    .@ACTFibernet has become proper dogshit these days. After an hour of power cut, internet goes off until the power's back. Even local broadband operators offer better service.

    @ACTFibernet why am I not able to pay using my MasterCard credit card. The payment gateway showed "mastercard payment not allowed". Why is this so ? I want to pay using mastercard credit card as it's my corporate card. Can you please help ?

    @ACTFibernet how much trouble a customer needs to go through to update the address, even after shifting the connection 1 years back. The customer care takes ages to connect to a agent.
