    @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When is my internet going to be fixed?

    Today is the second day in a row with Internet down. Moved to act from Airtel as I was tired of their outages, it is the same with you. 2 days Internet goes down at 4 or 5 in the morning. Shame on you if you cannot provide service, today's ticket SR12381682223624 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet I urge you to disconnect immtly & refund the security deposit at the earliest

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.
