@ACTFibernet so he disconnected the box and we arr suffering here without internet and when asked to resolve the issue . The customer service is saying it will take more than 7 days to resolve the issue.

@ACTFibernet No body is giving us any kinda response. I'm sorry to give such comments. Really upset with the way act costumer care reply us. Every single monthl 2 to 3 days internet is not working.. what for I'm paying? Not satisfied atoll. I wanna disconnect it. They're also not guiding us.

@ACTFibernet when contacting the support team they tell me that the associates from my location will reach out to me but they never do yet they close the ticket as "Resolved" Ticket number : SR10856329796744 I'm really disappointed now kindly help me @ACTFibernet
