@ACTFibernet How can u guys sleep over things like net being down. Your guys tell us that some server is down somewhere and they're not sure of recovery. It's been off since yesterday night in yemalur area . All this with wfh. Is it better to choose Airtel again over u guys?

Customer service is very pathetic with @ACTFibernet CHENNAI. Their engineers are not answering on the ticket status and they keep changing the resolution for the ticket raised. Above all there is no customer care number provided in the app to call and report this.
