    @ACTFibernet Please mention the executive contact number or ask them to call customers who raise complaint and do not tell the timeframe if you are not able to do so and do not close complaint inadvertently

    @ACTFibernet This is pathetic from act service and they don't respond the complaint for days. If solved the same problem will be bounce back creating a lot inconvenience of the internet speed. This vicious cycle problem and slow solving is completely unacceptable. Please rectify.

    @ACTFibernet you guys have one of worst customer service ever. Have got the best speed pack, still can't run zoom properly without lag and unstable internet. Trying to reach you for a month but you guys haven't sent a single person yet and keep lying. Pathetic service.
