    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet You guys are dng nothing except extending the time. Your CSR says due to bad weather in Hyderabad we are facing downtime. How funny is this? Other service providers doesn’t have any issues. We hve been with Act since more than 5 years, may b its time for us to using your service.

We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.     @ACTFibernet There is no update on cresit transfer. Let me know if I have to process through sonsumer forum channels, this is a harassment. For selling a new connection you sell it in 5 minutes and att3nd the customer asap but for this I have tweeted, emails, called 100 times but no response
