@ACTFibernet A/c no. 101576514870. Paid the money on 5th June. Was promised that the router will be installed within 24 hours, 48 hours gone. I am now regretting having taken the annual contract. Looks like this is a precursor for the kind of service that I can expect from ACT.

@ACTFibernet Didn't have internet last month for almost 3 weeks for 14 hours every day and I am being told I cannot get a waiver on my bill. Raised multiple complaints over the past few weeks and my ticket gets closed without any resolution. A new way to fleece your clients?

@ACTFibernet Ticket No:SR11057711439762. Request not resolved since yesterday. Do u guys understand the WFH pressure. How are we managing the work without internet. I am suggesting all my known not to get act as you guys have very poor after sales service. Get this resolved.

@babpav @ACTFibernet @toi Just expose #actbeam, as much as we can, because I requested for disconnection of connection on 8th May, but my connection got disconnected after 25 May, #actbeam is useless operators & doesn't have good customer support for customers.seriously wrost services by #actbeam.

@ACTFibernet i have raised a complain for refund last month and I haven’t received refund yet even after calling multiple times there is no proper response from your end. If you are not able to resolve the problem please take request for disconnection .

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC there should be Shome shame I don't have words to scold again and again same issue just refund they accept there is a server cable fault and ther don't want to change the which is their mistakes and do temporary work
