@ACTFibernet Well, it is the experience I am having. Just Unbelievable. Your executive called at 5pm to say my colleague will call you back in 5 minutes. Guess what? It’s been 25 minutes since! The sheer lack of professionalism / respect / accountability is MIND BLOWINGLY BAD.

I have disconnected using your app as the 7 yr old connection since nt working for 15 days and u were unable to provide service at my location still i am getting bill non payment call daily 5 times a day @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago using @reliancejio and very happy with it .

Say to get a refund by calling customer care.(no lead either)after having 5 connections in hyd for years I strongly regret going again with @ACTFibernet and will definitely be porting them to other providers. Either give me the connection or my money back. @jagograhakjago
