Hey @ACTFibernet, I haven't had broadband connectivity for the last 24 hours now. Your service personnel isn't committing to when the issue will be resolved and is more interested in providing a litany of excuses, instead.

@ACTFibernet The worst service I have ever seen. I have received bill on which I have queries and have raised queries on the same. From past 1 month I am trying to chase customer care and every time I call they say that billing team will call me on my number but it didn't happen

@ACTFibernet ID No.101001915236 in De isconnected status we Paid on 14.03.2021 and same is disconnected on 10.08.2021 before 6 months of Recharge. Please clarify is it prepaid or Post paid service that you are providing to the customer.
