    Manikonda is a magical area. When there is a power cut, Airtel mobile data stops working and ACT internet stops working randomly 5-10 times a day. We have a power backup, so Wifi should never stop working but for the love of god, I do not understand why Airtel mobile data does not work when there is a power cut. @airtelindia @ACTFibernet

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)
