.@ACTFibernet raised a ticket ; supposed to be resolved by 9pm yesterday. today called service centre. after 2.30min of promotions, spoke to someone and they said it will be resolved. no means to connect with the technician - no means to escalate / chat with a human - FANTASTIC

@ACTFibernet Team, there has been too much of back and forth in the last 48 hours without any resolution to most of the residents of the society. This is a feasibility issue and u would recommend that you cancel my subscription, give me a refund, and part ways.
