@ACTFibernet downloading speed is just 13Mbps against committed speed of 60Mbps. Despite raising a complaint no technician is visiting the location. They just answer over phone and say it will be rectified soon

I have seen Many worst service providers and @ACTFibernet is worst among the worst. I've paid INR 10945 for 300 Mbps and 8 months package on 22nd April. From the day(23rd) it got installed I'm getting only 30mbps and when I asked the technicians they're saying this much I'll get.

@ACTFibernet is disgusting, every now and then the connection drops. Very much unreliable for work from home internet. The best part is the customer support agents have their own attitude and don't respond well at all. Pathetic service. @BandBajaateRaho

@ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR11064689854004. Since I have upgraded to GIGA 6M plan there has more internet not working issues in 45 days than it was earlier. Never the issue is resolved the same day, doesn't matter if the complaint was made 10am or 2pm.
