    @ACTFibernet It’s been 7+ days, and am still awaiting a call. Despit any contact, all complaints are by default resolved without any actual resolution in place. I do not understand what kinda sorcery is this

    @ACTFibernet Hi yes, it has been fixed after 96 hours of waiting, 8 calls to customer care, 10 email exchanges with the nodal office, 4 email exchanges with your customer care, one complaint to NCH, one complaint to CPGRAMS and this tweet.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for 48+ hours. Complaint #SR10381119090274 is still unresolved. No response from the assigned executive, unprofessional customer support, and no accountability. Why should I pay for a service that's not being provided? Resolve this immediate

    @ACT @ACTFibernet Looks like you already have an open request for this issue with service request number with the helpline number their message is 'SR10181095912544'. You can be assured that our team is working on it. From yesterday the samething I'm hearing but no further action taken care

    Has @ACTFibernet forgotten to resolve customer issues? It's been 3 days and no resolution on SR10181144207454. Everyday there is a new resolution time and surprisingly resolution time is always after 7 30 PM, after the customer care hours are closed!

    No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online. This is 4 times in last few months, If this isn't resolved in the next 2 hours, I’m switching to an alternative provider. DM me to get my ticket details. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    I thought Airtel was giving horrible wifi services but I don’t mind biting the bullet by admitting my mistake that if you are opting for @ACTFibernet then you will crying for the time you have subscribed to their most pathetic, 3rd class services. DON’T EVER GO FOR @FiberAct
