@ACTFibernet I feel I am at an disadvantage with ACT this the 4th time internet is down in a month. Now your team has changed the connection joint yet the issue persist. Your ticket number is SR11061988044392. How many times do I have to complain about the same thing.

@ACTFibernet is the worst ever! It’s been 3 weeks since I subscribed to them and I already had issues 5 times! My internet wasn’t working from morning, after complaining service guy calls me to tell its fixed, but it ain’t and then he promises to check it bt phone is switchd off
