    @ACTFibernet one of the worst internet service provider. We are doing WFH calling customer service they are just forwarding calls. Nearly 15 call make but they didn't send technician till now worst service. Because of this it impacted my work. Tech pasng nr my home no response

    Technicians Pavan And Narendar call and say they're coming this evening and stop answering calls from next day , om fed up please refund or tell openly if you not willing to provide customer service once payment made . Ticket SR10158580795212 has been closed @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Guys seriously your service sucks from 3 days m trying to resolve my issue by connecting to u people but it’s of no use. If this is the case please cancel the subscription ill go with other products which are customer friendly and helpful. You guys are useless.

    @ACTFibernet ever since my internet connectivity issue was resolved yesterday by your engineer, I have been getting higher ping at around 60ms. Earlier I used to get 23-30 ms constant. what is the issue? account number: 102557517207.

    Worst service from @ACTFibernet #hyderabad and i have been raising issues from last 4 days that am not receiving internet but there is no response from team… Totally fed up……. 😡 #actfibernet time to shift to some other services
