    @ACTFibernet That’s pretty smart I see. Well you closed the earlier ticket cause it had 10AM eta. New ticket got 2pM next day so you get more time. I have already lost entire day worth of it, reopened the closed ticket. Why no resolution or follow up yet.

    @ACTFibernet Also, in 6+ hours nobody visited, this is an optical fibre cable issue you know already from ticket and backend diagnosis confirmed. This needs a technician visit and I will keep escalating.

    Extremely frustrated with @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad! My broadband has been completely down since Friday night. I raised a complaint on Saturday and was repeatedly assured it would be fixed — first within 1-2 hours, then by Sunday 1 PM.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Always issue with my internet. I am facing issue with the connection since yesterday and also raised a complaint before 6:30 but no one responded and it’s been more than 12 hours and still no response. I can’t even connect to customer support.

We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.     @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet
