@ACTFibernet SR10163218714964 This is around 10th time I'm complaining about same issue literally everytime. Everyday starting from 2am to morning around 9:30am I'm not getting internet connection. I got fedup with your WORST service... Solve it permanently or refund my money.

And every time you close the ticket without resolving the issue @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet And everytime I call your customer care they are gonna first ask me "Did no one contacted you from ACT?" No, they didn't which I said N times.

@ACTFibernet I have no internet connection and your app doesn't allow login (Incorrect Entry: 3 attempts left repeated over and over again). Not only are you crashing (again!) you're now not allowing customers to raise support tickets through the app. Excellent.

@ACTFibernet - trying to terminate my connection for over week as you don't service my new location. No way to do this on your app or on phone. On Whatsapp too, there is no response. This is phenomenally bad customer service! Pls sort is out asap!
