@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet Here is the actual scenario, main connection box is hooked up in one of the ACT customer UPS. So, whenever that customer turn off the switch, our whole street wont get connection. Am I paying it to that guy or to you?
