  @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since Thursday 11 PM. It came back for only a few hours before failing again. My ticket was closed without fixing the issue. I reopened it, but nobody is responding. It's been over 24 hours I expect the promised compensation and permanent fix.

  @ACTFibernet ID: SR11081047219104 Internet has been down for 24+ hrs. Engineer visited and said the cable is broken at a pole, another engineer was to fix it, but no update yet. Please expedite the resolution ASAP.

  @ACTFibernet after so many follow up with service request id SR10280864280114. When trying to get update on above issue customer support team putting on hold and later disconnect on their own. If my issue couldn't be resolved the say upfront. Ghosting is not ethical

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Technician Akhilesh confirmed the issue would be resolved before 4 PM. It is now 5:30 PM and he is not answering my calls. Why are incorrect ETA being provided? Kindly look into this and expedite the resolution ASAP.

  @ACTFibernet I'm tired of the constant excuses from your ground team. What's more concerning is the unethical practice. Why was the expected resolution time removed from the system? This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expect an immediate explanation and a firm resolution timeline.

  No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.   @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet After 4 days of no action on SR10180936078194, I have switched to Airtel. Demanding full refund of ₹3,878.92 (₹700 shift + ₹3,178.92 prepaid plan) within 48 hours. Service not delivered despite payment = deficiency of service. Next step: @DoT_India complaint.
