    @ACTFibernet I am managing it. As I am travelling today to @Odisha. But it is very bad experience of last 2 months. Team called but never visited my place. If I was not on a yearly subscription I would definitely unsubscribe your facility. I am using ur service more than 10yrs

    Update: Received full refund. Literally had to drag their COO into the issue to get it resolved this quickly. @ACTFibernet you guys need to de-bloat upper management and un-thug ground level beat minions. Alvida.

    @ACTFibernet dear act, while setting up the internet connection kindly setup the box at a unreachable height on the pole so normal people or Strangers dont access or damage it. Some stranger has been damaging that box as result my internet got disconnected twice in 3days.

    @ACTFibernet No there is not any factor..we got new connection 5 days back only but they provided a router which supports only 40 mbbs. We asked them please give us which can support 75 mbbs but he was very not listening us
