    @ACTFibernet By the way, here is the recommendation for you. Please call customer, understand what the issue is and discuss the solutions. Sending mail on ticket closure with no details on what the fix is very bad way of dealing customer support.

    @ACTFibernet Sorry to say but the customer care executives are least bothered about retaining old customer who is with @ACTFibernet for last 6-8 yrs. Not good enough to handle complaints , without understanding the concern. Doesn't want to listen and rude to the core

    @ACTFibernet the internet connection has been dying once a week. And complaint resolution takes more than 24 hours. So every month, I'm losing at least 4 full days of service. Is this normal? Finding it hard to feel this advantage
