    @ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Considering 3 employees doing work from home is becoming very difficult with this internet. I raised a ticket last week they closed it without resolution, yesterday also I raised again but so solution. Also I pay for 5g and I don't get use it,

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Payment made on 9th but still internet disconnected. Your customer service team is saying that I’ll receive callback in 30 min since morning. No calls and no update. SR10280782139645. Fix this asap

    @ACTFibernet Same story every 2nd day connectivity is zero, big mistake moving from @airtelindia and @JioCare Regret the inconvenience. Looks like the issue is still not resolved. We have re-opened the service request SR11780733414574. Our team will get in touch with you

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)
