    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @anirudhux @ACTFibernet Call the customer care. Wait for a WHILE. When you reach them, make it clear that you need a disconnection and therefore are going to stop paying.

    @ACTFibernet Can't provide a proper resolution to Customers who wants to sort out the bill issues and continue the service but customer service agent was happy to leave and thanking me to find a different service provider what pathetic way of customers approach

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC No internet since yesterday morning 7 AM and all I get to know from customer care agents is that the technical team is working on the issue. Almost 30 hours without internet during this WFH times is very challenging and frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet hi Team I am being incorrectly charged for my Internet the fiber cable has been cut off near my house from the 12th of June and I have not been able to use Internet for so many days and I am being charged for it this is bad service #badservice #pathetic #worstservice
