Hey @ACTFibernet This is regarding SR10254469803942 Your executive never spoke to me yet the request has been closed without being acted upon. Also do raised another ticket for the fix another day to wait. Such a bad service 😑.

@ACTFibernet here is my concern. My phone got updated with latest ACT Fibernet APP,when I open the app to look at the features I got a automatic pop up to reconnect the internet. Even I have clicked on cancel app considered it as a reconnection request and reconnection is done

It has been 3 months since I am trying to disconnect my @ACTFibernet but no luck. To add to the misery, they keep on charging me invoices when I haven't used their service. Earlier it was only a 600 bill so I was not caring but now they have changed my plan and billing me 2400.
