    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since my internet connection not working, kindly refund the remaining days amount, I will get a new connection from other vendor , everytime customer care LIES issue will b resolved today

    @ACTFibernet Telecom regulators should put heavy penalties and fines for not restoring the service within a reasonable time frame. You guys are focused more in Bangalore than Chennai!

    @ACTFibernet It has been 5 days and counting and yet the internet service hasn’t been restored in our neighborhood close to chief minister residence (Chennai, Alwarpet). You guys should be ashamed to call yourself as a leading ISP provider in India.@TRAI #DoT_India @dmk_raja

    @ACTFibernet I didn't receive any call from your team and you when the technician calls back end team your BE guys tells that customer is playing around seriously,this issue is effecting my work and your back end team is not giving a damn about this issue

    @ACTFibernet 4 days without the internet it’s been 5 th day And still not yet I haven’t received any clarification about this when this is gonna finish? Can you guys assign a person or technician. I haven’t faced this type of customer support anywhere.
