    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from afternoon. I recently switched from airtel hoping I would get good connectivity and service but does not looks like. Please ensure my complaint is resolved ASAP, first thing tomorrow morning else I will again have to switch

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is misleading and unacceptable. I took the connection on 10th July 2025 after paying 6 months in advance. After renewal on 10th Feb 2026, my service is valid till September as per the paid cycle. Now suddenly sending a dues message is wrong

    @ACTFibernet what a horrible experience. Paid for a new connection. The sales guy promised for same day installation, but now I am following up since 3 days and no one has any answers to what is happening. All they say is I will arrange a call back, but no one really does.

    Another disappointing experience with @ACTFibernetHYD. This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 2 weeks, and each time it has taken nearly 2 days to resolve. For the current issue, I raised a complaint yesterday (2nd June). The resolution ETA was changed from today 9 AM–1 PM ➜ 7:30 PM–9 PM ➜ tomorrow 9 AM–1 PM. Meanwhile, my son's exam preparation is being disrupted and I'm unable to attend office calls while working from home. Customer support keeps repeating "port issue" but offers no meaningful assistance, accountability, or reliable timelines. Frequent outages, repeated delays, and poor communication are unacceptable for a service customers depend on for work and education. @ACTFibernetHYD, when will reliability and customer commitment become a priority? #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetOutage

    @ACTFibernet refund for my connection Having down time for 15 days a month And for a week no internet issue what a terrible service Fix it now or refund for me I tell all my friends to disconnect with ACT fibernet, I'm not gonna suggest anyone if you delay fix it now
