    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since 12 hours now, I have not received the ETR yet. Registered the complaint, telephoned the customer care as well. I don't see any progress. Frustrating as a customer. I am a subscriber of your 6 month plan. ACT please act immediately.

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues for the last two weeks. Whenever iam rising ticket, for that day it is resolved. The very next day, again iam facing the same issues. Resolve this permanently or atleast I need ah reason for this why it is happening.

    @ACTFibernet Yes. I would look forward to that. I have been your customer for 5 years and, EVERY SINGLE RENEWAL, I have to message, call up, make noises & I am given that credit with a promise that, next time onward, it will be done automatically and you don't have to remind us. But no change
