    @ACTFibernet This has happened again in such a short time. Whats the reason? I had to opt for another service provider’s service to continue my work.

    Are @ACTFibernet is working? App even not working and poor speed and customer service! Not even able to talk to a customer executive through app! Worst service ever!

    @ACTFibernet ACCOUNT No : 102015011772 I had opted for 3 months billing only for router. It should be back to monthly billing now. I am getting notifications that it will be 3 months billing. This is not acceptable. When I try to raise an issue via your bot it is not working

    No resolution for the failed internet connection. And the audacity to say the internet will be restored shortly without providing an ETA. POOR SUPPORT AND PATHETIC SERVICE. @ACTFibernet

    ACT has pathetic service throughout my journey. My connection was disconnected on 10th july 2026. I requested for an intercity connection but customer care guys made blunders & I couldn't get connection in the new city. Till date no refund e1 after asset recovery. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, i have applied for new connection and even paid for 3 months. Still I’m waiting for a week now and whenever I call customer care, they say booking team will call back but never calls.
