  @ACTFibernet fed up with multiple tickets yet no resolution, continuous calling the technician, yet none visiting the home to resolve the issue. SR10150210224902 , SR10150267909802, SR10150276710612 ,closing the old tckts and generating the new ones won't make any diff !

  @ACTFibernet The issue is not yet solved , the engineer said he will replace the modem but no one is solving the issue and they are closing the ticket
