    @ACTFibernet Thank you for providing the best ever worst service. Since 4 days you people have failed in providing a consistent service person to reconnect my WiFi. For 2 days we have been recharging extra data packs for work purposes and we have to pay your monthly bill also

    @ACTFibernet On what basis you will look into my issue, you don't have my ACT account number and don't even know where I am from, people like you are everywhere in ACTFibernet now I understand why V R getting this poor service and we R the one who is suffering even after making the payment.

    Hi @ACTFibernet I had raised cmplnt# SR10265494585723 yesterday, ur team has closed the ticket aftr postponing d resolution time multiple times without resolving the issue, cstmr spport team has no answers on why this has been closed & refused to reopen the same...please help...
