    @ACTFibernet has a pathetic service, they charge for everything so much and illegally add fines to the bill but when it comes to the service and transfer request they suck. Can anyone guide how I can move against them in consumer court?

    @ACTFibernet Still my grievance is not resolved and i got a call from the executive (customer care) asking me to pay 1000 as a security deposit to get a new Modem. Am not ready to pay 1k for the mistake on your side.

    @ACTFibernet guys, stop looting people. You say you are the best in Bangalore. But actually you are the worst internet service I have ever came across. You add yuppscope and then you ask people for money. The guy who called for the reconnection says untill I pay

    @ACTFibernet - You guys are very particular and eager when it comes to asking for money for internet subscription. But when internet issues occur, resolution takes days. Pathetic service as always. Would suggest people to go for brands like airtel instead

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet don't you guy's understand my grievance hasn't been resolved... Promised to waive off full bill but didn't a minor amount... Not taking this issue seriously... Harassing me by asking same thing everyday and not giving proper solution

    @ACTFibernet What kind of company is ACT this is unprofessional, it's not possible at all to reach a customer care representative to share our issues. This clearly shows how negligent the ACT Team is.
