    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet This is my third complaint this year. My net is again down-SR10354584937502. SR10353944594022 raised on 17/Mar and SR10352945196497 raised on 25/Feb.Very pathetic service. Jio fibre looks like a better option.

    @ACTFibernet Team, I won't be paying for Broadband until I get the call and my query resolved! So, please expedite this if you want to keep my account as a customer, or I'd be grudgingly forced to shift to Hathaway or god forbid - Airtel

    @ACTFibernet there's no internet connection since yesterday morning. It is still not recovered till now. I am facing this internet issue frequently i.e every week.what is the problem with my connection. I have raised the complaint yesterday.
