    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Did you see the screenshots I posted? You should be appalled that your service is soooo unreliable. You are lucky that companies such as Hathway are now owned by Reliance & no one wants to give them more money to off-shore!

    @ACTFibernet It’s more then 24 hours now. Ridiculous service. Will you redeem my days, my money for the data i was unable to use? Horrible experience. With other services like Jio and Airtel available this is making me reconsider switching net for good.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing issues with your service now third time in 2 months. Every time it takes 2 days to resolve. Its affecting my work as i work from home. As an act customer for more than 5 years, do you think i should change my service provider now?
