    (1/3) - @ACTFibernet It is totally unethical! Needs attention. No internet access for more than 72hrs, recently they are not following up with the resolution period. As you might know, we are in the digital world, everyone depends upon the internet.

    @ACTFibernet it’s almost 10 days continuously I was raising issues with my network and for the last 5-6 days my network was not even working And there is no clear response from the customer service.. and today I got a notification as tomorrow is my due date to make payment.

    @madmanweb @ACTFibernet not only that, I have made multiple complaints because of poor planing to ACT. If one house junction box fails, it takes down all other connections with it. Like a domino effect, no contingencies. Why other people should face problem??
