    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

    @ACTFibernet is there anyone to help for issues.. 2nd day without internet.. customer support is mot bothered.. reading same verbiages.. not sure in which world your technicians are.. they cannot fix the issue.. the kind of network ACT has you guys should be lot quick in resolvin

    Service and also loot people. When there's such frequent disconnections, why should I pay full amt? @ACTFibernet I really hope @airtelindia makes their Internet service available in my area (Kengunte, Nagarbhavi (Bengaluru) ). I want to switch from @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet any chance to pay the deposit for this connection, 114000000272 even for uselss shifting without any commonsense installed you are charging 400 bucks,how about my money hold with you for the past 3 years? no "help" desk id,no appellate officers not seen so far?

    @airtelindia Please take the request and make airtel internet available in my area - Kengunte, Nagarbhavi Bengaluru. I really am fed up with @ACTFibernet and their stupid internet service.
