    @ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

    So in May my @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD was out for a total of 15 days. That's a break in service EVERY SECOND DAY. It's 2 days into Jun and ACT is carrying on the same way. Their customer care refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem. As expected there is a full bill.

    Subscription is possible in seconds but cancelling it requires days or hours. When such bad experience is once felt, the next time obviously people would be reluctant to these offers. Please try to give better user experience. #Actfibernet #ZEE5

    @ACTFibernet Its been 26 Hours since the outage we have online tests and submissions to submit and send If have to go through this every other month dunno what to do Litrally is messed up

    @ACTFibernet It is really interesting to know that so many options are given to subscribe an OTT from ACT but no option could be found to cancel it. In my case it is #ZEE5. I tried from Zee5 account as well. So I need to contact and follow up with Act support team now. (Contd)
