    @ACTFibernet We are facing issue with ACT Billing. We already paid for 4months (3+1) plan in JUNE (June 2022 till Sept 2022). But recently we received new bill for September from ACT team stating that plan changed so we need to pay extra. How can they change the plan suddenly .

    @ACTFibernet Why is your team closing requests when the issue is still open? Had to reopen SR10265816655354 The same issue was reported last month by my neighbour and a faulty battery was installed. Can you please get someone to work on this and close it once for all?

    @ACTFibernet ,hi team i was given assurance that SR10265806228384 this ticket will be resolved by 9am on 8th sept 22 on priority basis by customer service team. It's 10.34am now and i am yet to get any call and no one has visited too.. can someone tell me the status ....!?
