@ACTFibernet I've had no internet for the past 5 days. I've raised 3 complaints and nothing is happening. This is totally unacceptable - I've been an ACT customer for more than 8 years now but I think it's time to move on.

@ACTFibernet is THE WORST Internet service providers in the world. I have raised a request to resolve the internet issue and technician denied to resolve just because of the rain.. and said @ACTFibernet did not provide them rain coats. My office work got badly affected by this.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet When you can’t provide services why do you take the amount shame on you and have been told by your representative and Cutomer service people said 5-6 working days and it’s been 9 days still no refund… customer care says your refund has not been approved… what’s going on !!!
