    @ACTFibernet We reported a network issue affecting access to a key corporate site. Instead of connecting us to your area manager, your team sent a generic customer care number. This is not acceptable. We've already sent all logs via email. Please escalate — time is being wasted.

    @ACTFibernet am facing issue after account transfer, i have got credit balances and internet not good now , when I enquired they told me to pay again through new account to resume good internet service. Refund request has been raised with may take 48 hrs, please help to resolve.
