@ACTFibernet Very poor coordination between your teams....when I logged the request I had requested you to remove the CPE box from our apartment and put it elsewhere...instead the field person has just come and disconnected the CPE box and left ....Now the internet is down....

@ACTFibernet All they do is call listen and then some joker calls form the technical side and says it’s a back end issue and it’s resolved and then the very next day the same problem recurs. I want someone to visit the premises and check the speed and give a proper fix.
