    .@ACTFibernet I may ask for refund the way your services have started going bad, almost daily internet connectivity is bad, speed drops significantly, there was no issue in last 7-8 months, but it has become a common problem for past 2 weeks

    @ACTFibernet Till now no one came for installation its been more than 50hrs and no response from the concern person. Imagine what will happen if get disturbance in network your team will take months to solve that problem.

    One week multiple disconnections. @ACTFibernet becoming the worst ISP for Hyderabad. @airtelindia need your connection If you can provide connection tomorrow Sunday. I am ready to take immediately. There's no point using @ACTFibernet If I have to suffer like hell

    @ACTFibernet I raised a relocation request three days ago. I have paid the amount. Neither I heard from any technician nor i have been able to get through to a customer service agent. Had I not paid the amount, i would have disconnected your services. #worstservice

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever experienced and no support from staff supposed to be installed today. While till payment process replied single msg call but after payment no reply nothing Even after calling customer care 2-3 times no single response yet.
