    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet kindly have your customer support team stop giving blank calls, The latest one came from 91-1409321511, upon answering heard an agent breathing for a second and hanging up (usual practice from a long time)

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i can’t waiting forever to get a call back, I will discontinue from ACT forever and switching to Airtel ! Never recommending anyone to opt ACT

    @ACTFibernet The speed has become poor and reduced to 50 mbps and lower post all your maintenance activities. This is a major headache to keep reporting and not see improvement.

    @ACTFibernet What does your 'earliest' mean? You took my money which you are not refunding. You promised a connection which you failed to provide. Should I just live without an internet connection because you need your sweet time to resolve a simple issue? Does anybody at ACT take ownership?

    @ACTFibernet You guys are ISP and your tech team is clueless how to resolve this issue. This is a serious issue you know. Am not sure on what basis you guys are hiring network team and field team who doesn't know for what reason this is happening except reset and reboot the profile fromserver

    @ACTFibernet It was the lack of proper communication & multiple people coming and saying same thing every day. The only way to retain me is to fix that by 4pm today.

    @ACTFibernet I hve raised a ticket for slow internet bt post that there has been no internet since 12+ hours now. I dnt know what understanding or troubleshootng is being done by disabling the internet as I'm constantly getting no internet so far Hope u understnd criticality
