@ACTFibernet Pathetic service & very disappointing. I have billing issue. I tried reaching the team for past 3-4 day. Nobody responded and No resolution have been made. And the due date is already passed. Clear sign for me to take my business with Airtel. 😤

@ACTFibernet Useless service, still no sign of internet. For paying a hefty rent to ACT is useless, considering internet goes down every week. Can you confirm if this how the service will be so I can move to airtel/jio who offer better service and value for money. Comp no is SR10362358253632

@ACTFibernet your service and customer care both have become pathetic. My internet is not working since yesterday morning, raise ticket for this and till now only resolution time is increased from 24hrs to 48hrs. No one has come to even check the issue. SR10162312654422 ticket no

ACT fibernet does it again, rampant network failure has caused a rampage in my apartment. Multiple users impacted with no update on the fix, ACT is clearly destroying people's work commitments because of their poor service. @ACTFibernet
