@ACTFibernet People around Mogappair, Chennai should never ever get @ACTFibernet . Their Junction box doesn't even have a proper place or permission to be placed in this area(their escalation team's words) and asking every customer to have it placed in their home.

@ACTFibernet If I call in morning, your CS says it will be fixed by night. And if I call at night, your CS says it will be fixed next morning. And the cycle repeats. NO FIX AT ALL.

@ACTFibernet Your sales person never bother when I complaint about speed issues, simply says plz call up CS and CS says apologies but no resolution. They say we will send a technician to home to resolve the issue, only when I raise for disconnection request.

@TRAI @ACTFibernet Trai request you to take the serious concerns of people and pls bring some regulations to stop these service providers like act from cheating customers. They are looting money and not providing the service
