    I made a big mistake to go for @ACTFibernet... after 4 day's since trying to get through their Customer Service, I finally gave up... kind people of #Bharat #India please suggest an internet connection that addresses to customers issues. Worst service no solution for issue

    @ACTFibernet POOR Service - I upgraded my plan & paid 6 months' fee 10 days ago. Your technician called last Friday to install the mesh router; I asked him to come on Monday, but he didn’t show up. After multiple calls, I have yet to receive a response. Please resolve this.

    @ACTFibernet The biggest mistake to switch from jio to act fiber. From day 1 , multiple issues . Technical just close tickets without any resolution. Internet slow from last few days and noe no Internet since mrn. SR10176292417544. Area technicaans are inefficient

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No one came till date to pickup device. As I said already that I'm going to relocate to my hometown on 1st Aug, so any further delay in getting device picked up will further delay closure of issue and process refund. Need your attention here.
