Really sick and tired of Act Fiber frequent disconnect problem in our area and one of the worst service quality. It takes 1-2 days time to solve one small issue. Worst service, waiting for Jio Fiber in our area @ACTFibernet @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber

@ACTFibernet Actually as per conversation on phone I didn't raise the ticket for disconnection suddenly without my permission your executive raise the disconnection ticket, is these rules is there in your company to disconnect the connection without permission of customer

@ACTFibernet broadband down since past 24 hrs in Meghana Paradise aprt, C V Ramannagar, Bangalore, 560093. This is the 2nd 24hr+ outage in 1 week. Please resolve ASAP
