  @ACTFibernet I said amount charged 2 times, till now no one responded. Yesterday got the call from customer care, we initiate the refund like that they told, in today early morning you guys deducted the amount. What frauds you are #ActFraud #internetactfraud #actfiberfraud

  @ACTFibernet 3 weeks up and still no resolution. I have called at least 6 times to the customer care team. Everytime the template reply "Sir we have escalated the issue and our executive will reach out to you within 24 hours" it has now been 504 hours!! #dontbuyactever

  @ACTFibernet Again i have trouble from act fiber .. And i want to make sure i post this at every social media.. I called up customer careens asked why my internet is not working .. the customer care associate tells me that there is a disconnection at the power box ..
