    @ACTFibernet Services are becoming worst day by day. In last 6 months I have raised almost 10 complaints. I don't understand what is the purpose of raising complaint thru app. Until we call to customer care the complaint will not get addressed.

    @ACTFibernet This is the same reply I have been getting for a very long time, you guys don't action it , it's just on social media that you pretend to show concern towards customer grievances, doesn't work in reality! Tired of hearing excuses and standard replies #buckup

    @ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet have been repeatedly telling to cancel my subscription & refund my money. I have sent email and also DM. But no response. I do not wish to use ACT anymore. @Airtel_Presence is any day better and will switch back to #Airtel

    @ACTFibernet @Arungs ... This is guy is having frequent net issues ... Its been close to a month.... Unreliable connection it seems.... u take the payment upfront and doesnt provide a stable connection... Please fix the issue
