    @ACTFibernet The technician hasn't showed up yet and this the new ticket that was created from your end SR10277311130648 which said resolution by yesterday night but no update at all. The technician called and delaying the visit again giving new reasons everytime.

    Your so-called customer support is PATHETIC – no proper calls, no updates, and absolutely no action taken. Why should a customer suffer like this after paying on time? ACT must take accountability and resolve this immediately instead of giving false promises @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Is the issue about network? Have you checked the concerned I have raised? What was my last ticket? This the way ACT is working? Without knowing the issue seems your replying everyone with a generic response..this is the worst experience I’m having with act…

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Without checking proper internet restoration at the place why u have closed the case & when will U restore the internet. What is your deadline to resolve the issue. If it is not possible at your end plz let us know to chng Internet Service Provider.

    Horrible service from @ACTFibernetHYD 🙏 It's been more than 11 days, number of phone calls, multiple visits at the service center but some of the service guys seem to be joined there just to bring negativity to @ACTFibernet 🤬 Name - Venkatesh, Yousufguda branch team lead unfortunately , contact number-9948017737 Tried calling multiple times with different numbers but, the above person immediately rejects the calls without even answering, as he feels he's a BOSS there🤧 Ticket ID: SR10177315490534

    @ACTFibernet @LeaderAzizBhai1 I raised complaint of no Internet #SR10177311372274. This is 4th time in this month and no internet for almost 10 days overall. Are you planning to shut down services in Hyderabad and handing over to Jio? Very much pathetic service. You look busy
