@gulatiLFC @ACTFibernet Have used it in 4 different places prior to this including the same location. There have been issues with outages now and then, but when it was online it was always reliable.

Our colleagues are not facing any issues with other services (JioFiber/ACTFibernet) under any circumstances. They do even reduce the bill in case of such whole day network disruption. Your company don’t even care fixing unless we shout at the @BSNLCorporate support officer.

@ACTFibernet i really want to rate less than 1 rating ACT service provider has the worst customer support,it is very difficult to even get touch with any technical support/service once we get any issues even customer support is worst and keep repeating same words

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I got work from home and i have been recharging data packs to complete my work. The customer service is pathetic. There is no where i can seek help for customer care, this is not why I opted Act Fibernet. It's the second time I'm facing this issue.
