    @ACTFibernet Dear Act team! I have tried all the available phone number and none of them works. Can you please provide a valid contact number so that I can ask someone to look into my internet issue. There is no internet from past 2 days I have also raised a complaint on the app.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI I am writing this with utmost disappointment that we have faced the worst customer service from ACT. We have no internet connectivity for the past 3 days and we have recieved zero updates on the progress. No responses to mails or complaint tickets or calls.

    @ACTFibernet this is really testing patience. Even though they promise to fix the set within 3 days .... It's more than a week after making the payment and they still are just postponing the time. Need my money back. Enough of this nonsence. Worst service ever.

    @ACTFibernet initiated cancelation for my service yesterday and got call from a associate offered me a deal to stay back then I decided to stay and paid for 3 months which is on1/2/2021 afternoon and my service is disconnected for no reason I'm gonna raise a complaint against u😡

    Disappointed with @ACTFibernet 's relocation process. Been a customer for several years but still they can't initiate a new connection as part of shifting request in the apartment I just moved. Good way to lose customers!

    @ACTFibernet Now a days your services are so pathetic. I'm facing connectivity issue almost once in a week. If you can't provide internet to customers then just by back your devices and return money to us. We'll switch to other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet didn’t realize that transferring an internet inter city connection will take such long.. incredible India it is when existing customers suffer and new customers get prioritized to add customer base, its being more than 48 hours I am running with out internet!!
