    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with the irresponsible service from @ACT_Issues. After a week of "24-hour" installation promises, a technician just informed me it'll take another 2 days. Your customer care team seems to have zero visibility into reality. Do better.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet FYI I spoke to a Pawan Kumar who said a technical staff will get back to me at 6 pm when I called at 5:30.He raised a so called PRIORITY internal ticket. No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!

    @ACTFibernet is such a horrible company. The wifi setup person has delayed the setup from last 3 days and he never respond to call and messages. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet My Internet connection is not working since 30-Apr-26. A ticket was raised and the resolution date keeps changing, every 24 hours, but no sign of resolution by the Technical Team. The Call Centre has no clue whatsoever

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for shift connection 5days back and your ETA as per ticket is May 02. Till now no technician contacted me. Your customer care support is pathetic and always say we will address in 24hrs. You guys have very frustrated process.

    @ACTFibernet Well yr reply is too standard to reduce d problem at user end. ACT neither seems to hv a plan to resolve the issue faced nor d intent to address d issues raised. Well such empty apologies are pointless & carry no weight of serious intent to make a customer experience better.
