    @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution?     @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?

    @ACTFibernet It has been more than 2 days i raised this request with frequent ETR updates and no resolution. Customer service executives has no clear update and visibility into the issue and resolution. Can you provide an update on this? #actfibernet #patheticservice

    @ACTFibernet i register a new connection and paid for 3 months plan and installation happened on jun 2nd. i’ve now received a notification saying service suspended and bill of 707 is due tomorrow. i’ve raised a ticket SR10280753231094 but i want to talk to a support person

    Had a horrible experience dealing with @ACTFibernet today in delhi, the wifi has not been working for 2 straight days now and to make matters worse, their "customer support reps" refuse to pick my phone or reply to my many many messages.
