To be honest after a whole 1 year using @ACTFibernet ... It is not worth it ... I would go for a jio fibernet or airtel xtreme ... Pay a bit more for stability ... Literally their network crashes anytime sometimes 2 or 3 times in a month ... Highly disruptive

@ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.

@JudeSannith24 @ACTFibernet Jude, did you submit the issue in App?? Usually their resolution is quite fast. Pls raise a service ticket in their App and followup. They usually resolve in 4-8hrs max. Raise the complaint in App and then via toll-free....strange issue isn't resolved quickly
