    Very often, this is an issue. Can you see what is the issue?? There is no way that we can connect to customer care, all I have to do is chatbot. Pathetic! @ACTFibernet

    @ACT @ACTFibernet Looks like you already have an open request for this issue with service request number with the helpline number their message is 'SR10181095912544'. You can be assured that our team is working on it. From yesterday the samething I'm hearing but no further action taken care

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have called 4 times and wanted a refund. All 4 times they gave mentioned it will be done in 5 business days. But i spoke with someone that it was never initiated. Please check my calls from 3rd July and let me know why it was never initiated?

We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.
