    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I even memorised the names of your customer service people. Geeta, Sai Kiran all are bunch of morons who are repeating the same machine-answers since last 10 days. Change your name to unACT.

    @ACTFibernet Should complain every alternate day for some stable WiFi, can't use it properly for 15 days in a month. While the bill should be paid in time, always FFS. Can't do this everytime, fix it. You clowns. 😑
