    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet restored the services but consider the plight of the person who have office and you suspend the account just because you can't verify payment issue with your bank. Thank you for restoring service but try to improve the services to remove need to tweet

    @ACTFibernet please make your customer service a lot better. Have called them thrice since morning explaining my problem and they would just put me on hold and leave. Suspended my account on a working day even after I have made the payment. Informed them 10 days before #change

    @ACTFibernet internet not working since 18 morning; had to travel to office driving 2 hours one way for two days due to act issue. SR10365400590554 was closed without resolution. Pathetic support, act look at it on priority. I cant drive again for 4 hours on 20/july.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down for last 36 hours plus why there is no update on email nor mobile ? #CustomerExperience is at its worst scenario. I have only one account how does ur system says 2account,unable to log or call ? It says multiple accnt.
