    @ACTFibernet 3 connections at shops of Jawahar Madan 9811323239 at Raghubir Ngr Delhi malfunctioning for last 6 mts. No resolution to many complaints so far. Business losses happening. Consumer fed up with callous attitude of ACT. Request urgent action.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please let me know the time in which I can get my connection ? You being a reputed company and doing this type of work is very bad . Even your customer care Center is not giving response for complaints

    @ACTFibernet SR10152844749157 I have raised this request 3rd or 4th time last month. Today is the last day for the resolution and everytime ticket is closed without any resolution. I called back to escalate this. Looks like nobody is bothered to resolve this.

    @ACTFibernet dear in Feb only connection was till 16 days then after that disconnected as I didn't pay the bill so I'm ready to pay for 16 days and activate the net or else I vl find other service provider.
