    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

    @ACTFibernet every week internet goes off is this the act promises the customer and we have to complain again and agian and use to take two days to resolve the complaint is this fare

    @ACTFibernet I logged a ticket yesterday (03/18/2021) around 12 noon and it is not reolved till now (03/19/2021 10:15am). Your services are not provided properly as promised and no service technician showed up to fix the issue. This is not a good practice. SR10353961165512
