@ACTFibernet same problem internet issues ,not connecting this is happening every 4 months ,and we complaint but it's been 72hrs no response at all . Very bad on your part. If this is the case we have 8-10 connections in this building ,will deactivate and take other good ones.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The cx service line is always bz (not available round the clock) n if we some how reach out to someone no response... The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

Usless #actfiber @ACTFibernet I have been asking for replacing battery in the junction box, I have raised 3 requests all being closed with no solution. And your service tickets are worst. No number works. What kind of service is this. Updated your numbers.

@ACTFibernet If you working from home or your kid need to attend online classes, then don't rely on ACT 1. Their SLA to fix an issue is 24hrs 2. There is no way to connect to their customer care. You have to keep chatting with Bots
