    @ACTFibernet Just two days before I got connection and frequent disconnection are making life difficult. While complaining the answer we get, Sir we will see it tomorrow ? You aren't sitting is coverage area? Are u connected to 5G? Seriously that's how you support ?

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hrs that my internet isn't working.. inspite if request raised last evening with an expected ETA of 7pm ., haven't heard from anyone on the status.this is absurd customer Service.. Keeping the customer in dark and at your mercy is UNACCEPTABLE

    @ACTFibernet How much more time is required to fix this issue? I've received a call from backend team stating technician will call and resolve this but so far haven't received any call. Can we expedite this?

    @ACTFibernet It's Been 2 weeks, raised request for refund, nobody has called me for bank details, when called to customer care, they are saying the amount is got returned to act, please help me with this

    @ACTFibernet Sent the DM. I have gone through the FAQs. To avoid the very issue I have high quality multiple routers installed throughout my home so that we get maximum speed. Yet the speeds are abysmal. This CANNOT be a one off!
