@ACTFibernet Your service sucks. I paid my due amount two days late and you suspended my connection. When I cleared the due amount now my account is still suspended. I can't even reach for support because it says "your account is suspended" in the app. Will I get any help here?

@ACTFibernet Horrible Service. Absolutely Horrible. 2 Days without internet and not a single technician can fix the issue. They simple check and go away. No one has come back to actually fix it. Today is the last day. Tomorrow I’ll surrender the connection for a different vendor.

SR108640431349 this ticket was raised as the @ACTFibernet bill for Jan was mistakenly billed up for ₹1329.4 instead of the regular bill amount of ₹1268.5 despite after so many calls they keep closing the ticket as resolved but still the issue persists. Regret @ACTFibernet
