@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Even there is no chance to communicate with technical team, only we need to call support team and they say it will be resolved by estimated time frame. This is too much. Because of this issue i lost 40000 rs, and my senior is fired in the team meeting. Worst service

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Work from home employees please don’t use actfiber, there is no way to resolve the issue with 2 or 4 hrs, it takes 2 days to resolve, i am phasing vpn connectivity issue which is created by act team and they are not ready to resolve in time.
