Hi @ACTFibernet, I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ yrs (Reg. No: 8056298884) but have faced repeated internet issues for over a year. 4 tickets raised this month alone, still unresolved. Please escalate & fix permanently — else I’ll be forced to explore other providers.

Hello @ACTFibernet Your social media team was supposed to call by first week of Sept to reslv refund issue but it has been close to 2 mnths, no call but your executives keep calling asking to collect router I am very clear if I don't get a resolution I am not going to return it
