    @ACTFibernet ETR for yday 9 am to 12 pm and today 1pm but no engineer assigned and no one came then how it will be fixed not happy with the service and issue resolution will message again as you suggested etr today 1pm

    @ACTFibernet I have been getting calls and explaining the issue over and over again. Can't you just assign one person and get done with this?? Your executives don't even return the call if the call gets disconnected

    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm taking new connection just 24 hrs back, yesterday mrng team was visited and they installed setup router and all. In between before 24 hours only got an network issue. Ticket was automatic opened. Still issue was not resolved. I have a work.

    @ACTFibernet DIDNT GET A SINGLE EMAIL. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetCare FRAUD & HARASSMENT. Ticket SR10780246951897 closed fraudulently without resolution. Your staff incessantly spam-called me, worsening my health as a patient, and blatantly lied to cover it up. Detailed DM sent.

    @ACTFibernet I got internet issue which took 2 weeks to fix so went for disconnect on April13th but still my amount is not refunded ?? It’s too horrible experience and I almost called 15 times to your customercare but no use. Can you fix this or should we reach consumer forum??

    1/2 Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from @ACTFibernet. Ticket SR10780199791980 was CLOSED without any resolution despite repeated follow-ups, escalation mails, and CPGRAMS complaint reference. No proper call. No accountability. Just automated replies and forced closure.
