Don't trust internet providers in India like Ecxitel (@excitel_rocks ). Just waste of money. Their support just poor. They are just fooling around. Instead go for @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia xTream fibrenet. #Scam

@ACTFibernet My issue is still there network enginner guy came and told that its a old router and it should get changed but they dont have any other router and went back. So i need a new router or else i want my money return and cancel my subscription

@ACTFibernet Every time your switch will be down can't you maintain quality switches i know act fibernet is using Chinese equipment. Dear act team try to use non Chinese products i know you will mainly concentrate on looting but if you want enough profits don't use chinese products

@ACTFibernet why are you insinuating On eKYC every location shifting for existing customers in the name of @TRAI is it mandatory for location change of existing customers as well. Your people don't contacted till now to resolve the issue.

The worst customer call @ACTFibernet today. In menu: I opted to converse in Kannada. Yet the agent asked me2speak in Hindi/English. WHY? This isn't the 1st time. I refused. So, he put me on hold for 10 min & then he cut the call. I have a recording. @KannadaGrahaka

@ACTFibernet Your support staff jokers at it again. I have requested for cancellation, then where does the safe custody fee arise? And what are you keeping in custody by the way? These calls are nothing short of harassment.
