@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD your customer service is beyond ruthless! Your junction box is set up at a place where they switch off frequently and we are at loss! You guys are not paying them for the ******* power that your box charges!! The service men assigned was so rude!!
