@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@SanjaiGandhi @Airtel_Presence Switch to @ACTFibernet if u have service in your area..Been using it for 9 years in chennai. Their signal dropped only during floods for 1 or 2 days.

@ACTFibernet Well I still don’t have any internet, so I’m not sure about what You categorize as a problem being solved.... you’ll haven’t done anything besides sending this false message above. When will you get the internet back up. It would be great to have it for more then 24 hours!

@ACTFibernet There was no prior information to the customer on this during the purchase and putting all the responsibility on the customer is not fair. They will only replace if we go for 3 months advance for the plan. How fair it is?
