    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with you guys! Internet goes off often.. it's very hard and don't think at this rate I would be able to continue with your service. Every month there is a 2-3 days of internet service down!

    @ACTFibernet every month atleast once or twice internet is getting disconnected technician resolves the issue happens again next month. From October till now it has happened continously. No respite for this issue. 103016711170. I want the issue resolved at earliest.

    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Oct 7 same issue - kept restarting my router & after 4 hours only when I called the technical person, he said that the Junction Box power was turned off by the other user. Am I paying for the Internet only to use on alternative days ?

    @ACTFibernet I am your customer from 2011/12,the time you connected my area. It's 10 years now.The old router is not effective.Can u oblige by giving a new router.I am continuing with you despite other better offers. I don't believe in hopping.Also satisfied with u r service.

    @ACTFibernet Chennai. Connection goes off even after paying regularly in given time. I think ACT has leveled down their customers. ACT failed to improvise there respective fellow employees to kindly response back towards customers.Worst Broadband Network.😡

    @ACTFibernet Worst service. Don’t say customer care, say it as customer pain. I will never recommend nor opt for act to any one with immediate effect let me wait for the payment you looted gets consumed. I will also approach consumer forum to take action against you suitably.

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @jagograhakjago Please review this thread. Act Fibernet charged me ₹3500 on 6th April, however they refuse to service. It’s mentally harassing. I’m unable to WFH and this is a serious violation of basic consumer rights. Please help!
