    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet The worst service provider .I took 75 Mbps plan and getting only 30 Mbps . When reached out to them they said it give same speed for 6month plan which has dual band router . After switching to 6 months plan,they are not installing dual band router.worst exp.

    @ACTFibernet this is very wrong, you are a group of scammers, Before taking the plan/ subscription you were calling me back to back for payment, and the moment after i paid, you are gone, not even internet service is started. Location - Nallurhali, Bangalore @ZeeNewsCrime

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than 3 days there is no internet in Murugeshpalya but none of your service engineers or support care to look into it. This is how @ACTFibernet works, show us the reality

    @ACTFibernet I had recently raised a disconnection and have been informed that my refund post deducting on pro rata basis will only be sent only to ACT wallet as informed by the customer care executive ..is it true?? I don't think ..please revert

    @ACTFibernet please stop calling continuously if a person is disconnecting your IVR calls.. I have not been your customer for more than 2 years and not interested in your services.

    @ACTFibernet what is the service that you are providing? At first your sales team is committing certain this, but not being honoured later. +918884425656 sales person is done such example, 1st didn't not stick to committed installation time-line, 2nd committed speed is not there
