    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Atlast I got call from customer service of Act fiber to my surprise he say sir as per the records you have recived the router, when I said no, he said I will coordinate with backend team and will get back to you. This is so crazy that you don't have correct details.

    @ACTFibernet Please improve your customer service or provide refund for the internet plan so that we can get another connection. The internet went down thrice in a span of two days and your pathetic team takes 2 days to fix it. How do you expect us to wfh? (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet When you say you have a power back-up of x hours, do you mean if power if off for x/2 hours for 2 days, the backup is exhausted? Nothing else can explain these frequent issues.
