    @ACTFibernet SR10257788945582 entire building is facing internet issues on a monthly basis. Several complaints has been raised and yet your not providing permanent resolution. Request you to provide a quick fix on priority.

    @ACTFibernet We had a similar issue on Wednesday and again since this morning we are facing the same issue. Our office work is getting highly disturbed. We feel bad to ask excuses in our office for your fault.
