@ACTFibernet Requested for shifting 1 month ago. Still not shifted. Technicians call and ask for location only to tell me they are not in-charge for the area. Multiple requests registered. No resolution yet. Either Act has incapable staff or they just don't want to work😤

What a pathetic service from customer service, customer requests to upgrade the plan with 300 mbps speed but they are least bothered to update customer about the router to be upgraded with regard to the plan All the time customer is lose @ACTFibernet ACTFibernet @BangaloreMirror

@ACTFibernet It's a uselss one... I always receive a callback after 8 hours to check if the issue has been resolved... So usually it takes 8 hours for the resolution and within next 3 days the issue re-surfaces again...
