@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet Called Act fiber multiple times and they requested to wait for 4 hrs, issue will be resolved in 4 hrs. Spoke to multiple agents Priyanka, Vikram, Prana from Hyd team. More that 4 hrs no call back and Prana the agent kept telling to wait for 4 more hrs. No resolution!
