    @ACTFibernet I had call with customer care regarding connection close query. I just wanted to know the process. But a request is raised of closing connection from customer care ends automatically. I want them to cancel this request. But I am still in call queue.

    @ACTFibernet need immediate attention to ticket SR10259880207342, whole apartment is impacted due to not replacing battery, again I see you focus more on ticketing SLA rather than customer, it's closed and opened multiple times

    @ACTFibernet I took 6 months plan but due to pandemic I didn't use last 2 months and asked for disconnect Now I'm told there is pending balance, why should i pay ? I didn't ask to renew Is this way you treat loyal customer ? I was planning to reconnect on return now I wont
