    @ACTFibernet 3rd class service from a 3rd class broadband service provider..facing connectivity issues from morning.. getting disconnected very frequently.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet again my internet is not working today. This is the worst service provider. Every week there is some or other issue. It's taking more than 48hrs to solve the issue

    @ACTFibernet 5 days in a month Internet doesn't work will you cut that from my bill? "Nope". It's done and dusted. Because afterall it's our problem right? Internet didn't work not theirs.

    @ACTFibernet I didn't get any call from ur side ,I do not want anymore call from ur side , please cancel the connection & refund full amount ... It's been 12 days we took new connection it's a worst customer care & support from ur side .In future how can I proceed if it is goes like that.
