  @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot.   @ACTFibernet Also your customer care raised a ticket to replace my mesh routers since weeks. Nothing came from your side. When i call customer care they simply cut the call. Why dont you shutdown your services?

  @ACTFibernet SR10280654172624: You might as well escalate this to gods because this is hanging on prayers. Your customer care numbers are now auto disconnecting calls from my registered number but connect fine from another number. I am assuming this is your way of shooing me away
