  @Shivu2032 @ACTFibernet Same issue i requested for connection on July 3 after being promised installation within 24 hours. It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet

  Guys @ACTFibernet is a big fraud. They promised to return my money if I don't like services. They took 7500 in advance. Poor connectivity, it keeps throwing me off meetings. Now they say they won't refund anything. I am going to break and burn act fibernet routers and post here

  @ACTFibernet @airtelindia didn't resolve this for more than 2 weeks. I didn't want to give away my airtel wifi as that's what I had in my hometown and I use their simcard but they didn't left any choice with such terrible service. (n/n)

  I recently changed Airtel to Act believing better service. The modem do not provide 2 frequency, my cams have 2.4g however mobile to configure auto connect to 5g in wifi. I called tech, he asked to call support, they informed steps of no use @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet SR10281184908864, frequent disconnection and raising request takes ages to complete. From evening 5PM there is no internet and resolution is for the next day? I regret switching to Act from airtel. I thought airtel was bad with service request , act is worst.
