    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet A SR has been raised 3 days ago with number 10165604575604 and yet there hasn't been a solution from your end when we call it cuts off stating that a service ti ket has been raised. May be this is the reason I see people switching to @airtelindia

    Often we are facing act network issues in act Fibernet connection. I have an demo on aug 10th and I couldn’t give the demo due to act Fibernet issue. It has postponed to aug 15 today 12 pm but again facing the same issue.Did not get proper response from act team @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet A person called to fix in case if this doesn't work I don't see an option but to switch and more over it was mentioned multiple customers are facing this issue. Having to reach out multiple times to get it fixed doesn't seem like a good experience for the customers.
