    @RohitThayyil @airtelindia It’s just a waste of our energy trying to deal with them. Every time, we have to explain our problem for hours to each service desk associate and there won’t be any resolution. Better to close the connection and shift to something better. I did the same. @ACTFibernet was better.

    I regret take the connection of Act. It's been more than 5 weeks. Spoke with a lot of people from Act Customer care. They cut the call in between when ever I talk. Totally pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take Act. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Is there a required internet disconnect, as I get this problem once a month? Does it also affect other people frequently? If needed I can send my roster, so that you can disconnect internet during my weekoffs if it is something common; I don't mind

    @ACTFibernet What could you do other than passing the statements to the concerned Team, you guys can't improve the customer experience and none of your customer executives are well behaved , they are rude.. Arrogant.. Etc..
