@ACTFibernet bangalore hsr layout. My plan is for 6 months till 5.4.21.but it has been de activated today without any prior information. 20 days usage cut short. Poor cust care . No mail no adv intimation.

Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet Been 3 weeks since an double payment due to some technical issue, no resolution yet. After numerous redirects to many irrelevant departments SR Tickets gets created and closed, buy refund never came. #actfibernetworst #badcustomerservice

@ACTFibernet SR10253746341272, SR10253678412729, Your team doesn't understand issue inspite of explaining clearly. It was initially raised on 5 Mar and is not completely resolved. I had raised to nodal officer as well but to no avail. Is this how you handle customer service?
