@ACTFibernet this is a very pathetic experience about getting an ACT fibernet connection at my place. Sales side makes a lot of promise and installation comes and proposes for a bigger package . It's looking as if you don't care about customer and is just about getting a customer

Hey @ACTFibernet I have been experiencing this issue last 1 week and there is no working resolution. Reopen same complaint 3 times. Why? Plan is 350 mbps and getting 1/10 even worst 1/100th speed. I didnt pay for this.

The payment for upgrading was taken on 27th Dec 2021 (₹13528.23) and it will be almost a month and the issue still hasn’t resolved. Your guys made us buy a router for ₹10000 claiming that the current router will not support 1 GBps speed. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet worst experience I would say. Been a month got new connection and I have already faced disconnection N number of times above which your service engineer talks as if it is a free connection. I will bloody sue your company for this.
