    @ACTFibernet Finally Logged In, I want to Thank You "JIO". act of ACT is to loot people in name of good service but when actual service is needed ACT know only to Fool customers. Throw ACT out, and take some other connection, i guess we should use Local service providers.

    @ACTFibernet Indias Pathetic Broadband service Provider. I opted for 150mbps but always getting 10 mbps. Most of the time Fiber damage. Im paying for a LULL SERVICE. I want to DISCONNECT this Connection.

    @ACTFibernet My A/c 101627702338. ACT fibernet is 3rd class ISP in Hyd. They abruptly disconnect Internet without informing customer. I struggled a lot with ACT. I, very unprofessional .They don’t care customer. No human being available on customer care number to help.

    It's been more than 24 hrs still no internet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet if you can't provide good service don't make make promises.I ve been working from home had to take leave yesterday .Its a total loss for me and I think it's the time to switch to other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet this is next level from ACT, person calls me asking permission for installing junction box in our building, but no one till now called or asked me about my complaint, Disconnect ACT, don't use ACT, poor service provider ever, waste.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer support from ACT, only reply they know is within 24hours, they don't understand within that 24hours how much and what all issues we have to face, & Technicians won't come untill it is 2days or made 10-15 calls.

    @ACTFibernet Don't Take ACT internet. Even their plans are expensive and after paying that much amount also we are not getting proper support and service. Leave ACT.
