    @ACTFibernet The broadband went off round 1 PM in the afternoon today. I raised a Ticket 'SR10157464323802' immediately and a Resolution was expected at 21:00 hrs. During these difficult WFH times, access to internet is topmost priority.

    @ACTFibernet I start work at 12 noon and I just completed a whole day without internet. Your policies include Late fees, advance payment and connection cut-off in case of non-payment. All these policies are strictly followed but customer service is always lagging?
