    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet No update till now! How pathetic can the service get? Resolution time was april 22nd and today is??? And you folks are still not making progress or efforts to resolve!

    @ACTFibernet Ticket - SR10280199587664. Internet is disconnected since 12pm. Raised ticket immediately but estimated time to fix is tomorrow by 12pm. No one tried to fix today. How do you advertise almost zero downtime with almost a day of no connectivity? The worst literally.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What kind of service do you provide this is 4 times in two weeks I'm facing an internet issue and your support is a waste of time. I've already paid for 3 months and your internet disruption wasted 4 days of internet that you'll not extend. Unworthy
