I asked for disconnection last month, your CSE told you can disconnect when your validity ends, then he disconnected and then again after a few hours reactivated the service. Upendra (@Upen828) reported@ACTFibernet As a initial promise I was asked to buy 3 months advance rental and get a router or one month rental wavier. Now the person is trying to promote 6 months rental and free router. I am not sure if ACT management is looking into such DSAT issue and helping coustomers to resolve.
