Worst Very Poor Service It's been 14 days with No Internet Neither Technical Team or Customer Care Team is calling and updating just giving fake ETR that too @ACTFibernet is not on field to work they haven't got any permission while Broadband are giving service to subscribes

@ACTFibernet Still @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD not took any action on my complaint regarding no internet since last 2 weeks in miyapur so I decided to move on to other broadband which responds very quickly .. thanks for this horrible services good bye... people don't take this broadband

It has been 5 days since internet has been affected and the only way in which we can connect with @ACTFibernet is through a chatbot. There is no way we can escalate the issue and the link to call the engineer is consistently engaged!
