    @ACTFibernet Hello, i requested for disconnection i.e. before service due date. Your customer care intentionally gave a wrong advice and prolonged to next month. I haven't used even a single KB since I requested for closure. Why should I need to pay bill which I didn't use? 1

    @ACTFibernet Hello Team, I have had similar complaints more than twice .. but till today no one is looking at this issue or no one cares about these complaints.. Is this the way the ACT internet system works?

    @ACTFibernet Thanks team. Your ground team is already here. Installation In progress . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please cancel my order and refund. Atleast take action immediately for this now

    Dear @ACTFibernet , Please improve your service for ticket resolution and don't cheat customer for referral bonus. My ticket is not yet resolved and it has been more than 60 hrs.

    @ACTFibernet i have never accepted this kind of rog or not responding the customer complaints from your organization   if your team not able to resolve it .. let us know .. so that will switch to different vendor provider for the internet

    @ACTFibernet In anger I asked customer service to disconnect the connection, customer care person said ok I will raise it and it will disconnect in 48hrs. What kind of service is this.
