    @ACTFibernet It was a worst experience with your very delayed service on my SR. You took 1 and 1/2 to fix it and wasted my 1 and 1/2 day working hours.

    @ACTFibernet support from technical team is very poor. They are interested only to close the service ticket rather than solve the issue. After 9 days my complaint they finally informed me that the problem cannot be resolved. i have insistedowritten reply but they refused
