@ACTFibernet dear ACT team, I registered a complaint yesterday around noon and was told it would be resolved un 4 hrs.. But nobody called me back as committed. I made three calls yesterday regarding the issue but it stll remains unresolved. Poor service from ACT these days.

@ACTFibernet worst service. Especially every 15 days we need to raise complaint to get internet connectivity. Going to Stop using ACT and try Airtel. Will advice friends and relatives as well.
