    @ACTFibernet I have been very patient and now the support team is of no use they just say you will get a call back from the escalation team. they close my ticket without any reason and all the shops are shut down and I'm left with no help! @ACTFibernet It's disappointing and worse 🤦

    Facing very bad experience from @ACTFibernet Sales guy was calling in every 5 min and giving promise of best service till the payment done. He is even not picking my call from then. Also customer care sevice is not replying of my email.

    @ACTFibernet I have shared my details and noone has contacted me. On the contrary I was getting continuous calls for a week to get a connection. It seems the internet is correct on how bad @ACTFibernet service is. I would like a refund of the amount I paid.

    This is definately bad @ACTFibernet ! I rasie a ticket before hand so you guys will have time to help me! But you guys do not have the basic courtesy to call me and check on the issue! Everytime I call you are just telling me that I will receive a call back from escalation team🤦
