@ACTFibernet After repeated complain also issue is not getting resolved now here when the power goes the internet goes because you battery is dead from the source whose fault is this is it our because we are paying you so heavily ,getting the worst services very disappointing

Dear @ACTFibernet it’s Reg your service at Nellore, we requested to convert 3 month plan to one month for the April, followed by disengage the service as we are moving. Many times I called to customer representative non of them given any confirmation yet (1/2).

Give you no updates if the service is down and when will it be back. Support sucks big time. And no making up for the downtime. @ACTFibernet is just as worse. Why can't this industry have the professionalism of a B2B with status page and incident reports sent every hour? 2/2

@theSalesOpsGuy @ACTFibernet It's close to impossible to provide the maintain the same level of support & quality in a B2C scenario as compared to a B2B one. So most don't even try and take the easy way out. Who's going to make them do it? We don't have any consumer laws here.
