@prabinakupanda @ACTFibernet There was a mouth publicity that ACT provides good services in banglore. But the real scenario is completely different. Request users to do careful research before doing anything. I have worst experience with ACT .... Thanks....

@ACTFibernet Just now checked with service person he informed that only tomorrow 10:00 only he can able to rectify this. I am very much disappointed with act nowadays i will try to switch to Airtel since their service will be very good

@ACTFibernet never expected such a worst service from you, raised a complaint about my internet is not working.the timeline shared to resolve the issue is 24hrs. I do not understand y the company which provide superfast internet(as said) is taking 24hrs to solve the issue.

@ACTFibernet I have raised a request SR10165589208596 for the box removal on the 14th of August and you do not even bother to give an update even after 24 days. I have been a loyal customer since 2006 and this is not expected from you. Please look into this. Awful service.

@ACTFibernet It's been one day no one reached out to me in my private chat what you suggested. How careless you people are. I can see ACT people installing new device but not coming or reaching out for resolution. @jagograhakjago
