@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10164636972934 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 21-Apr between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT . During WFH, don't you think issues like this should be resolved in 2-3hrs and not in 28hours .

@ACTFibernet A/C 101463347054 , would appreciate your quick resolution . I have complained multiple times but there was no response. I even warned them of reaching out to consumer court but i had been taken for granted. This is really something which is not appreciated . Thank you

So @ACTFibernet decided to cut off our internet for an entire day. That too on a working day. Could give the connection back by evening atleast to do pending works, now that wfh is the norm. But says that issue won't be resolved till next day morning. Had to travel to the office!
