  @ACTFibernet My broadband is down for the past 1 week & hav been following up for resolution. Without resolving they have closed ticket. Shame on your technicians. You Really have to look at your customer service people. horrible in handling us. Been here from '14 & leaving now.

  @ACTFibernet it’s very difficult during times when critical meetings are happening whilst working from home. For the last few days been working with hotspot connectivity. Planning on surrendering such poor Internet provider with the worst customer service! +wrong repair TAT !

  @ACTFibernet @GouthamU14 What a joke!. Customer is suffering for the past one week and you say 2 more days. You can get a new connection in a few hours from other service providers. It's time that ACT knows it's value here

  @ACTFibernet Dear ACT Team, When compared to other service providers, your monthly cost remain high. Request to consider the tarriff as your basic plan starts with 800+ Rs Those who Work from home feels much comfortable with Airtel or Jio where they provide basic plan with 500/- per month.
