    @ACTFibernet Issue still NOT RESOLVED. Local tech Mr. Niyaz Hashami visited & as reported earlier, he is a big shirker, lazy person who rather finds issues in solutions provided. I will not tolerate your unsightly wires intruding my house. Get them moved away ASAP. I'm available 11 AM to 4 PM

    @ACTFibernet @pvvsrinivasarao Worst services ever. Only value for new customer. I think they have big base of customers and they don't need old and loyal customers. Multiple times calls to agents, chats but no success. #verybadservices

    @manutoms @ACTFibernet I thought it was just us, same issue internet down, system doesn’t recognise the phone number or account number and even phone support doesn’t let you connect without those

    @ACTFibernet your entire Client Master systems seems to be down. Does not recognise registered mobile numbers and clients who are 5 plus years using your service. Cannot reach +91-9121212121 and via WhatsApp 9945999459 as these systems rely on Mobile number identification for getting in. Can someone call me back and fix the issue at the back end. Mobile App also having the same issue unable to login with proper registered mobile number. The account is active and payment is upto date. It takes minutes to move to Airtel or Reliance.
