    @ACTFibernet I'm ACT customer and interested to go for 2ND fibernet connection in bangalore. Was connected frm your customer care to some fraud agents and sales team who are giving me wrong details & even lying to a point that the referral scheme is NOT there!! Whats happening?

    @ACTFibernet #balamaladi Very poor service in Vijayawada, the staff is useless doesn't want to work. It's better either replace the staff or shut down the office. Only fooling the customers

    @ACTFibernet I've paid full amount for internet connection on 2021Jan 31. No proper communication from customer care if asked for service related queries. Its been more than 30 days, still now no service, no connection, no refund. I want a solution immediately. @ConsumerCourt_

    @ACTFibernet wasted so much of my time and energy. Everytime I talk to your customer care executive I hear different things. I just want a damn disconnection and my money refunded. Why is this so hard?

    @ACTFibernet Your representative suggested me to choose another vendor. "There is no alternative for the junction box issue, I suggest you to disconnect our services" really!! SR10253237938615. Can you look into this ASAP.

    This is not the first time, I was charged o monthly basis even when I was not using the Internet and my routers were switched off. @ACTFibernet , never expected this. Facing too many issues again and again. I have raise request for disconnection now. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet ,i called 7,8 times to your customer care no after raising the complain with you...because of your bad response time,i had to move to other isp.
