    @ACTFibernet Internet has not been working since the last 3 days, The ticket was raised but still no resolution, Also engineers do not pick up call Ticket no SR11076214232644, every month the same issue occurred and the internet halted 3 to 4 days.

    @ACTFibernet my ticket SR11076026101054 which was pending for a month n constantly reopened by me 4 not meeting my simple demand of promised 1Gbps speed has been closed without any resolution If you can't provide the contractual speed why do you make fake promises to customers?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Are u dead or what? I had filed net down compalint 36 hours back and your CC is only extending time for resolution since then. Your engineer does not bother to call back. There is no update on when I will get net back. So unprofessional.

    @ACTFibernet We will appreciate if you guys help us to know the process of discontinued Also,uninstall the box as we are paying 100 per month extra for this and received no refund back though it was mentioned that it will reimburse on bill which didn't till date.Kindly help to knw the process

    @ACTFibernet Earliest means ? FROM 9am to 10 am , and 2 pm to 5pm and now 9pm resolution time .They don't answer calls and will cut the calls. If the issue comes once in a while that's ok. If it is repeated mean ? Are you hiring technical people or day drinkers @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
