Hey @ACTFibernet, why your technical team is saying it’s not feasible to extend service to new society (consisting of 100 houses) which is ~200 meters away from the existing serviceable area.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD They upgrade the plan speed without informing to customer, when the paid router does not support that speed. If we request to upgrade the router according to the speed they won't do it. It's one kind of scam.

@ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider. Been more than 16 hours and there is no internet. Technicians are not visiting and call centre executives are disconnecting the calls. Havn't seen such pathetic service in over a decade. Suggest not to use their services.

@ACTFibernet What a pathetic service, they claim to provide 200MB speed, in reality you get 3MB. Moreover,there support staff hang up the phone when they have no clue. Decided to disconnect. Pathetic,pathetic!

@ACTFibernet ur service is so pathetic. Every now and then the internet doesn't work. Now some wire is broken in the area. What do you charge the money for? I am assuring you that I'm going to disconnect #ACT. Useless company. #Bangalore #Internet
