    Extremely bad experience with @ACTFibernet. They took payment in one account, activated internet in a different account, and after one month (and despite multiple calls to their call centre to fix this mess they made) suspended the internet saying payment due !! #ACTFibernetWoes

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet customer support is really bad, I was told that getting 2 months of free connection but the next month ACT billed me and suspended my connection now. The ACT app is not letting me raise the complaint until I pay the bill. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Why has anyone still not reached to my place to change the connection. Do you use twitter just to say, "sorry for the inconvenience"? Pathetic service. I am gonna disconnect it altogether. It's not worth the time I investing just to get a replacement.

    @Venk_SA @ACTFibernet Act customer service is one of the worst service.customer service agents talk so rude with customers and they just cut the call or mute and they don't give reply to customers.They took money for the service and then they said there is no service and not ready to give our money.

    @ACTFibernet Yes your team has given an update at this time saying that we will resolve the issue tomorrow as of now we will close ticket for closing ticket they have called me for closing there tickets only they will call not for perfect resolution,for a new customer facing lot of issues

    @ACTFibernet I hope you have understood the text message. There has been 6 days of unplanned outage in January and half of February. This warrants an explanation because you are not paying me back for the 6 days when the issue has been occuring repeatedly.

    Especially the ones who know the issue and Ignore it. I would want a resolution by changing the router ASAP! I deleted the first tweet thinking I would get a resolution. Disgusted with the pathetic service and reasoning provided #actinternet @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin
