@ACTFibernet There is no response, I'm having technicians' number he is also responding me poorly . Ok asking who's addressing and where is the actual problem he is not able to answer . I asked him to provide me with contact details of local area TL. He was stil acting hideous and refused .

@ACTFibernet My wife had applied for broadband on July 20. After making the payment, the sales person told us broadband can't be provided at our location and money will be refunded. Before making payment he said, it will be provided. Now he refuses to even pickup the call .help
