@ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet Madhapur. Repeated outages for a week, temporary fixes, and constant pressure for closure codes instead of a permanent solution. Ticket closed internally without my consent(SR10178870816834). Is this customer care? @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet My plan is of 300mbps and I am getting a speed of 7mbps. Even though having a mesh wifi plan I am unable to get signals in our house and I have registered the third complaint in this month. Your technician come fix and after few days issue is back. What is this?
