    @ACTFibernet Again & again you are replying with pre typed /standard reply which is not going to benefit any customer.Its already 3 months..why a customer has to pay for the service which he has not availed..!! I have mailed several times..tried contacting over phone.but of no use.

    How come everyone is able to reach me on phone but @ACTFibernet . I only receive sms that we have tried calling but could not reach. The problem is persisting for last 5 days but no resolution. Issue #SR10267426527654
