    @ACTFibernet No action taken from 20th Feb against SR10367114583884 for a high end router for which payment is also done. Innumerable calls to customer care and mails to both help desk as well as nodal officer is unanswered. If no stock of router pls refund.

    @ACTFibernet your customer care and service in Puppalguda area has gone down drastically over the years. There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

    @ACTFibernet This response am getting for the 3rd time, But no one actioned yet. Evry month am asking for the same, When request was made in the month of November. Why there is no Auto generation for the same? This is really Annoying when such service given. @consumerForumCF @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet Thankfully I received a call from the digital tv agents to know more about my issue and i explained... But i haven't received any calls yet from the feasibility team.. did i hurt them that they are not interested in taking up my work. Do let me know I need a Cable connection soon

    @ACTFibernet Not even 2 days since I got the connection and already 1 full day Internet shut down @ACTFibernet . See the level of responsiveness. I switched from Skylink after 7 years only because my new apartment had already deployed server for entire apartment and no room for other provider

    @ACTFibernet I been asking continuously for Invoice haven't received yet, Wht kind of service u are giving to Customers? On the beginning itself you all told it's activated and every month i wil receive Invoice. Nw evry mnt i need to chase u, Its been 7 days nw since requested.

    @ACTFibernet Customer care says if there is only 1 connection discount will not be given which was not informed at starting. How illogical is this if 1/2 connection still box is powered and I am paying my electricity bill. Right away I am removing the connection!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD - Lost connectivity and link itself, while ACT Technician was working to install a new connection in my society. I had informed him to fix it but he left without fixing my issue... even though he was notified immediately. SR10167246744524

    @ACTFibernet I reccomended Act Fibernet to my dad for his new home. As it's a site under renovation, the electrician and the owner needed to be present. Your engineer fixed an appointment time for 10 am , the poor men have been waiting .

    @ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.
