    @ACTFibernet Only half of the query was resolved. I did ask how to cancel the rest of the subscription and get the refund but u am yet to get this update. Even on the email i received only half of the update. Not sure who sits on desk to respond emails because they only read half of the email

    @ACTFibernet It's absolutely disgusting and frustrating. I have been discussing since 2 days with different customer care executives for installation and all of them have got different tricks to fool the customer but none have got any resolution even after Full payment.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 90th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet worst service, have paid the amount before due date,after that informed you through email about the payment with the transaction details as i was getting due intimation but still the internet got disconnected and now I have to be calling you and you need whole 72hrs

    Without fixing they'll close the complaint. Again when I complaint they'll say the router has some issues. They won't even come and check what the real issue is. For this pathetic service I have to pay Rs.1204/- every month. Which works only for 7 days. @ACTFibernet #disappointed

    @ACTFibernet I'm using act from last 1 year. I am very frustrated with his support services. Takes whole month to resolve queries but without any resolution closes the ticket. Last complaint raised on 10 fab. Still no resolution and support executive still raising new complaint
