@ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

@ACTFibernet It was resolved with anguish to the oldest Customer like me. Monday payment was done & Friday it was installed after several calls. Not a pleasant experience.

@ACTFibernet Ur team had failed to install a new connection within the time.Guy who had sold the connection is not responding to calls. If this is the quality of service been provided at beginning then don't know what u will provide in future? BSNL also provides service as urs.
