@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet I requested a new connection and completed the payment 3 days ago. The executive promised that installation would be done on the same day, but no one has visited yet. This is very disappointing. Kindly look into this urgently and resolve the issue.

@ACTFibernet My ACT connection in Nagole has severe latency jitter 24/7. Internal ACT hop (10.x.x.x)fluctuates 2ms→30ms even on LAN, proving backend/OLT congestion. Tested on multiple routers & devices; same issue at another ACT home nearby. Pls escalate to backend OLT team ASAP

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD 20 days of slow internet, but 10 days of notifications & slow internet "Your bill is due on X date...." They'll send u mail, sms, and even WhatsApp, this mass spam for money. Kindly stop it and focus on providing a smooth and fast wifi experience.

@ACTFibernet pathetic service. Put my shifting request two days back. Service request is overdue by 2 days. I have my office from tomorrow and I won’t be able to do wfh because of them. If you’re a working professional I suggest you skip ACT and go for airtel or anyone else.

@magantigopimla @ACTFibernet Hon’ble Minister, Please don’t ignore this issue. Our internet goes down almost every day, and each outage takes 8–10 hours to fix. There’s no communication, and no compensation, and we are fully charged for the service.
