    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet promised HIGH End wifi AC1900 router with act storm plan, provided low end router during installation AC1200. Promises 300 Mbps speed in Act Storm, actual speed is one fourth of it ! No one answers on customer support! #Actfibernet #ActBangalore

    @ACTFibernet Booked a connection, next day installation guys came got the wrong router. So they went back to get the new router now they are absconded. Not getting proper response from any of your technicians. I knew your support sucks still i went bcoz i didn’t had any other go
