    @ACTFibernet it's been 12 days since we cancelled your connection but we still didn't recieved refund yet, and your customer service doesn't show any interest in solving the issue. We have complaint multiple times and they even raised ticket and still didn't resolve

    @ACTFibernet Terrible. My complaint is pending for 4 days. Nobody has taken the effort to contact me. Just canned responses are coming. I spoke to the call centre run by third party and Mr. Venkatesh refused to give me the number to escalate the issue. Very very poor

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 6 days now.. still no Internet!! I will wait until today to fix the issue otherwise I am disconnecting the service tomorrow..
