@ACTFibernet Internet outage since Thursday (almost 4 days) from nellore TKT ID : SR10476644631254. Your technical staff is not responding and customer support is extending the deadline daily I dunno why . I can't rely on mobile data to do my work .Please fix this issue asap

@ACTFibernet I also have information that many of the customers haven't returned the routers, I didn't do that, I welcomed your recovery person and handed off the router, due to this gesture I am facing these issues. How do you recover the routers from the people who haven't returned?

@ACTFibernet Thanks for response, I got a stating issue with junction box. All other folks in my apartment has Internet. How come only one flat has junction box issue? Please fix the issue rather than giving lame excuses. I will be moving otherwise

@ACTFibernet @ACTFiberne9619 I have requested to syndrum my act wife by connection 3 months back and since then I have been complaining so many times but there is no response from your end. Such poor service from ACT was not expected. I will not recommend to anyone at all.

@ACTFibernet My plan was included with the router and your customer care agents are rejecting that. 400+ live channels are promised but they say ott names again when asked. Why do fake promotions? Your customer service is worst.

Dear @ACTFibernet, your internet service in west delhi is available for 2 days and unavailable for 5 days in a week. Either refund me the amount for 2/3 months from my plan or get it working. Your complaint system is a joke! Seriously come on guys. #actfibernetsucks
