    Hey @ACTFibernet I pay for a costly plan to use 3.3TB/mo But Ofcourse - cannot use more than 200GB in a month - 90% downtime! It has been months, my patience does not exists anymore Why to push some to takeover your POP hubs, let’s kill the whole network no? Unhinged ffs

    @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet There is no Internet since 5 PM yesterday and there is no resolution till now. Your CC is asking me to wait till the ETR and not even allowing me to escalate. I am firm on not allowing your team to enter my premises to fix the Junction box now.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been over 3 hours without internet, severely disrupting work from home. Very disappointed with the lack of proper resource management in our area to restore service quickly, leaving customers waiting for hours. Please resolve this ASAP!
