    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @surfrosh @ACTFibernet Adhukke Jio fiber net haaksidhini. Fiber cables are properly set up in underground. So idhukke BBMP issues illa. Airtel gu BBMP avru cut maaDi bisakidru. The Airtel technician took 3 days to repair.

    @surfrosh @ACTFibernet Act fiber net haaksidh 4 months ge ne internet provider change maaDdhe. 2 times network problem, kelsakke thumba thondre aaythu. One time more than 3 days & Another time more than 5 days to repair. 5 days issue bandu BBMP avru Act fiber cables na cut maaDi bisakidru.

    I’ll tell you @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service provider. My internet connectivity is disconnected. Its been more than 24 hours since i raised the complaint. Nobody is attending.

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to check the feasibility for a new connection. Your website lists some locations by default when I attempt to fill the address. This does not match my exact building / locality. Your customer care support on phone goes on automated messages and cuts off.

    @ACTFibernet 6 days without internet. Slow claps for tormenting service. How many more weeks a customer has to wait for you to fix internet issue.
