    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore your team disconnected the connection on 31st January, since your team wasnt successful in restoring the network after 20th January. Now during disconnection they said any paid bills will be refunded based on pro rated calculation by the billing team,

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11967054864324 . It's not been resolved since the morning and I am getting vague excuses from your associates. If I delay a payment by several hours you guys won't spare a moment in charging a penalty but what about this crappy service.

    @ACTFibernet As per our conversation i should get internet by now and none of your services executives pick the call and respond to the issue. Am i getting any help in this or do i need to think that i have wasted some bucks on some no support platform and go ahead with some other providers?

    @ACTFibernet SR10167024090587 Awaiting response from billing team from morning 8 AM ! My service got disconnected ! As per confirmation from billing team, my current service is until Feb 24, 2023!

    @ACTFibernet no power since 9 AM and your hub battery is dead and hence no internet. have been saying this for quite sometime and there is no solution yet for such long maintenance !. the battery pack which was changed last time can last for 4 hours only. please do something.

    @airtelindia hey, My broadband has issue more than 2 weeks and I had raised 3 times... All the services engineer say we will comeback and upgrade to fiber but they won't show up... It's really frustrating I thinking it's right time to switch to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I don't know what's worse your network service or customer service. I've been trying to get you to listen but no ears to customer's voice. After trying to make you listen for three weeks i have to come here to voice my complaint.
