    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD, no internet service since yesterday, I opened a ticket, called customer care, tweeted!!!! what else can I do to get the service back?? Come down physically to your office and fill out paperwork, if yes? Please share your address.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you, I am already an Act customer and have been using this since long time. I also have jio as second connection, but i must say your after sales service is far better than jio

    Once again a bad experience from @ACTFibernet . Don't know how they have survived in market these many years with this type of attitude. Not good at technical aspects, customer service not even in single aspect. Better to get rid as early as possible. @TSConsumers @MIB_India

    @ACTFibernet is there any department who takes customer complaints seriously? Or your employees really work hard to get complaints resolved or they just close it please cross check coz i resolved my issue by myself n ur technicians closed the complaint. Give me tech head number.

    @ACTFibernet Net is still not working, it worked for an hr and again stopped. SR is opened again. Is there any permanent solution? It's already been a week. Who will pay for this?

    @ACTFibernet is making full use of customer helplessness, NO ISP in India provides good service. @TRAI please come up with penalties for these guys like we had penalties for cellular companies for call drops. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet What an experience from the customer team ..!! He says pay the latest bill and we will reverse it later .? What rubbish . U can charge double and still ask us to pay the incorrect bill .? Shame on you

    @ACTFibernet worst service I have ever seen. U guys never address the issue permanently. Often I have try cry calling u saying internet not working. Especially on festival days where I think of spending tme watching movie. Very poor and worst service
