    @ACTFibernet And when I tried to submit the cancellation request via your app, it says an error has occurred, please try again later. Do you realize the more difficult you make it to cancel your service, people will not be coming back to you in the future? I don't think I will.

    @ACTFibernet Tried again this morning to submit a request to cancel my service via your app. This time it says my service has been disconnected due to non-payment. WTF? I thought my internet was down due to some technical issues. You disconnected it?

    @ACTFibernet any particular reason why your Customer Care number won't accept request for shifting of WiFi connection and insisting on raising a complaint on app? Why can't ur rep just come and complete the work!!! It's been 4 days now. You guys don't want to be costumer friendly

    @ACTFibernet ACT FIBERNET Ticket no- SR10367657685864 This is repeated problem in chennai South- Perungudi Area The issue here is the when the electricity power goes of nearby adjacent to my place where the router station is placed. I'm not getting internet

    @ACTFibernet This is pure "Tarikh pe Tarikh" wala case..Only dates and no resolution. This is not happening only to me but also to all the flats in my block.(Around 120 flats)
