    One of the worst experience I had with @ACTFibernet They will create a service request if we request customer care, but engineers will close service tickets without resolving the issues. We don't need them in future.😡

    @ACTFibernet Why cna t you provide services area manager number to customer app. so if engineer are not working properly custom can directly call to hia manager for quick resolution. Insted of waiting for 48hrs for resolution

    @ACTFibernet These days again & again ur ppl playing with customers like comedians. On complaint of connection issues, after 24hrs of wait, your ppl responded like bellow... If it takes 24hrs respond and 48hrs to react, is it be called as a No.1 service?

    Awful service by @ACTFibernet i requested for disconnect connection,u disconnected it after 15days and now charging for port keeping charge amounting 1600 of loot . I dnt opt for it nor it my mistake that you disabled it with delay.
