    @ACTFibernet if I call the customer care, they are telling to call after 1-2 hours because your portal is also down. What is going on? I should wait how many days without internet at my home. If you are not able to resolve, PLEASE CLOSE MY CONNECTION AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK !!!

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 11 July. My internet has been down for the last 4 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.

    Your service is such a mess. Our internet is disconnected for 2 days and nobody has come in to fix it. Do u basically want everyone to just shift to Airtel? SR10281111859624 @ACTFibernet
