    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet ACt customer care is pathetic. They dont listen.They talk on you. They yell and disconnect at will.This is not an experience with one person. I spoke to 12 people. 6 were like this. Thats 50%.Every 2nd customer will have to put up with this bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet The frequent disconnection problem continues to persist. This doesn’t seem to be a router issue as ACT temporary router was installed and still continues to be a problem

    SR10159591913872 , even nodal has responded saying that they have assigned the technician ,but no None of your team contacted me and you block me on while I try to call customer care , if this how you behave with you customers , shame on your part , pathetic service @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet So again another 24 to 36 hrs without internet,Repeating same issue of NO internet every week, this is ur way of looking in to things,what kind of resolution your team provides ? Can u imagine how many days in the paid plan we r left without the promised services? @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet From my first call on 27th May '21 till date, I must hav made close to 15 calls and hav had no help from ur Team. This trivia might help u understand the quality of the service a customer receives inspite of investing 2X more on a broadband connection compared to ur competition.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down since yesterday and no one is bothered to help. I've been complaining since yesterday. My kids' online classes got hampered. I was given assurance it will be sorted in 24 hrs but it's more than 24 hrs now and it's still the same.
