@ACTFibernet it's the 2nd month of using your Internet service but within a week there was a small issue which got resolved in 30 mins but it was attended after 24 hrs. Whole day went just in waiting. Today same TAT of 24 hrs given. Extremely bad response time but good Internet

@ACTFibernet @vvs1922 Hi i am act fiber customer , really every time act fiber has disappointed me, i had put shift request on 29/5/2021 5days had completed there is no response from customer complaint no= SR10157319686342. I had decided to put case in consumer court.
