    @ACTFibernet Day by day service is becoming worst. Taday 5th complaint raised for outage. It's becoming regular issue. If you are not able to provide seamless service then why promise is made to customer.

    @ACTFibernet No response on my query, you guys have lost the josh... we pay for 125 MBPS and we get 10 MBPS, when we raise a query we get temporary solution and again the trouble starts... pls fix or refund

    @ACTFibernet Guys are you so desperate in looting people's money just because you hold a monopoly in this stream in Hyderabad. I so fed up after using ur service for more than 8 years. I.lnow your doing this as you have a good customer base and some cx leaving you does no matter.

    @ACTFibernet I would like to tell My router automatically disconnected and wifi Name and passwords automatically changed and I wont be able to use the Internet as well And even not being able to connect with Network I was doing my work. I want to discontinue the connection.

    @ACTFibernet So you are going to make it round and round to resolve a refund of sub 1000 rupees. Write to u and then write to support email and answer your customer care calls in what ever time they call. Excellent resolution tactics from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
