    @ACTFibernet Your Visakh office is at playing game with us again. Today they closed the complaint ticket without attending and without even confirming with us. We have complained again. Please help and advise Visakh office to attend permanently.

    @ACTFibernet And finally I got internet after 55hrs, during this made 7 calls to customer care, sent 5 emails to support team, and of course sent few tweets...not sure if these many efforts needed every time !

    @ArunBee @ACTFibernet A victim of same complaint. ACTFibernet is a useless wifi provider. Their Customer service is worst. I walked out of their net work and took another at VJA. I am happy, now, without any interruptions. My suggestion is to chose another wifi provider.... even at loss of deposit!!

    @ACTFibernet Your support service is very pathetic and there will be no response from any team apart from your support. I re-opened a ticket as the issue was not resolved but your team is directly closing the ticket with any communication.
