    @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet ACCOUNT No : 102015011772 I had opted for 3 months billing only for router. It should be back to monthly billing now. I am getting notifications that it will be 3 months billing. This is not acceptable. When I try to raise an issue via your bot it is not working

    @ACTFibernet internet got disrupted 4 times in the last 10 days, takes a day atleast to get fixed. Provide permanent fix . Ticket id : SR10381708375304
