  Hi @ACTFibernet this is the third time this month that my internet is not working and it has taken more than a day to resolve. I have raised a ticket SR10376028903734 yesterday but the issue is not yet resolved.

  @ACTFibernet the worst customer service in whole broadband service in india. No proper solution is give to the customer and technician what’s the use when you cant give proper customer service to your customers. I recommend not to have a connection in ACT.
