    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet regret paying so much for installation the range can't reach 10m and connection is slow and my data is much faster yet they said ACT has a good internet connection. When I called to resolve the issue they said I need to upgrade the plan and they'll take router charge

    @ACTFibernet The benefit ACT is that they are the lone service provider near Tripura’s Galaxy. Tellapur. Evn after no proper speed and internet we have to rely on ACT. Trust me many ppl like me are waiting for other service provider to come, so that we cn discontinue your service

    @ACTFibernet Act internet not having proper support... Even though we get info from engineer as planned activity... Why there is no prior intimation???
