    @ACTFibernet Past 1 month, I must have raised some 5 internet not working issues. There is a current one ongoing. Why can't you guys resolve issues properly. Poor resolution & customer service has already made most of my neighborhood switch to @airtelindia and @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet Hello,my issue repeats!I loose connectivity the moment power is gone. raised ticket SR10158968311502 on 2nd July, SR10159318431822 on 9th July, 2 batteries changed and The issue still continues, so either the new batteries or at fault or the tech is scamming us

    Wow this is a common practice of @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD company to avoid their customers problem without resolving it. They messaged me on my last tweet mentioning they will get in touch to resolve and its already been more than 24hrs. What to do ?

    @ACTFibernet If due to this kind of service i get error in my business transactions then i am going to find legal way to sue you guys. As there is a provision in Law due to poor service if client incurs loss i can file a legal suite..
