    @ACTFibernet after so many follow up with service request id SR10280864280114. When trying to get update on above issue customer support team putting on hold and later disconnect on their own. If my issue couldn't be resolved the say upfront. Ghosting is not ethical

    @ACTFibernet Please expand your service network throughout india i had a connection running in hyderabad which i had to cancel with 3 months recharge still paid in advance but i had to relocate and couldn't relicate the connection to west bengal

    They said the issue will be resolved by 01/07 - 9.00 to 13.00 then another message comes saying its taking longer time and revised time is 19.30 to 21.00. All the given times are crossed. Because of this I am loosing my work! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Ticket ID: SR10180988438314. No resolution, no technician, no callback. This is unacceptable. I had to return to the office and work late due to your excuses. I plan to complain publicly and discourage others from using ACT Fibernet. I'll switch providers tomorrow.
