    @ACTFibernet Its identifed as server side fault, whatever bullshit explained to customer is useless. Why no one monitor from your technical team even after two weeks disruption of internet services. Its really pathetic. Thank to the service engineer who fixed it today finally !!

    @ACTFibernet Was a subscriber for almost 12 years before switching to airtel. Came back to ACT two days ago. The worst decision ever! Now I remember why I moved away from ACT in the first place. Getting half the speed. Why not refund the other half then?

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT , ACT CEO Srinivasa Rao , I've been requesting relocation of my connection for the past 18 days. No resolution,no update at all inspite of twice raising tickets. All followups ignored . Is this how ACT treats it's customers? UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC It's a month now trying to sort now my billing issue. Thanks to your customer service and billing dept. NO action has been taken. I call customer care, after selecting Billing in IVR n calls gets disconnected. Can't you call back? #SR10278846862015

    @ACTFibernet Charged ₹118 penalty for paying on the 16th, then forced a ₹50 price hike without customer consent. Forced upgrade, forced price hike are NOT customer service. Where is opt-in? Why no option to keep the existing plan in the email communication? Do the needful.
