    @ACTFibernet This issue happens so frequently that now I’m really tired of this broadband. Every other day the internet stops working for 1-2 hours and then I have to repeat the same process of raising a ticket which gets automatically closed by you guys without resolving it. (1)

    @ACTFibernet The internet stops working in peak office hours and after waiting for 10-15 mins (atleast) in order to get in contact with your customer care support, the agent says the same thing again and again that they will send technician and this is will not happen again (2)

    @ACTFibernet Can someone from ur company tell me the status/ problem y delay for solution. I hv already told that wires r hanging in the EB lines ,which supply to near by apts. If something happens/damage to the EB lines it will responsible of ur company
