    @ACTFibernet I've been without internet since 9:30 AM. Complaint #SR10276548753574 is still unresolved after 6+ hours. No technician, no real updates.This is a repeated issue, and it's completely unacceptable for remote work. What is being done about this negligence? #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet horrible service to our place. One rain Internet is gone. This is 15th time connection loss in our community in last 3 months. Pathetic service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Still no one has visited my house and the issue remains unresolved. This is absolutely pathetic service. Empty words on Twitter don't fix real problems. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with you this time, but never again. Next time, I’ll definitely switch to another provider.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. The worst bloody internet service provider in india. They cant even fix an issue in 12 hours now want another 12 hours to do their jobs.

    @ACTFibernet SR10176559125694 in Kismatpur Maruthinagar Colony (Opp. Lane to SBI Bank Kismatpur) the services are terrible all the people withdrawing Connections due your poor service, during rain every other ISP Connections stay intact except yours @timesofindia

    We took three months plan from @ACTFibernet 1 Month completed and now we are unable to use the internet ,we called customer care they said we will solve ur issue, I am requesting @ACTFibernet can we cancel ur connection the service is not good

    @ACTFibernet I was using Airtel broadband services but someone told me that I should try ACT Fibernet so I called you guys and I think that was my worst decision that I called you. Your chat support is garbage and when I call your support number thats more pathetic. WORST SERVICE

    @ACTFibernet No internet since morning and local technician said it will be back by 30mins but still the issue is not fixed. SR10176553968694 eta is 10am 8-8-25. #Actfibernet is not for Remote working ppl. #JioFiber #Airtel please suggest broadband plans for 510501 area.

    @ACTFibernet Chennai poor service. Chatbot evasive, dodgy indifferent. Suggest customers not to pay too much in advance. They give excuses, that too at their own convenience. Say will be rectified by 7. 7.15 you track. They say call us between 9 to 7.
