    Extremely frustrated with @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad! My broadband has been completely down since Friday night. I raised a complaint on Saturday and was repeatedly assured it would be fixed — first within 1-2 hours, then by Sunday 1 PM.

    @ACTFibernet Problem is solved but you need to have better area engineers here. Current one is poor, doesnt pick up calls and only works when things are escalated. Next yr i will shift to some other provider.

    @ACTFibernet How come ticket are closing with out resolving it, day before yesterday you have closed but no internet, still your technician not came. This is happening 3rd time. I am not happy qoth your service. Please refund my money back and Wil go to other network

We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.     @ACTFibernet I have been getting this same response for past 2 days. The other providers at least complete the installation in 12-24 hrs, with ACT I don’t see that happening. Looks like this is the trailer for your service Im going to get in future.
