@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet I have tried these steps but still it doesn't work if your team can't resolve I will have to switch to another vendor it's a new apartment and many people are coming here to live and if they hear these issues they will also think 2ice before taking act

@ACTFibernet Its been 22 hours since complain raised and no resolution yet... Customer care agents told will arrange technical team in morning but no response yet Pathetic service... I have suffered and your team doesn't value customers. I will never recommend ACT to anyone.

@ACTFibernet I've raised req@1PM and suppose to receive a call with in 4-hrs from escalation team still not received. Cust. executive said there are 4 area's where network cable got disconnected.many ppl are facing D same issue how poor service is this M going to disconnect this service soon
