Update: After speaking to several people from @ACTFibernet including the call center, 2 area in-charge, - it looks like they are least interested in resolving a customer's issue who has already paid. No one has any idea of the next steps or when this will be resolved.

@ACTFibernet Hyderabad. Broadband internet not working for more than 30 hours. No response from the customer service or the area technicians apart from standard response. No escalations despite multiple follow ups. Pathetic service! Regret choosing ACT Fibernet.
