@ACTFibernet 3 days without internet and no way to even get a resolution. This is no way to give a broadband service especially for people working from home who depend on uninterrupted internet

Day 2 of asking @ACTFibernet, about Ticket Num: SR10177419100207. I have paid security deposit and no update on the Digital TV Box until now. What kind of pathetic service is this. The ticket always shows waiting for ETR and no real resolution happens. How many days will it take to get the digital box

Terrible customer service from @ACTFibernet Chennai, who have failed to resolve a broken connection on our street for three days in a row. Customer service reps have repeatedly been unhelpful and dishonest about their work to resolve the issue, and strung us along in vain.
