    @ACTFibernet Internet service in Chennai madambakkam is down for past two days and you keep postponing the resolution date. When it will get resolved. I was told your server is down but not sure if it’s been worked on priority.

    @ACTFibernet “It’s still the same with no resolution at all. Everywhere else it’s working except here. I honestly don’t know what to say. I’ve already paid for the entire year, but now I’m seriously considering discontinuing this and switching to another provider.”

    @ACTFibernet Whats the point of escalation if you cant fix the issue, from past 3 days you just have been extending your deadline, first you said it will get resolved by 2 sep, then you extended it to 3 then 4

    @ACTFibernet It's already been escalated. I need a call with an ACT representative who can give me the exact ETA. From the service point of view, this is very important for us to plan our day/week. BUT that is where you have failed. Even after knowing everything you keep sending messages.

    @ACTFibernet Daily sending the same text message & same notification on your app. "We will be resolving this issue by 7:30 PM IST". Till now I have waited for 8-9 7:30s and still no use. See you people should provide us with proper ETA ok. Don't make a fool out of us for being loyal customers
