    @ACTFibernet Worst onboarding experience in Chennai. It's been 3 days since I paid for a new connection, yet installation is still pending. My home already has ACT wiring, but your sales team and field engineers seem completely uncoordinated. Very disappointing for a new customer

    @ACTFibernet Please help me upgrade my plan to a Mesh Router setup. I am currently using a 500Mbps plan at 1199+Tax but when I try to upgrade to Mesh router the same price gets updated to 1299+Tax and has to be paid for 6 months in advance. Please call me for discussion

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

    @ACTFibernet Ticket #SR10180772403854 has been pending since yesterday. I am working from home, and this issue is severely impacting my work. This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 4 days, and there has been no internet connectivity for the past 2 days. required help.

    @ACTFibernet This is wht you guys are saying since 4 days and issue is still not resolved. No one from Support is taking the ownership and keeping post of issue. No supervisor available to speak on call worst customer support. You lost a customer

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

    @ACTFibernet There is no update on cresit transfer. Let me know if I have to process through sonsumer forum channels, this is a harassment. For selling a new connection you sell it in 5 minutes and att3nd the customer asap but for this I have tweeted, emails, called 100 times but no response
