    @ACTFibernet Dear Act. Your service quality is continuously degrading. Every month, there is something or other issue. Will you adjust the bill if you don't provide service for a day? If not, ensure uninterrupted service.

    @squeal @ACTFibernet Regarding the former, I'm not a fan of theirs. I find their TnC to be extremely biased and too advantageous to them while not recognizing or rewarding legitimate research work, and rather appears to be designed to be too restrictive and stupid on what's allowed.

    @ACTFibernet I will not pay the bill this time and I dare you to cut my internet connection (that is anyway not working for close to 15 days now)…. Don’t you guys respond to tickets raised. Is it just a formality that we raise ticket and you close it without even resolving it. #ACTInternet
