Complained yesterday evening around 5:30 and now @Airtel_Presence has woke up to resolve issue. @ACTFibernet I raised reconnection issue today morning around 11 and technician resolved it by 12:30. This is called as service. Hope you get it @Airtel_Presence 🙏🏻

@ACTFibernet Account number 101315362525 internet not working since morning 6 am. Why? I put off the router and put it on. I even checked if I am logged out of my account. Even then, it does not work? You want people to pay the bill in te but you take your own time to rectify?
