    @ACTFibernet Internet down since 8th September without any resolution or proper response from your team. Everyday I just get messages about extension of date to fix the issue but no one comes to fix it at all. Please fix the internet by tomorrow or refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet After much delay, the router was finally collected one week back, but the refund is not issued till date. ACT is a FRAUD! NEVER EVER take this CHEATING broadband connection. Total FRAUD.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days and my internet issue (Ticket ID: SR10177056902334) is still unresolved. I keep hearing the same line ‘Sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on it.’ Outages may be happening citywide, but this delay is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP.
