@ACTFibernet we have a service issue from yesterday. Ticket is raised yesterday and explained urgency of resolution by calling customer service. Until now, there's no response. Now, when I called again, my call was put on hold and abruptly disconnected. Shame on you #SuckActFiber

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore If a customer requests for reconnect, doesn't ACT provide an invoice to make the payment ? We received an invoice for 15 days, and ACT voluntarily disconnected and gave a discount for 15 days. Payment was made to the invoice, provided thinking it's a genuine error. 1 of 2
