    @airtelindia 72 hours and still cant solve my internet issue. I dont live in remote part of india. Please help me with internet disconnection. @ACTFibernet Can you install a new connection in BLR. Need it urgently, within a day and hope you have better service then Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet , Never got for it. Promised 75mbps, but i am getti g 15mbps. Raised multiple ticket,one is 150 days old now. No one care to do anything. @ACTFibernet is A FRAUD. DO NOT GO FOR IT.

    @ACTFibernet Uploaded docs for new connection through ACT APP and telesales guy says to share again to his whatsapp. When I refused he said he will refund amount paid. Is this the service quality from ACT.

    @airtelindia From 3 days internet is not working, no response from your team called exactly 8 times, 2 times spoke with escalation team and 4 times with senior member but no engineer visit. Please help me with connection disconnection. @ACTFibernet Can you install new conn in BLR

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint as my internet has not been working for the past 3 days. There is still no solution and time to resolve is extending every day. Here is my ticket number : SR10267011987424. Not sure about your quality of service 🤔.

    @ACTFibernet Your speed sucks! i have a 300Mbps plan, i hardly get 200 Mbps. Your Engineer who came for service told the router you have given wont give 300 Mbps. I pay for 300, but i am getting 200. My ticket has been closed mutliple times even after reopening. Shame
