    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet the company claims resolution of issues within 24 hours. We are trying for the past 2 days. However, there is no response despite repeated calls. The engineer who has been assigned also does not respond. SR11077770664324 and SR11077776569734 are two tickets regd.

    What a shame to @ACTFibernet, They cannot resolve the internet disconnect issue since 12 hours and now they gave the ETR OF 4 nov 7.30 pm. From mrng our is on halt n waited till 9pm to see the msg extended to next day Ticket no-- SR10177797888004

    @ACTFibernet It is not about account number. It is your iOS app experience. Login screen - payment experience are pathetic. It works well on android and web. But get it checked for iOS app.

    @ACTFibernet it’s surprising to receive a call from #ACT as it’s impossible to reach you otherwise. I have been your customer for over a decade with your 12+3 months plan but not happy with your high speed performance as it goes on & off every day and I have to switch over to @reliancejio data…Now you’re offering 2 routers with 6mo subscription only as promotion…why can’t you try this in my place to see if your performance is better anyways? Why do you want a customer to go for a lower plan supposedly for an improved performance? Why don’t you work on ways to retain a customer?
