    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I even memorised the names of your customer service people. Geeta, Sai Kiran all are bunch of morons who are repeating the same machine-answers since last 10 days. Change your name to unACT.

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing this issue 3rd time in this month. Internet connectivity issue. To get the issue resolve every time your technicians taking 3-4 days to resolve without coming to the location where the junction box is assembled. ******* service by the technicians.

    @ACTFibernet This is the response from past 11 days. It’s very bad to be a customer of ACT Fibernet. If possible escalate it and make everything smoother wave in next 2 hours. Either refund my amount

    Hello @ACTFibernet I have payed for new connection on 13 Dec 2021. Still now I haven’t got the connection the sales and network person not at all responding while trying to connect .I have raised a Ticket SR11563762782924 yesterday it’s almost 24 Hours . It’s been 11 days.

    @ACTFibernet Even after calling the customer care number multiple times no one has come to collect the router. The customer care executive has said that you can submit the router to our indiranagar 80 feet road hal branch.

    @ACTFibernet 2hrs have gone but no one has come to take the router already. Now when I have called customer care,they are saying in 1 hr,the person will come. I am leaving for Hyderabad in some time if no one comes I am taking the router with me.
