    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Don't take New connection .very poor service and engineers are mind less.they told me you must reboot router frequently in one day. it is act's policy.i am stuck now my connection disconnect many time in one day. Local engineer is foolish Now I am waiting for my plan expire.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request (DM) in June/July and I have not got the refund yet.. please fix it ASAP… you guys just say sorry etc etc. but there is no solution. I’m not able to give complaint through app as well.. plz fix it ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Hi. I am using ACT fibernet connection. I am using 1 connection. I applied for 2 more connections but due to some installation issues both the connections couldn't be installed. I have received refund for 1 connection but not for the second one. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet Getting only 250Mbps for 400Mbps currently. Its a backend issue and it was resolved temporarily when I raised the request. but speed is back to 250 again.
