@ACTFibernet I had called customer service in Feb21 to understand if there is any facility to pause my semi annually billed connection and advised there was no such feature. Please confirm the details if such a facility exists.

@ACTFibernet Account # 103345013707. Plan upgraded to GIGA without checking feasibility, Gigabit capable router and Without laying fibre cable. Pathetic customer service and SmartFibre is only marketing Gimmick.

Hi guys, is there any fiber net available in #Tirupathi other than @ACTFibernet. Because I facing lot of struggles with this customer support. It took around 10 days for shifting the connection but still it is in pending state only.😡😡😡😡

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 23rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

@ACTFibernet it's been an year and a half since I paid 3536 for a ACT connection. You have taken the money and disappeared. When I call for a refund your customer care reps disconnect the call on me. Should my next step be a legal notice?
