    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet if you guys cant rectify the issues that is coming in IVRS, as a customer what should we do for doing the shifting, I will definitely try taking a new connection from some other provider.

    @ACTFibernet Why is your service so bad when a service request is raised? Is the intention only to get the bills paid ? One more reason to shift to #JioFiber

    @ACTFibernet this is really pathetic service. I had reported there is no internet 2days ago but no resolution till now. You guys seriously have no interest in working. I am from mehdipatnam, hyderabad. I tweeted yesterday too but no resolution yet. Waste of my money and time!!
