    Dear @ACTFibernet, I am fed up of raising cases manually every other day. Once again your internet is not working. Your employees come and fix it for 4 days exactly so there reopen rate is not impacted. I would request you to send someone to my address and get it fixed.

    @ACTFibernet - Twice a week your internet goes down and the customer care numbers aren’t available. On top of that your app seems to be just loading all the time!!
