    @ACTFibernet when I was having connection with local provider I didn't had this kind issues towards negligence to resolve customer issues but I could affirm the internet speed was not that good as @ACTFibernet I believe senior management is looking into this

    @ACTFibernet Thanks ro twitter after writing on it it got resolved whereas from past 7days ur call centre ur service person worst people.7Days wasted from my yearly package who will pay us for the loss done without proper notice?

    @ACTFibernet My account ID - 102510828447 there was a service request created to fix this issue asking engineer to put back internet supply junction box I'm WFH my work has already started now I don't have internet service provided even though my account shows active.

    @ACTFibernet I'm Karthik i stay in Bengaluru being as a loyal customer I'm not getting necessary service to be provided my your employees a.k.a engineers have taken away my junction box and I had my reconnection requested but no one is bothered to put it back
