    @ACTFibernet CHANGE MY PLAN TO MONTHLY BASIS I need my plan to be changed to monthly basis effective upcoming billing cycle. Update the changes and send me a new bill. Otherwise will cancel the service

    @ACTFibernet It is written on your website that you will get 3300 GB data for the month but your customer care says that since March our company has started giving unlimited data. Because of this I am getting very confused. Please clear my confusion.

    Hello @ACTFibernet, Now this is frustrating! Despite of calling and tweeting, the issue is not yet resolved. Its been a month now and still the connection hasn't been shifted within the same city. Never seen such a worst service.. @jagograhakjago
