    @ACTFibernet Took my connection in June 2022 and these are the number of requests I have had to raise for the same issue mostly. Part 2. And I'm sure this is not a comprehensive list. I've missed out on finding a few of these. Seems like every month I need to raise one for this

    @ACTFibernet app has logged me out and doesn't recognise my registered mobile number. Unable to login to selfcare too as it's asking me login via an incognito browser. Says the same when I use one. Whatsapp official account doesn't recognise my registered mobile number. WTF?

    @ACTFibernet SR10267152593674 - connection down again less than a month.. Same nonsense excuses @TRAI customers are harassed by ACT.. Seems like malpractice and deliberate delay in resolving issues. Please take action against ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Yes and I am hearing this from 2pm today. I need it resolved today.... Don't you people charge late payment fees if a cust delays payment by 1 day... The what shud a customer charge u for delaying to resolve. I want this solved today

    @ACTFibernet Guys please don't get @ACTFibernet . Since last one month I have been constantly following up to process my refund. I have raised several tickets. This bunch of idiots don't have courtesy to call customer before closing the ticket and not solving the issue.
