@ACTFibernet I was only compensated Rs. 600 for 31 months of free electricity use. Also the other ticket to remove the junction box was closed without resolving the problem. Poor customer service. Not one person visited the premises.

@ACTFibernet Upgraded from 50 Mbps plan to 100 Mbps plan and Paid the amount 15 days back. Still getting 50 MBPS only. Raised tkt - SR10177444389918. Local agent is saying it will take time and asked to wait few days. Really??? You are taking money and not providing the service on time?

I raised a ticket for my internet issue, which was supposed to be resolved by 10:58 AM. My ticket was marked closed, but my internet is still down. This is unacceptable. Fix it immediately, or I'll switch to a better service. Service number: SR10177485728674 @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet why does a simple request to joint Cables take more than 2 days to resolve? If it works....no issues but if Stops....very difficult to restart again!!! Hopefully my request will be addressed soon🤞
