Ticket No:SR1036489263886 We keep facing recurring problems with ACT for the last 10 days ... .. a few months back we had to give multiple complaints every few days to get the battery problem sorted out ... now recurs another problem

    @ACTFibernet never experienced such a poor customer service before. Once the payment for new installation is made, the point of contact guy is not at all picking the call. Ashamed of your service.

    @ACTFibernet if the issue is not resolved in the next three hours (by 12 noon today, 21/05/22) - you can remove the junction box from my home - I will take a new connection elsewhere - you can reimburse the remaining bill amount that I have paid

    @Vaishnu1 @ACTFibernet No resolution yet. Same response as last time : pay the bill for continued service and shall sort this out, I did pay the bill. Now, please refund the money you owe and take the box out of my home. No longer wish to be your customer.
