I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. Look at me I Brought jio air fibre base plan which cost 599+ GST it's way to costly for that 30MBPS. Now I'm using @ACTFibernet which cost almost 3500 for 6 months with 1 additional month as a Bonus. I'm getting better speeds and also FUP is at 3.3TB unlikely @jio Air Fiber which limited to 1TB post the speeds are the worst
