@ACTFibernet Hello, I am facing internet issue raised a ticket and acknowledged with fake ETR, the time crossed but no one reached yet, very bad experience. Another thing, I chosen 6 month plan and paid full amount, the next payment date is in May 2023 but in App shwmng 12/2022
