    @ACTFibernet It takes half an hour to install a new modem but how and why does it takes you guys days to repair a fault. Internet at my office is down since 2 days. I swear if i didn’t get response on this, i will block you for life. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet frequently network is getting disconnected. Every month same issue repeats. Why? Are you not capable to provide uninterrupted services? @DoT_India take note of such deplorable connectivity issues for which they charge a handful.

    @ACTFibernet Can someone please take SR10263345622604 seriously? I am not able to open a new case as this one is reopened and support engineer only wants the case closed without addressing my issue. This has been running for months.

    Got the new connection as @ACTFibernet are OK to loose the customer than to fix the issue mentioned earlier.. The due date for removing the box for them is today night.. @ACTFibernetHYD
