    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Just had a word with Nanda Kumar from ACT social media team and he said he is looking into it. He also confirmed to call me every 30 mins to give an update. I am not sure about ACT as this company gives fake commitment and never installs or do anything within time. Still pathetic

    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet! Complaint #SR10276509724354 raised 2 days ago—still unresolved. 3 technicians contacted, all refused to come with excuses. Am I, the customer, supposed to chase them? Internet outage is affecting my work. Do I switch providers now?

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Am facing issue with the ACT internet at my home. The internet not working (internet LED goes OFF) whenever the power failure occurs. Your technical team keeps changing the backup battery (5 times), but still the problem is there.kindly resolve it

    @ACTFibernet ETR crossed today also, no calls from ACT , you guys have the worst customer service support, arrogant and useless. Social media cell called me that some one will call me, but no one called yet @ACTFibernet

    Hey @ACTFibernet, you promised network setup within 24 hrs after payment, but it's been over 72 hrs with zero response. Payment done, no update, no installation. Is this the service we should expect? @ACTFibernetHYD #ACTFibernet #CustomerService

    @ACTFibernet SR11076506168444 Please look into the issue. Internet has been down since yesterday and it's taken 1.5 days without resolution. The issue keeps coming again after every 10 days. This is a painful experience. Not able to each the engineer or customer care person.

    @ACTFibernet internet is down in a Aparna community in Hyderabad Nallagandla and has not been rectified for over two hours , the other vendor in community #Pioneer is working well , don't be surprised if hundreds of connections are disconnected in the next month because they will move to the other vendor to have stable connection
