    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Been 25 Hours since I mailed you people for the disconnection. No sign of call till now. If I get bill, will not pay for it as I have already dropped a mail 48hrs before the billing cycle for the disconnection. Customer care numbers are dead.

    @ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

    Absolutely pathetic onboarding from @ACTFibernet Was promised installation today by the sales guy and he doesn’t bother to attend to calls or reply for msgs. Not honouring commitment is one thing but not even caring to respond shows how a customer is taken for granted! Worst!

    @ACTFibernet prospect ID 102803434394, it's been more than 24 hours of the payment for new installation but no one called and helped, contacted 6-7 times customer support but no resolution provided. Why do you promise same day installation? Disappointed

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down since 18th May, my ticket number is SR10180334855014. I have called your customer service more than 20 times in the past 4 days and still issue is not resolved. Everyday I'm told it would be resolved but it doesn't happen. Worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet 102017626189 here it is. I am unable to reach your customer care as well. App says billing is due July 15th. I get a message that you connection will be disconnected. Netflix login not working Not sure who to reach out to and how to get it resolved. Chatbot is a pain again.

    @ACTFibernet Following a brief 30 minute storm the Fiber went down and now this is the third day and it’s still not up. All we get it the standard message that it is taking more time. Can someone ensure that some decent service level is assured?
