    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet I don't know whether to laugh or cry. For the nth time your technical team is opening and closing the complaint as one related to speed. But if you read carefully, I have been harassed by your team that sent me SMS to downgrade my speed, sent me a huge bill and overcharged me.

    @ACTFibernet I got a connection on 9th March, 2021. Within 3 days of installation Internet is already not working. I tried WhatsApp customer care, calling the installation guy, ACT App. Still, did not get any resolution for past 6 hours! ACT Customer Care is Customer Torture!

    @ACTFibernet It is more than 36 hrs and still broadband connection is not restored.We are paying money promptly every month for 31 days of usage. Shall we pay only for days your Internet was workings ? Will you accept that ? Service Engineer to be educated to speak to customer

    @ACTFibernet Till now, even after multiple calls he didn't come and he is saying that he'll be coming within few minutes. But he never turned up. Now he is not even answering calls. I don't understand how unprofessional has ACT FIBERNET becoming now a days. No technician will carry ID Card

    ACT Broadband Connection is not working since 2 Days. I have raised a complaint but still not resolved.Service person was very harsh and blindly cut the call during conversation couple of times. Is this the way you Treat Customer @ACTFibernet ?? SR Request SR10353595622662
