@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet how long is it going to restore the internet connection which your primary service,but still after multiple follow ups there is no resolution, the daily work is impacted. SR10259236227372. I might have to know think if i really wnt to carry on wiy ur service or not.

@ACTFibernet The internet is down since yesterday morning. SR: 10159183313572. The response is very poor. I had the ACT connection 5 years ago. But took another due to the same 8ssue. I was assured that you have improved. But within 15 days of my connection I amd here writing.

@ACTFibernet Yes. It got resolved after 24 hrs. However I am still disheartened that there was no medium available to communicate the issue and resolution ETA.
