@ACTFibernet request for disconnection placed wef 10 march. Support team calls up n disconnects immediately after trying to tell me not to relocate.3rd time i have been suggested to stop relocation by ur team . if u r told a date to disconnect pl honour it

@ACTFibernet Grievance was resolved but lasted only a day. Looks like the fiber got cut somewhere a/c to your field engineer. Kindly open up an emergency ticket. I appreciate your quick response.
