    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet I had to power the box by running a power line from my house. It’s a temporary fix, until one of your engineers shows up (if at all).

    @ACTFibernet You service is not good . I had to trace and track for identifying the cause. The box installed Nextdoor was disconnected from the power supply and the disconnection was done by one of your engineers yesterday without checking if others would be impacted
