@ACTFibernet learn how to respond from ICICI Bank. They just found their name in my tweet and responded. You took 18 days to process a refund and only a partial refund was issued. I had paid 2355 for the connection and 1389 only was refunded. Service failure👎 was by Act Fibrenet

@ACTFibernet saying that it will resolve by 16th,I have taken a premium plan and paid for 6 Months, that’s why you are behaving like this,if service is that poor from starting I don’t want to continue,please revert back my subscription and payment.

@ACTFibernet The downtime of Broad Band is not being informed to Customers. In monthly bill they are not proportionately reducing the amount. Consumer Should move to Consumer Court for deficiency in Service. Further the Investors should not rely on the management.
