@KTRTRS Sir recently I paid for @ACTFibernet on 01/03/2021, till now I didn't get the connection. I send lot of mails to them, but no one resolved the issue. They didn't give the connection and not refunding the money also. Please do justice sir

How many times I called you @ACTFibernet why don't you initiate refund, if service is not available please do refund @cyberabadpolice @cpcybd sir they charge the amount without checking their network feasibility, but they didn't give the connection , and not refund also.

@ACTFibernet Internet down again for another day - SR10253458792232. You guys should refund or extend service by another day. This is happening 2nd time in the past 4 weeks. Disaster for WFH and students learning from home.
