    @ACTFibernet complaint registered thru their app at 8:15 pm Service Engineer calls at 8:40 pm and says complaint attended to 9:10 pm customer service exec calls to confirm internet is working. And it is. Truly best in class #CustomerService

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand which decade you're living in. Who takes 24 hrs to fix an internet issue? I have no internet since morning and this is the second time in the same week. On top of that you don't even have a well trained staff to provide a relevant response

    @ACTFibernet SR10164442568244, more than 24 hrs with internet disconnectivity and issue still not resolved, none of them atleast provided an update on what's causing the delay. What is your team even doing?

    Hey @ACTFibernet, i am facing issue internet, this is the 10th time i am facing in last 2 months. Moreover the ticket i raised yesterday was supposed to be resolved by 6pm yesterday. There is no update as of now. This is how your service is. I am working from home and everytime

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working. SR10164448048784 raised. I've paid for 6 months and ideally the time internet is not available should be refunded back. Pathetic service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Well.. that's the only thing I can do right... You guys enjoy the weekend and i will watch it... Priority by tomorrow evening , and by that my half my weekend gone... Hopefully atleast you let me live Sunday in peace... Hail Act where they fail.. got it

    @ACTFibernet It's been 4hours still they are not ready to reply the message asking for the details that's it waste of using the @ACTFibernet never expected this kind of service from others. Just simply wasting customer time and looting our money.

    @ACTFibernet yesterday morning itself I've paid for a new connection since no one came installation and ever your executive also not responding properly after payment completed its very horrible and yesterday same time I've get a hathway connection also they completed same day
