    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet SR 10163304289976 for escalation call back is raised.. Any update on that? And ensure the connection is at port 1. Every year when we pay the annual fee, the customer care says the connection is at port 2 and the reimbursement for power connection is denied.

    @ACTFibernet I want to convert my Swift plan to Basic plan but your customer care executive says it is available for only 6 months. Why are you forcing customers to pay more money? This is unfair. If you can't, I'm sorry to say; I have no other choice than to go to another ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Hey idiots! How many days will you take to resolve my issue. Ha! You are telling to contact this num +919121212121. It's not working. I mailed to nodal officer, appellate authority, act help desk...but none worked. Give my money back.

    @ACTFibernet slows down home connections after a couple of bills. You cannot play even YouTube videos. It doesn't reply to any complaints. And it doesn't work when there is a power cut in the locality. By the way the marketing guy in Vizag is a cheat.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet kya chutiyapa hai bhai tum logo ke internet connection ka? Arey how many times I have to com here n wast my time venting it out on you? Kabhi kaam he ni karta Sahi se... Somebody call and fix this for good....
