    @ACTFibernet You have been calling me relentlessly telling about the legal notice you have sent for my unpaid dues. I have tried reaching you multiple times to understand how are you calculating this? And you put me on hold for more than 15 minutes without giving any resolution.

    @ACTFibernet If you cannot resolve the issue immediately, it’s better for customers to switch service provider. No dearth of Internet service providers in Bengaluru.

    @ACTFibernet Naveen from ur team reached me. My feedback is he doesn't know how to talk to cust. While my ques was regarding tickets being closed without my consent & taking longer than expected to rectify issue, he asks me to reply to Nodal officers email. He needs some training on empathy.

    Hi @ACTFibernet your technician is not answering calls and hasn't fixed my wi fi since yesterday. I have no idea how to talk to a human being to escalate this issue. Can someone pls DM me and I'll provide my contact.

    @sandhyaravishan @ACTFibernet Check Mam, their put brakes on the download speed. It will show 100 Mobs, but with more than one device, it will hang.
