@ACTFibernet Tried again this morning to submit a request to cancel my service via your app. This time it says my service has been disconnected due to non-payment. WTF? I thought my internet was down due to some technical issues. You disconnected it?

@ACTFibernet Don’t trust on ActFibernet Services. It’s big scam. They failed to provide agreed plan service and failed to fix the issues. Now they are not ready to refund. They are trying to refund very less amount, as they failed to provide service from day 1.@TRAI #ACTSCAM #WorstServiceACT

@ACTFibernet Worst wifi service. Opted for 50mbps plan but it hardly goes over 25mbps, it stays below 15mbps for most part of the day. I need to switch it on and off atleast 10 times an hour for it to work. The customer support say that they have solved it but it never works.
