    @ACTFibernet : Since the last 4 hours we have been trying to call the ACT helpline. And our call is being disconnected or we are being made to wait for more than an hour in the call. Worst behavior.

    @ACTFibernet Your services are hitting the gutter quite often in the recent times! I've raised 2 tickets already in a span of 7 days for the internet going down!! This is not the kind of service we expect for the tarrif charged, please walk the talk when you promise something!

    @ACTFibernet you charge a premium compared to airtel, jio in my area but the reason I didn't shift is for a quicker service.I registered a complaint in afternoon and I don't see a update. Do you guys always need 24 hrs or more to solve the issue?
