  @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet If you call to customer care they respond with all sweet words. Better to drop mail for proof from our end for tracking, additionally we can raise customer dispute.

  On 13 july 2026 my @ACTFibernet stopped working, raised a ticket on app, said will get done on 14 eve, my payment was up, called them to extend date, they said cannot but will adjust for not working days, after ticket closes new charges will get updated then u pay, fine, tq

  @ACTFibernet I am always facing internet issue and i have raised a complaint still i am issue is not resolved if this sceniario happens i will quit the service and go for other internet services SR10181149037714 please look into the issue and fix it or i will change the service
