Is the entire city has only one technician? And ivr call centre is the worst and disastrous system. No way you people were customer service oriented

In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.
