    (1/3) - @ACTFibernet It is totally unethical! Needs attention. No internet access for more than 72hrs, recently they are not following up with the resolution period. As you might know, we are in the digital world, everyone depends upon the internet.

    @ACTFibernet it’s almost 10 days continuously I was raising issues with my network and for the last 5-6 days my network was not even working And there is no clear response from the customer service.. and today I got a notification as tomorrow is my due date to make payment.

    @madmanweb @ACTFibernet not only that, I have made multiple complaints because of poor planing to ACT. If one house junction box fails, it takes down all other connections with it. Like a domino effect, no contingencies. Why other people should face problem??

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down for more than 24hrs & your unfriendly app doesn’t help. It needs camera access for what? Could someone from your contact me since your customer care is dysfunctional. #actfibernetsucks

    @ACTFibernet You employees are not attending service in a good way. More than 4 days they are taking to reconnect Better you disconnect this service I will look for some other better service broadband

    @ACTFibernet it's been 3days ACT not working in my area Mogappair West 4th Block... Worst ever service as your concern person not even answering the call.. complaint registered 3days back...
