@ACTFibernet sucha worst service in Bangalore!When we trying to call to customer care,the call gets disconnected as soon as we reach token 1!And the installation guy speaks in sucha rude manner, he installed the same service next to our home!Now he says he never visited our area!

@ACTFibernet - As soon as we pay the full amount, no one picks the call nor neither anyone is attending us for installation! Sucha bad service it has become now! I have been using from 4-5 years and was proud of it! But now by ordering new connections I feel I made a mistake!

These days everything is AI chatbot managed even in case of issue they do it internally and then inform us no visits these days only if the wire is cut they come
