    @ACTFibernet is one of the worst broadband service providers in Bangalore. Internet is down since 4 days and no alternative is arranged. Difficult to live without Wi-Fi in present day. If only Indian companies cared about customer satisfaction.

    Hey guys just want to share my worst experience with @ACTFibernet I paid my bill amount on 15th, but it didn’t reflect in my act account. So I had to contact the customer care, they said they ll refund the money in 48hours on 18th, and I still didn’t get my money back.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request for relocation on 18th jan for relocation on 29th.. and now you are telling there is no act network on the day of relocation.. what the heck you guys were doing all these days?? Why don’t you guys confirm on Jan 18th itself..

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days and the issue is still not resolved. The technician is not picking up the call. I want my connection back asap. This is horrible.

    @ActFibernet My Internet is not working since 1 day. I've already raised the complaint. They said they'll fix it by 12.00PM today, but still not working. Ticket No. SR10266930800564. This is very poor service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Disconnect ur network and we can’t able to shift ur connection. I’m using this ACT from past 15 years when it was Beam now after gaining some business this people are not caring about customers and searching new ones to dupe them. Better to take Airtel one
