  @ACTFibernet @DoT_India My ACT fibernet connection is frequently getting disrupted in Ghitorni, Delhi. It happened 3 times in last 3 weeks. Your service is very poor, your support team tells me to wait for 4 to 5 hours but in ACT fibernet app, it tells me to wait more than 24hrs

  @ACTFibernet Speed issue is resolved but this issie whenever there is a power cut it stops working. I clearly mentioned that and still exists.

  Dear friends, I would say be cautiouswhilre choosing act fiber .. worst ever support you will receive and very bad attitude from the customer care engineer. they disconnect the call while you speak if they don't have answer. @ACTFibernet thank you for teaching me lesson

  @ACTFibernet The customer care reps do not listen, they just cross talk all the time, the lady who picked my call the last time just didn’t listen to me. When I demanded that I speak to her supervisor, she stalled it first then put me on long hold (to test my patience) only to come back

  Most pathetic company and service. Was promised a mesh router set, but a basic C5 Archer router was bundled. You made me pay the full package advance and provided this junk,, and mesh does not even work properly. 2 units cover 3 rooms, horrible service. @ACTFibernet
