    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Every employee at ACT is careless, deceiving, and thieving. The customer care, the field staff, everyone. Such horrible service I’ve never faced. I’ve been an ACT user for 12 years, and now I feel it’s time to move on and pick another provider.

    Never Try @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Worst ever service It's been 4 days I raised a ticket with SR SR10176955806754 No one is responding. Engineers are disconnecting the call and respective area manager is not answering from 4 days Worst and waste internet ever seen
