@ACTFibernet @TRAI They are very committed to providing resolution but the issue is that they are not reliable. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to call the customer service to raise complaints or follow up every alternate day. If there's a underlying problem it needs to be fixed.

@ACTFibernet waste service from past 2days no net in my area no proper reply from executive. Every week connection problem wires are distributed if amount havnt paid they cut immediately. Beggers thy need money no service @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet is the worst ISP you can ever get, if you ever want to spend money and not get anything in return ACT is the way to go, they treat customers like fools and don't address any concerns once they're paid.

@ACTFibernet @TRAI The consumers are heavily dependent on the internet connectivity to fulfill the duties at work from a home setup. The internet service providers are inclined to make profits over service. Their vision or objective may not be that but that is what is the end user experience
