    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a suggestion to anybody looking for a new broadband setup, avoid act fibernet go with jio or even airtel. There is a reason why companies like act do not grow and shut down overtime its bc of non existent customer service. And third rate support. JUST AVOID.

    Hi @ACTFibernet raised a shifting request its been 3 days and i only got call once and after that i can not track no support from customer care . SR10281594328104 Its always you just wait for few hours. My work is affected heavily and there is ZERO accountability. Disconnecting

    @ACTFibernet The call centre based out of Blore, has no idea who the actual support staff is on ground. Total mismanagement of post sales service!
