    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Complaint no are as follows SR10252176975206, SR10252302212422, SR10254650047163, SR10254879099353 Last one was closed with in 2 hours. By person Likitha (Executive)- refunds department. I am raising request frm RMN, why again confirmation required to process refund?

    @ACTFibernet My account was deactivated and I raised refund of balance amount to my friends ACT account. I been following up from February to process the refund, no one responds to the complaint instead they are closing with in a day or two without contacting me.

    @poojag891 @ACTFibernet My neighbour uses actfiber too, his connection seems to be fine While I face issues like this once in every 2-3 months
