DO NOT EVER BUY @ACTFibernet The network was giving us issues for past couple of days and we raised a complaint with the company about the same. At first, they said they will send some technician, which has not showed up till date.

@ACTFibernet Your ACTFibernet mobile App is useless. Unable to track status of ticket, it should have current status with issue description, assng field engi name & contact. I tried to call helpdesk multiple times even they don't know the exact issue. Already Expected ETA s crossed.

@ACTFibernet I have raised multiple srs in past 10 days. Tickets are just being closed, issue still remains unresolved. How many times do I raise an sr for the same issue. Probably will disconnect today if my issue does not gets resolved today. Your customer support is dumb
