@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

Pathetic customer service @ACTFibernet how long am I supposed to wait. This is getting on my nerve. Is it that difficult to help your customers?. If this is how it is maybe I've to look for an alternate by shutting down this account. Worst customer service.

@ACTFibernet All of them tell 24 hrs but it's almost a week now. Do we live in the same planet or do we use different clocks?. I'm struggling with WFH without internet. Each advisor says different time frame. I'm very unhappy with the service had to keep repeating myself again
