    @ACTFibernet Talked to Priyanka from retention department. She transferred me to the "plan change department" who disconnected promptly after playing the music for 5mins. Why is it so difficult for you to change plan or extend service period? Customer service sucks! Time for change?

    @ACTFibernet my plan says I'm paying for 150mbps.. But i never get that speed! It's essentially the same 100mbps speed that i used to get in the previous plan! Why is that? I have a dual band router that can handle speeds upto 850mbps+
