    @ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to change my billing cycle but the agent in the Guduvanchrry, Chennai, has raised a request for service cancellation which I don't need. I have to call your service center they always pick my call and they never talk me back. Please help me here.

    Really sick and tired of Act Fiber frequent disconnect problem in our area and one of the worst service quality. It takes 1-2 days time to solve one small issue. Worst service, waiting for Jio Fiber in our area @ACTFibernet @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet No internet connection since early morning. Please have it fixed ASAP. Ticket# SR10163079819342 is raised and is open since 7+ hours. No technician bothered to at least see what is the problem? Crazy customer service you guys are providing.

    @ACTFibernet It has been nightmare being ur customer, almost no proper service for last 1 month , no use of opening SR/tickets talking to your useless customer support representatives. Acc#102015407335 last opened SR10262994442682, this will be last follow up before i quit act.

    @ACTFibernet Why should I pay bill when the Internet doesn’t work and speed is so so pathetic and I had ro take a @reliancejio because of you guys and they Jio Team is providing excellent service! Why should I continue with @ACTFibernet Pls tell me guys ? 🙏🙏🙏

    @ACTFibernet last moment requested to reinstall & wanted to resume the service.However no technician visited but invoice was generated & asking us to pay the bill which was not used. So many calls and emails has sent still no rectification.Ticket has generated & closed automatica
