    @RKRadhakrishn @ACTFibernet Sir, Target to solve ticket is very short; top management doesn't know the real issues faced to resolve ticket in ground; if ticket is not closed within specified hrs, it will escalate n affect service engineer's appraisal, so he closes ticket n ask us to opens a new one.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD it has been more than 15 days since my Internet is not working in Manchirevula, Narsingi, you better not charge for the downtime of half month otherwise I will proceed legally. Kindly restore my services immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Hey Act Fibrenet, what pathetic service are you providing. Today again my internet stopped working. This is my third complaint in 15 days and you guys take minimum 24 to 48 hours to rectify it.

    @RKRadhakrishn @karthik_sam @ACTFibernet If the ACT service engineer communicates & shares the actual reason and timeline to resolve, customer's wouldn't be frustrated. SWD works damaged their cables at multiple points in our street. Even after 48 hrs this wasn't shared leading to friction & abuse on the service team
