    @ACTFibernet App is showing nothing ,yesterday resolution time update 16 hr still no one visit to check issue also no appropriate update in ticket If 1 forget to pay on time you make several followup through app, WhatsApp,sms etc, but on complete no response even after ETR.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 1-2 days down is a glitch. 7+ days with no internet is a failure. Apologies don’t connect us — fixing it will.

    @ACTFibernet This is not the first time. Almost every month I face the same issue, with outages lasting more than a day. While taking the connection, promises were made about quick resolution within a few hours, but the reality is completely different. Worst service

    1) Dear @ACTFibernet, My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon. I registered a complaint through your app immediately, but after generating a ticket there has been no update, no resolution, and no communication from your team. It's been over 24 hours without service.

    @ACTFibernet You should scrap your app. It’s the most useless app. It doesn’t give any resolution nor its user friendly. No resolution to my request for 4 days. You don’t care about the customer since you have recd the payment upfront. You can refund the payment & close the connection.
