  @ACTFibernet Dmed the ticket number. It takes minimum 20 mins to talk to customer service representatives.

  @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

  @ACTFibernet Hi, another 24hrs crossed but still no solution. I haven’t received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

  @ACTFibernet What a pathetic customer service you guys have. No response since 4-5 days. There’s no actual line which people can call and complain. All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they can’t, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.

  It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints
