@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet Hi, I've been facing continuous issues with your network here in BLR. Been raising tickets for the same but the executives will do a reset or some minor actions just to close the ticket. I took a 70mbps but the modem provided only supported 40mb, wasted 2 months 💵

@ACTFibernet Customers are getting fooled by your customer care.While asking for the refund you people asking us to wait for 48 hours?For getting back our own money we need to wait for 48hours? My first experience was the worst experience. I have raised complaint on 2nd jan
