@ACTFibernet - trying to terminate my connection for over week as you don't service my new location. No way to do this on your app or on phone. On Whatsapp too, there is no response. This is phenomenally bad customer service! Pls sort is out asap!

And every time you close the ticket without resolving the issue @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet And everytime I call your customer care they are gonna first ask me "Did no one contacted you from ACT?" No, they didn't which I said N times.

@ACTFibernet I really want the apt resolution at any cost. Ur bluffing ur customers like anything. Every advisor I have called says a different story. Why there is such miscommunication in a reputed company like u. Please rectify and clarify accordingly
