After a week of "24-hour" installation promises, a technician just informed me it'll take another 2 days. Your customer care team seems to have zero visibility into reality. Do better.

Complaint (SR10280081837574) raised, constant follow ups, but same empty reassurances & still no fix. At this point, it’s not a delay, it’s just being ignored. Clear deficiency in service.

The internet connection has been down since yesterday and nobody seems to know what the issue is and tells you that someone is going to call you back but nobody ever calls you!!!
