@ACTFibernet Past 10 days of slowest speed of just 50mbps - paid for 200mbps, upgraded to 300mbps as a part of diwali but was in same 50mbps. Last 36 hours before connection lost, still your engineers & CS team dodging. Paid ₹7616 for this kinda service?

Hands down the worst Internet Service Provider in Tirupati @ACTFibernet , no response or assurance what so ever. All they say is that they're looking into it and that too inside their app. They ask us to send AGREE to a number for assistance and there'll be nothing of that sort.
