    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.     @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I had taken 6 months subscription .paid 7500 in advance on promise that if I don't like the connection, Money will be returned. Act kept disconnecting and threw me out of meetings. I raised complaint but no refund. It's a scam guys. @kapsology

    @ACTFibernet , this has to be one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had. It's 2026, and my internet has been down for more than 12 hours. There are no storms, heavy rain, or any weather-related issues in my area, yet there's still no clear explanation.

    @ACTFibernet one of worst customer sevice. Raised tickets are took very lethargically.. if each takes one week to solve or respond its better to skip such networks.. fed with the customer care
