    Update. Some technician from ACT installed the fiber. After about 10-15 mins, the internet stopped working. Raised a service ticket and waiting since forever. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Just don’t waste my time. If you cannot provide an alternative solution, I intend to subscribe to another internet service provider.

    Paid for a mesh plan expecting better connectivity, but it’s been a nightmare. 2 engineers visited, no resolution, one promised a router replacement and vanished. No response, no fix. This is unacceptable. SR10280050779324 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new ACT connection today and was promised same-day activation by the sales executive. However, after taking the payment, they are neither answering my calls nor providing the connection. This is very unprofessional. Please resolve this issue urgently

    @ACTFibernet The rains got over on 29th April, today is 3rd May . Even after 4 days the internet is not restored. Pathetic service, time to change @act
