@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@rituontherun @ACTFibernet I think 90% of the customers are unhappy with the ACT customer support...If ACT continue like this it is only a matter of time when people find an alternative 90% of customers you will lose...at least now tell to your ACT management to open their eyes and improve on this aspect..

@NameIsKKrishna @ACTFibernet I deactivated ACT 2 years ago. They keep calling me to re-activate. Not sure why ? Their service was so pathetic and when I call customer care they say that whole area is expierencing it seems. This reason they gave me for a while year. So fed up and changed to @airtelindia
