    @ACTFibernet My connection is lost for more than 24 hours and ACT team doesn't care to look at it you are doing a great job by not fixing the issue and providing unbelievable comments on customer support call. If you try harder you can reach zero customer satisfaction in no time

    @JioCare Apologies team, it's been more than 3 days already. And now the appointment is rescheduled for 27th. I cannot wait. When I was promised same day installation and now it is more than 72 hours. Just cancel it. @ACTFibernet can activate internet within 2 hours.

    @ACTFibernet Facing slow internet, when we rise ticket you are automatically closing the ticket by saying that restart the router. Do I need keep restarting whole day?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No internet during working hours. Get the issue fixed asap. I will not wait 24 hours for a 10 minutes fix. Please send a technician right away. It’s not my responsibility I paid you guys in advance.

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic customer service, paid the subscription amount upfront, now just for the technician visit have to call 10s of time. Still no one visited the place for connection. Your SLA is 48 hours or 48 days?

    @ACTFibernet we just had our net restored after 24 hrs at 6pm today,and it shows error again rn,this is pathetic,never happened in chennai once also,bangalore service is so pathetic
