    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet What the bleddy service ur providing ,very worst service, every 2 days there will be internet issue ,ppl dont go with act fibernet service , even customer care ppl are very WORST they are DISCONNECTING the call .

    @ACTFibernet You guys quite inefficient when it comes to resolving network issues. I'm sick and tired of raising complaints for frequent connectivity issues since months. Every time I call for support I get to hear that the problem is at the junction box!

    Hey @ACTFibernet once again the internet speed is 1/10 in my area, worst waiting time for customer care and no live chat options available or no way to raise ticket via app. Worst.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Don't take this connection. I stay in l b nagar , center of city. I get constantly disconnections. They will take atleast 24 hours to fix. After fixing they will dm you like nothing happened. Try JIO fiber.
