    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet @buzz267buzz @BandBajaateRaho Still no contact from ACT on phone/social media when are you going to resolve this please make a not if this issue is not resolved before 30 August then you will have to provide compensation as this issue is been going on from almost 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet But now I am getting avg of 15mbps and sometimes even 8mbps. I am utterly disappointed and the technician says my router doesn't support 75mbps. Forget about 75, at least it should be 50. Please look into this issue at priority. Account no 101010863435

    @ACTFibernet The worst service ever. The Internet is down at least 1 day in a week and this issue is from last 6 months. Tickets have been raised every week still the situation is same. Please understand we work from home and this impacts us big time. Time to switch the network

Such an unprofessional approach is not at all appreciated, Daily I call your support team even though I have mailed but no positive approach. #ActFibernet @ACTFibernet

    World worst service provider @ACTFibernet. My wife purchased the broadband service and our Airtel mobile service gives better network than ACT fiber broadband. Third class service. No resolution since start of the service i.e. 9th Aug
