    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet I pay ₹2300/— every month. But my Internet Speed is pathetic. I have Jeo Connection also & I pay ₹ 999/- every month. The speed I get is 140mbps. When I want to rise this issue there is no provision in the Chat section of your App. Kindly help me in this matter.

    @ACTFibernet : why doesn’t your team ever fix the faulty cables properly? I raised a complaint yesterday and still no one has come to fix it.Everytime on workdays your team delays the resolution!

    @ACTFibernet sad service, team is incapable of support and very lazy at best! promised false unlimited plans and high speeds while setting up and now you hang up the phone saying TL is busy in a meeting! Do I say the same to my clients? SR10258100576782, 2nd ticket, in 2 days.

    @smanishkumar37 @ACTFibernet @rsprasad There is no internet for last 24 hours. Customers have to wait till they resolve. ACT do not have a failover support.

    @ACTFibernet HORRIBLE SERVICE. PAST 24 HRS INTERNET NOT WORKING. PROMPT IN COLLECTING PLAN CHARGES SHOW SAME EFFICIENCY IN RESOLVING COMPLAINT. (You already have an open request for this issue with service request number SR10258066031202. Our team is working on it).
