    @ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.

    @ACTFibernet Such pathetic service, I pay for 300mbps but never got more than 150mbps. Ur Technician does not know the reason behind that. Plus disappointing Network drops in between #pathetic #actinternet #actbroadband

    @ACTFibernet , your services are getting pathetic day by day in Sarjapur ara . We have large outages every week and we don't get any resolution SLAs. There is no backup server promised. Do you want us to move out of ACT to a different provider ? Pls suggest , SR10265413863294.

    To be honest after a whole 1 year using @ACTFibernet ... It is not worth it ... I would go for a jio fibernet or airtel xtreme ... Pay a bit more for stability ... Literally their network crashes anytime sometimes 2 or 3 times in a month ... Highly disruptive

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for bad service quality. This helped me to switch to Airtel and it saved me lots of OTT, Google One monthly charges with a landline phone all with the same monthly charges and I hope the SLA from Airtel is very good. #airtel #broadband #switchToAirtel
