    @ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, I have raised a request yest for downgrading a plan and ur team gave me a timeline of 3 days to make the change. Why will it take 3 days to change the plan? Can ur team look into this on priority? No action so far - SR10164930209315. Bad customer support as well.

    @ACTFibernet you took 1 week to say it is not possible to establish a connection & initiated refund without any proper communication demonstrates your lack of vision & poor customer service.

    @ACTFibernet And a technician of yours told me the same. And they always say the reason for delayed service is because they have been given the complaint ticket late. Make a long term solution for people like us who have to suffer because of the technicians behaviour. 2/2
