    @ACTFibernet your new service request system gives no timelines or reasons for why there's an issue in connectivity. Serious downgrade from before, and now I don't know how long it will take for internet to be restored.

    @ACTFibernet Just when I began thinking that your connectivity was very good I have had two disruptions in 2 months.And I have gone w/o internet for 30 hours now with no signs of a resolution. Complaints on your app don't help

    @ACTFibernet I have taken the new connection as suggested by your customer care and paid online for it. But I didn’t receive any payment acknowledgment from your side through msg or mail.. Can you pls check and process the new connection request as early as possible..
