@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

Such a worst service @ACTFibernet . I raised complaint on Wednesday night, today is Saturday, still I didn't get the internet. Customer service not even caring and when ever I call, they had only one Dailogue, " give us 24 hours time " Its already 3 days completed.
