@ACTFibernet SR10266978871244 This is supposed to be resolved by 9 pm today. There has been no internet since 4 pm. I called the customer care before it was informed to me that it will be fixed between 8 pm - 9 pm. May I know the exact ETA and stop giving false commits time.

@ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD have given complaint of internet not working 3 days back, till now issue not resolved, this kind of poor service is not expected from ACT, SR101669561358 raised on 31 Jan 2023 with 1 day expected closure but no one turned up to resolve the issue.

@ACTFibernet ACT103658028307 Internet connection is monthly once cutting down. As I am working from home morning to evening, suffering a lot becz of net connection shut down. Today also from morning up to now no net connection. Please fix the problem permanently.

No clarification for debit of Rs. 2000 plus additional 5000 Rs. showing as due. I'm done with this @ACTFibernet. Very poor customer service. Disconnecting permanently after few days.
