    Hey @ACTFibernet it’s not been a month and we’re back with WiFi issues again. SR10181209256044 complaint has been raised but we’re trying to contact local ground level staff but no response from them. If this doesn’t resolve ASAP we’ll plan to terminate

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @AcTbalamalladi ACT-ai_101780672110 customer ref Ticket no SR10181242464047 should be resolved before the cricket match and FIFA World Cup finals otherwise we will disconnect the service for good.
