    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The issue is STILL not resolved. It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for? I expect an immediate resolution, a clear explanation for this unacceptable delay, and details of the compensation ACT Fibernet will provide for the prolonged service disruption. #ACTFibernet #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @ACTFibernet there was no follow up since morning, earlier when i had @airtelindia broadband they used to resolve issues within an hour.

    @PrestonSte33640 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet has the most horrible service. Low speeds and every month at least for 2 days their internet is down. I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.

    @ACTFibernet Zero updates, i don't have any expectations from you, by looking at ur service i felt pity on myself for choosing ACT, My ticket assigned to invisible person Banda Ganesh, raised connect request in ur app, no reply from him, that's level of service u providing.

    Scam scam @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD it's been 72 hours and no resolution! Appalling service! Such bad costomer support! One of the worst internet services. It seems like I need to get them to respond and plead with them! ID: SR10180688521974

    I get call from act and when i pick, it gets disconnected instantly. Team keeps closing the issue like this is account team issue or service team issue or we will change router. 15days passed in june and not able to use net properly. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_
