    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10178879872976 Your router is lying within my premise for last 3 months after disconnection. Multiple followups on email, call and what not, but no resolution. I am throwing away your routers today if no one comes to pick it up.

    i don't know what is wrong with @ACTFibernet i have been waiting since 3 months for a refund of a 6m plan they have charged from me despite my relocation and closure of services i have also raised a complaint with @nch1915 and my grievance docket is also pending for 7 days

    It’s not about occasional downtime — that happens with every ISP.
The real problem is after-sales service. If your internet goes down, you’re basically stuck waiting… and waiting… and waiting. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetIssues
