    @ACTFibernet I have raised an ticket for low speed issues with id SR10263522224384. Engineer visited my place and inform me to change the router to dual band. Now 'ACT' is dening to provide me with same. They say " 75 Mbps is only if you connect through ethernet. Not via WiFi"

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 7th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    Dear @ACTFibernet please train your customer care team to take questions from customers. They should not go on mute if questions asked. Like Mr Prashant form Bangalore did. Please maintain power backups for your devices, instead of depending on BESCOM line

    @ACTFibernet seriously every day i have to raise ticket for wifi issue , an I'll just get a call after few hours an without even my concern resolved the ticket will be closed. Experiencing a worst service.

    Today I moved out of @HathwayBrdband and went ahead with @ACTFibernet.I had no internet for 15 days and kept calling them to help and not one from @HathwayBrdband helped me.they are useless goons who keep harrassing you via phone calls and have pathetic service.Don't waste money

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever! The n/w goes down frequently-4th time in last 7 days. U give an SLA of 24 hours. Technician comes at 23rd hour n fixes smthng. N/w goes off in next 12 hrs again. N Again 24 hrs SLA !! Wow!!! Pathetic Service!

    Worst service by @ACTFibernet from Tuesday on words I’m waiting to shift my location yet to now they didn’t solve my issue they are always delaying when I contact to customer support they said today definitely we I’ll solve your request please wait like that they are skipping

    I have never ever saw such an useless and worthless internet maintainance and customer service from @ACTFibernet. Made a huge mistake choosing this stupid network. Literally no internet from 2 weeks and I have not been getting any reply or update from the service team.#worthless
