    @ACTFibernet when are you planning to respond? I got a call on 2 Dec, that your team will check and call back in 24hrs. Never received any call back in 24hrs. 4 Dec, the ticket was closed and when reached to your incompetent customer care, your representative disconnected +1

    @ACTFibernet Your team closed the ticket without resolution of issues and called for the same to Customer care No response from the Executives , I raised the complaint regarding connection issue not getting internet from last 2 days . My work has stopped from last 3days.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 ACT Internet has been down the whole day! First the app wasn’t functioning properly to register a complaint. Finally when I somehow got to register a complaint they said in the afternoon that the issue will be sorted by 7pm. I waited. It still isn’t sorted😐 How to do WFH!??

    @ACTFibernet - I have made repeated calls and msgs but no response from your team at all. I have shifted my house to another place in bangalore & it's been a week already. None of ur ground agents are responding. Very bad service. Pls send someone asap. My number in DM.

    @ACTFibernet Been TWO days since Internet has stopped working and the app keeps giving false ETAs but no one is fixing the issue! Had to login for work about 2hrs ago! What’s the point of such an internet connection in such times when we need it mainly for work! Disappointing! Kindly assist.

    @ACTFibernet My first experience with Act customer care team is horrible. My name was incorrectly registered by the ACT team and have asked them to update with correct name and regenerate the invoice with correct details since i opted for 6 months plan.
