@DoT_India Please take stringent action against these service providers who considers quality of service is a non issue. @ACTFibernet last time it took more than 24 hrs to fix the issue. let’s see how long for this time and what’s your excuse gonna be. My Case ID SR10365605034754

@ACTFibernet I just checked your team what is the status. Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?

@ACTFibernet poor service there modems come with just 6 months warranty and then they would tell you to buy a new one, not fix it if it gets broken.
