@ACTFibernet I don't think I'm going to recommend your service to anyone in my circle. There isn't proper response from your area managers. So I'll wait for couple of days, if there isn't any improvement, I'll have to shift to any other service provider. 4/n

@varunkrish Is @Airtel_Presence good? I've @ACTFibernet. Speed is good but every five minutes the connection disconnects for free seconds or minutes and then comes back. While Netflix and all ok, the problem comes when doing video conferencing

@ACTFibernet I have made multiple escalations or complaints via all contacts. Still no response, are you ppl even bothered about the customers ? Payment received correctly and it’s been 7 days no proper response for the new setup. Worst ever customer service experience.

@ACTFibernet what is wrong with the executives. Till I make the payment they called several times, after I made the payment they not even bother to communicate about the delay. Now they are telling they don’t know the issue and I have to contact customer care. DM for customer ID

@ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

@narayananh @ACTFibernet Yeah that's why I dumped them. That's because the server box battery is weak. Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

@ACTFibernet Oct 7 same issue - kept restarting my router & after 4 hours only when I called the technical person, he said that the Junction Box power was turned off by the other user. Am I paying for the Internet only to use on alternative days ?

@ACTFibernet No Proper communication between your Customer Care & Technical Team. No Internet - Register a complaint on the App The Technical Person comes & says it's just a server issue & it'll get resolved in 30 minutes since 5pm on Oct 20 & nothing is fixed.

worst part is it is never easy to connect to customer care and also to make them work you have worst of the worst policies like not providing the resolution as per ETR AND SIMPLY DELAYING THE ETR as per your convenience!! Wow 96 hrs is expected to resolve the issue. @ACTFibernet

@ananthkumarks @ACTFibernet Thinking of Airtel or Jio... i am comparing plans.. i already have Airtel DTH and 4 mobile numbers, need to see if any combo deals.. But had Airtel broadband few years before, disconnected and moved to ACT due to support/downtime issues...
