    Worst customer service I have seen so far.. Multiple follow ups, mails, raising tickets through calls. But no solution. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet internet is a fraud. I was getting 60mbps speed on 150mbps. When I called the customer care they immediately reset it to 150 back. Happened twice. Scam. Wud nit recommend

    @ACTFibernet your service is so pathetic ! I had filed a complaint for poor Internet speed and change of GX Box on May 5th. Till today, no action has been taken. Every time I need to call up customer care it is such a cumbersome process and each time a new person comes on line
