@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

@ACTFibernet I haven't received any update yet. If I don't get what I paid for by day end then I don't need your awful connection. Take a request for deactivation due to misleading information and refund my full amount if not then I'll be going to consumer court.

@ACTFibernet Team seriously, your service is like the dogs tail. Whatever you do it can never be straightened. You network speed is 410kbps in the place of 50mbps promised. How many contacts and complaints to get this rectified? SR10256460345692. Please put a genuine effort

@ACTFibernet @MinisterKTR @KTRoffice Everytime I call your customer care, they tell me will have a callback request placed. It's been 2 weeks since am following up and am yet to receive a call back. You are wasting my time as well. I also calls recorded where your executives answered the call but didn't speak.

@ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. When we loose connectivity due to your fault why don't you automatically extend the date of subscription, is your rules not allowing for it. Soon after the subscription ends you know to disconnect, but don't know to fix any issues.👏👏👏👏

@ACTFibernet Hi, SR10256569333841.I have been experiencing lot of issues in past 1 month with the internet. I have raised multiple tickets. Due to WFH,i have to use VPN all the time & the internet speed is pathetic. A single KB file taken minutes to download, upload is even worse
