    @ACTFibernet : My ACT internet connection at home has been down for 6 days now and I was compelled to raise a disconnection request (Ref No SR10161749088938). Your call center calls aren't going through despite waiting for 30 minutes. I need my balance refund to be processed ASAP

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service, don't recommend others to subscribe. I placed a shifting request on August 28th, I was promised 3/9 2PM the request will be completed, 3/9 6:56 PM Customer Care asked me to raise another request and put me on an infinite hold.

    Hello @ACTFibernet I had called act customer care on 31st aug for temporary disconnection. The was routed to another team and got disconnected before I reach them. I was told I will get reponse in 24hr but didn't get any. Now I can't reach customer care no. Itself What the hell

    @ACTFibernet Sorry, but I'm tired of these canned responses. Can I get a clear estimate of when and how you will be resolving my refund issue? Your local service team lead is only mentioning that the disconnection and refund team will call me, but there's no call from anyone at all.

    @ACTFibernet worst service!! From two days my internet is not working and when I call customer support they hang and abuse the customer!! Poor customer service.

    @ACTFibernet This is a lie. We never received a call from you. In fact, we have tried to speak to your highly inefficient customer care representatives because you guys refused to call us. They were hardly of any help either. Result: I have had no internet for a week. You guys are the worst.
