    @anil_adigopula @ACTFibernet S ive already contactd them! Gonna chnge it soon.fking there isnt a day tht i was happy wit their services! Everytime there will b connectivity issues, speed issues etc fking i can even name all of their customer care people at ease so much ive interacted with them @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet whenever rainfall occurs do optical fiber gets cut down on its own ? This is what the reply I got from customercare..got fed up with these type of answers ..even act don't provide powerbackup. I have complained n no. of times reg connectivity issue during rainfall.

    @chidvilaasam @ACTFibernet Bro, ACT became worst. Airtel is so better with fiber connection and cheap. Just try once. Ask people who started using recently.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is not pathetic and your agents give diff answers for a SR raised..1says junction box issue other says server issue. INTERNET not working since last night 9pm. raised SR10162565456852, tentative fixing time is 7pm sep 20. Did you assigned SE to fix?

    @ACTFibernet once the payment is done the cycle repeats and we have to pay for internet without using it satisfactory and suffer a lot by just calling endless times . Worst service

    @ACTFibernet I had asked for change of plan during my last tenure, the person asked me to wait till the end of the plan. I again waited and completed the process but the plan remains the same. Customer care is useless providing only false information to get us to pay.

    @anil_adigopula @ACTFibernet Nowadays, ACT’s service is becoming worst and some support persons are speaking harshly. I don’t about Airtel. Currently, My plan is for 7 months. Will check their service until my plan gets over. If it’s better at least for the remaining period, I’ll continue with ACT itself.
