    @ACTFibernet finally got a call from Mr.Naveen to inform us that the plan cost has gone from ~10,000 a year to 20,000. Amazing how their internet is horribly poor but the speed & efficiency is in their prices going up & service going down. Cheating at its best #unethicalBusiness

    @ACTFibernet Worst service provider, asking for cancellation of connection in Hyderabad location.i have never seen such issues with any other providers, request you all to not to go for act fiber.

    I've been using #broadband @ACTFibernet for a long time and getting pathetic services. The agents are not giving a proper resolution. The plans were changed without pre-informing and I have got one more bill after making the payment, closed SR without confirmation.

I wrote it to their appellate authority asking for a refund for lost day of service. They just replied saying it got restored.I made a mistake by shifting from @ACTFibernet
