    @ACTFibernet Now I too can say it’s a deceitful service. Internet/wifi gone for fifth day now in a row. All bogus assurances of resumption giving a time range , only to fail successfully. Six months advance paid, waiting to quit once my subscription ends in July first week.

    @ACTFibernet Sarita Vihar area in Delhi 110076 does not have internet service for 5 days. Terrible customer care giving fake resolution promises. When would you ever resolve this?

    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday in Pragathi Nagar Area Hyderabad 500090 raised a ticket and ETA is changed multiple times. Ticket no: SR10175947825214. No technician reaches out after raising ticket, No status Update whatsoever. Reolve it ASAP

    @ACTFibernet, my internet has been down for 3+ hours. Ticket raised, no resolution. Called field engineers—no response. I have an important office meeting and this is unacceptable. Worst service experience. #ACTFibernet #InternetDown
