  1/2 - Sick & tired of your careless attitude towards users. Monthly bills are sent on time with due date in bold, useless TollFree customer support, requests has no value. Technical team drops text ordering not to reopen ticket @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Where is the resolution? Even I can open a ticket on my own. But there is no use. Why is SR10259537600702 closed without having a discussion with me. I have opened more than 10 requests in the past and the requests are closed without any discussion.
