    @ACTFibernet Hello very worst service. I have called to area audit officer Mr. Vinoth ( 9600107982 ) and engr. mani ( +919150297776 ). No one picking my call. Irritating u r . Pls get back my money I ll change my connection to some other network..or shall I file a case ?

    @ACTFibernet i am from bengaluru. I filled a ticket on Wednesday. People kept calling and came home. No fix. the problem is so and so. The ticket was closed by Act on Thursday night. I again reopened. It was again closed yesterday without fixing. Today, they deleted the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet I'm surprised to see why temporary discontinuation of service is not made easy. Feels like you make customers fed up by following up with customer care and they send hopeless links. Like other providers, can you make your services pay on the go?

    @sang1983 @ACTFibernet Yes , their service has deteriorated a lot. Slow speeds in the morning.Not even able to attend online classes. Customer service is worst. They dont take our complaints seriously. They dont accept there is issue .

    @ACTFibernet Exactly this week Monday raised a complaint regarding internet issue. Today facing same issue. Within a week raised back to back complaints. Is this service are you providing? Just remove the connect, please refund my amount. I will go with other broadband
