@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Make the actual validity one month lesser. As I have already used it for one month in my previous account. I can't pay any amount further. If I need to pay that 700 to unblock my account, I don't need an ACT Fiber connection. I will surely raise a complaint on a higher level.

@ACTFibernet Thanks for response, I got a stating issue with junction box. All other folks in my apartment has Internet. How come only one flat has junction box issue? Please fix the issue rather than giving lame excuses. I will be moving otherwise

@ACTFibernet always gives preference and importance to new customers only, they don't have space for the existing customer who is using their services for almost seven years. Their router doesn't cover an area of 500sqft, they force us to upgrade to 200 mbps plan for mesh router

@ACTFibernet I just got a call from one of their team members after posting here, instead of providing solutions to wifi coverage of the mentioned area, she was just arguing. They don't have a solution to provide the coverage except forcing us to go with a mesh router with 200 mbps plan
