@ACTFibernet is the worst service brand in my recent experience. They just don’t respond to a complaint of internet down! Aggressive to collect renewal cash and leave you to struggle with stupid Bot for service #ACTFibrenet_the_worst

@ACTFibernet After 5.5 hrs of complaining the issue is resolved. Internet working now. I hope next time I don't have to write on twitter to save 3 people's half day. But looking at your twitter feeds it appears that you really need to invest in your service process optimisation.

Dear @ACTFibernet I have already disconnected the connection and raised request on last week of April. But still I am getting notified that there’s amount due. Tried calling with customer care, but no use. If you have any courtesy towards your customers, please look into this.

@ACTFibernet why you guys flood SMS like anything, @TRAI why we don't limit Service Providers taking the advantage of marketing themselves by anonymous calls and too many SMS and emails!

@ACTFibernet You forget about the registered contact number but focus on solving problems on high priority.. and improvise the services..

@ACTFibernet is not a reliable service. Never expect timely delivery of a new connection from them. Furthermore, despite charging for fiber optic cable, they installed an ordinary cable at my place. They took all the payment upfront and now not even responding to my phone calls.

Subscription is possible in seconds but cancelling it requires days or hours. When such bad experience is once felt, the next time obviously people would be reluctant to these offers. Please try to give better user experience. #Actfibernet #ZEE5
