There has been absolutely no update regarding the cause or the expected resolution time. How much longer are we expected to wait for a service that we are paying for?

The customer care is useless as well. They keep pushing for new connection without refunding my old connection money

Airtel Fiber is offering me the same thing for free. I don't want your WiFi anymore. Please come and take your device back. I can get a new @airtelindia connection for ₹1500 for 3 months. Very disappointed with this service.
