    @ACTFibernet when will you guys fix your issues.. raised ticket 4 times in a row because you guys aeons responding. Now i guess closing my account with you will be a way Better option than waiting for your issues to be solve 😑 why you guys a getting worst and worst day by day !

    @ACTFibernet 50 tickets raised in the month of May itself for internet not working issue alone.  Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR10157138941732. Our team is looking into it and will get back to you shortly Pathetic service may month

    @ACTFibernet i have been getting loss and the ping is above 10 i want to know that how much ping i am going to get on act fibernet, told them about the loss on a game and provided a lot of things reagarding the issue i am not gettin loss while connected to mobile internet but act

    @ACTFibernet your escalation team member Mohamad sohail did not respond he is the senior and asked him about the ping he did not respond i am going to complaint against him as well in consumer court
