@ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Requested for the shifting of existing connection in same community ...Now they say it's too far from the setup box...Running around customer care is hectic and tiresome work ... after assurance that it's same community I have renewed the account for 6 months

if you are working from home never ever opt for @ACTFibernet as it's the worst broadband service in India. They'll not respond and your work will be halted for days together. @ACTFibernet i am going to but @airtelindia if issue is not resolved

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD This is seriously absurd, been reaching out to customer service for transfer of credit amount from on each to another and TAT of 48 hrs has also crossed. Still it's not resolved.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO JUST STOP USING ACT AS THEY HAVE WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. REGRET USING IT.
