@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 8nd March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection. If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time.

@ACTFibernet Guys never go for ACT.. been 1.5 months i have no internet and these frauds are not responding.. im going for Airtel.. so far good response.. their rates are less too and services is awesome

@ACTFibernet What kind of service and resprestantives you have ? The services are abruptly out - your app to create ticket doesn't work, chatbot is unresponsive, field engineers are not available, customer rep is most uncompassionate and unprofessional.
