    @ACTFibernet Hello ACTFibernet, It looks like you have bunch of Idiots working in customer support!! We have placed request for disconnection, your customer care person called me for confirmation on cancellation, next day I got renewal mail though I haven't requested 😠

    @ACTFibernet No update yet. I didn't receive any call as of now. I need my refund urgently. Don't try to again come up with ******* new stories. It's been 5 months and I'm still chasing you people for my refund. Your customer service team can't even resolve a single issue.

    @ACTFibernet My installation was supposed to be yesterday as scheduled but very poor response from ACT and now they are saying that it'll be done on 09-Aug. They asked me to pay 1 week in advance so that it can be done on time, the no assurance from ACT, very poor experience.

    @dp_satish @ACTFibernet I switched from ACT to One Broadband FTTH from last 2 years and I pay around 7k per year for 300Mbps with unlimited usage. Excellent service with 100% uptime. Their customer service is really excellent. ACT is THE worst and EXPENSIVE looting people.
