@ACTFibernet Complaint number SR10364672729044 from AC no 103499501903. Though I filed complaint as Net not working the issue is something else. We have a junction box in our premises. Smoke is coming from the box. This option is not there in complaints. Please send staff ASAP

@ACTFibernetHYD Hi Actfibernet Just to inform in old city your network connectivity is very low after paying for 150Mbps still I m getting 90mbps. I have raised so many complaints but no use. No proper resolution this day that day only commitment but no resolution

@ACTFibernet I have heard this 3 times today. Nothing has been done. I’ve had 2 whole days of outage. I even escalated the matter at 11 AM after talking to your customer care. But nothing has been done. Why?
