    @ACTFibernet @ACT @act one of the worst services provided to the customers.. whenever you request for any issue they don't respond properly..they just create the ticket and close it automatically without resolving the issue. No proper response. Poor services.

    @ACTFibernet Person from ACT (+917207999801) came and seen the snapped cable and gone. He has not told any timeline to resolve the issue. I need broadband service to do office work from home. Pls. rectify the fault.

    No solution yet. Bo one from the @ACTFibernet bothered to even give a call and listen to the complaint. That's how their service is. Bye-Bye. #ActFibernet. Switching to another provider & advise people to never trust ACT. THEY ARE THE WORST. Every other day connection goes off.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, the issue has been resolved for now. But please take a look at the number of tickets that we have opened since we got the connection a month ago. It's almost once every few days. :( Could you please ensure this doesn't happen again at least for a few weeks? Thanks.
