    @ACTFibernet Can someone kindly help? When we speak to your customer service, they say it will get resolved in 24 hours, we can't wait for 24 hours. I desperately need help. Frequent disconnections atleast 7 to 8 times a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    @ACTFibernet I have shared my contact number through DM. I am sure there is some conspiracy going on . Every time i raise ticket i get the solution but that work for just one day , how this is even possible.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet service has been deactivated as per request. Too fast to act for a deactivation request I haven't raised. Aisa mat karo bhaiyya! Na PSva chalega na Firestickva. Hum toh rehta bhi akela hu. No Euro or Copa for a day at least, I reckon. Thanks ACT.

    @ACTFibernet complaint # SR10258448376172 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 6/22/2021 05:00:00 PM. I can't believe it takes more than 24 hrs to resolve an issue. Should I take off from work tomm?

    Ticket closed without response to all queries, so I re-opened the ticket which was closed again within minutes with no response or resolution whatsoever. What kind of service is this? @ACTFibernet #CustomerService #badcustomerservice
