    @ACTFibernet For what? I just need my money back, I was told 2 days then 7 to 10 days and now a call back. Your service is so pathetic so i want to move out. Please refund as soon as possible as mentioned in the consumer forum

    Worst support experience with @ACTFibernet Having placed the shifting request of my existing act broadband connection , the team with no proper response on following up on daily basis on my service request , team took more than a week with no resolution and closed the ticket(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore It’s frustrating to face internet outage every week. Field team is taking 1or2 days to resolve the issue. How can we trust this service provider and continue WFH. CC also telling different reason every time.

    @ACTFibernet Why ACT needs 24 hours to resolve internet issues when Electricity Board resolves in a couple of hours. Please ask your entire TEAM to ponder over this .

    @ACTFibernet Unfortunately, the resolution was a stop-gap arrangement. Woke up in the morning to see that the #WiFi is #MLAColony #Hyderabad has again gone.
