    @geekyranjit @varunkrish Agreed.... Their (ACT) service has become trash now a days.. it disconnects all the time... it's been happening from past 2 months now but.. nothings changed.. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet SR 10257862697864. whenever the complaint is raised. They inform that I will get a call from billing team but nobody calls and I will receive an email and msg stating that the issue has been addressed. Why so irresponsible all the time?.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request to change my 6 months plan to Monthly basis. Its been more than a week multiple tickets raised. Just same reply every time 72 hours. Now I'm getting email stating to pay 6 months bill or else services will be suspended. Ridiculous Service!!!

    @ACTFibernet new connections taken yesterday in Chennai and lost connectivity from morning today. 10 reminders throughout the day to marketing person who sold me the plan. He keeps saying 30mins. there is absolutely no service team who connected to solve issue. Help please
