    @ACTFibernet I had heated conversation with your support team member (Anusha) which is horrible. That too I called them.they told what is in the app and when I questioned the service she said she will transfer the call and cut the call without transfer.

    @ACTFibernet you guys are the epitome of bad services your team is highly ineffective and un responsive. We are from a resident community with close to 80 customer s and it's really disappointing how they treat customers.

    @ACTFibernet May we expect you all to fix the issue in DLF Seemancheri Chennai. We have been facing issue for last two days. It was fixed for one day and now since y’day night it is not working. We have been using year service since 2018, we had never faced such issue earlier.

    Very DISAPPOINTED in @ACTFibernet shifting location procedure. Raised a ticket on 11th June, to shift to a new location on 30th June. In the present scenario when we're doing WFH even a single hour without internet is a problem. But in my case it's already been 2 days.
