    @Surabhi60505974 @ACTFibernet My mobile data pings are better than their 'fiber net' ping too. It still baffles me how such poor quality experience is being tolerated when they call themselves #1.

    @kuntal_mahitra @ACTFibernet I'm getting terrible pings, very slow upload speeds and packet loss sometimes. But ACT is just ignoring me now because they know it's their fault. I have subscribed to long term plan too, with over 4 months left with them.

    @ACTFibernet ABYSMAL support. I opened support ticket SR10165643614861 on Aug 17. It was closed on Aug 18 without any communication. I reopened on Aug 18 again, and I have called your call-center 5 times. NO response. Example of BAD service @consumerforum_
