    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT please act on my my service request SR10275660372494. Initiated request, almost 10 days ago, for relocation on 20th of June, which is still not fulfilled. Your engineer called a day later today on 21st stating he is coming, but it’s 4hrs since then.

    @airtelindia The worst customer support with no proper action plan. The fibernet as been down for past 3 days and it's not been fixed. Better opt for @ACTFibernet I just switched to airtel for a better plan but I fell prey to them. I hope others do not.

    @ACTFibernet There was no internet for more than 6 days as the neighbour removed the connection from the box I have raised multiple complaints but there is no response from ur team. As a result I'm planning to remove @ACTFibernet n going for other network . Thank you

    @ACTFibernet 100 Mbps plan hone ke baad bhi LAN pe sirf 48 Mbps mil raha hai. Router & PC optimized hai. Please fix backend speed profile. Ticket already raised. Waiting for fix! #ACTSpeedIssue #ACTFibernet

    Hi @ACTFibernet, I'm fed-up of raising multiple tickets as the internet goes off the second power cut happens. Why cant you provide a basic service properly. This never used to happen earlier but after I moved here this has been happening non stop. Pathetic service.

    PSA: Never EVER apply for installation of connection from @ACTFibernet. Twice burned in two years. Each time they say that connection is feasible and take money, and then their engineer says after days, that it not feasible. and then it takes time for refund!.
