  @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

  @ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

  @ACTFibernet Service box is installed but they have not set any name or change in password to my router. They have asked to use default router id and password. That is not secured plz ask technician to do the needful.

  @ACTFibernet you guys call from land line probably with no incoming facility and expect us to be at your beck and call We return call obviously it does not go through. And nefarious company that you are close the issue saying customer not reachable. Absolutely rotten behavior.
