@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet , One of the worst internet service provider I have seen , complaint raised fot more than 24 hrs , no one even bothered ti call, Mr praveen kumar who sold this connection to me spoke to me once yesterday and post that is not answering my calls. What a shame

Your router reset itself, @ACTFibernet. Now I can’t access the internet even though it’s working. The wifi name and password reset themselves. I can’t access my wifi. I can’t access your tech support team either. I have work to do. This is not the first time.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your customer support executive “Bhaskar” apparently thinks I have used profanity and disconnected the call. I mean do they even understand English? He hung up on me. I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years. It was a one sided conversation.

@ACTFibernet my response if somebody asks me for a suggestion. I tell them go for anything except act.Your internet doesn't work half of the days.Your technicians close the ticket without even resolving it. And no battery backup as promised. Truly #feelthedisadvantage
