    @ACTFibernet What is the point if I trust ACT and this has happened for the third time this week stating "Server issue" - Will the premium paying customer ever be fairly compensated for this essential service? My service is till September, I will be considering to make a switch (From 2006)

    My WiFi has not been working since wednesday.I raised a ticket & initially ETR was yesterday morning. It was then moved to last night & now it has been postponed to this evening.The service engineer is not answering my calls &is rejecting them.@ACTFibernet How can I escalate this

    .@ACTFibernet raised a ticket ; supposed to be resolved by 9pm yesterday. today called service centre. after 2.30min of promotions, spoke to someone and they said it will be resolved. no means to connect with the technician - no means to escalate / chat with a human - FANTASTIC

    @ACTFibernet My Act connection ID is 101453475852. More than ₹5500 in my account. Reconnection not being given from 4 days. Poor response from CC. They asked payment of ₹566 additional. I paid. Still connection NOT ACTIVE. Am I being cheated by ACT? What to do now?

    @ACTFibernet your internet has been down since yesterday afternoon and still NO resolution despite complaints! Absolutely pathetic service. We pay for high speed, not zero speed. Worst customer support ever. Fix it or lose loyal customers. #ACTFibernet #WorstService #InternetDown

    @ACTFibernet Hello, i spoke to the service team and they explained that Netflix indeed comes with the plan but only i choose for 6 months. Having said that, the plan covers Netflix but only thing is the duration . So please proceed in closing the ticket
