    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Using 100 Mbps ACT Fibernet for years, but still stuck with outdated cables that can’t support the speed. Raised a complaint on April 13—no response till now. Extremely poor service. Time to switch to a better provider.🤮

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Just 1 hours back i had a call with act customer care and I got to know another update which is shocking for me is, all these couple of years the power discount is goingto port1 customer but these two years the power to junction box is taking from my flat. This is unfair

    @natarajanv88 @ACTFibernet I got my service suspended today stating 499 was not paid for the internal wiring service for their Mesh devices, which I never availed. I got this as an offer from the sales guy Karthick R | +91 90429 13770, and promised waiver too. Due to his tardiness, my service got suspended

    @ACTFibernet So the internet provided by @ACTFibernet to your home is dependent on someone who might just cut the power and the internet to your home. I have had local wifi and other brands wifi as well but never heard of such dependency of power on random person.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care is one of the biggest liars. They can go to any extent. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading
