    @ACTFibernet I hve raised a ticket for slow internet bt post that there has been no internet since 12+ hours now. I dnt know what understanding or troubleshootng is being done by disabling the internet as I'm constantly getting no internet so far Hope u understnd criticality

    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    This level of service is unacceptable. Strongly urge residents in Aparna societies in Hyderabad Nallagandla area to consider alternatives like Pioneer. @ACTFibernet please fix this ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet It’s your task to cancel and refund my entire money back in my bank account if you can’t I will file a complaint and also dispute the payment with credit card company with all the proofs against you. As clearly your team shared wrong info to me to renew and upgrade plan its fraud
