@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care. He said my late payment could not be waived in that case I would like to discontinue he has raised a discontinue request SR10375844016769. Jus bcoz its been 6 months since i am associated you ll nt be able to waive.silly

@ACTFibernet Do you have the authority to barge into any customer's house and do want ever you want? If your company has any special order from the supreme court, share it with me. Your company has installed one of those boxes(Not Modem) for the Internet in my house.
