@ACTFibernet Dear #actfibernet I have opted 6 month plan .The monthly invoice is a web page . Can you guys please share the same in PDF . Your customer care not helping at all and closing all the tickets from level 1 itself .PDF is the normal format for every bill or invoice .

Don't choose @ACTFibernet for internet connection. In a month, atleast 5-7 major internet shutdowns happen. But still they don't care to fix it permanently. And one of the very rude and arrogant customer care, ever seen. WFH affected due to their negligence.

@ACTFibernet Instead of adding this comment, can u ask or assign someone to check the issue. Last month also I had to take 2 days leave due to a similar issue.

@ACTFibernet i hav made 3 aditional calls Apart from d 20 calls since 3 days.d team leader is not takin calls.another person name narsing is unwilling 2 help or cooperate Says hes not alloted though he has seen d problem and knows what 2 do Kindly help or disconnect d connection

@ACTFibernet For last 2 days the network is not working & I am not able to work due to this. This is the way you respect your customers not even replying to them ¬ providing any update. If you are not able to provide network means plz inform us. I will change some other network.
