@ACTFibernet Thank you for providing the best ever worst service. Since 4 days you people have failed in providing a consistent service person to reconnect my WiFi. For 2 days we have been recharging extra data packs for work purposes and we have to pay your monthly bill also

Hi @ACTFibernet I had raised cmplnt# SR10265494585723 yesterday, ur team has closed the ticket aftr postponing d resolution time multiple times without resolving the issue, cstmr spport team has no answers on why this has been closed & refused to reopen the same...please help...
