    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am really pissed off by your team services. It's been almost 7 days my internet is not working. From 7th December I am raising a ticket daily. The worst part is they are marking the ticket as resolved without even resolving the same.

    @ACTFibernet while taking the connection and renewing it I paid INR 3000 then why I'm now asked to pay INR 3886 for renewing it, I'm not at all ok with such unreasonable hike. There are other Broadband Service Providers who are providing Broadband services cheaper than ACT.

    @ACTFibernet – pathetic customer service. Internet is down again and this is a recurring issue. Your support team only reads from a script and provides no real resolution. Even the local branch is useless. Please fix this urgently or stop charging for a service you can’t deliver.
