    @ACTFibernet your having such big fiber network in Bangalore, but your customer care don't speak kannada,can you explain that? @CMofKarnataka why can't you mandate services in Kannada compulsory in Karnataka, when we are getting services in English , Hindi etc here. Why?

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Dear Team, Act is down since the last 24 hours and no one is doing anything for this. We have numerous complaints and our WFH is disturbed due to this and you know that you're not the only ISP in the town. Can you please fix the issue asap?

    @ACTFibernet Why is there frequent downtime these days in Mount Kailash area, where resolution takes more than half a day? This needs to be fixed even if it means rewiring the area, otherwise you'll start losing customers now. Residents here are just fed up with your service.

    @ACTFibernet raising 3rd ticket in 15 days span and 2nd for the day SR10366225843674. Always some issue with the connectivity. Not sure why your company is not able to provide good service. Extremely Fed up. Please disconnect and refund us the payment made.

    @ACTFibernet i raised a reactivation request for a certain offer, you guys activated my account with the wrong plan. now when I ask for a disconnection you don't bother to resolve the SR. Worst Service Provider with wrong billing practices...
