  @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

  @ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

  @ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

  @ACTFibernet Requested disconnection on Apr 6—service stopped promptly.After 5+ days, no one has collected the assets despite daily “will be recovered” msgs.This delay is cost me daily rent due to pending handover.Who is accountable? Is this service quality in a metro city?

  @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11079755958424 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

  @ACTFibernet We had applied for an account transfer which was supposed to be resolved by the 4th of April and it's 8th today with no signs of resolution until now. I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done.   Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available,and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

  @ACTFibernet is getting worse lately — constant speed drops, frequent outages, and never-ending delays in fixing issues. Even with LAN testing, the performance is all over the place. False promises and zero compensation for downtime — totally unacceptable service. #ACTFibernet
