@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected. @ACTFibernet Since yesterday I am having wifi issues, the technical team keeps extending timelines, yesterday they say they will sort out 6pm, they did not. Today they say morning, again they extend 1pm now again extended 7:30pm SR10179987432041 I need an immediate fix.
