@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

@Venk_SA @ACTFibernet Same here but it's more than 2 months and they troll for your life but never refund the money and top of that they don't have any such policy that they will refund in your bank account but they have policy to refund the amount in your disconnected account's wallet. Funny.

No Internet. Is it really that difficult to provide services to the customer for which you have charged? @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Customer care executive put the call on hold for 4 Mins without even listening to my issue and disconnected the call.

@ACTFibernet Do you even know how worst is your network and is your staff? Just because you didn't pay the electricity charges for the main box you put on someone's home, they switched off it which lead to the total block of internet in that area and I'm one of that.
