    @ACTFibernet Other than sorry you didnt have any solution for this ?? Exactly on April 13th disconnect done and till today no refund has happened? What are you guys doing ??

    @ACTFibernet hi this is the second time in a week I am facing internet connectivity issue. Last time when it happened, the technician (hemanth) rejected the calls and didn't provide any update on the ETA. I hope this time it will be managed properly and get proper response.

    @ACTFibernet Still no one addressed my issue, its been one month internet is disconnected and no refund is provided . I can say this is worst experience any user can have. @jagograhakjago
