    @ACTFibernet there is no internet since yesterday. We also past the resolution time provided on the ticket. There is no option to escalate. We tried the on call support but no resolution. This is impacting our work from home severely and is highly inconvenient. SR10179974943164

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR10179910546804 hs bn pending with no proper action.The assigned person Nikil is not taking any initiative or providing updates. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve this issue immediately. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    Company like @ACTFibernet use to invest more in advertisment then provide solutions to their customers I m struggling to join my meetings and having problem to do my assessments But look what they have huge money to waste on advertising. SR11079981334564 case still not resolved
