    @ACTFibernet pathetic after service from your end.. No internet connection from yesterday yet it is to be resolved. Everytime you call a technician he says just 30minutes and the work never gets over.

    Very worst experience with ACT Fiber Chennai full of false commitment. Very poor customer care. Not at all picking the call. Had a very bad experience. Planning to move to another fibernet connection.😡😞🫤 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet FYI heres the latest ticket: SR10166749560481 I have informed your customer service rep that I won’t pay unless you fix this and any later charges incurred, I shall not be held responsible FYI. The sooner u fix this, the sooner i make my payment for present month bill.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Please make sure ticket is taken care on Priority : SR10266747329714 A known issue, still intentionally delaying the fix. Office is impacted please work asap.
