    @ACTFibernet Your service is really pathetic. There has been no response on my ticket - technician visited and said he will fix it next week but stopped picking calls now. Refund my money, will use another provider 😡

    @ACTFibernet You people can only reply on X but not work properly. Make sure my refund is credited by the evening today so i can change service provider. Will have to approach consumer against u otherwise

    @ACTFibernet Do not take any ACT internet service because their technical team never solves your problem. I have complained for the last 3 days but the problem has not been solved yet.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved as the connection has not yet been installed despite payment being completed several days ago. I request a Full refund of the amount paid. Please avoid generic responses and provide a clear resolution update.
