    @ACTFibernet When will you fix this?? Day after yesterday technician told will come and check . Yesterday in the evening he called me told as he don't know my address and i haven't received the call so he can't came. Such a big lier. Told today within 11 am he will reach my address.

    @ACTFibernet I do not see any network for the last 45 mind and called your CSR to raise a ticket but after 10 mina of wait my call was dropped by ur system. Why do u turn nuts when you have some problem at your end? Can you get this rectified ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet This is regarding ticket Ticket No SR10264963703057 The services are very worst..the highlight thing is technician is not visiting the place and closing the tickets without resolving. Shame on @ACTFibernet looting money from me every month with the worst services.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days ACT executive installed Router but not working as expected availed 300 mbps getting 110. Rewired: same result. Supposed to install dummy router. Tried reaching exec no response. Pathetic service. Want to cancel my connection. Kindly do the needful.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, tried raising a shifting request multiple times from app but it crashes at the last step everytime. Your customer care number ends abruptly after a recorded message that request needs to be raised through app only. How do you expect customer to raise a request?

    @ACTFibernet I just spoke to your Customer Care requesting the plan change from NEXT month. I repeatedly told this change SHOULD NOT happen today. Within 5 minutes now my plan got downgraded at 1:35pm. Why is your team not listening to the customer? #fail

    @ACTFibernet There is no internet since morning as the cable is broken. I've raised a complaint on the app. There's no update from #ACTFibernet. Such #BadService!!! I've raised the complaint regarding the cable in the past as well however you guys don't seem to bother about it.
