    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet Here we go again. This time I didn’t even get usual 1 month uptime. broadband is down within 16. I have been complaining about your infrastructure for @ 2 years now. A responsible enterprise would have resolved a long time customer complaint by now. SR10166726831334

    @ACTFibernet my connection was disconnected yesterday night and when I spoke to customer care they said amount was refund and if I want to continue I must pay the refunded amount back. Customer service is not telling me which account they have refunded the amount. Please help
