    @ACTFibernet Thank you. Internet connectivity restored, yesterday evening but problem resolution service of your company is very slow. Internet connectivity is most important in digital India environment but your service is not meet with subscriber's expectations. Please improve your service.

    @ACTFibernet what’s the status of ticket no 10864955759174? Also why is there a frequent downtime with my connection. This is the second time it’s happening in a span of 4 days. Why no proper permanent fix provided? #actfibernet #pathetic
