    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet hi team, I'm not really sure what **** going on there, no Internet from past 26 hours, Id 101014687178. I just paid INR 5000 for my next 6 month period. Is this your service?? Ahasmhed of your service guys. Refund my money I will get another ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Tired of raising requests and following up requests. Another example of degrading services and customer dissatisfaction ! Terrible experience. More than 3 weeks due. No resolution yet. No port change & no bill adjustment completed as discussed. SR10257958065277

    @AgnyathaHindu @ACTFibernet There is no internet for last 24 hours. Customers have to wait till they resolve. ACT do not have a failover support.

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service. No internet from 2 days. @BSNL_KTK provides better service than you. #BSNLFTTH provides 3300GB /60MBps for 700 rs.

    @ACTFibernet Yet to receive a call, after waiting for 15 mim everytime, when the call in queue number is 2 ,it gets stuck no one responds,same issue from morning. Acct is suspended and I need to talk to someone soon

    @ACTFibernet really bad service, in a week I have given three complaints of internet failure, also given solutions to ur field engine & customer care executive on how to eradicate the problem once and all, but no one is interested in solving the issue ticket no-SR10758095834212

    @in_patrao @ACTFibernet Local networks are best, Issue will be resolved in hours also we can reach them out with IVR beeps. However, speed will be OK OK
