    @ACTFibernet Internet not working. SR10164448048784 raised. I've paid for 6 months and ideally the time internet is not available should be refunded back. Pathetic service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet SR10164441901654 is not resolved yet pathetic and rude service from customer care. 'You are not the only customer we have many other complaints to resolve' this line was said by your representative.

    @ACTFibernet Team, I'm not sure if you guys have customer centric approach or not. Yesterday internet connection got disconnected though I have validity till April 10, but STB is still not removed. Can't you do both at same time, how can you disconnect when I have date till 10th April????

    @ACTFibernet Is a complete fraud company, will make sure never to recommend it to anyone else in my life... Who gave you the right to snatch away customers money ? Can't believe I was your customer for 18 months, going with Jio now.

    The act fibre net is the very worst network service provide their staffs are very lethargic in work they couldn’t even resolve the problem higher authorities please look into this issue @ACTFibernet
