@ACTFibernet I am getting the same comment from last 3days. No one contacted. Even who came for the installation that guy also not received the call. So don't fool the customer. @jagograhakjago please note this kind of situation.

@ACTFibernet Hi Please convert my plan to 1 month and close the connection at this month end. I'll make the payment. This is my official intimation. I'm not receiving a solution and i cannot continue paying almost 9-10 thousand for this kind of service. I'll change to a different ISP.

@ACTFibernet When I called customer care in morning that I did not got installation yet. Then customer care told me that supervisor will call you. After 1 hour I recived a call from Mr vijay and arun in conference call. Mr arun told me that vijay will come in one hour for installation. Part 3

Looks like a. @ACTFibernet Bangalore problem the same Facebook is working properly on Airtel mobile network. Even siteupordown site is saying fb is accessible
