@ACTFibernet this Sarvanan - 8754514993 is very unethical & unprofessional because he gave me trouble by not coming on time to restore my internet. he doesn’t pick up my phone nor inform me & I got very aggressive on him for not keeping priority. This happened almost 5 months.

@ACTFibernet Thanks for resolving the issue this time, but we are facing frequent fluctuations, outage in our locality... please increase the bandwidth, support and monitoring activity... outage for more than 20 hours not at all acceptable...

@ACTFibernet Whenever I call customer care, I am assured that my problem will be solved soon. Despite repeated calls to ACT customer care, you people did not even tell me why my refund is not being done,or what problem they are facing in giving me refund. I had a very bad experience with you.
