    @ACTFibernet we recently had an outage and the whole apartment was trying to explain to the engineer - new contacts and old contacts...it took 1 full day to return to get right support. I applied for a new connection - got a call in 15 mins :)

    @ACTFibernet I would also demand refund for the recharge I have don’t for the internet on my phone to work. That’s more than what I am paying to act. I hope message is loud and clear. Please fix it ans don’t send rude service individuals to my place.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is lost since 48 hours, and nobody has come to fix it. Everytime I called, they will postpone the time saying we'll call back. And I have already paid for 6 months!!

    @ACTFibernet Still no response from Act team …more than 24 hours …3 times eta rescheduled…wow what a service , u just know how to make ur customer suffer …only mistake I have done is I trusted u guys and went with ACT …although I have given my number still no one called from ACT

    @ACTFibernet, a new connection after payment takes 4 days? Seriously? A new connection request was promptly addressed and payment was received on day one with the assurance that the connection will be active within 24 hours. Is this your customer service for a new customer?

    Had one of the worst customer experiences with @ACTFibernet. No internet for three days & the worst customer care service with no proper response even from supervisors. Also there's no way to contact the nodal officer. After all this they are not even ready to provide a refund.

    @ACTFibernet my internet speed is always getting capped at 80mbps..though i pay for 250mbs...this is a recurring problem...pls help me
