    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment.

    @ACTFibernet there is no prior notice that the network will be down or anything even if they get a notice from the municipality that they are cutting down the tree which could cause network outages Is it that hard to just notify us?
