    @bhatnaturally @ACTFibernet I live in the smallest of flats and setting up a mesh network made all the difference. I still cant figure out why the Airtel router didn't work a few feet across an open door/wall. I use the an Eero Pro (now eero 6) with two beacons.

    @ACTFibernet LOL...what will you do now...I had called more than 30 times to call center during those 3 days...First correct the call center numbers in website make sure it works...most of the numbers doesn't exist at all...then later you talk of giving internet service

    @ACTFibernet worst service I am getting from your customer care..i am renting out my flat and need to transfer my connection to another guy .requested to cancel the connection and re imburse my money..and transfer ownership. you guys are cheating customers and closing tickets..

    @ACTFibernet horrible service. Every. Single. Time. There's an issue every month. You people charge premium, why can't you provide premium service. It's been a whole day, the technician assigned has not responded, the customer service does not give a damn about customers.

    Even after 8hrs of complaint data is not restored in Chennai 99 .Poor workmanship of tying cable in street lamp @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet home under renovation. Need to shift your area box from my house ASAP. Not able to request this through you customer service helpline no or through the app. Need help asqp
