@SukunaVal @ACTFibernet Ikr? I've used Airtel before, they would fix routing issues in one week max after complaining. Here ACT says it's impossible to fix routing and to tells me to get my account closed if I don't like it.

@ACTFibernet It has been more than 4 days since I placed a request for a router and reconnection of my account. If you are not able to deliver just mention so I can go ahead with other service providers. Disappointing service, don't recommend.

I request all people in Warangal please don't go for @ACTFibernet in Warangal. They are worst in service. If you want new connection they will call immediately. But if you got a service problem. They didn't even answer your call and resolve the issue.
