  @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

  I have disconnected using your app as the 7 yr old connection since nt working for 15 days and u were unable to provide service at my location still i am getting bill non payment call daily 5 times a day @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago using @reliancejio and very happy with it .

  @ACTFibernet Well, it is the experience I am having. Just Unbelievable. Your executive called at 5pm to say my colleague will call you back in 5 minutes. Guess what? It’s been 25 minutes since! The sheer lack of professionalism / respect / accountability is MIND BLOWINGLY BAD.

  @ACTFibernet Really disappointed the net is not working with WiFi down for more than 24 hours, since 21/10 after noon. All your goody goody statements have not resolved the issue by 7.30 pm today None of your technical team call up and tell us the actual situation. Feel sorry.
