    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst internet network SR10280013087124 almost 5 days over there is no fix on internet, even the technician don't receive calls and if any delay means they charge late fees if bill missed, first fix your service, if stil same i wil disconnect..

    @ACTFibernet My Internet is down from yesterday. I raised a ticket yesterday morning and till now there is no resolution, only tickets are being raised and closed at your own convenience. Let me know if I should start looking for other service providers.
