    Pathetic experience with @ACTFibernet SR 101644509397 My internet isn't working since the past 36 hours, forget about the resolution, I haven't received any response yet. No technician came to check what's the issue, guys at @airtelindia is offering me a 2 hours installation.

    @ACTFibernet why today 27-03-2022 Internet is not working in Vijay Nagar and Attiguppe. Atleast 3-4 days a month, your Internet won’t work properly.

    @ACTFibernet 24 hours passed after internet is down. No one from ACT doesn't even contact to follow up with complaint. Your organization doesn't even have a customer call center. Complaints are received only through App which is so pathetic which does not open with data.
