@drashwathcn @ACTFibernet Awesome please ask their Hbr layout team who have made our area a hell . All the houses see cables thrown Cables lying down They don't have underground cables they take ownership of clearing is a joke. They are one of the main reasons why cables are on roads

Hello @ACTFibernet, I have been a user of your Internet service since 2019. Due to COVID I had to go home. But when I come back after a year, my internet is not working. The technicians tell me my connection is deactivated, however, the customer care tells me that's not true.

@ACTFibernet I find my network to be slow for past few days and I don't have any option of complaining on that in your APP or Customer care against promised 250 Mbps I get around 80 Mbps and that too it has no consistency. Can you imagine YouTube videos buffering at that speed?!
