    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet SR10162531817752 is not resolved for last 24 hours.Worst service ever. Previous I was using airtel and SR used to resolved in 5-6 hours max. Customer and Customer care will have the same info.ACT should not be recommended for WFH. #WFH #Hyderabad #CustomerExperience

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10162548475422, since yesterday I've got around 5 to 6 calls and everyone says problem resolved and suggests me tl check but after checking when I say not resolved they say they will send technician, I don't know why the hell

    This issue is still not resolved which is seriously affecting my work from home for the entire family. This is not at all a good service after waiting for ysterday thinking that it would resolve. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #InternetShutdown #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet I think still they are looking only, tell them to do something. How much time it will take still?? Again tomorrow morning start our WFH, better you concentrate on giving service rather than bills.

    @ACTFibernet , I made a payment for flexi bytes through app and data is not reflected. Raised a complaint for same. CSR Team said it will take 48 hours to resolve it. Do you really think it will take 48 hours to check on this issue? Think of timelines and fix the issue ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet sucks! It is 52 hours since their internet went down! How irresponsible they are! No information/response whatsoever even after complaining several times! They don't even have the minimum courtesy of informing their customers regarding the problem!
