    I am wondering why #ACTFiberNet don't refund remaining amount when anyone move out and disconnect. Company representatives are very rude with outgoing customers and deny refund. How I can recommend anyone adopting #ACT_FiberNet @ACTFiberNet. @TelecomBoardInd Plz help.

    @ACTFibernet @GoI_MeitY FYI This is absolutely pathetic. No one from ACT fibernet is taking responsibility to resolve my issue. Highly irresponsible behaviour from the team. Fully unsatisfied with the behaviour. Refund my money ASAP u cheaters.

    @ACTFibernet @IndianConsumerF It's been 10 days I am shuttled by customer care team of @ACTFibernet they took my payments for wrong account and they disconnect my account and they chare me for activating it I don't even a proper response so troubled with cs team

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 9th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???
