    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for almost 5 days with no resolution despite multiple complaints. Technicians were unprofessional and gave excuses. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately and contact me ASAP. Ticket ID SR10381622770334

    and we are back within a month, raised a req, wifi not working since more than 8+ hours now. raised multiple reqs, tried calling your folks but their phone is always busy. @ACTFibernet won't let me work calmly i guess

    @ACTFibernet Unhappy with the recent service. Have been your customer for past 6 -8 years never faced any issues. Bill due date is 1September n I get messages every hour, everyday. It’s an harassment.

    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.
