    @ACTFibernet your customer service has to time to respond to customer's query,very dissatisfied service, multiple follow up email for ownership change but no one even bothers to respond, pls have some online classes for customer first response, disgusting

    @ACTFibernet I already called your technician Balu on XXXX955988 but now he’s not even responding to my calls. I understand due to technical reasons services get disrupted sometimes but the way your people behave is worst part of it…

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service , after making payment you people disconnects service every day for 14-16hours , customer service is another headache to connect gives lame reasons. If any activity is planned why it is not informed prior to cx .
