  @ACTFibernet The issue was resolved. But not on time. I happened to contact customer care to get help and include it as part of a P1 ticket. Then the issue was addressed and resolved by an engineer as per priority. Wondering how long it would’ve taken if I hadn’t contacted again past deadline

  @ACTFibernet worst customer service. I had tried to get a wifi connection and after payment it took 10 days and it was not installed. I cancelled my connection and it’s 20 days since my refund is not credited. Refund ref-SR10265883936681. Unprofessional #actscam #balamalladi
