@ACTFibernet It's been almost a month since the plan upgrade and payment was made, and to date been on old plan. After long hours of wait and followup they delivered router, yet plan remains unchanged. This is pathetic! Tickets gets closed without solution. SR10277026534712

@ACTFibernet - I have raised an internet not working complaint today and on average, am forced to raise 1 or 2 complaints for internet outage due to some reasons. It would be good to see some preventive measures taken rather than reactive measures. Request ID : SR10377124195824

@ACTFibernet Your customer service is unacceptable—relentlessly pushing for upgrades, then failing to deliver any real support. Tickets are ignored, and technicians never turn up, leaving customers stranded and unheard.

Internet service is down again. It has not even been 24 hours since the last outage. Requesting @ACTFibernet to look into this issue at the earliest. This is getting extremely frustrating.

@ACTFibernet My ACT internet connection has been down for 3 days. I made multiple calls but no resolution yet (SR10377098807884) is getting updated with ETA and I am getting a regret message almost daily. But no solution yet so am planning for alternative ISP
