@ACTFibernet It's almost 4+ hrs that the internet is not working in my area. I have tried reaching the customer support and all they did is raise a ticket for me and nothing else. It's difficult when working from home and we face this difficulty.

@ACTFibernet Feedback is still the same. Your service is pathetic. Improve it else lose your customer base. Took close to 48 hrs to find that there is a fault with some cable which could have been resolved in a couple of hours.
