Dear @ACTFibernet, How many times do I have to send an enquiry for a new connection before I get a callback from your team? My inbox is filled with the enquiry numbers that I have raised and still haven't got a single call from you. Your customer care is of no use.

@ACTFibernet I am a very old customer of act, when it was beam (2003) onwards, over the years my observation is customer support has become pathetic. Which is not expected fro a reputed company like act. The call centre people are interested only in closing the ticket...
