@ACTFibernet , #actfibernet It's been a week since i raised a complaint and all i could see is fake commitments from customer care service, technicians and nodalofficer. Anyway i've raised a disconnection request. So sit back and relax since you've lost one of your customers.

@storyteller_ind @ACTFibernet I got message that expected resolution on 18 December 2022. No point of waiting with these people. They can't resolve the issue. It's better to switch to other internet operator. No internet for the past 6 days. @ACTFibernet what a wonderful service.

@ACTFibernet The internet connectivity goes down for every 3 to 4 weeks and I have to chase your team for resolution. The connectivity was not good from last 3 days and connection lost from yesterday. SR10366592669334 was raised and no updates yet. Please fix it ASAP.

@ACTFibernet Hello Act, I have requested to fix my not working internet connection 2 days ago and still it has not been addressed. If I tried calling your toll free number, Then I have to wait around 20 mins to get connected only to hear your fake promises. This is annoying.

@ACTFibernet @SatheeshMuthu10 Same here...They keep changing the resolution ETA and their customer support person disconnected the call in the middle after waiting for 18 mins in queue.
