    @ACTFibernet something is definitely wrong with you people, i have called ACT customer care a month back to cancel the Zee5 subscription and its not done, and you have charged me for this month. Send me the revised bill after removing Zee5 subscription and i'll pay for minus Zee5 subscription

    @ACTFibernet When can I expect this issue will be resolved permanently? as everyday making calls to the CC and raising my blood pressure. I am in the feeling that I did a mistake to opt #ACT instead of #JIO which is just next to my building, if you are not resolve the issue permanently.

    @ACTFibernet i just now spoke to a customer care representative (a lady) and she challenges me that there is no ticket raised last month for de-activating Zee5, i'll counter challenge replay the last 10 calls recorded & you'll hear that i have requested for deactivating Zee5...

    @JioCare Thank you #JIO, my next option is you only as your service is available in my apartment and many of the existing users are telling you are giving excellent service but 2 things as I already paid 3 months fee and 2nd one is I am using @ACTFibernet since 13yrs, So last try to #ACT

    @ACTFibernet hello I had a request to update my service. I have a 3 months plan but I now want to pay for only one month and then suspend my service for a month or two due to lockdown since I’m going home this month. So I want to pay only for this month
