    @ACTFibernet when do you guys plan on resolving the issue? The CX support is getting terrible, they're hanging up calls and not giving appropriate response. Please be honest and tell us if you will fix the issue or not? I need refund as well as I pay the amount quarterly.

    Was happy with my old network, but switched after ACT Fibernet called with an offer. Paid & booked installation, but they cancelled my request without informing me. When I called, they just said 'can’t fix.' Funny thing—2 houses next to mine have ACT. Why not mine? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What's your customer care number, where I can actually raise a service request or complain? When I reached out my waiting was 17 in the queue and I stayed 15 mins in the call and it moved to 16 in the queue.
