  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHelp Repeated outages due to tampering at current junction box. Requesting junction box relocation/change to a secure location (locked/indoor) Or Please shift my connection to a different nearby box/port. Need permanent fix, not temporary repair.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

  @ACTFibernet unfortunately, I’m using your Internet services last 10 to 15 days. Internet services is worst, worst worst. my my daily routine work is check the internet and give a complaint and wait for the results. Nobody is here to clear the problem or give a proper Services.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10178879872976 Your router is lying within my premise for last 3 months after disconnection. Multiple followups on email, call and what not, but no resolution. I am throwing away your routers today if no one comes to pick it up.
