@ACTFibernet @PMOIndia @MoitOfficial I had asked ACT fibrenet to disconnect the bb connection within 48 hrs of installation due to speed & service issues. Service request No. SR10765247369769 was created for disconnection and refund on 25/06/2022. no refund till date is issued

@ACTFibernet I have been following up on my billing complaint(SR11065272846444) since 3rd July and no resolution at all. Act Fibrenet Customer care is the worst experience I have ever seen in my entire career. They literally abuse people and use ridiculous tone language.Pathetic

@ACTFibernet I would prefer to surrender my connection. It is becoming a headache to deal with you guys. Your technician hardly responds. Your billing is poor and now your want to make me responsible for your hardware that is outside my apartment.
