    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Again I m facing buffering & latency issue evn aftr changing router. U ppl forced me 2 changE d router with 3 mnths advance plan stating that d existing buffering & latency issue wil resolve permanently. I could see issue yt nt resolvd even after changing router.

    @ACTFibernet Iam from Ambattur Chennai yesterday from night 9Clock to till now Net connectivity problem..I raised ticket yesterday early morning 3 clock..but still now there is no call from ACT..This is totally helpless
