@ACTFibernet Now the ticket number SR11564073029677 turns out to be escalation call ref no. but not a complaint against the two customer care executives whom I spoke to. Now this guy Hemanth outright lied to me that this a complaint including the the names of two guys who dropped the call.

@ACTFibernet i have upgraded to 150 mbps plan but your customer care guys saying that my router doesn't support this plan..please downgrade the plan..i am not interested to pay the bill for 150 mbps with the speed of 40 mbps..

@ACTFibernet Thanks, within an hour of complaining on twitter my problem was resolved. But I was calling cust care from yesterday and they didn't fix it. It's time to improve your grievance redressal process.
