    @ACTFibernet you guys have the audacity to write that my account is prone to late payments. Show me one payment that was late in the last 6 years. This shows your arrogance. When i write back you guys tell me that you are sending reminder for payment even without understanding the issue. Not a single working customer care number. What kind of services are you clowns running. If i donโ€™t receive a proper response or apology, i will be forced to move out and also influence 30 other connections in my flat to move out of ACT.     @ACTFibernet Such a Terrible Internet Provider. 15 days and no one even cared to look into the issue. We paid 3 months charges before hand itself. Your team dont even have a customer care number where we can talk to a human? And solve this

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI please note this violation of customer promise by @ACTFibernet where they haven't done the installation after taking full advance payment and harassing customer by not fulfilling their promise to install within 24 hours of the payment.
