We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.   They said the issue will be resolved by 01/07 - 9.00 to 13.00 then another message comes saying its taking longer time and revised time is 19.30 to 21.00. All the given times are crossed. Because of this I am loosing my work! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct

  @ACTFibernet The same thing your are repeating but no solution. Providing correct bill what stops you? I don't need your service anymore. Take action and do not make complaint again here. Also registered complaint with consumer care.

  @ACTFibernet I wanted to move from airtel to ACT hoping that service will be better. But the experience has been worse/pathetic. After taking the initial payment for 3 months the service representative has stopped responding to calls. Just hope the refund comes on time.

  @ACTFibernet Update: I received a callback from the ACT Broadband billing team, and they have adjusted my bill by crediting the charges for the outage period. Thanks for the prompt action and for resolving the issue. @ACTFibernet

  Why the shifting process in @ACTFibernet sucks...it's totally irresponsible engineer working ...not even a link was proper to raise the shift request ..the irony is the shift place for connection is just 30m away from my current location..I do have late might meeting Idkwhattodo
