    @ACTFibernet , Hi Team I have raised a request in act app for shift connection on 30th of may 2022. Still now no update .. SR has been closed automatically after 7 days , again u raised the shift request. When I call customer care , they are saying ticket has been escalated

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @Balamalladi13 I request company to take their customer seriously and provide service worth amount you take. I’m harassed since 2 weeks where your technicians, customer service, disconnection team all doesn’t do anything and make false promises.

    @ACTFibernet shame on your services, again its issue, and your customer care agent taliking with lot of attitude, you people wants to take 24 hours to resolve issues, so so you want us to stop logging into remote work, ur not good choice for remote work

    @ACTFibernet same automated reply again and again without any resolution. This is my last billing cycle with you guys. Will go with better alternatives.
