    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet Your engineers are puzzled as they are not able to figure out the issue. Now I have to wait for next morning for them to get back while I’m here being shouted by my boss at work for not able to finish work on time.

    @ACTFibernet looks like you guys will never learn. Despite facing the same issue last time too you can’t prevent it from reoccurring. I’m here sitting without internet on a weekday. Your agent Manjunath promised a quick fix and just switched off his phone. This was the last straw
