@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet fix your internet everytime we can't call customercare and complaint, give the value to money we pay, 1 year ago took your internet facing lot of issues low internet loosing connection if don't know to provide services please move side there are others who know work

SR10251915629908 on Feb 2, 2021 closed without resolution on Feb 7 2021. Reopened the same SR on Feb 7. It is closed again without any resolution or intimation! @ACTFibernet It's been 4.5 months of nightmare with you. How many more months do you need to provide proper support?

@ACTFibernet it has been a very infuriating experience trying to get a resolution on an incorrect billing issue. If during a relocation request, your field agents make no physical changes and tells me that there will be no charges, then why does your customer get billed?
