    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Let me explain how it works in @airtelindia. 1. Once the compliant is registered they create a ticket. 2. "REALLY" work on the resolution of the ticket. 3. send a happy code to customer once the resolution is done

    @ACTFibernet i could not able to understand every day I used to face a same type of issue the speed of internet is very poor even can't able to talk through vedio call.And I decided to change my isp to different providers like jio atlest they can resolve the issue as earliest.

    @kotravai_n @ACTFibernet I had similar experience of worst customer care. I had to cancel the subscription. Moved to hathway and found out that it's worse than ACT. Now using Airtel Fibrenet for last one year. Customer service is satisfactory.

    @ACTFibernet the worst customer service and worst customer experience. They don’t #value clients. They want their subscription amount after that whether you have problem or don’t they don’t care. You complain but no action is taken even after repeated mails and calls.

    @ACTFibernet Trying to shift my connection for the past 10 days. Every time I raise a complaint a representative calls, promises to do the job in a day and just vanish. No updates after that. They all call from a spam number which fails to connect if we give a callback.
