    Goddam service from @ACTFibernet . Lost internet connectivity since morning & ERT given was by 8PM. No one tried to resolve it till now. Such irresponsibility.

    @ACTFibernet YOUR SERVICE IS SO DAMN PATHETIC. 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS FROM ACT VISITED US ON SAME DAY BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CUSTOMER CARE HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FOR ME. I THINK I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE BY ACT

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC really worst ever service got from act If i raised a request to move the junction box they literally took 20 days to work on it and since i asked to do so they are punishing me like cutting power from the box since 24hr such a worst act i wont recomend

    @AirtelFiber why still Airtel fiber net service not planned for Ramanshree California Gardens Layout Yelahanka.??? Many Residents waiting for Airtel.! Currently BSNL only service available here and @ACTFibernet coming within a week.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD It's been another 24 hrs still no response or resolution. This is absurd. It's been 11 days and I'm calling daily to Customer Service for resolution. And every day they are just saying another 24 hrs. The tat for resolution is 48 hrs only

    @ACTFibernet I am glad that you are replying on the Twitter. But unfortunately, the problem is still not being resolved. Not a single person visited and tried to resolve the issue. I think local ISPs are providing better service than ACT nowadays. @ACTBangalore

    @ACTFibernet Most pathetic ISP you are, connection is down from yesterday. No one bothers to call me or make a visit to fix this. SR10261956388592. I want it should be restored asap. called 5 times you customer care, they are saying it will be resolved by 5 PM, its 5:11 PM now.
