The @ACTFibernet service is pathetic in my case. My internet is down from 3 days now. The only answer tbe customer service gives me is "24 hours". How many "24 hours" do you need to fix your own connection?

@trade_analyst @ACTFibernet Yes, this was happening with me last week, I had applied for new connection. They are such irresponsible facility provider. Although you trying to contact them every time they always ignores what customer is saying. Finally I got my connection after too much inconvenience.

@ACTFibernet Guys how can relocating a connection take 7 days in todays world where internet is an essential service.We cant work or perform basic transactions in the Digital Economy. Waiting ages for a simple relocation since last week! Neither wud u refund the advance amount!!

@ACTFibernet is super fraud and their customer care has a bunch of senseless people who will hound you for life. They first stopped my connection and then first asked to wait 4hrs then 24hrs and now 48hrs. I am really tired of calling them over and over since yesterday.
