@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet You must . I just spoke to your Lucknow spoke person and he refuses to give his superiors number. All he says I cant .. Learn the service basics . If lucknow had been able to resolve the issue it should not be reoccuring.

@ACTFibernet isn't reliable these days. The network goes down too often. Time to switch to either @airtelindia or @JioCare Fiber.
