    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Sick and fed up SR10263783659334 is the third sreq in dec.. And every time it takes over 12 hours to fix.... Give me one good reason to continue with this pathetic state of services....

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT @ACTFibernet Kids classes affected with poor connectivity. Technician visited and stated cable needs replacing. Ticket SR10163759726914 closed on 23Dec without resolving issue. No action after repeated followups. Pathetic service. No SLAs.
