    @ACTFibernet , Since yesterday mrng i am not getting internet, raised ticket SR10163969625274 no resolution.And the issue is very frequent and every time internet goes off your team takes 2 days to resolve. If the same continues with service i am planning to switch the network.

    Hello @ACTFibernet , ur service team only keep reopening one after another SR but no resolution. A simple request (SR11863954526914) to change the ownership and change 1 month plan to 6 month is taking eternity to resolve and my broadband has been disconnected for last 2 day.

    @shreyakhedia @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!
