@ACTFibernet I have been facing network issue for the past 9days from 07/12/2022 till to date! It is not resolved yet but I'm getting pop up messages to pay my due? Can I get response on how to pay a bill amount for internet which is not used for past 9days with poor service?

@ACTFibernet I'd raised a request on the APP with complaint number: SR10266562072094. The case was never resolved, no one came and it was closed as resolved. The engineer assured he'll come. But it's been 3 days since. Who wants a new customer? @JioCare @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet Is the worst internet provider. They sneakily added a modem to my bill and charged at extra 999. I reached out to customer service but it didn't help. I had to pay because internet services are a necessity with WFH.

@ACTFibernet I am very unhappy with your service. Your technical support team and help line team not supporting properly. I get bored to call every time to help line explain samething and at end response will be like we will solve issue within 24 hours.

The service provided by @ACTFibernet is not at all satisfactory. I haven't had internet connection for the past 7 days. So far, I have contacted the customer care 6 times. No proper response. They seem to take customers for a ride. Etr just changes every day. #actworstservice
