  @ACTFibernet we have raised yesterday that internet is not working !! Daily you guys changing the eta !! This is not fair !! You guys should have faster track system . If some issue it should why that happened and which area ? Changing eta alone will not resolve the issue team :(

  @ACTFibernet So after clearly mentioning that I want my service to be deactivated from 1st Aug 2026, you have gone ahead and deactivated it from today, leaving me stranded in the middle of a working day. I have absolutely no words for you guys. The worst possible ISP in India.

  @ACTFibernet I’m continuously facing fiber cut issue in this area, every month raising ticket for fix but not seeing proper resolution current no - Fiber Cut SR11481401539554, also hanging cable, App doesn’t support to raise ticket.Thinking to change service,please take action
