    @ACTFibernet I paid 4000 for new connection. But no response yet. Worst service ever. I am going to raise issue with my card

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is beyond ridiculous Internet down since yesterday(SR10177153570784),was told it’ll be fixed today,now it’s 2 more days?Same useless reply as always. Our work depends on this,but you don’t care. New connections in 24 hours but issues drag forever

    @ACTFibernet Yes it is resolved after 48 hours and writing multiple emails and posting the issue on different platforms.

    8 days and @ACTFibernet doesn't resolve internet wires being cut. This outage doesn't reflect in the monthly billing either. Cancelling my connection.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet If you are taking this much time in Hyderabad so called Hi-tech City Then you should shut down your business And refund my money as I want to disconnect the service And I ALREADY requested for disconnection why it is taking long time ...

    @ACTFibernet hi team, pathetic service in hyderabad especially in Rangareddy. Kondapur side . 10 days a month - we don't get internet and we keep complaining. Been same from last 3/4 months. Do we remove connection? Why are we paying full cost. #CheatingCustomers #Nointernet

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , I have been trying to connect with customer care people and luckliy i got connect at 6:20Pm and eventually it disconnected and when i tried to connect and asked them to transfer my call to disconnection team, they simply avoided

    @ACTFibernet - Invoice raised for services not availed. When billing issue raised as a ticket. Without resolving, the ticket was closed. The customer care executives are also not able to resolve it. TIcket ID SR10377094290034

    It has been almost a month since I filed a complaint but the problem has not been resolved yet. I want to withdraw my connection. There is no WiFi problem within 10 kilometers from Medchal. But the problem is not there within 2 kilometers of Medchal? @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
