    @ACTFibernet I've had many issues with the internet, and you folks take forever to resolve them. Past month, I lost internet multiple times. This has an impact on my work. The customer service is inept and unhelpful. The worst internet service provider. Overpriced and unreliable.

    @ACTFibernet I need static ip on my connection. Sales and support is poor. I had already asked Mr Honey for it. But he seems disinterested in doing so after making sale.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket No SR10164638356954.act fiber net did not paid the junction box electricity due to the appartment owner..due to that reason the owner has stopped the services to the customer(rahul) my services wil be discontinued by this month.. reopened tckt fix imdiate

    @ACTFibernet at 3rd cross Vysya Bank colony J P Nagar 1st pH last 3 days frequent disruption in internet. Unable to contact call centre . It keeps repeating like robot, no assistance. Hopeless service.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days since I have lost my connection and till now no action has been taken by #actfibernet to rectify the problem. Worst customer care experience and there is no hope that it will get resolved soon.
