    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet we paid yest for new con... The technician came to our doorstep without prior noti. When we were outside. Now he is not responding to our calls or messages, and for the 1st time we spoke with him, he was rude. Kindly investigate, refund or cancel the subscription

    @ACTFibernet this is regarding the ticket SR10280005872394. Internet is not available for now than 40 hours now. Customer service is really bad where no one is responding to the queries and ETA for resolution is getting increased everytime!

    @xxmahibogixx @ACTFibernet My internet issue is still not resolved. Ticket has already been raised, but there has been no proper response from the ACT team. Both ACT Business Plan and Home Plan services are not working. Requesting immediate support and resolution.
