@ACTFibernet It has been 2 months l have complained multiple times regarding the shifting of switch box but no response from Act fibernet . I wish that it would be done in the next 24 hours. Please look into it and make sure your service is provided ASAP.

@ACTFibernet I have been associated with ACT for the last 5 years and seeing a very poor service. 4-5 tickets that I opened have been closed without my knowledge without any single resolution. NOT RECOMMENDING ACT to any one.

Dear @ACTFibernet I know you guys only listen for new connections but there is a term called existing customer. 1 customer is calling you since last 7 days. 3 times per day SR10160937358264. See if you can do something.
