  @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

  @ArunBee @ACTFibernet A victim of same complaint. ACTFibernet is a useless wifi provider. Their Customer service is worst. I walked out of their net work and took another at VJA. I am happy, now, without any interruptions. My suggestion is to chose another wifi provider.... even at loss of deposit!!

  @ACTFibernet Your support service is very pathetic and there will be no response from any team apart from your support. I re-opened a ticket as the issue was not resolved but your team is directly closing the ticket with any communication.
