    @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

    @airtelindia you are following the footsteps of your peer @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days of payment and everyday i have been told that it will be installed today.... Why don't you train your people properly to communicate clearly and set the right expectations to the customer...

    if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet It's been over a week and my issue is still unresolved. nothing is happening on the ground. I'm tired of chasing different people for a basic service. Stop the excuses and resolve this immediately. #PoorService #ACTFIBER
