    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet asking for the bill payment and reminders is always on before the bill cycle. Please have the same common sense in terms of providing the service. The internet is not working. Please work on that and then ask for the bill you use less service providers

    @ACTFibernet the worst customer service ever. No response from the team even after raising a complainant. No updates regarding the problem. But you expect us to pay the bill on time or else the account will be suspended without any intimation. Shame on the customer service.

    @ACTFibernet dear Act ,there is a limit to test one's patience. I want to relcote Act digital tv connection or terminate if no service available. I am not able to get it done. This is irritating and annoying. Also expalins your pathetitic unskilled customer service. Help please
