@ACTFibernet , Hi Act, I have an issue with this month's bill. I am charged shifting charges even thought re conection was done in August. I agreed to re connection as it free. I am trying to call customer care, but always busy and queue is more than 30.(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Team, I need a call back request from costumer care representative as my account is decatived and I can't reach costumer care.. You guys generated bill smartly and decatived the account today.. Worst supporting service and looting amount from costumers 😐

@ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service. Never thought it will take 48 hours to fix cable. Even government people have done it in few hours. They don't provide local technician number to speak.

@ACTFibernet Wtf?. Till today your technician didn't came to solve my issue. How can u tell it's resolved. First check. My issue is to setup installation box from front side of wall to backside. Pathetic service u guys have very poor service. I vll disconnect after my plan vll get finish.
