    @HathwayBrdband Please disconnect my connection, neither am I able to contact anyone nor does anyone contacts me when a ticket is raised, it gets closed even when the issue isn't resolved. Kindly disconnect my connection ASAP! @ACTFibernet can I get back my old connection?

    @ACTFibernet I asked you people for downgrade request, It didn't happen. Internet won't work for continuous 3 days. I opted for 150 MBPS speed and I got 9 MBPS. Till date no one resolved the issue. Really pathetic service. No one is responding. I never choose or suggest beam.
