    @ACTFibernet I wanted to keep my account on hold and not renew it for now so I called your customer care and after transferring my call to a higher executive, they put me on hold for like 30 mins and never got back to me. Please look into this.

    @Airtel_Presence Its been another day completely and airtel did not show up again. This is very very bad experience with #airtel while many are going above and beyond during #CovidIndia #Airtel is not even doing its job after 11 days . Such a shame. @ACTFibernet is far better than you.
