@ACTFibernet pathetic services I disconnected services on 2nd Oct. Still not received the refund for router. Called multiple times, worst customer care services. They said the ticket is in pending state from 2nd of oct This is kind of customer experience you want to provide.

@ACTFibernet Saw new ACT smart ad. Have to say bad timing. I have been experiencing WORST internet service by ACT. ZERO way to contact real human cust care. Area tech says Rats had cut server wires n in evening it repeated. Wow with standards of server room.

@ACTFibernet I strongly recommend to people not to get connection on Act Fiber Net they are worst is service providing, as my issue was not resolved from Nov24-2021 onwards and just they are playing, I'm from TS HYDERABAD
