@ACTFibernet , I have took connection yesterday and i haven't received the invoice. The invoice should be given immediately,however even after complaints and calls to customer care. There is no response. I need an invoice for my payment asap.

@ACTFibernet Fed-up with the service. Facing issues with connection more than 24 hours. Strange thing is through WhatsApp the issue can't be raised. Will there be a resolution by tomorrow? I need a bill amount waver for 1 day also.

@ACTFibernetHYD & @ACTFibernet , I have requested for connection shifting. It was done but the thing is connection lan left in my hall which is useless for me. Guy was told he would fix in two days and now he is saying to keep request for shifting to change to my bedroom.
