    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet is full of false promises. They don't solve customer queries. Its been a week still my issue is not resolved. They closed the ticket without resolving the issue #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The message I received last from you guys - Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 17-Dec(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT ITS 21:20 AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING !!!!!!!!!!!!

    @ACTFibernet Not yet received the connectivity. Spoke to your customer support he promised me it will be resolved before 17th Dec EOD(11:59 PM). But not resolved. Again received an SMS stating 18th Dec between 1 pm to 6 pm it will be resolved. Worst Customer service No Bias for action.

    @Madhan1892 @ACTFibernet Did you have any contact phone number in ACT Even after one week the issue is not resolved. Your ticket SR10366568374104 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Dec (DD/MM) between 13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT
