    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet using ACT for 2 yrs now and 3 connection. When I asked to downgrade my plan you disconnected my wifi for 10 days and now asking for 5000₹ to just change the plan, had to call customer care so much aswell!!! #Unprofessional #Actfibernet
