  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service experience. Tickets are getting closed without resolving the issue, and there is no transparency or ownership from support teams. This kind of service is frustrating for paying customers. Please address this seriously. #ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet it is simply not acceptable to wait for 24 hours to set right the broken connection in this age. You should be able to do it remote or atleast send some one to check if not immediately then within 1-2 hours. Raised last evening 7pm and still waiting

  4. Due to this not able to login to app to track anything or login to website. 5. First customer care saying installation person calling other number. 6. After some time they said no record found. Not able to understand where is my money/installation or refund? @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in thisonth. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

  Absolutely pathetic onboarding from @ACTFibernet Was promised installation today by the sales guy and he doesn’t bother to attend to calls or reply for msgs. Not honouring commitment is one thing but not even caring to respond shows how a customer is taken for granted! Worst!

  @ACTFibernet Following a brief 30 minute storm the Fiber went down and now this is the third day and it’s still not up. All we get it the standard message that it is taking more time. Can someone ensure that some decent service level is assured?

  @ACTFibernet There is some issue with your digital tv services located in Eluru, A.P. for quite some time. Made several complaints but no action was taken till now. Please look into this and advise the concerned to fix this asap. Thanks. #Actdigital #ACT
