    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The cx service line is always bz (not available round the clock) n if we some how reach out to someone no response... The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using your services for long now. My fiber connection is cut and no one has addressed it since yesterday morning. Numerous calls to the call centre have been of no help. My work is affected. Need immediate response #badservice #disappointed

    @ACTFibernet There is no connectivity since yesterday. And no one bothered solve the issue. This is 2nd time within 3 weeks. We all know how we are working right now. And without internet it becomes miserable. At onside you talk about speed and service the other side no response.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet That no where concerned about cx's issues n even doesn't care for the plan upgradation... Have been with actfiber for a long time n never had any complaints but now I think I'm done... SERVICE SUCKS!

    Never seen such cheaters in my life.. @ACTFibernet cheats people. After disconnecting my account they have reactived it without my notice. Who has told them to reactivate it? Who has given instructions? @TSConsumers might help in this.

    @ACTFibernet @trai March 2020 disconnected Act Id. 101000534947 but still renewal reminders SMS being received. Please remove my mobile no. From above Id. As I have taken new Id for my mobile no. Please attend immediately as I am not able to login for my new ID.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10149626544352 is expected to be resolved by 12/11/2020 06:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. This is still not resolved I have been calling customer service whole day and I get the same response it will be fixed in 24 hrs

    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since yesterday, this is 2nd time within 3 weeks. No response after complaints .Very bad service from Act. We all know how hard it is to work without Internet. Dont just do marketing without having proper service.

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service and unprofessional. I requested for new connection was asked for address, and was asked to pay for 3months in advance, sales executive was behind promising me installation with 24hrs until I paid, then stared real action.

    @ACTFibernet lodged a complaint yesterday. You have not sent any engineers to my house not have I got any call from them. I am disconnecting, you might care abt your customers in your Twitter page or Public profiles but you don't have the infrastructure to back it up.

    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet. Been 3 months since a accidental double payment, no resolution yet. SR Tickets gets created and closed, buy refund never came.
