    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Another outage of over 12hrs. This company has no sense of responsibility for the service they are paid to provide. I see a lot of complaints here its better to take it to the consumer court they need to pay for loss of business due to no service.

    @ACTFibernet Hi there I am unable to access internet from morning ,Upon calling customer service they said there is problem at main switch could please any one response try to fix it off ASAP I have client meeting at 7 pm today I am working from home

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD : Worst experience with Act fibernet, I am facing network issues from past 2 days and have raised 3 tickets. Without resolution all are got closed, Using from past 4.5 years and this is the service provided. It's time to switch another network
