    wow nice service @ACTFibernet it been 6 days but i didn't get my new connection!!!the Biggest scammer (+919553317953) this person took the money and registered for a new connection but next day is not even lifting the call is that good ??? i need a immediate action now.

    @ACTFibernet will you really resolve the issues in 48 hours ? Or at least 10 days??? Its been 35 days my cable issue is still not yet solved.i have been following up but there is no proper response.but bill is generating on time.will you pay for not used any service???

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hrs since I've lost internet connectivity everytime I call customer care they have a default answer of fiber cut. I was promised the Connectivity will be restored by 12:30 PM IST but until now there has been no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet @WoooMonsta Lol please. All I've got was good customer support but no actual resolution. I miss the old ACT when it was really stable.

    @ACTFibernet The app does not move beyond the Home Screen and most importantly the Support icon is greyed out but all the offerings keep popping out -definitely NOT the support page And this is one of the most popular ISPs in the country

    @Malik10713990 @ACTFibernet I just wasted 30 mins being in "queue" when I called their helpline number. The app takes service requests but provides no updates. Was informed a technician will visit but no show. Extremely poor customer support and service.
