    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet it's been just 2 days we got a new connection and today it's not working and when I tried to call customer care then CCE have the guts to hang up the phone with any resolution

    @ACTFibernet I've been calling the customer service daily and there's nobody addressing my issues. There are empty slots in the junction box but the technician has removed our wires and put them outside our houses. Nobody picks our calls or addresses our complaints. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet No, the issue was resolved just for few hours and then it popped up again. I do not understand, why ACT has such an inconsistent technology with such huge customer base. Whenever I raise an issue, it is either the cable cut or junction box is down.

    @ACTFibernet disgusting behaviour from your support team. When I have asked for installation at new place and transferring my old account they said thy wl do & after a month I got my new bill and when I informed thr customer care they r simply saying unistalation is not raised
