    @ACTFibernet "Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR10160271502682. Our team is looking into it and will get back to you shortly". Yesterday I raised this complaint and they told it's a connection box issue I told them I need to my internet.

    @ACTFibernet chromepet chennai newcolony 16th cross street your street pole is leaning dangerously, it may fall down causing injury to passersby. repeated email complaints, personal visit to east tambaram act office, still no one is paying attention. rectify or remove the pole

    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 A/c ID : 110576340304 My internet is down since 12 pm. I was told it would be fixed by 8 pm. When I called after 8 pm I am told that there is some issue with the wires. The same thing happened 1 month ago. Very poor service. Need this fixed asap!!

    @ACTFibernet is it very pity to say such a big net service provider and ur saying u have only one hour of power backup at junction after that still power is not restored then net will be disconnected .

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours for my complaint (SR10360248422012) with no resolution. Worst customer care response when I called to ask about this. What's the use of speed when there is no connectivity at all!
