    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I even memorised the names of your customer service people. Geeta, Sai Kiran all are bunch of morons who are repeating the same machine-answers since last 10 days. Change your name to unACT.

    @ACTFibernet Today is the third day and no service engineer has visited our housing society to fix the issue. SR: SR10161459260772. I have posted numerous tweets on the same and you haven't replied to any. 3 days without internet. How can you be so unprofessional?

    @ACTFibernet It's been 10 days I have raised a complaint and also spoke to your billing team a week ago. They said it will close in 24 to 48 hrs but it's been a week but still it's pending but they are closing the tickets.
