@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet My complaint number isSR11560650495732.Assured resolution period was by 8/8/21 10AM. not resolved yet.Of late I have noticed your services have become very bad. If this continues, I will be forced to move to a better ISP given my work depends on internet.

@ACTFibernet Also have to raise reconnection request in Actfibernet APP..Also as i was told that billing team will contact you to sort your bill as your account is on hold then as it is showing due 2197.19 in my Act Fiber account..Till now not able to reach Customer care.

@ACTFibernet After using your services for less than a month itself. I realised how pathetic are your services. From last Friday i.e 6th August'21. There is not internet connection and worst case is even after registering complain SR10260655286242 there is no solution provided.

@ACTFibernet @bada_paww Again there is agreement between myself and ACT support who called over cell. I never requested plan change.Without my notice the plan has been changed and charged. Let me will able revert the old plan else I would like disconnect my connection.
