    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet getting frequent net issues for 3 mths,I have been keep on calling the customer care and getting ETR is such an irritating feel Keep on telling the junction box issue every time but don't care about solving the issue for permanently and making customers frustrated

    @ACTFibernet it's second day in a span of 7 days that the internet is not working. Customer's have to pay even if they are not using internet for a month. Why isn't there any penalty for service provider. From last 15 minutes, I'm in queue to speak to customer care executive 1/2

    @ACTFibernet , I have took connection yesterday and i haven't received the invoice. The invoice should be given immediately,however even after complaints and calls to customer care. There is no response. I need an invoice for my payment asap.
