    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet very slow, lazy, aversive process. Got text asking to dial a number for refund. It took me 16 minutes to reach front of queue n call got disconnected. Tried agn n your agent kept giving excuses. Do u charge after providing service? No. Then why so much delay in processing refund?

    @ACTFibernet work will happen only at its own convenience, engineer mercy needed. Engineer sir not attended the issue yet, only ticket raised yesterday, so what? Might come today eve or maynot your weekend, online class not my concern. SR10375752496034  in COMA NOW

    @ACTFibernet If there is a proper justification for delaying the resolution it should be fine but you guys don't communicate to each other but calling daily without clear instructions and no one is providing any service but to distrub the privacy, this is really unacceptable, it's 7thday
