    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You service sucks so much that it shouldn't be called service. In a week's time span it is down for the third time. And each time it is down, you morons take at least 2 days to fix it. I haven't even able to use it for one full day.

    @ACTFibernet Such a low level customer service you provide to your users. I have downgraded my plan and wanting to pay my bill accordingly. It has been three days and your agents now even cut the calls mid way. Account: 101305910975 Lowest level of customer service!!
