@ACTFibernet i didn't experience such a worst service in my life. You have my outstanding balance but even you disconnected internet without any intimation. Your customer care people without listening properly they disconnects the cal & close the tickets.

@ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ Its 50+ days now, since I disconnected ACT, as I had to move out of City. But I have not recieved refund from the you. Called support many times, they say 'your issue has been escalated', and ticket is closed automatically. Its Harrassing!

@ACTFibernet It is ridiculous that for complaint I need to call more than 5 times even after for waiting for close to 15 min every time. The call goes on silent after 8 mins approx. Every time it says I am in position 4 or less than 4 and the call goes silent. It looks like
