    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service at your end. The internet is down and when I called the customer care, it was being said that it will be resolved by 1 pm next day? How can you take so long to resolve an internet issue?

    @ACTFibernet I had a 6 months service and it was expirednow I would like to recharge for 1 monthbut there is no option for 1 month tried to reach customer service several times worst experience ever executive is not even ready to talk and muted my call for 2-3 mnts and disconnected for twice

    @ACTFibernet every 15days my internet keeps going down and it’s always the same- issues with the technical box. Every time the executive on the other end says it’s on priority basis but then again some days later it goes down again (1)
