  @ACTFibernet Hi Team, my internet has been down for 3 days. An engineer visited after 2 days but the issue returned within hours. I can't reopen the ticket, and despite repeated calls, no engineer has visited since yesterday. This is affecting my work.

  @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet After the series of complaints no engineer came and resolved. Last three days we don’t have internet connection. Such a worse Customer service and arrogant engineering team. Finally I am closing my act fibre connection. Please don’t rely on sales team of act fibre. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I had raised a request for a shift in connection. The resolving time was today by 1 PM. The service person is not responding. The service for ACT is so poor.
