    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No internet since 21st March. Called almost 15 times to customer service, everytime they register the complaints but do nothing. If I had to spend a month without internet, I will prefer to go to Himalaya rather than paying to ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I even memorised the names of your customer service people. Geeta, Sai Kiran all are bunch of morons who are repeating the same machine-answers since last 10 days. Change your name to unACT.

    @ACTFibernet its regarding internet issue - SR10377340046524. It’s supposed to be solved by 9 pm today and yet no response. Internet is very important for our business, if it’s not resolved immediately, I’ll close my account tomorrow for sure. No compromise on that.

    @ACTFibernet Firstly, I asked for removing connection. Then one of ur agent said there is no problem now. Now, When I asked for relocation, ur one field agent calls only when I am at office. I asked him to come 2day @9 AM. He is not responding to my calls

    @ACTFibernet what a stupid website. 1) They dump show all plans with no way to view the details of each plan or compare with current plan. 2) On the screen prior to this, they display 2 more plans and let you compare only with those. 3) And even if you are using the website, it expires within 2 minutes requiring you to login over and over again. No password login, ONLY OTP!! What an incredibly stupid and tiresome website. If we do this in 2025, I wonder how these mf-ers will function in 2030? One plan fits all?? #userexperience #customerservicefail

    @vijay_p25 @ACTFibernet True, last week they called saying that it would take another 2-3 days to fix, sighting pending permission from authorities. No communication since then. The assigned engineer keeps changing with each date and no one picks the call. Airtel had already fixed their lines in my area
