    @ACTFibernet In the last 4 days I had to register complaint twice due to loss of internet connectivity. In a world entirely dependent on internet, you offer the #WORST service possible! I'm spending both my working hours & weekends calling your customer care. #ActWifiNeverWorks

    Dear @ACTFibernet you guys are able to provide new connection on a location within 48 hours but to relocate a connection on the same place is taking more than 10 days vey bad customer service this is not a good business practice in this competitive world😡

    @ACTFibernet what’s point of increasing bandwidth, FUP if your internet is going to be down and unusable! Internet down for more than 24 hours and unable to work. Call center also unresponsive. Ticket: SR10255810821822

    What the hell is happening with @ACTFibernet since yesterday evenin 4PM there is no connectivity! Almost more than 12hours of #nointernet ! Instead of running this kind of service better close the company! Getting money for 6 months and cutting internet! Worst!! Bad! Poor!

    @ACTFibernet No resolution provided for the complaint raised. Data use goes up without actual usage. In past 1 year from 50 gb per month to 500 gb per month. Fake metering.
