@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

I have raised 4 tickets wit u ppl in the last 20 days to transfr acc name from my name to my wife's name.Inspite of repeated request, repeated reminders I don't understand why it is taking so long for you people to transfer the name.Wt kind of service r u providing? @ACTFibernet

I raise a complaint. @ACTFibernet raise a ticket for the sake. Some customer care guy explains it for the sake. ACT close the ticket without a solution. I raise another complaint. Absolute shambles. I won't leave my 2000 to be robbed out of me in the name of service policy

@ACTFibernet I have reconnected but for last 6 days i have been facing an issue that i have not connected to your network and getting the replays that the ports are not empty, I even support them to get new box and take power supply from my house but still they didn't respond

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, the issue ia still not fixed. Can you please fix it today on 5th of november. Please change the router as it doesnot have 5 ghz band so speed will be slow always if i upgrade my plan to 100 or 150mbps as well. This router should not have been installed.
