  On the other @ACTFibernet has been hopeless they removed the backup power box about 6 months ago... so wherever power goes internet goes down.... Reaching there support is a nightmare.... looks like they don't care about users in our building.

  @geekyranjit @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Coming to your point..... ACT services is even poor in Chennai. But I remember before during 2016-17 like my friends are have a good spped and customer service. After a year when I asked them about ACT Fibernet. They said the worst😳. Even at present its speeds are good

  This isn’t a paid tweet but god how I love @ACTFibernet ... so seamless & their customer care/ service is equally great & prompt! Have it over a year now, best wifi I swear! I have literally tried every other wifi/connection out there.

  @HathwayBrdband PATHETIC SERVICE, its PATHETIC of PATHETIC Got continuous calls to take connections, so took connection, installation done 2 days back, still waiting for activation, sales guy switched off his phone, customer care useless... why r u wasting my time?? @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Issue is resolved for now, but just wanted to mention that your service getting worse by the day and if this continues, you would be losing a lot of customers including me.

  @ACTFibernet Better dont choose ACT.. their customer support is horrible.. go for JIO or Airtel or other providers
