    @ACTFibernet so my billing has mistakes and a ticket has been risen, waiting for resolution of tickets for past 48 hours to pay the bill! Yet act suspends the internet for non payment of bill!

    @ACTFibernet Raised a complaint# SR10166833194214 on 16/01/2023, internet not working.I have almost contacted customer care 15 times till now, but no proper response. One person kept me on hold for 30mins & some others asked to hold and never responded back.Such a crap network.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet still no updates on timelines to get the issue fixed. Today is Day5, my internet is dead! 5 days out of 7 days your internet has not been working, what an amazing customer experience.

    Hi @ACTFibernet , Have faced internet connectivity issues for the past two days. Your field engineer refused to come to fix it. I am left with no choice but to ask you to disconnect the service and request you to process the full refund (I have paid in advance for 6 months)
