    @ACTFibernet 2/n On 9th of December I received the bill for the current month(1st to 31st December). When I enquired about the same from the customer care, they are saying the offer was for November month and not December.

    @ACTFibernet, everytime I think your service can't get worse, you prove me wrong. ETA for resolution is always towards the end of the day. Being a software engineer working from home, ACT's resolution time is bothering me. Frequent outage in my connectivity. You suck. -(1/2)

    @ACTFibernet PATHETIC!! YOU GUYS TAKE MONEY AND DISCONNECT SERVICE FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS. NO PROPER RESOLUTION. I WAS TOLD MY ONE OF THE REP THAT MY ISSUE IS GOING TO BE RESOLVED BY 4PM TODAY BUT NOTHING WORKED FOR ME. CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME WITH DIZ DAILY PROMBLEM. I can't tweet everdy.

    @ACTFibernet Don't keep regretting instead provide a better service. I hve already spoke to one of the rep what do want me to talk to them AGAIN,they dnt solve my issue at all. If u want me to do that again then I need urgent call bck and a compensation too if my issue is not resolved by 11am

    Oh man this small brand @ACTFibernet a decade ago is dictating to a decade long customer and bullying on how to pay. Can't believe it. #fail where is the human interface to solve anything?
