@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Been a customer for 7 years, hands down the worst customer experience/service a company can provide. Wi-Fi’s down for like 3 days, 20 customer service calls made, yet no one has showed up. Changing my network as soon as this package ends.

@ACTFibernet I still have three open complaints, they are not respond my call also, Even if I call, they call in hold 30 - 40 minutes.I leave it up to you to decide what to do with such a service. Please don't go with ACT this my suggestion and my experience.

@ACTFibernet paid for a new connection on 01/09 but did’nt heard from u guys till 2 days. Registered refund refund request on 03/09 not issuing till now and customer care do not have a proper explanation for delay. Pathetic service. Pls issue me my refund
