Person legit told me that he can't do anything and I have to wait till I get my connection back. Super rude.. People who are working from home, please don't ever get an @ACTFibernet connection.

@ACTFibernet I was told that the internet service was not working this morning They said that it will be fixed by 8.00 PM. But it has not been fixed till now (9.40 PM). If I ask further, they said that it will not be fixed today but tomorrow.

@ACTFibernet As always no response or action by ACT fibernet, internet is still down. I tried to reach local ACT technician he didn't even pick the phone. Awful service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to shift to Airtel, ACT broadband service is awful with their service.
