    @ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

    @ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet whenever there is a power cut, internet shuts off. After several complaints, one of the UPS was replaced, now in less than a month, same issue.

    @ACTFibernet What's the status? How long should I wait for my refund. It's unacceptable it's been more than 10 days now. It's cheating from your end. Nobody contacted and addressed my issue after I raised my refund request. I should probably file a case in consumer court. It's fraud

    @ACTFibernet, internet has been out since 24 hours in the pincodes of 517501-7, your customer service can not provide any answers and your service sucks. I suggest every one to change your ISP to @airtelindia to @reliancejio.

    Have not been getting internet for the past 8 days. Never expected this from @ACTFibernet. Have been calling the call centre for a week now. Internet wire from 7 houses are plugged out from the area box and we are asked to find an alternative by the technician. Unacceptable.
