    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Shame on you people to take things so leniently during these tough times when internet is a huge dependency for people. All I hear each time is “due to fiber cut the problem occurred”. Why don’t you fix the damn problem by providing it better protection forever?
