But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet Even when the issue is as clear as anything, even after ~12 hrs they have not done anything. Pathetic service. I have been assured multiple times to get a call from technician and backend team yet nobody called.

  @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Just 1 hours back i had a call with act customer care and I got to know another update which is shocking for me is, all these couple of years the power discount is goingto port1 customer but these two years the power to junction box is taking from my flat. This is unfair

  @ACTFibernet And after 30Hrs wifi services are restored thanks. Funny part is I got call from ACT technician saying this is regarding issue you posted on X. Seems they did not care about the ticket I raised until they saw this on X. Thanks.
