    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , I paid money for the new installation for more than 10 days and doing multiple follow ups and I shared all the information separately with you. Setup done but not working. All my follow ups went in vain. CAF: 101488693829.

    @ACTFibernet I'm sick of this response as well. You don't seem to regret and you don't seem to be looking into this issue. I'm being told there will be no refund even if I cancel the connection. I have paid for a whole year. I regret for choosing your service.

    @ACTFibernet Day 5 No internet and no response for complaints also. worst service support to an existing customer, if you want new connection within one-hour executive will reach home to collect the documents. Keep rock it #act fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst experience i am facing now for changing my plans, the request have raised before 20 days still I am not getting any response from your end, Customer service is too poor, no one have proper response for my queries, Worst service ever seen.
