    @ACTFibernet Why don't you give a notification about the internet plan getting over and nudge over SMS/ call to ensure the customer renews their plan. You can't just suspend internet without giving any warning!!!

    @ACTFibernet I'm having unacceptable repeated slow speed issues with your connection. The speed issues are not completely limiting but I have been raising the issue on regular basis for the last 3 weeks but there is no permanent resolution! #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience

    Every time someone calls and then nothing happens as a permanent solution. There is something about how your connection is integrated with my router, which is an advanced Netgear Nighthawk router. But hike need to see what the issue is! It's not acceptable #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet your connection might be fast, but your customer care is as slow as snails. I have wasted 30mins /day for the last 10 days without resolution. This is highly unprofessional. Im unable to reach out to your CC as well. Acc ID: 102478197443 Please resolve this ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet Your team won’t call or won’t provide any customer satisfactory service. Yesterday network went around 2pm and I bet you ppl will provide service by today 1pm. Worst customer care service and worst field engineers. I have affected so many times bcoz of this

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointing service !! My change in package has still not been activated . It has been more than a week since I have been following up on this and it is still not resolved . Eveytime a priority escalation is being done which seem to be meaningless.

    @ACTFibernet How long might it take? I'm in need of an internet connection and will look for an alternative service provider if you can't provide a connection in spite of an ACT line running directly in front of my house.
