    Are @ACTFibernet is working? App even not working and poor speed and customer service! Not even able to talk to a customer executive through app! Worst service ever!

    @ACTFibernet Patience has a limit. Slow internet since 4 days now. The internet comes and goes. They keep saying they are replacing cable! But why should a consumer who has paid for it suffer?? Provide a compensation more than just downtime if you want the customer to stick to this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet so insteas of providing me the second mesh router as they mentioned in their pamphlet, their way of resolution is to put person incharge of printing pamphlet on phone denying it. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been over 3 hours without internet, severely disrupting work from home. Very disappointed with the lack of proper resource management in our area to restore service quickly, leaving customers waiting for hours. Please resolve this ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet It is a torture to traverse your IVR and reach a human agent. And another torture repeating the entire story again and again. Please resolve my connection issue asap.
