@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet since yesterday I am facing the issue in my cable connectivity. Today’s resolution time was scheduled till 8PM and yet not done. In the morning one of your engineer visited it worked for a maximum of 10 minutes & stopped again. Please help!! #Hyderabad

@ACTFibernet My internet has been disconnected, before due date. You are not even apologetic for it. I have made payment. Just get it reconnected. What issue you have to look into. You do not take a customer's complaint as the truth.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I had to block my credit card and go through an unnecessary ordeal with my bank for your customer executive messing up to try gaining incentive points. What’s worse is I still have no resolution on a mess that I didn’t even create in the first place

@ACTFibernet yours is the pathetic broadband ,I was using the fibre since 5 years and there is no proper value to customer,I was facing a lot of service related issues and no proper resolution of the issue in time and you charge a lot more premium than other isps,
