    Also you Helpline number is really good. I had waited for almost 10 mins but no service executive to attend that call. I can surely say that I won't be recommending anyone else for @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet I Have done with Name Transfer But still my old account is added with my mobile number and tried to contact support none of them giving proper information how to delete my mobile number from old account.

    @AppleSupport I tried tweeting them @ACTFibernet in thread however they are not supporting. I suppose the app should be taken off from store as no support is there.

    Myself Harish from Bangalore (8861250494) Tried contacting all the details given in act website. Full of ivr No way to reach Act Fiber net customer care There is now way to downgrade plans. Many tell only way is to cancel but we can cancel also. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet breakdown of more than 24 hours is unacceptable and you don't update the service ticket also , presently managing with @reliancejio , if I get used to it, then I should seriously think about whom to continue

    @ACTFibernet I Have to change my mobile number from my old account i asked to change on call but they took new number and changed in my new account which is active now this is soo bad with out confirmation from me why you guys changing my mobile Number.

    To be honest after a whole 1 year using @ACTFibernet ... It is not worth it ... I would go for a jio fibernet or airtel xtreme ... Pay a bit more for stability ... Literally their network crashes anytime sometimes 2 or 3 times in a month ... Highly disruptive

    @ACTFibernet You should scrap your app. It’s the most useless app. It doesn’t give any resolution nor its user friendly. No resolution to my request for 4 days. You don’t care about the customer since you have recd the payment upfront. You can refund the payment & close the connection.

    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to tweet to get it highlighted? If your ‘ACT Mobile App’ promised it will be resolved by 9 PM, then why am i still tweeting at this hour?! Why it isn’t your priority to sort such issues? Your business is to provide wifi services isn’t it?
