    @ACTFibernet One member from your team IQBAL, has disconnected my service for the sake of his profit. My plan amount is until 19th of April 2026. But now I can't able to restore my services. What the hell is going on, I can't even utilise my services when I paid the amount.

    @natarajanv88 @ACTFibernet I got my service suspended today stating 499 was not paid for the internal wiring service for their Mesh devices, which I never availed. I got this as an offer from the sales guy Karthick R | +91 90429 13770, and promised waiver too. Due to his tardiness, my service got suspended

    It’s the question of consumer right to demand for the service paid for. The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either

    @natarajanv88 @ACTFibernet They cannot say that. Consumer laws in India still have teeth. Deficiency in service is a worthy enough reason to file a case. Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.
