@ACTFibernet Hello, our slow speed issue has not been resolved. Your CS exec without even troubleshooting simply asks to upgrade the modem. Hope you can understand how frustrating this is. I have been asking for a technician to visit the site to resolve the issue.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet my plan has expired on 7th Dec. I placed a call to your support team and requested to change my plan 1) upgrade plan to 100mbps 2) change plan from monthly to yearly I was told that my new plan would reflect in a day but it didn't happen

@ACTFibernet even your service is bad. I thought any issue to be fixed in short term but it will take more than 8 hours means. Pathetic for the money you are getting. U can waive the cost for internet. But the work interrupted because of that costs more. Will u repay 1day salary
