@ACTFibernet YOUR SERVICE IS SO DAMN PATHETIC. 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS FROM ACT VISITED US ON SAME DAY BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CUSTOMER CARE HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FOR ME. I THINK I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE BY ACT

@ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

@ACTFibernet but they said we can't assure you but definitely before 9pm it will get resolved. I was waiting till 11pm, I didn't get any call from them. Today again when I called them they are saying before evening it ll get resolved. Which kind of service you guys are providing
