Anurag (@anurag_abk) reported@ACTFibernet This is a very poor service from the @ACTFibernet after wasting 12hrs I am told that we will update you in 24hrs. The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.

However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.
