    @ACTFibernet I have an issue for past 15 days, I have raised complaint, tried calling customer care several times. Nothing is useful, I think the customer service is the last priority for you. Decided to move on to different network #CustomerService #Broadband #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I hv bn really disappointed with ACT since last 2 weeks. @ACTFibernet team is not able to deliver another router for my other room since last 15 days... I have not been able to order on their app n also thru their CC. Time to change to some other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet I had a complaint about internet connection not working today morning at 7 am and it's 5 pm now it's still not fixed. Ticket no: SR10163779530164. What kind of useless pathetic service are you providing. When I call your support team, u just keep extending the time.

    @ACTFibernet Why should a customer lend space to company FREE OF COST and give him permission to disturb him for all the issues with all other connections the company is maintaining

    Here is the story @ACTFibernet. No network for a day and raised a request. A Great TECHNICIAN came and found that so called JUNCTION BOX is switched off by another customer. He no more wants to take care of it. 8 customer connections from that box got disconnected by evening .

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, No, the internet service is still poor. There is lot of latency and packet loss sometimes it feels like a 2G/3G network instead of FiberNet. If there is no improvement by the end of this month, I would like to discontinue the services and change to a better provider.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet pathetic, worst and disgusting experience. Issue is not resolved even after escalating it to nodal officer. They give a timeline and extend it. Stay grounded when you are growing big. Worst customer service will bring business down. RIP ACT
