  @ACTFibernet Your "Business Broadband" is a scam. 3rd outage in a month. Promised SLA: 2 hours. Actual downtime: 2+ days. Zero accountability, zero comm, zero recovery. Businesses pay for reliability, not excuses. Stop selling business connections if you can't deliver them.

  Dear @ACTFibernet, It's been 3 days without internet. I've called your customer support nearly 10 times, and every time I was promised the issue would be resolved "within the next 4 hours." Not a single technician has visited or even attempted to diagnose the problem.

  @ACTFibernet @ryzee_08 Funny how you're more concerned about choice of words than your quality of service. If ACT delivered internet with the same consistency it delivers lectures, customers wouldnt be frustrated in the first place. Respect is earned through service, not demanded through canned replies

  @ACTFibernet What is unacceptable is the attitude and treatment of the customer when that failure occurs. @ACTFibernet — I expect a proper explanation, immediate resolution and accountability for the way this complaint has been handled.
