    @ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Wah what a network.Since two days we are suffering from internet issue. No proper response. If payment is delayed internet won't even work We do our payment on time.what should we do???

    @ACTFibernet Good bye Act and you spoiled my 3 days of work and resolving the SR with out any resolution. I am fine with the tickets open rather then closing it with out resolution. How can u close a ticket with out customer agreement.Never seen such fantastic customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised relocation request on March 20 and still no one has contacted me for relocation. I have been calling daily to customer service and sending mail to nodal officer of Hyderabad but looks like no-one is bothered to solve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet How many opportunities you need? I had payed on 10th March and filed complaint on 16th March for the issue. But no resolution till now. Even this is the fourth time you are replying but no solution.
