    @ACTFibernet Hello Team .. I am this is my account Number:102010162505, I received a incorrect invoice and where the due amount is INR7,255.03 but this is not correct and i raised my concerns to the concerned team but without any resolution all these tickets are closed.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic, Disgusting customer service from Act people. Still my complaint(SR11065272846444) is not resolved and after following from last 11 days customer service don't know the issue. Seriously, they are HARASSING CUSTOMERS now. Jio is far better from this ****.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket SR10265354272190 I have received an invoice and due date is 15th July. I have some issues and want to discuss regarding this. Customer service mentioned billing department will get back but so far no one from billing department had contacted me.

    @ACTFibernet, I'm faccing issue regarding my new connection. Firstly customer care called me 50 times in two days for payment. and then i paid and customer service told me that it will take 24hrs to install new connection. But now 48hr gone and now they told me for more 48hrs.
