    @ACTFibernet I am deeply disappointed with your service. After reaching out more than 15 times in the past 2 days I have not received any response. It's shameful to see this kind of customer service. It is currently resonating with government offices. Only Promises No Actions!!

    @HathwayBrdband I never tried you guys @HathwayBrdband #. I’m a loyal customer of @ACTFibernet BUT NOW AFTER PAYING them for whole year they are treating their loyal customers like this. Trust me they really sucks.

    @ACTFibernet Hello, My connection was disconnected in March as per my request. But I didn't received refund amount yet (connection security amount). I contacted multiple time but customer care always told me that I will receive msg for link but not received any msg.

    @ACTFibernet SR10557184075835 Service outrage was for 2 days and not one day as already mentioned in the complaint. If you have any issue with my request CALL ME AND TALK TO ME on my registered mobile number and don't close the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet I've just been getting msgs to reinstate my connection, however i was told that i will be getting an offer for it, there was never a followup and iam just getting msgs for reactivation charges getting included in the bill but no proper service for paying the bill
