@ACTFibernet pathetic service by Act fibre. It doesn’t work continuously for a month. Your representative Mr Ravindra reddy doesn’t even know how to talk to customer and he is saying repair will take time. Do whatever you want. Last time it took 20 days in repair. This is 500078.

@ACTFibernet day passed. Escalate first to your chief marketing officer Ravi on false promise by sales . If this holds unresolved by Tuesday , I do need to escalated the same further. With no one to properly define for customer rights this is both haunting holding money & delayed service.

As expected @ACTFibernet has THE worst service of any Internet provider out there. My Internet has been down for over a day now. No response from you guys. No way of contacting a technician. And your call centre is a joke.
