    @ACTFibernet Team, I’ve called up 4 times today and requested for supervisor callback, since then no response My office is getting hampered because of your lack of support and top of that you are charging reallocation charges 4 days now .I seriously don’t know what your team is looking into?

    @ACTFibernet facing the same issue more than 6 months and they take min 2days to resolve the issue. customer care people does not give proper information on ticket and field agents never responds, Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww What act is doing on multiple complaints why are they keep closing the tickets without permanent solution on internet DC's slow internet. Committed speed I am not getting and internet is intermittent very bad. What act team of engineers and service teams are doing?

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service even before I get to experience it, the agents(not mentioning the names) just disconnected the call while I was speaking and this happened to me more than thrice in a streak, that too in a single day. Atleast follow some ethics

    @ACTFibernet I have checked everything in my end. I have even provided the technician a few days ago with traceroute & ping results. It's up to you to fix it. I've used two other ISP before and they weren't nearly as bad with the latency.
