mbps but never got more than 150mbps. Ur Technician does not know the reason behind that. Plus disappointing Network drops in between #pathetic #actinternet #actbroadband

@ACTFibernet we also requested for infrastructure audit to find out why there is such frequent broadband failures. A ticket was created. What happened to that audit? What was the finding? When will we see a permanent solution to this frequent headache @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Ok. Please escalate with your management (again) that this is not a one off issue. I M facing this on a monthly basis for the last year. Zero reliability. No effort to fix the issue for long term solution. Truly fed up 😡
