    @ACTFibernet whats the use of ETR its been 2 days but non from your team has come to site to rectify issue with junction box if your team is so lazy to come to site and fix issue kindly refund my one subscription fee which I paid just 1 day before the issue arise kindly give ETA

    @ACTFibernet You guys are dng nothing except extending the time. Your CSR says due to bad weather in Hyderabad we are facing downtime. How funny is this? Other service providers doesn’t have any issues. We hve been with Act since more than 5 years, may b its time for us to using your service.

    @ACTFibernet no internet from the past 48 hrs ? No resolution ? When is it going to be resolved? Ticket resolution time keeps changing and your customer service is worst than a robot answering questions.
