@ACTFibernet I have 3 connection from you guys, when there is a power outage, back for the connection only last 1hr, where has few years ago you have installed higher capacity battery and were giving 4 hours of backup, I'm considering changing providers

@ACTFibernet what an extremely frustrating level of service. I have requested for an upgradation of my WiFi Router for about a week. And it gets delayed cause the manager who is supposed to approve is on leave. Pathetic.. I think its time to move!!
