    New connection installed ~40 mins ago (SR10179746960724) and internet already down. Billing started in the evening due to late install, so losing a full day's service. Request urgent resolution or *credit for the downtime*. Please check and update ASAP."@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.

    @ACTFibernet my internet doesn't function atleast for 2 days every month since November 2025... ACT team assures the issue has been solved but it keeps recurring...The ACT field manager advised me to change the service provider which is absurd😡... SR10379723431684 @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It’s been 72 hours now and still no resolution/progress on my installation. This is appalling service in 2026. If you cannot do it, please refund my money and I’ll find a different ISP. I cannot lose my peace of mind anymore

    @ACTFibernet Bought and installed ACT wifi like 40mins ago and now it lost internet connection. They already installed at the end of the day making the billing plan to start in the evening and now with this issue, I'm gonna be losing the entire day in the plan. SR10179746960724
