    @ACTFibernet Account No. 102340389924 There is a wrong Netflix bill of Rs.199 for January 21. Had disconnected netflix on 29th Dec 2020. Because of this bill, I'm not able to pay for 6M+1M plan due on 27th April. Sorry to say, the issue is not getting resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Reagarding the above problem They told that they will recover router with in 48 hours .48 hours already got over so kindly send some .one to recover router as well Refund the money .

    @ACTFibernet Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze. Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 years now. Due to Covid I had disconnected . Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid .

    @ACTFibernet Again this @ACTFibernet came with false statement that they already refunded my amount but truth is i never received. Today morning one of person called me from Act after seeing my message in Twitter i asked to give confirmation by which account they refund the amount. No Answers
