  @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Please consider this email as an official request to cancel my connection. I do not want to pay anything as I have validity till 22nd July. Kindly cancel the connection and clear your routers. I do not want your services anymore.  Most unprofessional bunch of people.

  @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Always issue with my internet. I am facing issue with the connection since yesterday and also raised a complaint before 6:30 but no one responded and it’s been more than 12 hours and still no response. I can’t even connect to customer support.
