    @ACTFibernet I have requested for temporary deactivation of my accnt from 31stMarch onwards,but it has got discnted yesterday,i had contacted support abt the issue,dey told it will be resolved by 1pm ,but i don't see any fix & it's not possible to reach out to support everytime.

    @ACTFibernet there’s no internet since 4 pm yesterday but ACT team is literally sleeping over my complaint. My work has been badly affected but nobody is there to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is extremely poor than the local internet service provider. I lost my connection and it's been 2 days. I raised a ticket yesterday morning but till now no response from you. Better should switch to local internet service provider. USELESS SERVICE!!!!
