@ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

When I hv been raising this issue for more than a month now, why were u sending some incapable technicians whn u knw only engg can fix this?
