    @ACTFibernet Worst service provider and there customer support is even worse. This is not what I was expecting after choosing act even when your tarrifs are higher compared to other service providers. There could not be anything else worse then this. I Regret choosing act.

    @ACTFibernet unfortunately, NO. Your service is highly unreliable and very fluctuating. One moment, I get 25Mbps and the next moment it is 2.5Mbps. Why no stability?

    @ACTFibernet without informing customer, the connection has been disconnected. Where as asking for fresh billing for the current plan is still pending. Disgusting services

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the swift troubleshooting. But please fix these issues permanently. Because, in the last 20 days, we have raised 6 tickets. How can an organization function under such circumstances? Will ACT function with mediocre tech infra? @Balamalladi13 @AllanNoble11

    @ACTFibernet Never seen a poor customer service like yours. We were in a plan with 75mbps 3 months plan and given the router that supports only 50mbps. When asked the customer care folks, we were told to upgrade to higher plan for 6 months then we’ll be provided the highspeed

    @ACTFibernet what is the status of my query? haven't received any call yet to discuss this, can you give me a written email confirmation of your quality, cannot wait since it's impacting my office work, need to look into a different service provider based upon the email justification from ACT
