@ACTFibernet I'd rather take some other connection. Enough war of words with you guys, I don't think I have anymore spare time to deal with your level of service. Take your router, I don't want your connection any longer. Said it the first day when I got the 100mbps speed.

@ACTFibernet #worstcompany customer service -> passed to billing-> billing passed-> retention nobody worked on it for past 15 days, finally i got connected to cancellation team and they're happily ready to cancel, no empathy no resolution such a poor service. 2/3

@ACTFibernet #worstcompany I had an issue in the bill where i was given a 50 percent offer to keep my broadband for 6 months in april. Within 3 months itself i got another bill for 6 month. I'm really sick and tired of talking with customer care for more than 15 days now 1/3

@ACTFibernet this is 3rd time I am sending request to resolve the unfairly charged zee5 subscription charge to my account. Just fake promises from your end. No Resolution and no contact from your end.
