    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    @ACTFibernet No internet connection for the past 2 days, and the issue is still unresolved. The TAT keeps getting pushed further, while the assigned engineer is not responding at all. This is extremely frustrating. 😡😡😡😡😡Ticket ID: SR11081515472384

    Dear friends, I would say be cautiouswhilre choosing act fiber .. worst ever support you will receive and very bad attitude from the customer care engineer. they disconnect the call while you speak if they don't have answer. @ACTFibernet thank you for teaching me lesson

    @ACTFibernet Unhappy with the recent service. Have been your customer for past 6 -8 years never faced any issues. Bill due date is 1September n I get messages every hour, everyday. It’s an harassment.
