@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

@ACTFibernet Your repeated extension of the timeline for resolving the internet issue is not helping. The connection has been down since Saturday and the the engineers assigned are not responding to calls and just updating it online to extend timeline further. Please take this seriously and send a responsible engineer to resolve the issue today. Share the escalation contact as it is not available in your app!
