@ACTFibernet you are claiming that best broadband service in chennai, for resolving a small network issue your team is taking more than 5 days. After lot of escalations, nothing is done. Great efforts. I was using act before, indeed it was good. Now a days it becomes worst.

@ACTFibernet Hello Mr. @ACTFibernet CEO, first please serve what you promised to your customers. I opted for 75 mbps plan and you gave me a router of max capacity 40 mbps. When I ask for the low speed issue your team recommended me to upgrade my plan. Is it the way how @ACTFibernet loot us?
