    @ACTFibernet Requested junction box relocation (2nd → ground floor). First ticket closed without fix, second missed yesterday. If not done TODAY, power will be cut this evening coz of electrician work, multiple users will lose internet. Urgent action needed.

    @ACTFibernet Every time the power goes your internet, stop working It’s like every time it rains, the electricity goes Other internet services are not distrupted but ACT always is. You are using very old technology and that’s the biggest issue.

    It has become common to see electricity vanish at the slightest hint of rain. Now even the internet goes off when it rains. Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan. That's the bare minimum I'm expecting.

    @ACTFibernet Son of *****. *************. Have some shame. Taking full money and outages most of the time. Why will it take 2 days to resolve the internet issue? It's been regular now. Every weekend there is no internet, it has been happening from past 3-4 weeks.

    What’s frustrating is the mismatch between promise and delivery.
If resolution realistically takes a day, just say that upfront during selling it. Overpromising and underdelivering erodes trust fast. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetIssues
