    @ACTFibernet This is further to my message of Yesterday. The internet is not working from 12 noon 19.06.25. You had said that the issue is sorted out. But apparently not. Please ensure this doesn’t happen. Your connection seems to be worse of than Jio FIBER. Sad we are caught with this.

    @ACTFibernet, your internet went down 4 times in the last month — each time taking at least 24 hours to fix. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s irresponsible in 2025.When I finally requested disconnection, you cut me off instantly but refused to refund 5 months of unused service.
