@ACTFibernet Yes it has been resolved. The problem is about frequent disruptions and longer than usual time for resolution of the same. Quite dissatisfied with the service though

@ACTFibernet your services are Pathetic in #Bangalore recently. Initially when launched had good service and quick resolution time, but slowly it's gone away. Now average customer loose 2 or 3 half days every month. @HathwayFiber looking for switch. What's your turn around time?

@JioCare Hi Team, Any update on the issue? I didn't receive any call and not sure what progress you guys are working on? Let the customer know what you are working on. We will wait for the next 2 days and move to either Airtel or Actfibernet.

(1/1) @ACTFibernet You guys have worst internet service in New Delhi. You guys cannot provide even stable internet in my area. You guys dont respond on customer support or even try to solve the issue. I mean you just only know how to loot people.
