On 30th July 2020, these @ACTFibernet guys said they’ll complete my disconnection and refund process in three working days. Poor people seem to be working on a different time zone. It’s been 2 months today and nothing has happened. Vera level ra neenga!

@sithhlordd @ACTFibernet Exactly man. Someone from @ACTFibernet called me today and in the afternoon for 10mims it was at 50mbps but now it's back to its original speed of 1.5mbps. The customer service guy told me my router was old. That old router still gives me 100mbps which is a decent speed.

@Ansh_Unleashed @ACTFibernet Actually, i have one issue a year. So their services are really good. People usually lodge complaints on social media and rarely talk about services when things are good. The metric for good service is how frequently the average consumer raises a complaint.

@airtelindia @ACTFibernet there seems to be an interconnect issue between you two guys in my area (pincode 560043). On speedtest on my act fibernet,i get good speeds on all servers except Airtel Bengaluru (less than 1Mbps).
