@ACTFibernet @bakricharwaha me too waiting for call back since 02 Aug..service request raised on 02 Aug for installation of new connection closed by ACT..neither installation done nor annual subscription paid has been refunded but service request closed..Guys avoid ACT..cheaters, malpractices & harassment.

Minutes after creating a service request for my internet connection being down, @ACTFibernet immediately sent me an SMS stating that it is taking longer than expected to resolve my issue and delayed the expected resolution time further. How! #fail

@ACTFibernet I seriously hoped that your team atleast knows meaning of disconnection, have basic understanding of tool, trained to view at status and have that much work ethics to not to bug customer every 30 mins. Please make off-boarding of customer easy and not painful.
