@ACTFibernet Recently your service has degraded like anything. I used to get the plan speed consistently throughout the day and night. But nowadays I get 20% lower bandwidth all the time

@ACTFibernet Very big plans and all but all day strugling with the net connectivity and u cant able to talk with exicutive also they are busy at all time. I think because of there net connection problem really feedup act everyday same issue

@ACTFibernet Internet is down since 25th May. Complaint raised on the app on 26th May. No response from ACT. Emailed nodal officer Bangalore. No response. Really bad customer service. So I’m tweeting at you with no hope

@ACTFibernet my internet has been down since May 27th. I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down
