    @ACTFibernet Worst case, while asking for a workaround to fix, ur cust suprt exec is giving wrong info that the balance on the accnt will be carried fwd on pro-rate basis and adjusted on the modem purchase. Now from billing department that is refused.

    @ACTFibernet First of all this number should work, either it is always unavailable or busy. Yes, the issue has been resolved after multiple escalations and you forced to work my entire family on a workday on mobile hotspots as your team took more than 27 hours to fix it.
