    @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connectivity for the last 4 days! Every technician who is calling for the last 4 days asks the same question, “sir, do you know where is the box in your area?” Seriously? Is that my job? Horrible experience

    @ACTFibernet very poor service from your team. Yesterday, I applied for new connection. At the time of payment, your team committed that device will be installed on same day. Then later in evening, ACT person told me that device will be installed by today 1st half of day.

    @ACTFibernet Your team demonstrated out of the box thinking to solve my problem-they deleted the ticket itself from the system !! Pleased by this innovative skill, I have raised another ticket - to discontinue the services for which I made full payment in advance. Keep the change! @TRAI fyi

    Your team doesn't value customer's time. False commitments and no intimation to the customers on the installation time of a new connection. Your team wasted my entire day by giving false hopes on the new internet connection installation. Really shameful! @ACTFibernet

    No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online. This is 4 times in last few months, If this isn't resolved in the next 2 hours, I’m switching to an alternative provider. DM me to get my ticket details. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    ACt fibernet is down from last 18 hours, still no response on timelines. Location: Sai villas road, Ameenpur Hyderabad Telangana @ACTFibernet How long do you expect us to suffer with your low response rate. The action time is too high, why don't you maintain a SLA?

    @ACTFibernet Got the tv set-up box. But not able to watch Sony SAB tv channel. While purchasing checked that Sony SAB tv was included in the plan. But it's not showing now. What kind of service is this.
