@ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

@charan_tweetz @ACTFibernet Gud Choice, I Was a Loyal Beam Customer For Ages All Through Until They Became ACT, In Sep 2021, I started facing connectivity issues, i Dint hav internet for 20 days yet i gav them a chance to resolve the issue they cut my calls, i just switched to Jio ! @charan_tweetz @ACTFibernet @HathwayBrdband is no different. Even they will call multiple times asking you to renew connection or upgrade. I don’t understand why these guys have to call and ask us to renew? It’s an essential service we will renew invariably!
