    @ACTFibernet Looks like @ACTFibernet only gave a temporary fix and it stopped working today again. Purely negligent technical team. Pathetic service. No wonder it is named worst service provider unofficially. Shame on you act. #ACTfibernetsucks #wehateACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10363691889450 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/15 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT Disconnected broadband 2 months back still am not receive my refund amount. Customer support doesnt have proper solution.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working again. I had complained on 9th Dec that internet is not working and after raising multiple complaints it is resolved on 12th Dec afternoon. And today again it is not working. Due to this frequent disconnections it is hampering my office work

    @ACTFibernet All I tired only since 4 days only solution replace wifi router can you do it or else I can any other broadband atleast who can not give false commitment

    @JioCare Just wanted to let you know that the issue is resolved. Turns out I had to disable wifi calling on my phone to rectify the coverage probelm. My wifi connection is from @ACTFibernet not sure what relation it has with jio.

    @ACTFibernet worst service provider ever. Because of your poor service I'm getting stressed every two weeks. My internet will have problem every two weeks and I have to raise complaint. Inspite of continuous escalation and followup my issue will not be resolved. SR10263691760174.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC after connection is given, there is no proper response from your customer care Chennai. I have been raising tickets every month now atleast once for disconnectivity issue for the past one year. No proper resolution is given to us.
