    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service, complaint been raised 3 days before n issue still not resolved. Amazing fact about customer service team is that no team lead or supervisor ready to take call,not sure why they are hired when they don't have capability to face customers.

    @ACTFibernet I want to change my existing plan to some other plan but unable to do it thru app. App is pathetic and hopeless, not users friendly. Emails written but not response for I’ve a week. Call center put u on hold for 30+ minutes pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Sometime in April I requested for the connection. Payment was done from my side. Next day they said there is no connection available. I had requested for refund that day. But till now the refund is not done. Have raised the issue 5 times still no result. Help resolve

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The broadband customer care services sucks. There was no internet for almost a week, still you guys have very arrogant behaviour and charging for a full month service. Better to switch back to @ACTFibernet Atleast their customer care people are good
