    @ACTFibernet For installation ur team will reach soon to contact . When it comes to service issue there will be no response better uninstall worst service by @ACTFibernet .better will switch other service providers

    @ACTFibernet I hope you have understood the text message. There has been 6 days of unplanned outage in January and half of February. This warrants an explanation because you are not paying me back for the 6 days when the issue has been occuring repeatedly.

    Extremely bad experience with @ACTFibernet. They took payment in one account, activated internet in a different account, and after one month (and despite multiple calls to their call centre to fix this mess they made) suspended the internet saying payment due !!

    @Venk_SA @ACTFibernet Act customer service is one of the worst service.customer service agents talk so rude with customers and they just cut the call or mute and they don't give reply to customers.They took money for the service and then they said there is no service and not ready to give our money.
