    @ACTFibernet Hi, I had raised a request for service discontinuation for my broadband last week and was told it will be discontinued effective Sep 1. Why am I getting a bill now for Sep month? Stop harassing users by denying them service discontinuation and not cancelling.

    @Balamalladi13 I think you have to close ur service & do different business. U guys don't have proper staffs to respond to questions that customer ask for. For just a router replacement u guys taking more than 10 days thats how sorry state your business is right now @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet you guys are horrible, inspite of making the payment on the 1st day of the bill issued, i get calls to make payment ASAP, else the service will be disconnected. What's going on with you guys? You are not keeping your promise given.

The internet is not working and have raised a Complaint via call and an in app request. The issue is not yet resolved. This is really a huge disappointment with u. SR no: SR10765766212684

    @ACTFibernet That's good . Now you wil not respond. I got bill rs 400 without relocation actually being done. Do you have really any concern for us. This the reason people go for other reputed service provider as they have better Customer service.
