    @ACTFibernet Reported the issue of netbanking leading to Paytm and your customer care is handling it very rude. I dont see a resolution yet, they kept asking me to enter mobile number where it not provisioned for. Are you working for Paytm or for your end customer?

    @ACTFibernet Your executives call us to inform they'll be coming to fix the fibre cable due to which I'm not able to connect to the internet and they never show up. It's been 5 days now. Your helpline number, your email ID, your app, everything is ****. Service has gone down.
