    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet , this has to be one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had. It's 2026, and my internet has been down for more than 12 hours. There are no storms, heavy rain, or any weather-related issues in my area, yet there's still no clear explanation.

    Switched my ACT Broadband plan from Advance Rental to Monthly Rental, and my promised 300 Mbps has dropped to just 90 Mbps. After 7 support calls, the issue is still unresolvedโ€”and calls keep getting disconnected mid-conversation. @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately.
