  @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please

  @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.

  @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.   I recently changed Airtel to Act believing better service. The modem do not provide 2 frequency, my cams have 2.4g however mobile to configure auto connect to 5g in wifi. I called tech, he asked to call support, they informed steps of no use @ACTFibernet
