    @venkybengaluru @ACTFibernet This is a Bengaluru based company and it doesn't even know what the local culture and language mean. @ACTFibernet I guess ur PR and marketing team is as worse as ur customer service and net speeds. Shame on you. Shift ur HQ to north or chennai.

    @ACTFibernet repeatedly your field engineers are closing tickets without actually resolving them. Once again issue of no internet when power flips is pending for 3 weeks. Can you pls look into this problem?

    @ACTFibernet Quick resolution means to resolve the issue immediately or as soon as possible not after 24 hrs or 72 hrs. First assign this issue to the technician

    @ACTFibernet Till now received only phone calls from your team asking to restart the router. But after that also still it’s not working and they have no answer for the issue. Can you please expedite the resolution

    @ACTFibernet after wiring work that was done in our apartment, my Internet speed has come down to 80mbps from 300 mbps. The technicians are not accepting our request to fix this over the weekend, as we don’t like any Internet disconnection during weekdays. Please help.
