  @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

  @ACTFibernet Patience has a limit. Slow internet since 4 days now. The internet comes and goes. They keep saying they are replacing cable! But why should a consumer who has paid for it suffer?? Provide a compensation more than just downtime if you want the customer to stick to this

  @ACTFibernet - Hi Guys - This service is Worst. I was asked to make payment by Gangadhar Patil and told 24 hours installs. Next day he does not come. Sends msg delaying it three times and at 7.30 tells it will be done on 13 Aug. Not taking calls and spoke support - no resolution
