@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet Internet not working from yesterday 2 30 pm. Raised complaint at 4 PM (20/9/21) with SR10162596879042. No update till today morning (21/9/21). Have called customer care and they gave ETA as 4 pm. Its 6 pm now still not working. Can you take it serious & assist?

@ACTFibernet Your request SR10162592138582 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/21/2021 03:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app is actfibernet prablem I complened but there is no service , But I paid total amount Bad service..

@ACTFibernet SR10162495220341 SR10161914553198 Raised these a couple of weeks ago but the is not fixed yet for th 2nd one. Its regarding the removal of box, please fix this by 2mrw. 1st is closed twice without any proper communication, and reopened again now 3rd time.

@ACTFibernet it has been 15 days I still haven't get refund. Everytime I called your customer service agent telling me it has been initiated & finance team will call back. Ticket SR10262642155180 open today & in an hour you closed it without resolution @nch14404

@ACTFibernet Very poor response from Customer Care and Technical Team. For the past 4 days I've been complaining for an urgent issue, but no action has been taken yet. SR10362492839253 Karthik (+9175500 72458) was assigned, has not resolved the issue and not picking up the call.

@ACTFibernet Started Using ACT Internet service since 1Month.. Worst internet service. Internet got disconnected 4 Times in this month.. Each time it took around 3-5 Days to fix the issue. I didn't expect this kind of service from ACT. Fix the problem.
