@ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

@ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD Worst service in OU Colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad. Facing the same issue again and again this means you people are not capable to provide good service to the customer, Please think of shutting down the company.

@ACTFibernet I think ACT team don't understand the importance of time and they only look for sales and money. Please stop saying that we are the best in broadband etc.. which is not at all true. Better you improve your customer service and the TAT to close the ticket.

@tinucherian @RaviKapoor @ACTFibernet Yes, service has become horrible. I wanted to get out of it last year, but didn't know how to. So I just paid up, and continued. But it has gone from bad to worse. I don't even know the procedure to cancel the contract. Didn't find an online option.

@tinucherian @ACTFibernet Please tell me what are u using now. ACT has become pathetic.. I'm with them since the inception and speed toh don't ask.. I downgraded my plan because it didn't make sense as they blamed my router for not allowing speed.. and slow is snail slow speed and it's pathetic

@ACTFibernet connection down nth time today. I'm seriously infuriated today. This is just not acceptable. Using my phone hotspot all day for work. There is a limit to how much your incompetence can be tolerated. Bring it back up RIGHT NOW. #ACTFail

@ACTFibernet Every week there is some new issue with your internet and everytime you guys says it will be resolved in 24 hours. Sometimes your grid fails or wire damage. Your customer care and field agents are incompetent. Please help me with the refund.

@tinucherian @ACTFibernet The Act customer service has crashed after being efficient for a few years. Only they can fix the problem, seems they are not interested. I face issues every 40 days. Losing customers & not addressing them shows apathy of the management in training staff & building brand values
