    @ACTFibernet I did a call from your executive who explained that I have to pay twice as compared to new customers because I am an OLD customer. So I have decided to disconnect all the 3 ACT connections I have also inform all my friends about this ongoing cheating by #ACTFibernet

    2 times this month that this has happened. There is internet outage for 24hrs+ and i want compensation for the same. When you can remind me of payment due date, then definitely you can compensate for the same as well. @ACTFibernet

    @Airtel_Presence No worries, I switched to @ACTFibernet. They did installation in 2 hours of request being raised and I have 250+ mbps on my devices. Happy with what I have. Leaving @Airtel_Presence was a good decision!! Thanks to your customer service for not responding on time!! 🥰

    @ACTFibernet I Contacted Your customer care and made payment for new connection of Rs 14146/- Now since then till now 29 Nov No response from Your Executive, They said not covered under permission so we will refund your payment but not yet refunded , is this the way ACT work.

    @ACTFibernet Day 4. No internet. Support never responded - I had to dig up old engineer contacts myself for answers. Their answer: We”ll come today, then tomorrow, then the day after 👎 Been at a co-working space since Thursday. Unacceptable. Fix this.
