A public Learning & Co-Working Space should not be left with unusable internet. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential for study and work.

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet For a office get 2 or more services from different vendor... There are devices to take all input from different data channels and provide uninterrupted network Coz no one is reliable ....

    @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days since I raised a ticket for internet connection issue and still not resolved. Service engineer contact was not share i was only able to request a call back frm app I did it twice and never got any call from engineer (cont)

    ACT has pathetic service throughout my journey. My connection was disconnected on 10th july 2026. I requested for an intercity connection but customer care guys made blunders & I couldn't get connection in the new city. Till date no refund e1 after asset recovery. @ACTFibernet

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Using jio 399+tax 30 mbps and act 575+tax 75 mbps plan no issues in both but if there's a downtime of more than 2 days act will add 2 days extra in our existing plan nothing of such sorts in jio
