    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet This is wht you guys are saying since 4 days and issue is still not resolved. No one from Support is taking the ownership and keeping post of issue. No supervisor available to speak on call worst customer support. You lost a customer

    The @ACTFibernet service in Blr is so terrible! They take 10+ days to setup your OTT/TV subscription in 2026 lol. Regretting moving from @airtelindia tbh

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues Worst service and money extortion by ACT. Despite valid recharge & active service period, my account is getting suspended & I'm being asked to pay extra money. This is business malpractice & extortion of money from customers. #ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago

It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for? I expect an immediate resolution, a clear explanation for this unacceptable delay, and details of the compensation ACT Fibernet will provide for the prolonged service disruption. #ACTFibernet #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days without an internet connection, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Finally paused the services of @ACTFibernet temporarily by keeping it under safe custody; and then you start receiving calls from their support team, sir we will resolve all issues, keep it active; but then lessons should be thought the hard way
