    @ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

    @ACTFibernet I subscribed for new act connection in Jubilee rd 86, on 2nd October, executive promised me connection within 48 hours, but as of now (192 hours have passed), I am still waiting for connection, poor service and execs dont answer the calls, they reiect your calls.

    Awful service by @ACTFibernet i requested for disconnect connection,u disconnected it after 15days and now charging for port keeping charge amounting 1600 of loot . I dnt opt for it nor it my mistake that you disabled it with delay.

    @ACTFibernet These days again & again ur ppl playing with customers like comedians. On complaint of connection issues, after 24hrs of wait, your ppl responded like bellow... If it takes 24hrs respond and 48hrs to react, is it be called as a No.1 service?

    One of the worst experience I had with @ACTFibernet They will create a service request if we request customer care, but engineers will close service tickets without resolving the issues. We don't need them in future.😡
