@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

If you want to buy a camera set up for your home @ACTFibernet will not let you reach out to the apartment POC/the customer care. The only way to raise a request is through the app and that too the request is prepaid. What if someone wants more than one camera? No one can help :)

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Dear ACT , How many times do i need raise a ticket, so that the wifi battery backup support will changed. Whenever there is powercut the wifi battery backup dies in less than 2 hours. I have a dedicated power backup for my router for 4 hours.
