    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @jagograhakjago Please review this thread. Act Fibernet charged me ₹3500 on 6th April, however they refuse to service. It’s mentally harassing. I’m unable to WFH and this is a serious violation of basic consumer rights. Please help!

    @ACTFibernet 1 day from your tweet and not a single person has turned up or called to fix it! In today's AI world it is taking 96 hours for @ACTFibernet to respond to customer complains.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet and now the time for resolution is 7:30pm really? Why is it so the time has changed only after a tweet and trying to reach out to a customer care via the application the time has postponed and not before? Need answer not thank you for the patience

    Extremely disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. It has been more than 15 days since I requested installation of a set-top box, and every day I am given false promises like “tomorrow,within 24 hours, or technician will arrive today — but no one shows.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Even now i have raised a ticket for the network not working and the ticket number is SR101797588654. Looking forward to what the issue is now again (maybe the municipality works again)
