    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Sir, after disconnecting my connection and collecting router your team is misguiding me for the refund how shameless the team is.. they are torturing customer mentlly connection no 6377963390 tickets was closed and reopened 10+ time also

    @ACTFibernet what a service you provide,a day with full speed of internet and the next day there is no one to solve our internet problems,we thought you are one of the best internet provider but I think I have to give a thought about it,I really hope that someone will reach to me

    My Biggest mistake of #2022 ! Switching from @ACTFibernet to @reliancejio fiber. The worst service I have ever seen. It's been 5 days there is no internet and it is still not fixed even after multiple calls and raising tickets. Disappointed. #Jio @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from Yesterday morning, already logged ticket # SR1036459966104 for the same. Reached customer care many times and no proper support. Already crossed the timeline and issue is still not resolved.
