SS (@Sunshine_Soniya) reported@ACTFibernet Your services are really frustrating now. In the past three days almost 3-4 times Internet has stopped working. Your operator come and fix then it’s gone again. Today I raised a ticket around 12:30 pm and at 7:12 pm I am told they will see the issue etc….

Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.

Every time I call customer care for SR10181212473534, they come with the 9pm resolution time, which is absolutely a **** excuse. And the day keeps on increasing. This is how you provide customer care?

Last time when internet was down for almost 8-10 days i requested for connecting disconnect and refund but you refused saying as it would not be possible. I'm not renewing with you next term.
