    @ACTFibernet no internet from last 26hrs. What's happening. Your customer care is unaware of the issue and they are giving different ETA's. Need resolution right away.

    @ACTFibernet Suggestion Please provide a wireless dongle of high speed internet to all customers Works without fibres so that one dongle per customer can be very helpful to continue work/education/exams in cases of issues related with boardbrand fibre network breakdown For Decision makers

    @ACTFibernet Where is the update??? Calling customer is not a service... Rectifying or closing the issue is service... Fedup with actfiber team, customer care executivves... More than 5 hours I spoke with your team from last 5 days.... No response..

    @WMSUNDEEPKUMAR1 @ACTFibernet Even I have to face every month , immediately after paying the bill...you have constant reminder for paying bill but not fixing issue of recurring monthly problem

    @ACTFibernet I have been struggling from the past 48 hours due to no internet and when it comes to contacting them and seeking for the solution , all I have gotten is mere excuses and fake problems without actually anyone taking the responsibility or accountability for the prob @ACTFibernet

    @WMSUNDEEPKUMAR1 @ACTFibernet Exactly, they add 100 rs to bill if we don't pay the bill after 24 hours of deadline. If 24 hours matter so much to them, you should refund us 100 for every issue that happens when internet goes off for more than 24 hours.@ACTFibernet please act on this.
