    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    I am totally disappointed with the service offered by ACT fiber in Chennai. For the past 10 days data not working and no proper response from their side. Kindly don't choose ACT fiber in Chennai. @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC

    ACT fiber always look for new connections only and don't care about existing connections. The customer care and technical persons from ACT are very worst in answering the customers. I am totally disappointed and need a change over of connection. @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC #ACTfiber

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new internet connection online, Your team confirmed that my location is out of serviceable area. Now Iam getting minimum 5 calls per day from ACT customer service asking for new internet connection. Why don't you update the status backend?
