@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet SR10862587122862 arbitrarily closed despite having discussion with network head, support engineer wasting whole day to get partial solution BRX issue. ACT to ACT didn't connect and rest all ISPs gets connected. From now, other ISPs not getting connected.
