    @ACTFibernet There are two tickets one is related to technical the other one is related to billing. But when dialled it is automatically going to technical even though i dialled the billing team contact no. Technical team is telling to cancel their ticket to reach billing team

    @ACTFibernet Why are act services being weird from a couple of days? Internet is getting on and off every 5 minutes without any reason and Customer service has no clue what's going on. Not just for me but many users. What going on??

    Another disappointing experience with @ACTFibernet .This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 2 weeks, and each time it has taken nearly 2 days to resolve. For the current issue, I raised a complaint yesterday (2nd June). The resolution ETA was changed from today 9 AM–1 PM ➜ 7:30 PM–9 PM ➜ tomorrow 9 AM–1 PM. Meanwhile, my son's exam preparation is being disrupted and I'm unable to attend office calls while working from home. Customer support keeps repeating "port issue" but offers no meaningful assistance, accountability, or reliable timelines. Frequent outages, repeated delays, and poor communication are unacceptable for a service customers depend on for work and education. @ACTFibernet when will reliability and customer commitment become a priority? #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetOutage

    @ACTFibernet You had called up 19 times since yesterday using number +91 40 49267888 but didn't speak a word. Why are you harassing a customer by using prank call. Worst network and worst response

    @ACTFibernet you have an absolutely deplorable customer support. I raised a request to shift my connection and received no response for 2 days. After getting exhausted trying to get an update, I decided to forfeit the remaining two months on my plan and requested cancellation
