    @ACTFibernet repeatedly I m complaining abt my internet disconnection when power goes off. Getting no parmanant solution from technical staff. In last 1 n half month raised almost 10 complaints for this reason. Sick n tired of complaining again and again. Will this be resolved?

    @ACTFibernet I have been ranting about the problems of internet in my area for months ...same problem is occurring again and again because no proper rectification work is done here...again my internet has gone for hours and still no action taken by you people ..what is wrong?

    @ACTFibernet its not happening...i paid 7 months advace rent because of trust with act...how dare you can cheat your customer even i want to transfer the connection to another guy

    @ACTFibernet Your service levels have gone down. Resolving this ticket created another problem, net connection went off when power was off. The ticket was claimed to be resolved but it's still not. #fail #broadband #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Acc: 102015682184 Internet went down again, had registered a complain, team calls back and tells field technician will call back in 5mins to tell the issue but he never does. Can you arrange a callback regarding this?

    @ACTFibernet worst service i got from you guys.....i paid 7 months advace rent because of trust with act.and due to pandemic i requested to hold connection....how dare you can cheat your customer even i want to transfer the connection to another guy..please pay back money..

    @ACTFibernet Total 200 gb for 531 rs from a broadband service? We are getting daily 1.5gb from cellular provider total 450 gb. After limit also not getting minimum speed. FYI Im not a new customer using act from more than 5yrs. From August switching to Airtel.
