    @ACTFibernet Ive raised more than 5 tickets, took connection not even 15days and getting bloody issues n speed pls stop to provide service to the customers if u guys cant provide good service to customers.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service provider …..they are cheating us and looting our money…..I paid the full subscription payment but they disconnected the service and showing amount due …..

    @ACTFibernet Hello, Got a new connection a couple of days ago. The installation was quick. But apart from that nothing has been good. The modem simply stops working. All LED’s go off for a few mins. And then reappear. The connection keeps dropping. Too many issues.

    @ACTFibernet Hi. I am using ACT fibernet connection. I am using 1 connection. I applied for 2 more connections but due to some installation issues both the connections couldn't be installed. I have received refund for 1 connection but not for the second one. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet no connectivity from the past 7 hours and no customer representative is free to answer/process the request. The "one day per month disconnectivity" continues. #blessed
