@ACTFibernet I can confidently mwntion that @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is the worst service provider. No value for tickets raised, follow up calls . Surprisingly you guys are swift enough to disconnect connection for small paymwnt delay from customers end

@ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since my internet connection went down. I raised a complaint, but there's no response yet. The ETR keeps getting extended repeatedly. When can I expect the restoration? This is severely impacting my daily business ops. SR10381716733674

@ACTFibernet You want to say that you will not issue/activate connection without payment but with renew them without the consent of the connection holder and ask for payment. Don't you think it's totally injustice

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD how pathetic that you couldn't work on a simple issue of changing the cable for the account 101445038506. Hence we have decided to move to @jio_fiber Check and confirm why it now shows due while this is a prepaid connection.

@RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Hathaway for the past 6 years. Absolutely no issues. Whenever there is disruption in services, they make it a point to inform customers immediately with resolution time. Probably depends/varies on area to area.

@RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Better stay with ACT. Aurtel, Jio lam customer service la atha vida mosam

It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

  • EngTan7
    Eng Tan (@EngTan7) reported

@ACTFibernet Paid β‚Ή8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.
