    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet I am a patron of ur service. 103645210975 my subscriber I’d. Service sucks big time, what sucks more is ur customer care. Plan to disconnect act service and go with Airtel or Tata play. Service is down when I need it most urgently

    After facing the issues with @airtelindia Xstream I took a new @ACTFibernet connection after sales person comitted me a offer. Worst part is after paying money and activating services with @ACTFibernet, the offer which sales person has given is not there . Worst worst

    @ConcordeIndia Alexa will only work if you tie up with a reliable and standard internet service provider. Till then all these claims of smart home are useless. @ACTFibernet @reliancejio

    Facing the worst service from @ACTFibernet and not getting resolution from them. Delays ok every complaint and even after resolution that problem will arise again and again. Seems my money got wasted on this.

    @ACTFibernet I hope so. So far nothing has been done. Some person from your team called me and he wasn’t even aware of the issue. I’m sure this issue will not get fixed anytime soon.
