    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    ******* @airtelindia has an outage and doesn’t even have the audacity to inform customers who can plan their work around it. @ACTFibernet atleast claim that they provide better internet then Airtel. @Airtel_Presence you should really close down your business

    @ACTFibernet Even After 3weeks Internet net yet restored Still asking for another 3days don’t know Whats happening. If you grant Pole permission the work will complete in 4hours . Such worst Awful service never seen in my life Never ever use your network again in my life

    @ACTFibernet . Is something wrong ? Your Watsapp number is not responding to the HELP message . If I log in with my mobile number and then key in the OTP sent to me it says unauthorized log in . There is no internet at my place . Please help .

    Hi @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint SR10176989458784 on 6th sept but till there is no response or a call back on ETA. Everyday i receive msg as today by 7 to 9 pm it sill be cleared but no resolution. This is the third time connection lost in last 15 days #ACTFibernetIssue
