    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet I made a disconnection request on 29-Oct & was acknowledged over call & was confirmed by your service executive that it will be disconnected on 1st Nov. I moved out of the address on Sun, 1st Nov and also paid my last invoice on 16th Nov. Now why have I got a bill?

    @ACTFibernet i have called CS 10 times still my issue isn't resolved and rep's promises callback he dnt do that ,a team lead assures me a callback in 4hrs yesterday..and i get a call today rep hungs up the call on my face he was being sarcastic when i was explaining him my issue

    @HDFC_Bank @RBI Auto-debit Features is misused by @ACTFibernet, Please look into this issue urgently. "They are auto debiting bill even customer is don't want to pay in that mode." From last Five month, there customer care also not responding properly on this issue.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 36 hours of internet disconnection just for name change on same adress and plenty of calls to customer care with no progress, I am wondering at such a pathetic service when Internet is so important. Disappointed # Act fibernet # worst service

    @ACTFibernet since 4days I'm facing internet connectivity issue, still there is no action on my case. Last month too there is no internet for about 3 days. Given the wfh scenario, I NEED a reliable connection without interruptions. I'm not getting the service I have paid for

    @ACTFibernet My honest feedback is that I'm deeply disappointed. I was informed by the service personnel that the issue was due to a fiber cut. Resolution for fiber cut typically takes half a day - 1 day, this time it was 3 days. All during weekdays were our official work was affected.
