    @ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn It's incredible how I am unable to upgrade my plan either through the app or through customer care. Just can't even reach any of the customer care numbers (on hold for way too long on). Your service has really degraded in the last 6 months!!

    Why is ACT WiFi worse than Bajaj Finance? I ignored the payment for ACT Fibernet for a month, and they started calling me 25-30 times a day. Even after disconnecting the service, I'm still getting calls. Is anyone else facing the same issue? @ACTFibernet @_DigitalIndia

    @ACTFibernet I am getting frustrated with the service. iVR & Bots are useless beyond common issues. The service person in my locality is toooo busy to even pick up call. It has been over a week neither I could raise my complaint nor your service person is responding.
