    @ACTFibernet such a irresponsible network. I raised ticket on 7th of sept .net issue not yet resolved plz refund my amount and disconnect my account SR10177012831104. Do it on priority as I need to move to jio fiber net once the refund is received

    @ACTFibernet dear friends ACT FIBERNET is the worst internet service. Please no one use it …… every week it will be disconnected. You can’t do your work trusting this internet connection. I have thrown out my 2 net connection modem on the road. I am in madurai

    @ACTFibernet From past 8 days Internet is not available. And every day I get new date of resolution. Is Act Fibernet going to give discount these days on bill? As 8 days without Internet why the User will pay for it. Not sure how many days more it will continue.

    With no internet since 14 days & no resolution from @ACTFibernet, I finally applied for @JioCare. Hopefully, they aren't facing any issues in the Manikonda area! Been spending ₹2k/week to commute to office for work loosing hours in the process.

    @HathwayBrdband Everyday downtime and doesn’t browse at all I can’t work or use it on my tv it loads even in 360p quality Pathetic service and I can’t talk to any person on call and diva is horrible I will Shut down your services I will better shift to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet my connection is my reconnected without my consent and being billed for the same without using the service. I had the worst experience with Act and switches to jio air fiber stop reconnecting as per your will and charging it's a serious case of fraud.

    @ACTFibernet called up the customer care and wasted 20 mins to get a plan update to ensure coverage in entire house. After waiting for 10 mins the executive transfers the call to another department and the call gets disconnected. Has happened twice and nobody cared to contact me

    @ACTFibernet i have raised disconnection due to non availability of internet on sept 15th 2025. Service agent is closing ticket saying prepaid. Why exit process is worst .. we expect hassle free process in this fast paced environments.
