  @ACTFibernet So no intimation, no prior information, no reason why it is not being installed. Wasting 10-12 days to realise you can't do installation. Never ever in my life I am gonna use ACT. I have @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence broadband at other office. They took only 3 days to install

  @ACTFibernet Router return request pending from the last 8 days. Calling your customer care daily. Total harrasment, you deducted 2999/- for the router and now not taking it back. Account: 102353031104 This is how you treat the person who has been your customer for so long! Sad.

  @ACTFibernet Yesterday I spoke to one agent he took request for box and he did not mentioned what type of box it is, now support team called me and asking for money, you are making my situation into Money its been 3 days I'm waiting for relocation can't you understand it's WFH.

  @ACTFibernet This is not the type of service we were expecting from your team. We have been calling your service help desk for the past 2 weeks and we get the same canned answer - our rep will reach you in the next 24 to 48 hours.. Horrible customer service!!
