    @ACTFibernet We were promised resolution by 9 pm today. It has not happened. Only our place is affected. It is nothing but POOR WORKMANSHIP BY YOUR TEAM. We cannot be at receiving end frequently. Work out the compensation package and communicate. Lost trust in ACT.

    Hi @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days and no update on the issue Ticket Num: SR10177419100207. I have paid security deposit and no update on the Digital TV Box until now. What kind of pathetic service is this. The ticket always shows waiting for ETR and no real resolution happens.

    @ACTFibernet What nonsense Try calling their helpline number You will be in queue 50+. So either they have a lot of service complaints or they are too cheap to hire more people This is a local lala company. I will highly recommend not falling for this kind of Internet services

    @ACTFibernet Just spoke to a support guy and got the WORST support ever, his simple answer he can escalate and it they will look into it before the ETA, nothing else, it has been more than 16 hours without the internet working, which means I can get a new internet line in that time++

    On top of that @ACTFibernet has disconnected my connection before my subscription due that which is October 14th 2025. Either you guys renew the subscription without consent or terminate before the due date waaw. @jagograhakjago help. #ConsumerRights #ScamAlert

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD a relocation request was raised on October 3rd 2025, till now there is no resolution, Not sure when this is going to be fixed. Internet is very important necessity these days. Ticket ID SR10177400065704 Account 101773824631

    @ACTFibernet team it's been more than 24 hours since the ticket has been raised for no internet issue. Absolutely 0 updates received so far. Not feasible to work with such service when folks are working from home.

    @ACTFibernet Do you guys really work on connection issues ?? It's been more than 20 hours ticket raised..and didn't fix the issue..a full day with no internet. Is it the way to treat a customer request for an issue? Shame on you
