    @ACTFibernet Frequent internet interruptions since last week at Patelguda, Ameenpur, Sangareddy. Complaint Ticket No. SR10180229931764 still unresolved. Kindly fix the issue and provide stable internet immediately.

    @Broufus @ACTFibernet yep. in hyd they have routed most customer service lines to an automated message saying download and install app which gives you a chat bot response

    @ACTFibernet Guys you must correct your service in all aspects. Neither your internet is good nor your customer care. Your team made disconnection after five days after failing to correct the issue. And now your customer care isn't answering call for refund. Moving to #Airtel

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD such a stupid people working in the company, can't even collect the router. The max time period as stated by you is 7 working days, what you guys are doing till now. If you can't collect it, process my refund and collect it whenever you want. #BanACT
