    @ACTFibernet regretting getting ACT. Disappointed with network. Internet cuts after 1 hour when there is a power cut. Technician informs this is the battery backup they get and can't do anything more.

    On the other @ACTFibernet has been hopeless they removed the backup power box about 6 months ago... so wherever power goes internet goes down.... Reaching there support is a nightmare.... looks like they don't care about users in our building.
