    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I am facing frequent internet disconnectivity issue and I have rised this concern for couple of time but the issue is not rectified. And there is no proper complaint rising channel that mobile app is sick with the process of autoset questions and answers.

    @ACTFibernet is least bothered to address customer shifting quieries since I complete plan is prepaid,i had raised a service request much before their TAT,even then after shifting to new address got a lousy response. #pathetic @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet we lost connectivity yesterday evening and raised a complaint immediately. Until now, there is no update. When I called to customer service, I was kept in waiting for 15min before someone connected and kept me on hold for few minutes and disconnected call. Disgusting

    @Anand_haha @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Don't expect refund from ACT. It's like expecting a wolf to go vegan. They will try to woo you back with big discounts and such, but their service will still suck. I suggest leaving their services only after you have used every paisa you paid for that month's internet.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service, one lady was talking to me, hell lot of BG noise and she put me on hold and disconnected the call. I waiting 8 mins to connect and she disconnected within 2 mins, pls train ur people 1st. never gonna use ACT again😡😡😡😡😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare @ACTFibernet Finally I got the connection on the 6th day after somany follow ups and requests. After getting connection it worked only two days for us. From there we are calling your people for resolving the issue,every time they are telling that with in 24 hours the problem will be resolved.

    @ACTFibernet It's almost 3rd time in a month that my Internet is not working. I didn't expect this from you guys. I already raised a complaint through IVR and talked to one of your representative, they keep telling us it will be resolved in 24 hours and always says there is an
