  @ACTFibernet my internet is down from morning all I get is automated response and there is no way to connect to your customer care . I don’t think i should renew your plan next month anymore. Day by day your service is turning pathetic.

  @ACTFibernet In Lucknow , why engineers request us to not raise ticket and call them to get your issues sorted and when you call them without raising ticket they often take 24 hours to react. All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM

  @ACTFibernet "I am following up on my formal complaint regarding the 'CHN AMZ STREAMING MESH POD' plan (ID: 103686970808). Despite fixing the speed, you have still not addressed the hardware mismatch. Providing Archer C5 routers instead of the advertised Mesh Pods is a misleading advertising

  @ACTFibernet my connection is not stable, getting lot of issues during office meetings.These issues are not affecting normal internet usage but creating huge problem for office work. Can you help on this?
