@ACTFibernet , our internet got disconnected for more than 2 days now. Still the service got not restored. The ticket is getting updated with new resolution time after the actual time is passed. Customer care people providing the assurance of the issue resolution

@ACTFibernet I subscrihed one month free zee5 subscription. After that i noticed every month it will be subscribed automatically. So i called customer care and asked to cancel the subscription. But in this june month bill they have added extra amount for this. Shameful service.

@ACTFibernet What priority? I called up the technician. He left for the day at 7pm. Said can’t help till tomorrow morning. Crazy customer service if this what is the attitude. Why should I loose more than 12 hours of service for which I already paid money?
