    @ACTFibernet Just speed is not the problem. The Internet is getting disconnected every 30 minutes and my meetings are getting effected. Anyways I have shared my account details with you. Not sure if this finally gets fixed as I have tried to approach you guys every possible ways since 2 month

    The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.

    @ACTFibernet why your service provider doesn't provide fiber connection to all the customers when the jio and airtel is providing this is the basic infrastructure that all the customers should have fiber cable

    @ACTFibernet May I have someone call me at my number? When I try customer service, the system doesn't recognise my subscriber number - and so unable to book a ticket. It's surprising that I receive messages relating to billing every month 😎

    @ACTFibernet Hey i Had raised a request for a connection at Moinabad,but there is no service apparently there from @ACTFibernet as mentioned by a representative on 10th of June .But i still receive calls on a daily basis from your representatives for the same request.Stop Calling

    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 what a pathetic service to a 7-8 yrs old customer. Who just want the refund and everyday follow up with your team. I had two ac out of which 1 is closed act team has taken router. They said you will get refund in 7 business days.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165829312154 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT 3 days completed for this ticket issue not solved yet i will discontinue my connection from @ACTFiberne worst broadband service I have ever seen.

    @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.     @ACTFibernet I wanted to move from airtel to ACT hoping that service will be better. But the experience has been worse/pathetic. After taking the initial payment for 3 months the service representative has stopped responding to calls. Just hope the refund comes on time.
