    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet Quite unfortunate that ACT broadband services has gone bad.I have been suffering since 2 weeks for a simple request of power discount in my bills and team doesn't take care of it inspite of multiple calls to customer care and Email to Nodalofficer. SR10152159374783

    From Past 1 1/2 year I am facing one or the other internet connectivity issue. The technicians say that either they were not properly informed by the customer care or they ran out of person to attend the issue @ACTFibernet 24hrs prompt service not worked till date. Anjananagar-91

    After multiple DM’s, registering of complaints & phone calls it’s safe to say that @ACTFibernet ‘s customer care is still SHOCKINGLY BAD and their social media team is completely inept ! And this has been the case for years now..... #actfibrenet #badservice
