    @ACTFibernet When power goes off my internet is not working ! I’ve complained many times to replace the battery in hub for the backup but they ain’t taking any action regarding that!

    @ACTFibernet and @SandyMohanG, why is your customer service so pathetic? I demand an answer please - no internet for 48 hours - your service engineers at Bangalore cannot fix the problem - do message me for details.

    @ACTFibernet team, i would like to discontinue with ACT services w.e.f 1st March 2021. Do let me know the procedure as customer care numbers are not patching call to any team rather only operator note for being on line.

    This is the 100th Time @ACTFibernet has messed up WiFi service. Will you explain to my office that your service is so poor that hampers my work? If I lose my job, it will be upon you. @ACTFibernet do something. Worst internet provider ever.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act fibre, is your plan speed limited on band of router. MY plan in 75 Mbps plan and I am getting only 35 Mbps. When raised complaint with you CC, they are saying it is due to band of my router. as mine is single band. He also saying even if I purchase duelband

    Never suggest @ACTFibernet to any of my colleagues in future. Unfortunatly made 3 months bill payment. Once period expired, i will be switching to some good customer support fibernet. 👍
