    @ACTFibernet reg num 9380058243 it's more then 24 hours now that our internet connection is down if I pay my bill 1 day late I get charged 100/- extra now Im not able to use your connection I was suppose to login from home that resulted 1 day of absence at my work space

    No amount of escalations are helping & your service engineers aren’t bothered!Been a customer for 15 years and this what we have to face. CC team doesn’t even connect to the higher ups or engineers!What is the god dammed issue that is taking over 5 days to resolve? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It's been two weeks and yet the router has rto be replaced. No proper response from Customer care team and Ground team as well. Router was not working after one week of purchase. Completely Disappointed with your service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. NOT RECOMMEND

    I am following up multiple times and there is no proper resolution with @ACTFibernet . Calling multiple times to customer care no response to customer query

    @ACTFibernet Payment was made on 2nd May. Support team confirmed they cannot install, I confirmed to refund on 5th May. Today it's May 18th, Its 13 days. Still not refunded. Here is latest ticket Your refund ref. ID is SR10164828045965.

    @ACTFibernet Could you please let me know why do I face connectivity issue 3-4 times in a month? Why do I have to call your customer support for like 10 times a day to resolve my issue when you know everybody is working from home. I had to take 2 days leave from work due to this.
