Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet I had requested a disconnection, but the issue is with the way it has been handled. My active paid plan had remaining validity, and I need clarity on the status, settlement of the remaining period, and why it was marked as “CX/HT Permission.”

    @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.

    @ACTFibernet Your connection is down every second day and afternoon. Temporary fixes don't work. Ticket SR10281177638534 is repeatedly serviced and closed and reopened.
