@ACTFibernet Internet is down from yesterday morning. SR10263736209594 still not resolved. Called customer care 3 times, but not getting any answer and they disconnect the call. How to give the discontinue request what about the refund amount because opting for JioFiber now.

@ACTFibernet Still not resolution. The guy just calls me to confirm if i handed over the router which i did on 22 November. Guy keep coming up with weird things like give me the phone number of the person who took the router. Please have a look into it.

Don't give false commitments to customer by saying plan will give 150Mbps speed while it is giving 15Mbps.Your app is showing that my plan is still running demo 60mbps while I have paid for ACTsilver promo.And I have no words for your customer support. @ACTFibernet #cheaters
