    @ACTFibernet what should I do to get your attention? Light an agarbatti and pray to you? I have tried getting hold of someone from 2nd March to work on the Transfer request, no one has reached out to me. This is such a bad customer service. Help would be appreciated

    @ACTFibernet Then I registered a complaint regarding this and had received a call back. After reaching customer service twice, one cut the call and another mocked me they would call back today at 9am/9.03am to be exact.

    @ACTFibernet The worst customer care service I have got. The person who spoke with me was arrogant and insulting. His answers were senseless. Following up I even went on to complaintthe issue to the superior. Even it was also disrespected. Totally a bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet not sure what’s happening. After the arrival of competition, our connectivity is going down every night at 10 PM and the MTTR is going up. Something’s wrong with your service in Bangalore as this was never the case before. #NoConnectivity even now.

    @ACTFibernet We are facing internet connectivity issue since yesterday 5.00pm in Kakatiya colony LB Nagar-74 area .is there any issue in whole area can you please take this issue immediately and resolve asap? As we are working from home it is getting to work !
