    @ACTFibernet Your technical team here at vijayawada is a disgrace to your brand.A complete day of outage and none bothered to even check what's wrong.They"ACT"to work and you guys "ACT"as if you've took an action! A treacherous retention it was for me!

    Why there is no monthly billing options for @ACTFibernet basic plan?. If I ask this to customer care executive, he responds me to upgrade my existing plan with a non bother-able approach. And when I googled, I was shocked to know more about their promotional tactics.

    It has been 36hrs and still no response from @ACTFibernet . No call back from the supervisor from the past 16hrs. The worst ever service.
