Counting the days. Today is the 5th day. Still i didnt get my network connection back @ACTFibernet. This is how your technical support team works efficiently to solve customer issues. Many big firms failed because they didnt look after customer needs.

After all that complaint and going back and forth with their customer service my internet is still not working even after one week. In this digital era where everything is work from work, they have still not bothered to fix the internet. Extremely poor service @ACTFibernet

I am facing internet issue again and again. Couple of days back only some issues rectified and now again some issues and asking us to wait for 24 hours. @ACTFibernet ask us to pay bill for a month even if we use for one day. It's time to change to @reliancejio #worstservicebyact
