  @ACTFibernet I already have firestick why would I use your setup box if you can't provide live tv channels. It's very bad service and support.

  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Never going with ACT again. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.

  @ACTFibernet router ticket SR10180951795073 and internet issue ticket SR10181008706246 were closed without my permission and without resolving or attending to the issues. These problems have been pending since 23 June 2026, yet no technician has visited or addressed them.

  @ACTFibernet You guys are dng nothing except extending the time. Your CSR says due to bad weather in Hyderabad we are facing downtime. How funny is this? Other service providers doesn’t have any issues. We hve been with Act since more than 5 years, may b its time for us to using your service.

  SR closes again Every day new person calls and promises to call back after getting a resolution 2 months gone SRs silently gets closed without any resolution Made me pay extra for your fault @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet - You need to get your ACT together. You have been making false promises openly, whereas the ground truth is that no one cares. On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔
