    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet What nonsense Try calling their helpline number You will be in queue 50+. So either they have a lot of service complaints or they are too cheap to hire more people This is a local lala company. I will highly recommend not falling for this kind of Internet services

    @ACTFibernet Such pathetic service. Wifi didnt work for 28 days but i got bill to pay full amt, later reduced 100 rps . When i asked is it justified no one reported & closed my ticket without intimating me. What do you want me to do now ? SR10177379907808
