    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    It’s been days since I raised a shift connection request for @ACTFibernet. Paid extra for the Jaipur offer, but all I get is excuses about "transferring balance from Hyderabad." Raised multiple requests—no resolution. Totally disappointed. I just want my refund. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet During the service time your employees would come running to my house on one call but from the moment I have placed the connection closing request your behaviour has changed drastically. Really shows your ethics. First your employees pushed me like hell to not close @ACTFibernet

    I have raised multiple requests and you guys close it without even talking to me. What is this **** behaviour? At the time of connection I paid 2k as Security Deposit, at connection closing time I was told that it's 1k, not 2k and you guys aren't even returning that @ACTFibernet
