@ACTFibernet this is how the service is.Its been identified that there is a network issue at 8 PM today and the resolution would be by tomorrow 1 PM as per the ETA.Gow come such services work in today's world where every work is dependent on the internet.

@ACTFibernet No you guys dont work towards resolution. Its been 3 days since I paid- 1st the service person didnt pick up and he didnt pick up till i called with a diff number. Now the optical fibre setup person is blatantly blocking all calls once he figured i was calling for installation.

@ACTFibernet your team hounded me for payment for my new 6-month connection, which I PAID FOR. Now that you have my money, suddenly there's ZERO response from your side. If this is how you treat new customers, what happens when there's an actual issue?!
