    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is absurd. I called support team and I've an issue with just connecter. They raised a ticket for connecter and tentative resolution is 3 days are you people crazy? Its just ethernet cable connecter which needs to be connected.
