    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

    @ACTFibernet i took the Mesh connection yesterday. I was told the Mesh router will take up when I move around. But its not working that way. The person who deployed saying "that he is an inventory person". The apartment spoc is not reachable. Is it a scam?

    @ACTFibernet It has been 8 days since i raised the shifting request, and the issue is still unresolved. Every time i call customer care, I’m told it will be done within 24 hours, but many 24 hours have passed with no resolution. Technician is not even answering the call.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down whole day. Your ETA has expired. Complaint is just pending. No way to contact your customer care because the auto-bots in chat/phone just constantly close the conversation. This is the 6th time internet has gone down in last 30 days. Horrible
