    @ACTFibernet Unfortunately I have been hearing this same statement being made by your customer care executives as well but there is no resolution thus far that has proven satisfactory. Either your team delivers the service for which I paid or received fund the money that I have paid

    @ACTFibernet When will my installation be complete. I had called one of your agents and they said i have give a callback to a number which is invalid from my registered mobile number. I need quick resolution.

    @reliancejio one of the worst fiber connections. After every 1 week, the internet gets disconnected, and takes 3-4 days to the issue to resolve as the whole area is impacted And the area in question is v good with number of big factories @ACTFibernet did a very good job before

    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet

    @ghanshyam_in @ACTFibernet Looks like all Bangalore there is some problem. Many websites are not working few (insta, YouTube etc) are working. Not sure why
