    @ACTFibernet Very bad customer care service from ACT Wifi, almost waited 20 minutes for just 10 seconds talk and he hung immediately without proper clearance i just wanted a temporary suspension and app says our agents are busy trying after sometime

    @ACTFibernet Folks at ACT, why do you always need the entire day to fix an issue? Most of the time you don’t even resolve it on the same day. Other providers are able to fix problems within 2 hours, so why is your team so slow and inefficient?”
