    @Broufus @ACTFibernet yep. in hyd they have routed most customer service lines to an automated message saying download and install app which gives you a chat bot response

    @ACTFibernet : our corporate internet connection not working since yesterday we have raised Service Request No: SR11880181013044 after that engineer visited site and simply told us that surrender your connection he is not able to resolve the issue, worst service of act Fibernet

    @ACTFibernet day 8 without internet . Everytime we try to call the customer care, it doesn't help. Do you intend to correct the issue? I've been spending daily going to office because of your negligence. Worst service ever No- sr10280017875264

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What kind of service do you provide this is 4 times in two weeks I'm facing an internet issue and your support is a waste of time. I've already paid for 3 months and your internet disruption wasted 4 days of internet that you'll not extend. Unworthy

    @ACTFibernet want to report a serious issue. Your field executive is logging in as customer and closing ticket. He called me in the morning as I reported an issue. He resolved the issue & asked for an OTP. After I have provided it. I realised that it’s OTP for login
