    @ACTFibernet I'm so done with this Horrible Act service's they are the worst internet provider and I'm really going get my local area internet provider at least they work on time and every week I face connectivity issues I'm done. Act please react Act sucks down down act.

    @ACTFibernet If it was a known switch box related issue in a location, then field engineer should be appointed much before customer calls you up and register a complaint. Can you fix it ASAP. #ConnectedButNoainternet #ACTbrodband #ACTFibrenet

    Service of @ACTFibernet is surely going down. 3 breakdowns in 10 days. Each time they took OVER 12 hrs to resolve. It is more than 12 hrs since I registered complaint today and even talked to them. Till now the problem is not resolved. Is it time to look for a change of ISP?

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection was to be name transferred under a simple procedure within 4 hours. It's been 24 hours now, called up 4 times. Backend team is doing nothing. customer care really is the worst. Had a talk with Santosh P(if all it is a real name). They ask

    @ACTFibernet Confirmed this with two of your support personnel. And they said thats your policy and cant change. So thanks for your service @ACTFibernet ..been using act for years. Its time. Adios. Moved to @airtelindia xtream fiber. Hope they are better with support.

    @ACTFibernet Located near HAL Bengaluru, I have been facing internet connectivity for almost 2 days now. The connection worked for around an hour post resolution yesterday, but the situation is same now. Can you please help?

    @Actfibernet Such a useless service provider, please do not subscribe to ACT Fibernet , they do not attend to issues , internet speed ll always be dead slow and most of the times it doesn't work at all. Absolute regret to be a subscriber.
