@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet The complaint number SR10156475473792 has been re-opened. Please provide the internet service as soon as possible. The internet service got disconnected 3rd time in a week. Very bad internet service. Internet off for 28 hours.

@ACTFibernet Earlier, your tech support team used to close tickets after resolving the issue. It is a different matter that the issue would occur again after a few hours/days. But what they did today is completely unacceptable. They closed my ticket without a resolution.
