@ACTFibernet - You guys are very particular and eager when it comes to asking for money for internet subscription. But when internet issues occur, resolution takes days. Pathetic service as always. Would suggest people to go for brands like airtel instead

2/n they did not listen to my request and the only option to get them to get their attention was when I did not pay the due (which was anyway not justified as they charged me for a plan that got never activated for more than 6 months). @ACTFibernet
