    @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet what is the average resolution time for no internet issue because it's 12:00 Oclock already. Pathetic service in capital of delhi forget about other cities. Avoid ACTfibernet at all cost no matter what they claim

    @ACTFibernet internet got disrupted 4 times in the last 10 days, takes a day atleast to get fixed. Provide permanent fix . Ticket id : SR10381708375304
