    @ACTFibernet It has been disheartening for the last twenty days your internet service. Very often it is being disconnected. Even after repeated requests and mails, the response is unsatisfactory. If it is not rectified most of the customers in our area will go out.

    @ACTFibernet I hve raised 3 complaints since May 6 about refund because there was false Claim made by ACT to provide me the mnthly bill when they asked me to pay for 3 mts agreed upon which they turned done the condition & I hve disconnected immediately nw Refund Issue since then

    @ACTFibernet SR10256660554704 is the ticket number raised on 15th till now it's not sorted out whenever I call the customer care they say the issue will be sorted in 24 hours, no use till now.

    @ACTFibernet Internet speed has decreases drastically from yesterday in spite of being in FUP. Calls not picking up, Support portal on App is displayed blank. It's causing lots of problems to work. Will u compensate?
