@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet every 2nd / 3rd day the internet is not available for whole day .I have to raise complaint which is resolved only by day end.i feel this is deliberate to harass customer SR10156068280111 .
