    @ACTFibernet my internet stopped working. I called the help centre and they gave me a totally new userid called actfibernet and a password. However this connection is do weak and does not enable zoom calls. I have a call coming up in an hour. Please help

    Why is it everytime, every 3 days we have to complain about struggling internet speeds? @ACTFibernet Are we really paying to get such substandard speeds? This is my 20th+ time mention of the same issue.

    @ACTFibernet i took the Mesh connection yesterday. I was told the Mesh router will take up when I move around. But its not working that way. The person who deployed saying "that he is an inventory person". The apartment spoc is not reachable. Is it a scam?

    @ACTFibernet Hello again, my internet has stopped working. These frequent disconnections are causing significant disruptions to my work. I’m considering switching to another provider rather than continuing to hope the issue will be resolved someday.
