    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Hi team, I paid for a new connection 5 days ago. But installation hasn't happened yet. I called the customer support 4 times so far; all said "I have raised a complaint, our tech team will call you", but nothing happened till now. What's going on!
