Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.

The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either

Especially in financial district and I want to say you have the worst team who caters to financial distirct. Get your “Act” right and serve customers better. Unfortunately we feel locked with the exclusivity in apartments
