    No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.     @ACTFibernet is the worst broadband provider. I have WFH setup and since yesterday Wi-Fi is not working. While onboarding I was assured of same day resolutions however on ground reality is different. @jagograhakjago

    SR closes again Every day new person calls and promises to call back after getting a resolution 2 months gone SRs silently gets closed without any resolution Made me pay extra for your fault @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What’s the point of paying a premium for your service if, when it matters most, the support is nowhere to be found? It’s been over 2 hours since I raised a ticket, and I haven’t received any response or update. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this issue urgently.
