    @ACTFibernet still no resolution for Ticket no SR10263622433034. I have reopened the ticket everyday in the past week. I'm not sure if it is because of incompetence of your technician or something inherently wrong with you service in my area. Please look into it.

    @ACTFibernet I took the connection for 3 months Swift plan with free router. At the time of booking,you guys promised the router will support 75Mbps.I raised a complaint,after facing poor speed now your engineer is saying router will support only 40Mbps. Cheated!

    @ACTFibernet @jaagograhakjago ....And, he was saying that wait for 24hrs for it to get resolved...so, a complaint of 28Nov(originally 21Nov) which cudnt b resolved by 07Dec(today) is fine with ACT FIBRENET ? As per him the latest bill of Rs 422.30 is for the payment of internet from 21Nov 30Nov21?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet finally got calls from act but I said they will charge bill for complete month even though I have requested cancellation on 2nd day of month. I mean where is pro rate basis charges policy. They are making sure customer get punished for cancelling.
