  @ACTFibernet When are you going to fix the issue that’s now running in third day with ETA revised by default for third time without any update. Just fooling customers by saying fastest broadband but doesn’t have the resources to fix issues. One of the worst service provider

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet your customer care is telling me the customer is not allowing access to junction box (the customer is me, the junction box is in my place - so how is it possible?) - If you do not want to give me service, refund my money.
