@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet after 1 year wanted to come back to Act hoping service improved but service remains pathetic, paid upfront payment for 1 year on Monday till connection not given , and customer is unable give proper date when they are going to complete installation

Wrost service by Act fiber, I always face prombles with there services sometimes connectivity issues or sometimes power supply issues, always missing my important deliverables for my work @ACTFibernet

@DoT_India I’m asking @ACTFibernet to recover the router they provided and give me refund. I’m asking this from July 2020 and ACT is not bothered to take action. They are not even replying or calling me. Please help me to get this resolved. #frustrated I have emailed too.

@ACTFibernet I have tried these steps but still it doesn't work if your team can't resolve I will have to switch to another vendor it's a new apartment and many people are coming here to live and if they hear these issues they will also think 2ice before taking act
