    @ACTFibernet observed 2 issues in a span of 1 week in Nagarabhavi 13th block.Internet is down and ETR has been 8-10 hours in both cases. Today I am unable to work from home as fibernet is down and ETR is 8pm 😢.Feels like your service effeciency has reduced.

    Also, while talking to the customer care executives they are disconnecting the call. @ACTFibernet kindly look into this as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Now ACT get started to cheat their customer, in past they had given me discount & now they r asking for that amount adding in current bill instead of adjusting power charges. SR11065856677835 Do you really not care to your customer now?

    Booked an ACT Fibre Connection through a Service Provider who promised to get the connection between 1-2hrs of time and now he's not responding to my calls and text and even tried contacting customer care but left clueless. Pathetic Services by @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet it's more than a week and I have raised 2 service requests but the issue is not being resolved. Why you capped the data speed and not added detail in your plans based on bandwidth so consumer is aware before taking your services.
