    @ACTFibernet Yes the issue is resolved.But the amount of time taken is not acceptable and mostly when someone calls the executives should respond to it rather then keeping silent.

    Hey @ACTFibernet do you even resolve the issue. Does your servicemen know anything apart from restarting the router changing the port or channel. Does your sales guy only responsible for sales and there after it doesn’t matter even though the customer dies creating tickets.

    I am deeply sadden @ACTFibernet services.I spite of escalating the issue to nodal officer not action is taken.ACT broadband doesn't work when the power goes off.
