    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet this is very unfair and customer dissatisfaction. In the beginning of new connection every policy comes in customer favor itself but when it comes to disconnection every policy get changes?? @ACT is acting very smart, shud avoid looting customers. ID - 102534584159

    @ACTFibernet Been trying to downgrade my plan for 6 months now. Your shady tactics are quite evident when i have to email you guys to downgrade whereas for upgrade can do it on the app. The first email i sent on this front was 6 months ago. Still no resolution!

    @ACTFibernet Thank you. Also there is no procedure to escalate any issue. Mere complain registration doesn't serve any purpose. Kindly connect customers to representatives who can take quick decision. I'm WFH due to pandemic, without internet it will be difficult to complete my tasks.

    @ACTFibernet For the last couple of days I have been dealing with bad network, and today since morning I had NO network at all, and just now I was updated that there was maintenance work that was happening with no prior update or heads up. Ridiculous service!

    Sir,I have a new connection of your ACT Fibernet your service manager told me that the range of the 5G connection is 8 m , but when I installed it your executive told me that the range is only 3m and the speed of the connection is also very poor @ACTFibernet my number 9910809995
