    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet 4 days without internet. Complaint raised on 13 June SR10180711454564 No technician visit.Every day your customer support says,"It will be resolved soon." Hearing the same excuse for 4 days, it's hard to believe anything ACT says.Absolutely unacceptable service.

    @ACTFibernet How do we get in touch with support. It's been 2 weeks, tickets gets closed automatically. No one calls. Can we get support? Should I consider a service provider change?

    Your technician Kamal acknowledged the junction box is old and promised a replacement with a proper battery backup within 2 days. Now he is ghosting my calls. Fix your infrastructure and replace the box immediately! @ACTFibernet (3/3)

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet one of the pathetic ISP and customer care. Took new connection 15 days back 300mbps with mesh,i started seeing packet drop 37-40% every 5 mints. Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication

    @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

    @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days without an internet connection, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet
