    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Using jio 399+tax 30 mbps and act 575+tax 75 mbps plan no issues in both but if there's a downtime of more than 2 days act will add 2 days extra in our existing plan nothing of such sorts in jio

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     101012111304. Deepthisree nagar road no 27 every month internet issue why and what is happening. We have 5 connections in one apartment and suddenly today after 6 pm internet issue. Some work done at one pole and we don't have internet now. @ACTFibernet
