@ACTFibernet After repeated complain also issue is not getting resolved now here when the power goes the internet goes because you battery is dead from the source whose fault is this is it our because we are paying you so heavily ,getting the worst services very disappointing

@ACTFibernet I used ACT for around 2yrs and faced multiple issues but stuck with it. This time you guys really tested my patience. Pathetic customer service. I have raised disconnection request, hope I don't need to followup for that too

Dear @ACTFibernet it’s Reg your service at Nellore, we requested to convert 3 month plan to one month for the April, followed by disengage the service as we are moving. Many times I called to customer representative non of them given any confirmation yet (1/2).

@ACTFibernet would you please pass the Act television account name if at all it exists? Such a bad experience I'm facing with television. Where did they get their app done from? It is so sick I'm not able able to login to pay my bills even after entering the right credentials.

@ACTFibernet Why act network doesn't work at night? Their customer cre doesn't work at night after 21 neither their network. Is anyone from their families private part providing the range and they sleep at night 😡. Nvr recommend #actfiber to anyone. They scam they cheat @TRAI

@ACTFibernet absolute trash. Morning at 10 am ur customer care told that they've sent their 'engineers' already to fix the junction box and it's 6pm now and may I ask what has been ur 'engineer' doing since past 8hrs?
