    @ACTFibernet Hi team, facing network issues since yesterday I have raised complaint/ service ticket and as per the ticket the ETR is aug15 9pm and no updates received from field team. Escalated to customer care twice ( Aug 15 and today as well). Bad service SR10381605650644

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    @ACTFibernet i have already escalated but no use . Same response everytime that the technician will call. Zero help . I cannot even connect back to the technician ffs.
