    @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet don't not install ACT broadband, you will cry, we took yearly subscription and now bound to use and every day we have to complaint but no permanent solution, NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED

    @ACTFibernet just got a call from your executive who explained to me that I have to pay double the amount for half the data as compared to new customers because *I have been your customer for several years now*. This has to be a first in Customer Loyalty Bonus ever. Just Amazed

    @ACTFibernet consistency in services is becoming an issue, either the speed or link is down & today it's been down for 5 hrs with a fiber cut prob cited to me by CS. The BOT is bad, CS never has a update & they only raise SRs, local engg are never reachable.. Thinking of changing

    @ACTFibernet I Contacted Your customer care and made payment for new connection of Rs 14146/- Now since then till now 29 Nov No response from Your Executive, They said not covered under permission so we will refund your payment but not yet refunded , is this the way ACT work.

    @ACTFibernet 3 connections at shops of Jawahar Madan 9811323239 at Raghubir Ngr Delhi malfunctioning for last 6 Month. No resolution to many complaints so far. Business losses happening. Consumer fed up with callous attitude of ACT. Request urgent action.

    @ACTFibernet with every passing day your IVR support is getting lamer. Gave request for disconnection of an extra connection 15 Days ago. Bill generated again. Can't even even speak to CC.
