    @ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

    @ACTFibernet Last time it took you guys 10 days to resolve a simple wiring issue. This time again, it’s more than 30 hours. Your customer care team is being incapable of transferring the call to the escalation team, technician or anyone. Why is escalation team not on thier desk.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Such a worst Broadband service in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

    @ACTFibernet you talk to me late night just to take money by giving false 200% promise of immediate wifi installation. Post that even you stop attending call. Is this the kind of support and promise at which u operate

    @ACTFibernet Hi yes, it has been fixed after 96 hours of waiting, 8 calls to customer care, 10 email exchanges with the nodal office, 4 email exchanges with your customer care, one complaint to NCH, one complaint to CPGRAMS and this tweet.
