    @ACTFibernet My Internet's not stable since 2 days. Seeing frequent disconnections. Never heard anything from your support guys either. Customer Care number auto-disconnects after a long hold. Really frustrated!! Ticket Number: SR10249577284632 Can you please assist me here?

    @ACTFibernet Facing internet issue from past 2 days, no proper responses from the customer care. This happens so frequently that atleast 5-6 times per month will be facing one or the other issues from your end. Worst ISP.

    @kish_rayadurgam @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet absolutely right their customer service is horrible they just simply disconnect the call. They are neither providing me with the service nor processing the refund. guys dont go for act

    @ACTFibernet 101442365126 Broadband is down from yesterday. Even after raising a complaint till now, no one showed up. Your service is becoming worse. When I raised ticket it was mentioned that will be solved by 2pm but no one showed up or called. #act #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 75 hours since I raised a ticket for invoice still I didn't get any update from the team. It's waste of time to reach out the service team. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Got call from ACT team and offered Rs.500 if I would take reconnection. I believed on them, but i did not get 500 rs as discount amount in current Bill. Follow up with ACT for 10 days, still problem is not resolved. Power customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Got call from ACT and they offered Rs.500 if I would take reconnection. I believed on them, but i did not get 500 rs as discount amount in current Bill. Follow up with ACT for 10 days, still problem is not resolved. Poor customer service.
