    @ACTFibernet worst internet provider in lucknow. Do not use their service pathetic is a small word to describe their services. No customercare will help you out in case of internet loss. They intensionally crash the app when it tries to check your connection.

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst services experienced from this company. Service agent promised 1 day installation but no proper update or service. They even respond on call rather they will text you back.

    This is the second time I'm facing this issue and I'm really very disappointed by the service provided by @ACTFibernet Moreover doesn't even bother to resolve customer issue.But when it comes to disconnection they call thousand times to confirm and ask the reasons.

    @ACTFibernet My refund of 2 months 5 days is pending for over 12 days now. Your support team keeps closing my ticket without any resolution. Really disappointing service. SR10163784994154
