    @ACTFibernet The issue still not resolved, can anyone believe in this pandemic situation where school and office work are done from home internet is down for nearly a day now. Very pathetic experience and no one bother about the customer. Can you let me know the process for disconnection?

    @varunkrish @ACTFibernet My new ACT 350 mbps plan never went above 130 Mbps. Funny thing is when my plan used to be 200 Mbps, I got almost 180 Mbps consistently...

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is it necessary to share the WiFi password and/or router login password with your technicians every time they visit? Why aren’t they having devices that can connect to router via cable to check for connectivity issues?
