    @ACTFibernet . Is something wrong ? Your Watsapp number is not responding to the HELP message . If I log in with my mobile number and then key in the OTP sent to me it says unauthorized log in . There is no internet at my place . Please help .

    @ACTFibernet If so many customers are complaining to you repeatedly, just think once about how poor your work standards have become. This is really terrible service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet, where's my refund? I've called customer care for three days without success. The call center disconnects, promising a callback within 30 minutes, but no response after 24 hours. Social media escalations are ignored. How can I get my refund? 😡

    @ACTFibernet, if you can't resolve my issue, refund my money. I'll switch networks. In one month of my 6+1 offer, I've filed 10 complaints, and the internet has been down for over 15 days. Are you serious about customer service? I demand a refund today.

    Paid ACT Fibernet in advance for a new connection. Later they said my area isn’t serviceable, but still no refund after 7–8 days. No proper response, zero accountability. Worst service! @ACTFibernet @ACT
