No technician visits the site — they just call, say the issue is resolved from the backend, and close the ticket without any proper solution.

The customer care is useless as well. They keep pushing for new connection without refunding my old connection money

Hasan Abbas 🇮🇳 (@HasanabbasIndia) reported@ACTFibernet has poorest service in Bangalore and not working on time. Booked new connection, paid for the same everything done. I was told I get my connection installation done by EOD on 29 May. They failed. Today, on 30 May they told they will do it by 2 pm. Still no update.
