    @ACTFibernet @ganguli01 Fix ping in Madurai. I won't stop tweeting until I get under 15ms like earlier. 30 ms to the GATEWAY (Nearest server) is not acceptable!

    Dear @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days registered a complaint(SR10365695688854) on frequent disconnection of internet. Still nobody bothered. Interest u show when u provide new connection, should be der in resolving customer complaints. Will see for a day and disconnect your service.

    @ACTFibernet it's strange when you want a new connection ACT team will call you numerous times, however when there is some fault no one bothers or picks up call. SR11065704115694 complaint number. that too Thursday working day.such a shame
