    @ACTFibernet Its been 10 days we requested for Connection relocation (within 300m range CV Raman Nagar) . Nothing done!! 2 executives assigned till now who never responds . Act service at its worst when most of its users are Working from Home !! @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet I upgraded to the special WFH offer and my 250 mbps connection is now showing 20 to 50 Mbps speed. Also, half the sites are not loading. Flipkart loads and Amazon does not. It is happening only on your connection. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team. Today morning as well we contacted customers care, call was forwarded to sales team. But no one will pick call from Sales team and call gets disconnected. We have already paid amount and we have run behind you to get connection. This is pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Hi , Internet is not working since yesterday morning and I had raised a ticket yesterday itself but even after 24 hours of time , issue is not resolved yet. This is not the very first time I have came through this problem it been almost forth or fifth time in past.

    @ACTFibernet you’ll have literally brought the customer to their knees .. in the last 3 months I have had outage for over minimum 30 days but the refund I received was ₹125/- what a joke you people are just taking people for a ride . I have to pay whether or not I get internet
