    Been trying for a new ACT Fibernet connection since 8th August. Made innumerable calls, yet every time I hear “ticket closed.” Yesterday I was told there’s a pending payment, but even after endless requests, I haven’t received the payment link. @ACTFibernet – Is your company still functional?     @ACTFibernet No internet from morning. Heard that cables are cut. How many days will it takes to recover? Due to bad weather @airtelindia also unable to connect via Hotspot. Seems like you are forcing us to go office and work #kukatpally #hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD, it’s been over 10 hours since I raised a service ticket and there’s still no resolution or update. This is unacceptable, especially on a weekday when connectivity is crucial. Please fix this ASAP. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet facility is down since morning, all our official have been put on hold. Request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Seems entire Hyderabad and it's surroundings are suffering because of this problem.

    @ACTFibernet after talking to 8 immature customer service reps at ACT i got connected with one person who understood the issue and has collected the details from me. you guys are the shittest service provider that can ever exist on planet earth. one simple issue neither your on-field engineer nor your disconnection department is unable to understand. 1. junction box from which the internet is sourced has been turned OFF for many days now and this outage has been happening since July, 2025 2. Engineer who came to check has confirmed that they cannot do any fix for it and I have to wait until the building owner where juction box is kept agrees to switch ON the power 3. Engineer declined from shifting the connection saying there is no other option for me and I have to continue with this degraded service 4. Customer service representatives hang up and go silent when I show the reality and tell them the facts 5. Disconnection department has been closing the ticket requests without taking confirmation from me assigning it back to engineers to solve it. A/C No: 101712783678 if I don't get a refund for my pre-paid service which is being getting a degraded output then you shall next be getting call from my lawyers
