    Bureaucratic way of functioning is the policy adopted by @ACTFibernet .. The issue is with the wireless router which is not able to transmit the 400Mbps of speed as provided by their cable, but the team is again coming back checking the issue at backend cable..

    @ACTFibernet FYI: @ACTFibernet Got the callback and one person from technical team also visited, but the issue still persists. Could you please mobilise some resource to fix the issue ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet I have called you 6 times regarding to my refund since my internet got cut. But your customer care executive are making me fool. They say "Sir aapki problem 24hrs me resolve ho jayegi, Hamari Team aapko contact kregi." @ACTFibernet stop making customers fool.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since last 2 days. Several phone calls,no response. Pathetic service. Can anyone look into this? Customer care is horrible. They have no idea of any issues. Scripted response they have and they cut your call anytime .

    @ACTFibernet Talked to your person on +919100785115. He just now told that he has installed batteries not only for my switch but to two more switches in my area. Happy to see prompt action on this. Network working fine. Thanks. Rating is * * * * *
