    Guys @ACTFibernet is a big fraud. They promised to return my money if I don't like services. They took 7500 in advance. Poor connectivity, it keeps throwing me off meetings. Now they say they won't refund anything. I am going to break and burn act fibernet routers and post here

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Such a worst Broadband service in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

    Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet no installation happening for Account No : 102811160538 . Full payment made on 11th July and no resolution is being provided. Technician contact is also not provided. Please help expedite the request as need connect established by today.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Very pathetic experience... Lost Netflix account once I upgraded my plan .. #netflix #actfiber. No proper response from both Netflix and Act fibernet.. completely understand satisfied with their service

    On 13 july 2026 my @ACTFibernet stopped working, raised a ticket on app, said will get done on 14 eve, my payment was up, called them to extend date, they said cannot but will adjust for not working days, after ticket closes new charges will get updated then u pay, fine, tq
