    @ACTFibernet blamed the customer, wasted 2+ hours on calls and spoke like recovery agents. Collecting money without delivering service is unfair trade practice. Refund the excess charges OR provide a compatible router. Worst ISP experience in India. Regret choosing ACT.

    @sathishemjay @ACTFibernet All their support staff seems rude and don't listen to issues to resolve. They start arguing instead of addressing the issue. Worst customer support ever 😡 rate this service zero everywhere. I am not going to use their service again. Good riddance.

    @ACTFibernet I have done shifting from one flat to another flat in the same apartment and you charged me one month charges which is 700 rupees for just reinstallation. I am not going to pay this. Remove my connection, will get better offer from other service provider

    @ACTFibernet I'm being told that it we are nowhere connected to the upgrade you did from the app,it was your mistake!! Why do u ask the customer to upgrade when your devices don't support that speed!! Utter arguement since 3 days!! Ticket raised 4 days back and nobody cares
