Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan.
