    @ACTFibernet ,facing frequent network interruptions.Internet will stop working very frequently and they take more than 24 hrs to resolve it. As we work from home,it will be very problematic if we don't have internet for more than 24hrs.3 incidents in last 1 week. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet They dont help their customer I called them lots of time but they don't care and keep on opening&closing the tickets like a game. I would say don't opted for ACT. They are committing/promising anything. BADDEST EXPERIENCE ever in any service I have used including brand/non-brand

    Dear @ACTFibernet , Highly disappointed with your service, applied for new connection on 22/08/22 at 12:30 pm, they have been saying that connection will be made in 1 hr since then, still not received, last reply was it will be done tomorrow. Kindly procedure for refund asap.
