@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet Thank You for looking into the issue, it's been resolved. But here in @Vizianagaram, technicians and other people from ACT are very rude to customers, take action on this so it must not repeat. We customers are not asking respect but atleast they should talk politely.
