    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Got a new connection and there is no internet from starting. So many followups but no resolution. Customer care numbers don’t work. Big disappointment!!!!

    What nonsense is this @ACTFibernet ? Your internet is down for the fourth time in the last some days. Get out of the service if you can’t provide it. This is plain cheating and unfair trade practice.

    @ACTFibernet SR10375736821814 Indicate whether the resolution of the SR is expected to be effected by the close of business hours today. Recurrent service disconnections observed predominantly during weekends.

    @ACTFibernet I think I'll make a switch from my 20 Yr old patronage to ACT. Will ensure all our Apartment people switch too as the hub lies here. This is such lukewarm technical support and assistance. My subscription ends this September.

    @ACTFibernet I even tried contacting the Kolathur,Chn local support team, but they haven’t responded after my initial complaint. I clearly mentioned that this issue is critical as it’s affecting my work. This level of irresponsibility and lack of communication is unacceptable.
