I have raised the complain and untill now the issue is not been solved by @ACTFibernet they behave in unprofessional way. they have to understand the importance of customer We stay away from families we need to talk to them everyday after many incidents I picked up this platform.

@ACTFibernet No use, I spoke to ur customer care, they are not fit to fix the issues. It’s 5 days new connection, from day one getting 70MBPS with slow Internet speed for 300MBPS plan. I need immediate solution or refund the amount and disconnect connection. #ACTFibernetScam #ActWorstService

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10167168036144 request to disconnect was closed but still act is asking for money or the next month. Your account manager also confirmed the same on call. Have been act customer for last 5 years. Had to disconnect due to relocation.
