    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days since my internet went off, your technician is so professional that he is not even picking up my call(his name is Manish btw, and his number is +91 74280 92286). I have called him 100 timea to ask him to fix my connection but he is not bothered.

    @ACTFibernet It has been almost two day with no internet. Complaint raised says working towards a solution but nothing done for almost 38 hours. Children not able to attend online classes. ACT has disappointed me for the first time.

    @ACTFibernet Your system is so flawed, just to fix a simple fibre cut, you guys are taking more than 48 hours, and I can even change the technician assigned to me. Please look into this @consumerforum_ , this is consumer exploitation.
