@ACTFibernet Yeah right... So I have to wait for your call as if I don't have any other work... I was said that the resolution will be provided by 6pm. So that's almost 12 hours of no internet, will you refund that amount to my account? If that's a no then why would you want to call me?

@ACTFibernet how can I deactivate my connection? There is no option for raising a deactivation request either on the app or via the Customer care. You guys have taken a refundable deposit but have made it literally impossible to terminate the service. This is fraud.
