    @ppraneshkumar @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    @ACTFibernet worst service from you ..am using act Fiber from last 15 months and there is a power box fixed in my home with 7 other connections.while installing the power box technician said there will be 100 rs discount for every month for power bill but till jan2022 no discount

    @ACTFibernet Hello , I am reaching out you regarding the installation box removed from my home .It's been 26 days still my issue not sorted , on daily I am contacting customer care via call and dropping emails still my issue not yet resolved.

    @tanviprya @airtelindia Don't go for @ACTFibernet even if they give it to you for free. They take solve the service failure. Trust me, you would regret it later.

    @desaikingis @ACTFibernet The issue is resolved today morning! Due to lockdown it got delayed ! I have been using @ACTFibernet since 5 years and they are reasonably good at service ! 👍

    Hey @ACTFibernet, Your team is so dumb. They don't even acknowledge the issue. It's been 5 days I have raised a request for shifting the connection. None of the technician dialed me to acknowledge the ticket. 1/2
