    @ACTFibernet I have been having slow speed issues since 2 months, ur tech told me to take a new router so I cancelled my connection and took a new connection + router from ACT, now I still have the same slow speed connection, I have a 300 mpbs plan and am just receiving 130 mbps.

    @ACTFibernet id 101323732779 i have raised a query on network issue today at 9- am i am getting number of times this issue , but no one is responding from act fiber care i think this is good network but now its going to bad . furst time worrest experince from act fiber

    @ACTFibernet .. your wi-fi NOT working for the last 36 hours. We couldn't register complaint in your App. Complained thru WhatsApp, recd ticket number. Recd calls after 24 hrs from your landline. They checked our availability. NO ONE turned up yet. Will you ACT NOW?

    @ACTFibernet Your service is horrible, I have been facing slow speeds since 2 months, I was told to buy a new router and still have slow speeds, I am getting about 120Mbps on a 300 Mbps plan, my relative gets 140mbps on a 150 mbps plan, fix this or face a court case. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet From ookla it shows me 9mbps still not close to 300mbps that i have plan for. I have reached out at 2pm to our society act person +91 95139 74302 and till now it hasn't been solved. Reached out to your support they cut the call.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 113th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT if you can't provide the service then don't claim that you are the best broadband in market. I have been using airtel from last 11 years and i still find it better then ACT. I have paid 4200Rs for taking a new ACT connection and i want my full refund.

    @airtelindia your broadband is terrible . Every week we have to call the technician to get it fixed and customer service a total nightmare to deal with. Please take notes from @ACTFibernet on how it’s done . Really sad that act doesn’t service in my area
