    @ACTFibernet My Question is,only if a customer calls and asks u wi give the waiver, otherwise u won't ? Is that ethical ? Are u not supposed to waive proactively ?

    @ACTFibernet Every time it taks minimum 2 or 3 days for an issue to resolve so this time Im pretty much sure if the connection doesn't fixed today Im moving to other brand & I wont pay the pending bill amount since Im not satisfied with your ******* brand @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I doubt at least your head office has internet without interruption. Stupid network #actfibernet. Worst part is we’re missing @airtelindia Wi-Fi services in mid of the city #Vijayawada

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The worst internet connection I had experienced even BSNL is good in customer support. I had my internet connection gone by 12.30 PM and raised complaint on Nov 3 2021 1.30PM the ticket id ( SR10363396369054 ) still now the connection not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Why this much worst network ACT. we need alternate service provider in India. We will raise new network. From 3 days no one solved Internet issue.

    @ACTFibernet Been facing frequent disconnection on a daily basis since installation, May '21. Multiple complaints raised with you. No resolution yet. Noone seems to be accountable in this organization. Please let me know the procedure to close down my account and refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet wow! Atlast my issue regarding payment is resolved I got the refund amount requested! Thank you team. But unfortunately internet is not working for 12 hrs now I've been calling Customer care to send executive to check on this.
