    Hello @ACTFibernet internet outage for more than 120 hours now. No proper response on when this is getting resolved. Already ETR provided which was today over. Now new ETR. Need a solution soon. This is at Suchitra, HYDERABAD

    @ACTFibernet From 19th August the service was disrupted and I assumed that service should resume within 24 hrs but after 72 hrs still there is no internet. Request you to fix else will move to other ISP options. 🙏

    @bhagyasriiborse Hi @ACTFibernet Account Number: 101756179154 5 days of zero internet and still no resolution. Totally unacceptable. Customers pay for service, not excuses. I demand full compensation for this blackout—else I’ll escalate legally & switch providers. #InternetOutage @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet to pay my internet bill, your payment gateway has to work. And the only response I am getting is 'unable to process'. Customer care wait time is beyond 30. Such a pathetic experience!
