Many residents are unhappy with the current options and want to switch. Please flag this to your network expansion team for feasibility."

    @ACTFibernet what stupidity is this when the due date is tomorrow. How can it be overdue when due date is tomorrow. Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days since my router was collected, and there’s still no refund. First I was told ₹3,100, now it’s ₹2,500, and no one even knows where it’s being processed. Why should customers chase you repeatedly? Fix your broken process and make refunds smooth

    @ACTFibernet SR10381179589144, the original resolution time promised was 15/7 21:00. The ticket was raised around 15/7 15:03. It’s been almost 20 hours and still nobody showed up. If you cannot keep up the promise why even bother to give a resolution time.

    @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet If you call to customer care they respond with all sweet words. Better to drop mail for proof from our end for tracking, additionally we can raise customer dispute.

    Hey @ACTFibernet it’s not been a month and we’re back with WiFi issues again. SR10181209256044 complaint has been raised but we’re trying to contact local ground level staff but no response from them. If this doesn’t resolve ASAP we’ll plan to terminate
