Please make some sense without the internet how can we pay the bill? And if we pay the bill on 1st or 2nd will not get any better service also. That's why we pay on the 10th of every month. Stop being commercial better to concentrate on customer service. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @JagoGrahakJago_ My last one month I am facing internet speed raised several complaints ACT couldn't fix it. My plan is 300mbps, but I constantly got less than 50mbps. Now ACT forcing me to pay the bill according to 300mbps.

For only bill payments, you will follow up regularly. Already we are WFH, there is no net from yesterday and there will be no prior information regarding the technical problem. But if we call the CC to complain first they are asking the do payment. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I'd rather take some other connection. Enough war of words with you guys, I don't think I have anymore spare time to deal with your level of service. Take your router, I don't want your connection any longer. Said it the first day when I got the 100mbps speed.
