    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet installed the modem TpLink Archer C20 model while I took the connxn. now Im informed from technical team that this will not support more than 100mbps. you upgraded my conxn without my consent. now im unable to use internet at all. Hopeless pathetic cust support 😡😡

    switched to #actfibernet thinking it is one of the best service provider in home internet but it is one of the worst internet giant, churning out money and giving worst service with TAT to everything is 24 hours and they keep customer struggling. More then 10 hrs without internet

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act...Internet is not working in TC PALYA, Bangalore area from last couple of hours. Also when tried to login using mobile no registered OTP is not generating. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

    @ACTFibernet Not sure of support you are providing Not having internet for one day is like losing a day's Salary and I am losing 5th time in last 30 days After 7 years with you and kind of support today I received planning to switch to @JioCare @airtelindia for my broadband
