    Hello team I don't why are you hired associates like , Prashant, Manasa,sai kumar,Ramana from Hyderabad location who don't know work to resolve the issue of customer in call and directly they will disconnect the calls and say technical issues @ACTFibernet 😠😠😠 worst experience.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I always face issue during 5PM to late evening for browsing. How long do you need to fix the issue. Observe the RTT 8.8.8.8 ping statistics 7 packets transmitted, 7 packets received, 0.0% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 14.567/39.990/182.843/58.325 ms
