    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet Service suspended over disputed OTT charges (₹267) even after plan upgrade with OTT included. Issue was raised earlier and acknowledged by your rep. Disconnecting service during a billing dispute is unacceptable. Restore service ASAP.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Using 100 Mbps ACT Fibernet for years, but still stuck with outdated cables that can’t support the speed. Raised a complaint on April 13—no response till now. Extremely poor service. Time to switch to a better provider.🤮

    @ACTFibernet My Ac No: 110637323329 (Shakarpur, Delhi) Service stopped in June 2025 but I already paid ₹2828 for 3 months. Router returned in Aug 2025. Still no refund after 10+ months & 50+ follow-ups. Getting repeated calls for router return. This is harassment. #ACTFibernet
