DO NOT EVER BUY @ACTFibernet . The network was giving us issues for past couple of days and we raised a complaint with the company about the same. At first, they said they will send some technician, which has not showed up till date.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet regular disconnection in Munnekolala area. Every time the reason is cable fault. I spoke to someone named Karthick just now. Giving excuses and reading the policy but no resolution. Where the hell is your customer focus? Will you tolerate non payment of bills?

@ACTFibernet Cancelling the connection request. No response from your team. Worst service. I don't know what the escalation is about. From Thursday the payment has been made. But no action till now.
