    @ACTFibernet This is regarding ticket Ticket No SR10264963703057 The services are very worst..the highlight thing is technician is not visiting the place and closing the tickets without resolving. Shame on @ACTFibernet looting money from me every month with the worst services.

    @ACTFibernet Worst ever service By a service provider. Had booked the package before 4 days and still there's no-one to start the connection. Everyday is a new excuse for @ACTFibernet For payment there was hundreds of calls, but after that there's minimalist response.

    @ACTFibernet I was wrongly fined for late payment of May where Rs. 100 is charging extra in bill of June. Provided details of transaction of May and even today the issue is not resolved after several reminders. Pls help to send the revised invoice of June.

    @ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen. Made an complaint for internet not working yesterday(SR10357149945792) Still it was not resolved. No Engineer assigned for technical assistance & every time by customer care asking me 2 hrs time. After that also it was not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act It’s been 4 months I am struggling to get connection of yours when ever I raise a req gets accepted & later rejected due to local cable issue.. we spoke to local cable guys & they do not have any issue u giving internet connection can my req be considered..
