    I have an active ACT fibernet connection. I tried to login my ACT fibernet app but recently its not logging in. I reinstalled the app and tried to login but it is saying as mobile number is not registered. I need immediate solution for this because my billing date is yet to come and i dont even know the exact date. Also i am without logging in App im unable to raise ticket for any issues , check usages etc.. So kindly fix this issue asap or give me any update why im facing this issue ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet you guys actually do not have shame anymore. If not the constant internet downtime, it's the inconsisten speed and CONSTANT packet loss all the time. Act used to be the best in India now it's just ****

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?
