    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

    @ACTFibernet i am facing internet downtime from yesterday 5:30 but still no one has came to look. I didn’t get any call as well. I checked with the customer support and they said technician will call in 30 min around 1 o clock today but still no call came. SR10380793235454

    @ACTFibernet Also, in 6+ hours nobody visited, this is an optical fibre cable issue you know already from ticket and backend diagnosis confirmed. This needs a technician visit and I will keep escalating.

    10+ days since I got ACTFiber Ultra. Paid in full, job is still half done. No Ethernet setup, no Fire TV Stick as promised. Sales agent stopped answering calls/messages. VERY POOR after-sales service. @ACTFibernet Please resolve this. @ACTFibernetHYD #ACTFibernet #CustomerService
