    @ACTFibernet Utter lack of support and please raise a proper escalation matrix. My entire apartment's internet connection has been down for a day now and after constant follow ups with the call Support team they finally accept that there's nothing they can do get this resolved.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet so I am back. Internet is not working again. In last 8 days, it has been down for 4 days. Availability of @ACTFibernet - 50 percent. BSNL has better service than this.
