    Dear @ACTFibernet your engineer told me to change my phone to 5G to get better wifi connection on my mobile. So does it mean ACT is now only going to provide for 5G customers? If that's so I will change my network connection and not my phone.

    @ACTFibernet 48 hours passed.Supposed to get it rectified in 18 hours.Finally one person came at 7.30 in the night for service after raising a request before 2 days.Pathetic.This is not ACT fibrenet.This is WE-DONT-ACT fibrenet.

    @ACTFibernet please restore the internet for this complaint no SR10265789373324. Ticket was reopened but after 1 hr internet restored but now you again disconnected. Its a torture for us.

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 07-Sep 19:30 to 21:00.I mean like heights of taking for granted.72 hours.Leave it we will shift to other service providers and will help our neighbours too for the same.
