@ACTFibernet never expected such a worst service from you, raised a complaint about my internet is not working.the timeline shared to resolve the issue is 24hrs. I do not understand y the company which provide superfast internet(as said) is taking 24hrs to solve the issue.

@ACTFibernet @MIB_India @PMOIndia We took an ACT internet CONNECTION thinking that it is good but ACT fibernet service is pathetic. Now in Elita promenade Apartment we have to stay without internet and my shift starts at 6.30.

@ACTFibernet i had raised a ticket for changing plan on 2nd September, your customer support also assured me that plan will be changed by 5th of September and i have to pay for the new plan. Nothing hs changed so far and now your customer support says it shall change next month.

@ACTFibernet I have raised a request SR10165589208596 for the box removal on the 14th of August and you do not even bother to give an update even after 24 days. I have been a loyal customer since 2006 and this is not expected from you. Please look into this. Awful service.
