    Update: After speaking to several people from @ACTFibernet including the call center, 2 area in-charge, - it looks like they are least interested in resolving a customer's issue who has already paid. No one has any idea of the next steps or when this will be resolved.

    @ACTFibernet when will you stop harassing customers. My account has been suspended for “non-payment” where in fact I have already paid the amount before due date. You customer care keeps telling me the issue will be resolved in 2 hours & I’m still internet on a Monday. A work day

    @ACTFibernet @pramodkabra @nishivasudeva one of the worst services from ACT fibernet in bangalore. After paying bill also they disconnected the internet, dont know how they doing business.

    @ACTFibernet Worst network in India they are providing worst service it’s been 6 days my Internet is not working but they are not even responding please don’t take act fibre connection Know they are saying fake reasons act is fraud better to switch to local finer net
