@ACTFibernet I have received a refund of ₹1000 to my account. I believe that is the deposit amount I paid. With this I hope all transactions between us is over. Thanks for refund and the poor service that made me find a better ISP.

@reliancejio I applied for a new JIO fiber connection and when I am calling the assigned SPOC, he is not picking my call. My apartment already have Jio Fiber connection. Can anyone help me out? I need to he connection urgent as @ACTFibernet is no longer a stable connection!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Even your customer care people are disconnecting the call in between. I have been using less than 100 GB out of 1000GB you provide coz your internet is not working. I feel embarrassed complaining everyweek but you people have crossed that limit too.

@ACTFibernet Please stop calling for reinstating back the fibernet connection. Inspite of having clearly communicated, that I have already migrated to a different service provider and don't want the connection to be reinstated, I keep getting automated calls every single day.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACT @ACTFibernet Kids classes affected with poor connectivity. Technician visited and stated cable needs replacing. Ticket SR10163759726914 closed on 23Dec without resolving issue. No action after repeated followups. Pathetic service. No SLAs.
