    @ACTFibernet Another ticket: SR10379907146294. Worst service. Raised a complaint last Wednesday, 6 days later here we go again. People have better things to do than chase support. Fix this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet What prioritisation you are doing ? Closed the ticket without resolving the issue, This is seriously not good and by the way Why you had tagged me as "Chronic Customer", Did asking questions wrong? Or if I dont align with your view I become Chronic?

    @ACTFibernet Extremely poor experience. Paid ₹3182 on Apr 16 (Acc: 102798314895), promised installation on Apr 17. Sales exec stopped responding. Multiple unanswered calls + proof available. This is unacceptable. Resolve ASAP or I escalate further.

    @ACTFibernet Am literally surprised 😡 @ACTFibernet . please restore my service by activating it. Already all bills are paid. Then why it is discontinued. Some engineer of yours have provided wrong info to the ticket and without getting customer confirmation you have discontinued the service

    @ACTFibernet It was promised by your team and they had given the waiver of ₹230 when recharging again. SR11078752500152 - Service request number. When I am doing the renewal this waiver is not applying on my plan. What the hell is going on here ? Check it from your own records

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for the response, but the issue remains unresolved. Service is still suspended despite this being a billing dispute (duplicate OTT charges after plan upgrade) and prior acknowledgment from your support team. Request urgent intervention & restoration.

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.
