@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

Hi @ACTFibernet Ticket: SR11578070150394 It’s been 5+ hours without internet. The ticket shows resolution by 25th Nov (next 24 hrs), but all my work is on hold. Never expected such long downtime. Please resolve this issue ASAP. Location: Hanamkonda Warangal
