    @ACTFibernet Hi,I’ve already sent my account details, but there has been no resolution. Internet has been down for over a day and this level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when it affects my work. I demand immediate action and a proper response, not just automated replies.

    @jiocare should atleast provide the technicians contact number so that we can call and understand if they'd coming to resolve the issue. Now, I'll wait for another hour, and then shift to @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet I thought sticking to the WiFi I have been with from the start would be a good choice but I was wrong. Internet issues almost everyday, what to do with this WiFi set if it is useless?

    @ACTFibernet SR10875761538024 – 4 DAYS without internet. Complaint raised 3 days ago. I’ve called multiple times, all I get is false promises: “Will be resolved today.” Still NOTHING. No technician, no callback, no update. You said wire cut in junction box – then FIX IT.
