    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm taking new connection just 24 hrs back, yesterday mrng team was visited and they installed setup router and all. In between before 24 hours only got an network issue. Ticket was automatic opened. Still issue was not resolved. I have a work.

    @ACTFibernet want to report a serious issue. Your field executive is logging in as customer and closing ticket. He called me in the morning as I reported an issue. He resolved the issue & asked for an OTP. After I have provided it. I realised that it’s OTP for login
