    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Technician Akhilesh confirmed the issue would be resolved before 4 PM. It is now 5:30 PM and he is not answering my calls. Why are incorrect ETA being provided? Kindly look into this and expedite the resolution ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since Thursday 11 PM. It came back for only a few hours before failing again. My ticket was closed without fixing the issue. I reopened it, but nobody is responding. It's been over 24 hours I expect the promised compensation and permanent fix.

    @ACTFibernet after so many follow up with service request id SR10280864280114. When trying to get update on above issue customer support team putting on hold and later disconnect on their own. If my issue couldn't be resolved the say upfront. Ghosting is not ethical

    No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.     @ACTFibernet What’s the point of paying a premium for your service if, when it matters most, the support is nowhere to be found? It’s been over 2 hours since I raised a ticket, and I haven’t received any response or update. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    @ACTFibernet Wi-Fi has been down since morning. I’ve raised multiple tickets. No response from your team. No calls get thru your fake numbers online. What sort of service is this ??? Fix this or cancel my connection
