    @ACTFibernet i have given complaint 4 times everytime they say will get back in 24 hours.. Waste ever service I have seen... If we don't pay bill on time you will disconnect our service. But when comes to complaint you won't solve on time

    Things people say when they are frustrated with customer service. "Shut things down". @ACTFibernet took it literally and replaced customer service with a bot who closes your requests after 10 hours with no action. They closed my complaint 3 times with no action.

    Very worst service provider for me, applied for new connection. After paying full amount no one is responding properly from support team. When tried to raise complaint for fiber installation delay, they are asking 4-5 days for resolution. (1/2) @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD what is wrong with network in ahmedabad. Your t Ahmedabad team needs to be restructured. They don't respond to calls, queries. It's been 6 days with no internet. You need to pay for this. Congrats you stood 1st in worst internet service providers.

    @ACTFibernet - No matter how many times you raise a complaint. The connection is still unreliable. No internet since 3 hours and it’s not just mine, 3 other connections in my apartment also facing same issue. It has become a pattern with actfiber. Disgusting.
