    @ACTFibernet internet is down for more than a day - SR10159423413572. Called cust svc and was told that a fiber optic cable was cut. I called again yesterday evening and was told it was a local junction box issue. But no resolution till now or any call from technical team.

    @ACTFibernet i hired a cctv camera from act by paying 500 as advance. But after installing it is showing the camera as locked. A locked camera costs 500 if bought from ACT. Is ur customer care department working. Called 15 times and my issue is not resolved
