@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet We r constantly following up with ACTFibernet@Hyderabad to down-grade our plan, without our consent they changed the plan and sending us high bill and failed to correct it, can this be resolved this is very painful experience. Account number-101480735420

@ACTFibernet Sorry - this is still not resolved. I have been speaking back and forth multiple times with agents of TP-Link and ACT. tried making them speak together as well. Each time a new issue pops up.
