@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet doesn't keeps promises Paid in full. Yet to get connected. Installation team aren't that smart. Autoricksaw service in Coimbatore. We book for pickup the nearest persons fixes & picks in no time. A corporate doesn't have this arrangement! Pity!

@ACTFibernet No internet since 2 days, Your request SR10159434505112 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/12/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). This is the promise you make. Atleast send an updated time/date when the issue will be resolved. OR is it time to switch.
