    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 24th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet Its been close to 7 days after sharing my contact details til today I haven't received atleeast a courtesy message nor a call which is very far away my money has gone which they did not refund but closed the ticket me mentioning they resolved my issue I dnt know

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10163656833234 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/10 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT. No proper complaint Handling and tracking. I will not recommend to anyone and planning to shift connection to Jio or Airtel. There is no escalatio

    @ACTFibernet Hi, today i have raised a ticket for shifting connection. Ticket# SR10163658948274. I just received a call from technician and later received message as ticket successfully closed. This is least expected. Worst Service.

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday I received a call for assistance with a followup call that my request is understood and changed. Today while making payment I see that issue is not resolved. I do not understand how you guys keep doing same thing every single time.
