    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I do not know how you were unable to reach me through out the time scheduled I mentioned even when I do not have a missed call. My concern is that I have never requested for renewal of connection yet you billed me. Is your connection prepaid or postpaid

    @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

    This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Iā€™m beginning to feel that I made the wrong choice by selecting your network. Please provide me with a clear update on the installation status and when I can actually expect the connection to be installed. @ACTFibernet 3/3

    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - day 2 of asking the best support team to resolve my issue which usually takes 4 hours to be solved, it seems once you are an old customer the treatment is different

    @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days since I raised a ticket for internet connection issue and still not resolved. Service engineer contact was not share i was only able to request a call back frm app I did it twice and never got any call from engineer (cont)
