    @HathwayBrdband @ACTFibernet why don't you guys expand in cities like Aligarh which are nearby delhi just two hours away? I am doing work from home and don't have any particular reliable ISP and I am sure there are many others in my town facing same issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber JioFiber customer care executive told me that I will get an update in 24 hours for request SR00001IF9BG, I still haven’t got any update on this request! If you can’t relocate my connection then let me know asap so I can go for @ACTFibernet

    @Airtel_Presence @AkashTi38726150 it’s the worst these days. i faced it a week back without internet and got restored after 1.5 days. I wrote it to their appellate authority asking for a refund for lost day of service. They just replied saying it got restored.I made a mistake by shifting from @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet spent >5 yrs using ActFibernet. Recently relocated to a new home & finding difficulty to move fibernet connection.Customer support or advance shifting fees are unimportant to their engineers. Customer care & their app r significantly subpar. Time to switch to Airtel.

    I've been using #broadband @ACTFibernet for a long time and getting pathetic services. The agents are not giving a proper resolution. The plans were changed without pre-informing and I have got one more bill after making the payment, closed SR without confirmation.

    Looks like ACT is over subscribed here in my Bangalore apartment.For a plan of 300 MBPS I’m getting max 2-3 MBPS at night. It’s completely unethical. I’m not able to work at night because of this. Very poor servicing from ACT @ACTFibernet
