@ACTFibernet Hi Team I have initiated several tickets regarding internet drop during call. Agent were not providing proper resolution and closing the ticket. I spoke with neighbors on the same. They told they switched to different services providers for same issue Isitpoble2hlp

Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

@ACTFibernet Unfortunately the same response EVERY single time. I got a response from your customer service team, that internet will be back between 4-6 Tomo. Same experience every single time with 2 days delay. It's ridiculous.

The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.
