    @ACTFibernet is by far the worst service provider to resolve issues. Even after 11days of follow up and escalating to Nodal office I do not have a functional internet ! One team says it’s the other’s responsibility resulting to harassment of customers. Hope they fix it today

    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since I lost my internet connection and I have raised a ticket but Act is not acting the way they are supposed to act. I am waiting for the issue to be fixed so that I can renew my subscription which ends tomorrow Ticket: SR10366547987994.

    Hello @ACTFibernet team, I am highly impacted due to the outage in your service. It has been almost a week now your service went down. There is no ETA till now on the resolution. I am daily paying ₹50 for the internet / day which summed to ₹350 till today,

    @SyedAkbarTOI @siddharthk63 @ACTFibernet Very true, earlier their services were good, now the services are becoming very poor, they are very prompt in collecting the bills obstinately by pestering the customer, but they are miserably failed to attend the customer grievances.

    @ACTFibernet (1/2) Your service is not good. AC no 101007906403 I upgraded from monthly 300mbps to 6+1 giga plus. Paid 17000/-. But internet is suspended due to non payment. Why it is taking longer than expected. We are working from home. Due to your worst service,
