@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

@ACTFibernet is so unprofessional. I raised tickets twice for disconnection. Both the time it is closed without resolution. On re-opening ticket, executive told that connection will stop automatically and it is auto closed by system. Again raised the ticket yesterday.
