Our colleagues are not facing any issues with other services (JioFiber/ACTFibernet) under any circumstances. They do even reduce the bill in case of such whole day network disruption. Your company don’t even care fixing unless we shout at the @BSNLCorporate support officer.

@ACTFibernet Facing lost connectivity issue in vidyaranyapura side again and again but no resolution in entire day giving fake promises some time no connectivity for more than 24 hours worst service. But we have to pay the bill at the correct time no interest in giving service.
