    @ACTFibernet 102017626189 here it is. I am unable to reach your customer care as well. App says billing is due July 15th. I get a message that you connection will be disconnected. Netflix login not working Not sure who to reach out to and how to get it resolved. Chatbot is a pain again.

    @ACTFibernet In Lucknow , why engineers request us to not raise ticket and call them to get your issues sorted and when you call them without raising ticket they often take 24 hours to react. All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM
