    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet 3hrs and still no internet. Great service by @ACTFibernet. Well it's done that i am not using your connection again in my life for sure. If there were two options, to choose your connection or no internet for the rest of my life I would go with the second option😌

    @ACTFibernet I think you should resign from your position Bala & shutdown ACT because you have closed your eyes & not seeing the issues customer are facing. Every now & then there is an issue & customer support is very worst.They are saying if you don't co-operate we will disconnect the call.
