    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet No priority seen in addressing the issue. Nor any kind of alternate solution. Had to call Customer care 5 times and wait for 15 minutes to speak to your executive who disconnects the call unprofessionally when I ask him to connect to a supervisor. Can i get call back today.?

    @ACTFibernet your technician Sreedhar had committed to resolve the problem permanently by 7th June. But still no action taken. Problem is still repeating. Do you want me to shift my connection to a different ISP like Airtel or Reliance ?
