@ACTFibernet Its been 24hrs i raised complaint regarding internet unavailability. Issue not resolved till now. Had 2 wait for atleast 20-25min 2 connect to helpdesk. Pathetic service. Would choose other provider next time, looks like they offer better services at better price

@ACTFibernet - Since from last 5 days internet is not working. I raised ticket (SR10965821566604). And your support person intentionally close the ticket without my confirmation. I don't want your service and want to move with another vendor Plz refund my 6months subscription.

@ACTFibernet I was under the impression that act will be providing great support but not only my ticket- SR10165830094104 resolution got delayed by more than 36 hours. It's sad that you couldn't provide a good service and I have to suspend connection.

How dare you to suspend my connection @ACTFibernet ... Every month my actuall bill is 590 rs, ... Due to issue FROM YOUR SIDE, it generated 650 rs. from last 5 days, I am complaining about the same, no response. Today you suspended my network. (1/2)

@ACTFibernetHYD I have done with the payment of connection before 10 days and there is still no resolution provided by the team, someone came 10 days before and told me that there will be Fiber switch needs to be installed, however till now no resolution, @ACTFibernet
