@ACTFibernet @VFSGlobal Repeated issues in internet connection. No one responds. It's really a worst Internet service provider to deal with. I strongly suggest not to take any connection from ACT.

@ACTFibernet You engineer number is unresponsive there is no POC. I want 2 days extension in my package as I didn't use the service due to this inconvenience. July 1 st it's wa suppose to renew I need it extended until July 3rd becuase I didn't use it.

@ACTFibernet It's more than 24hr with internet connection issue. Ticket raised yesterday and no resolution till now. Is it time to switch from ACT to Airtel?

@ACTFibernet Even a new connection doesn't take more than 12 hours but you have taken almost more than 1.5 days to resolve an issue with existing connection.. Kudos to your team.. Looks like its time to shift to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet One of the worst service providers in Chennai, each and every month we are facing disconnection issue and they are taking 1 to 5 days to resolve the problem temporarily, but again the same issue will come next month. We have to face at least a month without internet every year.

@ACTFibernet This is not about connectivity issues I simply do not wish to continue with your services any longer. The very bad experience I’ve had with your service and support team has led me to make this decision. Kindly apply any applicable disconnection and proceed to permanently closer.
