    @ACTFibernet Now very irritating of this service. Received sms complaint closed. But still issue not resolved. Why send false sms.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer care.. If we try to raise support ticket it's raking to website with chatbot with worst response time which means I've to clise the chat with out raising complaint...

    @ACTFibernet I was a happy customer for more than 5 yrs and lately the connection is unstable. Try to open multiple complaints but ur team is closing the tickets without resolution. The CC team is so rude these days and they doesn't know what customer satisfaction actually means.

    @ACTFibernet Made a payment for a new connection for an entire year. Been 4 days and yet there is no connection at place. Kindly provide refund as it is taking too long. Will opt for a better service #actfibernetisnotreliable @airtelindia @HathwayBrdband

    @ACTFibernet Am not sure how many days do you need to resolve the issue, so far no responding. I never ever seen such worst service.

    @ACTFibernet How do you train your staff? To bully customers? Internet connection can't be restored without a functional router. Surely you know that. My Ticket Number : SR11049419722773. I am shocked at your staff's behavior and that you take 7 days to address a complaint

    @ACTFibernet The issues is not at all rectified still no internet already I have waiting for 5 days. Third complaints closed without customer knowledge worst network ever seen in chennai.

    @ACTFibernet Again my bill is for 983 which is atleast 300 rupees higher. Kindly fix it my bill date is 12 dec . I dont want late charges. Everytime bill is increased and i have to conplaint about it.. kindly help me out..
