    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @praaatiiik @JioCare I got frustrated with their service after 4 long years at 2 locations (Chennai and Bangalore). I've given up my JioFiber connection and moved to @ACTFibernet at both the locations. The speed and connection stability is so far really good.

    You were very prompt in approaching and getting connection installed. Now , equally poor in solving the issue of Internet speed - complaint was raised 2 days ago. Plz show some interest towards customer services also rather than just adding them @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet really pathetic , I disconnected my connection 3 months back and returned the device , since I shifted to hometown but they sent a bill for reconnection. How come without device customer raised a reconnection request and will charge for that.

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever.. calling from 4 days 10 times a day to get my relocation done.. always says 2 hrs only..this is how customers are treated.. making a note to @consumerforum_ i am changing ur service now. thanks..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The resolution time is once again rescheduled. This is really unacceptable. When trying to call the service engineer, it is switched off. Please arrange a call back from the supervisor ASAP.
