    @saivamshirv @ACTFibernet Even I have the same issue & reported it to them. A technical person visited and checked and changed the Jack and suggested upgrading the router. I have upgraded to the high-end router still the issue same and said use 5G GHZ then 100mbps will come but nt 150mbps.

    @rickykej @ACTFibernet try @airtelindia extreme fiber. its end to end fiber optic. brilliant speed and good service. its digital network so when the line interrupts the system will log a service request on its own.

    @ACTFibernet I had opted for 300mbps speed, but I’m hardly getting 1-3 mbps. Without contacting customer service via phone it’s frustrating when you encounter such issue while working from home. To confirm the issue I checked the bandwidth with Ethernet cable.
