    Worst services from act fibernet, I called customer care 6 times, my turn for the call, no one took the call, after waiting 20 min no one took the call and no response came. No one in the waiting list too. Such a worst service. @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD, @ActfiberC

    I think @ACTFibernet gives importance only to the new subscribers. I’ve raised shifting request 4 days back and there’s no update. Customer service team has no answer. Switching to other best broadband service is the best resolution for this. What do you say?

    @ACTFibernet I have cancelled my act plan on 27 Aug, still no one came to collect the router. Without that I am not getting refund. When ever I call customer care they are sayin it will be solved in 2 days.. but it's 9th day! How I will trust and buy ur service again

    @ACTFibernet Pls do tell your new customer that U don’t provide any service on Sunday if they lose internet connection due to external reason. Facing prob. from the last 3 days. 2day again, no internet since 12 PM and have been told it can’t be resolved until 2morw. Done with you

    @ACTFibernet My user ID 103403719528, internet stopped working now. Can this be checked and addressed ASAP? I am not sure why the internet issues are happening frequently now with ACT fibernet, very disappointing.

    I have been a customer of @airtelindia and now opted @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD to undergo this experience. The issue aroused due to incapability of Technician who assured and activated my account when customer asked not to do so

    @ACTFibernet worst service, i asked for the name change, but before activating the new account, they disconnected the previous one. Now i am unable to use the internet and i cannot continue my work. I am trying to call customer care, no one responding and not even picking calls.
