    @ACTFibernet Act fiber down in Besant Nagar kalakshetra colony area chennai for past 25 hours It happens regularly atleast once in every two weeks. Called customer care more than 5 times now. They know it is an issue in the junction box connection but they dont care.

    @MarioVinay @ACTFibernet I think this may be very specific to the area you are at. I have friends who use ACT without issues and there are others who swear their service is never up. Talk to neighbours and see which provider has max subscription. Their services would generally be good in that locality.

    @ACTFibernet no internet past 01 hour, as per update from customer executive he is not aware when about connectivity restore and there's no ETA, Let us know when I can expect the restoration of network, One of the worst ISP i have seen, SR10267602047624

    @ACTFibernet They won't get back nor fix the issue and will not proceed for refund too. They will just extend the deadline for resolution. Last 2 weeks they have been doing the same via email and text messages. Even nodal team does the same gimmicks with out helping for Internet restoration

    @ACTFibernet your internet is down again. AGAIN. Every 2 days we need to raise a ticket for complaint. My friend is ins distress because of your crappy service. Complaint no.: SR10267600159664 Not even one week of continuous uninterrupted service we get. Shameful.

    @ACTFibernet your customer care is so pathetic, your incharge for the area just gives fake promises and your helpline hangs up on me. Should have stuck with @reliancejio for their reliability and prompt response.

    @ACTFibernet my Internet is not working for last two weeks and also I have requested for shifting of junction box before a month onwards. Nothing got addressed. Each day the deadline alone changes. #103162568024. Very bad service . Paid my bill 6+ months to go without Internet

    @ACTFibernet Really appreciable customer services. Closing complaints without even closing comments and within SLAs. Issue exists but complaint got closed. well ACTed.
