@VaradhKrish @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet your local service guy is forcing me to ask my building owner to install the junction box in the building which is supplied to multiple other users who is not even in the same building.the service guys says he can’t rectify it unless he receives multiple complaints

@ACTFibernet your local technical staff is denying to resolve the issue of my internet connection. The stupid reason being he mentioned was that he need to get multiple complaints from the same area. It has crossed one day of resolution time promised by your team

@ACTFibernet So third day no internet. No resolution. Al have ACT since 8 years across cities. So by when I should decide you don’t care and keep playing same loop? So if by tomorrow there is resolution, I want my money back. No more extensions. Please advice.
