@ACTFibernet frequently speeds dropping and fluctuating ,...and internet is frequently disconnecting in Kolathur area. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. I raised a ticket and it is resolved . Again the next day the issue raised again.

This @ACTFibernet has the most utterly unprofessional bunch of team members. When you raise them concern, without listening fully they simply disconnect the call. Happened twice with me today. Since yesterday my internet is not working. Utterly disgusting service.

@ACTFibernet call center people just say wait for 24 hours I wil get a call back , but it's been more than 8 days now I didn't recived any call , if u guys don't want to give connection then please don't take money first from customer , no one responds after the payment.
