    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet SR10365250452924 : Your staff is repeatedly calling me to close the ticket without resolving it. Harassing a customer is severely condemnable and can invite legal action. My internet service is now down after I refusing to allow closing the ticket. What’s all this ?

    @ACTFibernet your call center does not allow any request to be processed until you are a actual customer. How can some customer raise a request if your app does not function properly. I need to urgently change my connect location. Please do the needfull

    @ACTFibernet I have taken new connection. I received 4 calls yesterday saying they are on the way to my house for installation. But no one came. . I wasted whole day waiting for them. One of the worst experience I have. My enquiry ID is 102652459385.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet *USELESS SERVICE. COMPLAINED YESTERDAY, MAY BE FOR nTH TIME IN THIS YEAR. I STOPPED COUNTING HOW MANY TIMES, AND NO RESOLUTION YET..EVERY TIME IT TAKES 2 DAYS. PLANNING TO SHIFT TO ANOTHER PROVIDER AFTER THIS BILLING CYCLE... BUT I BELIEVE IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE TO YOU*

    @ACTFibernet Delhi there is no way you can speak to person.automated voice crap . Even if you do manage to speak to one , these are useless call centre folks who ask you to raise query on mobile app. Zero for customer service . No wonder jio and Airtel are doing so much better
