@ACTFibernet So many calls and messages for paying the bills from days before the due date. Raise one ticket for an issue and they keep closing them without intimation. How sad is your customer service team? 1% of the dedication you show in getting money .that's all

@srimalikari @mkrishnakiran @ACTFibernet Lol I was threatened to not open tickets by their customer service. And the technician who is supposed to come is missing for like 2 weeks now, he refuses to answer calls and messages. Not sure if this is the "service" you are providing. Will make sure to "recommend" this.
