    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I even memorised the names of your customer service people. Geeta, Sai Kiran all are bunch of morons who are repeating the same machine-answers since last 10 days. Change your name to unACT.

    @ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

    @ACTFibernet - Request to look at my issue in Chennai. There have been more than 5 instances of day long issue with broadband in January alone. Technicians keep sharing each others numbers. During sales, a person was introduced for resolution - but he doesn't take calls now.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Krishna just run away from this ISP. Even if they offer lowest of price they dont provide guaranteed speed and stability. Unless you want to raise complaints everyday.

    @ACTFibernet Well, you rep just called me and told exact same thing as in the email. Time for Act to change policies so you dont loot customer's money without providing any kind of service. @TRAI not sure if you are monitoring these daylight looting by ISPs

    @ACTFibernet @MustaqPA Issue still there as of 5th Feb... was getting 120-130 ping in many apps and have been getting 250ms + ping in the same apps since around this date.. Issue not present with Airtel Xtreme Fiber at my friend's place... Any ETA as to when this will be fixed?

    I think that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, @FinMinIndia should look into this @ACTFibernet along with my issue/complaint and act according to the Companies Act, 1947 & the Companies Act, 2013, and finally, give me justice according to Consumer Protection Act 2019. Thank You.

    @ACTFibernet Secondly my connection is not relocation. For my previous connection I did transfer of ownership and it's been still active. So they charged me 650rs for relocation when it's not. This is a really bad behaviour from customer agent and the teams. Please help
