    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service and customer care calls doesn't even get connected... Pathetic response by the complaints done through the app... You guys close the ticket without resolving the issue... I have paid for a year so am stuck with you guys... ThOoooo

    @ACTFibernet You customer service is one of the most pathetic one. No update on Flexibytes allocation even when payment was made 16 hrs ago. "Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no:SR10240130846520 has been registered . Our team will ensure fastest possible action."

    @ACTFibernet This is now resolved for today. However, we want stable connectivity. Two days in a row we have faced the issue. We trust you and we do not want to lose that trust and trust other ISP!

    @rsprasad @DoT_India Also no response when we call the customer care, request you to please make them collect money only when they can provide service and it's ready for connection, many people are fasing this issue specially with @ACTFibernet in tough time and refund also not happened till now.

    Actfibernet is cheating people. It's doesn't have monthly prepaid and if we take six moths in between they will activate Netflix and other disconnect internet prepaid service. Without usage (not1MB )paid Rs.648 because they disconnect prepaid internet

    Hey @ACTFibernet, I raised a change ownership request on 27/01, they said it will be done by 05/02. It's been one month since I raised the ticket and no action has been taken till now. Pathetic customer Service. Please fix it before I change my connection.
