    @ACTFibernet The plan was sold to me for 6+1 month. After a lot of complaints and following up, the resolution was that they offered a discount of 549 on my next bill. Now after 3 months, they are asking for recharge saying that the plan was only for 3 months.

    @ACTFibernet Unsatisfactory and poor experience with support. Not expected and planning to move ahead with alternate Wifi options. @airtelindia @HathwayBrdband may be I need to shift here!!

    @ACTFibernet Another day has passed, ACT should seriously take a look into the issue. The customer care staff wants to close the ticket without resolution and Twitter Team is unable to make the correct team respond. Can the issue be escalated ?
