    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet its again. Internet is down and the SAL is 7 hours. really? Is practically accepted? @ACTFibernet you need 7 hour to fix connectivity? Wow, really need lot of patience with such providers. May time to look alternative right?

    @ACTFibernet why does ACT AAccount disconnection not come with disconnection of junction box associated with my electricity connection? I'm told by customer support that I have to intimate them separately for disconnecting the electricity supply from my house.

    @Technology @ACT @ACTFibernet there any way we can find the people who (the mobile device)connected on a particular date our wifi network. Someone nearby connected and they cast their phone a video with volume and this caused an very severe shock to my mom.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Since yesterday 6pm the internet has not been and we have raised the complainant twice and still the issue has not be resolved and we are working from home and are unable to continue our work. And the customer care executive has not been responding
