    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by ACT team. Two weeks in a row, I faced issues with internet and they resolve it only after 24+ hours after calling several times and pleading them. Once the internet issue is resolved, my internet speed is messed up.

    @Numb_Skull @ACTFibernet Madam!. That's bcoz Ur next neighborhood will be using internet which is same line. more connection in same line. Speed goes down. That's the problem with shared line. If it using WiFi the speed reduces

    @ACTFibernet @VijayGopal_ ACT doesn't have any actions, they just act. Worst service providers.

    @Kritzika @ACTFibernet Same problem with sikka broadband and they say at your face that after 6 pm they do not work on any complaints but they will register your complain and resolve the issue next day after 10 am only.

    @ACTFibernet I dint except such poor service your team. They seem so not bothered about what a customer is saying. I have raised an issue with the nodal office, now an agent calls, i clarified the issue, he was so rude and now he closed my request while it is actually not fixed.

    @VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , why do guys even disconnect your customer service lines whenever there are disconnections.. customers can't even get an ETA on when service will be restored! Pathetic!

    @Numb_Skull @ACTFibernet I think it's got to do with your router, check the speed with ethernet plugged in once. Had the same problem with Act, although I can agree their customer care is the worst.

    @VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet Do I have to keep buying router every year apart from connection renewal? There is increase in tariff since WFH started last year but service also need to be effective and efficient.
