    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Raised a TT through local technical support person but still no response. This is so unprofessional that you treating the customers in such a way, leaving them hanging for 7 days I'm ready with my payment but there is no one to activate my account Why should I pay ?
