@ACTFibernet reported an outage at Alkapur township HYD 2 days ago and the team is still working on it.! No proper response from any team, every other customer care executive is looping indefinitely with no proper action or TAT. #WFH hampered badly.

@ACTFibernet There is one payment which has done to a account which is not in Use A/c: .101401462174 Of Pay Rs.6785.65. I have raised service request to refund the amount. Without any information how can u close the request? Kindly initiate the refund.
