@ACTFibernet How much more time you guys need to respond, this is next level harassment of a customer. Do we pay you for this type of pathetic service. More than 36 hours now without internet, expected resolution time given was 6 pm yesterday but still no one responded with anything.

@ACTFibernet Your service is very poor. My issue has not been resolved from last three days. Work from home is going on. Because of your internet I am not able to do my office work. I lost one day pay. Who is responsible? Can you pay my salary?

@ACTFibernet it's the same story.. After a great issue was resolved for 2 weeks. Issue is back, it's a dead connection. Internet is not working.. account number is 104540660625. As usual no response from TL as well.

Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore. Have to beg for my own money since 3 months. Called customer care service every week but no one is giving proper response. They committed that money will be returned in a week but its 3 months and no one responding.
