    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    Let alone there pathetic service in Bangalore. Within this 1 month I have been without internet for 5 days.. I will definitely shift to another operator if this the case. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am unable to use internet. My ACT App says my number is not registered. Unable to login thru website. It could not identify my mobile number or account number. I am unable to raise a complaint. Paid for 6 months in Jan and feel I made a mistake. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Experience.Internet not working from morning. Every 15 days the same problem is repeating again and again. Do you think we have no other work. If this problem is not fixed early I will switch to other service providers.Ticket no:SR10253124999712

    @ACTFibernet thank you for your wonderful service which hasn't been working at all. A guy came in and checked the box still no good, this has effected my job, food and shelter. Also, thanks to your wonderful IVR which goes silent out of nowhere.

    @ACTFibernet My internet service got cut and I cant even login through my ID or phone number. Worse it doesn't even identify my number. Please let us know the problems at the very least. I've work in the morning and its the first monday of the month so please respond.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the issue is not resolved yet, apparently the cable between router and junction box was broken, was told it would be taken handled by different team. But just now the SR was closed though issue is till open. Can you help fix the cable asap? 8th SR : SR10253134672052
