    @ACTFibernet POOR Service - I upgraded my plan & paid 6 months' fee 10 days ago. Your technician called last Friday to install the mesh router; I asked him to come on Monday, but he didn’t show up. After multiple calls, I have yet to receive a response. Please resolve this.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibrenet after 3 days, I reached out to customer care team and they want me to allow to set Junction box (to provide other connections too) in my home to get connection. After the ACT fake promises and time wastage to follow up requested refund finally - Great Job Team

    @ACTFibernet It's been now 13 long hours without internet service. Hello.... We're in 2025.... How someone can work when there's no internet service for 13 long hours ?????? Don't you feel that it's a big failure as a service provider...

    @ACTFibernet Paid for a new broadband connection in Chennai (Request ID: 103762553894, but no one has installed the modem even after 3 days! But sales team promised me that they will install in 2 hoursNo response from support either. Kindly resolve ASAP or refund. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 2/2. I've never experienced any internet service provider taking 24 hours to fix the issue. And this is happening every alternative week. You need to focus on this issue to retain your customers. How we can do work from home if there's no internet for 24 hours.

    I made a big mistake to go for @ACTFibernet... after 4 day's since trying to get through their Customer Service, I finally gave up... kind people of #Bharat #India please suggest an internet connection that addresses to customers issues. Worst service no solution for issue
