    Just now chated with your customer care and he is saying that we cannot provide you with a router because it's been 1 year so may be i will remove my connection from my home for this and the box also... If possible provide me a router thanks @ACTFibernet

    Every day I have to beg to get a basic service that I have paid for three months in advance. Such rotten connectivity daily. Won't be long before I toss this and move @ACTFibernet. Can't deal with this daily hassle much longer.

    Just now talked to your customer service and he said he cannot provide me a router because it's been 1 year that I'm ur customer if it is 6 months then he would have provided wtf!!! U don't value ur old customers @ACTFibernet shame on u !!!
