    @ACTFibernet nah man your service truly sucks i swear, this isn't the first time. we've been facing network issues since 5 months, connectivity is being regularly disturbed for like 20 times a day. we didn't sign up for this ****. resolve the issue asap :)

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days since my internet went off, your technician is so professional that he is not even picking up my call(his name is Manish btw, and his number is +91 74280 92286). I have called him 100 timea to ask him to fix my connection but he is not bothered.

    @ACTFibernet been >20 hours since there is no internet for at least my neighbours and us. This is the 2nd time this month, and 3rd time in the last 2-3 months. Don't get any info from customer care except that "we are looking into it". Please help, internet is essential with WFH.

    Hi @ACTFibernet i have opted for 300 mbps plan in Banaswadi Bengaluru but not even able to make zoom call Raised multiple tickets but i think no one wants to solve it. Is this kind of service you are providing? Phone Hotspot is better than your so called fibernet. #Actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet It has been almost two day with no internet. Complaint raised says working towards a solution but nothing done for almost 38 hours. Children not able to attend online classes. ACT has disappointed me for the first time.
