@ACTFibernet Your ACTFibernet mobile App is useless. Unable to track status of ticket, it should have current status with issue description, assng field engi name & contact. I tried to call helpdesk multiple times even they don't know the exact issue. Already Expected ETA s crossed.

@ACTFibernet My internet has been down since last night. I have made 3 complains in the last 1 week regarding the poor connectivity. Nothing resolved. Will never renew my membership again!!!
