@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet 1st time I am planning to take internet connection from @ACTFibernet . I have very bad experience. Before take connection they took payment. After that they saying in my building box are full. They can not give connection.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Don't use this worst broadband even if they offer half rate to their competitors. Their services are hell (not resolving problem even after 10 days). Very frequent connection issues.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 They have the worst service. Don’t go with them. They disconnect your connection even before the due date and do not respond well. They also disconnect the calls when we call customer care

@ACTFibernet You guys have installed a box in my premises which has 5 connections, we all will change to other service provider if the issue isn’t solved in another hour. I have been waiting since Saturday. Does it take so long to resolve an issue?

@ACTFibernet we have been waiting for shifting our connection and it’s more than 72 hours . Can somebody take this up on priority . This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen .
