@ACTFibernet : Last week got a ACT fibernet connection. They charged Rs.200 for installation even for 6 month plan. My Account no:103650425795 Internet is not working from morning. If I call toll number for the second time they won't pick my call. Very worst customer services.

@ACTFibernet And the ticket again closed without the user's confirmation. Upon asking ACT customer care why it was closed, the reason - customer didn't pick the call. I didn't get any call from ACT 😐 and you guys are closing tickets. 🙄 #ShameOnACT
