    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    Having bad experience with @ACTFibernet in chennai. Even after I paid 6 months charges as advance, service not yet provided. Not even attending calls. I have 6 other ACT connections and thinking about changing the service provider. Worst experience ever happened.
