    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Why are transaction dates in the invoices not incorrect. Worst customer service. I felt like cheated by you guys. Nobody is ready in your company to take the ownership of the issue and provide resolution to customers. @TRAI Please help.
