    @ACTFibernet : Pathetic service in solving my No internet issue today 3.30 pm onwards i couldn't use your internet service showing no internet and couldn't connect with your customer executive in customer care number, when the answer machine connects the call no one is speaking.

    Dear Bala Malladi, ACT CEO, Facing interrupted internet from past 4 days , customer care services is like slugs nd pathetic @ACTFibernet . If you are impotent to cater good service, don't provide. & Don't hire impotent technicians Please take away ACT fiber. WORST SERVICE

    @ACTFibernet From the last 6 months, your network has become worst.1st Issue Raised on 2nd May 2022.2nd Issue was Raised on 14th July.3rd Issue was Raised on 08 Sep and you closed the issue on 10th SEP.4th Issue was Raised on 21 OCT 2022.Till now not been resolved.Worst service
