    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service, for a cable fault or we are not aware for what fault there is no internet since last evening. I guess the fault is in our stars to have selected your service. God knows when this issue would be solved. ETA keeps changing frequently.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10267449481894 has been open from past 5 days without any resolution. Customer Care don’t respond properly. Worst Service Ever. They have no idea what’s happening. Had been a loyal customer from years, ACT is in decline.

    as they promised tat my power reimbursement will reflect on next bill and I had customer care and logged a complaint Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10267423792004 and today wen I checked it was not resolved and gain agent said she will send on high priority @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Now I am getting calls from service to upgrade the plan to 6 months and pay an extra amount to use full speed of 75 Mbps. Kindly disconnect and take back your setup and refund my full amount.
