@ACTFibernet The internet is down since yesterday morning. SR: 10159183313572. The response is very poor. I had the ACT connection 5 years ago. But took another due to the same 8ssue. I was assured that you have improved. But within 15 days of my connection I amd here writing.

@MinhajMaviya @ACTFibernet It's been more than a year I stopped using ACT but they still call me with offers to activate my account. I'm fed up telling everytime that I no longer wish to use. They can use the time to sort out issue with active users.

@ACTFibernet ACTInternet not working; please help fix. Unable to reach Cust care phone not raise complaint thru your app. Frequent disconnections in last one month; either 5G not working or completely down. Backup power used to support junction box when EB power is down, now it’s not working.
