    @govilkargaurav @ACTFibernet I didn’t have to pay any additional amount for new router. I just changed my plan to suit my requirement at no extra cost. After some initial hiccups, ACT did manage to resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Same thing happened last time and lame excuses form the local guys We didn't pay rent for servers so landlord unplugged the servers. I have no clue why @MinisterKTR is partnering with bad service provider like u guys

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday's issue is resolved but new came up today. Apparently you guys do not have a power backup. I WFH and I have to discontinue my connection if you don't offer power backup.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC still my issue is not solved, I need to pay bill. I don't pay late payment charges, the problem is from your side but not from my side. that's what I am waiting for the solution. If you solve my issue in 2 minutes then I will pay bill in 5 minutes

    @ACTFibernet Dear Bala Malladi, ACT CEO, I have been an ACT customer for Fibernet, from last one month facing so many issues and rise complaints but no use your executives are very rood and not pickup my calls if i call with another number he will attend. my id 107015164463
