    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet The team is only focused on pulling out the money upfront and after filling the CAF it is shoot and scoot ! The worst I've seen in terms of behavior ..ZERO customer respect or support .... ive been patiently calling your reps every day

    @ACTFibernet you are only replying all... this is not the experience you want and asking to DM details..we believed as if something you are going to escalate but no use... I have the junction box with 50+ connection at home and this is the support you are giving me?..

    Worst customer support.its been more 10 times I've raised the issue still no permanent fix or solution but tickets is closed and now no internet from more 72hrs,again same tickets are closed.need to open new one. NEVER seen this kind of behavior or response #actfibernet #Actfiber

    @ACTFibernet This is what the customer care executive is saying to me from last 4 days and someone has promised me that on 7th jan till 7 pm engineer will visit and activate your connection I have raised around 7 SR and each time I am being just promised nothing else...
