    @ACTFibernet I used your service from 2019 to April 2025. I disconnected on 29 April 2025 and returned the router, but my ₹1000 security deposit hasn’t been refunded even after 84 days. Please look into this #actfibernet

    If the worst service provider, misguiding customers, unfriendly customer care and frequent disconnection were categories #ACT would win oscars in all of them. No matter how many times I call, the engineer they provide won't pick up. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet your level of service for rectifying complaints Is abysmal. It’s been over 24 hours & Internet has not yet been restored despite repeated complaints & attempts to escalate the matter. Pathetic. @JM_Scindia Sir, is this state of affairs acceptable in today’s world?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD worst service ever frequent disconnection of internet after switching to smart wifi .. what's the point of upgrading if you are unable to provide better wifi ? Guess it's time to switch to other networks

    be returned with some other router which act team has to collect the old router and you NEVER informed me. Now you admit the mistake, but it's been 2 days and my internet is still down. It’s daylight robbery masked as policy. Fix this NOW. #ACTFibernet #FraudAlert #ConsumerRights

    @ACTFibernet SR10376348451728 complaint attended & informed will get back in ten mins,Almost 3 hours,Because I well know you people won't revet back same as like (SR10376185999112- No response more than 20 days),The same pattern is repeated here

    @ACTFibernet Once you accepted for waiver i accepted reconnection,But now sent message (Dear customer, We are unable to process your waiver. Ticket SR10376348451728 is closed.)Past 2 months I paid & didnt used your net,remove your garbage from my permises with immediate effect
