@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

@ACTFibernet I'm facing this issue 3rd time in this month. Internet connectivity issue. To get the issue resolve every time your technicians taking 3-4 days to resolve without coming to the location where the junction box is assembled. Pathetic service by the technicians.

@ACTFibernet Again! last time I got to know that you guys did not enable the 1gbps line from your end and I only used to receive 90mbps. Now again the internet service is bad and my speed has been reduced to 90mbps. Give me a reason why should I still continue with your services?
