    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved as the connection has not yet been installed despite payment being completed several days ago. I request a Full refund of the amount paid. Please avoid generic responses and provide a clear resolution update.

    @ACTFibernet Upgraded the plan to ACT SPRINT MESH one month back. No new router installed and no guidance on OTT. Ac no 102016207270. False promises delivered every time calling ACT customer care. @MIB_India @GoI_MeitY please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet has the shittiest customer service and service provider in India ...I am dealing with the issue for 14 days still now no resolution done ...such a waste of money to buy ACT

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for 3 days. Your team asked me to either allow a junction box in my flat or disconnect the connection — this is after I already paid ₹3850 for 3 months. Either restore service or refund the amount. Connection ID: 103731600402
