    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    I will pay you money to cancel my connection at this point @ACTFibernet!!! Pls rid me of the torture of having to call your support 5 times a day only to: - hear empty promises - be told you can’t send me an email about cancellation process because it “costs money” 🤯😭

    @ACTFibernet Hello Team, Applied for new connection and engineer said at the time of payment feasibility available Now at the time of installation engineer said that no feasibility not possible . Kindly cancel and refund the amount please 🙏
