    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD weekly 2/3 time I will call and will use my mobile data for my work. Why I ll keep your service in the first place if I need to use my mobile data? My each weekends is going like this.

    @ACTFibernet just few hours after the activation of your fibre broadband and it’s down now! All this for paying 6 months in advance for assured 400mbps. Pathetic!

    @ACTFibernet can’t you folks provide a simple battery backup ? My Internet is down again as we have no power in our neighbourhood. Have been complaining for the last couple of days and the Chennai support teams response has been pathetic. Time to move out of ACT

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Yesterday i hv requested. Yet no updates and still internet isn't working. And the worst behaviour I am getting from your customer care. They hold my cl when I was talking and made it silent. Is this the service you are providing to your customer?

    @ACTFibernet No update on SR10161321096772 Almost 24 hours, no update, received message that it will be resolved yesterday only by 8 PM, but no resolution yet.

    @ACTFibernet 12+ days post payment, 31+ calls, 100+ messages in Twitter chat and escalation to nodal officer. Still no technician has visted. Please don't trust ACT, they have Worst service and escalation process.

    @ACTFibernet it's time for you to stand responsible for this pathetic people who are gonna give you nothing but bad name and bad service. Look at this screenshot.. This has been my routine always. I am f*"@% up because of you service.. At this stage,I rate only 0.5/5 for you.

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working from yesterday afternoon and this is third time in this month. SR11061328210182 has been raised but no resolution yet. Worst service and will be disconnecting the service this month.
