    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to get my connection shifted within the same colony here in Blore since the past 6 days.. 1. Website/app doesn't provide a confirmation post e-verification 2. App chat response is a useless bot 3. No human interaction possible ANY SOLUTION???

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 21st consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet I've raised a complaint regarding shifting of junction box on 12th of NOVEMBER. (SR10363465134021) so far no proper response from your end.automatically closing ticket without asking customer consent.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ACT.

    One of the worst and pathetic service from @ACTFibernet ,it's been almost 4 days now and I still don't have my internet connection working. 4 days of no internet and I still have to pay a month of bill and within a month have raised couple of complaints for same issue.

    Been trying to get hold of @ACTFibernet for 1 week now to help with shifting our connection. Can’t believe it is this tough in the digital world! Also their IVR sucks! Can someone look into this please?

    @ACTFibernet Probably one of the worst customer service ever provided. Been following up with a issue since 10 days. Still it's not taken care of, not even addressing customer issue. Bad service.
