  @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

  @ACTFibernet renews tomorrow. I tried to cancel 2 days back but you team cancelled that request saying we will solve the issue but today they denied Hence cancel my plan effective today and refund the amount paid for the subscription

  @ACTFibernet and conveniently the fault of the municipality all the times at times the agent say the municipality cut down the wire in our area even when there was no municipality work being done that particular day and time.

  @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from last 15 hours in my area, where i called the person who installed ActFibernet in my house says @ACTFibernet is not fixing this Area is pincode is 522309, cherukupalli, Bapatla dist.., AP #AP
