    @govilkargaurav @ACTFibernet Hi, I have been facing a lot of issues in consistency with my ACT fibernet connection. List of complaints raised in last 1 month are 10260834883052, 10261520033842, 10160937358264, 102661519070905, 10261571296212, 10261520033842, 102620425114162(today).

    @ACTFibernet My account number is 101011597180. Please disconnect my connection with immediate effect and process the refund of the remaining September month. Service is pethatic. Please don't argue or make false commitments. Just simply honour my request.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Worst Service. It's been 5 days since my connection got lost. Better to shift to another broadband. I almost called around 15-20 times, they always said it'll get resolved soon but still no response. Ticket no: SR10161909775182
