@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Hi, am from Bhubaneswar ,Odisha. When can i expect a broadband connection from you. The local ISP and BSNL sucks over here...I feel i am cheated. Hope to use your connection soon!

@ACTFibernet Already been 6 days !!!!! 3 complaints and all complaints closed without any intimation and still connection not restored ! Looks like even ACT has gone the way of an Indian business ..unprofessional and ZERO customer support! Good to know that you like losing to your competitors
