    @ACTFibernet the date when i taken the connection till today every month my internet get stop working for 2 to 3 days,i pay the bill on time,and you will also not provide the compensation, your service is wrose day by day

    @ACTFibernet this is not at all acceptable on your so called service for a customer who is associated with you since 6 years. I think it’s high time now I should be your priority customer. No internet since 10 hrs and still continuing. Wow thanks for your great service. Pathetic

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Sorry to say again that I have registered my service request yesterday afternoon but the engineer didn't get sr ticket yet shall I hope it will resolve by today because tomorrow and after tomorrow is weekend so plz consider my service request ASAP

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst wifi service I've ever seen. ACT isn't providing the speed according to plan and internet goes down for 4-5 hours atleast once or twice a week. Frankly mobile data gives much better speed and stability. I want to cancel the service and need refund.

    @ACTFibernet There is alot of slow down issue with Actfiber. I'm unable to get the speed according to my plan.

    @Umasank14246278 @ACTFibernet I felt the same dude. One of the worst service and customer care. Firstly they tell me my number is not registered. Secondly the customer service agent put me on hole for 15 minutes when I started explaining my problems and did not she said a word and put me on hold.

    @ACTFibernet 1/2 I felt so disgusted being a customer of ACTFibernet here in Hyderabad, I have ordered for a new connect 2 days before by paying 4950 INR,their team members checked into the property, checked their connectivity but ended up going without giving any connection...
