    @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days since I raised a ticket for internet connection issue and still not resolved. Service engineer contact was not share i was only able to request a call back frm app I did it twice and never got any call from engineer (cont)

    @ACTFibernet I am raising a ticket almost everyday. It's getting tiring and impacting my work. You need a long term solution. Please have someone call me, the box needs to be fixed

    ACT has pathetic service throughout my journey. My connection was disconnected on 10th july 2026. I requested for an intercity connection but customer care guys made blunders & I couldn't get connection in the new city. Till date no refund e1 after asset recovery. @ACTFibernet
