    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet still no updates on timelines to get the issue fixed. Today is Day5, my internet is dead! 5 days out of 7 days your internet has not been working, what an amazing customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it was resolved after 18 hours. Issue was power failure ( MCB trip) at your equipment. Resolution as definitely not fast as expected.

    Worst internet Network provider @ACTFibernet I was facing slow speed connectivity issues they said to change wifi router and I have changed and again started same issue engineer visited and solved issue it keeps happening every 10 to 15 days same issue I can’t keep raising ticket

    Hello @ACTFibernet, the internet is down starting at 11am. Complaint no SR10166839071044. Almost 5 hours have passed. Stil no advancement. Why has the problem's resolution taken so long? Or wasting the time of ur customers? Who will pay me for my work n lost time?

    @ACTFibernet don't use act fiber net because I am getting trouble again' and again before I have complaint no use complaining cx agent says wait for 24 hours after they would say wait again 24 hours worst network I never seen in my life
