  @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

  @ACTFibernet SR11064104970584. Simple request to shift my broad band connection within a 2km distance cannot be done in 72 hours. Your customer service is atrocious. Time to seek alternatives.
