They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end. After taking the initial payment for 3 months the service representative has stopped responding to calls. Just hope the refund comes on time.
