    @ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG Please note Mr. Ramesh (Maninagar,Ahmedabad, Gujrat)who is looking for disconnection department behave i found the worst ever with customer(me). Mostly hes not answering the call and once he answers then found rude behave. Could you pls take any action against him.

    @ACTFibernet Did that basic checks but this happens every month, Once the bill is paid the speed boost up immediately as per the agreed plan. So, it doesn't looks like technical issue.

    @ACTFibernet I just called your customer care center someone received the call and started to speak in English but i selected kannada but they don't know kannada, i aksed to transfer to kannada executive they said ok then disconnected the call, this is very bad service.
