    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet this is the worst service ever. I have lost wifi connectivity thrice since Saturday. Everytime your representative fixes it works for a day then, again it's the same thing Horrible. How is someone working from home supposed to manage this?!

    @ACTFibernet has poorest service in Bangalore and not working on time. Booked new connection, paid for the same everything done. I was told I get my connection installation done by EOD on 29 May. They failed. Today, on 30 May they told they will do it by 2 pm. Still no update.

    @ACTFibernet At the earliest is the same response I've been receiving since May 29. The outage started on May 28,Why are customers being given inaccurate updates?Please stop sending generic responses and provide a truthful status big liars you are

    @ACTFibernet Screw your service. Are you gonna compensate me for the loss of payment I had to incur? Your executive confirmed to resolve it by 9 PM. My whole day went by! Zero commitment. Such a pathetic service!

    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet customer service. We requested an ownership transfer of our internet connection to my wife's name 3 days ago. The existing connection was disconnected immediately, but even after 2 full days, the internet service has not been restored.
