    @ACTFibernet you've been telling me via DM that someone will fix my issue. No one has for 10 days now. You have a std reply: This is not the usual experience. But my experience is real. Can you get your 'ACT' together and have someone trfr my home wifi. You already took my money.

    @ACTFibernet I am your customer from 2011/12,the time you connected my area. It's 10 years now.The old router is not effective.Can u oblige by giving a new router.I am continuing with you despite other better offers. I don't believe in hopping.Also satisfied with u r service.

    @ACTFibernet Chennai. Connection goes off even after paying regularly in given time. I think ACT has leveled down their customers. ACT failed to improvise there respective fellow employees to kindly response back towards customers.Worst Broadband Network.😡

    Worst customer service.. please go for Hathway or Jio. ACT is very poor in all aspects nowadays. Not only now even before I heard the service was poor. Had no other option and made a mistake subscribing to @ACTFibernet Hope @HathwayBrdband expands its feasibility to Perambur.

    @ACTFibernet I have made multiple escalations or complaints via all contacts. Still no response, are you ppl even bothered about the customers ? Payment received correctly and it’s been 7 days no proper response for the new setup. Worst ever customer service experience.

    @ACTFibernet No Proper communication between your Customer Care & Technical Team. No Internet - Register a complaint on the App The Technical Person comes & says it's just a server issue & it'll get resolved in 30 minutes since 5pm on Oct 20 & nothing is fixed.

    @ACTFibernet You are really poor in handling customer requests and complaints. I can't even speak to anyone other than the customer service executive who has the robotic answers but no one resolves issues.

    @ACTFibernet If you're unable to make promise. Don't promise it. Account No: 103670568824. As I received the news from your rep installation will be done within 1 day. But its not done! As a customer i am not expect this kind of delay.

    @ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

    @IamRajii @JioCare Network speed is average. Service is terrible. Disconnected mine after the first month. @ACTFibernet is miles ahead in terms of speed.

    In Chennai,Annanagar @ACTFibernet service is not working for last 3days ,7th Main AnnaNagar.Ch-40. No response & No service engineer visited our inspite of Continuous request & Calls to all available numbers & Customer Care.Till this Moment no internet connectivity & we r Losing!

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service. My internet has been down since yesterday. Complaint No. SR10180655972374 was supposed to be resolved by 10 June, 9 PM, but the ETA has now been extended to 11 June, 9 PM. Internet is essential for my office work. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet During their Sales cycle, they gives us a lot of hope, bells and whistles but in reality, nothing happens, nobody takes any actions till your 6 months advance payment gets over. They will never mind to provide any service because you are stuck and paid for 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet Team, I am without ACT internet for more than 24 hrs. Raised complaint SR10380587096194, ETA is already moved a couple of times. Engineer not picking up the call.. Helpdesk disconnects the call after waiting in the queue.. your service is totally dysfunctional
