    @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When will my wifi be fixed?

    Dear @ACTFibernet, How can I be on a monthly AND an annual subscription at the same time? Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need. But RESTORE MY INTERNET while you do it. I should not have to fight this hard for a service I have already paid for. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService #ACTFibernetBangalore

    @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately
