    @ACTFibernet since last 48 hours you are not able to change my plan. Your customer care team is helpless and keeps giving false promises. You close issues without resolution. Your hold time is more than 40 minutes, already wasted 3 hours on call without resolution & no escalation

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working from yesterday. I was told by customer care that there is an issue in my area. That means whole colony is impacted. This is worst service to keep a whole colony wifi down for more than 16 hours. #worstservice

    @ACTFibernet I have taken a new connection in Bengaluru, made payment 3 days back, but no one came up for installation, and no customer care responds properly.. is this the way ACT works?? #highlydisappointed

    @ACTFibernet again internet connectivity issue, within 4 days 2 times such instances has occurred. Reason, not interested in providing services to customer. Come on ups at your hub tripped and there was no one to monitor it if it is up.
