@theadityadas @darkpatterns @ACTFibernet Another one: for cancellation, they will take a service request on phone only, then send you an email saying the request has been accepted / processed. Does not stop billing or actually cancel till you call again and dispute the charge.

@theadityadas @ACTFibernet Shifted from @ACTFibernet 2 years back. Best decision of my life. Pathetic service and connection. Local connections at least respond to your calls and come immediately to fix if any issue happens.

@ACTFibernet is there way to contact your costomer support? I don't find any support number or support email but all I can do is raising an ticket with some bot which never tells the exact resolution time.

@ACTFibernet @Prashanth5239 @ACTFibernet agree with them, we trust ACT and are dependent on it, but in todays time the service is a primary motto, but here it is astonishing that you are unable to get your services right, my entire work is on standstill because their is not net connectivity

@ACTFibernet Your website says you offer service in Tiruvallur, your CC number's automated response says service in TN is only in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Madurai. After being on hold for 10 minutes to speak to an executive with waitlist-1, no luck. Do you serve Tiruvallur?

@ACTFibernet Worst Service. They took 5 days to solve the issue and after I got my connection back, it was available only for 2 days and again my connection got lost. Very bad 👎. Solve it ASAP. I want it to be done by today. It's urgent. Ticket no: SR10162260641622
