@ACTFibernet Seriously pissed of on your service , no representative call ( He is not attempting my call) to check issue. If my issue will not resolve in next 24 hrs , this will escalate to higher authorities (TRAI). That is in very bad manner , that is not good for your organization.

@ACTFibernet your service is worse than government offices. Please fix it. It's been 2 days and no resolution. This is the reason people are moving to different service providers, Even I am going to.

@ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG Please note Mr. Ramesh (Maninagar,Ahmedabad, Gujrat)who is looking for disconnection department behave i found the worst ever with customer(me). Mostly hes not answering the call and once he answers then found rude behave. Could you pls take any action against him.

@ACTFibernet Did that basic checks but this happens every month, Once the bill is paid the speed boost up immediately as per the agreed plan. So, it doesn't looks like technical issue.

@ACTFibernet internet is not working since last Thursday .Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH. Not healthy to have frequent service interruption at least twice or thrice a month. Wonder if you have enough engineers to monitor/ensure continuous services. SR10365882140434
