    @ACTFibernet ACT way of fixing the problem… If you cannot fix the problem in given time frame just extend the ETA to more 24 hours and add a word ‘regret’ to it. Wow what a customer friendly service @ConsumerReports #avoidACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have also raised an appeal with consumer forum, but it seems @ACTFibernet does not care. I would recommend to anyone reading this, please avoid ACT for its horrible service

    @ACTFibernet Really annoying. Internet Gone again its been an hour now. Engineers are not answering to my calls. WTF I will disconnect the service as ACT is not suitable for Official work.

    @ACTFibernet Then what experience did you wanted have by us?before getting the connection your people were calling day and night to show as if they are very supportive and helpful..after getting the connection none of the people are ready to help.

    Only last option left out is consumer case against @ACTFibernet after tweet also you people are not bothering the issue at all. It’s more than a month I paid the amount for new connection. But action has taken so far. Such hell services by Act fibernet team

    For 11 days @ACTFibernet assured me that my plan will be changed to monthly and there will be no suspension of services. Yet today they have sent me a suspension notice. This is despite numerous emails and calls from my end. Such an agonizing service! #ACT #broadband

    @ACTFibernet firstly RIP. Never contact customer server. unable to resolve my connection issues and billings issue in 3 working days. keep on raising tkts with priority. tkt count is piling up but not the resolution. hence came out of ACT completely.
