I had called multiple times to @ACTFibernet and i waited approx. 10 mins for every call to talk with customer care..but your employees will lift the call and keep themselves in mute and they will not speak anything..a deep silence...This is not expected form you @ACTFibernet .

@ACTFibernet have raised complaint multiple times. But, no answer from your team, it's been 3days. I need immediate resolution. If you can't provide the proper service which you promise to the customers then let us know that you are not capable.Will find another service provider

@ACTFibernet There is no internet for more than 14 hours in SJR Palazza City. It’s a working day and no one is bothered to fix it. Such bad customer service. #ACTFibernetSucks

@ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR11064689854004. Over 30hrs and you are is playing pass the blame, junction box-fiber cut-modem issue - media converter-downtime-fiber cut. Resolve issue today or an harassment compliant to police against ACT along with all names & number I interacted.
