    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Placed a request to change the ownership of a 6.5 year old account to my father. Been 3 days and there has been no communication after the account was initially disconnected. There's no way to check the status of the Service Request.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service provider ever. I have to keep raising complaints in the app everytime internet goes. I have now faced this issue almost 20 times in 1 month. I want you to refund me for this amount. And first of all, please fix the internet issue!

    @ACTFibernet i have flagged my issue of refund for more than 2 weeks and only reply i get from your customer support is that it will be resolved on priority. If this is your definition of priority then only God can help the customers or act fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10865243233898 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 04-Jul (DD/MM) between 09:00 to 13:00. Now it's 5th July. No action taken. Why are you keep changing the plans without informing the customer
