    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet Your team is yet to start the work coz u guys dont work 24x7. And god only knows when it will get rectified. You have poor response in Terms of rectification. U guys should have quick response team 24x7 to atttend such problems. U cant make customer wait for your team to wake up.

    @ACTFibernet SR10264756778914 was to be resolved by 06-May between 07:30 to 09:00AM. No contact from tech. I contacted ur tech Sunil/Srikanth yest after tht they have stopped answering my calls. Spoke to Ebenezer who is on leave. CC doesn’t pick up calls. Fix this ASAP

    Hey @ACTFibernet , its day 3 and my internet issue is not resolved yet. I have been using Act internet for 12 years and is this the way you provide service to your most valuable customers? Totally disappointed and frustrated.
