    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since last night. I have raised a ticket through your application ( SR10158035991712 ) but the issue is not resolved. I have tried calling on your customer care number but no response. Highly disappointed in your service.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working, I am unable to create a ticket in whatsapp as well, called customer care and they say it is created but I haven’t received any Sms with ticket number? When can I expect your internet back?

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since this morning. This is the 4th time that I'm facing this issue in past couple of months time. I'm really frustrated and disappointed in the service. I also tried calling your customer care team and they aren't available.

    @ACTFibernet Every day I am getting 3 to 4 hr disconnection. I don't want this kind of service kindly return my money and dis connect your connection.. I will check for other provider as you are unable to provide service.
