    One more issue which I identified with @ACTFibernet is that they do not automatically provide the benefits of the revised plans with added benefits to existing customers; this is unethical practice from them;

    @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet from last 1 week, it's really frausturating to see useless service provided by you. Every day connection are getting disconnect issue. Every day some maintenance. Absolutely disaster service by Act. Check DM

    Had a horrible experience dealing with @ACTFibernet today in delhi, the wifi has not been working for 2 straight days now and to make matters worse, their "customer support reps" refuse to pick my phone or reply to my many many messages.
