    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet I haven’t been able to access the internet since morning, and the contact numbers listed on websites are all out of service. The automated bot only creates tickets that never actually resolve the issue—completely useless...

    Hey @ACTFibernet The wifi 6 router currently provided has a very inconvenient app in order to manage connected devices. Can you please change my router to something that has a better app? Like the tp-link Deco router with wifi 6 support?

    .@ACTFibernet there is an issue with your service once every 2 weeks, do you realise people need internet to work from their homes? When I raise a ticket you tell me you'll only resolve it at 9pm. Absolutely terrible service every single time.

    Left ACT because of their useless service. Didn’t expect Airtel to start behaving the same way. 2 days since applying for broadband. No installation. Only repeated “power issue” excuses. @airtelindia — don’t become @ACTFibernet. Fix this now.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service & technical team. They asked us to discontinue with the services voluntarily if asked questions on the reliability of the connection. With just 20 days to renew w’re not going to continue your services both at home and office. #electionnews
