    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet It's embarrassing for the social media team to keep saying "Regret The Inconvenience". @ACTFibernet has the worst customer care support. The real question is Mr.Malladi, do you have it in you to fix this? Or are you just another ACT Customer support agent who doesn't give a ****?

    @amathur2k @ACTFibernet @toi Yes you r right, but they took time to cancel my connection after 15 days that to they did temperory cancellation instead of permanent, & iam getting calls every day, seriously duffers are sitting at higher level.

    @ACTFibernet *******. U ppl make us helpless. It has been almost one month I am following up on the issue. If u wanted to fix the issue why u ppl keep on closing the tickets which I raised. Call me and tell me will the speed issue resolve or not. 10157003540772
