    @ACTFibernet I have raised an complaint stating my Int is not working on Fri,SR10363460716034 which is 3 days now,yes we do agree due to rain fibre got cut,but 3 days is very long will I get a refund for 3 days of downtime-if we are not paying the bill on time,our conne is lost

    @ACTFibernet hey your installers are several days late... They just never seen to come despite many calls and promises from your team. Even your sales guy has given up on them. What do we need to do to get this done? Please advise.

    .@ACTFibernet has become proper dogshit these days. After an hour of power cut, internet goes off until the power's back. Even local broadband operators offer better service.
