@ACTFibernet i have used your service for 5 years and never have been so troubled so much. I recommended my friend to get a new connection which was my blunder. Such liars or fraudulent i should say!!!

@ACTFibernet As per Act its clearly stated in FAQs that in case we cannot give services you will get a refund on pro rata basis which is a just a theory but we cannot get a refund at any cost clearly stated by customer care of Act but where as other Internet services gives refund

@ACTFibernet This is getting more pathetic. Got a call from Vivek from @ACTFibernet. I explained that my grandparents had moved in with my parents (who already have an ACT connection) due to a medical emergency and therefore I had to deactivate. He said they will not be able to issue a refund

@ACTFibernet reg SR10267262272884, for last 4 hrs my internet is not working and after talking to ur executive (riaz), he told only after 9a.m it will be resolved, which is 12 hrs. need explanation & result for this, if you want i can escalate further!

@ACTFibernet We were promised to take a 6 months subscription in order to get free installation and router along with Netflix subscription. Now the customer care denies this.
