    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi since the installation was done I have used the net for only 2 to 3 hours. It again went down and I raised SR10158258949628. Every morning someone gives a courtesy call, does not resolve and in the evening they close it. My problem is still not resolved

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in 3rd Main, Koramangala 1st block. The service has been really bad lately. But now stopped working. Please fix it fast. Working from home. And why does the Support option in your App ask for camera access?

    @VijayGopal_ @hydcitypolice @ACTFibernet This is fraud company.. they have reactivated my connection without my consent at a place where am not there.. when I reached out to them they took 1 week to disconnect but sent a bill for the services which I have never used..and still not remved it from my name😡 #ActFiberFraud

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure if this happens to all, but every 15 days I am losing internet, I raise a request someone comes and it starts working. Why after every 15 days I get downtime? What is the permanent fix? Pin code 560075
