@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet I think ACT team don't understand the importance of time and they only look for sales and money. Please stop saying that we are the best in broadband etc.. which is not at all true. Better you improve your customer service and the TAT to close the ticket.

Has anyone faced such an issue w/ @ACTFibernet ? I was using ACT 4 many years. Fed up of poor service I disconnected in Nov'20. 2 weeks ago(Mar24) I got msg that my reactivated and I got a bill on April 6th. Complained to CC, they say my a/c is active & no disconnect req received

@tinucherian @ACTFibernet The Act customer service has crashed after being efficient for a few years. Only they can fix the problem, seems they are not interested. I face issues every 40 days. Losing customers & not addressing them shows apathy of the management in training staff & building brand values
