@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The ETA has already passed, and the salesperson isn’t answering calls. You took the payment, and now no one is responding. Is this service even reliable? Quite a pathetic experience — definitely not recommending this to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Took a new connection on July 1 after repeated follow-ups from their rep Kishan. Faced issues immediately with the TP-Link AX1800 router—only 3 LEDs light up, then it shuts down. No internet. No support. No response from the rep.

Worst fibernet service I have ever seen.(@ACTFibernet )I have been facing internet connection issues for the last day. Yesterday, they told me my issue would be fixed by 9 pm; today they are saying it will be fixed by 4 pm. I have a lot of pending work to do. 😕 @ACTFibernet
