    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service for the last 2 months. I'm on a 500 Mbps plan but barely get 150–160 Mbps, even when I'm right next to the router and the only one using it! Raised a ticket on your app, but still no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet SR10175982217714 My internet connection has not been restored. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I demand immediate resolution, failing which I will be forced to escalate the matter further, including filing a formal complaint with the consumer grievance authorities.
