You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     I want I my money back soon, so that I can switch to @ACTFibernet . Atleast they provide the routers which has inbuild VPN support.

    @ACTFibernet SR10181798065394 ACT internet cut every month. Reason given: fiber cut by regional & line manager. This is not service, it’s negligence. Stop excuses, deliver reliability. Customers won’t tolerate repeated

    ACT has pathetic service throughout my journey. My connection was disconnected on 10th july 2026. I requested for an intercity connection but customer care guys made blunders & I couldn't get connection in the new city. Till date no refund e1 after asset recovery. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Bravo @ACTFibernet , 24 hours on and still no resolution. What gives? Seriously you cannot be this incompetent? It’s a simple matter of fixing whatever is broken, no rocket science here. It’s a waste of time and money taking you to consumer court. Just have to suffer you’ll!
