    @ACTFibernet Sure you do. It has been ONE whole month since the latency issue started happening again, and raising tickets were of no use as per my prior experience.

    @ACTFibernet you say you are one of the best ISP. It’s been more than 24 hours since my internet isn’t working. Complaint about it yes’day, generated the ticket but alas it’s still not working whereas your ETR shows the issue to be resolved by 4 pm and it’s almost 6pm

    @ACTFibernet I'm not sure what confidence @ACTFibernet is having and updating me that they have already been refunded? One of your customer support said, they refunded to my bank account which was closed on March 9th 2022. He gave an explanation as well.

    @ACTFibernet 24 hrs completed, no one came to fix the issue, raised complaint with nodal officer & appellate authority, turned futile. This is how u ppl provide services, no one hears, no one cares, consumer continues suffering, work gets delay. Beautiful.
