@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet It is written on your website that you will get 3300 GB data for the month but your customer care says that since March our company has started giving unlimited data. Because of this I am getting very confused. Please clear my confusion.

@ACTFibernet call center people just say wait for 24 hours I wil get a call back , but it's been more than 8 days now I didn't recived any call , if u guys don't want to give connection then please don't take money first from customer , no one responds after the payment.

@ACTFibernet The internet is off for my whole building, and the important point is you have monopoly over the building that I am residing i.e. only you can provide service in my building and thus I can't switch to other network.

@ACTFibernet your network sucks within 1 month of installation there are more than 30 calls I had to make for various network issues and connectivity.. Today again the network is down.. looks like you didn’t pay your bills..

@ACTFibernet I have been facing an issue with internet connectivity since yesterday. I already raised a complaint through the app and it was supposed to be rectified by 7pm today. It is very irresponsible and this has been happening frequently from the past few months.
