@discountsdeck @ACTFibernet If Airtel Fiber services are available there, go for it without any delay. It's the best service I have ever come across. They always provide the same day resolution if possible, if not, next day is guaranteed. We have BSNL, Jio and Airtel available. 90% have Airtel connection.

@ACTFibernet Internet has been down for 18 hours now. Raised ticket 17 hours ago. No response, no contact from your side on that. Can you check this on priority? It's tough during WFH time. I could share the ticket number.

@discountsdeck @ACTFibernet Brother, you better switch your isp.. @ACTFibernet has the most pathetic service and support! Even i faced issue for 2 weeks and the issue hasn’t resolved. So I switched my isp now I haven’t faced issue from the past 1.5 years after switching

Hey @ACTFibernet, it's been 15 days since I cancelled my new connection request and raised a refund and it's still not resolved. Promising a service, failed to fulfill and refusing to pay the money back is unfair and feels like a scam.
