    @ACTFibernet This is not the first time it’s happening, either fix it and solve the problem for good, or il proceed with consumer court with entire SR numbers for the last 1 year

    @ACTFibernet such a bad experience. I have been raising the request for shifting of connection. It was supposed to be done yesterday and yet nothing has been done. The customer care is useless as well. They keep pushing for new connection without refunding my old connection money

    Since 28th, you have been postponing the resolution every day. Today again 1 PM, and now postponed to 6:30 PM. What is your team doing?Resolve it immediately or disconnect the service and refund the money idiots If you are not capable of managing the shutdown idiots @ACTFibernet

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Internet is not working for last 3 days and assigned engineer not picking the call, tried more then 50 times. Worst service. Ticket# - SR10380421311224

    @ACTFibernet I guess this will get resolved tomorrow ? I haven’t heard back from any of your technical team and the number provided on the app for engineer is not picking up my call! How am I supposed to manage WFH when the wifi is down so frequently? And no one sorts it out before 24 hours!
