@ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

What a terrible service @ACTFibernet HYD.. it’s been almost 2 days but no resolution yet. No one is picking the call and no other way to contact as well. A chatbot keeps saying someone is resolving. If we try the number no one picks up or they simply disconnect 😔

@ACTFibernet No internet from 6 days, No resolutions, Customer care keeps saying they will resolve by evening yet nothing, Technicians turning their phones off and executives yelling at customers. Very bad experience, will go to consumer court if no resolution soon.

@ACTFibernet @AnilMarket Shocking. Mine is not working for last 5 days. It cannot be due to this cooked up TGSPDCL reason for all issues as it is working for my neighbours. I would rather move to Jio than wait for 5 - 10 days and then move out to @reliancejio

Act Fibernet @ACTFibernet is the worst connection, no Internet from 4 days. If you want to raise a complaint, u need to be in queue on call for 30 mins - 1 hour. Connection isn’t restored. I bought a 6 month plan, but very rude responses too. No value for customers.
