    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @FinMinIndia @cgstdelhizone @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet GST No. 07AACCA8907B1Z0. They are receiving payment in advance and generating invoice at the end of plan opted by their customer. Company inform through email they do not have any refund policy.

    @ACTFibernet please make your customer service a lot better. Have called them thrice since morning explaining my problem and they would just put me on hold and leave. Suspended my account on a working day even after I have made the payment. Informed them 10 days before #change

    @ACTFibernet I have called your customer care thrice and every time, they just put me on hold and leave. This is not the experience that you want to improve then train your staff for handling queries properly. I raised a ticket on 11th July that I paid my dues but they suspended my account
