    @ACTFibernet being useless as usual. SR10180583021694 raised 4 days ago, no resolution, no courtesy to call back, no technician assigned, won't even let me give up the connection. Ridiculous service.

    @ACTFibernet as usual a fiber cut issue and zero response from area engineers who keep on changing. Jio is more responsive and your engineers don’t pick phone. Ticket no SR11080674377534. Why is there never a reach out from the engineers or update. Just the systemic 8 hour window

    @ACTFibernet what a shame! Disgusting and so frustrating experience. It's been 12 hours I raised a ticket, TAT was 7:30 pm and still not resolved. No way I can contact customer care. Definitely not renewing this ****** connection next time
