    @ACTFibernet A mechanic comes this morning, changes the router, promises years of uninterrupted service. A few hours later, the service has gone. No Internet, apart from the business of changing the router.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday 10 PM. It’s going to be 12 hours and not sure when services will be restored? How to do work if this kind of service is provided from ACT. Can you let me know when i will be able to use it and do something?

    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.

    @ACTFibernet kindly refund the relocation fee, it’s been only 1 month since I shifted here. There is outage and no customer support is able to help or provide an RCA of the cause and proper ETA. Better I shift to Jio or Airtel for reliability. Ticket no.: SR10280576863644
