    @ACTFibernet Internet not working from yesterday need to work reference number SR10156820905962 it is more than 20 hours still same work from home resolve the issue this is not the good service.

    @ACTFibernet It has been disheartening for the last twenty days your internet service. Very often it is being disconnected. Even after repeated requests and mails, the response is unsatisfactory. If it is not rectified most of the customers in our area will go out.

    @ACTFibernet the best broadband in Bangalore(so called). We have act internet from last 2 years and it was going smoothly, then WFH comes into the picture and ACT started plying a villain role. We lost connection(for whole day) 3 to 5 times in every month. Very poor service.

    @ACTFibernet I hve raised 3 complaints since May 6 about refund because there was false Claim made by ACT to provide me the mnthly bill when they asked me to pay for 3 mts agreed upon which they turned done the condition & I hve disconnected immediately nw Refund Issue since then

    @ACTFibernet Internet speed has decreases drastically from yesterday in spite of being in FUP. Calls not picking up, Support portal on App is displayed blank. It's causing lots of problems to work. Will u compensate?

    @ACTFibernet And when disconnected they are just raising complaint tickets daily but without any solution for the refund. When you cannot hold your promise don't offer them. I need an urgent solution for this refund

    @ACTFibernet opted for 3 months plan and paid in advance now my connection got suspended because nonpayment of balance for 6 mths plan. call center guys has no clue and saying pay the due. worst service now this one adds to it. Not sure some ppl running it or bhagavan barosa me

    Dear, @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC I am really fed up with the service , Issue was raised 6 days back and nobody called and resolved tie issue. I was calling daily to customer dump *** people who doesnt even know what to day. they say only false commitment .

    @ACTFibernet I did DM u my Contact no. Now again the tkt is closed without resolution. This time a local technician of urs calls and shares a complaint no SR10156515221601. Pls acknowledge when the resolution is expected

    @ACTFibernet what kind of service is this? Facing issues since 7 April and your team is marking dispute as addressed without even resolving it. Pathetic service and response. Don't why did I take connection from ACT. PATHETIC SERVICE
