In this digital one has to wait for 24 hours to get their interest issues resolved. It's high time for @ACTFibernet to retrospect their SLA to resolve issues. Highly disappointed. Looking for other vendors now.

@ACTFibernet i have been having internet issues from Wednesday . Called 15 times customer care . Gone to your near by office 5-6 times . Service person visited home after many calls and he said cable needs to be changed .
