Hey @ACTFibernet, I haven't had broadband connectivity for the last 24 hours now. Your service personnel isn't committing to when the issue will be resolved and is more interested in providing a litany of excuses, instead.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service by act fibernet lying that you cant downgrade the plan because I prepaid for 1 year. Will never use act fibernet again after the plan expires.

@JudeSannith24 @ACTFibernet Strange. Been using ACT in Chennai for last 1yr. Never faced day long issues. Usually gets resolved in couple of hours. Have seen the Service Engineers followup to close the ticket. Raised ticket in App & gets resolved in 4-8hrs max. And they are much better than Airtel honestly
