    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet Sorry to say , but worrest customer service . Your team given commitment that will give the installation within the 48 hours after payment. But Now it is 60 hours where is your team. And when will install the net.

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday we got call from executive.on the process of connection, but till.nobody has turned out for the connection. Don't no wat exactly is the issue with ACT. Atleast have some concern of giving regular updates to customer.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Did not have Internet for the whole day !! Checked the router, looks like problem with the server !! If it continues till tomorrow, it'll be really problematic. Kindly look into the problem and rectify.

    @ACTFibernet Experiencing worst services from you. Yesterday subscribed your service. In the morning there was no service. Complained for the same resolved after 4hours. Then again the same problem. What's going on??? Is this your sevice in chennai???
