    Hi @ACTFibernet, I recharged for a 1-year plan, but due to a cable issue from your end, my Wi-Fi was unavailable for nearly 3 months. Since the issue was on your side, kindly extend my plan by 3 months or provide appropriate compensation. Please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Technician Akhilesh confirmed the issue would be resolved before 4 PM. It is now 5:30 PM and he is not answering my calls. Why are incorrect ETA being provided? Kindly look into this and expedite the resolution ASAP.

    Hi @ACTFibernet again started facing issues within a month. Will I get refund now. Out of 3 months paid atleast, 5 days internet did now worked in first 1.5 month

    @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connectivity for the last 4 days! Every technician who is calling for the last 4 days asks the same question, “sir, do you know where is the box in your area?” Seriously? Is that my job? Horrible experience

    @ACTFibernet Your team called 2 times but FAILED to share the notification as well as customer consent. Thy say we sent for plan upgrade wen asked did customer received any proof ..no answer, is this how ACT work..then you say cust u drop email to X team if u want tht email..what is this

    Hi @ACTFibernet I am facing issue with my internet connection from past 2 hours unable to raise the complaint from Act App or ACT web
