Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

There is a no response. Very poor customer care service as well. Not getting any resolution. I am facing same issue .

Whenever I called on the act fibernet customer care. I just get to hear their ******* standard sentence. Our technical team will visit at your location in24 hours.
