Consistent follow ups through DM. Lack of a contact number to reach out to. I have been without internet since the last three days @ACTFibernet if this lackadaisical service continue I might have to jump to @airtelindia or @reliancejio. Do you guys provide internet in Bengaluru?

@ACTFibernet this is with regards to the huge 500GB/month data plan that I am being shoved when I need ~100GB in 1 month. Requesting help in downgrading the plan in anyway possible, or will have to discontinue the services.

I am facing internet issue again and again. Couple of days back only some issues rectified and now again some issues and asking us to wait for 24 hours. @ACTFibernet ask us to pay bill for a month even if we use for one day. It's time to change to @reliancejio #worstservicebyact
