@ACTFibernet Connection restored, but now battery backup problem started. Not getting even 1 min backup. Battery already changed 3 times recently with same complaint. Seems someone stealing ur batteries. There is a pattern, battery issue starts immediately after connection issue is fixed.

@ACTFibernet Internet not working. Service Requests closed without resolution just to show the dashboard green. Faced this multiple times. Currently, ACT Fibernet ticket SR10265430269524 has been reopened for same reason. Highly unethical/unacceptable l behaviour from ACT!

@ACTFibernet How much time do you need every time to restore your poor services that you offer to your customers. Its been 48 hours that my internet is not working that too it happens every time in the weekdays and you guys don’t bother restoring the services for 48 or 72 hours

@ACTFibernet The speed is becoming worse by the minute and it’s appalling that no one has bothered to rectify the problem in spite of your tweet saying that we will get this sorted! I think it’s time to disconnect all my connections with ACT and move to another operator.
