@ACTFibernet Very limited support provided. Called ACT to choose other modes of payment but the same payment link was sent once again. Either pay immediately with bank or pay more with credit card. I don't think I will be the first customer to complain but this is unfair.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet are you least bothered about your customer? The major outage doesn't take more than 5 hours and fixing small issue how long will you take? This is the reason people switch to other providers.
