    @ACTFibernet without my permission ur technican drill a useless hole in my apartment and now there is no connection of Internet ur RM is not answering the call this is worst of service I need the hole should be fix and ur team gave a harassment to me @PMOIndia

    @ACTFibernet Every other service provider responds to the complaints when we post in Twitter to save their face. You seem to have a thick skin and immune to all this. I have been tweeting my complaint since 1st Jan 2022 but you seem to hardly care.

    @ACTFibernet 11/01/22.ACT SERVICE ENGINEER disconnected my internet connection which was functioning well at 1.08pm on that day as maintenance work. He said that he would be reconnected at 9.00 that night but to date (13/01/22) no internet connection was provided. #ACTFIBERNET

    @ACTFibernet sucks such big time that your mail to their helpdesk falls on deaf ears. Even after multiple applications over 4 years they still didn’t correct my name. Applied for @airtelindia Fibernet today. @reliancejio was unavailable.

    @ACTFibernet how does your complain system work if a guy is complain every alternate day regarding the same problem will you treat it as a fresh problem every time we log a complaint or donyou really understand the seriousness of it? How can we make you work better?

    In 2022, when we have players like @airtelindia @ACTFibernet playing the wild card by providing service rapidly, seems like BSNL is not ready to up the game. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, it cannot be myway or highway.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 58th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+
