    @ACTFibernet And the best thing is once the issue has been closed, it is removed from your app. So you cannot go back and check to see how many service requests you have raised in the past. You have to fumble through numerous messages trying to find all the relevant messages. WoW

    @ACTFibernet Took my connection in June 2022 and these are the number of requests I have had to raise for the same issue mostly. Part 2. And I'm sure this is not a comprehensive list. I've missed out on finding a few of these. Seems like every month I need to raise one for this

    @ACTFibernet app has logged me out and doesn't recognise my registered mobile number. Unable to login to selfcare too as it's asking me login via an incognito browser. Says the same when I use one. Whatsapp official account doesn't recognise my registered mobile number. WTF?

    @ACTFibernet from friday night net is not working yesterday it was fixed and that got lasted from couple of hours and again net is down. What kind of fix was done yesterday. Request # 101671608662 submitted again.

    @ACTFibernet SR10267152593674 - connection down again less than a month.. Same nonsense excuses @TRAI customers are harassed by ACT.. Seems like malpractice and deliberate delay in resolving issues. Please take action against ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Horrible service @ACTFibernet has been struggling to resolve a ticket for the last 24 hours without help. Your customer support guys have yet to learn, and the internet has been down for the last 24 hours without any ETR. Your nodal officers are not available.
