    @ACTFibernet @TRAI My net is down since last approximately 22 Hrs, you guys have no shame to fix it up. Bill is not paid on time ,late payment fee is added in a second. But bloody when SR is raised , net is down you all just lay eggs.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service ever! I have called so many times yet didn't connect to supervisor/ manager. It's over 2 weeks and the internet issue is not yet resolved. tech guy ask to call customer service and customer service ask to wait for tech guy to come. Pathetic.

    . @ACTFibernet it's been almost 3 days of no WiFi. The issue got resolved for exactly 4-5 hours and we're back to ground zero. I've raised a SR and also called your customer care.

    @ACTFibernet Ur useless team said it will be resolved by 4pm. Is ur clock slow? How many 24 hours u need? If u can't satisfy customer, then atleast make refund faster after cancellation. Ur senseless team told 24 hours from past 2 days and now telling the same thing again.
