@ACTFibernet My account 101635576655. There is a cable cut in my area and we have reported the same to your support team and raised SR at 12:00PM yesterday. It’s nearly 24 hours and still we are unable to access the internet. We are in trends of WFH and we need internet 24/7

@ACTFibernet is simply pathetic! The service is down since two days and there has been no communication whatsoever regarding the issue. The customer needs to call them and check, it seems.

@ACTFibernet Every time user cannot beg to fix the issue. We have other priorities as well. Support team needs to be on priority as these WFH days are rull exists. Need resolution in next one hours at any cost. Please don’t make users to beg for resolution

@ACTFibernet Nothing is going to change and happen, regretting now for taking your service. Why is your customer service team so irresponsible? They don't listen to what I say? I knew no one will contact me and I have to do multiple follow ups. Fast enough to send an automated response.

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 13th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???
