@ACTFibernet This is despite of calling ACT BLR in advance & getting assurance from CC exec tht customer needs to inform them 2-3 days in advance for disconnection & now, they disconnected the broadband, when the offices are not open fully, asking for full bill. Shame on you, ACT

@ACTFibernet Has there been any outage of recent? Unable to use both 2.4G and 5G. Although, 2.4G wasn’t working from a long time even when I was told it would work.
