@ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

@ACTFibernet I'm getting many technical glitches with your network. I got new connections on 28th Apr 21, but till now my network was disconnected 4 times. If this issue repeats I don't recommend anyone to prefer @ACTFibernet Please resolve the issue as my network is disconnected

I'm baffled by the no refund policy for early service cancellation. I understand it's in T&C's but looks like ACT processes and systems are ancient and needs an upgrade big time. #badCustomerExperience @ACTFibernet
