@ACTFibernet Such a disastrous service. I had raised a ticket SR10165234912544 on jun29th for relocation request. TAT to solve it was by jul2nd, no one has contacted me but ticket is closed. Again raised a ticket SR10165262942214 on jul2nd, till now has contacted me.

@ACTFibernet worst customer services. It's been 3 days since the payment. You never delay while asking for the payment and after the payment no response. Before taking the connection your company is giving worse experience, what will happen after taking the connection.

@ACTFibernet terrible service . I need to shift my connection however there is no response. Mobile app, call centre etc everyone just asks to make an online request whilst not understanding that the app is not working . Useless customer service . Pls avoid
