@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

@ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

@ACTFibernet you said uninterrupted connection but i observed it's not. Whenever asked the service person to do a ping test he literally denied doing it and there's no other way to find fluctuations or whatever you describe it. Now unable to raise the ticket.

@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect
