    @ACTFibernet It’s already been 48 hours. I cannot continue like this and will have no option but to cancel my plan and switch to another internet provider due to poor customer service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet - You folks need to get a life! Raised a complaint for relocation almost 15 days back and till date nothing has moved and not even a care to get back! Complaint # SR10179883223294 ETA was 22nd and today is May 2nd - such a shame! @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet 3 days. No internet and no response. Account number: 101735161552 SR: SR10180032872522 I asked to move service to opposite house as we moved within the lane. . We still have to pay for the down time as well. Pathetic.
