@ACTFibernet Team, I'm having such a bad experience with your helpdesk and call support for the service request SR10264268766716. I just requested a manual bill for the month of Feb 2022. Misinformation from the call support and no response from helpdesk its been 7 days now.

@ACTFibernet I have opened one ticket # SR10164252557655 opened on 28-Feb-22. it's take 5-10 mints to fix (remove static-ip and adjust bill amount) but sill that issue not resolved. I have been calling ur call center daily but no use. Please let me know when it resolve?

@airtelindia Worst Experience of Airtel Broadband in Bangalore. Raised a ticket 3 days ago, got closed without any support. The Customer support system is also a Bot speaking the same thing. It was an worst decision to switch to @airtelindia from @ACTFibernet .

@ACTFibernet From ookla it shows me 9mbps still not close to 300mbps that i have plan for. I have reached out at 2pm to our society act person +91 95139 74302 and till now it hasn't been solved. Reached out to your support they cut the call.
