@ACTFibernet Stop your gas lighting and issue my refund immediately! You've been sitting on my double payment for weeks and keep closing the service request fraudulently! Don't you people have any shame running such a scammy business? How do you even sleep at night?

@ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India I’m facing consistently high & roaming BGMI ping on ACT FTTH (Hyderabad). After extensive testing, the issue is not Wi-Fi, router, speed, packet loss, or game servers. The problem starts inside ACT’s network itself.

@ACTFibernet I am not an idiot to continue with your services . I gave you a chance & you did not rectify it . I am sure you can guess the result . Also we always have two Internet connections knowing the way how companies like yours take customers for granted (& I am not one of them)

@ACTFibernet @ACTCorp Kindly note: this is not a customer-premise or L1 issue. The fault is elevated first-hop RTT inside ACT access network. Please route this ticket directly to network/access engineering. Attaching metrics already shared above.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 2 days to fix internet in a metro city? What’s the point then? Ticket tracking with ease doesn’t fix outages. Miss a payment and you call nonstop but when service fails, customers are told to wait. Disgusting support.
