    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet This is beyond our understanding and tolerance. Please refund the 3 months advance paid. We don't want to suffer as a customer after paying hefty amount and due to your incapability to handle local vendor issues. Moreover your executives as not responsive. Account: 102660055204

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have called 4 times and wanted a refund. All 4 times they gave mentioned it will be done in 5 business days. But i spoke with someone that it was never initiated. Please check my calls from 3rd July and let me know why it was never initiated?

    @Shivu2032 @ACTFibernet Same issue i requested for connection on July 3 after being promised installation within 24 hours. It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet
