  @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

  @ACTFibernet Ticket - SR10280199587664. Internet is disconnected since 12pm. Raised ticket immediately but estimated time to fix is tomorrow by 12pm. No one tried to fix today. How do you advertise almost zero downtime with almost a day of no connectivity? The worst literally.

  @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service experience. Tickets are getting closed without resolving the issue, and there is no transparency or ownership from support teams. This kind of service is frustrating for paying customers. Please address this seriously. #ACTFibernet

  Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm taking new connection just 24 hrs back, yesterday mrng team was visited and they installed setup router and all. In between before 24 hours only got an network issue. Ticket was automatic opened. Still issue was not resolved. I have a work.

  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACTFibernetHYD What is happening guys? I have never saw this much of negligence from the ACT team. I had raised a relocation request a week back, and still got no response for the same. If you are unable to do it, just return the money back.
