  @ACTFibernet No it was not. I bought the modem myself and fixed it. For a service that has now become so critical you can't wait for weeks to get your query resolved. :-(

  @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD am facing the worst service in tirupati. No response from your team. Customer service is asking to come to Hyderabad for resolving the issue. No1 leading company for name sake. 7days out of 27days we faced the internet problem.

  @ACTFibernet Continuing the same issue. I paid to some other ISP after that but then again he messages and smirked as you can see in the screenshot that I'll be calling back to him out of regret so I called him asking the same that why is messaging me when he said 'ok le lo'

  @GThirumalReddy1 @HathwayBrdband @ACTFibernet Dear Hathway, In Hyderabad city we can rate only 0.5%/5. As we are giving complaint their is no proper response from Hathaway team. We will go back to act fiber service.
