@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

@ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

So #ACTfibernet is again unable to process a service request. For my break in connection they have informed that they will look into it tomorrow. This is why I never feel like getting an annual membership. SAD.
