    @ACTFibernet I have paid the amount for Firestick since 8 days now and there’s no installation yet. When I was looking for connection everybody from ACT side was calling but now that I have taken connection nobody is responding. No calls or msgs are answered. Such poor service

    @ACTFibernet Never go in for actfibernet broadband. My issue is NOT resolved even after 29 hours.internet connection is still disrupted.

    @ACTFibernet havent received any call post the call got disconnected and told the issue to your team, issue is 400 mbps connection i have and speed is 20-30 mbps, highly sporadic from last few weeks, high latency and horrible service, ur team saying router is not capable, but its ur router.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down all day yesterday, no response from the engineer even after multiple calls, no call back or the correct ETA. The ticket still shows Nov 5th 9PM as the resolution time, but issue is still not resolved. SR10377827601924

    @ACTFibernet I have messaged you my contact number, fix this your connection is a pain from few weeks, i have a 400 mbps connection sitting next to router comes 20-30 mbps, fix else i will change my ISP., i need concrete resolution.

    @ACTFibernet DM the account number already. It says today evening can be fixed, I have complained day before yesterday. Usually ist taking three days to resolve the issue. It's very hard for a professional to work without internet.

    @ACTFibernet The ETR was 9 PM on 6th Nov, now pushed to 7 30 PM on 7th Nov — unbelievable! Never seen a wifi service this pathetic. Every outage, just new excuses. Thinking of filing a formal complaint with @TRAI now. Absolutely done with @ACTFibernet.
