@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet ..my ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR11066053188244 it. 7th October which is not resolved yet. Very poor and pathetic service provided by act fibernet. Their Team is very irresponsible and not taking customer complaints seriously even after requesting them so many times.

@ACTFibernet in Jaipur city seems you have hired some fraud which are replacing the WiFi of the customer with some old modem. If you have service where you want to fool your customer than it is understandable, 3 days WiFi setup not done because of these frauds .

After sale service of @ACTFibernet shows their myopic vision. The company has beome so complacent that it never care for its clients. The speed of their customer care is just less than 30 mbps, whereas they claim 150mbps. ○ Uncouth backend support. ○ Utterly Disappointed
