    @ACTFibernet Yes but I am not at all happy with the service and the time taken to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand why there are multiple tickets being created without the current one actually being resolved. Resolve the ticket ASAP. Service is seriously a letdown from the past 1.5 years.

    ad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.

    ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10266773116214 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT. Ticket being closed without contacting resolving. No one answering the call. Anil is the TL who never responds to calls or WhatsApp messages. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Never use act, as I have connection fuch ok past 1 year and they never resolve problems and make us fool So be careful, they give u mental headache

    @ACTFibernet I have had probably one of the worst experiences in the last 3 days when the correct billing wasn't provided to me.inspite of raising the issue and creating ticket multiple times, the issue still hasn't been resolved even after 6 days when it was promised for 72 hrs.
