    @ACTFibernet No it has not. It’s funny you have the audacity to ask for a feedback without actually performing the service. The team at @ACTFibernet has been nothing but incompetent and hostile. Had to go 5 days without WiFi, called them 50 times in a day and all they care for is feedback

    @ACTFibernet Lol. As if that's going to resolve anything. Don't you tell your staff, in technical training, to resolve complaint if the speed for 2.4GHz is between 40-50Mbps?

    @ACTFibernet This is a lie. We never received a call from you. In fact, we have tried to speak to your highly inefficient customer care representatives because you guys refused to call us. They were hardly of any help either. Result: I have had no internet for a week. You guys are the worst.

    @ACTFibernet Feel regretted to switch to ACT. Poor customer service. Paid full amount(200Mbps), receiving sub par services(Mbps) Raised ticket 20 days ago (crossing SLAs). no action

    @ACTFibernet You have Extremely poor customer care services, have been trying to connect to connect to a representative since morning but unable to do so as call gets blank after 8 mins. Plus your service representative Don't have the basic knowledge as well regarding the process
