I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution?     @ACTFibernet there was no follow up since morning, earlier when i had @airtelindia broadband they used to resolve issues within an hour.
