Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze.Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 yrs now.Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Hi,I am facing an issue with the connection transfer request. Last week I opened a ticket for the connection transfer on 22nd, I was advised to close the ticket and open it again on 21st, when I tried I was not able to open the ticket, it said issue has been resolved
