The Number of times I've had To face conmectivity issues and the consequent tickets raised in the last month is exhausting. I speak with Customer care, they say the nodal officer will fix the issue. Ive been using @ACTFibernet for the last 8 years.

@ACTFibernet Still issue not fixed. I spoke to Rajashekhar ACT member on 9th feb'23 9.30 PM he said on 10th feb'23 on or before 12 PM issue will get fixed.But still now not resolved.They saying no proper cable no proper junction box no engineer to fix. So this what ACT Fibernet service.

@JioFiberChennai is way better than @ACTFibernet when it comes to service. It's not even a month since I got a new connection and their service is worse in chennai. Even after calling multiple times raising n number of tickets all I could here was" We will escalate from our end"

@airtelindia 72 hours and still cant solve my internet issue. I dont live in remote part of india. Please help me with internet disconnection. @ACTFibernet Can you install a new connection in BLR. Need it urgently, within a day and hope you have better service then Airtel.

@ACTFibernet ACT sent engineer Janakiraman he not even said anything. We not even know what they did without informing us left the place till now issue not fixed. Really very worst service and very bad attitude from ACT. I suggest my friends not to use ACT Fibernet.

@ACTFibernet A fraud company, took my money for broadband connection and after that says we don’t give service in your apartment. WORST SERVICE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER #fraud
