@ACTFibernet This ACT on people is Frude. It been more than one month still not received amount. Without intimation they deducted router charges from my refund. I'm raising request for refund but this people taking my issue to billing department.ACTfibernet completely fake and Frude.trustless

@ACTFibernet It's better to switch to another ISP. Many complaints in this area ( chandanagar) still went with your network. I was wrong. Daily the internet drops. We are working from home and need uninterrupted internet and your customer service is next level crazy.

@ACTFibernet - I have been using ACT for 10 years and now the service has become very pathetic. Intermittent connection, drops out frequently. We are working from home and require uninterrupted service. The service is really bad at huda colony, chandanagar.
