    @ACTFibernet, a new connection after payment takes 4 days? Seriously? A new connection request was promptly addressed and payment was received on day one with the assurance that the connection will be active within 24 hours. Is this your customer service for a new customer?

    Had one of the worst customer experiences with @ACTFibernet. No internet for three days & the worst customer care service with no proper response even from supervisors. Also there's no way to contact the nodal officer. After all this they are not even ready to provide a refund.

    @ACTFibernet 2 days without Internet. Customer care have escalated the issue and the local engineer will reach out to you. No one has reached out yet despite repeated calls How are we supposed to work when we don’t have Internet. Your team doesn’t care if I cancel my subscription

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is lost since 48 hours, and nobody has come to fix it. Everytime I called, they will postpone the time saying we'll call back. And I have already paid for 6 months!!

    @ACTFibernet Moved to Bombay to Bangalore recently and unfortunately ended up subscribing to a fiber connection from your company. Pathetic connection, pathetic service and extremely expensive vs market prices. You are making a commodity (internet connection) precious again
