@ACTFibernet I have had probably one of the worst experiences in the last 3 days when the correct billing wasn't provided to me.inspite of raising the issue and creating ticket multiple times, the issue still hasn't been resolved even after 6 days when it was promised for 72 hrs.

@ACTFibernet I don't understand why there are multiple tickets being created without the current one actually being resolved. Resolve the ticket ASAP. Service is seriously a letdown from the past 1.5 years.
