    @ACTFibernet Greetings, this is Sabari Ganesh from Ramnagar, Coimbatore. ACT has been facing connectivity issues since morning in the entire apartment. Not able to WFH. We tried calling the local service centre but no response. Kindly action in resolving the issue at the earliest

    Getting a H1B visa to the United States of America is definitely easier than getting a refund and disconnection from @ACTFibernet. You guys are really a pain. One month gone. Worst response.

    Never seen a pathetic customer service like @ACTFibernet, Hanging up the calls when you ask for queries. Highly not recommending anyone to use @ACTFibernet at all. So unethical and unprofessional bunch of staffs everywhere from service engineers to call center people

    @ACTFibernet is terrible. The customer call centre is one of the most inefficient set-ups I've seen my whole life. Gave a request to change my plan to monthly 5 days back but no action has been done. They're too lazy to change the billing cycle. Preposterous customer service.

    @ashokudayakumar @ACTFibernet Exactly. They have this shitty template response on Twitter but never call back. They suck real hard in terms of after sales. But I'm just inquisitive in terms of how they're super prompt and responsive interms of invoicing and billing.

    @keerthivarmann @ACTFibernet Yeah. Thanks man. I was planning to switch. They're offering NETFLIX, Prime, Hotstar too along with JIO TV. And the cost is the same. I'm just worried if the service is upto the mark considering they're new in the market.

    @BhubanTripathy @ACTFibernet True. This company is quite lousy in terms of service. They charge clients a premium but are super slow in fixing the internet. Last time, I lost 2 days. Now 1.5 days. No resolution. No customer satisfaction.The end for ACT is not far. It's a super competitive market #jio#airtel

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since yesterday 2 PM. Its been almost 24 hrs. When I call customer care they get frustrated when I ask them the exact cause and disconnect the call. What kind of service is this? @airtelindia how quick can you provide a fiber broadband connection?

    @ACTFibernet U guys hve one of the worst customer service I evr had. you've only given false commitments from day one. Couldn't even give a connection in 2 weeks but gave commitment of giving it in 2 days. And your POC aren't even picking up calls to cancel and refund. Frustrated

    @ACTFibernet Something that u guys from yesterday is saying is put on top priority....hasn't bee resolved after 30 hrs....your pathetic service is for everyone to see on Twitter. Changing the service without fail from next month. Had tried to be patient in these 30 hrs...but to no avail😡😡
