  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  @ACTFibernet Evry time I used to pay for the six months at once but because of my budget plan this time I opted for monthly plan and a customer care guy called me for confirmation and told me that there is a offer going on and little discount is avail on my account.

  @ACTFibernet Hello from last 15 days I am raising tickets for slow speed issue, tickets are getting closed without solution,no engineer visited till now, I am paying for 150mbps and getting 1mbps speed no is bother worst service by act.

  @ACTFibernet What a pathetic company and service.Have raised shifting request 10 days back and nothing has been done.I don't understand how come this company has such lethargic attitude and customer concerns don't matter to these people.This company will be out of business soon

  @ACTFibernet Extremely unprofessional and unethical service/company.. You guys without checking spot feasibility, take advance payment. Then when we follow up, yr come in and asks for additional payment of ₹2200 in addition to ₹4165 paid for Storm connection for bringing fibre

  @ACTFibernet I gave my details. No one reached me but i do get continuous suspension sms from ACT. When you cannot provide solution why do you send messages in a repeated mode. I am fed up with your services.
