    @ACTFibernet Sent. Worst customer service. Everytime they say nodal officer or senior person will contact within evening and nothing happens

    @ACTFibernet Internet got disconnected today and raised ticket SR10365862022774. Last week also faced same issue and technician informed me junction problem. Not sure every time same kind of issue will happen if so better change the unit properly. Totally frustrated during WFH.

    @ACTFibernet it's more than a week and I have raised 2 service requests but the issue is not being resolved. Why you capped the data speed and not added detail in your plans based on bandwidth so consumer is aware before taking your services.
