    @ACTFibernet Why does it take 7 working days to change the power source of the junction box? Is this how you handle emergency situations? There is no mechanism to escalate the issue. Utterly disappointing customer service. Complaint No. SR10380208333544.

    Hello @ACTFibernet. This is to inform you that we are facing internet issues and the resolution time is showing till 7pm neither act team has informed us beforehand. This is causing huge inconvenience. Need speedy resolution in this matter. waiting for your response

    @ACTFibernet Team HOW much time do you need to resolve this issue as since last 6 only tickets are going on created without any resolution @airtelindia I am lookin for internet connection in paldi, Ahmedabad please let me know your plan and process on priority basis

    @ACTFibernet Been facing internet difficulties since a month. Office calls getting dropped due to this. Raised the issue many a times and still no resolution. Very frustrating it is, plz intervene at the earliest
