@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

@ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

@ACTFibernet I had paid for the Mesh Router on 24.6.2025 & was told that it would be installed in 2 working days, made 3 to 4 follow up calls but in vain. 8 days & yet no one has called & nor has the Mesh router been installed. Pathetic customer service & absolutely annoying.

@ACTFibernet I reactivated my connection on June 16 with the ₹799 plan. I'm being shown ₹1500 due till July 15, but I want to disconnect today (July 2). Please confirm the pro-rata amount I actually need to pay till today and help with immediate disconnection. #ACTFibernet

Apparently, their refund policy is NO refund - so to suppress my reminders and escalation, they have blocked my email ID itself - ID-10-Ts - no means to connect
