    @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic customer service you guys have. No response since 4-5 days. There’s no actual line which people can call and complain. All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they can’t, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     Got the new connection last Sunday & 2 days later on Tuesday evening the internet went down. Raised the ticket with you but till now there is no update. Customer support kept on saying to wait for 1 hour but i see no end to this. SR11081169000614 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi, another 24hrs crossed but still no solution. I haven’t received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

    I thought Airtel was giving horrible wifi services but I don’t mind biting the bullet by admitting my mistake that if you are opting for @ACTFibernet then you will crying for the time you have subscribed to their most pathetic, 3rd class services. DON’T EVER GO FOR @FiberAct
