    @ACTFibernet do you guys make some notice to customer about downtime?? It is going down frequently. Usually power cuts take you down. Today power is there but you are missing 😒 regret paying yearly with so many outages

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It's past your deadline and still it isn't resolved. I always get automated responses either here or when I talk to an agent but the issue still remains. Don't bother calling me once I change my broadband connection I'm fed up with you guys.

    @ACTFibernet Nothing happened for last so many days.. every day customer care says complaint flagged for higher supervisor and accorded high priority..would be installed by 6pm & senior manager would call in an hr but never got any call or had installation done..can be contacted at 8894772525

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Very poor services from Act in Sangareddy, in a week I have raised two complaints for internet issues. Complaint no: SR10165617199564 We are thinking to remove the connection and go for other best network.
