    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Requesting service providers to start the broadband connection in my district kothagudem,Telangana,507101.I believe atleast 1000 connections immediately being shifted since service from others is pathetic

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Why you giving new connections, you guys unable to handle existing customer daily ur fibercut issue coming and u take 24hrs to fix it , n customer pay for 100% service and u r fail to provide it properly, please don’t take this Act Internet they are not providing proper service

    @ACTFibernet 2 days back we took new connection. But your employee didn't finish the installation properly & was also rude & arrogant. We took 549/- plan for 3 months. After much deliberation, he came to fix the installation, but speed reduced to 36-38mbps instead of 40mbps

    @ACTFibernet Worst then the worst service. For static IP we paid 20days back and we login the service request too, but still now we didn't get static IP. Called you I'm taking about coustomer care many times approx 50tyms per day not a use and no response from your end..

    Even 75mb file is not downloading taking more than 45 mins @ACTFibernet I used hotspot to download that 75mb file this issue I'm facing since 2 days. Ur technician asking me why are you raising complaints frequently? But my qstn is why I'm getting net issues frequently

    @ACTFibernet Buddy till few minutes back I faced slow net, yesterday also same complete day full slow network. NOW IT IS FINE

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer support! Following up since 3rd of Jan 2022 and till date you are issuing tickets and without resolving closing and , lack of coordination between back office/ app developers/ feild executives. Your IVR needs to be upgraded. FAQ s don't help
