    @ACTFibernet why ACT Fiber is that much costlier?? With Reliance and Airtel like big players having state of art services, we are stuck with ACT because our creepy @gminfinite society doesn’t allows any other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet I have been very patient and now the support team is of no use they just say you will get a call back from the escalation team. they close my ticket without any reason and all the shops are shut down and I'm left with no help! @ACTFibernet It's disappointing and worse 🤦

    @rituontherun @ACTFibernet This is the worst service ever seen in the internet providers. Int is not working from 3 days and they saying it will take 10 more days to resolve and they are greedy for the bill payment on the due date . No response from the team even after details are provided.

    This is definately bad @ACTFibernet ! I rasie a ticket before hand so you guys will have time to help me! But you guys do not have the basic courtesy to call me and check on the issue! Everytime I call you are just telling me that I will receive a call back from escalation team🤦

    @ACTFibernet I have shared my details and noone has contacted me. On the contrary I was getting continuous calls for a week to get a connection. It seems the internet is correct on how bad @ACTFibernet service is. I would like a refund of the amount I paid.

    @ACTFibernet After 1000 times explainig the issue to your customer care still I have a received a bill mail with due amount. I don't understand this service. I had taken a 3M plan which I paid for and raised disconnection request on 30th April.

    @ACTFibernet after repeated requests and calls finally shifting of connection done, but no internet yet and a bill being reflected in my account for the months when i didn't even have connection. What kind of service is this.

    Although line has been installed but I am not able to use internet as there is apparently some fault in the line. It's been more than a week and I am still struggling to use internet. @ACTFibernet is this the type of service you wish to offer?
