    @ACTFibernet Yesterday, I got the reference and I enquired abt the internet. Your people chased me like anything and got the Router installed at my location. But, in less than 4 hours the INTERNET is down ON THE FIRST DAY ITSELF !...inHyderabad (Mehdipatnam)

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since the morning.. I have been facing the issue very often.. I have to work on very critical issue and not able to use my internet.. can't you provide a permanent solution?

    I have never ever saw such an useless and worthless internet maintainance and customer service from @ACTFibernet. Made a huge mistake choosing this stupid network. Literally no internet from 2 weeks and I have not been getting any reply or update from the service team.#worthless
