    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic customer service? I never had these kind of service frm any renowned company. I just asked for name change on my account but till not only denying my request and not responding at all. Absolutely poor kind of service. FINALLY WHAT IS THE RESOLUTION?
