@ACTFibernet Thank you. They too have been very sweetly expressing their regret since July 17th by sending routine emailed. They don't even spend a moment to read my email to address the concern. Act needs to spruce up its customer care.

@ACTFibernet I have asked your customer service kindly to do PERMANENT disconnection specifically, instead temporary. Why are you calling me 5times a day with different executives asking me to pay for that damn temporary disconnection. I have closed my account before due date.

@ACTFibernet such lousy response on my shifting request. It has been about 3 weeks but a simple shifting request has not yet been resolved. I have made a daily ritual of calling ACT customer care everyday and get the same boring old response that it will be done the very same day
