    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Facing “No Internet” issue from yesterday afternoon. It’s been more than 24 Hrs and No sigh of resolving the problem. This is the 5th complaint from past 1/2 months and Act is loosing “Agility” and customers is suffering a lot.

    Hi @ACTFibernet being a long term customer for 5 to 7 years, I expected better support. Recently, responses are dismissive, issues left unresolved, and tickets closed without my consent—showing unprofessional behavior. #Actfifibernetchennai

    @ACTFibernet If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it to @TRAI, @consumerforum, and the Telangana IT Department. I want a refund so I can move to a reliable provider.

    @ACTFibernet this issue has gone on long enough. Your team calls every day, makes me repeat the same problem, gives no update, and the data keeps vanishing without usage. After 10+ explanations and no resolution, this is now a consumer rights issue.
