    @ACTFibernet I was told that my internet will start working once the power is back. The power is back, but it doesn't seem to work. What's the point if the internet doesn't work 10 days in a month. Do you compensate for this? Because I know you charge a bomb for late payment.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since yesterday & I haven't received any call from the engineer or any update at your end. When I called today, I was told that it will take one more day. My work is getting hampered & I want an immediate call back to disconnect your service

    @JioCare Horrible customer service. Internet stopped working on Sunday morning. Raised a service request - till date resolution is pending. I am cancelling my connection. Moved to @ACTFibernet who’s services are much better. Shame on you @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet My question is why are we not maintaining the power back up? We take WiFi for office purpose but we are losing office hours and have to apply leave. What is the use of WiFi? I already lost my two days of leave because of WiFi Issue. What kind of service it is?
