    @ACTFibernet , i can understand the delay , but no proper response at your end . No delay/ update notification . Manager just told me “ you have taken yesterday only , right . We will do the installation “ no one is providing proper update. So please cancel & repay my amount back

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 12 pm, 4.30, 7.30, now its 8.50pm ticket revised as per convience. No engineer of newlankarai works on weekends. Customer service is customer problem, finally the ride engineer thought the customer a lesson today. Customer keep your mouth shut

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is not at all acceptable. The person who visited my house, named Ramana, threatened me that if I did not share the OTP, stating that he resolved the issue, he would permanently shut down my internet.
