    @ACTFibernet Fibernet connection is down for the 6th day in a row. Any idea to bring up the service at least before the end of this month?. So frustrated with your service.🙄. Fake ETA's after every call to your support team.

    @ACTFibernet Its a minor issue. Don't know why it is taking so long. Actually when they were fixing another connection they disturbed my connection. Total negligence.

    @ACTFibernet @anandm92 @ACTFibernet I have been hearing this for quite sometime now, your brand name is ACT, can you please act fast and fix this issue. I am also facing the same issue. No proper response from customer service team. For this inconvenience you shouldn't bill any customer for Dec'22.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer Support. There Is No One Pick Up Our Call, No Tamil Language Person Available At 24 Hrs Always Only Hindi & English. Waste of Time In Customer Care. I Need Internet Problem On 4 Days Before But There Is No One To Attend My Problem. Total Waste of Money
