@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

What kind of ****** service do you provide @ACTFibernet ? I was impressed when I took your connection. Thought of of shifting my office connection to your service. But now I find you cannot even provide a decent home connection.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I'm really fed up with ur service. I'm rising issues in app & after 2 days I'll receive a msg like my prblm is solved. But it won't work. I missed my ol' exams just bcz of U. Y the hell don't u take complaint seriously when I'm raising issues many times.
