    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet There is no Internet since 5 PM yesterday and there is no resolution till now. Your CC is asking me to wait till the ETR and not even allowing me to escalate. I am firm on not allowing your team to enter my premises to fix the Junction box now.

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet I strongly suggest you guys think twice before choosing @ACTFibernet. Unstable internet, poor service, and zero urgency in resolving issues. Paying customers deserve better than this. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reliable provider instead. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I paid for activation of my internet plans almost 2 wks ago, but service is still not installed. Technician visited once, customer care has been unhelpful, and not responding despite assurances. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately!
