Press 1 for Hindi.. connected..excutive "Sir I am not comfortable in Hindi..will connect with other executive. Disconnect .. What a great customer service. @ACTFibernet this is second time from July 10.. face issue..no net connection for long time.

@ACTFibernet We had 8 connections in my family of Act fibernet. Yes, 8 connections - Commercial and home. Next week, we will have a grand sum of 0 connections from ACT. Wake up. Routers are not the problem. Your service and agents are. On direct LAN connections we're getting 2mbps. Pitiful.

@ACTFibernet have been facing service disruption from past week. Frequent disconnections every day and slow speeds. Your technicians are repairing the switch daily to resolve issue. What's happening? Do we get a resolution? Don't want to pay for downtime.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues since yesterday night. I raised SR10260167990072 in the morning. Still waiting to hear from ACT. In one month since joining, I have raised connectivity complaints many times. Let me raise police complaint.
