    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Still now not received any update from your team and doing same please initiate my refund it was opened since 20 days back how long I need to wait for my refund as technical support declared no connection will be install from your area as it was not in server area

    @ACTFibernet 7 mnth bck raised request 4 connection transfer,dat was nt done evn aftr 20 days f follwup.Finally v asked 4 disconectn many times. It ws a prepaid conection y v still recieving huge bills? U guys dnt provide proper service & nw sending bills whch v hv nt evn used?
