    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet It's almost 24 hours now and I haven't received any call or the refund, what kind of SLA you people follow? .... Disgusting, been an ACT Customer & now feeling ashamed of it. How to reach you people for a level of escalation? Do you have an Escalation matrix?

    @ACTFibernet There is still no response and it is more than 48 hours?? What kind of customer care is this? The router was picked on 01st October 2022 from my security guard and still I haven’t got the refund. The person who has picked up hasn’t updated from his end. Is that my fault???
