    @ACTFibernet @TRAI my internet has been down since 24 hours + and as per my call with customer care they said it would be resolved by 9 am this morning due to this it effected my business and meetings with my clients. They are still not sure of they can solve within next 24 hours

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is it necessary to share the WiFi password and/or router login password with your technicians every time they visit? Why aren’t they having devices that can connect to router via cable to check for connectivity issues?
