@ACTFibernet team this issue is happening frequently nowadays. Every week iam getting frequent disconnection and slow speed connection.Everytime I raise a ticket, technician come and resolve the issue but he never said about issue. Need a permanent fix, impacting my office work.

@ACTFibernet I have taking Subscription for YuppTvScope with SonyLiv,Zee5,Hotstar and Voot.Other services are activated but "Voot" subscription is not activated.From 3 days i am contacting customer care but it is not resolved.Raised complain as well "SR10266835125620".

@ACTFibernet every month same issue Internet is not working. And you people are taking 12 hours to resolve issue. We paying for internet so we can work peacefully. If it is same we have to think twice to continue this service. You tell your self as no 1, I doubt it?

I exactly knw te wifi 6 routers r creating this frquent disconncts nd even made te technician understand, and nw no one turning up to fix te issue. raised multiple complaints ovr pone as well on app, ticket get closed. Somone frm @ACTFibernet pls do te needful 3/3 #dissapointing
