    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    @airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?

    @ACTFibernet the internet is not working since last 2 days and your customer care is not responding. Even the local technician are not picking the call. SR11081518384474 is the complaint number. Its getting quite frustrating with no update and response.

    @ACTFibernet For the past one week it has been repetitive issues with my internet connection. Ref ticket no. SR10881447523214. If this persists iam switching over to different ISP. Rectify this permanently else iam not going to continue your connection.
