Internet Down | Reason- Act does not have a good backup system. When ever there is power cut in my area. The Internet goes down too, reason every time is that, there is no power backup!!. 2 tubular battery can bring connection live for 5000+ customers @bengaluru @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet customer support is really bad, I was told that getting 2 months of free connection but the next month ACT billed me and suspended my connection now. The ACT app is not letting me raise the complaint until I pay the bill. @ACTFibernet

Extremely bad experience with @ACTFibernet. They took payment in one account, activated internet in a different account, and after one month (and despite multiple calls to their call centre to fix this mess they made) suspended the internet saying payment due !!

Act promises the Customer for good internet access but it lie for every two days need to raise a ticket they will close the ticket without informing the Customer, I have taken new connection it's less than 1 month I have raised multiple tickets @ACTFibernet #worstInternet
