    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet ACT Team and Nodal Officer, This is a formal complaint against ACT on the unauthorised shifting of internet connections in SOBHA ROYAL PAVILION, Bangalore. These connections were tampered and moved from the 4BHK to the 3BHK side of the society without prior notice.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Absolutely disgraceful service by ACT. There is no internet service since the past 20 hours. Raised a service request ticket yesterday (SR10179938649054). The ETA was 11 am today. Still the internet has not been recovered.

    It’s not about occasional downtime — that happens with every ISP.
The real problem is after-sales service. If your internet goes down, you’re basically stuck waiting… and waiting… and waiting. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetIssues

    Completely unacceptable service from @ACTFibernet.No internet since yesterday. Technician promised resolution twice—no show, no response despite 10+ calls, messages & callbacks. Chatbot useless, customer care unreachable. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue is not fixed. No status update.. nothing happened. I even emailed to nodal officer and he also seemed to be sleeping on this critical issue. No response from anyone. Disgusting service by @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...
