@ACTFibernet You are the worst worst service provider. Don't even say that you are the leading ISPs. Nope. Not at all. Your customer support is very very worst. The team members who are picking up the phone after we are waiting for 20 mins or so don't even have patience to listen

Never use @ACTFibernet! one of the worst brand that cheats asking for a security deposit for the smart fiber technology rather than providing an upgrade. Being a customer for 6 years you lost a loyal and a long time subscriber. good bye act.

@ACTFibernet I think you should resign from your position Bala & shutdown ACT because you have closed your eyes & not seeing the issues customer are facing. Every now & then there is an issue & customer support is very worst.They are saying if you don't co-operate we will disconnect the call.
