@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

@ACTFibernet it is 9971991221,i did raise the SR but u guys had closed it without visiting at my premises. It is done now as what i had reviewed from other customers for ACT you are following the same behavior. i believe it is too late to rectify the issue as i had choose another ISP dis time

@ACTFibernet Team this is not because of our issue , your wiring issues and all.Even we are using 150mbps connection due to constraints in wiring only getting less than 100 Mbps .But other vendor made the fiber wiring properly so we are getting exact speed

@jagograhakjago Seeking the help of consumer affairs team in addressing the issue I am facing with @ACTFibernet service. They are cheating the customers by not providing the gauranteed service. They also disconnect the service inspite of entire bill amount paid.

Guys, do not take @ACTFibernet connection. Wrong billings and they disconnect service before due date without giving notice. They do what they feel like & each support staff make their own rules. Change of plan takes a week! Pathetic service
