    As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

    @actfibernet it's been over 2 weeks since I paid to upgrade my plan to a mesh based plan. Repeated delays poor network connectivity and false promises. Complaint no.SR10281389697064 At this time I don't even know for what service I have paid.

    @JioCare useless service from @jio_fiber ..no internet, no supervisor escalation. @ACTFibernet do you guys provide better service than this ?
