@ACTFibernet @Prashanth5239 @ACTFibernet agree with them, we trust ACT and are dependent on it, but in todays time the service is a primary motto, but here it is astonishing that you are unable to get your services right, my entire work is on standstill because their is not net connectivity

@ACTFibernet its been a while (6 months)complaining about multiple speed drop & fluctuations but seems there's no mechanism to check the repeat complaints from customers.technician just want to close the ticket rather closing customer issues.150 mbps plan suffering with 35 mbps.

@ACTFibernet Worst Service. They took 5 days to solve the issue and after I got my connection back, it was available only for 2 days and again my connection got lost. They don't even understand the importance of internet. Very bad 👎. Solve it asap Ticket no: SR10162260641622

@naveenjainsl @ACTFibernet If it isn't resolved by today, I'll better shift to another broadband because I'm done with my patience. Never seen this type of service from other broadband companies. Taking days to weeks to solve the problems. If this keeps going, many people will prefer Airtel or Jio.
