    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    Dear @ACTFibernet Account Number 101637889340 Account holder name : Sakshi Kumari You guys cannot initiate the internet service without full payment . I did payment yesterday 1269+1700 and still no internet at my home , no one came for installation. Please refund my amount .

    Hey @ACTFibernet, I'm trying to shift my connection but neither your app or your website's section for the same are working, and your WhatsApp customer care is a bot that keeps repeating the same thing. Is there an actual human being I can talk to on your end?

    @ACTFibernet Within 24 hrs of reconnection no services. Your engineering does not come nd does all sorts of troubleshooting over phone trying2 fix router. I have a spare router nd that too is not connecting. Now his phone is switched off. My office nd child's school goes for a toss tomorrow.
