@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I will be moving onto a better service provider and stop using ACT going forward from next month. Sick of the ****** service you guys provide with no solution nor fixes.

  • karthikalagan
    karthik alagan (@karthikalagan) reported

@ACTFibernet 2.5 days. Multiple follow-ups. An unresolved complaint. And instead of a proper resolution, I have had to deal with abusive behaviour from representatives over the phone. A broadband provider can have a technical failure.

@ACTFibernet I don't need any resolution. I'm asking for the disconnection . How foolish people you are, even don't you understand what I am asking for? Or don't you even know how to read?

@ACTFibernet What is the earliest? Do you people have some sense? I need a account deactivation immediately. Im opting for other services wherein they can provide immediate resolution.

    Abhishek Gattin (@abhishekgattin) reported

Hey @airtelindia / @ACTFibernet I have a JioFiber (@JioCare) connection which is not working due to relocation & none of their support channel is helping since last 18 days. I have paid upfront till Jan, 2027 to them. If you will cover that for me, I’ll switch right away. Deal?

  • Bharath__badass
    Bharath Kumar (@Bharath__badass) reported

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Providing a customer with the wrong router and then when complaining for irregular net speed connectivity you guys suggest different plans as a marketing stint for us to waste money. What kinda scam are you guys running?
