    @ACTFibernet It has been 3 months and I’m yet to receive any compensation for the multiple day long outages. And I’m having yet another outage right now. And your employees will talk about 24hrs outage as if it is nothing. @ACTFibernet has to be the worst service provider I’ve had

    @ACTFibernet Services are becoming worst day by day. In last 6 months I have raised almost 10 complaints. I don't understand what is the purpose of raising complaint thru app. Until we call to customer care the complaint will not get addressed.

    @ACTFibernet I want their should be a strict rule where field executives should perform their duties in a proper way and the ticket closing should be on the basis of customer otp or any other way how a field executive can close the ticket without doing his job unexpected

    Does anyone have any idea/opinion whether it is better to complain to TRAI or @ConsumerCourt_ about @ACTFibernet ? I don’t think it is fair that they get to not provide compensation for service denial <24 hours? I don’t work in the night. So 8am-8pm outage means ~100% work loss
