Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable.
