@ACTFibernet Nope you dont regret anything , stop lying to yourself and to the customer's face . Your technician / engineer wantedly disconnects my calls when I ask him for an update , thats the level of service you guys provide to the customer . Will be disconnecting the services asap

@ACTFibernet Again impacted with network issue. Complained raised last evening and no resolution till now. This is my 3rd complaint from the day I have shifted to my new location. Pathetic 3 times outage is 10 days is outrageous!

@ACTFibernet Nobody is bother to resolve my issue. Your each customer care is lier. It’s more than 24 hours nobody bother to resolve what they committed, shame on u providing such pathetic service, better to disconnect such service.
