    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @sanathKx @ACTFibernet Ultimately got in touch with customer care. And managed to have it all done. Changed the plan mid payment cycle. Took a bit. But still a better result than other ISPs I've had to deal with.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI do we have any option to escalate this in ur portal. @ACTFibernet is harassing the customers by not giving proper service. Because of which we are not able to complete our day to day activities of our office on time.
