    I wonder how irresponsible a brand like ACT Fiber could turn in AI Era. Wake up @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD All official channels emails bounce back although they list them on their official website. I pay for 500 mbps connection each month but get only 100 mbps speed as the internal wire which supports only 100 mbps speed never got changed on my new connection. Now when I complaint about speed issues the whole internet

    I am not receiving internet from the last 24 hours and engineer is not working, I have not received any call for resolution. I made a call at office, worker says it will be fixed but when don't know. This is ticket no SR1180093955874 @ACTFibernet pls resolve ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, could you please assist with ticket number SR11080169061044? No one has responded yet. I recently upgraded my plan as suggested by your technician, Abhinav, due to ongoing internet issues, but the problem still persists. Now, the internet is completly down.

    Hi @ACTFibernet this is regarding my request SR10280004314794. It’s been over 5 days with no internet since 29th April. Every day I’m told “24 hours,” but there’s no resolution. If you’re unable to fix it, please be transparent. Very disappointing service—not recommended.

    @ACTFibernet 7 days without internet You guys should stop your service altogether A week of outage is seriously unacceptable. I am expecting extension of my plan duration or compensation for this as I still have a few months left Before i finally switch
