    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @sanjraj @ACTFibernet ACT are cheaters. They disconnected my connection when I requested them to shift to new location. They didn’t refund my money that i prepaid for the plan. Never trust them.

    [1/3] @ACTFibernet your solution was just a few callbacks and a raised ticket which was closed after doing nothing. A few hours after your closing the ticket, this happened. Absolutely fed up now!

    @kingslyj @obscurosaur @aldebaran14 @ACTFibernet The first thing I do when I am handed over a friend's Android phone is switch their DNS to DNS/TLS. Modern Androids (Pie onwards) have built in support. It is more complicated for iOS.

    @ACTFibernet how can a ticket closed with customer consent and no option to reopen where other tickets have option to reopen. And i need to wait for fckng 48hrs again to get a response. Please request you to terminate my connection and refund my money.

    With in two days of interest usage I'm having no internet issue... @ACTFibernet. Raised request and it said 7'o clock issue will fixed.. but not.. not so fair:(

    @ACTFibernet the most ridiculous internet provider. With no realistic timeline and every time I call the service center 24 bonus hrs gets added to the service request. I spend more time calling customer care than using the service.
