It a cable cut issue and it takes maximum 1 hour to fix this issue. But no person in this Bhimavaram town from @ACTFibernet to fix it. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.
