@ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet I raised naby tickets in last 3,4 months on issue with my inet. The guy called me today said he is going to send tech to my home. When I mentioned they come & don't fix the issue but insist on closing the tkt 1st , no follow up after he went silent & hung up the call

no action was taken but @ACTFibernet shamelessly gave a new bill of Rs 1096.06 which is 70.10% of the monthly charges and for providing only 5 days of service in Sept 2025. I objected this during my one more call to customer care through 4 calls - 2.03pm for 8.51mins,

@ACTFibernet What a shameless service that you are providing? Resolution time is changed for tomorrow as your wish, but acceptable to me. There are several users of @actfiber facing internet issue , you don’t bother. Pls fix it by EOD today, dead line for you☝🏻

@ACTFibernet Checked, but internet service is not restored so far. Other side, Your customer support executive #Rita is so over call, not expected at all. Pls arrange for call back from your technical team, else we will switch over to another internet service provider ☝🏻

@nishavasudeva Please inform @ACTFibernet that their Internet systems are in ruins in Gangotri ENCLAVE, ALAKNANDA, NEW Delhi. Their nodal officer has only canned responses. We are all planning to shift enmasse at the end of our billing cycle if service does not improve.

then i called customer care of @ACTFibernet today at 8.19am for 28.07 secs and spoke to Shiva and he was very courteous and said sir your complaint is very valid and u r perfectly right and accounts team will log in at 9.30 am and you will get your account reactivated by 9.45 am
