  @ACTFibernet The same person called back and said that someone else is looking into the complaint - after nearly 2 hours of raising the issue. Complete dereliction of duty! Each time while going they say - 'wire was cut' and when I ask them to show, they smile and leave. Full study needed

  @ACTFibernet finally got disconnection done frm this fraud service provider. Fun part is stil thy haven't resolved the issue and they are saying it remains same fr next 15 days. What a joke. Worst ISP provider. They also said they will bill me for this 15 days as wel, Pakka fraud
