  Hi! @ACTFibernet My net is down for last 24 Hrs. Will you able to resolve it , or just continue to make customers fool. Neither your area mgrs are listening nor customer service is resolving the issues. They are working like post office. Simply disgusting.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It’s been 72 hours now and still no resolution/progress on my installation. This is appalling service in 2026. If you cannot do it, please refund my money and I’ll find a different ISP. I cannot lose my peace of mind anymore

  @ACTFibernet Internet down since Saturday. Ticket SR10379667736684 crossed ETR, still no fix. No calls answered. The engineer gave false timings and didn’t show up. But new connections get instant response-double standard. Fix NOW or I escalate legally. #Chennai #PoorService

  @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.
