Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Sends msg delaying it three times and at 7.30 tells it will be done on 13 Aug. Not taking calls and spoke support - no resolution

Ajesh (@ajesh_ashok) reported@ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.
