    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    Hello @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since last 2 days. I have raised the complaint with your team Ticket no: SR10154536267442 2 days back still not resolved. Moreover team closed the complaint without resolving. Pls look into it as it is badly impacting my office work

    @ACTFibernet Totally disagre with the service providing by ACT becase in a box there r 5 to 6 conection but they resolved in 30hours only our connection not all the rest, I questioned them why r u not connecting the others,repiled came the othr service man will solve but till now no solution.

    @ACTFibernet Poor Service.. Frequent disconnections from past one month.. Asked me to buy a new router - I did..not working again.. No internet the entire day..How do you expect us to work from home.. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet your customer care is very bad.Applied for Static Ip on 25th March,2021.Still haven't got it and routing from jaipur to mumbai server is also ****** up. Please disconnect my connection as soon as possible.Bsnl is providing better routing than u guys.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing a internet blackout right after a new installation carried out by your team. Contacted your team who claimed to send someone but like always they did not. Now tell me how reliable is your internet or customer support? Should ask for a lame excuse at work?

    @ACTFibernet Worst behaviour, its been 3 business days registered for new connection and still you haven’t provided me the connection. You are faster in getting payments done on very first day from customers but not setting up the connection.
