@ACTFibernet Act Broadband has worst customer service . I have been calling them. Dont expect your call get connected at once , IVR takes a long time to connect and call get disconnected automatically . Ticket no- SR11064733122184

@ACTFibernet So this is how it is going to work. We politely pay you the money. You do installation, then you disconnect my internet. Later no 1 will even think to respond for my calls and messages. Pathetic service I’ll ensure no 1 buys around me of #DontbuyActfibre

I did a mistake for taking @JioCare connection instead of @ACTFibernet. Jio Fiber is pathetic with zero percent support. Their customer support is lesser than Worst

@ACTFibernet i don't know why your people give wierd reasons like "Furniture" , "WALLS" for slow internet speed. Do you wish your customers to carry the router with them all the times to get good internet speed.? Worst ever service by a broadband service provider.
