    @ACTFibernet I paid for 3 month wifi plan yesterday but now I would like to cancel as I am going out of town for a month. Will get it installed after when I come back.

    @ACTFibernet Nope, no one is looking into this issue since yesterday afternoon. I called the technician and he straight away denied that he can't come and he will show up the next day. So it's clear that no one has even looked in to the issue till now. I AM GOING TO RAISE DISCONNECT REQUEST

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My internet went down yesterday and its my 4th complaint in this month that I have raised for same issue. Is ACT installing cheap and unreliable network components which breaks down every now & then ? UR SERVICES HAS DEGRADED FROM BEST TO WORST

    @ACTFibernet i have repeatedly told that we are working from home in this pandemic and still act fiber and their associates does not care to respond or work on customers complaint. On top of it ..
