    @ACTFibernet We are the residents of Prestige Ivy Terraces, BLR and today is the 3rd day in last 4 days that link is down. Yesterday it took more than 8 hours to fix. Same issue again. Could you please let us know what is causing this , so that we can shift to other providers.

    @ACTFibernet The credit is not yet settled. You claim to have a fast network, but your customer service is so sluggish. You are taking undue advantage since it was an oral agreement. Shame on you.

    @ACTFibernet you are keeping on increasing the prices with the same ****** service, my internet connection goes off at-least twice a month, if not more. It’s high time I make a switch to other service providers who offer more value to their customers.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer support says that the credit can be given only on my ACT a/c. Neither I have one nor I intend to. It's an UNFAIR repeat business strategy 'coz the cashback is NOT on your service per se. It's a white collor crime. Wonder how many subscribers could have fallen prey.
