@ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

@ACTFibernet A person called to fix in case if this doesn't work I don't see an option but to switch and more over it was mentioned multiple customers are facing this issue. Having to reach out multiple times to get it fixed doesn't seem like a good experience for the customers.
