@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I can see that my bill is due on 10th October and due amount 0 however I receive message stating i need to pay on 2/3/2023.I see same information on my App and also on my laptop.Then why am I receiving messages for march?Can you guys sort this issue?

@ACTFibernet This has been a routine with ACT.Server issue, cable issue, box is down what not, I think for the expensive rates that u have and the service that u provide is unbelievable.We losing internet on a Sun evening & ur support staff being lethargic to answer is unbearable
