@ACTFibernet I am trying to check the feasibility for a new connection. Your website lists some locations by default when I attempt to fill the address. This does not match my exact building / locality. Your customer care support on phone goes on automated messages and cuts off.

@ACTFibernet Your customer service is pathetic. I had raised an disconnection request well in advance on 26th June itself knowing that the new billing will start from 1st July and to avoid it. Yesterday your agent said we will stop the billing and today I get a due bill.

@ACTFibernet New request raised, kyc done, amount paid. Connection was declined in my region and I asked for the refund. No refund recieved yet. Contacted customer care numerous time no proper action taken.
