@ACTFibernet Provider even after we are asked to pay a huge sum of money compared to other service providers. Try to behave responsible way and don't chest the customers in the name of better service and speed. #ACTCHENNAI #ACTFIBERNET #ACTFIBERNETCHENNAI .

@ACTFibernet Ya right how is that everytime you require 2 -3 days to solve a problem ?

My connection has already been disconnected at my request, yet I'm being asked 2 pay the full month's charges. Why should I pay for the days the service wasn't working nd my complaints went unanswered? I expect a waiver for the outage period nd a revised final bill. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Your customer support is incompetent, your service is unreliable, and your lack of accountability is unacceptable. Stop making false promises and start honoring your commitments.

Dear @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days without internet. I've called your customer support nearly 10 times, and every time I was promised the issue would be resolved "within the next 4 hours." Not a single technician has visited or even attempted to diagnose the problem.

@rrthakkar1411 @ACTFibernet Same here! And @ACTFibernet has this auto response set up (I got it too!) but no action or any actual response from a customer service team.

@ACTFibernet worst service .. every 3 months Internet complaint has to be raised and they 2. Days to solve the problem.. not going to renew it

@ACTFibernet anyone considering this. save yourself the frustration. Choose @Airtelxstream4 or @jio_fiber instead. Their service and customer support are far more reliable than this pathetic experience.
