    Such a worst service @ACTFibernet . I raised complaint on Wednesday night, today is Saturday, still I didn't get the internet. Customer service not even caring and when ever I call, they had only one Dailogue, " give us 24 hours time " Its already 3 days completed.

    @ACTFibernet Even after multiple calls to the customer support, the problem isn’t resolved. Response from customer support was I’d get a call back from technician. I didn’t get any call back either. When can I expect this issue to be resolved?

    @ACTFibernet Ticket SR10361250446402 I am having trouble with the internet connection twice or thrice a month since installation. Everytime I have to complaint and get it resolved. Please look into it.

    @ACTFibernet Hey! You did get back today and told me that you'd disconnect the line if I don't make the payment. The problem to that is the line is disconnect for over a year now. Although you have not given the refundable deposit.

I paying amount before month 15th but this some issue we thought we will pay just late but i got message to pay extra 100₹ bcoz late payment. It is not current bill to pay extra amount.

    .@ACTFibernet Internet not working. Are you already looking into this? It has been 2 days already. Either slow internet or internet not working. Give me a cashback of the amount for these days and previously as well. And if you don't, forget about the modem while I disconnect ACT
