    @ACTFibernet whenever I call and try to connect to you guys, despite selecting Kannada language you guys transfer the call to Non Kannada language representatives. Any particular reason or you think that the kannada language customer aren't important to you. @KannadaGrahaka

    @ACTFibernet My internet has not been working for around 3 days and my complaint is not resolved. Worst service I am facing from @ACTFibernet I would have called customer care for almost 20 times. Nothing happened. I have been a user for almost 10 years in @ACTFibernet. SR10366623289148

    @ACTFibernet Every sunday my internet is down. This morning suddenly the internet was not disconnected while in a client meeting. A/C 102605456272 every time on sunday we need to call and beg for support for the internet.Try to understand sunday we require proper internet service

    @TRAI I have been getting mental torture by @ACTFibernet They have done some blunder from their side because of which I am not getting my connection back. They have not taken any action in last 60 hours towards fixing the issue
