  @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI

  Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Paid ₹3,432 on 18 Aug for a new connection in Bangalore. It’s 24 Aug and installation is still pending. No urgency or updates. A week for installation is unacceptable. A/c: 102816504701. Please resolve immediately.

  @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

  @ACTFibernet Why every month internet issue same area and what is area head is doing about it. You have to change anything do it. I am your customer since 10 years and Deepthisree nagar area especially I am facing lot of internet issue from act internet, previous areas it s not like this

  101012111304. Deepthisree nagar road no 27 every month internet issue why and what is happening. We have 5 connections in one apartment and suddenly today after 6 pm internet issue. Some work done at one pole and we don't have internet now. @ACTFibernet
