@ACTFibernet How long a shifting request takes to complete. I raised a request on Aug 30 but still not shifted.Suppose to be shifted on Sep 2. This is within 30 KM in bangalore. Customer care is worthless, are you not prioritising existing customers?

@ACTFibernet ACT is one of the worst ISPs in India. They are just making fool to their customer. There support system is useless. You will get a message that we are working on it after that you will never get any response for a long time. I am struggling from last 10 hours.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD So sad! It's not even 3 days the issue was solved and again the internet is not working; after raising the complaint the tentative ETA restoration is given more than 18 hours.. hope things improve :( And ACT actually starts taking action! #internetdown #internet

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Act fiber..I dont have my net its was going smooth for about 1 and a half month..now Again fibercut issue...trust me you people have screwed my life...this is the worst provider and worst customer service
