@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

Worst response from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i have raised power discount sr for the box installed in my location from may5 without my notice you people closed service req I have done follow for a week and you people are always telling that i will get a call within 24hr -1/2
