@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service from ACT. It has been 11 days since I raised a relocation request for my connection and after multiple calls and escalations, I am yet to get my request closed. Just don't understand what kind of a customer service you are providing.

Ridiculous service by @ACTFibernet , It’s been more than 10 days since I’ve requested for relocation. After 10 long days, they said they can’t provide a new connection which is just 2 streets away. It’s time to focus on customer service. The worst part is I took 6 months pack.
