    @ACTFibernet Day by Day the service is very worst in Bangalore , In a month more than 5-8 days there is no connectivity, Service Engineers gives 1000 reason , If you can’t give proper one do remove connection !

    @ACTFibernet I was asked to pay 6 months and get Netflix cash back of 250 for may plan but I got the benefits just for 2 months , and now one month is wasted it's asking me to pay 799 ! Isn't this a scam I would have rather opted for 1 month extra internet than this ,CC dint help

    @ACTFibernet on top of it your call centre service sucks. I am put in queue for more than 15 mins and then the call gets disconnected without even being able to talk to the customer care executives. This is my ticket no. SR10230884737472

    @ACTFibernet As per someone who called me from the company, @ACTFibernet ‘s has a policy of refunding rentals for outage only if the outage is >24 hours. So technically, they could cut my service for 16hrs during the day, restore during the night and charge me full rental! What a joke!

    @ACTFibernet disconnects a conversation with customer every time they mentioned disconnection of service. No wonder their customer base looks huge, clients have to run away from the torture instead of parting ways nicely. Never seen a more pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Shame on you for keeping a support ticket open for more than 72 hrs and boasting about speed and your services. No one called me for the issue since then, for sharing my number in DM also. Worst ever service from an ISP, so far. Even @BSNLCorporate is way better.

    @ACTFibernet Very worst customer service experience I'm facing. I understand you are loaded with too many calls, but customers have to be handled first. After long wait on call for 20mins, agent disconnects the call without even speaking, atrocious.
