    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    Dear Bala Malladi, ACT CEO, Disconnection happened more than 8 days ago.. @ACTFibernet - Bangalore Refund is still not being catered! Have called customer care couple of times.. service is pathetic!! Please take away ACT fiber. WORST SERVICE
