@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

@ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

@ACTFibernet worst service ever. There’s an outage every 2 days and it’s been more than a day since we used internet and the customer service is disgusting. Hope to disconnect ACT Fiber once validity gets over. Period.

@ACTFibernet I have a billing dispute since January. Have created a ticket on March 9 and the issue was not resolved till now. My account is now suspended even after multiple calls with support team and sending email to the Nodal officer.

@ACTFibernet I got a call from a retention executive Rinku who wanted me to meet his technical guy and was ready to reduce my bill by 12 days. Clarified a few things but I never commited anything to Rinku, and will decide after meeting the technical team, do not close the issue until then.
