Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

@ACTFibernet recently I was moving my modem and the adapter stopped working. It was already after 8 pm and I called the guy who visits us most of the time and he actually came to fix our adaptor this time. Such a great support. Please help to give him a raise.

WiFi connected but no internet from early Morning .. It was worst experience with @ACTFibernet given complaint but still not solved.. I don't wanna recommend to anyone coz this is not 1st time.. In one year nearly 20 to 25 times same problem..

@ACTFibernet On Jan 2nd I reported a concern on my Bill to your help-desk team over Email, till date there is no response from them even after multiple followups. Why do you ask customers to send email if they are not going to respond ???

@ACTFibernet From November 2021 ACT fiber net is not working because of cable cut near office. After N number of complaints, ACT/ Chennai/Guindy sent us renuval payments for one more year. AC Number :103471621693 Service people are not at all working.
