@ACTFibernet After much delay, the router was finally collected one week back, but the refund is not issued till date. ACT is a FRAUD! NEVER EVER take this CHEATING broadband connection. Total FRAUD.

While @ACTFibernet is quick to disconnect their internet services on delayed payment, the same speed isn't shown in resolving issues for customers! Tell me, how do you plan to reimburse your customers for the loss you created! How can anyone rely on you in the future?

@ACTFibernet 8.5 days without internet in the Manikonda area. But I'm receiving an SMS saying it's a city wide issue while I know friends of mine in other parts of the city have the internet working fine. Your engineers never pick the calls. Incompetence or arrogance?

@ACTFibernet your customer support is absolutely pathetic! I raised a ticket 3 days ago and it’s still unresolved. Even after escalating to customer care, nothing is moving forward. Worst service experience ever!
