    @ACTFibernet I dont get proper broadband service at Chennai 600070. Service is not reliable for the past 9 days. Frequent service drops. No proper rectification of registered complaints I had to go for alternative GSM service.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer resolution team, I have raised the ticket but didn't get any update yet. It's around 20 hours my internet is not working. Also, It did happen 1 month ago that my internet was not working for almost 4 days.

    Yes, I will connect with you @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has not even bothered to reply or call me.Blatant lies and pathetic company. You guys have taken down 2 days of my service.Why the hell should we pay you for full month then?Take Pro rata on 28 days,alright?
