    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service i ever received from @ACTFibernetHYD as i have requested new service on monday 4/12/2021 and they never showed up to set up internet in my home. I spoke to representative name (Novan Nathaniel) he contacted with me after submitting

    @ReheSamay @youbroadband And @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. If you discontinue their service, they'll harass you mentally by calling you 7-8 times a day with offers to reactivate the account.

    @ACTFibernet Every other good provider fixes these issue within TAT of 4 hours. It is only your lazy service that needs next day to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Do ensure you disconnect the internet this time. I do not need @ACTFibernet . Let me know details you need. Your customer care does not even listen whn I ask them to disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet hi Internet down for last 2 hours. Says it will get only fixed by tmrw 3pm. We are few unfortunate ones to work on a weekend as well. Kindly provide a solution soon. I hope, you are aware of lockdown rules in Delhi for weekends.
