@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet I booked your Internet service by paying on 5th July and I was given assurance that connection will be given before 48hrs and its been 4 days no one has called? If I need to call so many times to get the connection itself wondering how is your service be?
