@ACTFibernet Of course, the Internet service went down again. FRUSTRATING is a mild, mild word. WHY can't be fixed it for good? Ticket no: SR10366243383674. Just take a look at the number of tickets we've opened since we had our connection. A/c: 103658792254. Are you guys seriously this bad??

@Airtel_Presence I’ve been trying to get Airtel Xtream fibre installed in 560005. Raised a request on 28th Oct, followed up with 2 calls to customer care - no action yet. Raised a request to @ACTFibernet 2hrs back, have got a call. First time customer is running to buy service!
