@ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

@ACTFibernet pathetic service , after making payment you people disconnects service every day for 14-16hours , customer service is another headache to connect gives lame reasons. If any activity is planned why it is not informed prior to cx .
