They will either suspend your account and demand you to pay or they will not attend your calls. NO WAIVER WILL BE PROVIDED BY THEM. Switch to other network. @ACTFibernet shame on your service.

    @ACTFibernet i didnt know I had to beg this much for the connectivity aftrer paying yearly? Its been more than 2 weeks my conn is not stable, i hear APFIBER issued by AP govt which is 150/- is providing better service than ACT.. can someone 4m ACT help?????

    @ACTFibernet your service on customer care number is horrible. I have been trying to take annual membership for digital tv and no one seems to care or know about it.

    @ACTFibernet At last my query is half way after 3days of my struggle contacting ur disastrous customer service still details were pending from your team.There is no direct cs team for OTT.Then y u guys launched this product.The time to talk cse is far tougher than a bank cse
