    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet again facing worst customer service. Ticket SR10364491477176 was closed without any solution. Again raised another ticket SR10364532906582 but no solution yet. Agents ending the calls in middle. Have to follow all procedure from the beginning to reach your agent ???
