    @ACTFibernet How can you close SR:SR10247528900226, without addressing the issue, not even a call or an email, and then ask for a feedback. This is really getting worst.

    @ACTFibernet Please ↑ FUP. Or Atleast ↓ Flexybytes rates. Or..just atleast increase post FUP speed. post covid the data increase really took off and cant even message without waiting for 1-5 mins now. FML. You're the only reliable provider I have at my home. just doomed to pay **** ton IG

    I cheripalli Goutham 8341234515 I have ever gone through this kind of worst broadband service in my life. Its been one week I have taken @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet and now I have lost the connection. Raised a request but still no one have responded.

    @ACTFibernet waste of time waste of money by taking your worst connection. The worst thing I have done is taking your connection. I done with tweets, mails, calls no use.. kudos ACTFibernet👏👏👏👏👏

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working in my area from last 5 hours and critical work hampered . location 560098 Channasandra RR Nagar Bengaluru..Need refund in my bill ..this is happening 3rd time in this month and there is no end to this trouble @JAAGOFoundation

    @ACTFibernet Na, its best if its out here. I just wanna know why the FUP is still very low. I am exhausting my FUP very easily and even Flexybytes getting exhausted very quickly. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare giving 3.3tb. Thing is they don't service my home else I would have changed. (1/x)

    @ACTFibernet Verybad customer support, till now no technical team visited site. And still i am not able to use broadband. ACT will pay for my loss of work? As I am not able to connect to work due to this issue and no solution provided bt ACT in time.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I need firware update on my Act provided Archer C5 TP Link router. I contacted TP Link support but they asked me to contact Act team as they are customized routers for Act. Please help asap.
