    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct You have the most useless wifi service It's been 5 days since the internet is down and there is 0 action on your end Neither anyone is bothered enough to address the issue nor your engineer is picking up calls. Most useless ISP.

    @ACTFibernet But again, the only resolution is paying additional for a data cable to connect the 2 routers. If you are offering such a mesh network, why is it not mentioned on the website nor explained by your salesperson before finalising the purchase?
