    @ACTFibernet Such pathetic service, I pay for 300mbps but never got more than 150mbps. Ur Technician does not know the reason behind that. Plus disappointing Network drops in between #pathetic #actinternet #actbroadband

    @ACTFibernet Team is not doing anything sir. Actions speaks, not just words here in twitter. So I need swift action in this. I have raised complaint also to address my issues in new location earlier also, but no respond, it’s a time to shift to other service provider

    Hi @ACTFibernet , Have faced internet connectivity issues for the past two days. Your field engineer refused to come to fix it. I am left with no choice but to ask you to disconnect the service and request you to process the full refund (I have paid in advance for 6 months)

    My @ACTFibernet broadband just keeps disconnecting between every 5-10 minutes. Called customer care 1000 times no resolutions so far😡. As an IT professional, I'm working from home and completely pissed off of this behaviour of @ACTFibernet #Bangalore it it continues will switch.

    @ACTFibernet Your internet,app and services are waste and sucks big time. Every week there is a network issue. Now there is no internet and ticket is also not getting raised even after many requests in whatsapp.Your app and portal is also not working. Resolve this downtime issue.

    @ACTFibernet in the month starting there will be junction box problems in the mid-month junction box battery will be the issue in the month end network slow, still i dont switch to another network becouse of i trust you , you will fix it permanently.
