    Hi @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint SR10176989458784 on 6th sept but till there is no response or a call back on ETA. Everyday i receive msg as today by 7 to 9 pm it sill be cleared but no resolution. This is the third time connection lost in last 15 days #ACTFibernetIssue

    @ACTFibernet, you reduced my internet speed to less than 100 MB instead of the actual plan of 400 MB, its been more than two weeks, tried your self help, logged helpdesk ticket (SR10377020994984), spoke to your CS, nothing happened, ensure you charge me 1/4 th of the plan.

    @ACTFibernet . Is something wrong ? Your Watsapp number is not responding to the HELP message . If I log in with my mobile number and then key in the OTP sent to me it says unauthorized log in . There is no internet at my place . Please help .
