    @ACTFibernet Poor service, want to disconnect my connection due to some issues but they are not replying, they have just opened up the complaint but not resolving nor they call for anything! Avoid buying its a trap..

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 108th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Thanks, I now got a call from your executive and they helped me in getting my issues answered. I am happy with the interaction level. However, Little disappointed that I had to escalate here to get my issue resolved. Hope this is taken care in future
