Also you Helpline number is really good. I had waited for almost 10 mins but no service executive to attend that call. I can surely say that I won't be recommending anyone else for @ACTFibernet .

Thank you @ACTFibernet for such pathetic service. I reported router issue. On the call I told that I will be available after 7. Till then she agreed. A guy called at 6 and said no one can come after 7. So I left my office reached home. No he s missing nd not taking call. 👍👍👍

Irresponsible behavior from on field workers, they don't understand and acknowledge customer inconvenience during this pandemic time since most of us working from home.
