@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

Worst ever service by @ACTFibernet. Took money in advance, promised same-day install "at any cost" but never showed up. Huge disappointment as I needed it urgently. @JioCare offered free 2 months trial & was ready to install today. Stuck only because I paid ACT. Never again!

SR10177348951624, @ACTFibernet Today when called CS and asked at last I want to disconnect, she is ready to disconnect ans says call at 9:30 am disconnect team will be there and we will not give the refund. Now they are not bothered whether customer to be there or not.
