    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet Hello act hope you are doing well, I have taken a new connection the installation was suppose to happen in 48 hours that dint happen and now when I want a refund for the amount I paid no one is serious I have been calling you guys for last 20 days. Very bad service.

    @ACTFibernet I paid 1500/- for the new Connection on 15th April' 2021 to the ACT field Executive Jamanna: 7995068664 and he book connection in online Application No. CAF NO. 101552455815 but response worst & Poor. Finally raise REFUND TICKET. ACT Service is Worst.

    Whenever we enter in a lockdown. @ACTFibernet makes sure you suffer to the core by their internet fluctuations 2nd time in past 24 hours internet is down for 2 hrs. Just wondering is this any cost saving strategy or just you extract pleasure to see people suffer @ACTFibernet
