@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet we need senior technical assistance since I am very unhappy with the technician assigned to this area. This is the 5th time in a month that we are having the same issue - WAN port unplugged. Each time technician claims - cable was cut - but doesn't explain how.
