@ACTFibernet After repeated complain also issue is not getting resolved now here when the power goes the internet goes because you battery is dead from the source whose fault is this is it our because we are paying you so heavily ,getting the worst services very disappointing

@ACTFibernet would you please pass the Act television account name if at all it exists? Such a bad experience I'm facing with television. Where did they get their app done from? It is so sick I'm not able able to login to pay my bills even after entering the right credentials.

A few years ago when @ACTFibernet launched, I was excited. Their claims were bold and marketing strong. I thought finally someone will change this broken service. Now they are part of the same herd they tried disrupting. 1/2

Dear @ACTFibernet it’s Reg your service at Nellore, we requested to convert 3 month plan to one month for the April, followed by disengage the service as we are moving. Many times I called to customer representative non of them given any confirmation yet (1/2).

Give you no updates if the service is down and when will it be back. Support sucks big time. And no making up for the downtime. @ACTFibernet is just as worse. Why can't this industry have the professionalism of a B2B with status page and incident reports sent every hour? 2/2

The customer care does not receive the calls, nobody responds when there's emergency. This is how a big company named "ACT" @ACTFibernet take care of their customers. Please find good people who can build right apps. Hoping someone from ACT reaches out to us.
