    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet Can I know who will the refund be processed, cuz I received and email that you will ask for an information to get the refund but no such mail received and before that your team closed the ticket stating issue is fixed..how can we do that before resolution is done?

    @ACTFibernet no need to arrange call back ineed the service . In altitude if your team provides router instead of money then also it will be fine for me .
