    @ACTFibernet your field engineers are impolite and mock customers. This slow speed issue has been dragging on for 3 weeks SR10366610324144. They keep closing without reason. Are your people uneducated?

    @ACTFibernet you provide advanced technology service, but your support system lacks very basic technology in recording a node location geographically and attending to a service call. Staff call customers and ask about location, landmark etc. Too poor assimilation of technology.

    @ACTFibernet Same answer.we are not happy with your services. During regular times your internet get disconnected. And you say issue related to power cut. You need to have alternate solution.
