    @ACTFibernet it's been 4 days I have raised a complaint that my internet is down and till now the issue wasnt resolved and tried to connect with custm care they doesn't even have the crct dtls by when it will get resolved. Is this the service you ppl providing us? ticket no SR10155053663182

    @airtelindia Have been a customer of Airtel for last 15 years and have never faced such horrible laid-back service ever. It's easy to shift to other Fibernet providers like @ACTFibernet or @JioCare if this is not resolved asap.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC Amount has been deducted from my account after the bill payment but no status been updated. It's been 72 hrs, out of TAT(turn around time), still no response from accounts team for status. Very disappointed from act payment service.
