    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet No it has not. Internet is not working again right now. If i switch the router off and on it works for a few hours and disconnects again by itself. I received a call from 040 4928 1299 yesterday and he wanted me to open the browser but i was not at home that time.

    @ACTFibernet your Ahmedabad team is disgusting. Have paid for new connection on 15th Jan but still no body followed up for the installation. Your AMD sales rep Mr Nilesh kant only gives hollow promises. Worst experience ever. Plz refund my money. I don't require your service.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. My service request no is SR11863934912854 I have made request many times to change my router as it automatically restarts almost 6-7 times a day and even after the assurance of geting it changed today by 12 pm nothing happened. Look into it asap.

    @ACTFibernet I have paid the bill. The due amount in your system is 0 still you have disconnected my internet. Even before this a lot of service issues.

    @ACTFibernet How much time you need? 24 hours is your resolution time. You generally take 2-3 days to do the patch work.
