    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet if you cannot fix this on priority, i will remove the junction box and terminate the services. iam least impressed even after resolving the permission to fix the junction box at my home. you have failed to act and close the issue.

    @ACTFibernet It's been two days since the internet turn off in the entire boduppal region in HYDERABAD. Where is your resolution. How thick could you get act fibernet. The worse worse service provider. 1 whole day of work of the peopel living here is lost cuz of you.

    @ACTFibernet - Irresponsible team, not a customer centric company, changing policy without any notifications. pissed off engineers disconnected the cables from the CX box. just because the owner asked to organize the cables and the same was being informed from past 6 months. 1/2
