    @JediRhymeTrix @ACTFibernet Exactly! That is what your support staff also said when I called this morning. Also, why do you charge for days you don't serve? You must refund for days you are down, when you are so prompt in charging a huge late fee even if payment is delayed by 1 day.

    There is no way to contact you other than the useless helpline number which is of no help. I have been facing these internet shut downs every weekend now. This is not the service one expects from @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What's the update on ticket no. SR10252806070242 I have raised? It has been more than 3 hours since the ticket was raised and still internet connectivity is down! I have also consented to allowing an engineer to come onsite and fix the issue via SMS! Restore connectivity ASAP!
