    @ACTFibernet I paid 6months advance charges, payment was made 10days before the due date,yet my services were barred without any justification.This is a clear case of incorrect billing & deficiency of service. Despite advance payment,my money is blocked & services are disrupted.

    @ACTFibernet your service in Chennai, especially in the Adyar area is absolutely dogshit. How is it that the internet connection just disappears the moment there is some sort of power fluctuation. Your customer support is also downright terrible.

    @ACTFibernet stop harassing or I'll lodge a GD at police station on 18th Dec 2025 by 12noon. I'm everyday calling your customer support, they are telling me one technician would come to collect the router. I told many times on the call that I'm moving out of Bangalore permanently

    @Cerealcrunch59 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I’m getting the similar issues in Guntakal, however when speaking to customer service, I was asked if my name is “Ben *****”. It’s not. My name is Sam? All a bit confusing as I’ve only recently moved to India.

    @ACTFibernet So you still didn't get the problem. As promised I expected it should be done yesterday, but now you guys are saying 48 hours by then my work hours will be over as it will be weekend. What should I do till then? Do you expect me to work next two days using mobile data 👏👏

    @ACTFibernet even your customer. Care doesnt respond and even after paying for months in advance you bill me unlawfully and block my service. This impacts my work and you are forcing me to pay for something that I didnot even apply for. How? #jaagograhakjaago

    @ACTFibernet Paid for six months in advance, but after one month, the account is suspended, asking for more payment. Raised ticket SR11078338411574. Does that fall under ethical service? 😠 Halted my connection without prior notice! 😡 .
