    @ACTFibernet @TRAI This is regarding the SR10357707157227. U did not resolve the issue and u have closed the case. Refund my money for the non usage of ACT 4K stream monthly rental. I paid 1000+tax for six months. I returned ur box after using one month.

    @ACTFibernet Do you care about customer or just the money you make from them. Pathetic service. Been customer for 10 years great internet but worst customer service in the universe. Your agents are rude no one can help.

    Worst broadband service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct . Simple modem reset issue not resolved in 24hours every time customer service says this time, that time but non happened so far. False commitment. ACT BUT NO ACTION

    @ACTFibernet despite raising several requested throughout the day, not resolution is given. Shame on u. Have to bought data card. Local service engineer refuses to connect. Shame

    @ACTFibernet Worst service provider,no one takes the ownership with this kind of service ACT will not survive in market for longer, for any issue the ETA is 24 hrs and even after that no response. You make us do the payment upfront and service is enabled after 5 days.
