    @ACTFibernet need ur assistance. Will I going to loose my unused data or will it be carried forward? Since connection is taken 10 days back. I have used nearly 50Gb. Out of 750 Gb for my plan. There is a wide variation of 650Gb. Kindly do help in this issue.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Now at the end of sunday night I receive a message that it will take up to 7 days. When I asked the ACT folks they asked me to raise a ticket. Such a pathetic service. When I tried the app says the ticket is already been raised.

    @ACTFibernet i have registered complaint on Saturday 30 October but that is not yet resolve. Every week we are facing same issue. I will not suggest anyone to take Act fibernet connection.
