Also you Helpline number is really good. I had waited for almost 10 mins but no service executive to attend that call. I can surely say that I won't be recommending anyone else for @ACTFibernet .

Thank you @ACTFibernet for such pathetic service. I reported router issue. On the call I told that I will be available after 7. Till then she agreed. A guy called at 6 and said no one can come after 7. So I left my office reached home. No he s missing nd not taking call. 👍👍👍

I want the internet issue to be fixed tomorrow itself else I will go to consumer court also I want my bill to be waived off and I need compensation for all the trouble and hassle I had to face... idiotic service shameful service...fix the connection.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer care and support. I requested for a monthly bill 5 days back and they still haven't closed the ticket. When they take 5+ days to send a softcopy of bill, imagine their service. They closed my first ticket without resolving after 3 days. Worst.
