    @ACTFibernet why can’t I connect with live agent? Router return not possible as i moved out. At my home we had 2 WiFi’s both were from ACT Now I shifted to a new place i tried changing the address it never worked in app i cancelled it hoping someone would call me but no one did

    @ACTFibernet there is no response from customer care. Either they redirect to the app (which is useless and glitchy) or they play automated msg. One customer executive said it will take a week. How is that okay???

    @ACTFibernet Request act to teach how to handle the customer while on the call. Just, i reached to customer care. CSR put me on hold and disconnect the call.

    @ACTFibernet is slipping badly. It has been more than 24 hours and there is no sign of their services being restored. Is it time to move on to another service provider? I think most certainly.

    @ACTFibernet three days in a row, internet stops working, speed is very slow. Technicinaoask not to raise tickets. And then I have to pay full monthly amounts even though the electricity for the box is provided by me. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet This is exactly the problem. Your public assurance said “all general calls”would stop immediately,yet the calls continued repeatedly even after this statement.The attached call logs in the dm are from AFTER your tweet. The contradiction is unacceptable has only added more stress
