  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet this seems to be a never-ending saga. I specifically asked about shifting my connection. I was told there will be no fee for a 6M plan. For your convenience, you converted it to a monthly plan. Now when I want to shift you want to charge me Rs 650. Pls, call me now.

  @ACTFibernet I am definitely getting calls from your agents but , no permanent solution is provided . Every 2 days same problem occurs. Please escalate it . Paying 1400 monthly per connec and getting this . I have two connection. My bad luck.😔 @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet What a garbage internet service provider, I wanted to vet a refund but these people try and dodge my request for a refund. In the meantime internet is stopped working within a week of me getting a connection.
