@ACTFibernet My internet has been down for almost a month. No response from engineers or customer service despite repeated attempts (Ticket: SR10176953022133). Either fix the issue immediately or issue a refund for the service I paid for. If not resolved, I’ll pursue legal action

@ACTFibernet what’s going on? Total outage and no resolution timeline! Customer care says 3 days to fix it — and even asked if I want to disconnect. Really? That’s your support? You never forget to charge us on time (with penalty if late!), but when we need service — nothing.
