    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet i AM FACING ISSUE FOR PAST ONE MONTH ,STILL I AM IN THE PLAN FOR 6 MONTH .THE INTERNET ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED SO I PREFERRED FOR DISCONNECTION ,BUT THE DISCOONECTION PROCESS IS ALSO TAKING 6 DAYS.WHATS GOIN ON THERE......

    -Networks like @ACTFibernet who have better network infrastructure and technicians in place to solve any issues with stipulated amounts of time unlike BSNL where there is no time frame for repair it could be indefinite . Even with calling the technicians daily to get the issue

    @ACTFibernet @MMH12169799 I have been trying to connect to ACT for over a month and my issue is not yet resolved. I face this problem everyday. Everyday I get a call ACT team saying that the issue is resolved but it is in the same state. Very poor service. Really disappointed.
