@ACTFibernet What a pethatic service @ACTFibernet you give your customers. This was the first time i tried ACTFiber and extremely frustrated and disappointed. Your team has taken 8 hrs to give TAT and the issue is still not fixed. While others fix tge issues within 2 hr.

@ACTFibernet I have been waiting for SR11976379289364 to be resolved from more than a week. Multiple calls/follow ups are also not working out. Everytime 24 hr promise is being made. Not sure what your team really wants to get this done.

@ACTFibernet we have Act internet for the complete building of Government City College Nayapul Hyderabad experience regular internet cuts for whole day we didnt receive internet today though we complained pls solve the issue within hour or less after receiving complaint
