@ACTFibernet I had requested for a supervisor to call me back and since august 2020 and I am still waiting. Every single day, the internet stops working and inspite of raising numerous complaints, no action has been taken..the tickets are just closed with resolving the issue.

@ACTFibernet I am expecting you to atleast process my cancelation request and send the refund. I was with ACT for more than 2 years, never had to face such experience. I have already requested for new connection with new service provider.

@ACTFibernet I have raised cancelation request and the retention team is telling they will not be able to refund my amount, which i have paid for 1yr plan. You cannot provide internet and also cannot refund amount. What kind of service is this.
