@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet We are providing the power supply to the power box for ACT internet service from past year( Aug 2020) and we have been promised of power refund. But its not fullfilled... Worst servies ever. Never should anyone provide power.

@IamNicck @ACTFibernet I have experienced this personally, the refund process is very slow. I had to follow up regularly for numerous days post which they gave the refund.

@ACTFibernet Therefore I decided to take off the connectivity of few lines from the junction box. Now I see some action where the so called “Network Engineer” comes to my place asking if he could check the junction box as my neighbours are facing connectivity issues.
