    I am going to setup @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet wifi and going to disconnect @JioCare fiber for sure. Very bad customer service when needed.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using your since 5 years, since 1 week things ar very bad , yur customer care service team says they upgraded system, there is frequent network drop , raised tickets , calling the area engg , no help ! Seems moving to other vendor is the only solution .

    @ACTFibernet In Kengeri, Bengaluru your ACT Network completely goes down after 1 hour of power cut. Is that the only power backup at your end. We keep UPS so that work doesn't affect and because of your service we anyway can't work
