    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    How many times I called you @ACTFibernet why don't you initiate refund, if service is not available please do refund @cyberabadpolice @cpcybd sir they charge the amount without checking their network feasibility, but they didn't give the connection , and not refund also.

    @ACTFibernet #110505928965 Emailed reg disconnection n refund. No response from U.terrible service. Zero after sales service. U hassle customers for refunds. Pathetic . Advice all to skip this company. Kindly ensure the refund is done ASAP. Regret this connection taken.

    Its my last options trying to escalate on my ACT fibernet issue. hope I'm the only user would have raised highest number of complaint from last year with 75+ complaint ticket. @ACTFibernet There is some issue with my account which is connected to some bad port.

    @ACTFibernet I have lost internet connection on 6th march 2021 till now that was not resolved by act. Worst service and no communication. Wasted my money and time. Every month i am registering min 1 complient.

    @KTRTRS Sir recently I paid for @ACTFibernet on 01/03/2021, till now I didn't get the connection. I send lot of mails to them, but no one resolved the issue. They didn't give the connection and not refunding the money also. Please do justice sir

    @ACTFibernet For replacing simple power supply section in the box took more than 30 hours, and surprised to hear each customer care person is giving different reasons about the issue. Pathetic service from ACT, frustrated
