@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

@ACTFibernet Open a ticket to resolve. As through phone you support only broadband services and not digital tv. This is not nice when we pay you provide correct service for the channel or return all the money and don’t give mental torture

@ACTFibernet Your manager Mohammad mentioned we never promise 100% uptime. We mention that 90% uptime is what you will get. And he told me while I was filling up the undertaking it was mentioned there.. please show it here for everyone to know about this.
