    @ACTFibernet No offense, but taking more than 24 hrs to resolve and not providing updates is not appreciated while entire location lost connectivity. This is really poor

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet No one is taking this issue seriously! I'm unable to work! Your field agents are switching off mobile phones! Customer care gives a robotic response to wait for 24 hours! What am I paying for?

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue is not resolved and your customer support executives are ignorant and rude to address the issue. Everytime we call they just say we will escalate and dont even bother to provide detials whats taking longer than 24 hrs. Other ISP had resolved in 2hrs max

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 103rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet I would like to recommend just shut down your company and refund my whole amount. As your engineers are not able to provide permanent resolution may be due lack of knowledge and training.

    @ACTFibernet This has been going on for months now. I have not been taking this seriously hoping you guys would rectify the issues. Looks like you need to be screamed at on a daily basis!? Is there such a protocal to respond only to loud customers??
