    @ACTFibernet Guys what the hell with the Customer service these days. I was using act blaze 6+1 which I renewed it yesterday but after sometime it was converted to monthly plan now your CS is asking to pay for differential amout. Is this a new tactic to take our money?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet how does a team look into something with out knowing the complaint number? Empty promises are bad. I'll surely leave your 3rd rate service from the next billing cycle and I am taking every single relative/ apartment resident with me. Trust me the number is big

    @ACTFibernet My connection went down this morning and response was it will be tentatively fixed in next 28 hours. With WFH, all TVs using Netflix, Amazon apps- are we in 2021 or Stone Age? Please restore my connection by 4 pm. I have asked JIO for options in case you can’t

    @ACTFibernet it is impossible to connect with your customer support team. Without resolution, emails/text messages are sent that the complaint has been resolved.

    @ACTFibernet the internet was fixed and a day later the internet is down again. I was called and assured that the fix was permanent and was let down again.

    @ACTFibernet I was given time till 26th of this month why your organization changes its colours like Chameleon and send msgs Dear Customer, Your ACT Fibernet A/c: 101003181662 is Scheduled for Suspension TONIGHT. Pl Pay Rs.3245 immediately to avoid suspension of services.
