    Worst experience with @ACTFibernetHYD team. There is no use with raising tickets SR10158125053945 . They are bothering about feedback without doing proper solution. As of now I have raised more than 5 tickets on specific issue and it not yet resolved. #dontuseACT @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hello... Do you have plan to resolve the issue? Forget resolution, So far nobody cared to call and check what is the issue? Should I move to other service providers? In this "work from home" situations, I can not wait endlessly for my internet to get activated!!!

    @ACTFibernet Your technical person called at 10 in the morning stating he will show up in 30 minutes .. but he never showed up or called back. Please have the courtesy to resolve the since it's raised 48 hours ago .

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for responding at least. I have been hearing same response from the customer care fellows from today morning but till now NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO UPDATE OR PROVIDE RESOLUTION. Don't give false promises #disappointed #HelpMeHere

    @ACTFibernet your service is pathetic. Trying to reach your customer care for a solution on my internet connection from past couple of months and still the issue is not resolved. Lodged around 30 plus tickets but still to no benefit. I pay my bills slqnd I expect seamless service
