    @ACTFibernet Hi Team I have raised a ticket of waiver but still no response from your team it's been more than 2 weeks. I have already DM you the ticket number and also my contact number. Please resolve it ASAP. Now the service has been disconnected because of not paying bill.

    @ACTFibernet 3rd grade internet , my majority of work depends on the internet, despite raising tickets and calling the customer care team. They didn't fix my internet for the whole day. Service request no. SR11076848207014

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing a connection speed issue since more than a month and have raised a service request multiple times but it still remains. The technicians have visited the location multiple times, they have even raised it to the technical team in Hyderabad but nothing works.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You say that but you never do. I am not seeing anyone working near my place for adjusting the wiring. It's been more than 4 days now and you don't provide any updates properly. You keep updating the resolution time every day. You are taking the customers for granted
