@ACTFibernet your service is absolutely terrible! My WiFi stops working every two days and nobody comes to fix it. There’s nobody speak to regarding the issues either. I’ve tried calling every customer care number available on google, it says the numbers are switched off. Fix it.

@ACTFibernet Raised a relocation request on 1st July but still, there is no ACT person has contacted me yet. As well as unable to reach customer care executive. Just a dumb bot sending the same relocation form link again and again. Need urgent help #Act #WFH !!

Such a poor service by @ACTFibernet They charge a wholesome of money without any delay but do not provide instant service for the problem. Every time I report an issue I have to wait for atleast a day before the issue resolves.
