  @ACTFibernet This has been the experience previously too. As long as there is a prospect of new connection, you stalk the customers, however when it comes to the issue of network problems after that, there is no response and the customers are left in the limbo!

  @ACTFibernet I am getting no internet from over 40 hours now. Everytime I call the customer care, they tell me they're escalating but literally nothing is happening. Work on it NOW PLEASE!
