    @ACTFibernet Hi, you guys closed the request without any action. I have no issues switching to Airtel broadband but it has been pleasant 6 years with ACT fibernet and I do not want to lose it because of single issue.

    @ACTFibernet Your speed is not even close to 250 mbps and you took payment for 300 mbps and you have guts to tell me to try the things that can increase the speed. Have minimum shame and courtesy to treat your customer's right. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a SR10159094163672 regarding my internet is not working. Your freaking agents are giving false information every time i call customer care. Someone says it will take 4 hours and the next one i will get a call in an hour.

    @ACTFibernet It's not my work to look into the issue. It's my first day of use and 110 mbps is what you give me even though you took the payment of 300 mbps. If you don't have the bandwidth, don't give false hopes.
