    @ACTFibernet You service is getting worse day by day, office calls are disconnecting due to frequent net interruptions. You suspend connection when we delay for 1 day also & shall I fall a case on you for ur poor service?

    @ACTFibernet and @SandyMohanG, why is your customer service so pathetic? I demand an answer please - no internet for 48 hours - your service engineers at Bangalore cannot fix the problem - do message me for details.

    Never suggest @ACTFibernet to any of my colleagues in future. Unfortunatly made 3 months bill payment. Once period expired, i will be switching to some good customer support fibernet. 👍

    @ACTFibernet team, i would like to discontinue with ACT services w.e.f 1st March 2021. Do let me know the procedure as customer care numbers are not patching call to any team rather only operator note for being on line.

    @ACTFibernet I'm the facing the connectivity issue intermittently frm Friday and ur ground team is closing the tckts wdout fixing the issue. In 2 days, hv raised the 3rd tckt today..plz ask them to fix the issue. SR10252780380422

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team almost every day I am facing no internet issue with my broadband. Last complaint was raised on 19th Feb and it's not been 48 hours and again the same issue is being faced. Kindly check and provide hassle free service and this type of service is unacceptable

    @ACTFibernet When power goes off my internet is not working ! I’ve complained many times to replace the battery in hub for the backup but they ain’t taking any action regarding that!
