    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit I am really not sure why youa re still relying on someone to give connection to someone. Why not you have a proper infra to manage these and provide seamless uninterrupted service to your customer.

    @ACTFibernet The worst ever broadband services I have ever come across . Firstly I had contacted them for the new connection n in a few minutes sales team called me and took all the details and money for 3 months connection . Installation team visited the next day and said

    @excitel_rocks - its been 24 hrs and nobody has contacted me yet for the no connectivity issue. Pathetic service. I will switch to @ACTFibernet if the issue is not resolved Ticket number - 11307839

    @ACTFibernet @fatedota My ping went from 45 on singapore, 120 on Japan games servers to 250 on singapore and 500 on Japan. Same issue confirmed by 2 of my other friends in Hyderabad. Also internet has been slow/frequently disconnecting. This is not an issue on our side as it has been happening citywide

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Customers dont want to hear internet disconnected because some kid in some home pulled, or the device is running out of power, or that box is disconnected stolen etc. These infra issues you need to monitor manage proactively to ensure seamless connection. Dont push your issue.

    @ACTFibernet @internetsociety inspite of repeated reminders n calls today it's been 7 days when Act Fibernet has taken payment of Rs. 7400 4m us n internet service has not yet been started. Rediculous, N then u guys say why v shout on CSR'S. I HAVE MADE ADV. PAYMENT 4 d SERVICES.

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit It is really frustrating that my internet is not working for few days, and no one bothered to fix it in Act. The reason i am getting is really funny and lame excuse that the person where the box is installed is vacated and therefore my internet cable was lying without connection.
