@ACTFibernet Please note this problem is not related to account. This problem is all about intrusion on private terrace where you have laid the cable. If you don't remove it we need to cut the cable then which will result in effecting your other nearby customers

@ACTFibernet not picking up my calls is not going to lead you anywhere. The internet has been down for over a day. I've called over 15 times since yesterday and will keep calling until your technicians resolve the issue. We're all working from home so please have some empathy

Dear @ACTFibernet Again the speed issue with your net services, Why only your internet services fail always ? While @airtelindia Fiber constantly delivers the purchased Speed ? I am not even able to log out of ACT its like " I wont give u speed i wont let you log out situation"

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet : First kindly fix your customer service who never responds properly,disconnects customer calls inappropriately, they are asking me to pay for the month in advance when I raised request to disconnect service on 2ndNov Ref No SR10163388304494 and kindly refund.

Hi @ACTFibernet There is junction box placed at my residence since 2017 and there is no compensation for the power usage from past 4.5 years … There is no option in the app to raise a complaint for the removal of the junction box.
