    @ACTFibernet Earlier also i faced same problem, leave it i m just waiting till oct, after that i will take tikona service, they are far better than you.

    @ACTFibernet The way the service technicians are behaving is irritating.I have been facing continuous probelm ,It always shows connected without internet, Raised several ticket but issue has not been resolved yet. I even tried moving out of act.Really hectic service.Dissapointed!

    @ACTFibernet Where is your assurance of fixing the issue at earliest???? If you can’t handle the service then shut down your business as there are so many service providers better than @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Till now I dnt receive any call and the day has gone.. in this week this week 2nd day went in vain.. it's really horrible.. I was not expecting this.. really sorry... I need to think about new Connection now, because I can't waste my another day..

    @ACTFibernet There was an issue in the morning at 8:30 a m. Till now the issue was not solved. Called executive multiple times no reply no one r picking the call. Worst service. Will definitely change my provider if it continues to be same.

    Dear @ACTFibernet great customer support you have. I call or write mail, get response for ticket being created and team will call within 48 hours, but even after 48 days no calls and the tickets gets into infinite loop of reopen & close, again write a mail process repeats. @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet 😮 wow ! Ur checking this after 6 days? Service was down for 12 hours no one bothered to fix it, i was helpless. Starting to look for alternative service provider now! U just made sure that i do it right away! Thank u alwaysdownfibernet
