    Bad Service from @ACTFibernet .Acct id- 102574787775.People are not responding and laughing while we complain regarding internet on call.2 days back we faced the same issue and it took almost a day to resolve it and now after 24 hours the same issue started.switching to @Airtel

    @ACTFibernet When will you fix this?? Day after yesterday technician told will come and check . Yesterday in the evening he called me told as he don't know my address and i haven't received the call so he can't came. Such a big lier. Told today within 11 am he will reach my address.

    @ACTFibernet Team i have already given u an opportunity by taking this connection. And why should I suffer for this same problem. I am really fed up with this third class service. If your team can solve this problem its ok. Or else give my money back i will take Tikona.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Raised back to back 6 tickets and followup atleast 17 times to fix the so called ACTFIBERNET. They claim that they have best internet in the city which has become a nightmare for me. Whenever I raise a ticket or call them to follow up their response is:

    @ACTFibernet Yes they are but the engineer clearly said that they will close the ticket because their team lead is Pressurizing them to do so. Now he's not picking up the call. Very bad practice to show the resolution time(TTR) as less.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days ACT executive installed Router but not working as expected availed 300 mbps getting 110. Rewired: same result. Supposed to install dummy router. Tried reaching exec no response. Pathetic service. Want to cancel my connection. Kindly do the needful.
