    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your lip service here doesn't extend to resolution of the issue.The request has been assigned to the same guy who knows nothing except discussing the issue with his boss/peers over a call in front of me.I have already paid @ACTFibernet today so you bugger off now.

    @ACTFibernet I am unable to connect the wifi on my mobile. I have already complained but no response near Rampally x road. I don't know what the service you are providing to your customers if not I'll change the network
