    @ACTFibernet disgusting service for 2 days internet won't work **** service this week this is the 3rd time Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR10176495921514. Our team is looking into it and will get back to you shortly.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I had closed the case as ordered by your customer service team, they stated no update for any of the issues and wanted me to close the complaint wait for the field to come and remove the connection (using rude tone). I still receive calls from your sales team

    @ACTFibernet could you please send my refund of 1200rs this is so bad and shameful I have requested to for refund multiple times but not getting any response you have disconnected my connection on 30 june and it's now august but I haven't received any refund from your end
