    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet It is such a worst compny with no customer service t ll. I have been waiting for a trouble shoot of my very new device since the beginning. Have sold me old modem from which even Ethernet service is very poor. And now no reply for my questions

    @ACTFibernet Act is a very bad nd a fraud company. Refrain from using it. They charge u for 300 Mbps and would give u less than 100mbps speed and for anything and everything u have to keep restarting the modem.
