@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

I have n number of time asked call center to connect with Team lead/manager, they are adamant and will never connect to their lead/manager. @SandyManipalian @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 True. Though I am paying for ACT, I need to take other vendor Internet by paying additional amount whenever ACT service is down. Because, they take 24+ hours to fix any issue.
