    @ACTFibernet I want to move my router from one room to another and your service desk is informing it will attract a charge of Rs 650. Charge for rerouting the cable through left side of the bldg instead of right side is 650. Are you sure?

    @ACTFibernet I've raised a compliant of internet issue & asked your customer service to provide me exact time of resolution. But instead everytime they are giving me false hope.. & assured I will receive a call back from concerned team but I haven't received so far.
