@ACTFibernet Worst service ever from ACT in Vizag. We have been without internet since 3rd April 2021. The call centers personnel have no clue of the status of the issue or the ETA. They just provide some random ETA and status.

@ACTFibernet I don’t think your team is even bothered to check and fix it. I raised the complaint yesterday evening and till now it’s not fixed. Even though we’ve told multiple times it is a workday, fix it urgently.
