@ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

@ACTFibernet provides the worst internet & customer service. After waiting for 30 mins on line to speak to their executive, got to lodge my complaint. He said that will recieve a call from the team, but till now no one called me. @MIB_India @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet Yep, it was resolved but we need to wait and watch for how long. This time the technician said that it’s a two way switch which was the issue. So, not sure who is telling the truth. This could have been resolved if u could have installed a box in my house. Thanks though

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore , Refund request ticket was closed on 25th Dec.Still my money is not refunded. As discussed with the customer care, Payment team should contact and confirm the details but no one contacted me. new refund request ticket has been raised. SR10266681279020.
