    @ACTFibernet Team really unhappy with the service provided. my internet went down at 5pm today and I immediately reported but due to bad service we have to wait until tomorrow afternoon.Not sure when the service will be restored.

    @ACTFibernet do you think PPL paying a huge amount monthly and this kind of service will be entertained. You guys take ur sweet time to resolve the issue without caring for your customers. To add on we are doing work from home whereas internet is not thr .

    @ACTFibernet such a pathetic service am facing, none of the engineers has celled me. & when i call they this or that engineer will call. Have I paid money for such a service who is not bothered about customer satisfaction??

    @ACTFibernet Ur service technician said do whatever u want we can't give new router replace .we will give onley used item .it was not working router properly. these is the proper response of act fiber net. my ticket SR10266260252784

    @ACTFibernet Fifth time in fifth week my internet is not working! What a level of consistency u ppl r maintaining in terms if pathetic service. 11 years customer and facing these issues. Do u have any shame????

    @ACTFibernet #new connection, the complementary router doesnt have the coverage even for house of <900sq.feet. customer care suggested for router upgrade, and nothing happened post that #SR10266261283467

    @ACTFibernet We had an outage of ACT today around 7.00pm. Reached out to ACT and Subramanian rushed to my apartment and fixed a server issue immediately. Thanks to Satish - Head of customer service at coimbatore and Subramanian.. way to go ACT for the lightening speed service.

    @ACTFibernet hey I’m having very frequent disconnects. None of the requests are getting it solved. It’s been like this from few weeks. No issues with router. Please fix this or else I’ll move to another isp.
