    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet SR11980618359974. My Office connection is down for more then 24 hours and the issue is a disconnected wire at the DP. Now all i am getting is my ETR being postponed since yesterday. Kindly fix it or take my disconnection request so that i can move to Airtel.

    No one is taking ownership of the issue. Please reopen the ticket and have the concerned team contact me with a proper resolution instead of closing tickets without completing the work. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet #SupportNeeded

    Unacceptable! @ACTFibernet closed my ticket SR10380580306316 & disconnected my internet, but provided ZERO confirmation or email about my REFUND. My plan was prepaid till Oct 2026. You cannot steal my money after failing to provide service! A/C: 103720704297 @ACTFibernet_In

    So, @ACTFibernet has a company policy where if you pay them for any plan and subsequently move to a location where they don’t have service before the plan ends, they’ll NOT REFUND ANY MONEY. Whatever excess, they’ll keep! @MIB_India and @GoI_MeitY please note. This is robbery.

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service. My internet has been down since yesterday. Complaint No. SR10180655972374 was supposed to be resolved by 10 June, 9 PM, but the ETA has now been extended to 11 June, 9 PM. Internet is essential for my office work. Pathetic service
