The issue never gets resolved on the very first complaint. Customers need to chase the CC to get the issue resolved.

Sanjay Debnath (@sanjaydebnath86) reported@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Clear sign that you don’t care about the 70 customers in our apartment. ACT management shows little concern for customer issues — the focus seems to be only on collecting money and pushing bulk recharges (3 months or more).

If you dont have enough capacity to resolve wifi issues just give us info like we will take at east 2 days to resolve the issue then we can think whether we need to opt your fibernet or not.

Paro (@MadebyParo) reported@ACTFibernet Do NOT make me go to the consumer court. 15 out of 30 days your WiFi is not working. Every other day your agent comes, he fixes it for 5 minutes, takes the OTP and leaves. Again NO WIFI! Pls anyone who is thinking - DO NOT CHOOSE ACT.
