@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet there are frequent connection issues in my area. At least 2 to 4 time a month we have connection issues due to the junction box. This kind of service is absolutely not acceptable especially when people are working from home.
