Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

But i spoke with someone that it was never initiated. Please check my calls from 3rd July and let me know why it was never initiated?
