    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet My Act Internet is Down for more than 24 hours - SR10260637059572. Everytime your Technician goes on top of my terrace to check the junction box, I have my Internet disconnected. Every time I have to tweet to get a response. There is urgency from your Team #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Yeah right... So I have to wait for your call as if I don't have any other work... I was said that the resolution will be provided by 6pm. So that's almost 12 hours of no internet, will you refund that amount to my account? If that's a no then why would you want to call me?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet problem not yet resolved and you guys closing the ticket without even checking with the customer, no internet for 72hours. What kind of service ? I dnt understand very very ugly.

    @ACTFibernet tell me what I need to do to get a stable connection? Check how many times I had to reopen this. Also check the count of disconnections. Heights of bad service. SR10160518406832 Let me know if you cannot provide a stable connection.I can switch if you cannot.
