    @ACTFibernet As per Act its clearly stated in FAQs that in case we cannot give services you will get a refund on pro rata basis which is a just a theory but we cannot get a refund at any cost clearly stated by customer care of Act but where as other Internet services gives refund

    @ACTFibernet Your agent Mr Viresh said that being without internet and inconvenience happened to me is " very small issue" @ACTFibernet i can share you the audio clip, are you making fool of the customer? Will never recommend @ACTFibernet to anyone

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for resolving. My honest feedback would be that your turnaround time for resolving the issue was way too high which is not really appreciated at all. You guys need to improve a lot in many ways else you end up losing your customers and their trust
