@ACTFibernet Internet service in Chennai madambakkam is down for past two days and you keep postponing the resolution date. When it will get resolved. I was told your server is down but not sure if it’s been worked on priority.

@ACTFibernet It is taking longer than expected but Why does your engineer don’t lift call? What’s the purpose of giving option to connect your engineer. When h doesn’t lift the call ? We are required some sort of information right ..! Hope @ACTFibernet recovers the network at our location

@ACTFibernet Still no reponse from ACT Support team, both my tickets raised are not resolved. Complete cheating and unprofessionalism shown by ACT. No one called on my registered number not the sales person who booked my subscription is responding to my calls nor answering my messages on WA.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @TRAI DAY 10 of "Internet Not Working" this will be the last month i am using ACT fibernet. I have waited enough for 10 days considering 12 years of service from act but no use..just words on messages dont even have courtesy to call customers..
