    @amazonpay 10th Feb 2022 I've done the payment of 1327.5 via amazon pay for @ACTFibernet. The payment is successful from amazon pay end. but the merchant side the transaction is unsuccessful. Order id is P04-9472473-4146089. I've raised complaint several times. but none taken.

    @ACTFibernet But when ? We paid for 6 months and in that issue occurs 8-12 times and each time 2-3 days to fix the issue? 1 month service is gone 🧐 🤷

    @ACTFibernet no resolution from your customer care team despite repeated follow-ups over the last 3 days of no wifi/internet. Constant promises of “we’ll fix it by tomorrow”. It’s absurd that this is what I need to do to get proper attention. What’s happening?
