    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @TRAI @ACTFibernet , please bring rules for no service days for ISPs ...Complaint No - SR10265058117124 , no internet from 3 days pathetic service, ETR keeps changing every day. no service days but you don't extend the plan ...it like cheating .. :(
