  @ACTFibernet Worst customer service provided by Act. Since 4months i have been sending emails to nodal officerd even they arent helpful. More than 10 complaints raised but no resolution provided. Tickets are closed without confirmation. Is this how Act fibernet provide service.

  @ACTFibernet Your fibernet connection in Vijayawada "ACT's" to work, but never serves a stable connection. Your customer support staff "ACT" to assist but never. "8" Service requests so far and NONE assisted me. Opted to cancel! Should have suspected before, that you just "ACT".
