    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Yes the internet service has been restored after 2 complaints over past 2 days. Request once again to advise your Visakh office to repair the problem permanently. They are always doing temporary quick fix and hence we are facing problem every month. Trust your intervention helps

    @arpitbond131 @ACTFibernet @airtelindia Yes I agree their services are pathetic. It's Been year I asked for relocation still not fixed. They are flaunting that they're India's leading ISP but their services are **** #vanasthalipuram

    @ACTFibernet Let me know if you want more than one month time to fix the issue. It has been more than one month and you failed to fix the issue. While calling ur engineers,they are suggesting to use laptop with LAN cable for one to two days than only we can help you..

    @ACTFibernet Please resolve the internet issue asap. Has stopped working from 11 o'clock. And it has become quite frequent. @airtelindia @reliancejio #JioFiber when are you guys going to start providing service in this area - Bangalore - 560075? Waiting since long time now.

    @ACTFibernet And when disconnected they are just raising complaint tickets daily but without any solution for the refund. When you cannot hold your promise don't offer them. I need an urgent solution for this refund

    @ACTFibernet SR10256660554704 is the ticket number raised on 15th till now it's not sorted out whenever I call the customer care they say the issue will be sorted in 24 hours, no use till now.
