360 Degree India (@ThrowawayAug25) reportedDear @ACTFibernet 24 hours to fix an internet outage in Bangalore, the so-called Silicon City, is embarrassing. Shouldn’t the SLA be 6 hours or 12 hours at the max. Honestly you should learn from BESCOM on resolution timelines.

Sukumar (@sukumards) reported@ACTFibernet I would again raise another issue, I booked new connection via mobile no. 9972204292, based on the ACT area incharge who told new line has need added to my apartment block, who promised me to do the connection by 15th May. I paid 6month advance on 13th May. Till now no response.
