    @ACTFibernet after so many calls and mail I didn't get any solution from your side. Security charge has been included in my bill despite security charges was waived off during installation of connection. After so many call and mail I'm unable to get any solution from your side.

    This happened multiple times in this month and very pathetic services. Internet connection drops down and customer care doesn't have any idea about what happened. Have to waste 1 full day everytime. ACT GOING TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS? @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet false promises by sales team. They don’t pick calls after you deposit money. No clarity by team about Installition. Customer care says 48 hours but it’s been a week now. Can you please share someone number in Jaipur with whom I can speak regarding my issue.

    @ACTFibernet worst internet service provider in jaipur. I have two connections one at my home n another one in my office. Internet goes off more than 4 times in a month for whole day. If anyone thinking of taking their service, pls think twice.

    @ACTFibernet Since I got the connection I am not being able to use high speed net. Complained on your app. Before it was resolved, the complaint was closed from your end. Worst service ever. Won't recommend anyone.

    @ACTFibernet Worst company. You’re only making fool of everyone. You tell your customer that you will refund the amount if there is poor connectivity but I got the connection for 3 months plan for 2443Rs which i paid on 6.12.2022.

    @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

    Dear Actfiber: if you can’t follow up with smooth and timely installation process, don’t sell. Had a pathetic experience recently. I was using Jio Fiber and was disappointed with their customer care so decided to switch. Contacted Act and sales executive was behind me for docs and payment. Assured me that he will try for installation next day. After payment he went incommunicado. Didn’t take my calls nor responded to my msgs. Standard window of 48 hours also expired. After 96 hours got a call for installation. In the meantime , I booked Airtel and got it installed the very next day promptly. Thanks ACT for saving the agony of being your customer. If metro like chennai has this service levels, god help other tier 2 places. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC —leading me to request a cancellation—I have since resolved the site issues on my end. Yesterday, I raised a request for reinstallation; however, I have not yet been contacted by an executive or technician. As it has now been over 11 days since my initial request

    @ACTFibernet very poor service from your team. Yesterday, I applied for new connection. At the time of payment, your team committed that device will be installed on same day. Then later in evening, ACT person told me that device will be installed by today 1st half of day.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Always issue with my internet. I am facing issue with the connection since yesterday and also raised a complaint before 6:30 but no one responded and it’s been more than 12 hours and still no response. I can’t even connect to customer support.

    @ACTFibernet I had raised a request for a shift in connection. The resolving time was today by 1 PM. The service person is not responding. The service for ACT is so poor.

    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday morning. Raised ticket yesterday, updated its resolved. But it didnt resolve. Now raised again SR10881027205844, ETR is tomorrow 7pm. So i need to bear 3 days without connection?!

    @ACTFibernet You guys are dng nothing except extending the time. Your CSR says due to bad weather in Hyderabad we are facing downtime. How funny is this? Other service providers doesn’t have any issues. We hve been with Act since more than 5 years, may b its time for us to using your service.

    @ACTFibernet whats the use of ETR its been 2 days but non from your team has come to site to rectify issue with junction box if your team is so lazy to come to site and fix issue kindly refund my one subscription fee which I paid just 1 day before the issue arise kindly give ETA
