@ACTFibernet I have just tried out Actfiber for the first time two weeks ago. The performance has been abysmal. Frequent disconnects, poor speed, horrible customer services. I already paid for three months, and as a student with online classes I am in lot of problems.

@ACTFibernet I suggest you stop taking your customers for granted & misguiding them. I raised several complaints in last 2 days with no successful attempt from your team to resolve my issues. Please be informed that you are forcing your customer to change the service provider.

@ACTFibernet No who told you that I am still waiting for my refund. Your zonal manager Nilam told me that I will get my money back until wednesday i.e 2nd Feb 22, so obviously my issue still not resolved. I am waiting.

@ACTFibernet we have a very bitter experience with your service at Coimbatore . We had taken your connection at out home . And since ours is the first home were the connection was given first in our street, your beloved officers have asked for setting up junction box at our place
