  @ACTFibernet, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed Your sales chase till payment, and they don't even check whether the service is active. It's been more than 24 hours. Your team called me about the activation and said the account would be activated in 15 minutes.

  @ACTFibernet i took connection apr 29. Till now they connection is down. They closing the ticket without rectifying issue. Customer care executive answering with attitude. This is the worst experience i am facing with Internet provider. SR10380047971474. None contacted me tillnow

  @ACTFibernet There is no response from customer care, the call goes pending with more than 30numbers in waiting.. There is no proper Timeline for resolution. Everyday just keep getting message the issue will be resolved within 4 hours.

  @ACTFibernet Please don’t attempt to resolve now—the time has passed. Disconnect my broadband effective 1 May 2026 due to service deficiency. Raise a disconnection ticket, process pro-rata refund, and stop billing from 2 May 2026. This is my official confirmation.
