    @ACTFibernet Since 11:00 AM the internet went down when I was in a meeting. Raised a ticket immediately. Your technician committed that it will be resolved in 45 mins at around 12:00 Pm. Now it's 3:20. More than 3 hours. I don't know if 45 mins is equal to 3 hours for act staff.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for net being able to resolve the issue by continuously pushing the timeline. @ACTFibernet At last, I asked for refund as I got Nuron installed in just a day. Such a irritating and annoying experience with @ACTFibernet !
