  @ACTFibernet Even after your reply i didn't get connectivity today, your executive called me at 3:00pm and came at 8:00pm and they said we are not able to get the connection today. This is the service you provide to your customers.

  @ACTFibernet i made payment on 3rd for new connection and was told connection will be done same day.. It's 7 now still it's not done. customer servic is pathetic as they don't follow up or care. Also they dont puck up calls, if they do support guy will hesitate to even open ticke

  @ACTFibernet why is there constant disruptions in your fibernet service in Bangalore?? Don't u have capability anymore!! We are not even started on rainy season and already ur internet is so fragile it goes off every other day!! Please get ur ACT together (Pun intended)

  @ACTFibernet Hearing same thing since yesterday morning. Still no resolution. Thought internet speed & relative service would be faster. Ironic that Gbps speed provider is so slow in service & worse in technician training. @ACTFibernet pls learn to respect customer's time, not just money.
