    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet entire world is moving towards agile, when are you moving? Your current model is pain, SR10264410196944, lots of bureaucracy, ticket first customer next, no followups, long waiting time, un organised, list goes on n on.

    @ACTFibernet I have been escalating this issue from past 1 month. No resolution yet. It's really disappointing. Just to transfer my money from my account I have been waiting for just excuses.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore After lots of haggling,ACT restored the connection.BUT,the joke is they sent an invoice for one day. Not for the month. How does a customer make the payment and retain the connection? It's a puzzle.ACT can you share tricks to communicate with your incompetent service team 2 of 2

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore If a customer requests for reconnect, doesn't ACT provide an invoice to make the payment ? We received an invoice for 15 days, and ACT voluntarily disconnected and gave a discount for 15 days. Payment was made to the invoice, provided thinking it's a genuine error. 1 of 2

    @ACTFibernet Lost again and your customer support team is even not speaking when connected. Am I blocked to talk as i am requesting that I lost internet and coming to them for resolution. Waah what a service you have been delivering 👏. Great job #Actteam @ACTFibernet. Never expected.

    @ACTFibernet You have not been providing me with the service I have been paying for and when a complaint has been raised you get a customer service agent to harass me over the call multiple times and outright be rude and deny any escalation route and hang up the call?
