    @ACTFibernet There is no connectivity since yesterday. And no one bothered solve the issue. This is 2nd time within 3 weeks. We all know how we are working right now. And without internet it becomes miserable. At onside you talk about speed and service the other side no response.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using your services for long now. My fiber connection is cut and no one has addressed it since yesterday morning. Numerous calls to the call centre have been of no help. My work is affected. Need immediate response #badservice #disappointed

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The cx service line is always bz (not available round the clock) n if we some how reach out to someone no response... The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since yesterday, this is 2nd time within 3 weeks. No response after complaints .Very bad service from Act. We all know how hard it is to work without Internet. Dont just do marketing without having proper service.

It is extremely frustrating that SR10365603390423 | Complaint slow speed has been closed by the case owner sathishwaran without providing resolution or consent from customer.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Act charging customer for 250 mbps and not giving that speed, and also not giving stable connection. There are timeouts and technical team cannot answer a simple question despite given supportive facts. cheating customers giving less speed than contracted. breach of contract.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I would encourage every customer of act to check actual speed that you are getting as there is no consistency in the speed given by them. Act is taking advantage of customer ignorance of not checking the speed and enjoying our money without providing proper speed.
