    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet and now the time for resolution is 7:30pm really? Why is it so the time has changed only after a tweet and trying to reach out to a customer care via the application the time has postponed and not before? Need answer not thank you for the patience

    @ACTFibernet Worst service. Don’t say customer care, say it as customer pain. I will never recommend nor opt for act to any one with immediate effect let me wait for the payment you looted gets consumed. I will also approach consumer forum to take action against you suitably.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ActFibernet, Someone collected the assets from me, I got the email saying that the assets recovery is completed, now one saying that its NOT completed. Can you please look into it, and issue my refund?

    @gayatri008_16 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet is the worst at its service. Sometimes it will take 2-3 days to resolve the issue. And they will not compensate for their fault too. I used it for 1 year and shifted to JioFiber.
