    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet If there is fibernet break you have to mention to your customers that there will be issue in your area...its not the customer has to connect with you and say that their is a issue.

    I m rlly fed-up as a consumer now. 5th Feb I upgraded service to 150mbps which will be 3 months plan and router wub be free. All pymt done bt m still waiting fr dis offer to be activated after 20 days of purchasing it.Every 5-6 days experiencing connectivity issus. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet even after 3 days of complaint, internet connectivity has not been restored. SR10252818420572 kids are unable to attend classes, work from home is affected, responsible persons pls reply. Worst customer support, waste of money and time

    @ACTFibernet : if you cant provide connectivity then as Ibhave been saying cancel the bloody connections. Have been complaining the connectivity issues since 9th but no resolution. You gid damn engg. comes..do time pass says its been fixed and the issue persist.

    Such an irresponsible team. Losing trust of your customers can cost a lot. It's since 36 hrs our complaint has been not resolved. Upon multiple contacts it's a standard reply "We are escalating your issue" @ACTFibernet
