@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet after I tweeted you replied after 12 hrs .this is to bring in notice that your service is not available in emergency and this is not happening for the first time. Your service is really slow .Things have been solved after 24hrs of no internet on my working day.

@ACTFibernet For 3 days I have been trying to shift my connection. I talked repeatedly to customer care, was told the technician was coming only to get a message each time that the relocation is rescheduled. I will soon cancel my subscription because of your terrible service.

@ACTFibernet First of all in ACT pay per use means whoever paid then oly you provide service without payment ACT cant provide service ...my acc got deactivated unnecessarily generating every month bill and threatening me in the name of legal action pls look up this issue @ACTFibernet
