@ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Thank God I quit your worst fibernet service. I raised a request for removing your fibernet modem from my house on 25.01.23 and shift it to nearby houses who still use ur service. But till today even after 15 days no response... What else can I expect from ACT

@ACTFibernet There is network issue within entire area. Raised a request Your ticket SR10167020198164 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Feb (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT kindly resolve asap

@ACTFibernet Again internet is not working.SR10367025632134. on 6th feb'23 only we raised complaint not even 2 days crossed again gone.i suggest my friends not to use ACT fibernet. Really very worst service everseen

@ACTFibernet bad services. Their executive makes fall promises. After taking payment no services. I took a subscription but not working till. Many times raise tickets but not resolved.when you charged for subscription then why that is not working. Please connect soon mob-9588227904

@ACTFibernet Still issue not fixed. I spoke to Rajashekhar ACT member on 9th feb'23 9.30 PM he said on 10th feb'23 on or before 12 PM issue will get fixed.But still now not resolved.They saying no proper cable no proper junction box no engineer to fix. So this what ACT Fibernet service.

@ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10267015223824 has not been attended from 2 days.. Very bad experience with @ACTFibernet because it happened in 15 days of new connection.

The Number of times I've had To face conmectivity issues and the consequent tickets raised in the last month is exhausting. I speak with Customer care, they say the nodal officer will fix the issue. Ive been using @ACTFibernet for the last 8 years.
