    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 68th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @cch_harshakumar @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    @ACTFibernet My account got suspended on 16th Jan and as I called Customer care then they informed that as per plan i need to do payment for 6 months then only they will be able to change the plan. I did pay for 6 months and now my plan of moving is in motion (date mot fixed yet).

    @ACTFibernet @DrTarun278 That’s the best that @ACTFibernet can do. Another one hour wasted explaining the team about the problem and the final words were “sir we will organise a visit of a senior technician to resolve the issue”. This is becoming a never ending story.
