    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Day 8 of "Internet Not Working" i have used up hotspot data of almost all my family members and still waiting for ACT to resolve my issue. If this continues i will have to buy addon data for my work, despite paying ACT for the internet services.I hope for a quick resolution..

    Since 19th August, the internet has been down due to DISCOM cable cuts. Today is 2nd September... TWO WEEKS without internet... @ACTFibernetHYD has completely failed to restore service, failed to communicate.. #customerRights #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet outage started on 18th of august at Hyderabad Nagole area. Today is 1st Sep. no person from Act team contacted, no calls attended, no resolution except receiving msgs that by today 2100 hrs ticket will be closed. Bullshit, how irresponsible this org.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service ever seen (103724520495). Continues complaints regarding speed is done from May25. Nothing fixed, just creating SRs & closing them. Really fedup with the connection. All happened after moving to Mesh service. PLZ DON'T GO FOR THEIR MESH SERVICE

    @BandBajaateRaho Hi @grok can I file a complain against @ACTFibernet for their negligence & improper response to customers without any deadline of resolution, blaming electricity dept. While other ISO are able to resolve, provide internet immediately.
