    @ACTFibernet There seems to be a pattern here. @ACTFibernet takes advance payment for 3 to 6 months and if someone disconnects before that period they don't even service the refund. Should I go to Consumer court for my refund? I have all the call recordings and SMSs etc. #shameOnACTFiber

    @ACTFibernet absolutely useless connection, works for one day stops working the other. 400mbps pack and it goes 400 only for a day when your representative fixes it then comes down. It’s not a joke, you charge hell lot for a 400mbps pack and 0 quality, my mobile data works better

    @ACTFibernet what a stupid website. 1) They dump show all plans with no way to view the details of each plan or compare with current plan. 2) On the screen prior to this, they display 2 more plans and let you compare only with those. 3) And even if you are using the website, it expires within 2 minutes requiring you to login over and over again. No password login, ONLY OTP!! What an incredibly stupid and tiresome website. If we do this in 2025, I wonder how these mf-ers will function in 2030? One plan fits all?? #userexperience #customerservicefail

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service at Medchal, Telangana. No internet from 1 week. Medchal town is suburban of Hyderabad city. It is no forest not a remote village. When will you resolve the issue? Mints money but service is 0. @reliancejio any support for us?
