    @ACTFibernet , very slow speed in Lucknow the plan sold with commitment of 100mbps , extremely unprofessional.

    @ACTFibernet Due to emergency for WFH I had raised request via wts app to have ACT internet connection done the same day. The agent urged to make the payment and promised that she will deliver the services same day and as said a person came enquiring the same.

    @ACTFibernet I already closed my account with #ACT and moved to @JioCare. Thanks for your worst service as a result I lost one day salary because I took off for my work due to #ACT.

    @ACTFibernet , Now my Internet is not working. I couldn’t even raise this complaint thru the app since I was told the app will work only thru WiFi. What kind of process u guys have set? Don’t understand and it’s absolutely Weird!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD its been 9 days i raised a request and 2 days passed dead line to finish it and 24 hrs. you people replied some one will get back to me, i see neither the issue is resolved nor a person contacted me on this. Don't know what to say !!!
