    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10762801992982 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/26/2021 03:00:00 PM. Till now no response act has become pain in the wrong place. Horrible service. No internet since 3days, and it's kids half yearly exams.

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24hrs since @ACTFibernet promised to resolve my internet issue, but no signs of help. Pathetic part is whenever we call customer care, new CC executive picks the call to inform false timelines. Already lost a day of work n today is day 2.

    @ACTFibernet frequent disconnections. Every other day work and school online classes are getting impacted. In a month I have raised 7-8 service requests. This is the situation in Bangalore prime residentual locations. Service team will take their own sweet time to fix the issues
