    @ACTFibernet It is so frustrating that you team taking weeks to setup a new connection. When we call support team theyagain need another 72 hours to resolve. Why are you running a service when you are not providing a speed connection and customer support.

    @ACTFibernet Internet dropped again today. Still not working. You take two days to resolve connectivity issues and when we claim for waiver amount, you simply say that there was no downtime

    @MinisterKTR @KTRTRS @ACTFibernet I am an advocate and press reporter.. due to our nature of work, we could go to bed daily only after midnight.. Garbage collecting van is coming to our area at 6am and disturbing us from having atleast 5 hours sleep.. GHMC authorities please look into the matter..9603679556

    @ACTFibernet My Act Internet is Down for more than 24 hours - SR10260637059572. Everytime your Technician goes on top of my terrace to check the junction box, I have my Internet disconnected. Every time I have to tweet to get a response. There is urgency from your Team #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Not providing promised speed, too many n/w drops, technicians not solving the problem and blaming on the router, asking us to buy a new router, customer care not taking any action even after multiple complaints - norm now-a-days. Stick with ACT or change to others?

    @ACTFibernet This is bullshit service from the so called best ISP!!! I am fed up of the services within one month. Now I know why everyone in my locality shifted to @JioFiberChennai Since I have already paid August bill, I would like to get the internet connection till Aug 31st 2021 [2/3]
