    @ACTFibernet Team network is down since 9 AM today. Chatbots are unable to reach or identify issues. And last the customer service is total useless.

    WFH is the only option here and y’all have done absolutely nothing to help out. It’s an Internet company but the app takes forever to load and then won’t work. You don’t give us a portal to make the payment but expect us to bear your brunt. WOW! Take a ******* bow @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down and unable to raise complaint via app or the web portal. Seems entire server is down.
