    @ACTFibernet What’s the point of paying a premium for your service if, when it matters most, the support is nowhere to be found? It’s been over 2 hours since I raised a ticket, and I haven’t received any response or update. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    Dear @ACTFibernet CEO, my internet has been down since last night. I raised a ticket this morning, and was assured it would be resolved by 4 to 7 PM today. Despite a follow-up call and multiple attempts, the issue persists for over 24 hours. Ticket id:SR11481054655294

    @ACTFibernet very poor service from your team. Yesterday, I applied for new connection. At the time of payment, your team committed that device will be installed on same day. Then later in evening, ACT person told me that device will be installed by today 1st half of day.

    I request you to change allot for a change of router for my connection. Im not satisfied with the speeds of 150mbps when im paying 1400rs for 350mbps. this is absolutely waffling to advice me to change the plan to 6months when i requested. Kindly help with the change @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet severe connectivity issues this week. Also not working since last 24 hours! Terrible service My X account has just become a way to raise issues regarding ACT Internet as no one in your customer service responds back!

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 weeks since I raised my complaint. Someone picked up my call once and then just disappeared. Now the ticket has been closed without even solving the issue. Why should I be paying for internet that I haven't been able to use?
