    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet This is beyond our understanding and tolerance. Please refund the 3 months advance paid. We don't want to suffer as a customer after paying hefty amount and due to your incapability to handle local vendor issues. Moreover your executives as not responsive. Account: 102660055204

While I do understand that issues could arise at times, but repetitive issues with your network or services raises questions on the trustworthiness and quality of service. Further, I advise escalated support to look as this case.

    @ACTFibernet complaint lodged at 1015 this morning, so far no rectification nor is there any response. Area is Dr PV Cherian Crescent Road, Egmore,chennai. Unfortunately we still have 4 months to go with you, else would have changed you long back.

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet they can't even provide an ETA for no internet issue. That's their service, if you go by airtel Or jio you will receive an ETA, never spend your hard earned money on their internet and their false promise

    @ACTFibernet When are you going to fix the issue that’s now running in third day with ETA revised by default for third time without any update. Just fooling customers by saying fastest broadband but doesn’t have the resources to fix issues. One of the worst service provider
