@ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

@ACTFibernet Worst then the worst service. For static IP we paid 20days back and we login the service request too, but still now we didn't get static IP. Called you I'm taking about coustomer care many times approx 50tyms per day not a use and no response from your end..

@ACTFibernet I had a really bad experience with the ACT customer support and my Issue is not yet resolved and I’m currently doing Work from Home and due to this issue i had delay in my work schedule and i Had to start my next day work still without my internet condition resolved

@ACTFibernet your local service provider and team are cheaters. I have paid the amount installation of the WiFi and it's 3 days now, the connection hasn't been made yet. The agents are lier and rude. I want my refund. The complaint is field on Consumer forum too.
