    @ACTFibernet Took ACT strom, paid 3 months bill of Rs.4195, on 19th March. My Customer Id: 102540338488. According to this my next bill sould have been generated on 19th July. But again high bill of Rs.1498.31/- (including due of Rs. 569.46/- I don't know what for this due is).

    Worst experience from @ACTFibernet no resolution from customer support and act fiber app doesn't have any info regarding payments regarding home security cam . No proper service

    @ACTFibernet I am calling your technician repeatedly to help in extending my internet connection to first floor.. he is just bluffing and not addressing the issue of extending my internet connection to first floor… its been close to 4 days now he is not picking up my call.

    @ACTFibernet very very bad network... frequently facing network issues.. it is true that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs...but that doesn't mean issue will arise every 3-4 days... you can check how many times we faced network issues with my account number 107015272803

    @javeed904 @ACTFibernet Same problem with me internet stops working in every 2-3 days. I do complaint but no one calls or responds . pathetic service by act fibernet my recent request no is SR11059244958652 but I have solution yet. I do not find using this network useful.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, this is Sarathykannan from Triplicane. I have asked and raised shifting process on 30th June 2021. Due to technical issue, engineers and TL told me that your services are disconnected from yesterday (8th July 2021). My Act account Number is 103441701276.
