@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet it's been more than a day now that there's no internet! In a city like Bengaluru where so many of us have WFH, how is this acceptable? Resolution time keeps getting extended in each follow-up call... You can't blame @NammaBESCOM @BbmpEast everytime!

@ACTFibernet one of the worst service provider.Last 2 days no internet and customer care support giving wrong information that area cable got fired .Service engg came after 2 days and identified issue with local box adaptor.Better dont go with Act going forward.
