    @ACTFibernet struggling with your service for 2 months. No Internet yday & today. Your technicians have the audacity to tell me to switch service to Airtel. Call centre folks only give assurances. Have to spend 1 hour daily to raise complaints & tickets get closed w/o resolution

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I am facing issues in my internet connectivity, I have raised the ticket as well but SLA was crossed and still the issue is not resolved. Please take this into consideration and do the needful as soon as possible. Ticket number: SR10676926469893

    @ACTFibernet Tired of frequent outages (at times day long) and always the same excuse of fiber cut. Get a permanent solution or will have to look for alternative.

    @ACTFibernet It's almost half a month and you are asking me to wait patiently. How can I do that. If you are unable to restore the services immediately please provide me the refund and I will move on. If you don't do either of this I want to file a complaint in consumer court. @jagograhakjago
