    @ACTFibernet This morning, your technician came down and broke my fully functional, one week old network connection. His reasoning was he needs the junction box some place else. I got no response on when connection will be restored. Opened a ticket too but nothing happens.

    Hi @ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint ticket no SR11057581054392 It was closed without any update. I call service center and they say they are arranging call back but no one calls. I am using Act Fibernet from 5 years, never faced such issues, why now?

    @ACTFibernet I was charged for static IP which I didn't request for. When I reached out to customer care , they said they will revert the charges, but didn't do. When I raised complaint again they closed ticket without any resolution. Please revise the bill.

    @ACTFibernet. I have disconnected this service and came back to my hometown on July 2020. Now i have received an email asking to return the router whichwas free. Post 1 yr they remember to ask for router. Absolutely amazing timing.

    @ACTFibernet you guys try to exploit people in current situation, network is good but service is pathetic due to which I disconnected your service. When I am claiming my payment you guys have taken 1 month to do refund that too not completely.
