    I think the worst part of living in Bangalore is dealing with @ACTFibernet - great connectivity and speeds, rendered super inconvenient by their absolutely third class service.

    @ACTFibernet There is issue of connectivity when power goes off where the Hub is installed. Our power line and Hub's power line is different. So when power goes off the Internet also goes off, even though we have power, multiple times a day. So provide battery back up to the Hub.

    @ACTFibernet Had requested for a connection change via act app last week and the Service request is still in Open status and not resolved yet. Haven’t received any call from the technicians so far Address - B-Narayanapura Bangalore - 560016

    Hey @ACTFibernet, does it takes more than 4 days now to provide a new connection for which 3 months advance has been paid in full already. Your customer support doesn't have a clue and is promising everything the next day.@nch1915 Please help!
