@ACTFibernet Service complaint raised 10 days back. Still no response. today I raised a request for new connection and got call back in 5 mins. 4 different teams called. such a poor service and only focusing on new connections. its time to find other provider. @airtelindia

I'm going to find a good lawyer to appear in consumers court, since same issue is happening very frequently. I want my money back. #this goes in all my social media accounts

@Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet They asked me to come to TNagar office with a letter etc and "pay" the old bills inspite of them clearly seeing that its the same customer who has moved locations. I refused and finally this horrible solution of removing my ph no from records so that agents don't call ! horrible

@ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet must be having one of the worst customer service in India. None of the customer service people have any respect towards the customers. Complaint raised 1 month back,every 1 week it's been closed without even customer consent. Not even a single call back!
