    @GurpriyaSidhu @ACTFibernet Its been three years since i stopped using their service and till now they call from different numbers.

    @ACTFibernet , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 6+2 (have invoice as well) months plan automatically gets converted in 6 months plan. 100 calls,100 emails but no solution. internet suspended even after your guys confirmed it won't be. No one should use your service ever.

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service. They are just sleeping on the complaints. God pl wake them up.. customer is not important for them.. money money..

    @ACTFibernet Still no resolution neither a call from @ACTFibernet and it's been two days since the network is down no one came and resolved it. The ****** call center representatives dosconnecting the call while talking useless service useless ppl hired by ACT who doesn't have any knowledge

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service. The service ticket is closed automatically without any resolution. I guess new connections are important than keeping the existing ones up. I've been following up for the last 3 days and no resolution. How to raise a disconnection request?

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working from Sunday 20 th June afternoon and I have a raised a ticket . But no technician called and resolved the issue . I couldn’t do my office work for entire day yesterday . I’m thinking of switching to different broadband service
