    @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

    @ACTFibernet Is there any wiring charges ? I paid 500 I am your customer for more than 10 years I am not going to renew subscription ! Better to stay away from ACT

    @ACTFibernet #actfibernet Kind Attention: ACT Fibernet, Our internet connection has been down since this morning. We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities. Complaint Details: A service request has been raised with reference number SR10181017616324. Someone from our team will contact you soon.

    Dear Actfiber: if you can’t follow up with smooth and timely installation process, don’t sell. Had a pathetic experience recently. I was using Jio Fiber and was disappointed with their customer care so decided to switch. Contacted Act and sales executive was behind me for docs and payment. Assured me that he will try for installation next day. After payment he went incommunicado. Didn’t take my calls nor responded to my msgs. Standard window of 48 hours also expired. After 96 hours got a call for installation. In the meantime , I booked Airtel and got it installed the very next day promptly. Thanks ACT for saving the agony of being your customer. If metro like chennai has this service levels, god help other tier 2 places. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    The @ACTFibernet service in Blr is so terrible! They take 10+ days to setup your OTT/TV subscription in 2026 lol. Regretting moving from @airtelindia tbh
