@ACTFibernet Then you should give me an update of what’s wrong and why it’s taking time. “The team is working on it” means nothing. None of these problems require such long resolution times.
@ACTFibernet I been running behind a billing complaint for more than 4 months where you double charged me for camera advance.. Everytime I call customer care the say they tried reaching me and the calls end up in spam.. Don't you have a legit number to reach customer?

@ACTFibernet never have i ever been so pissed at any company. Your employees are literally making me beg to shift my internet, they be indirectly saying "sorry, i dont pick up calls before 10 am." which is fine, but please pickup call after 10 am.

@ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn I have taken a new connection in Bangalore Thubaraballi area. It been more than one month i am facing frequently disconnection. The support engineer comes for visit, but the issue still persist. They are unable resolve the issue. So frustrating...

@ACTFibernet - you guys are so big cheaters that promising me a call ack for last 6 days but no one called me back. **** service. Internet doesn't works for last 6 days. No proper resolution. Worst company with worst service and people.
