@ACTFibernet Hey guys, just have a small issue, not that big. When I play Valo or any game, my ping goes up to 30-40 ms even though there are servers in Mumbai. I noticed ISPs giving closer to 15 ms for Mumbai servers, can you please do something about this?

@ACTFibernet Hello, I have been using your service since long time and recently I have shifted nearby area and requested for relocation of connection and I was told to wait for 48 hours by your customer care agent, it's been 50 hours but I didn't get the respond, pathetic service
