    On call with @ACTFibernetHYD They are simply disconnecting calls instead of resolving issue and the #supervisors are not ready to take the escalation and the #associates are trying to convince me to wait 1hr for the callback from supervisor from past 3hours. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet any company has its own return policy. You cannot make me use the Tapo home cam forcefully. It is of no use for me and I would like to return it off #Balamalladi please help on this. @jagograhakjago please look at way of business is being done by ACT Fibernet.

    Worst experience with @ACTFibernetHYD team. There is no use with raising tickets SR10158125053945 . They are bothering about feedback without doing proper solution. As of now I have raised more than 5 tickets on specific issue and it not yet resolved. #dontuseACT @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Next day again, i called and asked why it got disconnected and raised for reconnection request. They told it will be done in same day but no action taken into consideration. I’m now feeling like Don’t again ‘Go’ to ACT who doesn’t value customer retention.
