    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have disconnected my broadband connection last month, however I haven't received my refund yet. The same has happened to me last time as well. After raising ticket its been getting resolved without any solution. Please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet keeps disconnecting if I do not login to its website. Internet uses to monitor my home via wifi wireless camera and now they are not working because internet is not available. This feature is causing issues. Unable to reach customer service. Pl. help me.

    @buzz267buzz @ACTFibernet Very true. Every month this is the case. And only if the internet is down for more than 3 days they will not charge us. What nonsense. Why should I pay for a service which is not provided. @consumerforum_
