@ACTFibernet Internet down for over 106 hours now. True capability of any company is revealed when there is a problem. Here it is evident that ACT os pathetic. Even after escalating to Bangalore Appelate team, this has not been fixed. I escalated when it was down for 36 hours and still no use

@ACTFibernet is becoming pathetic day by day, every couple of days connectivity is going off and your customer service people give fake promises everytime, you guys don't understand what's the problem and how it is effecting our work on top of that always an escalation is denied

@ACTFibernet beware of act fraud. I payed 12 mnths adv with netlfix offer of 250 cb every month.called and confirmed before making payment. Next month the changed the offer saying policy change. Sad to see this being a customer for more than 5 yrs. Will opt out SR10258992290822
