    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet Hello @ACTFibernet , long lasting ,ever ending issue. Same thing repeating again. It's better u shut down ur services plz. So that, our blood pressure will not fluctuate. How wud u solve dis now? How many decades u need to fix the recurring problem?

    @ACTFibernet internet is down from past 5hrs in Hyderabad KPHB 6th phase. What is up with the issue? Notification was sent for only 2hrs of downtime. Ppl working from home are at job risk.

    @ACTFibernet Need ACT Nellore General manager or any top level authority contact number immediately to resolve the issue as iam facing series of service outrages daily. Need permanent resolution

    @ACTFibernet I have already raided a ticket with act support. Please take the above mentioned as feedback and notify to the customers when something happens, It's not like electricity, if Fan/Light off we know that power gone. we are not aware that when the internet is lost and restored.

    Once upon a time @ACTFibernet was such a flawless service provider . 200 MBPS constant speed . These days it hardly works . Terrible service .
