    @ACTFibernet I Have to change my mobile number from my old account i asked to change on call but they took new number and changed in my new account which is active now this is soo bad with out confirmation from me why you guys changing my mobile Number.

    Thank you @ACTFibernet for such pathetic service. I reported router issue. On the call I told that I will be available after 7. Till then she agreed. A guy called at 6 and said no one can come after 7. So I left my office reached home. No he s missing nd not taking call. 👍👍👍

    Also you Helpline number is really good. I had waited for almost 10 mins but no service executive to attend that call. I can surely say that I won't be recommending anyone else for @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet is getting worse lately — constant speed drops, frequent outages, and never-ending delays in fixing issues. Even with LAN testing, the performance is all over the place. False promises and zero compensation for downtime — totally unacceptable service. #ACTFibernet
