    @ACTFibernet This has been the experience previously too. As long as there is a prospect of new connection, you stalk the customers, however when it comes to the issue of network problems after that, there is no response and the customers are left in the limbo!

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet The service disrupts again. You can see the frequency. It’s been 2 days for today and no resolution. Faced lot of inconvenience on my project works. It’s common problem with ACT. Better to switch for Other service providers with immediate effect

    Hey @ACTFibernet everytime I call your CS, it's always busy, even after holding the queue for 30mins+, what nonsense! Do you even have CS executives or just bluffing the customers by holding them on call! Crap CS service!
