@ACTFibernet Again Worst experience. No permanent resolution at all. CC executive do not respond in time and they are rude with u the customers. The technician do not reply and when I raise complaints he begs me not to raise complaints and call him instead.

@ACTFibernet This is my 4th complaint in a mths time reg my internet connection not working when power goes off,your executive calls,says will resolve&then closes the complaint!The cycle repeats each time when power goes off! Such pathetic promise of service #ACT #Hyderabad
