    @ACTFibernet shameless service by ACT. ACT promised to provide internal wiring for their MESH devices and took 499 for that service too. It’s been 3 months now and I’m still chasing ACT to lay the internal cable. No responsible people working there.

    @ACTFibernet I subscribed to a 3-month plan and have already paid for it. Why am I getting bills and payment reminders before the plan end date? Stop sending unnecessary billing notifications. I'm sharing my account number via DM. Check the account, fix this. @ACTFibernet

    Anyone looking to book broadband don't ever go for @ACTFibernet They will lie to you that if you setup their fibernet box in your home with your electricity you will get waiver but 2nd month running there is 0 discussion about that, no mention of waiver ,and support ticket stuck

    I made the payment y'day after waiting for a month and after the payment, the next day internet is not working @ACTFibernet. The service guy requested my to not raise a ticket but doesn't show up himself for the resolution.Has been lying for the last 5 hours. Missed exam again.

    @ACTFibernet Cancel my plan completely and refund my money. I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet as I'm waiting since 13 days,for the service or the refund you guys not understanding the seriousness of customer time,i'll raise it to consumer form if not get the exact ETA to solve this issue

    Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service! Something as basic as internet isn’t solved in the ‘Startup Capital’ of India
