@ACTFibernet I was receiving electricity waiver for many years. Recently it stopped coz port is changed coz of network issue. Multiple tickets are closed stating Box will be changed to provide discount automatically. Im told Billing section will call but never received call back

Hey @ACTFibernet, I’ve been facing constant internet issues for the past few days and it’s becoming unbearable. Despite raising multiple tickets, there’s been no resolution or proper follow-up. This is seriously affecting my work and daily routine. ).
