@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet Not the first time this is happening in Mogappair. Always had issues with Junction box. It's been 3 days and they still can't relocate their Junction box. Pathetic.

@ACTFibernet Your sales person never bother when I complaint about speed issues, simply says plz call up CS and CS says apologies but no resolution. They say we will send a technician to home to resolve the issue, only when I raise for disconnection request.

@ACTFibernet No update for a Request raised on Oct 4th and it’s been more than 24 hours with no internet…. ACT is not the solution for WFH professionals then… M still not contacted by anyone yet when I was informed of getting a call in 4 hours at 11 AM @ACTFibernet
