    @ACTFibernet @SBrindaaa Stop with your lies! you guys have no intention of resolving any issues. been trying to sort a billing issue since 2nd Jan. calls to customer care 7th times and still no resolution. So gonna shift to other provider and drag you guys to consumer court for unethical sales practices

    @ACTFibernet account number -102001894652 , Bangalore. Loyal customer of more than 8 years. Will not hesitate to go to a different provider and discourage others from using your services.

    @ACTFibernet anyone who is up for a toxic relationship try ACT fibernet. They keep saying the issue will be addressed in a while but keeps postponing it.

    @JAI86COOL @ACTFibernet @BandBajaateRaho when you complain, they raise a ticket and then marked it 'resolved' without any resolution or contact 2 customer. If you call them they will say someone will call U after 2 hrs and never do! They just let you run around from pillar to post. Users let us unite and file a case.

    @TRAI please look into @ACTFibernet. They are not fair to customer. They don't offer downgrade plans. Check there website. Unethical company with zero transparency. They are cheating customers.

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for shifting my connection on 8th of Jan. Old connection has been deactivated the very day of request but no response on new connection. Been calling the customer support almost every day but no actions yet. Very frustrating!
