    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever in Chennai. For 2 months my WiFi is buffering. Raised tickets, 5+ technicians came, no solution. Every day false promise “router will be changed today” but nothing done for 2 weeks. As a customer, I feel ACT has the worst customer support.

    @ACTFibernet my network is down since 20 days. There has been no response or resolution. ACT is the worst internet provider in Hyderabad. I wrote an email to your CEO for lack of response.

    @ACTFibernet its been 2 months since disconnection. I am still yet to get the excess payment refund. Each Customer service executive gives a different feedback on the settlement since last 2 months.

    @ACTFibernet I paid for 400 Mbps but you silently downgraded me to 300 Mbps. On top of that, you closed my complaint without resolving it. This is fraud & unacceptable. Stop scamming customers and give the service you charge for. #ACTFibernet #Fraud
