    @ACTFibernet Your customer service has become unbearable. Every time I call—no matter the number—the call gets picked up and then immediately disconnected. And if I ask to be transferred to the retention team, it drops right away. What’s going on? #explosion #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi I've raised a complaint on Internet disconnectivity 3 days back. Till now we are receiving same message saying it is taking longer than expected. When u r expecting to resolve this issue? I know the current situation u r facing. But atleast we deserve approx date?

    @rajeshreddyega @ACTFibernet That's another issue going on. Based on feedback, I have applied for a Jio connection, I have paid for it. But they are not installing it now. I have been waiting for a week now. @JioCare customer care also sucks.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for almost a month. No response from engineers or customer service despite repeated attempts (Ticket: SR10176953022133). Either fix the issue immediately or issue a refund for the service I paid for. If not resolved, I’ll pursue legal action

    @ACTFibernet what’s going on? Total outage and no resolution timeline! Customer care says 3 days to fix it — and even asked if I want to disconnect. Really? That’s your support? You never forget to charge us on time (with penalty if late!), but when we need service — nothing.

    @ACTFibernet, I was wrongly charged ₹3631.17 on 29th Aug. Called support, told reversal in 3 days. Later told it’s updated & will reflect soon. Got the same assurance multiple times but no action. Today is 11th Sep & charge still shows. Please resolve this urgently.
