    @ACTFibernet Team 101015435973, I had got reconnection with a plan for 1500 for 3 months but it's was a cheating done by your staff and with in 3 months I was made to pay thrice extra to continue my internet.. kindly action it soon.. Is your team sleeping it's long pending issue

    @ACTFibernet We've been hosting your executives every week without any resolution. Also, they leave without any intimation. We changed the router position and even the router. Still, the issue persists—the city is Bangalore. Contact number is provided in the ticket raised by @anshula_basu.

    @ACTFibernet The customer service is appalling. I wanted a name change they told I have to pay when I questioned refund for service not working and asked for a manager the call was disconnected. Later when the manager called and I spoke they raised a request for cancellation.

    @ACTFibernet I am getting frequently net issues. And you guys take 24hours to fix an issue which is causing my 2 work days. Last week also I didn't have net for 2days it affected my work life. You guys are providing worst customer service. I don't have internet today also.
