    @ACTFibernet Any update? I didn't heard anything. For a normal shifting to hear from you if it takes 4 daays then it took nearly a week to get a new connection. Your online portal doesn't works and your support has no courtesy except bots do work. Not sure why I opted for ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Again and again and again. One of the agent from Billing team (Tamil speaking agent) f******* disconnect my call without even checking or listening. Worst ever service

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I wondering how many times u guys give false promises on a single ticket resolving. Why u guys closing the ticket without resolving the issue and how many times we need to follow up its already 5 days over and the issue is not resolved.. Please let us know

    @ACTFibernet Made tens of new connection requests on the mobile app as well as the desktop website over the last 2 weeks. Nobody has reached out yet. Tried calling customer care as well which didn’t help either.
