    @ACTFibernet such an irresponsible service provider. Every month inam paying but your service is very poor. The router is received from you on payable basis. Now you are asking me to change the router which you are asking additional 2500. Even if that is not working you will ask

    @ACTFibernet : Your customer support is so rude that they put the call on hold and do not listen to customer issues . Your sales executive is a big cheat and try to sell VAS services by saying that it won’t be auto renewed and after a month it gets renewed automatically.

    Time to move away from @ACTFibernet ... great service but until they move away from cables hanging on trees, the service is very unstable...

    @ACTFibernet Your service is pathetic. I lose connectivity every couple of days and calling your support numbers is no help as they always seem to "cannot hear." Complaints raised on the app have a turnaround time of 24 hours! Everyone in my building is pissed & ready to switch.

    @ACTFibernet Very pathetic service and poor follow up. Only asking what’s the problem at the end of SLA doesn’t help. 2 complaints have been raised and ETA crossed still not resolved.. time to change the service

    @ACTFibernet If you cannot keep the ETA for the resolution then don’t give a standard one by default. It’s been 27 hours and the internet is still not working. I even give you the place of the problem but you guys are not considering to clean the problem.

    @ACTFibernet fix the internet asap.. I have received a msg regarding the tech issues.. But the internet is fine for 5 mins and then it faces the same old issue again.. Fix it for once

    @ACTFibernet when even if we delay monthly payment by 1 day you charge 100 rupees...while during every month your service has issue atleast 10 days...are you not accountable for paying us for interrupted service..it impact our WFH...
