  It’s the question of consumer right to demand for the service paid for. The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either

  @ACTFibernet ACT Team and Nodal Officer, This is a formal complaint against ACT on the unauthorised shifting of internet connections in SOBHA ROYAL PAVILION, Bangalore. These connections were tampered and moved from the 4BHK to the 3BHK side of the society without prior notice.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet - You folks are the worst service providers. Everytime we face issue with Internet you take 24-36 hrs to resolve the issue. Especially in financial district and I want to say you have the worst team who caters to financial distirct. Get your “Act” right and serve customers better.   @ACTFibernet My Ac No: 110637323329 (Shakarpur, Delhi) Service stopped in June 2025 but I already paid ₹2828 for 3 months. Router returned in Aug 2025. Still no refund after 10+ months & 50+ follow-ups. Getting repeated calls for router return. This is harassment. #ACTFibernet
