    @ACTFibernet DM the account number already. It says today evening can be fixed, I have complained day before yesterday. Usually ist taking three days to resolve the issue. It's very hard for a professional to work without internet.

    @ACTFibernet I might going to deactivate your **** connection and switch to airtel or jio I also going to move from Chennai and i got my internet disconnected midnight 1 am now time 9.40 am still the issue hasn't been resolved and i have called customer care multiple times 🙏

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Repeated internet issues in Hitech City,Hyd.Last week 3 days down.Even after multipl calls,Tkt closed without fixing,this week 3 days again SR10177847446454.ETR changing,no fix.Share your office addr,our entire team come&work from there till you fix🙏

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Account number: 101709096265 Internet not working for two days.Technician ignores calls and messages despite many reminders.I said it’s affecting my work,still no response. This is utter negligence don’t take money if you can’t provide basic service

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to transfer my connection for almost two weeks. I am fed up of being connected to technicians who are not the service providers for the area I am in. I have spoken to multiple people from the team and each one is clueless how to proceed.

    I installed act wifi few days ago there has been a lot of internet fluctuations during these days complained many times but my issue was not resolved I need refund of my money or my grievances be heard ASAP @ACTFibernet
