  @ACTFibernet absolutely pathetic customer support, they just give false commitment on the call. no Internet since 24 hrs. Called 6 times and every time promise the issue will be resolved in 2hrs and will arrange callback. Ticket number SR10162776857973.

  @ACTFibernet Again Worst experience. No permanent resolution at all. CC executive do not respond in time and they are rude with u the customers. The technician do not reply and when I raise complaints he begs me not to raise complaints and call him instead.
