@ACTFibernet 102522302477 Had stopped using the ACT services for a month as I was out of town due to emergency reasons. ACT is asking me to pay Rs 640 for reactivation by stating this is the last month's bill due amount.I want a bill breakup of the same as this amount is high!!

@ACTFibernet The service personnel is outrageous. They have installed a box on the terrace of my house and personnel goes and accesses the box without our permission and damages house property. I am extremely concerned about the security of my family members. Request stern action

@ACTFibernet on call with customer care team & saying @ACTFibernet has discontinued Netflix from value added services. If so, why don't share the same information a week back when I raised the issue? No one is ready to solve the issue but suspension/payment follow ups are at most priority.
