@ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

@ACTFibernet Sure. At max the fix will take 30 mins, But to let you know is the problem is with your service engineers. To come to the location they will take 24 hours.

@ACTFibernet I have already shared the alternative number.. I Neva got any call. The issue is simple there is a frequent disconnection. It's so tuff to use act internet peacefully. How I am suppose to work? I can record in phone and send if u guys need? Plz fix it or refund my money.
