    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Everyday between 5PM-11PM my internet ACT connectivity is very poor and i could see lot of packet loss in the network. I have most of my office meetings in this time frame and I need to connect to my mobile hotspot inorder get a good connection.

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure whats happening, from past one week I am facing network connectivity issue every now and then. I have raised request so many times, they come fix something for 2 mins and go. Next day issue starts again!

    @ACTFibernet 3rd day without internet service. I've called 6 times to get help. They promised to fix it today but no one came or had the courtesy to call me. I've been a ACT customer for a long time but never had such an unpleasant experience/faced unprofessional treatment.

    Holy ****! @ACTFibernet 's service in Bangalore has been terrible over the past few months. Zero ***** given to customers. Their "CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE" is basically an IVR repeating bullshit pre-recorded statement unrelated to what you want. Not a single human helping out.

    @ThatNaimish @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I once raised 10 tickets back to back and ACT kept closing the tickets marking the issue resolved, When I didn't even get a call back regarding the problem 🤦🏻

    @ACTFibernet 25 days you've saying the same thing and giving fake assurances and you're not able to fix my connection and unble to instal a junction box as you instal junction anywhere you like That's how it not works
