    @ACTFibernet Nothing to check about ETR . Your technician is not willing to visit and told me to dod whatever , complain wherever. Fix the issue or will port the connection soon

    @ACTFibernet 4 days with no internet and ZERO response from support. I work from home - I’ve been paying for a co-working space just to attend meetings. And your fix so far? Response from your field engineers: “We’ll come today.” Then tomorrow. Then the day after 👎❌

    @ACTFibernet I know about the ETR in the app. My question is why has the issue not been resolved for more than 12 hours. I am paying for entire month for a WORKING service. Please reduce my bill during next renewal for the time the ticket was raised until the time its resolved.

    @ACTFibernet I have a very important meeting at 8:00 pm tonight my work depends on it, Is this how you resolve issues. I'll use your internet until the end of my plan and will switch to another operator and never ever return back to ACT Fiberner. Pathetic, disgrace, unethical

    @ACTFibernet It's still not resolved and it's been two days, and what about all the money I've spent on getting extra data from my phone connection everytime! I'm just wasting money for really bad service

    @ACTFibernet 45 days 10+ emails, multiple calls. You've finally collected router but my refund of ₹6,614 is still missing. Every reply is a copy-paste from a different agent. Consumer court complaint already filed. Acc-101799520914. When do I get my money back? @jagograhakjago

    Act Fibernet has the worst customer service possible in Broadband services. No resolution whatsoever on whatever complaints you raise. Do not opt for Act Fibernet ever. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_
