    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet I subscribed to ActFiber net on 30th June and paid amount for 6 Months. They said connection will be done on the same day. I still didn't get connection after followup as well. How can I now raise a cancel request ?

    @ACTFibernet Worst sevice. Dont choose ACT fibernet. I paid for 6 months plan in advance. And internet not working for past one month. So many complaints raised and no body resolved the issue no proper escalation mechanism. Very worst service. Plz dont choose Act fiber.

    Very DISAPPOINTED in @ACTFibernet shifting location procedure. Raised a ticket on 11th June, to shift to a new location on 30th June. In the present scenario when we're doing WFH even a single hour without internet is a problem. But in my case it's already been 2 days.

    @ACTFibernet no connectivity for the past 3 days now (70+ hours) at Maa Gokulam Apartments, Seetharampalya, Bengaluru. What is going on? Do you guys understand the urgency of this? Trick customers into paying for long term package and then provide no service. Absolutely pathetic

    @ACTFibernet May we expect you all to fix the issue in DLF Seemancheri Chennai. We have been facing issue for last two days. It was fixed for one day and now since y’day night it is not working. We have been using year service since 2018, we had never faced such issue earlier.

    @ACTFibernet On 28th I completed the payment for new connection still it hasn't been given. Customer Care assured me it will be done by today. Please if you can engage your people to do the installation. Service Request - SR10265257768424
