    @ACTFibernet I have already called customer care multiple times and now they are disconnecting the call. They raise ticket and then they close it on their own. I am literally mentally frustrated due to this. They are forcing me to pay money for their mistake. 7043305339, Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet Wats the point of this kind of idiotic consolation “we are looking into it” after the damage is done?Do you think my client will pay attention to this kind of stupid excuses? Stop givin lame excuses.Every organisation has a deadline 4 every task,unless its a careless one like u.

    Hello @ACTFibernet , your field agent made sure I pay upfront for 6 months and then two days later my calls are not getting picked up, and guess what? There is no engineer visit to even set up the internet. What a bad start!

    @ACTFibernet If you can’t fix this issue permanently, then I suggest you refund my prepaid amount for next 6 months and close the connection. I am fed up with this.

    @ACTFibernet If your team is not going for customer requirement, then go ahead and cancel the new connection and refund back. Even near my two flats on same floor concealed by ACT but not doing for me. Start the cancellation and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet ACT customer care is so bad !!! It’s been two weeks I’m calling all the customer care numbers listed and even written emails to the help desk. No one shows up to check what the issue is. So I hope it’s ok if I go ahead n just remove the box myself

    @ACTFibernet There is no point in just calling. I even mailed you and atleast raised tickets 5 times. I cancelled the installation but even after cancellation they installed the net and after that all I am facing is multiple lies from the customer representatives.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days since I have raised a request for connection transfer /extend but still no response from the technician nor the support team, I just get a response saying it's a work in progress. You really need to work on improving Customer Experience.
