@ACTFibernet Now your service executives are stating that the discount was given since they entered Madurai newly. Now since its been a long time they entered Madurai and am with ACT, all the discounts have expired. That too for my personal account alone!

@ACTFibernet Why shall I contact. I never asked to activate, one of the associate Mr. Imran called me and activated my account without my permission and later on after vigourous follow up got it disconnected and now people send me bill which was your associates blunder

@ACTFibernet very poor service, did not expect you will be like this in hyderabad. Bangalore was much better. I am planning to switch to other service providers if this continue. But I paid and renewed my service by paying 10k 3 days ago, please return that as I cannot deal this

@ACTFibernet The discounted price reflected properly for 2 cycles(6 months each). After that the issue started. All the discounts went missing only on my personal account. None other of our accounts have the issue. ONLY MY ACCOUNT IS HAVING THE ISSUE!

@ACTFibernet I have been calling numerous times to resolve my issue but your teams are not responding at all. They visit my house and say will return but they do not. Why should I pay that big amount for renewal, I pay around 20k plus each year, do not expect this kind of service
