    I want to Say is there is some worst customer care company in India then that is @ACTFibernet ..They have been troubling like anything..Internet was not working for 2 days today when I called customer care and person who received call kept on saying same now issue is resolved..

    @ACTFibernet Following a brief 30 minute storm the Fiber went down and now this is the third day and it’s still not up. All we get it the standard message that it is taking more time. Can someone ensure that some decent service level is assured?

    @ACTFibernet raised a service request SR10180147017186 on May 7,2025 regarding shifting of connection but no response or call has been received til ltoday and no technician has visited the premises. This is very dissapointing. Request you to please priortise this SR

    @ACTFibernet DIDNT GET A SINGLE EMAIL. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetCare FRAUD & HARASSMENT. Ticket SR10780246951897 closed fraudulently without resolution. Your staff incessantly spam-called me, worsening my health as a patient, and blatantly lied to cover it up. Detailed DM sent.

    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in thisonth. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since last night and I had raised a ticket. There is no way I can talk to the customer service and the status still shows in process. My work is getting impacted. I didn't renew my subscription to go through this frustration.
