    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet within just 10 days, ur wifi is not working. Ticket raised Technician visited y'day>but no soln. Tried calling him n times>not picking calls. Customer support assured a call back>not recvd any. In app req'sted callback from engineer>But no calls>Frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet - Pathetic service..the network is down since yday noon still unattended..the customer care numbers r available - limited hours..getting thru is a big challenge. Vtg grt difficulty opened a ticket to know etr is 1 day.Internet is so critical but resolution 1 day.crap

    Dear ACT Fibernet,@ACTFibernet you charge extra fees and late penalties, but your internet is down frequently and customer support simply disconnects calls without resolving issues. Very disappointing service. #ACTFibernet Stop charging extra penalties as late fees
