    @ACTFibernet I hv given complaint on 3rd June, complaint cable hanging one side & other side hanging in EB line which happens to apartment line. Till now it's has solved the problem & I get only ur tentative time/ date change every 2days, nobody bothered to cal me for update.

    @ACTFibernet Now team had connected the box to neighbour's electricity meter. But problem remains. In case electricity supply is disrupted, even if I have power back up, i am still going to face no internet. So let's simplify it, give my connection power from my electricity supply.

    @ACTFibernet no internet from few hours and raised a complaint SR10265209520104. Call cs and was told it will be fixed in 24 hrs 😳 #highprice #belowaverage service and no additional benefits compared to other providers. High time to shift to others

    @ACTFibernet All act team has a bunch of customer care executives who feed a bunch of lies to the customer that issue will get resolved at earliest and all we get a fake ETR Rubish, crap and pathetic service.

    . @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165209587424 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 26-Jun (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT Why do you need so much time for resolving internet issue. You must compensate for lost hours

    @ACTFibernet i got a net issue yesterday afternoon and you guys are saying the resolution will be by today 6pm. My weekend will be over the time you resolved. Need to improve on customer service and resolution time.

    @ACTFibernet every 2nd day I hv to cal the customer care & check there only sorry information.whenever I call the engineer they wil not pick my calls.customer care has informed complaint has been escalate to next level & they will getting in touch with me.

    @ACTFibernet. I have an Issue with my Internet and this happens every month. My internet is not working and when raised ticket number it is being closed without any resolution. Please fix this issue permanently. If not I will have to go to @consaff
