    @ACTFibernet We are facing issue from last 2days still there is no update and also my request got closed without resolution. When I called customer care they are saying issue will be resolved 24hrs in each call.still we have same issue and no update yet.Plz look into this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet My ACT Fibernet A/cNo 103016907968. Internet connection is not working since morning. Mobile app doesn't open without wifi. How will I raise a case then ?? Fix this network issue asap.

    @ACTFibernet Hello, it's been 48 hours I haven't heard from you guys. I'm losing my patience. What's wrong with you people? You guys closed my request without informing me and the issue isn't fixed at all. I had to open new request again. SR10161432062992. I'm so f***ing frustrated right now.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Act, almost a month back I upgraded my plan to 6 months and 300 MBPS and was given some discount, i paid the amount but the app still shows some due. I raised multiple tickets for the same and today my connection is disconnected. Strange.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for closing the reopen ticket AGAIN...without confirmation...Hats off to such a nice company policy...salute to your higher mgmt which allows to harass the prepaid customer .thank you..its my bad i choose prepaid ...Act does not have customer satisfaction policy
