    @ACTFibernet Kindly work towards the resolution. I have been customer of ACT from long time and due to good service I have 2 ACT Connexions so I didn’t expect this .

    @dp_satish @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet too pathetic service. No response to the complaints raised even after 2 days. In addition some of the technicians are even rude. Personally facing very bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet we have been facing serious issue with internet from past few days. We are not able to wfh peacefully. So v r deciding to cut your connection. And we are planning to take out act completely from our apartment. @reliancejio @HathwayBrdband can you help with quotes ?

    @dp_satish While not resolving t complaint is an issue, added closing t ticket without attending is still worse. I guess, something is amiss @ACTFibernet #CustomerService
