@ACTFibernet SR10253746341272, SR10253678412729, Your team doesn't understand issue inspite of explaining clearly. It was initially raised on 5 Mar and is not completely resolved. I had raised to nodal officer as well but to no avail. Is this how you handle customer service?

We're now on Hour 28 of no internet @ACTFibernet *No response *No resolution over calls (I have made 6 since morning, they said they would call back each time and they have not even once) *I was assured that at the very latest internet would be back by 7pm. It isn't, of course.

@ACTFibernet bangalore hsr layout. My plan is for 6 months till 5.4.21.but it has been de activated today without any prior information. 20 days usage cut short. Poor cust care . No mail no adv intimation.
