Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

@ACTFibernet Hah the same old pacifying bot response. No customer likes to be lied & fooled(Hope & pray your service personnel get treated in a similar fashion somewhere someday).The worst part the cowards have sent a message for disconnection instead of solving the problem & setting it right

@ACTFibernet Ticket details for your reference No:SR10164196081964 , simple shifting request has taken over 2 weeks to resolve, even now the technician has no clue how configure internet or the modem or the router. Please fix urgently or let me know and I ask @Airtel_Presence

@atharvarao12 @ACTFibernet I see. My friend who played valorant faced the same and said it resolved on it's own. It makes sense now! For me tho, i play csgo, the issue is still there. Get consistent 3-4% packet loss :(
