    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet well, it has been more than two days my net isn’t working. Filed complain two days back, no resolution yet. Called at customer service, they have learned only one line what they say- “we are escalating this issue’. Such pathetic service. Pls disconnect my connection

    @ACTFibernet This is 4th reminder regarding no internet connection since last 24 hours. The technician visited twice but he was unable to fix the issue saying there is something wrong with backend servers. Kindly look into this as soon as possible.
