@ACTFibernet Hi, i am act fiber customer , i had make huge mistake that i had choose act fiber, don't make fake promise that you guys will deliver best broadband from past one month i have issue in fiber box every time they will come and repair and again will get same issue in week.

@ACTFibernet Utterly disgusted by the fiber internet provided by ACT, speeds are very slow, internet fluctuations happen 10 times a day, raised 10 tickets this month, the issue keeps repeating. ACT does not even care

@ACTFibernet Despite followups about my issue on twitter and also by calling customer service, no one bothers to contact or resolve. was promised multiple callbacks but well this is how ACT's customer service is and their fibernet is garbage.

@ACTFibernet Hi, i am act fiber customer , this bull **** i am going to consumer court. I had lost my 2 days payment you guys will pay that no you won't, but you will charge same day if i delay for one day you will agree... really shame on on you.
