    The worst management i have ever seen happening by any company is @ACTFibernet when power cut, the router is on but the internet goes off. So much times ticket raised and they closed it as resolved. No one is taking responsibility. #Hyderabad #ActFraud #Gachibowli

    I have an Act internet connection for several years.Since your junction box is fixed in top of my building at Jayanagar 4 Block, was given free connection-This is very slow and unstable. Provide a good connection or shift your junction box elsewhere.@ACTFibernet

    Dear @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD internet is not working for me from past 2 days and raised a complaint as well but no response from your team and no one contacted me. Your services are getting worsen day by day 2 days and no resolution till now pathetic

    @ACTFibernet None of your local agents don’t even lift calls, they say, in case of any issues call them. But when problem arise no one will call

    @ACTFibernet Why is your service is becoming the worst ever nowadays? SR10877668457736 I am being following up on one of the tickets past 2 weeks and there's no response from your side. Tired of calling support center and the worst in app chat services. This is so pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet If you can't take 1 week in advance why do you give that useless scheduling option in your application. City option is never getting updated. Customer service is of zero help. One guy calls me and says call on 8th, don't do this in advance, he will close the ticket.
