    Every 2 days wifi goes off, tired of complaining.... pathetic service by @ACTFibernet , they have taken 6 month advance payment & every alternate day no internet....worst service... give my money back😭 will shift to jio🌟

    @sandhyaravishan @ACTFibernet I had issues with many of these service providers. Now I have settled with JioFiber and have no issues. Check if it's available in your location & switch for better!

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI once the customer disconnect the connection no proper service from act and issue are not addressed. How can a customer service centre does not have an manager to address the long pending issue? No call backs received from act. WORST WORST service

    @ACTFibernet You have been calling me relentlessly telling about the legal notice you have sent for my unpaid dues. I have tried reaching you multiple times to understand how are you calculating this? And you put me on hold for more than 15 minutes without giving any resolution.

    @ACTFibernet When you disconnect the connection for non payment of dues immediately, why take 24 hrs. to resolve connectivity issues? Why shd the customer be deprived of Internet for a day?
