    @ACTFibernet why is your service so pathetic? I have no internet since yesterday.when i raise complaint i get a call from act saying please don't raise a complaint just call us.What is the use of complaint section in the app? And why is there no internet since yesterday?

    @ACTFibernet The technician who called , said the support technician will come tomorrow, why , if the problem is from morning , why assistance tomorrow. We stayed whole day today to wait for assistance, now we will wait for another day 😡

    2 of 2 @ACTFibernet Finally i was left with no option but to terminate their services. Reason i was told is that there is no power supply to junction box from where connection was given, as person who had occupied that house has moved out.

    @ACTFibernet I think you guys are obsessed about weekends and putting of your services and taking off on weekends these days. With in no time your competitor broadband providers will capture your clients if this kind of service continue. This is second time in last 3 weeks.

    @ACTFibernet Facing internet speed issue from yesterday, raised complaint at 1pm, got callback at 8:30pm, service will be provided another day afternoon. How is this going to help !!!

    @ACTFibernet The technical team indirectly forcing me to for "GX box" , giving reasons of unavailable port. Nothing was informed before taking the payment. & now fot the technological problem of yours , you are indirectly asking customers to pay for it ur issue. @airtelindia @reliancejio help
