    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Issue resolved, prime lite activated and reached out amazon prime executive for "Device Limit reached" issue. So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.

    @ACTFibernet Still no response it’s have been successfully 30 days No response, no update in app, no call, The worst Fibernet in India is @ACTFibernet I already told my friends and family members to cancel the subscription from @ACTFibernet

    While availing @ACTFibernet it was mentioned all rooms will have good connectivity, actually it is not as ur technician confirmed. Are you following ethical practice of payment vs service by you? Since when report submitted by your technician, what action taken? @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Its been 6 days still not got the internet yet! You mentioned 48 hrs. My work is entirely dependent on the internet. This is very pathetic service from ACT. Please refund my money and disconnect the service. I have decided to get @airtelindia service

    ACT Fibernet or acting company? Router dead since yesterday. False updates, no technician arrives, no call pickup, customer care clueless. Late fee for customers is strict. Where is accountability for service delay? @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    Hi @ACTFibernet this is regarding my request SR10280004314794. It’s been over 5 days with no internet since 29th April. Every day I’m told “24 hours,” but there’s no resolution. If you’re unable to fix it, please be transparent. Very disappointing service—not recommended.
