    @ACTFibernet why do you install your wires at such a low height that everytime a truck passes by and your connection is gone . Disappointed by reactivating your service after a one year gap thinking things might have changed . Pls consider customers advice and not technicians.

    @ACTFibernet Please tell me by when the wifi service will be restored. We are paying you for service and you guys are not even bothered to resolve the same on priority. Its almost 3 days Wifi is not working what the hell you guys are doing.

    @ACTFibernet I am Karthik from madurai. My Internet is not working from last 4 days. I have messaged the person who initially installed it and tired of numerous calls. Also raised the ticket-SR11465833144274. Can you pls fix it asap. I regret of not choosing Airtel/Jio .
