    @ACTFibernet Its been more than 9 hours I have raised the service request SR10265867672244 that internet is not working in my home(Bangalore -560035 Doddakannelli), there has been no calls or visit to look into this issue. Can you take this matter seriously & send someone to fix

    Never be a part of the fraud Internet company like @ACTFibernet.They just want the customer anyhow after that no response. If u raise complaint , if resolve as they said but didn’t get resolved in actual @airtelindia @Balamalladi13

    @ACTFibernet i have raised a ticket 3 days back. Even the resolution estimation date has passed. Still no solution provided to me. Tried calling multiple times, still no answer from customer care. Wrost service

    This @ACTFibernet definitely has anxiety issues. The due date to make the bill payment for internet is 15th of every month. I get so many reminders everyday for bill payment right from the 1st of every month till the due date. That's really irritating!
