    This is the 3rd day that I've given the complaint of internet not working. They said first in 24hrs and it's the 3rd day I've no access to internet. This is a Rehab Center and it has got a Lab that need internet @ACTFibernet who is responsible???

    @ACTFibernet having a worst service.. I have been trying to change owner from past week but request gets timedout and it takes forever to get clear and I cannot raise a another request untill this gets cleared user id : 108182087663

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet do look at the support system on app, website and WhatsApp. Everywhere payment of dues is foremost thing and not allowing to put grievance. Is it correct? Especially, in this case when there is confusion but not allowing me move further or explain my case. 😞

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 9 hours and still the issue hasn’t been resolved. And wrt to this tweet, it’s been 4 hours and still no one hasn’t contacted me. I’m guess your back end is trying to find my number for the past 4 hours. Either resolve it or cancel the connection and refund the amount.
