    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet your service is insanely horrible. For payments you guys will promptly reply and ask money upfront but when it comes to customer service and actually getting a fiber net connection to work you guys are absolutely pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Such a worst app and worst customer service. For change plan you need 72 hrs TAT. Literally pathetic why you need such long time.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Raised back to back 6 tickets and followup atleast 17 times to fix the so called ACTFIBERNET. They claim that they have best internet in the city which has become a nightmare for me. Whenever I raise a ticket or call them to follow up their response is:

    Your ticket SR11064939424794 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 27-May between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT This worst class service is @ACTFibernet . Internet service of ACT not working since today 4 PM. Complaint registered at 5.25 PM but still not resolved my issue yet.

    Internet not working since 6 hours, rasied ticket on #airtelthanks, recieved no call or number of technician. your app is itself so buggy. No way of calling you from non-airtel sim. Very disappointed services. Time to switch back to ActFibernet. @airtelindia #AirtelBroadband

    @Ajaychennai2 @unraveaero Yeah. I have Act Fibernet and others have Airtel.Act is good but only problem i'm facing is their 24-hr policy for any breakdown even if it is smallest one. It is really funny to see that problem gets solved exactly after 23 hrs i.e. in last hour. #actfibernet

    @rkc_ram @ACTFibernet Why I pay for whole month subscription charges, when I didn't receive your internet service for 1 - 2 days ? Why not you resolve the subscriber's issues on same day ? Local internet service providers are resolve the internet service issues on same day. Why opt ACT connection ?
