Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

@ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

@ACTFibernet The actual thing is we have opted for 150 MBPS of speed but I received 9 MBPS which is completely not acceptable thing. I waited for a month but nothing happened. I didn't receive any sort of help. I just want to discontinue the service with you.

@ACTFibernet If your team is not going for customer requirement, then go ahead and cancel the new connection and refund back. Even near my two flats on same floor concealed by ACT but not doing for me. Start the cancellation and process the refund.

@ACTFibernet I took a new connection and within two months I have issues and completely no internet for today. No reliable connection in Visakhapatnam. See the ticket I raised SR10760615027332.

@ACTFibernet so when giving new connection you guys call 5 times a day when reporting problem you guys closing the ticket without resolving i gave connection on 21st of june my internet disconnecting everyday at least once and you guys updated incorrect phone number too worst..
