    @ACTFibernet I took a new connection 5 days ago and till now no one has cared to come for the installation. I have called the customer service centre atleast 15 times and escalated the issue but there seems to be no response. Please look into this matter.

    @hathway- I know you dont care about customers but after waiting for three days 20042021V125491 is closed. Packet loss is still not resolved. I have another 20 Mbps @ACTFibernet for which I dont see this issue.

    @ACTFibernet seriously stop posting adds that your internet is the fastest improve your customer support first that is more important than your internet speed no one can tolerate if he gets recked for more than 2 days just to reactivate his Connection. Customer experience 👎👎
