    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet There is no action at all! No technician called and no one in ACT seems to be bothered. It is 25 hours and counting! If you cannot resolve the issue just say so. Atrocious service snd even more atrocious response. Act will soon have no customers left it it “Acts” this way!

    @ACTFibernet Today when I called customer service and asked the reason then the agent informed that your order was closed by management on 14th July so it will take few more days for refund. It is absolutely pathetic. Salesman, technician all are big liars.
