  @ACTFibernet I'm a resident of Balanagar Hyderabad, I have raised a SR10180078427864 request on May 2 2026 1 PM IST, now it is more than 26+ hours and counting. Still the issue persists. I have faced the same issue one week back. It was fixed one week back.

  @ACTFibernet I got a call from sales team saying if you buy a new connection we will give you flat 1000 rs discount and also Install the connection same day. I paid the amt yesterday neither I got 1000 Rs nor the service is installed. I cheated by your sales team. Ac 101800834944

  @ACTFibernet I applied for a new ACT connection today and was promised same-day activation by the sales executive. However, after taking the payment, they are neither answering my calls nor providing the connection. This is very unprofessional. Please resolve this issue urgently

  @ACTFibernet @exploreIMC Worst service never go for act fiber , they Torcher users cutting the Internet on long holidays and weekdays and they never give the permanent solutions they juts fix the problem only for a day and month
