    Dear @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Its been 2 weeks since i have raised request for shifting broadband connection.. None of them have called or approached me.. Please take this as a priority item and address my issue ASAP

    @ACTFibernet Since morning I have been given multiple assurance that issue will be solved by 10 am , 11am, 12 pm, 3pm and guranteed that it will be solved by 6.00 pm. It is still unresolved. You guys are shameless. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Requested for a new connection,ACT personi stalled the router but didnot enable the Internet connection. Raised a complaint and its been 2 days, connectionis not enabled. Raised a new complaint with SR10159509007539.Please address this request ASAP. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet I have been down this road a number of times over the last 5 days. I have called your helpline, the wait time is 30min. I have emailed & Whatapp-ed you a number of times. I am at the end of my tether. How about telling me if I can avail of a refund.
