    @ACTFibernet When? I called up CS team umpteen no. of times only to hear that technical team will call me shortly since Tuesday not even a single call came nor the issue is fixed. Pls refund my money and disconnect my enrolment. I will rather take a JIO/AIRTEL SIM and use its hotspot.

    @ACTFibernet Iam sorry to say that the experience with your service has been the worst in recent times. Multiple tickets raised on connectivity / speed / frequent disconnect, no action so far. Request urgent attention, else i have to disconnect the services today.

    @ACTFibernet Hey how long will it take for the shifting process?it's been almost 10 days and your internet is good but, your customer support is worst very worst none of your call support people know what they do, ex Rambabu, Gyaneshwari etc

    Never take internet service from @ACTFibernet . Highly unprofessional and unethical persons from top to bottom. After sales service is pathetic and painful and their customer support expert in cheating you over phone. Such cheap people and fraud company. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet what the hell is #HappeningNow just giving dates and time but no resolution yet again i received an ticket no.SR10159603649213 stating #your #requests is expected to resolve by 19-7-21 so please let me know what should i do till that time can anyone take immediate action on this

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. 2 days before renewal i got connectivity issues, tried calling local staff - no answer. Default system need 24 hours to resolve. This is 2021 and not 2001 where work can happen without internet. No doubt i m not renewing my plan with them.

    @ACTFibernet Such SHAMELESS support!! Selected Option 1 then 1 and then 9. Wanted to speak to customer executive but guess what it says invalid input . Why the F it says press 9 to talk to executive and when pressed it says invalid?? Do you guys don’t do testing? How shameless
