    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet the customer care service is turning to be nightmare, my account has been activated for no reason when i asked to deactivate it as i am not in bangalore from may. Please look into the issue and find some solution

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Horrible experience with ACT in shifting my connection. First they ask you for 707 Rs. as shifting charge and then the service guy comes and asks for 500 as Router charges. Airtel and Jio have a much smoother shifting experience. Below Expectations

    @ACTFibernet havent received any call post the call got disconnected and told the issue to your team, issue is 400 mbps connection i have and speed is 20-30 mbps, highly sporadic from last few weeks, high latency and horrible service, ur team saying router is not capable, but its ur router.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down all day yesterday, no response from the engineer even after multiple calls, no call back or the correct ETA. The ticket still shows Nov 5th 9PM as the resolution time, but issue is still not resolved. SR10377827601924

    @ACTFibernet …Your internet service is by far the worst and you guys are only good at sending reminders about paying the bill and not sending any intimation regarding any maintenance in the area and you guys expect the customers to constantly fall behind you!!!

    @ACTFibernet it's over 12 hours ,my internet connection hasn't been restored. My next door neighbour,and people around me ,having act fiber are not facing this problem. To rectify one person's issue why such long time is being taken???

    @ACTFibernet Day by Day you are becoming one of the worst internet service providers...it's been like 48 hours since my internet is down ...your customer support is of no use ...when it's time for renewals you guys kill us until we pay ...but post that your sevice suckz
