  That's the reason I'm using @ACTFibernet It's one of the best in terms of Service in Hyderabad. But even I did face some downtime here and there but I beleive it's base plans should increase the speeds.

  @ACTFibernet It's been over 48 hours since I raised my complaint and there's still zero resolution - only repeated timeline changes with no actual fix. This is unacceptable service. Kindly escalate this immediately and resolve the issue TODAY. #actfibernet #issue #bad_service

  @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.   Had a horrible experience dealing with @ACTFibernet today in delhi, the wifi has not been working for 2 straight days now and to make matters worse, their "customer support reps" refuse to pick my phone or reply to my many many messages.
