    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet You can stop this false promise. Now a days we are facing this issue very frequently. We dont want your call we need the issue to be resolved. More than 10 years have been using ACT fiber. Now it is time to regret ourself

    Worst internet service provider in blr whitefield. Very now and then I face issues and turnaround time will 1 to 3 days to get issue rectified. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet then I received a call from their team regarding my issue the plans gets activated and he assured me that aha will gets activated within 24 hrs as per terms and conditions

    Area engineer updates on call it will be fixed in 30 mins, customer care updates by tomorrow 6 pm. Area: Seshadripuram, Bangalore How pathetic. Last network outage was on 23 June and before that it was on 7th June. Great job @ACTFibernet P. S. Caught on recording (Tweet 2/2)
