    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet More than 10+ tickets raised for a refund issue where the tickets are closed without any proper resolution till date. Purpose of this customer service is to resolve issues or just close the tickets? Fed up with your useless emails and customer service system. (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet @vvs1922 Hi i am act fiber customer , really every time act fiber has disappointed me, i had put shift request on 29/5/2021 5days had completed there is no response from customer complaint no= SR10157319686342. I had decided to put case in consumer court.
