    @ACTFibernet It has been more than ten days since I raised multiple tickets but without resolving tickets had been closed. I don't know why you guys are calling from spam numbers to contact customers for resolution. Will wait for payment call👍👍

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 148th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    I think, its time to disconnect from @ACTFibernet and shift to Other service providers. Facing Lot of concerns, Uninformed Price hikes, ping issues, latency issues. How much more, I should tolerate :( .

    @ACTFibernet It's been 4 hrs now and none got in touch with me and the connection is also not yet resolved. I don't see any hope of it getting resolved by today. Service can't get worst than this for a annual subscription.

    @ACTFibernet the service is quite pathetic. While installation the executive told us that it takes a little time for connection to stabilise but I’m ashamed to say for 40 Mbps promised the connection isn’t delivering even 1/10th the speed. Please do something. 🙏🏼

    Dear @ACTFibernet, I call up your customer care and they are not able to help with my issue. After the call you send me a feedback link which says it's invalid link. Aren't you guys open to listening to customer issues at all? What sort of service is this?

    @ACTFibernet never use actfibernet, felt cheated by act pause n account hold policy. Don’t trust whatever company's promises. I lost almost 4k even my account was on hold. Better to go for Jio fiber or other services
