@ACTFibernet I have raised complaint around 3 times in every week . No one came and check the problem. After 6-7 hours they will call us if the internet is coming and then they close the ticket.

@ACTFibernet why did you take 8-9 hrs to resolve an issue all the time that to in the peak hours. No point in using it further . Fed up with your connection and services. I would request you to remove the connection. Having 150 Mbps connection but using mobile data all the time.
