    @Airtel_Presence Dear @Airtel_Presence team, It’s been more than 24 hours and still issue not resolved. can you please look into it on priority. I have used @ACTFibernet for 15 Years and never faced more than 4 hours down time.

    @ACTFibernet I want to share one of the worst experience of my life which I have with ACT Fibernet. I took out new contract with a salesman Nilay Darji on 27/June/2022 who promised me installation will be in 48 hours. I was in urgent need as I work from home.

    @ACTFibernet Then they delayed installation to such an extend that I had to cancel it and arrange for refund. I still have not received my hard earned money. They say it will 5-7 working days everytime.
