    @ACTFibernet : Hi, I have raised many compliants from Dec 2021 until now regarding the refund of my balance which ACT had to pay due to disconnection after the bill was generated for DEC21. complaint number: SR10264014231280. This issue is still kot resolved. #REFUNDREQUIRED

    @ACTFibernet I disconnected my services and it's been more then 2 months and I haven't received my deposit amount which I paid at the time of installation and now whenever I call your call centre after hearing my concern they just disconnect calls. Are you guys gonna help me?

    @ACTFibernet This is very very bad that after referring many customer, I have not received any referral bonus. In fact even after sending email, there is no response. I would suggest to anyone not to refer anyone and if you are referring don't expect any referral bonus.

    @ACTFibernet Whenever I call, they either disconnect or if somehow someone new pickup the call they ask me to wait for 48 hours, but it does not help. I was thinking about suggesting your services to my friends and relatives as it is budget friendly then few other ISP, not gonna do it now.
