    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Requesting service providers to start the broadband connection in my district kothagudem,Telangana,507101.I believe atleast 1000 connections immediately being shifted since service from others is pathetic

    .@ACTFibernet there is an issue with your service once every 2 weeks, do you realise people need internet to work from their homes? When I raise a ticket you tell me you'll only resolve it at 9pm. Absolutely terrible service every single time.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet and dont bother calling i am as well gonna decline the calls like how your engineer has been doing i need answers in this place and to my post only no dm as well i will not be replying in dm this has gone beyond my patience level every month an issue with the network

    Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available,and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand what's wrong with your service, even making payments on time before due dates my account suspended and no Internet access now,raised a complained with ticket # SR10179755003824 no use of it. Regretting of choosing your services

    @ACTFibernet Requested disconnection on Apr 6—service stopped promptly.After 5+ days, no one has collected the assets despite daily “will be recovered” msgs.This delay is cost me daily rent due to pending handover.Who is accountable? Is this service quality in a metro city?

    @ACTFibernet The speed has become poor and reduced to 50 mbps and lower post all your maintenance activities. This is a major headache to keep reporting and not see improvement.

    @ACTFibernet again Internet went down it’s not 24 hours yet yesterday seems you guys have fixed the issue now again it went down , can we know exactly what’s going on ?? Day by day service is getting below average

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months
