    @ACTFibernet I've been a customer for 12+ years, paying ₹12k+ yearly for a 200 Mbps plan and ₹62k+ over the last 5 years. I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.

    If anyone is planning for ACT internet do not take their connection. Not reliable, no support, scammer ISP. For an example their internet is down for 4 days at 500084 and all of their staff or app or support have been denying service. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct
