They can't take the load if they make it online 🤪 Google their senior management email IDs Use linkedIn, connect, find contacts & escalate There are some consumer forums online but they r practically useless Usually their twitter handle responds for service complaints

@ACTFibernet prices mentioned in the website are one but you charge other prices even if you fool people in the name of free one month plan Employees like kodappa know argue with customer and teach us gst in his way

@ACTFibernet It's very bad,I really want to rate less than 1, but 1 star is the lowest. Act service provider has the worst customer support.They'll be active only when installing new connection. Once it gets installed, it will be difficult to even get in touch with any technician
