    @ACTFibernet Team - I have a ticket opened for a connectivity issue. I was busy the weekend when I received call and couldn't pick. After that I reoened the ticket but everytime it is getting closed without any further contact.

    Hey @ACTFibernet what a worst service you give ! Internet down , cudn talk to human, your IVR says ETA 1 day. Useless service @UnmistakableCEO I’m switching back to Hathway ! Never would recommend your service

    @ACTFibernet it’s October 7 and our internet has been down since September 5. Ticket SR10176981152514. A full month without service, only fake promises of 48/72 hours every time. No escalation, no clarity, no accountability. This is pathetic service and customer exploitation.

    .@ACTFibernet is the worst network service, after paying for the bill mount prior the due date also my account got network suspended and from past 10 days I’m connecting to the customer care they say sorry ,will arrange technician and it didn’t happened till now

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet you’ve had a full month to fix this. Ticket SR10176981152514 | No service since Sep 5 | Today: Oct 5. Enough excuses. Either restore service or issue a full refund within 24 hours. Stop hiding behind “on-ground challenges” and take responsibility. #ACTFibernet
