@ACTFibernet when we checked the speed along in the presence of your technician we found it to be less than 90mbps? would you beleive that? my package gives me 200mbps. Was the slow down the reason for our discontent and heartburn? I SINCERELY HOPES YOU UNTANGLE THE ISSUE. THANKS & REGARDS

@ACTFibernet My internet connection was disconnected) User ID - 102475330875) Even after explaining to revise my bill for netflix charges 7 times to your customer care, you still disconnected my connection. If you need to extort money from me, please say so in the bill clearly.
