    @ACTFibernet It's been a continuous problem that internet is not working, in last 40 days I raise multiple complaints, every now and then internet stops working and today also the same situation

    @ACTFibernet This is regarding my change of account name request. I have raised request N number of times and have been waiting “PATIENTLY“ since 2nd week of DEC20. They were never addressed and closed even without any actions. Latest raised SR10152025983419. GRAVE DISAPPOINTED

    This is my sincere request from @ACTFibernet that plz upgrade my router, it has been 4 days since no action has been taken, as a customer I feel sad that such a fast working company is making a delay in this process, so plz I request you to don't make a delay and take the action.
