@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet Not sure why only my internet will not work everytime in my building. Every month once or twice I am facing internet disconnection issue. Have informed technicians to fix it for permanent resolution but till now no response.

@ACTFibernet Worst service ever seen. I have been facing internet issues from 4 months. I was told it’s due to battery backup issue in the extension and will be fixed. Now without even prior information my internet is disconnected inspite if paying bills for using poor service
