    @ACTFibernet made payment on 12 Dec, but the portal still shows a pending due. I raised multiple tickets to get this sorted, and all of them were closed without any response. Today my internet was disconnected and your customer care was absolutely zero help.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India I’m facing consistently high & roaming BGMI ping on ACT FTTH (Hyderabad). After extensive testing, the issue is not Wi-Fi, router, speed, packet loss, or game servers. The problem starts inside ACT’s network itself.

    @ACTFibernet dear ACT people when we raise a ticket generally it should get attended in prompt time, its been 3 days still my internet is not working. First thing pls focus on your customer service team.then the ground team they are the king

    @ACTFibernet I have tried reaching out customer care every time they say new stories device will be collected from other vendors, Act fiber is has nothing to do with it device will be collected from voot ash they provide OTT Services.
