@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

Service of @ACTFibernet getting worst day by day. Even their customer care people are talking rudely and not answering the exact query. There was an time when @ACTFibernet was more trusted and customer friendly ISP in Bangalore. Time to change the service provider.

@ACTFibernet in the last 7 months I have had terrible connectivity problems. Innumerable complaints and any number of so-called tech support visiting me have come up with zero solutions. I have to reboot my router multiple times a day to get the Net. And these guys are supposed..
