    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet what is happening with your service, last one week this is the second time the internet is down. Last time it took 3 days to resolve the issue, SR10375869356764 today again raised a request dont know when you will solve

    @ACTFibernet You guys just say.... Dont stand on your words... No one came after promised also.. when i have paid full amount as a month fee and still i dont got any services. Seriously worst service and worst customer care..

    @JioCare Jio mobile network & Jioairfiber frequent disconnection today from 11:30hrs onwards, what's happening? there shd be some info to customers about your poor service, wise in collecting money / worst in giving service. Soon will change to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet , my internet has been down due to a fiber cut (# SR10275862254494). Technician said he'd come in 1 hour—never showed up. Now ignoring calls. Fake promises, zero accountability. Please fix this ASAP. #ACTFibernet #InternetDown

    @indhavaainko @ACTFibernet @airtelindia same with every provider.BSNL was super duper but now that it has outsourced it after sales support, it is also in a downward trajectory.THe giant BSNL has to wake up from its slumber &give us the great service it once did and kick every other player where it will hurt the most.
