  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please understand the customer’s problem too. What am I supposed to do with such service? Neither are you installing the Wi-Fi nor processing my refund. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

  @ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

  101012111304. Deepthisree nagar road no 27 every month internet issue why and what is happening. We have 5 connections in one apartment and suddenly today after 6 pm internet issue. Some work done at one pole and we don't have internet now. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet complaint lodged at 1015 this morning, so far no rectification nor is there any response. Area is Dr PV Cherian Crescent Road, Egmore,chennai. Unfortunately we still have 4 months to go with you, else would have changed you long back.

  @ACTFibernet Hi team, I do not know how you were unable to reach me through out the time scheduled I mentioned even when I do not have a missed call. My concern is that I have never requested for renewal of connection yet you billed me. Is your connection prepaid or postpaid

  @ACTFibernet Facing frequent disconnect in service, the real reason is issue with cable, don't know why the @ACTFibernet is not willing to replace the cable, if not possible to replace the cable refund the paid amount.Your Service request SR10381746959914 #CustomerSupport
