    @KarwaKomal @ACTFibernet @VijayGopal_ Not sure why people are running behind act and jio bit my BSNL works butter smooth. They resolve the complaint same day and follow up. Been using this since more than 5 years.

    @ACTFibernet Reg compliant no. SR10162681588312 Bad service. No one attended yesterday’s complaint. Today again lodging fresh complaint which means yesterday’s ticket is closed without attend the issue I am losing lots of revenue because of your negligence. Will never renew

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD its been more than 24 hours that I raised an issue saying I am not getting internet and you guys haven’t taken any action and just disconnecting the calls when I tried to call you and express the issues I’m facing.

    @ACTFibernet my request SR10162619721052. Its been more than 24 hours and i didn't receive any call from your tecnician. You cs associate are bots, they don't know anything. Very poor services, not gonna recommend anyone for this connection. Its very frustrating.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet 4 hours I was promised a call back from manager it’s been 15 hours I guess the manager is either dead or has resigned ?? I have sent you a DM last night when you asked me for details yet nothing has been prioritised! Cancel the dam connection !!
