    @ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, im facing internet outage from last 32 hours still its not resolved and no response here is ticket SR10167234586324. Due to ir technician responsibility i lost 1 working day, again got an update issue will resolve between 19:30 to 21:00 on 8th Mar..

    @ACTFibernet I am disconnecting my service as you guys are constantly harassing by calling 3/4 times a day. Are you guys sane? Why harass a customer for your services? Search new people. 😡😡😡

    @ACTFibernet if you don’t honor your own quarterly, half yearly or yearly plans, how can we trust that you won’t cancel plans midway and levy unanticipated charges on us!! Cannot trust your company anymore

    @ACTFibernet This response am getting for the 3rd time, But no one actioned yet. Evry month am asking for the same, When request was made in the month of November. Why there is no Auto generation for the same? This is really Annoying when such service given. @consumerForumCF @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet why you selling 50 mbps plan make it 35 mbps rather than cheating thousand of customer. If you can't provide required hardware and asking for money in case of router upgrade to match 50 mbps speed
