@ACTFibernet frauds who try to cheat you out of your money. They ask me to cancel a fully viable service saying they cannot provide service, won’t provide refund for the service, and now deactivate my account and ask me to pay in full for the month. Stay away!

@ACTFibernet There is no internet since morning as the cable is broken. I've raised a complaint on the app. There's no update from #ACTFibernet. Such bad service!!! I've raised the complaint regarding the cable in the past as well however you guys don't seem to bother about it.

@ACTFibernet I just spoke to your Customer Care requesting the plan change from NEXT month. I repeatedly told this change SHOULD NOT happen today. Within 5 minutes now my plan got downgraded at 1:35pm. Why is your team not listening to the customer? #fail

Tired of using @ACTFibernet. Almost 15-20 times a day there is an outage, support is pathetic as hell. We've people working from home. Please get your **** services better. Sadly I can't switch and hence dependent on your useless services.
