    @ACTFibernet Worst experience of the installtion.Poor backend and Call Center help is endless wait thats ends with 14 mins of silence by agent. Better you refund the charges ASAP. Your ref ia 119601503245. Regret choosing you at Lucknow.

    @ACTFibernet Problem is solved. The customer care call took a day to respond, which is formal for act but Late for us. And the TV support call never connects to TV customer care as usual.

    @ACTFibernet hey there's problem with your mobile as well as web app. I am trying to place a shifting request since yesterday but it always throws an error "Bad Gateway" and you people are not even accepting requests made by to your Customer Support. I am relocating ina day help

    @ACTFibernet Will the call back change the Call Center process or your correct backend issue . I am sorry you have lost cust confidence. Better refund the charges taken. It has not been activated but you sending msg it has been activated is of no use. What is your TAT for advance refund ?

    Hi @ACTFibernet , i am really fed up with the technical help and ACT services. My wifi is not working from yesterday and i have raised multiple requests. Technician had called me yesterday and spoke for a minute and disconnected my call saying my voice was not clear.
