    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    Want to know which is the worst wifi provider of all time? It's @ACTFibernet My wifi is not working for more than 2 days, I raised a complaint they said our person will come and repair it today but no one came. They are not even picking calls. Happened to me more than 7 times.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised ticket yesterday as my internet was not working. Still issue has not been addressed. Noone contacted & no number given to contact the service agent also. Very worst service I have ever seen. 24 hours already passed & internet not restored yet. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service of all time I have ever come across , how long does it take to process the security deposit refund , they just disconnect the call and no call backs.

    I am so much frustrated with your services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @LeaderAzizBhai1 with SR number SR10176721279034. The ETA was given yesterday night by customer support is morning 9 AM today and now the ETA is showing tomorrow morning. No one came and fix this. #actfiber

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been for two days now due to the cable cutting There is no resolution, the engineer doesn't even pick up my call. How long should I wait? The resolutions keeps being delayed to 9 PM and then again 9 PM in the morning

    @ACTFibernet Please look at SR10276703643044. Today is the third day without internet. It is insane:You closed the ticket without fixing it. When will you fix it? Long wait for Customer support. Did I do something wrong by opting for your internet?

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team. There is no use of the ticket getting raised nowadays. As mentioned, my internet is not working during power outage. The ticket is getting raised during power outage and they closing it as resolved once power is back. This is not acceptable.
