    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Hello I have been using Act Fiber net since 3 to 4 yrs. But never I paid late but due to some unforeseen circumstance I could not pay on time due to that i have been penalized with RS 118/- Acc# 101591628104. Such a pathetic and worst service.

    @ACTFibernet But what is the use of this? They said they cannot process any refund . If you are happy to keep my money, which I needed the most, then keep it. I already explained why I wanted to cancel this connection..

    @ACTFibernet You guys are ISP and your tech team is clueless how to resolve this issue. This is a serious issue you know. Am not sure on what basis you guys are hiring network team and field team who doesn't know for what reason this is happening except reset and reboot the profile fromserver

    @ACTFibernet Wi-Fi keeps getting disconnected frequently. Although I have raised multiple tickets SR10579692477064 to address this, the issue remains unresolved, and the connection continues to be unstable

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Work Order WO101796899190, your sales rep promised a connection by 7 pm yesterday, then moved it to 12 pm today and now he’s not picking the call and nobody has visited me. Is this the service you’re providing? Unprofessional!

    @ACTFibernet I emailed your Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority and got no acknowledgement at all. Is everyone sleeping at ACT? What kind of customer facing company does not acknowledge emails? What a joke!
