@ACTFibernet I have called our customer service numerous time, called the technician who had called earlier,and the audacity that he blocked our number back sent emails to your nodal team No resolution till day. Fed up and frustrated with the disrespectful act.

@ACTFibernet Beam I took your services years back and discontinued due to frequent internet disconnection and bad service. I again reactivated last year due to lockdown. I am not surprised services are still bad infact worse. Every 10 minutes internet gets disconnected.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD been trying to reach to CS since a week and no response. I got the plan changed on May 10th and still being billed for higher amount for month of May and June. Pathetic Service by Act Broadband.
