    Unbelievable incompetence from @ACTFibernet. Down for 48+ HOURS because a technician disconnected my active line while disconnecting a neighbour's connection. Now they claim they can't fix it because they "need permission to move the junction box."

    @ACTFibernet 1/2 @ACTFibernet Ticket #SR10780641795744 was raised because my internet has been constantly dropping throughout the day, severely impacting my work. A technician assured me the issue would be fixed, but the experience has only become more frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet Merely saying "thank you" achieves nothing; it is essential to resolve the issue within the timeframe you specified. Constantly changing the schedule day after day does not solve the problem.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Absolutely pathetic service from ACT Fibernet! Raised a plan change request on 30th May and even after 7 days, no technician has visited and my plan is still not updated. Zero accountability, zero customer support. Highly disappointed. Worst service.

    I made the payment y'day after waiting for a month and after the payment, the next day internet is not working @ACTFibernet. The service guy requested my to not raise a ticket but doesn't show up himself for the resolution.Has been lying for the last 5 hours. Missed exam again.
