    @ACTFibernet Requested for relocation on Friday closed the ticket without resolving on Saturday again opened the ticket and you again closes the ticket without resolving now asking Money for fixing box when I called the support team they didn't told me about money

    @ACTFibernet Please send a technician to home to fix as this is not gonna fix over the phone. In spite of not resolving the issue, I get a email ur issue is fixed kindly rate our services. That's so insane.

    @ACTFibernet Hi I have given location shift request which they cancelled after 2 days and created new one increases the deadline by 3 days again which is tomorrow. But till nobody comes to attend the issue. Ticket no. SR1451445983841. Pls respond.

    @ACTFibernet Ok it is my final request now if i do not receive any call from your local servicemen by 4 PM i am going to change my network to some other broad band as ur service is worst as i have been calling and tweeting from last 36 hrs but no resolution at all
