  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Worst support experience. Reported the issue yesterday at 5 PM, but still no response. Technician Sravan(8712606419) disconnected my call and isn’t answering. Support team keeps giving scripted replies instead of resolving the issue. Unacceptable service.

  @ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised a request for relocation with ticket number: SR10381244929734. I raised it around July 20 and we had no support with the reinstallation. I called support and tried chat, but to no avail. If this the support I'll get, I'd better switch to Jio-Fiber.

  The biggest problem isn’t even the outage. It’s the lack of urgency and accountability after the complaint is raised. Ticket raised. ETR provided. Customer waits. Customer follows up. Still no meaningful resolution. @ACTFibernet, customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase you

  @ACTFibernet For the past one week it has been repetitive issues with my internet connection. Ref ticket no. SR10881447523214. If this persists iam switching over to different ISP. Rectify this permanently else iam not going to continue your connection.

  @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues You really need to get your act together.. from being so dependable, we have had almost 5 outages in the last 3 months of a few hours everytime.. Address - Prestige Sunnyside Elm, Bangalore 103 with no permanent fix!!

  Though of switching to @ACTFibernet on this Independence day.. Very Horrible Experience with Customer Support.. With offer they mentioned it will take 15 days for installation and ask not to choose offer and felt they thinking Customer are Slave and they all are King.. #Shame

  @ACTFibernet — SECOND PUBLIC ESCALATION I raised ticket SR1108149816874 over 2.5 days ago for my internet service issue. ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.
