    @ACTFibernet Hi Team. The issue which I had mentioned earlier started repeating today. I lost the connection 3 times today. This issue was there since many months and I was raising ticket everyday. Let me know if this cant be resolved permanantly so that I will check for an alternative.

    @ACTFibernet I am new to ACT, i maynot know the system. But I am pretty sure that if a complaint raised, it should be looked at. As per ACT's customer service my lost internet connection should have been fixed within 24h. And Surprisingly I still donot have internet!!!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @ACTFibernet Hello Bala Malladi. Hope your doing good. There is no internet connection past 2 days. And there is resolution till now. I would like to if someone are looking into issue since it is happening frequently. I can say it is fortunate It is happening to me and your service worst

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support. Ticket# SR10149498608051 raised on 7th Dec 2020 and expected resolution was on 10 Dec 2020. Still the issue is not resolved even after repeated follow ups with customer care.
