    @ACTFibernet I’ve raised complaints nearly 10 times regarding no internet service, but nothing is resolved. Only excuses every time. This is serious deficiency of service. Please fix it immediately or I’ll be forced to escalate to TRAI & Consumer Forum. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Such a waste being biggest and popular internet service provider in hyd. I have raised SR10176827414084 on 26 Aug and today is Day 5 with no internet. I am using your service for 12 yrs now, i work from home and internet is critical for job..fix my internet asap...

    @ACTFibernet I logged a complaint at 4 PM and it’s 9 PM now with no update. Repeated follow-up calls go unanswered. This recurring issue disrupts my office work and is extremely frustrating. If this continues, I’ll be forced to discontinue my connection.

    @excitel_rocks Pathetic service and worst customer service in Bangalore, Medahalli, KR Puram area. Daily network issues. Takes days to resolve. #Badexcitel in Bangalore. Please let me know how to proceed for termination. @ACTFibernet Can you new connection?

    From past 5 days the wifi is not working and I am trying to call @ACTFibernet toll-free number. I'm unable to contact anyone from @ACTFibernet u kept ur phone lines busy I hope you will solve the issue ASAP If we don't pay our bill in time u will charge extra Such a careless 🤷🏻
