@tinucherian @ACTFibernet The Act customer service has crashed after being efficient for a few years. Only they can fix the problem, seems they are not interested. I face issues every 40 days. Losing customers & not addressing them shows apathy of the management in training staff & building brand values

@tinucherian @ACTFibernet Please tell me what are u using now. ACT has become pathetic.. I'm with them since the inception and speed toh don't ask.. I downgraded my plan because it didn't make sense as they blamed my router for not allowing speed.. and slow is snail slow speed and it's pathetic

@ACTFibernet my wifi has not been working since about 4 days. And the company technicians have been postponing their guarantees to fix it. Nearest ISP is Janakpuri. I don't know how much more time I will have to postpone my meetings.

@tinucherian @RaviKapoor @ACTFibernet Yes, service has become horrible. I wanted to get out of it last year, but didn't know how to. So I just paid up, and continued. But it has gone from bad to worse. I don't even know the procedure to cancel the contract. Didn't find an online option.
