  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  ACT has pathetic service throughout my journey. My connection was disconnected on 10th july 2026. I requested for an intercity connection but customer care guys made blunders & I couldn't get connection in the new city. Till date no refund e1 after asset recovery. @ACTFibernet

  Hey @ACTFibernet! Next month I am discontinuing your connection. The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they don’t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the issue persists. Thanks for your support and service. I have raised a disconnection request. I hope in future you can ans your customers queries and give them an update about the issue, rather than ignoring the calls(mr.sivaguru sivalingam) and making them fools.

  @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

  @ACTFibernet Guys what is the way to have a conversation with a human agent at your end, Internet has been down for days now and all I get is your bloody bot telling me the ticket has been raised without allowing me to escalate.
