The cx support associate said she’d provide the waiver for the outage and adjust the bill while on the call and then she changed her response and said she can’t do that! What the hell is even going on? @ACTFibernet

@raoamitkumar_ @ACTFibernet Here without internet from 10 days. Airtel fibernet. This has affected everyone due to fiber cuts. The issue is no body is telling how much time it will take and on top of that they are giving false promises. Why couldn't they properly analyse the damage, prepare a plan and time
