    @ACTFibernet no power since 9 AM and your hub battery is dead and hence no internet. have been saying this for quite sometime and there is no solution yet for such long maintenance !. the battery pack which was changed last time can last for 4 hours only. please do something.

    @ACTFibernet, Worst service provider, Facing issues with the internet for the past 5 Days, no proper response from the service person, and the tickets are closed with resolving, Either resolve the issues by tomorrow or refund my amount back.

    @ACTFibernet Recently I had to shift to a new place which is barely a few streets away. So, I raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purposes and there was least response on the first hand and ticket raised in the portal.

    @ACTFibernet just to update - After almost 3 days later today technician has reached home and resolved the issue - just now. For to get resolution I had to go through consumer forms, draft mails and create twitter account which I don't use. BOTTOM LINE Inconvenient.GOOD BYE

    @ACTFibernet Just saw the billing SR is created.not sure why!I already paid the needed amt. pathetic customer service,called 4-5 times. They keep telling internal SR 10166996241178 is raised for router delivery.17 days no router yet. I need my refund now
