    Dear @ACTFibernet, How can I be on a monthly AND an annual subscription at the same time? Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need.     @ACTFibernet Internet suspended despite paying my monthly bills on time! support says it's because old Mesh routers weren't picked up, but your team never showed up to collect them. Why punish a paying customer for your logistics failure? Fix this and restore my connection now!

    @ACTFibernet I already replied to ur team last wk abot the clarification hw the bill is calculated as I got some difference with the prorated calculation. Also req u check d email thread properly as I did mentioned already to disconnect the service. Plz chk and revert to that email thread

    @ACTFibernet SR10381618238104 Another month another new ticket. This is the routine for that past 3-4 month. Every week/month there is issue in fiber net. I am keep reporting it but it's occuring continuously. Pl take necessary action to avoid this in future.

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.
