I opted for a new act network connection last week Monday and paid 3700 for the plan & installation. The executive said a technician will come and install devices. But it's been like 8 days and no one has contacted me for installation.

They'll do half the job and leave. When we call back to tell them that it's still not working they say "it's so easy to fix why should I come to do it".

Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.
