    @ACTFibernet I’ve put a request for shifting my connection to a new place.Really disappointed to see the kind of response I am receiving it’s been almost 12 days no one has come to resolve the problem. I call on the helpline every day just to hear we are putting it on priority.

    Can Someone suggest the best internet service provider other than @ACTFibernet ! In Suncity P&T colony. I’m really pissed 😡 off by calling them and following up with them since 02/08/21 @ACTFibernet used to be the best but now worst ! 🚽 @abhishekmurark3 any suggestions bro.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, my internet is down since 2 days. I have raised the ticket and called customer care 3 times. Your app doesn't show status on the ticket and your customer support team just says , sorry,. We are following, we are escalating, but issue is still not resolved

    @ACTFibernet There is some serious issues wrt junction box and it is impacting the connection for 7-8 users from last 3 weeks. I have raised several tickets but not able to get a permanent solution for this issue. Technicians are only providing temporary solution.
