@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet Internet connection is not working at my house since last Saturday (01/04/23) evening. I lodged a complaint on that day. But till date (03/04/23) internet connection is not fixed. Every time the internet goes down, you have to wait for 3 days.

@ACTFibernet suffering from past 1 month but still d connectivity issue has not been resolved. Your engineer says he will come to resolve but no body came. 30 people are suffering but you hardly give it a damn. We will be switching over to othr operator if d problem remains.
