@ACTFibernet I had used ACT in Chennai which was excellent based on which I opted in Bangalore too. However the service here is VERY POOR. While ur competitors r very aggressive in providing connections. Not taking more than 2 hours to provide the installation/ activation.

@ACTFibernet I logged a ticket yesterday (03/18/2021) around 12 noon and it is not reolved till now (03/19/2021 10:15am). Your services are not provided properly as promised and no service technician showed up to fix the issue. This is not a good practice. SR10353961165512

@ActfiberC @ACTFibernet I have requested for shifting last month ,feb 2021.due to unavailability of network over there they disconnected connections. When return of my balance, actfiber Bangalore has holding my money in the name of free wifi. Compliant NO: SR10253184289299
