    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for acknowledging my concerns. But when your Helpdesk agent called and I narrated my ordeal, it looked she doesn’t care or it doesn’t matter whether the customer stays or goes out of @ACTFibernet that’s reality which u guys need to wake up!🙏

    One of the worst experience from act fiber customer care support I have been tried calling this idiots they pick the call take my registered mobile number later on they mute my call and disconnect My internet is not working special in the night time @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet Iam still waiting for my plan change to be happen from 19 days your customer service is fooling by fake promises now its too much of mental stress to daily remind you now iam moving to consumer forum with all recording proofs i need a call back urgently

    @ACTFibernet And I'm trying to get contact number of technician but non of the customer care executive doesnt have it did im look like fool these all happened just because of im having you connection, I can switch to other broadband service who ready to provide better service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Worst service ever, I have been following up with the ACT team regarding my payment. I have paid the bill twice and I'm asking them to refund the amount since the past 15 days and I did not get any response.. they just say they have escalated the issue
