    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD So sad! It's not even 3 days the issue was solved and again the internet is not working; after raising the complaint the tentative ETA restoration is given more than 18 hours.. hope things improve :( And ACT actually starts taking action! #internetdown #internet

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days since we lost the connection to our ofc. No one cares. Pathetic service. After a lot of failed follow ups with ur Khajaguda reps, u guys finally lodged a complaint no: SR10165811896424 n still asking 4another 24 hrs Which world r u living in?

    @ACTFibernet What is wrong with your team, how can my account be reconnected without my permission and now I am being asked to pay bill. This is forcefully asking customers for payment. @TRAI please could you help on this asap. They are cheating customers.

    @ACTFibernet in munnekollal near dental college road is getting worst day by day , these days we have more downtime than uptime.. nearly around 10times we saw issue in just past 2 weeks and in best case scenario it gets back up in 6hrs after raising tickets..
