    @ACTFibernet Yeah, it has been resolved. But my question is if the issue can be resolved by the backend people then why does it take 24 hours to get fixed.

    @ACTFibernet It's 8 days now and the new date given to me is 13th May which will be 10 days. You should be feeling ashamed of your self. Non competent and poor service provider. @ Actfiber

    @ACTFibernet I request everyone..don't go with ACT fibernet..Airtel is best..and customer support of Airtel is very good.

    @HathwayBrdband I am roaming here and there and making unresponsive phones for activation of my broad band account. I recharged my account on 30th April 2021 but unfortunately it has been 10 days it's not activated still...poor service @ACTFibernet is much more better in service.

    @ACTFibernet what an pathetic service.. raised complaint for internet not working and came to know that junction box is at one person's home and he is not using internet from past 6 months and requesting you to remove the box and you are not removing from his house ..
