    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet The problem is not resolved yet, but duration of downtime has been increased from past 3 days, now another slot is added between 12-2pm. Great going @ACTFibernet with poor service. Switching would be a permanent solution for me

    @ACTFibernet I m using ACT from last 5 years in Bangalore and recently started facing slow speed issue,logged the complainant many times to call center and through App as well but I have never seen company who close the service complaint without attending or resolving the issues

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Do you get pleasured by taking our money & not providing basic reliable internet connectivity? You have junction box, “smart” wire cut issues like 5 times a month. You guys are sick! You should NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS. After 24+hrs,I still am offline

    @ACTFibernet I raised a complaint on Feb 1 regarding incorrect update of data usage and whenever I receive a call from your team they just say that they're forwarding the issue to backend team that's it , the backend team didn't contact me nor did they resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE OF ACT. IT'S REPORTED THAT EVEN AFTER LAPSE OF 3 MONTHS YOU ARE STILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE/COMPLAINT RAISED IN TICKET NO. SR10263680841210.

    Since for past 2 days i was not able to use internet I have contacted customer care . I have raise a complaint also. Please revert and solve the issue ASP Your ticket SR10364047771777 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 2/2 (MM/DD) between 19:30 to 21:00.@ACTFibernet
