    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet worst service standards. Complained fr a small internet connectivity issue and even after 16 hours no one came. Is the entire city has only one technician? And ivr call centre is the worst and disastrous system. No way you people were customer service oriented

    @ACTFibernet I’ve requested for accrue t closure 10 days back. Still the ticket is open. The internet issue cannot be fixed by technician cause of power junction and electricity issues from nearby building. Close this account. Ticket Id: SR10180116635664

    @ACTFibernet I have been getting calls and explaining the issue over and over again. Can't you just assign one person and get done with this?? Your executives don't even return the call if the call gets disconnected

    I wonder how irresponsible a brand like ACT Fiber could turn in AI Era. Wake up @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD All official channels emails bounce back although they list them on their official website. I pay for 500 mbps connection each month but get only 100 mbps speed as the internal wire which supports only 100 mbps speed never got changed on my new connection. Now when I complaint about speed issues the whole internet

    We've not had internet since Monday evening, nothing has been done and there is no way to speak to customer care reps (other than an AI chatbot which is of no use) - don't want to drag you like this but this reels of incompetence. Do better @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for shift connection 5days back and your ETA as per ticket is May 02. Till now no technician contacted me. Your customer care support is pathetic and always say we will address in 24hrs. You guys have very frustrated process.

    @ACTFibernet Why does it take 7 working days to change the power source of the junction box? Is this how you handle emergency situations? There is no mechanism to escalate the issue. Utterly disappointing customer service. Complaint No. SR10380208333544.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, I completed the payment for a new internet connection, but the installation has still not been done. I have not received any proper updates from your team. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and arrange the installation immediately.
