    @ACTFibernet worst service 1st u hav to pay in advance for new connection and that is also not working in less than 24hours and when we complain the one liner u got is "will solve your problem in 24hour" nothing your u will get from the cust. Care please cancel the connection

    @ACTFibernet you need to be very ashamed for the way you are treating your customer. I have made the payment twice already and still no signs of getting my connection back! your customer care number is totally useless and I'm stuck with u guys

    @ACTFibernet SR11051996468072. How much does it take replace a router ? 10 days to an SR and no follow up or resolution. This is despite writing you umpteen emails, DMs and Tweets. Shame on you Guys!

    @ACTFibernet I dint knew it is so difficult to get new connection. Reaching MARS is also easy but getting connected with ACT is difficult. @airtelindia can u help me ?? Or anybody else on earth ??? Give me net.

    @ACTFibernet Wifi doesn't work for almost 7-12 days in a month..after raising complaint have to follow up for 3-4 days to resolve the issue.

    In this past month I have complained every week. And on my side there is no problem coz I have paid for a service that's at best miserable. All I get in return is "We are sorry. We will look into it" @ACTFibernet
