@ACTFibernet Your customer service is really pathetic, had raised 2 SR with you for refund both were closed without refund being issued,my account number is 103422774200.If we don't make Pymt our connection is disconnected the next day ,but when it comes to refund u delay a lot

@ACTFibernet pathetic service as usual, no expectation fromACT. I called up customer service a while ago to have my connection disconnected, call was transferred to retention team, where the person who spoke was rude and disconnected the line. Need actions 2be takenon Priyanka.

@ACTFibernet A fraudulent internet service provider,even though I have deactvd the service,they have actvd it their own after clearing the dues without any consent and have generated another bill receipt for 15 min span which is the gap b/w activation and new disconnect request.
