@ACTFibernet During December my Wi-Fi was not working for 3 days and after several complaints it was attended to. Since this morning again the internet connection has not been working and in spite of two complaints nobody has attended to it yet. Your service at best is HORRIBLE.

@ACTFibernet team this issue is happening frequently nowadays. Every week iam getting frequent disconnection and slow speed connection.Everytime I raise a ticket, technician come and resolve the issue but he never said about issue. Need a permanent fix, impacting my office work.

Hey @ACTFibernet It's been 1.5 months since I closed my broadband account with you owing to pathetic service but I am yet to receive my refund from you. Evertime when I call your CS I am being told no one acted on my request (so closed automatically) and a new requst is raised.
