    @ACTFibernet As rightly said b4, internet is gone again. Hv been reiterating that its d/c-ing often for the past 1-2 months. Now the whole process of support tkt - ignore -followup - closing without solving is back !!!

    @ACTFibernet What is the point of such advertisements? You are simply a fraudulent company who is duping its customers constantly. This is the second straight weekend when I don't have internet. And the resolution is supposed to arrive by evening. My weekend is over. You need to be punished.

    @NeerajTapadiya @ACTFibernet Bro, there is no one that can help you in @ACTFibernet. Change your internet connection. In the past 8 months, i had a my connection severed for 35 days. And no one to listen or act in the situation.

    @ACTFibernet If my credit card due date is crossed in a few days, you're liable to compensate that interest too because of this inexplicable delay. You can't tell me your process takes a fortnight to even initiate the refund. No other service provider takes money prior to service feasibility

    Hello @ACTFibernet here’s the ticket for Internet Outage at your Junction Box. SR10166396339704 I’m disappointed that a simple fix for this at junction would take 24 hrs to fix !! This is such a poor experience. I’d rather fix it for u, if u guide me on call than wait 24 hrs 😔
