    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet "Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10232259913492 has been Reopened." I nternet is down from yesterday. It came up for a while but again eent down. Without taking any confirmation from consumer, ACT is closing the ticket.

    Hey @ACTFibernet , do you have any proper reasoning to be given for this issue - NO template response. If you do not have anything to hide here about these bad practices, then come up with a proper reasoning for this. Else, I would be forced to bring this to the notice of TRAI

    Dear #actfibernet i have been going trought the internet issue from pst 5 days till now now one has even helpled to find out wat is the issue and i am facing this evey weekend as you ppl gve big promotions on your internet before that try to solve this issue asap #ACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet I'll give you a days time to resolve my issue and then my cable goes and so do all the cables you have running over my property. Let's see if you guys can wait 24-48 hours to enter my house and restore connections again.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service u people have in blore. I spoke to ur CS executive name Latha she was so rude to me. She was not ready to transfer my call to supervisor or manager. Ur customer service is has bad has ur wifi connection. Sorry to say this

    @ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

    @ACTFibernet One day gone. No one contacted. Net not restored. Is this how you treat your priority complaint. I want to switch to other provider. Tired of begging for the internet. take this seriously.i want my money back and take your router back. It's just a piece of shit. @ACTFibernet
