    @ACTFibernet Cancel my plan completely and refund my money. I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet this is the worst internet provider. Absolute waste and pathetic. 12 hours since I registered a ticket as my internet wasn't working. TAT was 7:30 pm still not resolved. No way I can contact customer care now. Definitely won't renew this ****** connection again.

    @ACTFibernet A mechanic comes this morning, changes the router, promises years of uninterrupted service. A few hours later, the service has gone. No Internet, apart from the business of changing the router.

    @ACTFibernet I think you guys are not understanding professional commitment to assure to customer,I'm not getting my refund and neither the service for the payment already service request was raised, it's almost 13 days

    @ACTFibernet Team, I am without ACT internet for more than 24 hrs. Raised complaint SR10380587096194, ETA is already moved a couple of times. Engineer not picking up the call.. Helpdesk disconnects the call after waiting in the queue.. your service is totally dysfunctional

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACT_Issues I had Actfibernet at home. Due to very poor services, I had to get it deactivated with effect from 06 June 26. My subscription is till Oct 26. Request refund balance amount for 4 months.
