  @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours since my internet connection is down and @ACTFibernet is least bothered about rectification. Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.

  @ACTFibernet since last three days my internet down raised ticket simply extending ticket and three time called back office after long que waiting 15 to 20 minutes no proper answer I am using act more than 13 years now forcing me to move another service provider

  @ACTFibernet pathetic service! Moving to absolutely anything else from tomorrow. Thanks for nothing! Also, your customer service representative on call seems to enjoy customer's problems. May be train them well.

  @ACTFibernet - your customer service are using every trick in the book to get me to move from my current plan Blaze. Their fav line is it is not available anymore and customers have to choose the higher package. This is half truth as existing customers can continue on that plan

  @ACTFibernet Internet is down at my flat since last two days. The technician seems to be "chalta hai" type if he doesn't even know what the issue is and that he couldn't fix. Your customer care team is there to simply apologise and do nothing😕 Ticket no: SR10281007414784

  @ACTFibernet How come ticket are closing with out resolving it, day before yesterday you have closed but no internet, still your technician not came. This is happening 3rd time. I am not happy qoth your service. Please refund my money back and Wil go to other network

  @ACTFibernet 1 or 2 days we can understand! This is not inconvenience to me. This is dangerous hazard & inconveniencen to every human life passing this wire! Need super urgent assistance. How can ACT can sit 7 days on this issue?
