@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet pathetic service. Why are you not able to solve customer problems? Why are your creating such problems? I have registered complaints through your mobile app, email, 1* @GooglePlay store review, customer support, but still the problem is not solved yet!!!!

@ACTFibernet Before getting the money the agent did not told me that, there have to be installed a box in the building even I have asked him. That is not possible as I am leaving in a rented house. So, I want to cancel the request and want to get refund. Please guide me.
