    @ACTFibernet your bloody customer service associates hung up on me three times.. and this is the service that you ant to give .. guys stop using @ACTFibernet this is just of no use. Customer support just keep hanging up ...worst service ever . Airtel and Jio are better than you.

    @ACTFibernet I would like to raise a complaint on the bad service rendered by your customer service representative. I was asked to make payment for a router and not provided receipts despite several reminders! And only get unprofessional responses.

    @ACTFibernet - Internet down again since yesterday. Req SR10257051899352 not solved yet. Same issue happens every month since January - Chk my complaint history. Very difficult to work from home with such service. I have no options other than moving to different service provider

    @ACTFibernet Act that does not act ! I was followed up vigorously for payment once paid no one turned back to fix the internet that was disconnected which is almost a week now. People just say it will be done but no ‘act’ion has been taken. SR10257074145242. #actlessACT

    @ViZzFans @ACTFibernet @TBearslayer The worst service provided by #youbroadband it's six days and ours isn't working. Nobody taking any responsibility. Pure mental harrassment in a wfh scenario.
