@ACTFibernet I've been a long time customer of ACT Fibernet and yesterday realized something really frustrating about your service. My internet plan was changed to 125 mbps plan and then 150 mbps plan, but the technical team in my area never upgraded the cable.

Hey @ACTFibernet lets speed up the resolution for SR10252274754852. My WFH is getting affected and can’t wait the whole day just to get it fixed. Call up your technician ASAP and consider it as highest priority!!

@ACTFibernet From last 15-20 days in Shamshabad Hyderabad area net is not working properly every time it's fluctuating i don't know what happens here I complained 2 times but nothing response from your side So i request you to plzz rectify the problem
