@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

Dear @ACTFibernet your customer care is one of the worst. Trying to reach out to you since last week. You guys said here that you have arranged a call but i never received one. Kindly disconnect my service from 22nd aug or else I am not paying.

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working from the past 30 min in Chennai. Not able to register the compliant in App as well since App is not opening through different network as well. Looks like complete outage in ACT network !!

@ACTFibernet I received a mail saying Payment is due and so I decided to make the payment. Your app doesn’t work nor does your website. It keeps loading and then says server issue, try again later. And now, my internet is suspended. So, how ******** do I make the payment now?

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what kind of service are you providing raised 4 service request to replace a battery backup at junction box which will help me to utilise the network.when the power goes off and with out my approval closing the cases.can you treat this as high priorty
