    @ACTFibernet I have sent my details to you. The technician conveniently reinstalled my connection to a place where it doesn't provide internet even in half of my house. My complaint is to relocate it or cut my connection so that I can go with Airtel instead.

    It's so frustrating and taking customers for granted has become a new trend 👎. It has been more than 12 hours post raising the complaint and literally neither the update nor the resolution 🙏. It's totally not fair especially when ur WFH😢 @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    On contacting customer support, we were informed that our complaint has been registered and the service will be resumed within the next 72 hours. Why should customers be left without internet for several days due to an internal account transfer process #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet We raised this issue two days ago, but it is still not rectified. Please confirm how many more days are required to resolve it. Also please do not take this lightly We have been facing the same network issue for the last three months....

    Dear @ACTFibernet your internet has become rank bad. Last 3 months have been terrible. Numerous complaints raised. No respite. It keeps getting disconnected. Worst is after restarting router your internet takes 15 mins to connect. Dear @JioCare please tel me how can I move to you

    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to tweet to get it highlighted? If your ‘ACT Mobile App’ promised it will be resolved by 9 PM, then why am i still tweeting at this hour?! Why it isn’t your priority to sort such issues? Your business is to provide wifi services isn’t it?
