@ACTFibernet Still the issue is not resolved. For the past two days there is no internet and tickets are being closed without solution. Worst experience ever. People don't go with ACT in future.

@ACTFibernet . From yesterday evening internet issue in coimbatore. Ticket was closed without resolving. No proper response over tickets and thru app. Keeps prolonging with the time to close or to resolve. Completely very disappointed with the response and resolve with issue.

now this month it's getting disconnected on a daily basis wt ******** is even going on when I call your ****** up customer service they disconnect the call in mid day and don't even call back is this wt we pay for @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Internet dropped during power cuts despite router backup. ACT technician made it worse-now no internet at all. Raised 1 ticket, they created 3, no resolution. Blamed socket & told me to get electrician. Customer care is of no use. @DoT_India @TRAI #jagoGrahakJago
