@ACTFibernet I don't understand if your Operations Team or Leadership have something called commonsense bcz as you provide a 24hr run service & you don't have Team to support in Weekends, Not in Lockdown Period even in Normal days I faced this issue. By was Imposed LOP.

@ACTFibernet if the service is not changed in a day I need immediate disconnection and I’m not going to pay the bill.worst service n customer support.customer support executives lie to customers.
