    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet As soon as day get off and night comes.. Ur internet starts dying.. Not sure why u guys don't work on ur internet speed in night. This is really pissing me off from the last one month.Even after so many complaints, same issue I face on a very next day.

    @gr_kini @ACTFibernet Jio will be installed in a day, i faced issue with cable internet. When for issue if i called they used to tell me just turn off the wifi and turn it on again and issue will be fixed , fed up and moved to Jio

    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet . Network is down since yesterday 1pm. Raised a ticket and I haven't received any response till now.

    @ACTFibernet please make a note that your internet services suck. It has been such a bad journey. In the last 3 days I’ve had to raise 3 tickets. It gets resolved and then it’s back to square one. This is really not done.

    @ACTFibernet Now ACT is lying also. I got message saying ' we tried to contact you but was unable to' and I never got a call. I feel relieved that Airtel operates in my area. ACT technicians are just like thugs, they won't resolve the call but just close it
