    @ACTFibernet I moved to ACT with very high hopes on your service. But I am disappointed. Called Support to speak to Exec, In queue for 13 mins & then dead air Opened a ticket at 4:40 pm IST yesterday, still no one has responded and issue still persists, hampering work. Attn Pls !

    @ACTFibernet for connection shift 1. Can’t do via call 2. Website doesn’t help 3. App always says “something went wrong”. I have options to change provider. Let me know if you can resolve or not.

    @ACTFibernet Spoke to technical backend team, can we expect this to be expedited pls. It’s the same plan since last 1 yr and now they say router doesn’t support or it’s nt that constant for speed. Ironically it was given by your team itself as part of new connection!
