@ACTFibernet I got call from ACT team, There is no feasibility to connect the box in My area. Also said it will take time to resolve the issue, you may disconnect the connection, we will initiate the refund. Team it's been week still my issue not resolved its hampering my work.

@ACTFibernet you people are fraud and cheat people. After telling me I will get a new dlink/tplink router and collecting full amount, I was sent a used tenda modem. I want to cancel my new order and want immediate refund.

@ACTFibernet Yea. Thanks so much. Internet connection was back the very next day from the date of the complaint. However, no physical visit as advised by your executive. So what was the problem and why was I advised that something is wrong in cable or box which wasn’t the case?

@ACTFibernet it’s been 3 days since I had made my monthly payment and provided the transaction details still my account is suspended .And if I call them they say team will get back within 2 hours, no action has been taken , such a bad experienc #customerexperience #unpleasant

@ACTFibernet its been more than 14 hours internet connectivity issue is not resolved, is it the way act fibernet works? is there NO SLA? call center gives standard answer all the time?
