    Don't ever take the Act fibernet for the broadband services,since 4 days network has disconnected and the response from the team is also not satisfactory. I am most dependent on the Internet for my work ,kids are missing their cartoons and same as my parents @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Despite several calls and emails, nobody from your customer care bothered to get the router collected for over month. After collection, nobody bothered to update pickup in system. Technician sent sms today he has deposited router long back . Restore connection 102011309329

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No one came till date to pickup device. As I said already that I'm going to relocate to my hometown on 1st Aug, so any further delay in getting device picked up will further delay closure of issue and process refund. Need your attention here.

    Still waiting for my ACT Fibernet refund since disconnecting the service on 29 May 2025. Despite follow-ups, multiple tickets, endless conversations with customer care, no action yet. Extremely disappointing experience. @ACTFibernet - please process the request urgently.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call informing me that u r upgrading ur service making it 400mbps.that's ur issue u want to do it to retain cust in this competitive market...but when I asked what will be the impact on my monthly bill she informed that it will also go up by 100/-
