@ACTFibernet finally got a call from Mr.Naveen to inform us that the plan cost has gone from ~10,000 a year to 20,000. Amazing how their internet is horribly poor but the speed & efficiency is in their prices going up & service going down. Cheating at its best #unethicalBusiness

I've been using #broadband @ACTFibernet for a long time and getting pathetic services. The agents are not giving a proper resolution. The plans were changed without pre-informing and I have got one more bill after making the payment, closed SR without confirmation.

I wrote it to their appellate authority asking for a refund for lost day of service. They just replied saying it got restored.I made a mistake by shifting from @ACTFibernet
