pramodhvittal (@pramodhvittal) reportedDear Actfiber: if you can’t follow up with smooth and timely installation process, don’t sell. Had a pathetic experience recently. I was using Jio Fiber and was disappointed with their customer care so decided to switch. Contacted Act and sales executive was behind me for docs and payment. Assured me that he will try for installation next day. After payment he went incommunicado. Didn’t take my calls nor responded to my msgs. Standard window of 48 hours also expired. After 96 hours got a call for installation. In the meantime , I booked Airtel and got it installed the very next day promptly. Thanks ACT for saving the agony of being your customer. If metro like chennai has this service levels, god help other tier 2 places. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct
