    @ACTFibernet One of the worst when it comes to ETR of issues. Takes 2 days to resolve whenever we complain of connectivity issues. It takes service guy < 1hr to fix but it takes 40 hrs for guy to come on field.

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong internet is disconnected since two days and nobody turned up. Are you all insane for not fixing it. Need call asap or else take your connection and refund amount. Have faced issue whole month. Need call asap work is being affected who will compensate
