@ACTFibernet I am hearing the same answer that it will take 48 hours for past 8 days.Very poor restoration process compared to other service providers like Airtel Hathway or Jio. I have paid for 6 months and regretting now. So I assume you don’t care for restoring it on time.

@ACTFibernet - What's going on with ACT ?? I have been facing issue from past 6 days & receiving fake commitments it'll get recovered in a day from Dec 12. I'm frustrated by the way customer is handled. When other ISP are able to fix why can't ACT.

@ACTFibernet I want to cut my connection and move to @airtelindia Extremely disappointed, couldn't even call customer care. Cancel my connection, it's beem down the whole week, don't ask me to pay the amount for 10 days because you've never responded to my complaints. I'm don't with ACT
