    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet want to report a serious issue. Your field executive is logging in as customer and closing ticket. He called me in the morning as I reported an issue. He resolved the issue & asked for an OTP. After I have provided it. I realised that it’s OTP for login

    I got a new ACT connection today, but the service is extremely slow and poor. The application which they have downloaded is not working at all. I request immediate disconnection and refund of the amount paid. Please process this at the earliest and refund my money. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet As per the telephonic conversation " Act cannot go with monthly billing" and Mesh needs to be submitted for that. Issue not resolved. Will proceed with disconnection. Act Service has deteriorated with time. Sad

    I’ll go with @ACTFibernet or @jio_fiber my neighbours are using their services with out any issues and a proper support team to resolve the issues in 3-4hours not in days.

    Hey @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet, your employee Padmaja garu assured me that legal incharge Naveen Engolikar would call me “in 2 minutes”and I skipped lunch for this.I waited. No calls. Is making already exhausted customers wait endlessly part of your customer care process now?

    1/2 Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from @ACTFibernet. Ticket SR10780199791980 was CLOSED without any resolution despite repeated follow-ups, escalation mails, and CPGRAMS complaint reference. No proper call. No accountability. Just automated replies and forced closure.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD such a stupid people working in the company, can't even collect the router. The max time period as stated by you is 7 working days, what you guys are doing till now. If you can't collect it, process my refund and collect it whenever you want. #BanACT
