@ACTFibernet trying to change plan in the month of mid. But you said can't do that. And for 10 days we used only 100gb out of 1500gb. But you billed us half of the total bill. Very worst process and services.

Hey @ACTFibernet I've raised ACT Fibernet disconnection request on 2ndNov RefNo SR10163388304494,I got call on 7th Nov engineer was rude and disconnecting my calls, they closed request twice (I reopened)stating I've changed my decision to continue service which I never agreed.
