    @ACTFibernet My internet is down since morning. Ticket no:SR10366562329924, none of your engineer called me regarding this where the ETA is tomorrow 9.00 am ? When will my connection issue resolved ? 3-4 ACT users are affected in our apartment due to this issue.

    @ACTFibernet It is two days of No connectivity at Chennai Virugambakkam and your representative assured that things will be sorted by EOD today,saying Server issues. But I got SMS on my SR stating,it will be resolved by 15the,means another 3 to 4 days from now.What's happening!

    @accidentlwriter @alltimefoodie24 I guess it is a city wide issue not specific to ISP. Go chk @ACTFibernet Twitter replies. Even they don't have connection in some areas since Friday night.

    @ACTFibernet @m2ganesh 48 hours more @ACTFibernet ? Are you kidding? Is ACT network down in entire chennai or parts of chennai? This is becoming very serious.. please provide us a resolution or the customers will decide action as deemeed fit
