@ACTFibernet Broadband is NOT working again today. This has been happening quite often today. Please ensure the issue is fixed ASAP. This is impacting all residents using ACT in the apartment. Ticket -SR10264907227404 Note- Possibililty move to other broadband service soon.

@ACTFibernet I have been reporting an issue since 2 weeks to get it resolved but every time issue gets closed saying no response. And new ticket is created. Why is there no option tor reopen a ticket.

@ACTFibernet I hope you people have phone support whi h your agents font honour to. I tried calling you agents for support thrice, after waiting in queue for 10 to 15 mins, no one answered the call where I had to myself instead of the agents. Excellent customer support.

@ACTFibernet No internet since last two days. TKT number SR10164898266754. Poor customer care service on phone. Call got disconnect just after saying Hello. I think it's time to switch to different service provider.

@ACTFibernet what is wrong with your services every week i should raise a ticket and call the support team and it's happening every week. I understand if it's a speed related concern but the internet is not working at all. They say it's a junction box issue every week. Why???

@ACTFibernet You bloody bastards why are you disconnected my service? If I raise a concern will you disconnect the connection simply? Who will pay back my money ? I have paid Rs.2513, I will sue you if you disconnect without my permission. You should fix my issue instead of disconnecting.
