@ACTFibernet Continuously happening every week now. Wifi is not working for the entire society. Please let me know if you can't improve the service. There are thousands of other options. We are wfh at least have the decency to resolve the issue asap

@ACTFibernet Your team is looking into this issue definitely and then they close it without any proper resolution..however I get monthly bill without any delay..why can't you maintain the same level punctuality while providing services or in resolving issues

@ACTFibernet can you please have a proper infrastructure, every time there is a power cut in my place the internet goes off , even if the power is back internet does not work. I get one answer from your technicians power issue .
