    @ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

    @ACTFibernet I am unable to contact the Act digital tv support center, It always redirects me to the Fibernet option. The representatives tried to redirect the call, but nothing worked. I dropped an email too, but no response. Could you help me here?

    @ACTFibernet can't get through to your customer care. Our plan is still charging an exorbitant rate. If I don't get any response today, I am going to cancel the connection. #ACTBroadbandSucks

    @ACTFibernet such a horrible service and pathetic customer care . My ticket got closed without resolution . Local internet service providers have much better connection than ACT.

    @reliancejio People who are reading the tweets . Please don't go for Jio connection its worst customer service I even seen . I switch to @ACTFibernet that gives better service. Best thing is you can read all the comments below , you will find most of negative comments .

    @ACTFibernet need you to take strict action against Mr Himanshu. I want a resolution for the charged bill amounts since June. In case this issue is not resolved in the next 2 days, I will forfeit your connection.
