@ACTFibernet I was assured of a technical TL call back because that would influence my decision to renew my subscription basis the reliability of resolution of the complaint. I opt for a long term plan and have been using ACT for many years. I have still not received a call back

@ACTFibernet my ticket is SR10163104195818 not sure why your team not able to downgrade my package. Ticket got closed without resolution and I had to call helpdesk to reopen it. Please look into this matter.

@ACTFibernet our connection at Visakhapatnam is not operating for last two days and no response from act inspite of repeated complaints. Poor service by ACT , they are welcoming JIO Fibernet.

@ACTFibernet Yes,the problem is resolved after approx 48hours of the breakdown.I am fortunate that I was not fired for Monday morning!I wonder,how come a reputed brand like ACT actually took 48hours to resolve an Internet issue?Is it because my area is little remote than Hyd(i.e.,Shamshabad)?
