  @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

  @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

  @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10160090060451I have raised the complaint on 21stJuly complaint is closed on same day without resolution. There is no battery backup is provided till now. Raised the complaint on same issue one week ago even that was closed without resolving it.

  @ACTFibernet team number is 101565291223 since yesterday it’s not working today your person visited and change the port but he says for activation it’s will 6 to 7 hrs he come in afternoon and till mow no internet since yesterday

  @ACTFibernet don't know why frequently facing the internet interrupt, when compared to other service provider, ACT was not up to level with that recharge amount, today my work got delayed because of this, pls find a permanent solution for this @ACTFibernet @TRAI

  Hi @ACTFibernet guys the internet went down again at 11pm on Sunday. Now will someone come tonight? No? What about early morning tomorrow so that I Have internet during Monday morning wfh?
