    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Why do we have to pay for the day we don't use the internet because of your issues & we face Payloss from our offices as well. May be approaching other companies is the only option left I guess This is the 3rd time in this week Plans are also very expensive comparatively

    @EVRa2910 @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia Yes the problem is that if we trust on the brand and give money before the delivery then they have to trust will the sales agent help in this matter because mine Agent says they have to setup a power box I refused that for it now let see what technician says
