    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet I am still getting the unpaid billing messages. It was clarified with customer service already, it's really irritating. Can some higher officials look into it? This is so frustrating from the leading brand

    @ACTFibernet The support center is worst, already i got a issue with a connection & no one is responding to relocate the wire, which was wrongly connected from the technician
