    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Dear team, not happy with the service, I raised connectivity issue 24 hours back and nobody turned up yet. I'm unable to work from home. Pathetic service. Ticket #- SR10263888870018 tentative expection for closure was 1/13 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00.

    @TSBBCare i think this is worst internet service provider it's been just three days i have taken new as earlier i was @ACTFibernet and customer care service is more pathetic till now response and still i am not able to use internet @TSBBCare can you refund the money

    @ACTFibernet I had a really bad experience with the ACT customer support and my Issue is not yet resolved and I’m currently doing Work from Home and due to this issue i had delay in my work schedule and i Had to start my next day work still without my internet condition resolved

    11/01/22.ACT SERVICE ENGINEER disconnected my internet connection which was functioning well at 1.08pm on that day as maintenance work. He said that he would be reconnected at 9.00 that night but to date (13/01/22) no internet connection was provided. #ACTFIBERNET

    In 2022, when we have players like @airtelindia @ACTFibernet playing the wild card by providing service rapidly, seems like BSNL is not ready to up the game. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, it cannot be myway or highway.
