@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet 18/05: cyclone hits Ahmedabad and internet service goes down. 19/05: internet down 20/05: internet down 21/05: internet down(still). Was told that the internet will be up by 19th evening. Forcing the consumer to switch?

@ACTFibernet: Why your connectivity will disconnect every week? We have taken the connection 15 days back and this is the second time no connectivity. The worst service I have ever seen. I think it’s better to cancel rather than followup with your people l.

How to get issues resolved with Act fibernet ? 1-Call the customer service customer care number 2-Explain them the issue, ask for an explanation for why there are delays in the promised service 3-Stay on the call for 30+mins with no resolution @ACTFibernet Great service
