@ACTFibernet My A/C number is 101372201707. Every month billing amount is 1268.5 but this time it is showing as 4067.46. I had not subscribed any new service. No proper response from customer support. Please check and correct it.

@ACTFibernet Service is now restored. What is your SLA for such outages. Is it >30 hrs. Seems ridiculous isn’t it? I seek a refund with the amount of pain and torture you have put me thru. This month has seen >5 days of outage (>110hrs of outage per month)! Sickening.

@ACTFibernet the worse sort of service possible . Due to rains network got connected no issues but everytime I raise a request you cannot close it without actually addressing it . Expect a law suit your way soon
