@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet Your customer service executive said the service will be restored by 1.00 PM 09 May. That's like 48 hours of no connectivity. I'm definitely not renewing my account and moving to another service provider.

@ACTFibernet I requested for disconnect your service but your employee’s are not accepting. 2 times I tried for disconnecting but they disagreed and close my request. Account no. 102581381628. Kindly disconnect your service immediately.
