@ACTFibernet @KarthikTuribill Hi , I had applied for act fiber net.hyderabd new connection on 2nd of June 2021after two days I cancelled my request due to there false promises and raised a refund on 4th June 2021and when I call to the customer they delay me by saying nonsense. @ACTFibernet can you ACT little responsible towards your customer and help resolve their issues. Already tickets inprocess. Multiple long calls ending with promises on quickfix/setup of relevant calls.But hardly any ACTion!.Unhappy customer, no internet for a day now! Stranded!
