How I survived the ACT challenge: I took the ACT connection in September. 5 requests against internet being down in last 4 months. Out of frustration I decided to terminate the connection today. #ACTFibernet #ACTBengaluru

@ACTFibernet internet service stops abruptly now and while raising a complaint on the app, it asks for user name and mobile no. Firstly you shut down unexpectedly and next u ask a user name which erstwhile was the mobile no., which doesn’t work now. ACT, do get your act together!

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I prepaid 1 yr amount for internet connection it has been 7 days and I still don’t have the connection installed . I call ACT customer care every day, they keep saying they are escalating/prioritising but no one comes to install and neither refunding
