@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

If you're in Hyderabad and using @ACTFibernet, get rid of it immediately. This is the worst service you can have. 10 days ago, my Internet was down for 2 days and it is down again and I am having this issue since years. Escalated to Nodal officer but got nothing in return.
