    @ACTFibernet This is one of the worst internet services I have ever experienced. For more than 24hrs there is no internet. I have called more than 10 times to get an update and every time the support wants 1 more hour. Please stop the service if you are not good at it.#nosupport

    @ACTFibernet isn't reliable in Work from Home situation. 4 times it went down in a week, once for 12 hours. Already filed tickets in support still no connectivity aft 48+ hours. Would like to cancel & looking for refund Learning: Always take trial & don't go for advance rental

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Got fed up with wrong commitments and promises given by customer care agents . I think the customer care agents are not properly trained or not aware of act process and policies every time I called act fiber net for any problem I get different response from different executives

    @ACTFibernet ACT called yesterday to say they “resolved” the issue… and now the speed is even LOWER 7.89 Mbps to be exact… guess resolved = even worse service #worstserviceprovider #worstcustomerservice
