Internet service providers & Insurance companies should realise one thing. Serve your existing customers well and your quarterly sales targets will be met automatically. I got more calls from @ACTFibernet after surrendering the connection than when I was using their service

@ACTFibernet - You have a worst resource in Hyderabad team, she don’t know how to resolve customer queries and how to talk customer’s. She is is very arrogant and disconnecting the calls (3times) continuously without solving my problem.

@ACTFibernet Your team says that refund is completed on 9th February 2022 then why can't you provide us a transaction number and reference number can you tell? My humble request to other customers is please change you network to another

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When I told them that I had their connection since past 3 years in same building and when asked what has changed so drastically in past 1 year that requires me to install a Setup box to aval their service, there is no logical explanation from them.

@ACTFibernet The worst response this is not the first time... I'm facing from day 1....this issues... In our area Bhaskar and madhu is not answering the calls even
