Team @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is 3rd time within a week we are complaining about no Internet. How many times will u do cable work at same place? Such a pathetic service when working from home. At least refund the money i will switch to other ISP.

I wish i would have jio fibre or airtel in my area. I'm using this network as a fate. Im disappointed with the worst service and it happens each month.The customer service provides terrible answers. Im tired of raising tickets with this Act. @ACTFibernet @reliancejio @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet you’ll have literally brought the customer to their knees .. in the last 3 months I have had outage for over minimum 30 days but the refund I received was ₹125/- what a joke you people are just taking people for a ride . I have to pay whether or not I get internet

Hi @ACTFibernet, I was quite happy with your service, but you're one horrible company to part with. Not sure if this is the inefficiency of your customer service or your ploy. But you have been harassing me quite badly, and I am gonna take some action about it.
