    @ACTFibernet You guys deserve the award for the worst service as every time I have the issue it would take 10 days to get it resolve. Earlier your ETA was 24 hours and I think you have changed to 240 hours. Horrible service and the support.

    @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD: For gods sake let me know when this issue will be closed? Will you atleast acknowledge or respond with a meaningful update? Seems like my issue is not priority for you. Remember I paid 1 year subscription for you just 2 days back.

    @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD: Initially 2 days back your team said issue would be resolved by 6.30 PM and that my request will be worked On Priority. Is this what you say as priority? If this is prioiry what is that which is not priority for you?

    @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD : Purely careless attitude towards customers. Issue is still not resolved. Neither anyone from your team cared to give a call to understand the concern. I made more than 50 calls to your customer support in last 3 days.

    @ACTFibernet fed up with multiple tickets yet no resolution, continuous calling the technician, yet none visiting the home to resolve the issue. SR10150210224902 , SR10150267909802, SR10150276710612 ,closing the old tckts and generating the new ones won't make any diff !

    @ACTFibernet is honestly one of the worst internet service providers there can be. Horrible connection, even worse customer service, it is a sad abomination of a start-up #failure

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever! Not expected this from you guys! I have been following up for relocation since so many & no response! I have been a customer of ACT for long & this is how i get treated! If my issues is not resolved by today.. i am porting to @airtel period!
