    Dear @ACTFibernet Chennai team. My internet connection is not working since yesterday (11/10) morning. Not a single customer service person has called me in spite of registering a service ticket. Request you to restore my connection ASAP as my official work is getting impacted.

    @ACTFibernet team despite putting the connection on safe custody i dont see that happening & when i call to customer care they dnt have any update, is this what we do with people with long rental plans?

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is worst. Waiting period of 30 minutes always. For every query the resolution provided is to restart router. Chat Bots are unable to understand the problem. Where should I port my connection to ? @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet ticket# SR10366071964784 is pending to be resolved for more than 36 hours. The ticket was automatically closed without the issue being resolved and I reopened the ticket. Worst engineering service and no information provided on the ticket.
