@ACTFibernet the customer service bill team owe me 3 months of bill instead of refund they have disconnected my service and all the customer care ( vinay and pawan) managed to disconnect all my calls and i have no source of calling customer service. Well played game by act.👌

@ACTFibernet it has been more 9 hours since broadband is not accessible.This is really frustrating.. SR10260785522552..I think switching to a different service is ideal considering this is the third instance one month broadband is not accessible

@ACTFibernet again connection is having issues. If you cannot provide uninterrupted services let me know. Will change the provider. Worst service. Added to this your team will hesitate to provide refund for connectivity issues which is troubling me for the past few days.
