@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by ACT team. Two weeks in a row, I faced issues with internet and they resolve it only after 24+ hours after calling several times and pleading them. Once the internet issue is resolved, my internet speed is messed up.

@Kritzika @ACTFibernet Same problem with sikka broadband and they say at your face that after 6 pm they do not work on any complaints but they will register your complain and resolve the issue next day after 10 am only.

@ACTFibernet I dint except such poor service your team. They seem so not bothered about what a customer is saying. I have raised an issue with the nodal office, now an agent calls, i clarified the issue, he was so rude and now he closed my request while it is actually not fixed.

@Numb_Skull @ACTFibernet I think it's got to do with your router, check the speed with ethernet plugged in once. Had the same problem with Act, although I can agree their customer care is the worst.

@VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet Do I have to keep buying router every year apart from connection renewal? There is increase in tariff since WFH started last year but service also need to be effective and efficient.
