@ACTFibernet Appreciate the response, but this is the fourth day I’ve been hearing the same assurance “issue highlighted, resolution soon.” Your team already knows this is due to cable removal and won’t be restored till Friday. Please stop giving generic replies and start giving honest updates. Transparency isn’t too much to ask, @ACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet It’s been 4 days without internet and the experience has been terrible. Customer care keeps saying they’ll update but nothing happens, technician connections don’t work, and nodal officer responses are robotic. Truly disappointing and horrible SR10177604051474
