False commitments, fake resolutions, disconnect the call if customer keep complaining more. I regret choosing ACT now

Observer (@yuvi1609) reported@airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?
