    @ACTFibernet .. Mandous storm has come & gone in a jiffy.. Chennai GCC has cleared the broken branches & trees, and all possible wastes in 48 hours... Only ACT fibernet is still working on getting their lines up for its customers for more than 72 hours...with no ETA , nothing

    @ACTFibernet And my reply back: Your phone rep says it will get done by today and you are just giving a bot answer of 48 hours. HORRIBLE SERVICE

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since last 3 days.. multiple calls to the customer care ends with fake promise of getting fixed in a hour!! One of the worst Internet service provider!!

    @ACTFibernet So you are saying I will have to wait for another 48 hours addition to 72 hours I waited?? Will you reduce the money for these days from the bill where I didn’t have service?

    @ACTFibernet Its been 4 hours. Technicians are not providing any updates and are not resolving the issue. This is really pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Dont buy new connections. With prepaid plans they will not give refund also buy monthly only or better stay away from them when the network. Doesn't work they talk like they know it all and never come fwd to solve it. Waste connection
