    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your connection is down every second day and afternoon. Temporary fixes don't work. Ticket SR10281177638534 is repeatedly serviced and closed and reopened.
