@ACTFibernet From Morning Onwards No internet connection. I Repetadly Call customer Care But no one coming to Resolve the issue And when one person who is local technician of act picked my phone ,said i will not come do whatever you want to do,this is horrible service .

@ACTFibernet Your customer support is not responding and helping. Also raised a request for disconnecting without my final consent. Tried reaching multiple times but they are not answering calls just muting the call after receiving it. Refund my money please.

@ACTFibernet No internet from long time, same issues every day and when you call customer support the default response we get is they have registered the complaint and technicians will look into it. It's a pain specifically since we are working from home.

@ACTFibernet Really have frustrating customer care team where they cannot even generate a simple monthly receipt and send even after following for 1 month with them. Only the best thing they can do is raise new ticket and disconnect the call.
