@ACTFibernet reporting about bad patchy and irresponsive services from act Bangalore. It has been 4 days and team is not able to fix the problem. They promised but no one called. Technician is incompetent and services are patchy.

Hey @ACTFibernet, SR10275946560644 – Internet's been down since 10 AM due to power outage in my area, but your team isn't resolving it and keeps making false promises. My friend using Hathway has no issues. Regretting the switch I have done from Hathway to ACT. Please fix this.

PSA: Never EVER apply for installation of connection from @ACTFibernet. Twice burned in two years. Each time they say that connection is feasible and take money, and then their engineer says after days, that it not feasible. and then it takes time for refund!.
