@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet your service is really horribly. I need to raise ticket every week of not being having reliable connection. Every time same statement "your issue will be resolved permanently". This is been going on since start of this year. I want to disconnect from @ACTFibernet

@MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet Agreed.Ppl at the top are idiots.I'd paid advance subscription for 6 months. They took 7 days to activate & calculated the date of activation as start date,not payment date,raised a bill for 7 days at full tariff.I disputed & they suspended the service for non-payment of ₹411 ++

@SandyManipalian @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Which of your troubleshooting requires access to camera? As it is, everything is tracked with the routers you provide for free. It seems customer privacy is the least of your concerns. I'm just waiting for Jio to be feasible in my area.
