@ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

When I asked @ACTFibernet to connect with me with a senior representative, she told me that she isn't free on Sunday. I was like what? Is this a joke or something? I'm really fed up of the customer service. Uninstalling @ACTFibernet as soon as my credit ends.

Here’s feedback: your order / customer care sucks. Your agents don’t call back or turn up on time. You give zero care about a customer. @JioCare @ACTFibernet I need a 1g connection with around 6tb of monthly bandwidth as I work in media. Who can help here? And I need it Monday.

@ACTFibernet I have been struggling from last 2 years for a consistant internet connection. Opened many tickets to be simply closed almost immediately without permanent fix. Just blame on customer and his way of using the service. I have another service working flawlessly in same setup.

@ACTFibernet nome of the customer executives were helpful. I have my validity till 21 Jan. But still due amount is reflecting on my account. Raise a disconnection request as I am absolutely clueless of the Billing what ACT is having.
