    Terrible service from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad, raised compln yesterday abt internet issue, still no response from Act. Call the customer service, got nothing. So raised new connection request to @reliancejio fiber connection, got it in a day. Thanks jio for saving my workday.

    @ACTFibernet What do you guys think about the customers ? You see me as a fool or what? You are unable to provide me network connection but you guys don't even have minimum common sense to refund the money paid by the customer. You guys just playing with customers. #pathetic

    @RavindranReshma @ACTFibernet Dear Act team, we have raised a request and ur team has updated wrongly even after giving correct proof. We have to reopen the SR twice but till now it's not been done. Why we have to go through this because of ur negligence? Pls do it and let me know if u need any help.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, just wanted to know if I get my one day money back because of no internet service thru ACT as it impacting my work. IDK why I'm paying you if it is no use when I need it urgently. Very dissapointed with the service.

    Worst service by @ACTFibernet in Chennai. It’s down for many times in a month. It seems we cannot rely on this network for WFH. Creating support tickets many times. If this continues,they would lose many valuable customers like me.#WorstServiceActFibernet
