    @ACTFibernet you really have a worst customer service. I have asked you to shift my connection on 23rd JAN four days ago. You called me the day after the request. But didn't even cared to show up on the date I selected for shifting. Coz of you I'm loosing my productive hours.

    @ACTFibernet This has been going on for 2 days now, your customer care is disconnecting calls and the internet is disconnected without a response or resolution. You guys are losing hold of your business. This is the worst experience in the past 25 years of my internet usage.

    @Mahesh60117091 @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    Just appalling the broadband service given by @ACTFibernet. No internet for the whole day, on a busy Monday morning. And the customer service has no clue. Third time in a week. @TRAI are you guys listening? @airtelindia please contact me. I need a new broadband connection.

    @_sairamkrishnan @ACTFibernet They've been calling me for a year for a one month extension fee, which I never asked for. I had waived off 6 months advance paid when I left Chennai a year back.
