    @ACTFibernet can u please check ur services in Whitefield.. Now I realized that @airtelindia services are better than u... Ur sales person not picking call and call center is not supporting.. OTT started buffering.. Please help to resolve this ASAP

    @ACTFibernet after paying the amount the services got resumed and in 4 days again 501 rupees bill generated and i had to pay it in jan again… now again 797 rupees bill generated for feb month. Please look into this issue and refund amount

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I am fedup with your internet billing services… I was billed incorrectly for zero usage on September. contacted customer care multiple time and raise a complaint for waver but no one responsed so I paid 653 on Jan 8th In order to reconnect my connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare .. Jio fibre completely down.. request raised .. resolution i will get after 7th.. So what was point if resolution is so late ..how can any one work. Lot of issue..no proper speed and above all no prper support Resolution of @ACTFibernet is much faster

    @ACTFibernet And the saga continues. Internet down again third time this week. Support personnel say it’s their weekly off or not pickin. Will shift to #airtel once the tenure is over !!
