    @ACTFibernet your service has been down from yesterday noon and not back yet. This is a serious concern and services lapse. There is no update and the call centre team is not aware whats the issue even is. Totally disappointed

    @ACTFibernet Yes the issue is resolved.But the amount of time taken is not acceptable and mostly when someone calls the executives should respond to it rather then keeping silent.

    No internet from @tataplayfiber at Gunjur Area, raised multiple tickets but no solution. TataSky people now says the root cause is @NammaBESCOM work. @ACTFibernet can you increase your chances here ?

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I've raised a complaint 2 days Back for CX NOT PINGING issue. Still I haven't received any response to my complaint. My work is highly impacted due to this. I am a former employee of Act but the situation demands me to escalate in SM. Kindly ACT fast.
