@ACTFibernet It's been 10 days I have raised a complaint and also spoke to your billing team a week ago. They said it will close in 24 to 48 hrs but it's been a week but still it's pending but they are closing the tickets.

@ACTFibernet I think the worst decision I have ever made is to go with ACT Broadband. So many interruptions every now and then. Pathetically my Internet goes off when there is a power cut. My account no is 101532285502. I have requested several times to fix it but no use. HELL
