@reliancejio @JioCare @ACTFibernet Finally I got the connection on the 6th day after somany follow ups and requests. After getting connection it worked only two days for us. From there we are calling your people for resolving the issue,every time they are telling that with in 24 hours the problem will be resolved.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet so, Mr. Rupesh from suspension team called and told me that even if you Billing issue is going on, your account will be suspended if you don't pay. First you are not resolving the billing issue and other hand you are asking to pay??

@ACTFibernet worst customer service, one lady was talking to me, hell lot of BG noise and she put me on hold and disconnected the call. I waiting 8 mins to connect and she disconnected within 2 mins, pls train ur people 1st. never gonna use ACT again😡😡😡😡😡
