ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.

Your support staff headed by a Mr. Abhishek (who is in charge of South Delhi I assume, n who sits in okhla office) does not have a clear line of communication.
