    @ACTFibernet there's no internet connection since yesterday morning. It is still not recovered till now. I am facing this internet issue frequently i.e every week.what is the problem with my connection. I have raised the complaint yesterday.

    @ACTFibernet This is my third complaint this year. My net is again down-SR10354584937502. SR10353944594022 raised on 17/Mar and SR10352945196497 raised on 25/Feb.Very pathetic service. Jio fibre looks like a better option.

    @ACTFibernet After lot of follow up and many calls internet is working after 3 days but as usual worst speed. I am supposed to gey 300mbps but I am getting 10mbps. I am fed up with the connection

    @ACTFibernet I did not receive any calls and the internet is still not fixed. The field Mr. Chenaswamy told us that he will come in an hour. It has been 96 hours since complain. Clearly your organization is not made to service businesses. SHAMEFUL SERVICE!! @consumerforum_
