@ACTFibernet Friend this company is very very clever. I was shocked if we raise request for new connection within one hour we get call back but if we raise complaint no call back was arranged from last 5 days. REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DON'T OPT THEM

If I need a free router, when I contacted @ACTFibernet support they told me that they'll contact me in a day regarding this, then they told me that the issue will be resolved till Monday (7 June) 1pm, I didn't hear from them & when I called they disconnected my call 2 times

@ACTFibernet consistency in services is becoming an issue, either the speed or link is down & today it's been down for 5 hrs with a fiber cut prob cited to me by CS. The BOT is bad, CS never has a update & they only raise SRs, local engg are never reachable.. Thinking of changing
