ACT Internet Team remains extremely apathetic towards its customer. Have raised an internet connectivity issue multiple times and the team just resolves it without rectifying the issue. Extremely disappointed! @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Internet speed is consistently slow in a day. I have been raising complaints but the issue is never resolved.Even the images are not loading. Looks like you are least bothered about customer service. Better I will Switch to different ISP. #ACTFiber #PoorService

@ACTFibernet The reason for advance request to disconnect d connection is to avoid another bill to be generated.I dont understand why a connection cannot be disconnected when a customer wants to disconnect. why should a new bill be generated.? #bangalore #wifi #TRAI @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet 🙏SR #10266359375384, have requested to disconnect the connection on 30th of Nov but your support agents close the SR multiple times stating that the connection cannot be closed on 30th due to account issues and will be closed only on 1st of Dec.

@ACTFibernet Worst internet provider ever. Service is down every other day. Even after raising tickets and contacting customer care multiple times, issue still not resolved. Pls look into the ticket (SR10466394649354)and rectify the issue at the earliest or else I'll disconnect.

If it is possible by @ACTFibernet,@HathwayBrdband why not airtel for broadband service to the mapped location, for last 4+ years until now your service people not giving proper judgment why its not possible .my location(600078) to DLF Ramapuram just 2KM and Ashok pillar just 4KM.

@ACTFibernet , recently on 12nov i took actfiberner new wifi connection. Network coverage n customer support service is extremely pathetic n worst.never recommend anyone to take actfiber connection.Very dull customer response i received from actfiber team. Extremely disappointed.

@ACTFibernet Iam facing this internet connection drop every month 3 to 4 times and 3 to 4 days iam not getting internet . There is no proper resolution till now and there is no supervisor or lead who we can talk with . I need a call back from any superior team regarding my issue
