While my neighbour enjoys an uninterrupted @ACTFibernet connectivity unfortunately can't say the same for @Airtel_Presence And goes for poor customer service too. It's been 2 days without any connection and no plans for resolving too. Time to disconnect immediately!!

@ACTFibernet -Complaint(SRN10165097016981) raised on Monday 13th June . As per SLA it should be resolved by 10 am Monday but not done Im following up continuously but no resolution provided by the ACT fiber side. This issue happened previously also now again same issue happening.

Did not expect such a pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Hyderabad. Raised a shifting request 5 days back. Nothing happened till now. They don't even care to give you proper status. Be careful if you are planning to purchase a broadband connection!!!

@ACTFibernet terminated my connection in march but still keep getting bills. Why? Customer care has long waiting time, eventually get 2 speak 2 someone who listens to everything & then forwards the call to the "concerned" department where i'm indefinitely put on wait. #terrible

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a generic message is not enough to compensate for my lost time. Your customer care now mentions issue can only be resolved at 11 AM tomorrow. From 8 PM to 11 AM, it is quite a jump. Why wasn't I updated on the change in ETR until I contacted you guys?
