Such a pathetic service. If this can't be done today then just refund my amount,I'll go with @fiber_jio or @airtelindia

Every time I try reaching, you say your query will be solved in 24 hrs and someone will get in touch in 30-45 min.. neither 30-45 min came nor 24 hrs. It's almost 240 hours according to my watch. Please share your watch to explain 24 hrs..
