Narendrababu (@penbabu) reported@ACTFibernet Till now I have not got proper resolution. Customer care is saying mobile number changed but they will charge for ott to be activated. I fail to understand why. Absolute harassment of consumer. Every time I call I have to repeat all the story to customer care.

You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.
