  @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

  @ACTFibernet Hello... Do you have plan to resolve the issue? Forget resolution, So far nobody cared to call and check what is the issue? Should I move to other service providers? In this "work from home" situations, I can not wait endlessly for my internet to get activated!!!

  @ACTFibernet I have been raising multiple internet down requests on weekly basis, on ground team knows the issue and they are reluctant to fix the issue instead threaten not to fix if ticket is reopened. Is this how you train your staff with no ethics???

  Every time someone calls and then nothing happens as a permanent solution. There is something about how your connection is integrated with my router, which is an advanced Netgear Nighthawk router. But hike need to see what the issue is! It's not acceptable #ACTFibernet
