    .@nch1915 I took internet connections from .@ACTFibernet 3 months back. Never got proper connect. SR10177382636734 is pending for long. Neither I get connection nor I get refund with cancellation of connection. Such irresponsible set of people.

    One of the worst customer service @ACTFibernet Waiting queue is more than 15mins And if anyone pickups the call too we will work on it ETA - 24-48hrs. Fedup with this guys.

    @ACTFibernet Service Request is registered long back but there is no solution, all I am asking is to send your executive to collect router and process refund. Else let me know if I can keep that router and no refund and I throw away your device attached at my home consuming my electricity

    @WhoCares5779 @ACTFibernet Yes,@ACTFibernetHYD became 🐶 squad, enabled with fake & lies to the customer like you & me. Again they changed resolution time for 4 th time for tomorrow at 9 AM. How long will continue with bloody **** service with our hard earned money ☝🏻
