@ACTFibernet Safe custody charges deducted but connection is still active, full bill generated. Horrible App. Bunch of idiots @ customer care. Only false promises, no resolution. Really pathetic service!

Got new @ACTFibernet connection after following up for two days. And internet is not working just after 1 hour of installation. 1st service request raised just after 1st hour of installation. Wowww....ACT is rapidly getting worse. @ACTFibernetHYD

Every time call center says backend team will contact but no one calls or comes. It has been a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet . Have requested installation on priority and even call center does not connect to backend team!!

Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet . Its been almost 24 hours and I have not received user name and password for a new connection. Just because I don’t have any other option at this locality , I have to bear it after paying so much for a connection. Worst service in Bangalore.
