@ACTFibernet Guys beware of @ACTFibernet they are making fool of the customers. Please don't buy @ACTFibernet if you don't want to waste your hard income money. From last 2 months we are complaining the issue to the company and the illiterate person sitting there wasting time.

@ACTFibernet post first installation on 15 Jul, there has been no internet till today, have been running like hell so that someone comes or resolves the issue. No body picks call. Extremely disappointing

Also earlier we used to get prior notification about disruption in service not just like some cable wala you switch it off & inform only when someone sends a complaint. This is also not done. @ACTFibernet

Having a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet. I’m not able to access internet for more than a day now. They’re unable to address the issue and no update whatsoever. Worst customer service who don’t have anything to say about the issue.
