    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days after paying online but still I haven't received any installation call. When I tried contacting the guy(Santosh) who was helping at the time of selecting plan he stopped picking up my call. I was very disappointed in the service you guys are giving

    @ACTFibernet Issue resolved after tremendous delay. Shout out to Amol Kumar (22146) - for his swift action. An intervention that took 10days to respond was resolved in 1hr by him

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 21st consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet i raised a request SR10163622984922 for shifting my broadband connection on 25th nov , its been more than 10days. my neighbours have act connection but you guys are unable extend me the same from last 10days. is this is the way you treat your customer ?

    @ACTFibernet FIX ROUTING IN MADURAI everyone is getting high ping iin the city and you're ignoring. Madurai -chennai ping was 10ms in my old ISP and in ACT it's over 27+, such terrible service

    @ACTFibernet I took a new connection 2 days back, stopped working in 2 hrs, called ACT, tkt assigned to backend technician, he looked into it and said its cabel crimping issue and assigned to FE:No:SR10263632179634, havent heard from then. Plz help resolve it.

    @ACTFibernet : Kindly improve your service.Internet down for 3-4 hrs in weekdays is not acceptable. Ticket number :SR10263637008584 Expect faster resolution as we all are working from home.

    @ACTFibernet , im having issues with my router. Lodged a complaint. The agent hung up on me just as i was explaining the problem. Second time its happened without any resolution to the problem. its a bit unprofessional dont you say ?
