  @ACTFibernet Yesterday i have raised a manager call back after so many escallations. He marked that he had spoke with the customer. I am shocked to hear from your agent only Revathi, K jaganathan is the supervisor who has given the wrong informatation instead of giving a call to 7207200200

  @ACTFibernet applied for a connection and paid 3779 for six months. Now the act sales executive is saying connection is not feasible. I totally agree with this. But the refund is not initiated from act. Please help ASAP

  @ACTFibernet I received Bill for the month of Just.. In.this bill u added late fee charges..my.payment is delayed just 2 days..u charged late payment. Its not correct way..if internet is not working for 2 days, can u reduce the payment.. ..plz revise the Bill
