    @ACTFibernet My internet is nt working from Saturday & your engineer is giving some **** & bull story for not resolving the issue. When called your CC, Naz confirmed me that there is no process to take complain against engineer. Seems bad customer experience is a norm here.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, Is services available in Hyderabad. I have raised a shift connection request on Wed last week still now no one contacted me almost 6 days over and customer care guys saying everytime will update simply and then have to call again to know the update.
