Dear @ACTFibernet net speed is very slow. Some times mobile data is far better than your's broadband speed. It is taking more than 15 minutes to upload less than 70 MB file.

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Its new connection prepaid, then shifted my house day before, got shifting charges. Now they disconnected the service without any intimation. Have paid the damn charges but again i should pay reconnection charges...dont know what on earth is happening

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I paid for a new connection yesterday and was told we'd get the connection by 11 am today. It's 3. I had that I needed to attend and I have no internet. We switched from Airtel because of bad customer service and you guys are even worse.
