@ACTFibernet It's been one month now. I have called so many times to check the status, each and every time they say it has been escalated to the concerned team and they would assign a technician to collect it by today or tomorrow but I would never get a call back.

Poor customer service support by @ACTFibernet. All they do is contact and ask if the internet is working instead of personally visiting the location. Need this to be fixed ASAP .

@ACTFibernet takes the safest route & CLOSES tickets (even the reopened ones) related to service disconnection without any discussion. Amazing! If service connection can be smooth, disconnection must be equally simple. That's how great brands are built: great customer service.

@ACTFibernet is down in Medchal(501401) and I'm left with no option as it won't come soon.. @airtelindia , @reliancejio do I have any choice to go with as I badly need a wired LAN for my works at home. Can't thrive on Mobile internet for even an hour.!! 🤔🤔
