    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You guys can’t fix a 10 minutes issue from your end. It’s work from home and nobody is willing to resolve the issue. Don’t loose a 10 Year old customer.

    @ACTFibernet regarding the working time of only 5pm increase the time , we won't expect your person at midnight 12 or 2am And if your services still don't improve and a customer's feedback doesn't matter, then that's your weakness.

    @Abhi20581 @ACTFibernet I am facing the exact same issue. They have charged me for three months and suspended my account after 2 months only. Asking for more money. And there customer support persons hung up your call instead of providing any solution. Such an poor service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Customer support guy says I need to buy a new router. What do I do with the router provided with Act. Why the bloody hell did you say it is a free router for 3 months connection. Why are you selling such worst router. Bloody stupid service. Airtel was more way better

    @ACTFibernet I am having issues relocating my WiFi connection. I have raised a ticket in your app, reached out to your customer support. Written mails but all in vain. This is causing poor customer experience.. Please look into this asap
