  @ACTFibernet Nobody has reached till now, this is disgusting behaviour. How hard would it be to manage work at home with no wifi, this is not the first time, this happen often. Very irresponsible service i have ever seen

  @ACTFibernet Really Low quality service from people officials blocking my number to careless visits now after 7 days of relocation request I get know I cannot have a connection in my home after paying 3 month's bill, great service please refund my money back.

  The customer care number only lets you connect to an executive if you are an existing customer. Where’s the helpline support for people waiting for connection. There’s no way to cancel it and take refund either. Feels like a scam . Return my money and I am going for @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I want to reactivate the old connection. But your technician is saying high tension cables are there so not possible to provide the connection. But how this became an issue this time. Earlier without any issue, they have given the connection to the same address.
