@ACTFibernet Your service flaws continues. I was shown a due date of 30th Oct to make the payment for last month bill and I paid it on 16th but I was still charged late payment fee. I wasn't informed about the shifting charges of 650 but I am charged again! What's happening?

@ACTFibernet SR10263382845594 Since Friday Internet not working. Ticket closed without resolution. Same answer from call centre- have put on priority, will get resolution in 1 hour? Seriously? Dont know how to make you understand how critical it is..

@ACTFibernet U say this everytime and the worst thing is your enginers don't work at night causing any problem to stretch for minimum 12 + hours and also due to repeated problem me and all my friends are considering shifting towards @reliancejio
