    @ACTFibernet @BlrCityPolice I request Bangalore Police to help me to deal with ACT fraud. ACTFibernet has taken the three months advance (INR 4200/-) from me and now they are refussing to return it post the deactivation of my broadband connection. I have not used their services.

    @ACTFibernet : There is no internet since morning. I have raised complaint SR11064333426254, which was closed twice without any resolution. Your customer care is also not answering call. It gets disconnected after 7 mins of call. #ACTFIBERNET #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet Team please understand the grievance of the situation. This is not how I like to be treated. Almost 24 hrs gone and no internet still. I expect a fast resolution please. Internet issue is hampering my work a lot.

    @ACTFibernet Everytime you regret please give relevant reply to customer so that they can get satisfied. Your engineers have raised their hand to resolve the issue. From last two days from 9am - 6pm there was no internet access. And this happened repeatedly.

    @ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG primary route is already having issue since so long and now secondary route got affected due to this i am facing issue frequently. Team is ignoring to restore primary route and running the link on one path only. They doesn’t understood severity for both route.
