    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @TRAI @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet withdrew services from Gurgaon on May 18th Operators shouldn't be allowed to deactivate service in the midst of a lockdown leaving customers in lurch and exposing them to the risk of the pandemic as they scurry for a new connection

    @ACTFibernet I had to reopen my ticket "SR10156697690902" yesterday and still no action. Agent keeps calling to close the ticket so he can buy battery backup after 48 hours . This doesn't make sense to me. Can we have a solution for this? #myconnectiongoesoffwhenpowergoesoff

    @ACTFibernet On top of it , Act need full payment for not working Internet . They clearly know my connection is not stable from start of May month to now and still they are looking for full payment. No waive off has been done till for now this issue on my current month

    @ACTFibernet This issue stands resolved now. But it was really an unpleasant experience. The CSR's were disconnecting calls and were placing me hold without even informing. Please check it.
