  @MinisterKTR @KTRTRS @ACTFibernet I am an advocate and press reporter.. due to our nature of work, we could go to bed daily only after midnight.. Garbage collecting van is coming to our area at 6am and disturbing us from having atleast 5 hours sleep.. GHMC authorities please look into the matter..9603679556

  @tweetdevdpk @ACTFibernet its what they have been doing. I thought i am the only one but i guess now i understood, this is the business strategy of @ACTFibernet. Harrass customer to the level that they give us. Lie about excalation and make them pay money for wrongdoings of actfibernet

  @ACTFibernet Not providing promised speed, too many n/w drops, technicians not solving the problem and blaming on the router, asking us to buy a new router, customer care not taking any action even after multiple complaints - norm now-a-days. Stick with ACT or change to others?

  @ACTFibernet I just called customer care twice and they disconnected my call without listening to query. I guess this is how you support customers.

  @ACTFibernet My internet connection is not working. I checked the junction box and it is switched off. I got my Act connection July 12th 2021 and this is the 3rd time in a month that internet is not working. I have raised a ticket in the app SR10360644934902.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet problem not yet resolved and you guys closing the ticket without even checking with the customer, no internet for 72hours. What kind of service ? I dnt understand very very ugly.
