    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet Hi ACT Team, thank you for the update. However, my internet has already been down for the last 4 days, causing significant inconvenience. I request that the validity of my plan be extended by double the downtime period once the issue is resolved. Please confirm the compensation.

    @ACTFibernet Now it is more than 36 hours and no Internet. ACT is the worst service ever. Soon going to disconnect it.

    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My Account still reflecting the same Rs. 800 overdue? You teams are just busy closing the tickets but not solving the issues? Can anyone take responsibility and close it completely? Or I will close the issue by closing the account i think then we would completely close the issue

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down and there has been no resolution. Ticket SR10180741534844 is still ongoing. The chat support team is not responding, and despite multiple requests, the assigned engineer has not called back. This level of service is unacceptable.
