    @ACTFibernet What sort of Scam are you guys running? I had placed a termination request and it was terminated and a day after it was activated again. Now ACT is sending me messages to pay the bill for the service which I am no longer using.

    Never seen such cheaters in my life.. @ACTFibernet cheats people. After disconnecting my account they have reactived it without my notice. Who has told them to reactivate it? Who has given instructions? @TSConsumers might help in this.

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to get my account closed. I have sent DM 2 days back and also this morning but no response from ACT. Even emails to customer care are not answered. Can you guys look into this?

    @ACTFibernet yet again with another issue it’s been a new normal for us to give a complaint for your service once in a month ...too worst ..and now our ticket is closed without resolving ..Worst ever! Never ever get a connection with #Actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet My problem was resolved today immediately. But it was very annoying experience for last 1 month. I hope I won't have to face another one like that. Anyway thank you, I appreciate quick resolution today.

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst ISP... Could not resolve connective issue for more than 24 hrs now... Customer care is just an IVR with no sense

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since morning hampering my work. I filled a complaint and this is the reply I got: Your ACT Fibernet Request SR11049350597942 is expected to be resolved by 12/4/2020 08:00:00 PM. Seriously? You will resolve in past? Plz fix ASAP.
