    @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

    Hi @ACTFibernet raised a shifting request its been 3 days and i only got call once and after that i can not track no support from customer care . SR10281594328104 Its always you just wait for few hours. My work is affected heavily and there is ZERO accountability. Disconnecting

    @ACTFibernet Since this morning, there has been no internet connection at my location in Hyderabad, and the issue is still unresolved. This is seriously impacting my work. Please look into this urgently and restore the connection at the earliest. #internet #services #worstservice

    @ACTFibernet New issues again today morning my internet stopped working I’ve raised the ticket still there’s no response… I itself called to your TL about this then only he told he’ll look into this… He promised me 5:30 PM it’ll be resolved… Till now it’s not been resolved @ACTFibernet

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet For a office get 2 or more services from different vendor... There are devices to take all input from different data channels and provide uninterrupted network Coz no one is reliable ....
