@ACTFibernet My connection is not working since yesterday afternoon 3PM. I'm working from home and paid my bill for 10K on 10 September and just two days later it's down?Why should I as a customer suffer for more than 12 hours & hear I'll need to wait another 12 hrs for the fix?

@ACTFibernet its been a while (6 months)complaining about multiple speed drop & fluctuations but seems there's no mechanism to check the repeat complaints from customers.technician just want to close the ticket rather closing customer issues.150 mbps plan suffering with 35 mbps.

@naveenjainsl @ACTFibernet If it isn't resolved by today, I'll better shift to another broadband because I'm done with my patience. Never seen this type of service from another broadband companies. Taking days to weeks to solve the problems. If this keeps going, many people will prefer Airtel or Jio.
