@ACTFibernet Internet has been down intermittently for the past 10-15 days without a permanent solution. Today I was on a call for the same for nearly 20 minutes and wasn't connected to an agent. Service is going from good to worse. Did not expect this from Act.

@ACTFibernet We’ve paid in advance, yet left without service. If @ACTFibernet cannot provide uninterrupted internet, the least they can do is refund customers. Enough excuses. Fix the issue or issue refunds. #InternetIsEssential #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Since there is no clear resolution date and wage/generic status of ticket. A daily sms that this is a city wide outage is not helpful at all. We have applied to cancel our subscription with ActFibernet.
