    @ACTFibernet Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet Service provider, I booked the connection and made payment on 30 March 2020 and told TAT of one week for installation, but it’s almost 2 weeks.. no installation yet. Please explain @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hey guys I don't want to be inhuman but my internet isn't working from past a week. I've raised complaint all I get to hear is I'll get a call in 4 hrs. I've written email to Nodal officers as well please help as I have to work from home and I need internet.

    @ACTFibernet I understand that we all are in crisis and everyone WFH are dependent on the internet from their service provider. I called regarding a service and billing issue, the executive was rude. Looks like he has a notion secant go elsewhere. Pls call be back

    @ACTFibernet I am facing lot of issues with internet, tried calling call centre as well, waited long to have a conversation with executive, but couldn't succeed. Tell me how to reach u, Forget internet reaching you itself is big issue

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Your regret costs me money every month along with a pile of unresolved tickets being closed (even before this pandemic started). You are sqeezing more users into a pipe than what it can support. My aim now is to make this public to show proof.

    @ACTFibernet what is your SLA to fix a fiber cable cut. Power utility has cut the cable near my house while clearing the tree branches today morning SR10238607821792. I have visited tour local office and requested them to fix the issue. Without any luck.

    @ACTFibernet well the service is going horrible day by day.. In past 3 days your link is been down for 4 days and for good number of ours.. As of now the link is down at 5 pm in the evening and it's still been not resolved... It's ridiculous..

    @ACTFibernet My internet is disconnected again! If this is going to become a regular thing, please let me know and I’ll switch service providers. It takes more than 24 hours to resolve this each time as well. Complaint registered: SR10253671716182

    @ACTFibernet guys go for Airtel broadband, Hathway or Jio.. all r famous.. ACT is not even famous or reputed.. Customer service is horrible..They dont bother about online reputation.. such companies will loose business fast..

    @ACTFibernet Your call center number Nevers works most of the time . And there is no internet again this week . So it's true that it's happening every week . And you guys are becoming more greedy without providing a permanent solution. And I cannot raise a complaint by calling you guys.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 8nd March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection. If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time.
