    @ACTFibernet Connection down for last 12 hrs, whole day. No update, no email, no message, no call. Ticket raised, there is no number for us to call, chatbot is not useful. Multiple homes in one apartment complex all impacted. No one having update. What is going on? #ACTFibernet

    @JM_Scindia @ACTFibernet sir we are one of the customer of ACT fibernet which we took the connection in good faith but all nnmany false promises are done by ACT and after receiving no reply from company at all. I hv tweeted them but no proper response. Customer are cheated

    @ACTFibernet I need this to be resolved today evening but your service representative didn't pick my calls , yesterday they said it was a big fault ,we will sort it out by today morning asap,but till now not done that

    @ACTFibernetHYD has the worst & incompetent customer service ever, their executives and supervisors lie repeatedly and make customers wait for a call back for 6+ hrs. Their supervisors are not interested to talk to customers and their executives are rude @GoI_MeitY @ACTFibernet

    Disconnected ACT Fibernet due to pathetic service. Refund is on hold as no one’s collecting the router despite repeated calls. Tired of fake promises like “you’ll get a call in 1hr.” Enough! Fix this now #ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet is the worst IP. From the past 3 months i am faced network problem atleast 15-18days. They take 2-3days to solve the issue. Every week there will be atleast 1-2 days of internet downtime. Never take actfibre even the customer service is worst! #ACTFibernet
