    @ACTFibernet Your internet service is going from bad to worse. There has been no internet since yesterday morning. After raising a tt, you’ve sent us a message mentioning that the internet will start working by 7pm, which clearly didn’t happen.

    @ACTFibernet Hello Team, As My ACT Fibernet Request SR10240431668362 is Expected to be resolved by 5/29/2020 02:00 PM.still the issue remains same.I have called the customer care they are not listing the customer issue and they are saying, It will take another 48 hours as you are given TAT.

    @RohitvNiranjan @NeelaPal1 @ACTFibernet Thanks for suggesting the chatbot. We had logged the ticket using the ACT Fibrenet App . This App has an option to troubleshoot and raise a service request. We spoke to the technician, we will have him visiting home soon.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service and a huge scam. Every month they bill us 1000’s and the internet is crappy by half the month. With WFH during the lockdown these guys need to get their act together if we hve 2 be productive. @CMofKarnataka @BBMPCOMM they shd be fined!

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst customer service team, I have ever came across in my life. Reps are so rude, I never asked to cancel, but cancelled my subscription, why? Because I asked for a supervisor. Very pathetic, I am already regretting my decision to be an ACT customer.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Staff This is my ACCOUNT NUMBER 102208885179 I upgraded the connection recently but it's the same issue from the past, the connection gets stuck at 100 Mbps, Please downgrade my connection to 100 Mbps and refund the remaining amount. I sent an email already
