    @ACTFibernet is a horrendous ISP, a pain to deal with…no proper way to reach cust service, raising tickets from the app is only solution. Just a 5 min rain today and the internet went off. Spent my entire working day without internet, had to rely on mobile hotspot. Highly irate!

    @ACTFibernet Hello the issue has been sorted out and the connection has been restored 2 days before, but from yesterday again the connection suspended because the bill has not paid and which i didn't use for last month pls clear this

    Has anyone switched out from @ACTFibernet ? I closed it as they could not provide stable & on promise service. I am now harassed with a dozen spooky calls per day to reconnect. And the IVR option for ‘don’t call again’ doesn’t work. Calls come across the country. @ACTBroadbandIn

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My Service has been Re-activated after suspension my account iD no : 101013306366. I want my 5+1 months package back as before, But it shows me 1M on my App. I want my immediate changes in my packages details on my app.
