@ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

After multiple calls, site visit from @ACTFibernet I am still stuck with the latency and loss issue as well as frequent call drops via wifi. @ACTFibernet team charges random amount on my bill stating I requested for private IP. Not sure how it's fastest network?

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, We are facing internet interupption in area (Satyam International school - Meerpet) in last 3 weeks faced 3rd time. Now also no internet from Afternoon. Please treat this on high priority and ensure no internet issues. Else will switch to other operator.

@ACTFibernet Now ACT is lying also. I got message saying ' we tried to contact you but was unable to' and I never got a call. I feel relieved that Airtel operates in my area. ACT technicians are just like thugs, they won't resolve the call but just close it

@ACTFibernet As soon as day get off and night comes.. Ur internet starts dying.. Not sure why u guys don't work on ur internet speed in night. This is really pissing me off from the last one month.Even after so many complaints, same issue I face on a very next day.
