  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am a experience a tremendous lack of support with ACT my account need to be credited with agreed power discount instead of that it's debited and without calling I am getting messages ticket is closed

  @ACTFibernet It has been more than 3 weeks since the Account was disconnected (12 month plan) cust service team said i will get refund (Rs 8124)in 5 days ,have been calling daily still no refund its such a bad experience hope someone will look into this issue and refund asap

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , I want to reactivate my connection soon, plg act on these issues ASAP. being the best ISP in Hyd this is not the expected service frm you. I paid for 6 mnths but didnt used it for 4 months, that is not an issue. Why did I got due amount though I did not requested

  @ACTFibernet I took ur connection on 04th june that day sales executive said that we will install in 5 days but still they aren't installed and not picking up my call also. In customer care also they are not responding correctly if its go like this I'm going to cancel the order.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. My Internet is not working from 2 days. I tried to contact costumer care but all the lines were busy. Now I’m not able to attend my online classes because of this net issue . When i wake up this morning i want the problem to be fixed. Goodnight.
