@BlessingW @ACTFibernet Raising tickets/mail/nodal officer complaints were of no use as per my experience. After writing on twitter i got some responses from engineers who were knowledgeable about he issue. Currently my issue is gone, but I'm 99% sure it's a temporary fix, and not permanent. Let's see

Dear @ACTFibernet Your ground team is asking 18% GST over your quoted plan price. No where it's mentioned that GST is excluded in the price. Neither in your pamplet, nor in your T&C page section. Help to get my connection without extra charges and installation.

@alexoff54130567 @ACTFibernet I've always had bad experience with the local engineers. The ones who talked after my Twitter posts were sensible and understanding, but still failed to give proper resolution for my issue.

@ACTFibernet SR10365682677454 is still unresolved. Service is down for more than 40 hours and counting. Are you planning to do something about it? I have been so cooperative by letting you install the junction box in my house premises and yet this is how you repay.

@ACTFibernet @CAVIKRAM Fix latency in Madurai, or return my money back.

@ACTFibernet . It's been two days since my internet is down, and my work is affected because of this. No response from customer care team. This has become a weekly issue now. Going to stop recommending ACT, lowsy service and pathetic support.
