@ACTFibernetHYD for 1 service request they took 8 days to resolve from6 months I'm bearing same issue and No one responnding they resolve the issue by there own time (i.e) 8 - 10 days they won't bother about customers I request dear friends don't take actfibernet connection

@airtelindia Since Airtel claims to be leading in this market, I guess that's why they have lost all care of customer satisfaction with consistently horrible services. @ACTFibernet or @reliancejio Gotta take a decision now. Can't put up with this headache after paying so much!

@ACTFibernet Thanks for good service, can you please refund my 1K which was supposed to be refunded on disconnecting the services. Its been 3 months the service is disconnected and router was taken but thanks to your service am still getting invoices to pay the bills for internet
