    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to get the connection from past 4 days. We paid 3 months plan in Chennai. No one is responding properly. Tech people came and told that wire connection is not possible and need to fix some box with power.

    @DoT_India i want to file an official complaint against @ACTFibernet for not deleting my data with them and repeatedly making unsolicited calls for reconnection. First they did not provide proper services after which I disconnected their service and now they are pestering me

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever. I work from home and have not had internet for a week. You kept resolving my problems on the app though it was far from resolved. And I applied to relocate but your guy hasn’t shown up. #useless
