    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since yesterday, this is 2nd time within 3 weeks. No response after complaints .Very bad service from Act. We all know how hard it is to work without Internet. Dont just do marketing without having proper service.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10149626544352 is expected to be resolved by 12/11/2020 06:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. This is still not resolved I have been calling customer service whole day and I get the same response it will be fixed in 24 hrs

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet That no where concerned about cx's issues n even doesn't care for the plan upgradation... Have been with actfiber for a long time n never had any complaints but now I think I'm done... SERVICE SUCKS!

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The cx service line is always bz (not available round the clock) n if we some how reach out to someone no response... The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

    @ACTFibernet There is no connectivity since yesterday. And no one bothered solve the issue. This is 2nd time within 3 weeks. We all know how we are working right now. And without internet it becomes miserable. At onside you talk about speed and service the other side no response.

    @ACTFibernet Took connection 3 days back. But no internet till now. Customer care is telling they will send technician Technician came but couldn't help. Says need to change cable again. And no sign of him. I'm thinking to cancel connection and ask refund. This is depressing.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, raised a ticket again SR10758954815402, ACT support is not responding, it's highly frustrating considering the fact that everyone is doing work from home and without internet it's not possible. Need immediate action on this .
