  @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

  @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

  @ACTFibernet I already saw it and the folks came last night and still haven't fixed the issue. Shame on you guys to provide such pathetic service and support. No one in ACT cares about the customer. None of you have tried to reach out to understand the issue. Just msging here doesn't help me.

  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct There was not a single call from your technical support only I'm getting a call they'll assign I mail also I have mentioned the mobile number but still no technician assigned or called me. Please don't give same reason

  Hi Act sevice is very very worst in my life I paid and got connection for 6+1 from June to December Now app asking pay some amount and disconnected my service @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I strongly suggest you guys think twice before choosing @ACTFibernet. Unstable internet, poor service, and zero urgency in resolving issues. Paying customers deserve better than this. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reliable provider instead. #ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i just get same response . If i dont get it done in next 1 hr i will ask for removal of my connection and move to a better service provider
