@ACTFibernet Worst customer service provided by Act. Since 4months i have been sending emails to nodal officerd even they arent helpful. More than 10 complaints raised but no resolution provided. Tickets are closed without confirmation. Is this how Act fibernet provide service.

@TsspdclCorporat Your maintenance team on road no 12 Banjara Hills main road has cut off some tree and now even my Internet is not working. This is absolute nonsense. Now you fix both my electricity and internet from @ACTFibernet ASAP. My work depends on both. And my family’s income depends on it

@ACTFibernet ILLEGAL POWER CONSUMPTION BY ACT from my home before being a customer with ACT fibernet. The POWER WAS ILLEGALLY CONNECTED AND STOLEN WITH MY HOME ELECTRICITY AND ACT FIBERNET. Is there anyone from ACT team to resolve this issue. #ActFiberWorstCustomerService

@ACTFibernet The issue is getting resolved but please note that in 1-2 days, the issue will come up again. My work from home is getting effected badly.if this issue comes again the I will surrender the connection and look for a better option
