    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet sir i have a customer from ACT Delhi last 3 years. But when ever problem login atleast 6-7 hours. It's very problematic. Today i have call login 1.46 p.m. resolved 7.10 p.m. i have complain for service engineer. He said it is too early. Normally 24 hours. its 2022

    @ACTFibernet Can i get an update about my refund? For how long I should wait or do follow up? Almost 14 days over. Every time I raise a complaint you guys will close the ticket without providing any solution. This is not done.

    @ACTFibernet no internet for last 48 hours even after raising complaint. Horrible customer service. First they said it's a broken wire. Now they say it's fixed. But there's no service even now ! Most horrible experience. Account number 101005525544. Fix it now!!!!
