    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Today is the third day since the internet connectivity was lost. No agent visited yet. All the wires were broken. Others like ireach internet doing their work 24 hrs but you guys simply take bills but not service. Ticket id SR10176054789114

    @manutoms @ACTFibernet Update for anyone else who might be in the same boat - As customer care calls were also not working, talked to the service engineer that helped with the last outage. Apparently their main server is down. Fix is in progress. ETA 3-5 hours.

    @anshika16_ @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet is one of the worst broadband services I've ever experienced. Over 20 days post-disconnection, and still, no one has shown up for router pickup or refund processing. When I disconnected due to no internet issue, no technician visited for a week to resolve the problem

    @ACTFibernet This is all about your service,if I request a new connection then it will be done on same day but for shift connection taking 4 days? Ppl will leave if won't value your existing customer.

    @ACTFibernet I reactivated my connection on June 16 with the ₹799 plan. I'm being shown ₹1500 due till July 15, but I want to disconnect today (July 2). Please confirm the pro-rata amount I actually need to pay till today and help with immediate disconnection. #ACTFibernet
