    @ACTFibernet -so that they can simply do time pass.The issue I raised the ticket is every month Rs687.80 internet bill.I have been using this connection for more than 5 years.Suddenly my bill amount increased to Rs837.8.

    @ACTFibernet ACT customer service is the worst service its been more than a week we are following up with them no one is coming to fix the issue they will just cal and tell will come in 30min is this the way u serve ur customer we have 6months plan

    @ACTFibernet not getting sms OTP when trying to subscribe to Netflix . I am already in that plan. Unable to raise a support case for this issue.

    @ACTFibernet Had terrible incident. Had updated the plan on 10feb, still not showing. The plan also mentions that I'll get a router, no router installed. Very rude customer care. They cut calls on my face. they suggested that I should remove the connection. You are thieves.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore haven't received any updates nor a single call from your billing team, as communicated early, You guys disconnected due to ur serviceability issue saying for non service days the amount will be refunded based on prorated basis, now not even responding.

    @ACTFibernet is not trustworthy, we pay them the subscription for the entire year upfront, but when we had to relocate to a different address, they never bother to reconnect the service in new address. Better go for some other vendor, I don't recommend @ACTFibernet. Very poor ser
