    @ACTFibernet There was a service downtime on Jan 2 and 3 for which SR10350602665912 raised and technican came to my place and fixed the outer internet box. For this 2 days I raised a request for waiver SR10353238055133. Now got a message there was no outage. Can you escalate?

    @ACTFibernet you have installed a box in my house assuring me that every month I get a rebate of Around 59₹. This rebate has never been credited to my account unless I call . When I call asking for the rebate of last 6 months I get a rebate for 1 month ? Why are you cheating?

    @ACTFibernet you are keeping on increasing the prices with the same ****** service, my internet connection goes off at-least twice a month, if not more. It’s high time I make a switch to other service providers who offer more value to their customers.
