    @ACTFibernet No justification on how in the world a scheduled maintenance on weekdays. Apologies will never help understand the stupidity that ACT does. Being a leading provider how come a scheduled maintenance on a week start??Someone responsible call/reply.

    @ACTFibernet very bad customers care service. The Customer Care Executive kept the call on hold for more than 45 minutes and when it is connected, they remained silent until the call is disconnected by me.

    @ACTFibernet Ok so the plan got changed in a day after I mentioned here! Then why the Customer Care told that is not the process while downgrading the plan?

    @ACTFibernet -- After using services for 8 years when I want to close the connection, not paying me what I owe.... trying to get away as I can't reach out to the team. Why am I not allowed to reach out to concerned team if you customer care people doesn't have the answers.
