    Promised New internet connection in 2 hours. It’s been 72 hours!!! Once Payment was done sales guy stopped answering my phone and customer service is not helpful at all. Moving back to Hathway if not resolved by today. Totally frustrated without internet @ACTFibernet

    1/2 @ACTFibernet I took seperate switch from you but still facing frequent connectivity issues like other people. If this is the case why should I spend extra amount on it. I'm sure that there is a fraud happened from your local providers that they didn't given direct switch

    @ACTFibernet what’s happening to my connection. Nobody responding, your customer service disconnects the call. Can you kindly fix it right away, you know how much of loss I face for a you connection issue. It’s pathetic service 102112693654. Please call and fix this immediately.

    @ACTFibernet one of worst network in hyd , service providers did not respond for eg it's life time late please respond and rectify the problem as early as possible

    @ACTFibernet It's 9964922787 #bangalore I have paid for the service and not allowing to use i also raised request to reconnect but cc team says to wait till 48hrs which is not fair your response too slow for any kind of query, I'm not at all happy with your late response

    Don't get @ACTFibernet. Very poor customer care. Even getting it disconnected is impossible. While the connection is physically terminated they continue to send you the bill, & keep closing the support ticket as customer agreed to remain. Bad OSS/BSS + bad operational practices!

    @ACTFibernet frequent internet disconnection. My Act broadband connection number is 110420156712. Place is New Delhi. New Rajinder Nagar. 2 times today, it was disconnected. No one reverts or pick calls. You people just raise one ticket, whose TAT to resolve is 24 hours, worst.
