@ACTFibernet your poor customer service is a serious problem!! I need my service to be paused. You ask me to pay my dues and don’t pause the service. By then another bill is due and you ask me to pay again and don’t pause my service. Can anyone actually help?#poorcustomerservice

Imagine a leak in drainage pipe, and covering the leak with cellophane tape.This is how their technicians work to close ticket. Shameful you, ACT
