@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet We have had an outage of 24hrs now, for a broadband company this is ridiculous. How do you justify this to your customers. This has repeatedly occurred for the last few months, and every time its a server problem. How can it not be fixed?
