    @ACTFibernet But please resolve the issue and provide connection- your people are calling me when I am in flight but I still return the calls within 25 minutes but they are not picking- and DO NOT close the ticket with a remark “ issue resolved” when issue is NOT RESOLVED.

    Hi @ACTFibernet Buffering issue still persist. I m unable to watch movies online. For this issue I hv raised complaints multiple times, technicians always provide temprary solutions & gt a lot of showoff calls 4m cust care 2 know the reason bt no permanent resoln provided yet

    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.
