They charge clients a premium but are super slow in fixing the internet. Last time, I lost 2 days. Now 1.5 days. No resolution. No customer satisfaction.The end for ACT is not far. Gave a request to change my plan to monthly 5 days back but no action has been done. They're too lazy to change the billing cycle. Preposterous customer service.
