    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Hi this is sorted. But it's really silly that I had to call your guy so many times and he didn't even have the basic courtesy to reply back with any resolution or even take care.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct #MESHWIFI #Pathetic SR10380235836336 - Since day 1 of installation, I keep raising tickets that doesn’t give me a permanent resolution yet. Extremely disappointing to see there has been no callback/ proper customer care assistance being provided yet. (2/2)

    Absolutely pathetic onboarding from @ACTFibernet Was promised installation today by the sales guy and he doesn’t bother to attend to calls or reply for msgs. Not honouring commitment is one thing but not even caring to respond shows how a customer is taken for granted! Worst!
