    I paid for a 3-month subscription, but your network quality is terrible. Customers shouldn't have to beg for the service they've already paid for. Either: Restore my connection immediately, Refund the downtime period, or I will cancel ACT and move to a competitor. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet What’s the point of asking customers to send escalation emails if ur executives can’t access or read them? Paid for a 6-month renewal, still facing billing disputes, disconnection threats, & repeated requests to explain the same issue. Very poor customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet The internet cannot be down 3 times in a month for a day. If i don't get a call tomorrow with a permanent fix, I'm cancelling my account.

    @ACTFibernet If a cable gets cut somewhere, it takes at most an hour to fix it, yet you haven't been able to resolve the issue even after five days.

    @ACTFibernet I really frustrated that still the issue has not been solved, however I got a mail that complaint closed.. Modem is blinking green light but no internet connection yet. We are trying to reach your technicians, nobody picking the phone.. Total waste of money and time #PoorService
