    @ACTFibernet asking for a plan change for long time. You dont process my request and raise invoice for old plan. Aft making payt, you say plan cant be changed, adding zee subscription to my bill when i haven't recd login itself. A big no to ACT.Poor customer service, billing dept

    @ACTFibernet Firstly why do you need our location. Don’t say you need to make user experience better because you don’t need to know our location for that. First try to fix bugs in your app later on you can provide internet.

    @ACTFibernet Its really bad since that time, the connectivity broke yesterday night, as usual nothing productive communication from your customer care, just same repeated answers. You can save a lot by using bots 🤖 I must say.

    @ACTFibernet heights of cheating by your sales person. He promised me 300 mbps speed and sold me higher plan. He knew the society has limitations and 300 mbps cannot be achieved. He is now saying it is society problem and no refund is possible now. You will be out of business

    @ACTFibernet It is utter despair and shame to inform that the service engineers who visits the premises in resolving the issue has got no sense and worst attitude. I have been the customer since years and my property is being for multiple connections. No courtesy at all.

    @ACTFibernet Respected sir There is a very bad quality of Net service in Zeba bagh area of Asif Nagar , Hyderabad Please rectify the problem immediately. Otherwise we will be forced to move to some other service provider Land Mark: Near Ahmed Function Palace and Ahmed Cafe
