    @ACTFibernet really you are below mark in customer support. from feb-2021 i have been asking about reconnectionnprocess, till date no response and now i was charges ₹275/- +GST as one time reconnection charges, which is not acceptable. i have DM you my details

    @ACTFibernet Worst internet service provider, every month atleast 4 times internet is down and need to raise 4 tickets and you do mention 4 hours ETA so you end up taking 16 hours a month just to resolve the issue not sure whats happening Hope Bala Malladi you can step in to resolve

    @ACTFibernet Have ACT Lightning but get only ACT Promo Blaze speed happening since last few months Since today morning (June 1st) no internet don't know what's happening Customer Care team says 4 hours but more than 4 hours has elapsed

    @ACTFibernet I have subscribed for ACTStrom pack since Apr 2020. Recently I started using OTT apps in my TV it was too slow. I have raised the ticket for the issue the service person told the router provided by us will give only 150mbps. Please change and give my router ASAP.
