    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What Kind of internet service you are providing, always facing fluctuations in internet speed, and most frequently it will not work also though the net is connected. Even though I raise a ticket u ppl just do a temporary solution and leave the place.

    @ACTFibernet No, its not resolved. Have raised a complaint with Nodal Officer also. But since a week Nodal Officer has not replied. Hence, have mailed to Appellate Authority. Hoping that Appellate Authority is not negligent aslike Nodal.

    @ACTFibernet why does ACT AAccount disconnection not come with disconnection of junction box associated with my electricity connection? I'm told by customer support that I have to intimate them separately for disconnecting the electricity supply from my house.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have already paid 100 Mbps plan amount 6 month+ router now showing due amount of rs 1895 I have called and spoke to the customer service problem not solved yet my account has been suspended. Why am I facing this problem.

    @ACTFibernet fraud company this company not trustable & They promised the connection will be taken back and the amount will be refunded, if the plan didn’t match with my requirements . I have called the Act fiber  internet customer care hundreds of time and they are not helping.
