    @ACTFibernet Yes, it has been resolved. Thank You for the resolution! There should be an OTP entering feature that should be sent to customers and by using it only engineers will be able to close an issue so that none of your engineers can close it without any resolution.

    @Khanabadosh_P @ACTFibernet @ianuragthakur Well they process the disconnection request faster than resolving a complaint. 48 hours and counting no resolution to the complaint and less than 24 hours disconnection request processed. Yet to refund the money
