    The 24x7 customer care of @ACTFibernet seems to be a sham. No one is there to attend the complaint after 5 pm. The phone calls are unanswered. App provides only a computer generated response. There is no internet connectivity and no one to approach to.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC My internet connection is disrupted since two weeks now, although I hold a paid subscription for six months I.e. Jan 2022 to Jun 2022 After failing to get response for customer care & support team I’m raising this issue here. Hope the best

    Hi @ACTFibernet frequently getting service problems please resolve with permanent solution for continuous service facing lot of problems get interruption in service hope it will resolve very soon customer care executive are not responding if i contact with unregistered number.
