    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, We are trying to reach out to you people over mail and phone, but every-time a new SR gets raised and then within a day you people closes it without providing any resolution. Please suggest my issue is getting delayed from last 5 months.

    I was unable to work because of your issue. You people are still saying that there is no issue found from your end. This is a highly careless act from your end. I was been informed that the issue will be resolved by 3PMtoday. But no luck. When can I expect resolution @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It is perfectly ok if the downtime is 2-3 hours. But 9-10 hours of downtime resulted in loss of a full working day for me. Issue still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Till now no action has been taken. The bill amount is still not corrected and service remains suspended. Why the service is becoming pathetic?Will you guys reduce my bill further for the days my account remains suspended! You want payment on time but not solve the issues on time.
