  @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

  @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for over 48 hours now. This level of service is unacceptable. If the issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will not be paying for the downtime. Expecting urgent action on this.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Day 4 with No Wifi, blamed on 2 hrs of rain from a week ago. Complaint (SR10280081837574) raised, constant follow ups, but same empty reassurances & still no fix. At this point, it’s not a delay, it’s just being ignored. Clear deficiency in service.
