    @ACTFibernet the worse service in Delhi. Devansh Balyan a technician never shows up after taking jobs. Maybe he is sabotaging Act. Internet down repeatedly but no action. #internetDelhi

    I could find many others, who have also reported the same internet connection issues to the same X handle @ACTFibernet. And they were also left unresolved. This is very bad. I am switching to other service provider very soon. It is affecting my work.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet This is a repeated fault and not a one-time issue. Please arrange an immediate technician visit and provide a permanent fix. Also, consider downtime compensation for the service disruption. If not resolved today, I will escalate this further.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Tech visited and confirmed that there is no feasibility for connection at my location.. I'm still wondering how can you take the connection payment without any location pre checks of feasibility?? Please cancel the request and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Absolutely disgraceful service by ACT. There is no internet service since the past 20 hours. Raised a service request ticket yesterday (SR10179938649054). The ETA was 11 am today. Still the internet has not been recovered.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30 PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it
