    I want to remove as soon as possible act fibernet internet connection customer care service is too bad helpless didn't get a proper response from them just waste of time to take connection @ACTFibernet remove the connection.

    @ACTFibernet . I have a swift plan where till last month my speed was good around 40mbps .. now getting 10 to 15 maps..while raising the complaint they are saying to change the router , for this I have to pay for 6months again .why this info not provided before . Worst service I

    @ACTFibernet I’m not located in remote location… not getting the issue resolved with in 24 hours is very much disappointing and making me to think to go for discontinuing your service

    @ACTFibernet I usually pay my bill exactly on due date for 150mbps, but everytime after the 2nd notification (well before the due date) the internet speed goes down to 10mbps. Well, this is a cheeky way to push the customers to pay their bill by limiting the speed.

    @ACTFibernet very poor customer service of Act reps. On call they says can’t escalate the issue, call Tomorrow. Supervisors don’t work at this time and you guys send me email@of account suspension when I have paid my bill but it not showing up from your side. Very very poor CS

    How your reps are working on floor or at home without having supervisor? That seemed like a big fat lie from the rep. I could also have re- opened the ticket why would I call the so called customer service team of yours? @ACTFibernet
