@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet When?? It's been more than 8 hours . My internet is out for 40 hours. Are you guys even doing anything about this?? You aren't even able to call or text me about the issue. If it's not resolved by today EOD, my days with your company is over. That's the last thing I want to say.

@ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago biggest mistake to switch to act fibernet. I made the payment last week and was promised the connection this weekend. Now neither the agent is answering my call nor the customer care is helping me. More over they just hung up my call! Pathetic service
