@ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

@ACTFibernet My broadband connection just got disconnected even though I was talking to your billing department and support team on waving off the charges. Are ur teams not in sync on an account. This needed a resolution but this was handled in the most pathetic way.

@ACTFibernet What's the update on ticket no. SR10252806070242 I have raised? It has been more than 3 hours since the ticket was raised and still internet connectivity is down! I have also consented to allowing an engineer to come onsite and fix the issue via SMS! Restore connectivity ASAP!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD raised an complaint for relocation 10days back no solution till now worst service, if call to customer care they won't response, better to shift other boardband services. please remove the connection.

@ACTFibernet But times, nothing happened and it went to disconnection though I paid 12+4 months. Finally I paid extra money and reactivated. Once my subscription ends, I'll swich over to Hathway. My customer ID 103016842843. ACT IS PATHETIC PATHETIC!

@ACTFibernet DON'T BUY, ACT IS PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY DON'T BUY I had billing issue twice and both times initial customer service people said it's a problem in their side. Wrong request processed and promised waive off the extra bill amount.
