@ACTFibernet If u r not able to handle issues related to the addon services like Zee5 etc. Plz don't suggest buying these subscriptions from ur App. It is just a waste of time for the users. Also it is reducing the trust/value customers are having on ACT.

Shame on you @ACTFibernet. This is how you treat a customer. It’s been a week I raised the case no proper response, closing the case without any information, without looking into the case, without resolving, without any solution. Such a shameful ACT.

@ACTFibernet Really have frustrating customer care team where they cannot even generate a simple monthly receipt and send even after following for 1 month with them. Only the best thing they can do is raise new ticket and disconnect the call.
