  @ACTFibernet your service in Hyderabad is pathetic. I have made a payment for a new connection before 1 week. No response from your technician no calls, the service request was supposed to close by this evening again they raised another request which is going to close by 15

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD one guy visited yesterday & assured me that it'll get resolved by today morning. Morning another person comes & says that it'll get resolved by EOD. Now I can see ticket is closed. Request @TRAI to form appropriate rules to resolve issues within time
