The worst service by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD from yesterday evening i lost Internet connection and I raised ticket yesterday then it showed it will reslove by today evening 9 PM but it’s 09:30PM still it won’t resloved. please anyone tell is there any better isp in HYD ?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I can say one of d worst ISP in India and one of the worst customer support team. Internet is not working more than 24hrs and still there no resolution. When we call customer care the queue is 15-20 min to connect support executive #act #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - ticket reopened on Monday evening again no resolution however the same closed on Wednesday evening 9:10 pm. Looks like you train your associate well. Best way to resolve - close the tickets

The worst ever network support by act fibernet I have seen recent days....would you refund me the loss I have been through from past 3 days....you commit an ETA and never stick to that...I highly recommend not to go with Act @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
