    @ACTFibernet What you need to do is take some accountability. Your support staff headed by a Mr. Abhishek (who is in charge of South Delhi I assume, n who sits in okhla office) does not have a clear line of communication. The team under him takes huge amounts of time just to note a complaint!

    Still no one has been assigned @JioCare @reliancejio . Booked and paid for my @ACTFibernet new connection unfortunately. The hassle of booking a not available slot vs tollfree not allowing to proceed to talk to a support executive is not worth my time!

    @ACTFibernet SR11881651900874 — Internet has been down for several hours, and I still haven’t received any response or update from ACT. This is extremely frustrating. Please look into this urgently and provide an update on the issue.

    @GulbamSai @ACTFibernet I do have similar issues with @ACTFibernet their customer support team is trained to ensure fake promises are delivered to customers
