    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @JioCare from last 3 days my fibernet connection is not stable. From 8am to 5pm is not working. Everytime when I try to contact @JioCare no response from them. I was happy with @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Just because of lockdown you might not see disconnections and customer are begging for service. Any issue takes 3-4 days to resolve in these quantum computing days. It is 3rd time in the row act is out of service.

    @ACTFibernet service sucks. We had raised a complaint y'day nite about the broadband issue. Your service engineer confirmed to be resolved by 11 am and it's still the same and he is not picking the call

    @ACTFibernet no one is helping close this issues. Tickets are opened and closed more than 10 times! How can shifting be charged when I have not changed my address??

    @ACTFibernet your helpdesk is a dead end solution for customer queries. They absolutely pass the time saying it will be resolved in one hour/ 2 hrs but nothing happens. No way of escalation. No sense of urgency. A mom and pop store provides better experience than you

    Absolute pathetic service one can expect from @ACTFibernet. Whatever good things they provide they balance it with their pathetic service. Registered complaint yesterday and today ACT guy keeps on promising me to come to my place in next 20 minutes and he is doing this since 2hrs
