    @ACTFibernet Not sure about your the commitments that act provides to its customers, billing related issues are not addressed in correct manner , behavior of the act executives is very poor

    @ACTFibernet has worst customer service in #madurai from day 0, daily interruptions and uninformed slowdowns. Currently one of my friend got his internet disconnected. Tried several times for support but no use. Came to the decision for cut down.

    @ACTFibernet billing issue , double charges have been asked for reconnection, after explaining everything ticket has been closed with out my confirmation. Really struggling with the behavior of the executives while interacting.Reopened the request to get help.

    EVERY WEEK #ACTFIBERNET CUSTOMER CARE CONVEYS THAT TICKET WILL BE RESOLVED BY NEXT WEEK AND IT NEVER HAPPENS.. NEVER...#TRAI..... PLS LOOK INTO IT...

    @ACTFibernet no body seems to be bothered by the lost service since past 4 days. Despite making a complaint, nobody has happened to attended the issue. Hence I would not be paying this months fee and process disconnection as ACT has not done enough to serve it's customers.

    @ACTFibernet Again same issue ! Why is this error keep popping up ? what is the issue ? and why cant it be solved permanently ? Please let me know what is the "TEMPORARY" solution your technicians perform when they come here so i can do it myself.. Your technicians are too busy to respond.

    @TRAI #ACTFIBERNET BANGALORE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.... PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION.. THEY HAVE NOT ACTED ON MULTIPLE REQUESTS RAISED SINCE A YEAR... AND CLOSE TICKETS WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONSENT....

    missed call from some Ravin Naik...called him multiple times but he never picked up....#ACTFIBERNET SERVICE SUCKS...DONT HAVE ANY SLA.. NO PENALTY...POOR INTERNET....

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service and closes complaints as resolved without even calling. Commitment made by one customer service personnel is negative by other and his/her`s by the next. Most untrustworthy
