  @ACTFibernet Seriously disappointed with the service, even before getting started. I requested a new connection two days ago, paid the full amount upfront, and no one has come to install it yet. The guy who handled my request has also stopped responding.

  @ACTFibernet Why have I been charged a 117 late fee when I made the payment on time? Meanwhile, your service was down for 5 dayswhere is the compensation for that? You charge customers instantly, but take no accountability for prolonged outages. Please reverse 117

  @ACTFibernet Your services are really frustrating now. In the past three days almost 3-4 times Internet has stopped working. Your operator come and fix then it’s gone again. Today I raised a ticket around 12:30 pm and at 7:12 pm I am told they will see the issue etc….

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet You don’t have any other engineer to resolve the issue the engineer my ticket is assigned to said won’t be able to come and fix today. Such a shame you give your on IRT and you guys can’t meet it. SR10181485835104 I want this resolved today asap

  @ACTFibernet Your app is a joke and your chat link is a joke it never connects to an agent just waste time by waiting in the queue via phone and gets silly answers working someone will call in 2hrs etc… all lies nothing else
