    @ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint for internet not working, it's been 3 days it is still not resolved. I need a quick resolution as I'm working from home this is leading to loss of pay. This is not how I want the service to be it's too bad. Complaint number: SR10264749817794

    As per my account, the internet speed should be 100Mbps but my current speed is just 20 to 40Mbps. This is really frustrating and I’m so disappointed with ACT fibernet service. I'm paying around 1000RS every month but I'm unable to use a proper internet connection. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have taken 6 months subscription. Today in the middle of my work internet stopped. I raised complaint but still no reply came. In the total 6 months the number of days i have to face connection problem will i get that much day extension or not. Please reply.

    @ACTFibernet AC no 101647405289 transfer of owner. The existing account was disconnected before the said time but the new connection is taking ages. I have made many calls and spoke to a supervisor also who promised that the issue will be resolved ASAP. Till now no response

    @ACTFibernet My Comllaint No SR11064759681114 is still open after 24 hrs. I Am calling call center & they are saying as trying.. Very Unprofessional. Local person said I am on leave. I am unable to access Internet Today written mail to Nodal Officer & help Desk. Pls help asap
