    @ACTFibernet Hello Team, Internet is not working since yesterday and when I raised ticket you guys have SLA of 24 hours which is almost over. So when are you planning to resolve the issue? You won’t resolve the issue moreover sending the “Pay bill” msgs everyday.

    .#JioFiber is having the most pathetic customer service, I have ever experienced in my life. Paid 2.5k 5 days ago and they did not start the service yet. Their customer care won't even answer the calls. @ACTFibernet is far better in this aspect. #jiosucks #jio @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet Friend this company is very very clever. I was shocked if we raise request for new connection within one hour we get call back but if we raise complaint no call back was arranged from last 5 days. REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DON'T OPT THEM
