  @ACTFibernet What kind of service is this? My internet has been down for over a week. Ticket SR10380552018234 was raised on Tuesday, and there is still no resolution. Every few hours I get another delay message instead of a fix.

  @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.

  @ACTFibernet A mechanic comes this morning, changes the router, promises years of uninterrupted service. A few hours later, the service has gone. No Internet, apart from the business of changing the router.
