    @ACTFibernet I am managing it. As I am travelling today to @Odisha. But it is very bad experience of last 2 months. Team called but never visited my place. If I was not on a yearly subscription I would definitely unsubscribe your facility. I am using ur service more than 10yrs

    @ACTFibernet Thanks @ACTFibernet the issue has resolved. I would suggest to train your representatives to behave like Naveen (who solved the issue) and to take ownership of the process.

    @ACTFibernet The issue is not addressed, but my complaint Number SR10265623963504 closed stating that the issue is resolved. Also got an email notice for disconnection tomorrow. Rediculous, no coordination between your own teams.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet keeps disconnecting if I do not login to its website. Internet uses to monitor my home via wifi wireless camera and now they are not working because internet is not available. This feature is causing issues. Unable to reach customer service. Pl. help me.

    @ACTFibernet Office IT team said that some security needs to be disabled by ACT. Then the issue will get resolved.
