@ACTFibernet Provide more transparency in how you are handling the tickets..this will improve your service quality ..note that the customer has no option to open a ticket for cable realignment..I am trying to get this done for over a month.

@ACTFibernet if this cant be solved I will have to move out from your services, as it does not fulfill what I want. thank you. Please dont ask your call centre to call me, they keep calling 10-15 times and no solution from them.
