    @ACTFibernet Warning to @ACTFibernet customers: They owe me ₹5,914, offered only ₹1,000, and closed the ticket. This is fraud. If you have refund issues, document everything and file consumer court case immediately. They don't respond to complaints, only legal action. #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights

    @ACTFibernet SR10177452291144 . This is unacceptable, raised ticket 12 days back and still not resolved. I had DM you and asked your technician you give a call and still no Communication form your end. Please take customer griviences seriously.

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection is down from September 14 and till now not restored and there is no update from the team as to when it will be restored this is the worst service provider I have seen no update no resolution your customersupport lies and says 2-4days to resolve
