@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD for 6 days the connection is disconnected due to box issue and your executive just raised or mentioned but there is no feed back or response from any technician nor any dept of act, you people just make false commitment to customers!!!

@ACTFibernet My internet is disconnected again! If this is going to become a regular thing, please let me know and I’ll switch service providers. It takes more than 24 hours to resolve this each time as well. Complaint registered: SR10253671716182

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is down since 9th Mar’21. Turnaround time was 24 hrs. It’s been 4 days! No update, no resolution, no callback! NOTHING! Everytime I call customer care, they give a new ETA- service will be up by noon, by EOD, by tomorrow, in 24 hrs etc etc!!
