  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet until you fix the issue ,because I subscribed for a long term plan(because ping was fine earlier, now its too high) I just need prompt action and not false promises. I was getting 9-12ms last month, and other ISP pings are less than 15ms to Chennai.

  @ACTFibernet pathetic service, every month once or twice, I have to raise a complain for internet not working. I think we have to rely on mobile networks only. Your service is not at all helping, just raising bill every month and collecting money.

  @ACTFibernet its more than 16 hours internet outage is there in Annapoorneshwari nagar bangalore no resolution yet. Yesterday morning only taken new connection and facing this kind of service.
