    @ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @KolluChandra @ACTFibernet I agree. We should file a case against them. It is high time they should be penalised for such fradulent activity. They didn't provide internet connection for us and never processed refund when we asked for disconnection. Called many times just to file a disconnection

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI This is such a bad customer service. I was told I would get a call within 48 hours regarding transfer but still no call to resolve my transfer request.

    @ACTFibernet No it has not been resolved. I have charged and now after complained on twitter Act team called back to inform they dont have service in my area. Then why initially false promise were made and asked payment. Still waiting for my refund.

    What kind of support folks you have hired. Better change them as they recieve the calm and won’t speak. But I hear lot of other background people speaking. They purposefully do this. Truly disappointed with your services. @ACTFibernet @MoitOfficial

    @ACTFibernet I have shared all details to you in your personal chat window. It’s been 3 hrs and no internet in a prime locality like Kasavanhalli - Bangalore. Customer support takes 10 mins to receive the call and still they pick and won’t speak anything in an intension we disconnect.
