@ACTFibernet I have raised SR10160099376540, been 24 hrs beyond your sla, but no response from your support. Issue is I am having an annual plan, but internet has been suspended. Why does your folks don't ask or contact before taking such a step? Can we get this resolved quickly?

@ACTFibernet My net is not working since morning. Whatsapp chatbot says payment is due. Payment of Rs. 3951.82 has been made on 12/07/2021 for which confirmation has been sent from your side at 4:54 p.m. on 12/7/21 when due date is 15/7/21. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

@ACTFibernet Worst service,I reconnected account 1 wk ago, rom then daily i am facing issue &raising complaint daily ,prob solve that time & same Prob repeated next day,Finally your agent said Router prob & asked to buy new router.We got this router in 6M plan & still 2M remains
