    @ACTFibernet is the worst ever! It’s been 3 weeks since I subscribed to them and I already had issues 5 times! My internet wasn’t working from morning, after complaining service guy calls me to tell its fixed, but it ain’t and then he promises to check it bt phone is switchd off

    FWIW, @ACTFibernet my Service Ticket number is SR10261999513202 and I don't have internet because your customer service rep said "Some box is down". Please look into this asap.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service, no one responds properly. I made an ownership change and it was inactive as there were dues in the old account. When I approached Customer service, one said I have to clear dues. I got an invoice with 3750 and charged 4460. And I paid 4460

    @ACTFibernet I've been facing frequent disconnection of my broadband. It's such a pain to reach out to your service personnel via IVR. All this despite having slapped rs650 for relocation charges. I've made a big mistake by staying wit ACT. Whn othr SPs hv gd offrs fr new connctn

    @ACTFibernet Yes it has got resolved. But I facing disconnection issues some or the other day. Need your support to look on priority. Myself and kids are dependent on ACT internet

    @ACTFibernet Charged for Netflix for an ACT cancelled a/c. Its 10 days since ticket was raised with Customer Care. 5 days since e-mail sent to nodalofficer.blr. 3 days since e-mail sent to appellate.authorityblr. All evidence shared ye NO resolution until now for 102401815998
