    @ACTFibernet Yes, the last issue got resolved. I am keeping my fingers crossed for the next downtime!!! And for your Mobile App - Its just waste of time. The earlier version was better to log complaints. Now the new one with #ChatBot is just useless piece of functionality for customers.

    @ACTFibernet I'd complained (to nodal and appellate levels) regarding emails delivered to my inbox reminding me to pay the dues for the account that does not belong to me. Instead of resolving the issue my email id is blocked. Is this how you resolve complaints?

    Why @ACTFibernet spamming my inbox with pending bills. Not using ACT connection frm Oct 2020 and ur executive called & restored connection on 28feb21 just to achieve his retention target. Not able to login Act fibernet app for closure, getting billing & plan changed SMS daily.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC Amount has been deducted from my account after the bill payment but no status been updated. It's been 72 hrs, out of TAT(turn around time), still no response from accounts team for status. Very disappointed from act payment service.
