    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet You guys suck with your customer support & service. Every alternate days there is a internet issue and customer support tells that it will take 24 hrs. Is this why we r paying u guys? Truly terrible service. Not at all acceptable in a prime locality like Bangalore.

    @ACTFibernet Hello Team, I have raised ticket # SR10153329470907 on 5th March for discount validation on my Act Bill. Everytime I call the Cust Care, they inform that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Can some Sensible Cust care look into this issue. My due date is today

    @ACTFibernet I have shared all details to you in your personal chat window. It’s been 3 hrs and no internet in a prime locality like Kasavanhalli - Bangalore. Customer support takes 10 mins to receive the call and still they pick and won’t speak anything in an intension we disconnect.
