    Hi @ACTFibernet . You guys really rock in giving consistent pathetic customer service. My internet is down since yesterday. Raised a ticket, spoke to your area engineer Mr Mukesh and also your head office person Suraj. Nobody is now even picking the calls and sending messages.

    @ACTFibernet would need your attention here, internet disconnects when power goes off (FYI modem is pluged to an inverter),I have raised a SR(SR10360806114347) it was closed saying the battery backup is fixed. Nowfacing the same issue Raised2nd SR (SR10361118270392). Kindly help

    @ACTFibernet Hi can you please tell the status of this request "Your request SR10161035963552 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 8/17/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY)"It's been more than 3 days. In our apartment every1 is facing similar problem. Do the needful @ the earliest.

    Can someone from @ACTFibernet actually reply? Their CC services seem to be down / non responsive. Wi-Fi's been down since morning.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet it’s been more than 48 hours my issue is not yet handled. Customer care said I’ll get a call before 6:30 pm I guess their watch stopped at 6:29 pm. Will you people atleast have the courtesy to call and update the status. Shame on @ACTFibernet no regard for customers.

    @ACTFibernet The issue is resolved now but I am not happy with the overall time taken to resolve the issue. 25 hours is a lot. I demand service extension by a day for this huge delay in resolving the issue.

    Hello @ACTFibernet since morning my internet connection is not working, i guess cable is damaged somewhere in the street line. can you please arrange a technician ? I made a call to local office but they aren't responding, Please fix this ASAP 🙏
