@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet Again and gain same thing is repeating. Every day its disconnected at around 7 pm and taking more than 36 hrs to restore. What a incompetent guys you employee. Really disgusting to have your service. Shame less guys.

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC after the previous complainant on 31 may 2021 I got a call and they say its our terms we won't refund and we can't we give the service also and accepts there Is a fault in cable so .. they r so irresponsible so only they don't have postpaid service ithink

@ACTFibernet Hi Team I’m experiencing auto disconnect problem from day 1 I’ve been using the connection. Signed up in Aug 2020. No one seems to understand the problem. Connection disconnects automatically between 12 am to 3:00 AM
