    @ACTFibernet I have installed these broadband years ago but facing Multiple Issues every time and when we try to call there customer service they just simple disconnect the call. Please think multiple time before going to @ACTFibernet worest service ever found.

    @ACTFibernet The callback happened. I explained the issue and was told that it will be resolved in 1 day. Today i receive a message saying pay or account will be suspended tomorrow. What a sad state of ACT customer support. I dont understand how you are unable to solve 1 issue from 2 months.

    @ACTFibernet You only charge your customers for the internet that you suppose to provide, but you don't wanna provide? I've been raising connection issues from past 1 month and none of u bother to solve. Why the hell you're even providing services? Why are you even charging?

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working since day before yesterday. Ticket raised yesterday, still no resolution. 3 such instances in last 20 days and atleast 20 issues in last 6 months. Looks like taking legal action is the only recourse for the loss i have been suffering.

    Internet outage by @ACTFibernet for entire area in Mount Kailash for more than 12 hrs and no updates available from the company. Canned responses don't help. This is a serious lack of customer service.
