    @ACTFibernet Now I too can say it’s a deceitful service. Internet/wifi gone for fifth day now in a row. All bogus assurances of resumption giving a time range , only to fail successfully. Six months advance paid, waiting to quit once my subscription ends in July first week.

    Lost internet on friday still @ACTFibernet is still figuring out when to resolve it. Have raised more than 20 complaints about no internet in 2 months. Customer care helpline giving some random timelines. And this is on summer. Oh god please save me during monsoon #actfiber

    @ACTFibernet its been more than 24 hours sicne the internet stopped working there has been no response nothing...this is very bad service...will it be another 24 hours or how many days shpuld we wait for the issue to be resolved

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 22-Jun(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT Today 5th day, whole day gone It will repeat once time is up. fooling me again. How long this deceiving fairy tales ? Any answers ?

    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday in Pragathi Nagar Area Hyderabad 500090 raised a ticket and ETA is changed multiple times. Ticket no: SR10175947825214. No technician reaches out after raising ticket, No status Update whatsoever. Reolve it ASAP
