@ACTFibernet sucks !. A late fee of ₹150 is unacceptable. I made the payment a few minutes late! Have a reasonable amount of time in place so people can make the payment. DISAPPOINTED in @ACTFibernet service. Never using them again!

@ACTFibernet I took a connection yesterday, stating clearly that I needed it urgently. Installation and connection happened within 5 hours. Less than 24 hours later, I have no internet and resolution will take 24 hours? If I knew the service was like this I wouldn't have taken it

@ACTFibernet When can I expect a solution boss. When we miss target date topsy bills act charges penalty of some amount same should be implemented over customer issues are not fixed on time it should be penalty to getter better service. No update even after 24 hours . I might take it legally
