    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @discountsdeck @ACTFibernet Dude, get Airtel or Jio fibre. It will take at least 20 days to resolve. Same happened to me and they fixed it after 3 weeks after many escalations. Finally switched to Jio fibre not even faced a single instance of down in the past 2.5 years.

    Hey @ACTFibernet, it's been 15 days since I cancelled my new connection request and raised a refund and it's still not resolved. Promising a service, failed to fulfill and refusing to pay the money back is unfair and feels like a scam.
