@ACTFibernet Yestrday, the technician said my routr must b replacd, bt only if I opt 4 an additionl 3-mnth rechrge. Y is this mndtory whn I already had a 6mnth bulk recharge?Y thr is condition 2 resolve issue? There’s also no guarntee d latency issue wil b resolvd aftr paying more. ..1 of 2

@ACTFibernet @MCA21India Why is every interaction with your company painful? I had made two payments under false promises by Mr Bira and Mr Jitendra. Now I have only gotten one refunded after a full week of waiting around? Now I'm being bounced to customer support.

@ACTFibernet Issue not resolved speed only arround 39 mbs, Mr Satish Mishra AM ACT South Delhi has told me that the company ie. ACT provides a speed of between 30-40 mbs in 4g and 60-75 in 5g only and he can't do anything regarding the same. How come Airtel is giving higher speed in 4g?
