    @ACTFibernet No clear instructions on upgrading to ACT GIGA. No IVR option in customer care for Plan upgrade. Only Marketing gimmick to get money from customers in the name of smartfiber. Asking money to pay upfront for GIGA plan without checking feasibility.

    @ACTFibernet As discussed on call, you will be providing refund due to no network feasibility. Could have been ethical if same was conveyed by your sales team before taking payment. I was informed that my building already has all wiring done and I will get connection in 1 day

    @ACTFibernet it's been an year and a half since I paid 3536 for a ACT connection. You have taken the money and disappeared. When I call for a refund your customer care reps disconnect the call on me. Should my next step be a legal notice?
