    @ACTFibernet account no 103426984226, it's more than four days internet connection not restored, no response on restoration. Ur weak service exposed on such crisis and added u don't inform when it's getting restored . Have some shame ?

    @ACTFibernet You are really poor in handling customer requests and complaints. I can't even speak to anyone other than the customer service executive who has the robotic answers but no one resolves issues.

    @ACTFibernet Lol. As mentioned, ETR given tomorrow's date for today's complaint: Your ticket SR10366071208144 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 11-Oct (DD/MM) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT @DoT_India pls take necessary action!

    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Chennai. Connection goes off even after paying regularly in given time. I think ACT has leveled down their customers. ACT failed to improvise there respective fellow employees to kindly response back towards customers.Worst Broadband Network.😡

    @ACTFibernet I am your customer from 2011/12,the time you connected my area. It's 10 years now.The old router is not effective.Can u oblige by giving a new router.I am continuing with you despite other better offers. I don't believe in hopping.Also satisfied with u r service.

    When asked for quick resolution to restore connection never met time line but @ACTFibernet met time line to disconnect service within hours . Great to see atleast @ACTFibernet Good at disconnect. disconnect request raised due to Frequent connectivity issues .

    Hey @ACTFibernet , this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Ticket SR10378246942454 raised on 8 Dec, 4 days no internet, 0 engineer response, 7 useless customer-care calls, and your app still shows a fake ETR from 10 Dec 1 PM. I’ve paid for 6 months — can’t even use it for 4 days. Fix this NOW. 🚨

    Dear @ACTFibernet you are unable to provide commited service uninterrupted when the customer is active with you. When the customer left you for poor service kindly don't irritate on further promotions and bill payment for renewal.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani - I’m not here to beck your service. Please initiate the disconnect request immediately. I have already booked @ACTFibernet appointment tomorrow morning. I don’t want to get any formalities at later stage from #JioFiber. So requesting to cancel the connection

    @ACTFibernet Ur engineer didnt come and very lethargic to solve this issue, we cannot wait till tomorrow for the problem to be solved, its impacting my Office work. Really, its time to switch to airtel
