    @ACTFibernet your support sucks ..I have been complaining abt frequent internet disconnections and every time ur rep says he fixed it..without coming to location...iam ur customer for 13 yrs..shud I switch to another ISP ??

    To reach @ACTFibernet disconnection team it took me 15-20mins call waiting for the executive to respond on the issue that's how your service is working.

    @ACTFibernet Its been 20 days I submitted a request for name change and its not yet done. I contacted your customer support more than 5 times and even after that no progress. You have the worst customer service😡🤬

    @ACTFibernet service is very bad from yesterday morning onwards I'm facing connectivity issues still not resolved also everytime we face lack of connectivity in other rooms aa well #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet - I had requested for a disconnection request on my ACT fibernet connection on December 15, 2020. My due was also cleared. Although assured by your cus exe, I still got a bill for Dec and Jan. although I have msg from you on disconnection, yet I’m getting bills. Help
