    @ACTFibernet Reliability is the word which ACT doesn't care, in my stint of 3 months as a customer , I had 4 internet blackouts, which lasts at least 20 hours, this last one lasted for 1 week no internet. But they send bills, not even disconnecting the service. Acting like goons.

    @ACTFibernet I've given so many opportunities.. more than two days passed.. what you guyz want, the whole annual subscription period time to resolve my issue Why there's no action at all for my issue .. Is this how you respond to your customers problems

    @ACTFibernet If you could see the date I had posted! It's the 1st day of the month. Even I have knowledge of login and logout ! Accept your mistake that you don't really deliver according to what you say!

    @ACTFibernet Your customer support is degrading day by day. Executives doesn't know what complaint to raise. No coordination between support and billing team. Why don't you people maintain conversation history. Whenever I receive a call back I need to explain the whole thing
