  @ACTFibernet There are more technicians are here but no response its a cable problem in stright to my street end nonone visited and one day went today is sunday today also you wont clear can I claim these days an extra? Because you wasted and i used my mobile internet

  @ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.

  The installation service is very pathetic, while booking Fibernet, they will tell we will install it in same day, After payment they will vanish and for installation not one will come even weeks passed and follow ups. Fraud employees in this company. Careful @ACTFibernet

  For anyone else reading this please look for the reputation and track record of the provider before committing. We should have read the Reddit and X reviews. But that is on us. Nothing against ACTFibernet, hope they do better in the future. #bad

  @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please

  @ACTFibernet I had requested a disconnection, but the issue is with the way it has been handled. My active paid plan had remaining validity, and I need clarity on the status, settlement of the remaining period, and why it was marked as “CX/HT Permission.”

  @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer support. Neither getting support from your ground staff nor your systemised customer support. The beauty is unable to land to the customer service agent in your customer care numbers. Thumbs down 👎 0.5/10 on your after sales services.
