    @ACTFibernet Complaint #SR10257205396072 dtd 27/5. There's no internet for 5 days.The Service engineer/customer-care do not respond. They do not escalate the issue. Was promised a call back which hasn't happened. Every month it's the same story! Can we please expect a resolution?

    @ACTFibernet you fixed my yesterday's complaint for 4 hours then closed it. Now again connection is dead. 21st complaint in 45 days. Account number 104540660625 . Shame on You.
