    @ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen. Made an complaint for internet not working yesterday(SR10357149945792) Still it was not resolved. No Engineer assigned for technical assistance & every time by customer care asking me 2 hrs time. After that also it was not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet internet is a fraud. I was getting 60mbps speed on 150mbps. When I called the customer care they immediately reset it to 150 back. Happened twice. Scam. Wud strongly recommend against it.

    @ACTFibernet this is a dense mf company. I got a disconnection done and they said they only owe me 1400 for 3 months of pending service? Well I paid much higher for 3 months. And its been a month and I haven’t received my refund yet. How long should I wait? Or would I not get it?

    @arunbothra @ACTFibernet @SwiggyCares Both are slow in customer care services. First one could not process a request for relocation for 10 days, eventually had to switch to other connection and second one did not returned my money and it's been an year.
