@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Never take this connection. No internet from last 2 days. I regret paying for 1 year plan. I'm going to find a good lawyer to appear in consumers court, since same issue is happening very frequently. I want my money back. #this goes in all my social media accounts

@ACTFibernet The best Fraud ISP provider in India. I have raised a ticket saying internet not working and even after 36 hours they are not fixing the problem. On top of that they are begging not to go for disconnection. #cheap #fraud

@ACTFibernet Service complaint raised 10 days back. Still no response. today I raised a request for new connection and got call back in 5 mins. 4 different teams called. such a poor service and only focusing on new connections. its time to find other provider. @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet I won’t pay even a rupee for the error from your end. This is the sms received Your ACT Fibernet service has been deactivated as per request. Your last invoice amount is Rs. 5026.8 and due amount is Rs 1275.3. Request was placed in Nov’22 for disconnect
