    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 26th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than a week and still no call or resolution. It shows your commitment towards customer issues. U r best in market in terms of wifi service but u have to be good in customer service too @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet not that good I have called them for resolution but it took 30 mins of call but no one connected as all agents are busy. pay bill if your connection is in suspension.. They tell to degrade plan and pay but they will again charge you double amount Ac :101497973314

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Most fraud internet service provider I have met. I raised refund ticket on Dec 2nd and I got mail saying within 5 days you will get refund. Act cust care called me and after then they told if SR is open then refund could not be done.they closed it.
