    @ACTFibernet - Hi Guys - This service is Worst. I was asked to make payment by Gangadhar Patil and told 24 hours installs. Next day he does not come. Sends msg delaying it three times and at 7.30 tells it will be done on 13 Aug. Not taking calls and spoke support - no resolution

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Hathaway for the past 6 years. Absolutely no issues. Whenever there is disruption in services, they make it a point to inform customers immediately with resolution time. Probably depends/varies on area to area.

    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.

    @abishekrsr @ACTFibernet Get a direct fiber connection. They call its aa GX. Its was the same issue for me now it is no more for more than 1.5 yrs

    Though of switching to @ACTFibernet on this Independence day.. Very Horrible Experience with Customer Support.. With offer they mentioned it will take 15 days for installation and ask not to choose offer and felt they thinking Customer are Slave and they all are King.. #Shame
