    @ACTFibernet have been facing issues for 4 months, tickets opened & closed clerically with no resolution to a glitchy internet. You had me upgraded to higher plan with no joy. Can I expect light ahead, stuck with you, if you can refund 5 months balance can look for better ones

    Hey @ACTFibernet I lost internet in the morning and since then I haven't got resolution even if I raised the ticket. I didn't understood at the beginning that why didn't you guys had monthly bill option, I think if we want to change network we are stuck with you for bill period
