@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is down since yesterday morning in income tax colony road no 10 Banjara hills Hyderabad. Complaint is also raised but there is no resolution yet. This is very slow and poor service from ACT. Jio and Airtel is far better than this.

@ACTFibernet May I know status of below SR. *Your ticket SR10265169266619 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 21-Jun (DD/MM) between 13:00 to 16:00.* Technician is not picking call. My guess is he might have closed SR. I need reason why it was closed without fixing issue.

@ACTFibernet There was an issue in the morning at 8:30 a m. Till now the issue was not solved. Called executive multiple times no reply no one r picking the call. Worst service. Will definitely change my provider if it continues to be same.

@ACTFibernet from last 10 days I am facing Internet problem and there is no solution even after raising disconnection, you all said not to get it disconnected and you will solve the issues on priority basis and that also being 5 days till now nothing. Why are you wasting time
