    @ACTFibernet Very Unprofessional behaviour and response from act, even after raising requests about pausing connection i see full bill raised and on top of it requests raised to clarify and being closed without proper response. Can the issue be resolved asap??

    @ACTFibernet total fraud co. They gives plan of 150mbps but served only 5 to 10 mbps speed complaining severel times but zero service super duper third class co.

    @ACTFibernet i have relocated 10 days ago. Tickets are raised for relocation and cancelation. Is there no one to look into this? I am not going to pay the bill. Moving to another network.

    @ACTFibernet we just had our net restored after 24 hrs at 6pm today,and it shows error again rn,this is pathetic,never happened in chennai once also,bangalore service is so pathetic

    @ACTFibernet No response to service request. Without addressing the complaint, either the request is getting rescheduled or is closed without any confirmation from the customer. Even when we tried calling customer care, it's not getting connected to a person, only recorded voice

    @ACTFibernet My connection is lost for more than 24 hours and ACT team doesn't care to look at it you are doing a great job by not fixing the issue and providing unbelievable comments on customer support call. If you try harder you can reach zero customer satisfaction in no time
