    @ACTFibernet Fantastic services being provided by you people. 10 to 15 complaints has been lodged within span 6 months regarding the internet disconnections. If you are able to provide internet do it or else just tell me that you can't provide better service than this.

    @ACTFibernet Approx for evry 2 weeks I hav been lodging the complaints. But no proper and permanent solution has been provided. Every time an agent appears aftr lodging a complaint n say that this will b the last time. But I feel like ur incapable of providing net services nymore

    @ACTFibernet I am facing the slow connectivity issue severely from the morning. Kindly look into the issue immediately. The router also should be replaced, it has six months warranty. Please connect with me over the phone immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Your engineer just visits to look at the problem but fails to resolve the issue everytime and then closes the ticket on his own .

    @ACTBangalore Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore. Have to beg for my own money since 3 months. Called customer care service every week but no one is giving proper response. They committed that money will be returned in a week but its 3 months and no one responding.

    @ACTFibernet No call back from team.Another day completed! We are working from home. Internet is mandatory for us. There is no escalation process.status of request is always in process .If you cannot resolve the issue let me know.
