    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service in Bangalore. I got the connection and recharged for 75mbps plan, and the router setup was done by company technician. Due to low speed, we upgraded the plan to 150 mbps, and still same issue. (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet @jessicadickena Please don't make the mistake of joining @ACTFibernet . The existing customers face lots of difficulty and fake commitments. Not to mention the rude behaviour and unethical comments by the executives.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10266320282072 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12-Nov (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT Still it is not resolved and I have been charged without offering the service promised
