@ACTFibernet customer services is telling us to disconnect the connection for this reason. This is for one, surprising and second, sad to acknowledge. I never expected ACT to give bad services in such a way.

@ACTFibernet 4 tickets been raised and closed without installation or refund..is it that I caught ACT malpractice to install lesser speed router than what customer is paying for? Thought its cheating at Manik or tech team level but seems the ACT as whole party to this malpractice

@ACTFibernet speed is very slow, your tariff says 100mbps but the actual speed is not even 30 Mbps.

@ACTFibernet My service request raised on 02 Aug for installation of new broadband connection closed by ACT..neither installation done nor annual subscription paid refunded but service request closed..avoid ACT..cheaters, malpractices & harassment..its what u get if choose ACT
