I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

Bibin Bharath (@R3N3g4d300) reported@ACTFibernet seems to be an ongoing issue. Lost internet today since morning 9am and only response is the generic one where eta for fix is evening 9pm and it is still not resolved at 10pm. Extremely frustrating!!
