    @ACTFibernet. I have a Act connection.i don't want internet connection for the month of June.i told your CC executive to disconnect.again to activate on July I have to pay 150 rs.This is how you are giving good service. For every request we have to pay isn't it. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet raised issue on 22May and received a response stating issue resolution by 17:00 on 23May.On 23rd May the ACT representative visited and then closed the request without resolving.#horrible #ACTdoesnotact

    @ACTFibernet Stop spamming with messages & calls from multiple numbers consistently! First of all there was no agreement of pro-rata basis, secondly by pressing 1 on IVR for support I never got support! If you therefore continue to spam we will take actions accordingly!

    Running behind @ACTFibernet from past 2 days and they wasting my time telling that they would fix the issue regarding internet and every time I reach they put me on hold and tell they would fix this EOD, frustrating for a highdata user like me @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet This is the complaint no. SR1026188505732 I raised on MONDAY 11:30 AM . Your customer care executive told that it will get restored within 24 hrs but you took 54 rs to restore issue. Without informing me they closed the complaint better to go to Airtel.This s called worst service

    @ACTFibernet I’m on the ACT GIGA plan. No internet all day because your team connected my line to the wrong port during an “FX upgradation.” This is gross negligence. Tagging @TRAI and @DoT_India. This level of service from a premium ISP is unacceptable.

    -@ACTFibernet I had booked a complaint yesterday at 9.00am with Tktno:SR10875955969594. Inspite of promises by various staff at ACT Coimbatore, nobody turned up/ attended. The techie in charge had said at 12.45 y'day that he'll be here by 2.00pm Why is there such poor service?

    @ACTFibernet How come airtel, Jio and other service providers in the area restored the service yesterday itself. I guess there was some broken wires and they rectified.. U guys doing some rocket science to rectify or what??your executive not even turned up from last 24 hours ro rectify

    @ACTFibernet This is the worst service you can get in Hyderabad. No customer care support. Every Saturday/ sunday the network goes for minimum 24hrs. Pathetic attitude. Modern thievery
