    @ACTFibernet My Internet were not working from Saturday afternoon I just raised a ticket an field agent just came and checked and went still now my connectivity was not got ready if I call there customer care they will till in 24 hrs it will get cleared (2/3).

    @ACTFibernet Chennai is one of the worst customer service orgs I have seen. They promise a lot but do nothing. You cannot even reach them easily to complain.

    @ACTFibernet You will say same thing on call... "I will check with team and give you call" fir koi call ni ayegi , na issue resolve hoga.. I contacted to @JioCare for internet ,I will move to that network.
