    @ACTFibernet Because of your worst service everyone at my home is facing issue,one needs to attend online classes,on has to work from home. I think for a pack of 6 months 1 complete month we face internet issue,waste of money,waste of energy. I wish you people respond on time🙏

    @ACTFibernet but plz try to understand tat u r loosing customers just bcs of ur pathetic services & standard responses of CS. either improv your service or your CS responses. I know I’m not a valuable customer for u but, 1 day u will understand it like Airtel & Idea started.

    @ACTFibernet Have been struggling to transfer old connection to my new house for last 3-4 days. Pathetic service.All this is despite our new apartment having a hub. Multiple tickets raised. First one is SR10361503373942 You guys won't last long if you take customers for a ride.

    @ACTFibernet do not believe ACT, from past 1 week no resolution for my issue. They will take power our home but they don't give discount. Worst customer service. Don't believe @ACTFibernet and don't give power to ACT from our home. I should get power discount.

    @ACTFibernet I feel this is one of the worst internet service. I made a shifting request recently it took 5 days and later on there was no connection for 2 days and from yesterday my wifi is not working,when called the executive they do not respond. Disgusting @ACTFibernet Vizag

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your representatives are FRAUDSTERS , despite knowing there is NO feasibility you took money from me for a new connection only to increase their false sales number. Cheap market tricks, I NEED REFUND ! Worst customer service ever

    @ACTFibernet Unhappy with the response on my ticket of internet not working since past 30 hours. No one from the support & technical team even care to contact and inform when the line will be up. Very disappointing Service request number SR10161621219262.
