Guys @ACTFibernet is a big fraud. They promised to return my money if I don't like services. They took 7500 in advance. Poor connectivity, it keeps throwing me off meetings. Now they say they won't refund anything. I am going to break and burn act fibernet routers and post here

  • w4rriorSaint

@ACTFibernet What kind of joke is this Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 15-Jul(DD/MM) 07:30 to 09:00AM. Team ACT

  • OfficeOfSA

@ACTFibernet Shittiest customer service amongst all ISPs!

  • DatsAbk
    Abhishek Kothari (@DatsAbk) reported

@ACTFibernet The internet is down again - third time in 3 days! The tickets are being closed without any compensation for the downtime or a proper resolution!

  • z1000i4
    Sriram Sridharan (@z1000i4) reported

@ACTFibernet Funny that you're the third entity who has highlighted my issue to the "respective team". Is this some mythological team? Seeing how no one has even bothered to give me a call with an update about the situation or why it's taking so long, I am convinced that it doen't exist.

@ACTFibernet No proper update, and no estimated time for resolution. For a service that people depend on for work, studies, and everyday life, keeping customers in the dark for half a day is simply not acceptable.
