    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    Unable to work due to unreliable broadband connection from @ACTFibernet in my area for past few days. Keeps disconnecting. All my pleas to expedite a permanent solution has fallen on deaf ears. Technitians always offer lame excuses to repair the issue on time.

    @ACTFibernet Is there any management at all for Act Fibrenet?. These people are just giving false assurances and doing nothing valuable on ground. Always their connection gets disconnected for every two days. Restoration takes place hardly after a week. Worst service levels.
