I have made a complaint on Act Fibernet on the 16th February,2021 and today is 22nd February,2021 i.e. 7 days and till not my complaint has not been solved. Everytime I make a call to their customer service, they give a new excuse. Extremely bad service.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet can u please ask ur team to call or fix the issue on priority basis. It's more than 72 hrs and the issue still persists. Seems like, ur ground team is of no use, neither they r fixing, nor calling us. Just closing the tckts, we r raising.

@ACTFibernet I have started facing same issue now again.. too much fluctuations in speed and internet outage. Have started my router for around 5 times in an hour. Same is the case with every device in my home which is connected to internet. Websites working fine LTE connection.

@laxmannicc @ACTFibernetHYD Even I am planning to Quit using @ACTFibernet . Service is poor and customer care doesn't respond. I have raised at least 19 tickets in the last 1 month. Speed of resolution is extremely slow and service quality either is of substandard.

@ACTFibernet Team the service which you have provided is really worst, I payed for the connection but post payment I got update stating there is no service at my location if there is no service why you people want me to pay the charges and yet I have not received my refund back.
