    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet worst ISP in #bengaluru Connectivity is so poor that u have to rely on ur mobile hotspot for work. Told the issue to so many representatives and they just keep on calling and ask the issue. Yesterday they closed the ticket without consent.

    @ACTFibernet If you can get this fixed within an hour well and good or please let me know so that I can find a better ISP. THIS IS A FREQUENT ISSUE AND NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME YET. APPARENTLY IT IS NOT JUST ME THERE ARE 8 OTHER CONNECTIONS WHO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE

    @ACTFibernet Hi, Every month there is a service outage for around 1-2 days and the reason is always the same "physical damage to the Optic fiber cable at the main junction " IF THIS IS A frequent thing and you cannot provide a permanent fix I will look for a new ISP.

    Posted my issue to Nodal officer twice, still there is no resolution done. I repeat ACT is the worst. @ACTFibernet sucks!!!

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic services by ACTfibernet, net not working for almost last 24 hours and not fixed yet. They do not have any customer care dialing number for immediate resolution, guiding to connect them via mobile app only which is of no use....
