    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    Hey @ACTFibernet it's been 6 hrs that I complain about my internet issue,it's still not resolved, don't publish that your network is so fast , try to advertise that you're service is like tortoise 🐢

    @ACTFibernet It's almost 24 hours now and I haven't received any call or the refund, what kind of SLA you people follow? .... Disgusting, been an ACT Customer & now feeling ashamed of it. How to reach you people for a level of escalation? Do you have an Escalation matrix?

    @ACTFibernet Hi. I did not get any call. Neither was my phone out of coverage. The issue was anyway resolved yesterday evening.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet your service is very poor in vizag i raise the shifting request on 16/10/22 but still now the shifting is not completed and ETA was 18th but service persons are not responding and the customer care team is also not responding.

    @ACTFibernet There is still no response and it is more than 48 hours?? What kind of customer care is this? The router was picked on 01st October 2022 from my security guard and still I haven’t got the refund. The person who has picked up hasn’t updated from his end. Is that my fault???

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10266185916434 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 23-Oct (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT - DOWN AGAIN SINCE 11AM today and not fixed
