    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience ever... I've taken connection on 10th May in the morning by paying advance. Yesterday i has been installed around 7 PM in the evening. After 2 hours no internet. Trying to connect the team but no positive response.

    @ACTFibernet Your technical team has been playing with me. Yday got a call n was assured to get a call bk in 10 mns which never happened. Today morning a guy confirming to visit in 45 mins but he came late in the eve, he went bk saying he wud cone bk in 30 mins but as expected never came bk.

    @ACTFibernet Even after paying for 6months in advance. Every month one or two days my network doesn't work. Is this your business strategy??? Calling to customer care is waste of time. Payment has to be made immediately but your service takes 24hrs. The worst experience
