The concept of refunds for downtime must be considered for services in India. Consumers are taken for a ride with zero accountability of service providers. @ACTFibernet you have 'inspired' this thought.

@ACTFibernet totally unhappy with the service. Now your CC is not available on call and the so called new app doesn't understand me at all. The executive behaviour was rude and light. Totally unexpected. Feedback link says invalid when trying to give 1 star.
