@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Any reason why you dont allow downgrade plan option in the app for broadband services. We have been told by the customer service team to cancel the plan and reapply for basic plan. It should be pay as per the usage model.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Accountid:105533392600 seriously my money spent on taking act connection is waste ,nether i didnot get my wifi router nor one month data plan and I feel act is like fraud company which takes money from customer and doesn't respond to customers
