    @ACTFibernet Internet connection not working since 24 hrs. Have been told there is a junction box issue. Please issue refund for every day when the internet didn’t work.

    @ACTFibernet I came to this handle to register my complaint. I can see there are already so many frustrated customers here. I think I should directly ask for disconnection and refund rather than looking for solution. Because clearly you can’t give solution.

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to shift my connection. Putting in all details using the app to my dismay it ends with "something went wrong, please try after sometime" . Done almost 20 times no result. Please help me register my shifting else have look for a different ISP.

    @ACTFibernet such a pathetic service . Every alternate day the internet is going down . And to top that up , your customer service is totally useless.

    @ACTFibernet as we all are working from home and still the issue is not resolved from your side, and this is not the first time that this issue is happening I had raised a same issue on August 10th and respectively same in June or July.
