    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Cd u kindly process my refund? U took the amount more than 15 days back, promised installation and then vanished. Xfr my money back to my acct. Less than 200m away there is an act junction box with only 1 connection and yet you feign ignorance. Very bad customer service

    @varunkrish @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my connection is down since 24 Nov. Raised complaint on same day and till now I have not got any response. With everyone working from home and kids having to attend online classes it's difficult to manage. Please be little responsive.

    Hi @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since 2 days and the CC rep says that it's gonna take more 2 days. And the technician isn't picking up the call. Is this what the service you offer? I recently changed to your network because everything would be good. Which isn't the case.
