    @ACTFibernet chennai has one of the worst customer support service ever, I had been using ACT for 10 years no loyalty to customers. Raised a complaint on June 1st till date no resolution. agents are rude and even saying if you don’t like ask for disconnection.. level of service.

    Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service!

    @ACTFibernet Second time in 3 days on a new connection. I shifted from airtel to avoid these issues but it's same with ACT What kind of poor connection is this. Please refund my money
