    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet hey team, reg no 8340592387. We took new connection few days back where service guy told us that in act storm pack you'll get 3 months n router free @4200 and we agree. Now they sent an bill of around 537₹ to pay for some antivirus/services which we hv not taken

    @ACTFibernet I have paid my bill on 14th payment debited from my cc but not reflected in the app.. raised ticket immediately they said 72hrs wait time now I've got conn suspension message...worst payment gateway sys and finance team.

    It's been just five days since my last complain. Internet down again. Ticket SR10165386217944 has been raised. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Very disappointed that a new ticket has to be raised every week.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket No: SR10365376079723 Change your system, immediate suspension is very worst in the scenario like this. I have paid twice now because of your payment gateway, 3 days to know the status of payment is worst. If transaction successfull twice I need immediate refund.
