    @ACTFibernet This is the experience your guys want to give. After repeated calls nobody cones and fixes, they ask us not to raise tickets, but without ticket they don't work. All they do is temporary fix. Why can't you guys give a sustainable fix. Am I an idiot to keep raising tickets always

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is working for the last 2days 1)on20aug21 @8:12pm received a mail and sms informing me stating my complaint is registered with number SR105612666172447 on my a/c no 105010967534,user id 11059128 2)today @11:52am mail and sms was received 1/2

    @ACTFibernet In this morning’s thunder and lightening the ACT modem shut off on its own and is not powering up. Complained on app but no provision to give this detail SR10361277457032 complaint number. No one has reached out yet. Need internet urgently

    @ACTFibernet stating my complaint is closed 3)can’t understand raising a ticket number and then closing it without any communication from me 4)Hence it was a cooked up complaint by ACT for the reasons best known to them. Please inform me the reason forthis fake action 2/2

    @ACTFibernet please be more professional! We have had another breakdown and you have virtually responded with nothing. Complaint tickets are closed without resolving complaints.
