    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    Dear Act Team @ACTFibernet. I am really humiliated with the services you are providing in a metropolitan city like Bangalore. From yesterday 1.30 pm (27th May 2022) till now internet is not working. I have raised complaint multiple time but no use.

    @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ raised a relocation ticket yesterday the router installation was done by 2PM today still the internet is not coming.I called 50times to customer care but the issue not resolved yet and everytime they are telling it would be resolved in another 30mins.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a SR (actually 2 times) for Internet slowness issue, but the issue is not resolved yet and even no one contacted (4 days passed). This is outside your SLA standards.
