@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet It has been more than 3 months and I still haven't got my security money yet. Whenever I call customer service they say my money will be refunded within 7 days but it has been more than 3 months now. Look into this matter and refund my money ASAP

@ACTFibernet Hi, this is first time I have experienced worst service from ACT Bangalore. I requested for reactivate my account, but this is 3rd days it is not activated yet. Because of it, I lost my office and my kids lost their schools. Since morning I following up, but No hope.
