    @ACTFibernet Your internet is down for the past 6 hours. My work is hampered. Zero support from your call centre. And you are saying not to worry! What do you expect from your customer when internet is down for 6 hours & still no resolution in sight? Be happy?!

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Worst customer service experience I have ever had in Hyderabad. No one responses even after we raise complaints. The team says 24 hrs for resolution but did not resolve even after 24 hrs. Facing the same connectivity issue 4 times in a month.

    @ACTFibernet I have around 10 to 15 colleagues. Will ask them to disconnect their services too. Instead of waiting such long time, no response from your team. Thank you @ACTFibernet. Will look into another service provider from next year onwards. Unfair service.
