    @ACTFibernet How you guys doing fraudulent activity? Your Exe said no refund policy. I've paid for till Dec'25 & you guys said No Refund policy?Will raise complaints to @jagograhakjago this is illegal way to take money and doing fraud. You guys not able to provide service thus is your fault.

    @ACTFibernet Worst ISP ever. Internet goes down every week. ACT, do you know that there is no way to talk to your customer care person? customer care nos dont work. App and website are not processing my cancellation request. CANCEL my SUBSCRIPTION now

    @ACTFibernet I understand if it takes few hours resolve the issue but it’s been more then 24hours, when exactly it’s expected to be fixed ? How can one person work from home with this much unreliability.

    @ACTFibernet The internet has been down since yesterday and even disconnected right in the middle of my meeting. This is extremely frustrating and shows how unreliable ACT’s service has become. Totally unacceptable!
