    @ACTFibernet Act team The issue is still not resolved. It is more than 12 hours. Hope you people understand what does it sound like to be working from home and no internet connection. If your team was really concerned about customer they would have fixed the issue. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet #act_fails Very poor customer service nobody visited for last two days and on top of it the ticket gets closed on its own twice but I have reopened it both times…!

    @ACTFibernet for last 10days I am facing slow internet but your staff are buying time asking to down load "any desk app" what does it mean? Are they not properly trained staff? How xan they ask like that?
