    @ACTFibernet You are very smart auto resolved my issue and closed the ticket and charged me the bill of 2200 + for plan change charges but your executive who guided me to change the plan told me this will be includ in next month's bill again mis-selling.@AshwiniVaishnaw @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet After 48+ hours of no internet, zero response from support, and false “back online” messages — I’ve had enough. Requesting immediate disconnection of my service. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 14days but till now no one called me for Wifi router recovery, I reached the customer care for multiple times but the resolution was not yet made. I want my refund of Rs. 4350 to be processed immediately. It's your fault to not recover the asset on time.

    @ACTFibernet By the way the toll free number is junk. No one responds to escalate and you have not even provided in the app too. That smart way of cost cutting. I will ensure all my friends and families not to opt for ACF fibernet worst service at one door step.

    @genz_corp_baba @ACTFibernet For real.. they have been keeping it pending since 6 days for me now. Whenever I appeal to discontinue the service they say they will send the technician right away but till now no progress. Pathetic service and no way I am going to continue now. @ACTFibernet
