    @ACTFibernet irresponsible customer service,Even when tried to call the Tirupati Act branch related to the due amount, they arent answering properly.Paid the (6+1) months Act plan in February and am getting there's due amount.I would like to share the payment details if needed.

    @ACTFibernet Router completely dead, happend second time in a year. Why i have to buy router when an issue is from your end. Water leakage in wire is representative careless or something else. No support so far, atlast happily raised a disconnection request. AC: 103015941273

    @ACTFibernet there was internet connection issue from Saturday evening, it is not resolved yet. The initial ETA given was Sunday 6pm but again it is moved to Monday 6pm.

    @airtelindia is the worst broadband connection and for a 10 year old customer to experience disconnected internet for more that 24 hrs is very pathetic. They won’t even let me cancel or move my connection to @ACTFibernet Shahul working on my case is rude. @Airtel_Presence
