It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it

I got this as an offer from the sales guy Karthick R | +91 90429 13770, and promised waiver too. Due to his tardiness, my service got suspended

Natarajan Venkat (@natarajanv88) reported@ACTFibernet Service suspended over disputed OTT charges (₹267) even after plan upgrade with OTT included. Issue was raised earlier and acknowledged by your rep. Disconnecting service during a billing dispute is unacceptable. Restore service ASAP.
