    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @DoT_India @ACTFibernet again connection disconnected , I have 6 months plan and every Wednesday my connection goes and restores after 2 to 3 days , difficult to work from home and kids to follow the school , pathetic service and no response from act

    @ACTFibernet After 8+ years using this service provider, now shifting to others as these people no longer holds good service and have to wait days to get a simple issue resolved which used to be handled within a day in past days....

    @ACTFibernet No your service person said he will be visiting my premises to fix this issue, there are two other tickets raised for the same connection on different issues, you guys are not reliable anymore for remote work. We might lose jobs bcoz of you guys. Pathetic technical team.

    @ACTFibernet is one of the worst network when it comes to shifting. It’s been more than one week requested for relocation no response. Pathetic service will discontinue after this month.
