    @ACTFibernet why is your customer service soo pathetic. Internet has down for 15 hours and still the call centre wants 24hour to attend to it. Also this is the 2 time in 2 weeks that this has happened.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working for last 2 days and registered a compliant in app and called up the helpline nos. No response instead false commitment Ticket no : SR10349072032232. Kindly resolve the issue by today as we are more depended on data for online classes and WFH

    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since I lost my internet connection and I have raised a ticket but Act is not acting the way they are supposed to act. I am waiting for the issue to be fixed so that I can renew my subscription which ends tomorrow Ticket: SR10366547987994.

    @ACTFibernet Really ACT, a customer needs to wait for 10 days to get approval from your team to service engineer to replace the Battery of your Junction box?Even the service engineer Asking time for 2 days to replace it everytime when i raised the ticket ,but never replaced,cont.

    @ACTFibernet Please don't buy ACT. Very very very worst customer service that too in corporate connection that affects Business financially. They Closing the ticket with confirmation from customer multiple times and no visit and no Technical Support. Account No:103012380426

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence thx but I was giving a suggestion that you ppl can provide alternate source of internet whenever there is a outage / network issues as an alternative. why should we waste our time because of your inefficiency ! @ACTFibernet this suggestion intended towards you!

    @ACTFibernet Am literally surprised 😡 @ACTFibernet . please restore my service by activating it. Already all bills are paid. Then why it is discontinued. Some engineer of yours have provided wrong info to the ticket and without getting customer confirmation you have discontinued the service

    @ACTFibernet there is fibre cable cut issue happening every month now my Internet is down from morning and also slow speed scam selling Internet plans for higher rate but the actual speed we are getting is very low when are you going to address these issues ? Poor service

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care is one of the biggest liars. They can go to any extent. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading
