    @h_setin @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    @ACTFibernet SR# 10263893504181 is awaiting resolution for 5 days. Resolution date is postponed everyday Customer support technician assures to call back after backend check and no call-back !! Are you really committed to resolve Customer complaints within 24 hours?

    @ACTFibernet Latency is through the roof. Unable to connect to most servers. Some issues with your servers. Lots of my friends use ACT, everyone's facing the same issue.

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to reach ur team dropping mail but issue for internet is still not resolved & no response on mail for addressing issues Second for OTT issue I never able connect to ott team just long holding hours on a call Chk DM for connection details Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service and the worst network i have ever seen. Since installation there is no speed and there has been no resolution since last 8 days. Just commitments are given. Never take this, Jio or Airtel is much better.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 63rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+
