    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Hi There, I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years but this has been the worst worst year of service and connectivity for me. I have paid for 3 months unfortunately and now regret as the speed and connectivity is not more than 1G that we get right now.

    @ACTFibernet @airtelindia I have been using act fiber from past 10 years but never had issues with internet as apart of upgrading I have ordered a router from Act fiber page and paid 2999 on 28th of January and till now I haven't recived my router.

    @ACTFibernet i have asked for a router replacement and i have paid for the same based on the customer service representative 15 days back.. no router still.. the internet speed is 150 Mbps under act blaze and i dont even get 5 Mbps. All tickets are automatically closed
