    @rituontherun @ACTFibernet This is the worst service ever seen in the internet providers. Int is not working from 3 days and they saying it will take 10 more days to resolve and they are greedy for the bill payment on the due date . No response from the team even after details are provided.

    my @excitel_rocks plan was going good but i did change my mind to swith to @ACTFibernet in delhi but they didn't install yet Every time i call @ACTFibernet customer care they say you will receive a call from concerned team but haven't received yet

    @ACTFibernet No body is giving us any kinda response. I'm sorry to give such comments. Really upset with the way act costumer care reply us. Every single monthl 2 to 3 days internet is not working.. what for I'm paying? Not satisfied atoll. I wanna disconnect it. They're also not guiding us.

    @ACTFibernet After 1000 times explainig the issue to your customer care still I have a received a bill mail with due amount. I don't understand this service. I had taken a 3M plan which I paid for and raised disconnection request on 30th April.
