    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 04th March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection and the paid amount also not refunded. If I call the customer care/provider, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time

    I am a @ACTFibernet user. Want to shift to @HathwayBrdband or @fiber_jio. Do you serve in 560086? It is an immediate requirement. My complaints are getting unanswered from past 15 days. I have 4 connections of in my building n wants to shift to other service provider.

    @AnantS1109 @ACTFibernet They don't let you downgrade either. Fine I needed the internet and paid for the existing plan. But guess what.. Account still didn't have internet access after an hour of payment. This don't give a **** about customers.

    Third time after reopening the ticket query was resolved without even speaking to me @ACTFibernet worst ever experience and I'm struggling to work from home for 10 days now.

    @sanathKx @ACTFibernet Ultimately got in touch with customer care. And managed to have it all done. Changed the plan mid payment cycle. Took a bit. But still a better result than other ISPs I've had to deal with.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI do we have any option to escalate this in ur portal. @ACTFibernet is harassing the customers by not giving proper service. Because of which we are not able to complete our day to day activities of our office on time.

    @ACTFibernet NO, IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Do you have any shame? Did you call and confirm that it was fixed? The confidence you have in your pathetic customer service is mind blowing. If you can treat a High Court Lawyer like this, imagine an ordinary citizen
