Gayatri Sekar (@294by10) reported@rrthakkar1411 @ACTFibernet Same here! And @ACTFibernet has this auto response set up (I got it too!) but no action or any actual response from a customer service team.
-
aalap (@aalaprag) reported@ACTFibernet I want you to give my money back, I have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years but you guys have just gone down in service and connection.
-
Shrikanth Bharadwaj (@shrikanth607) reported@ACTFibernet Still no solution.. another ETR missed.

Venkata Lingeswara Naidu Gundasu (@VenkatGundasu98) reported@ACTFibernet Hi will it be taking around 5 days to resolve the issue !!! Pathetic reply
-
Jasneet Singh (@jasneetbhatia) reported@ACTFibernet Your "Business Broadband" is a scam. 3rd outage in a month. Promised SLA: 2 hours. Actual downtime: 2+ days. Zero accountability, zero comm, zero recovery. Businesses pay for reliability, not excuses. Stop selling business connections if you can't deliver them.
-
Gopal Iyengar (@gopiye) reported@ACTFibernet Agreed. You have a lot of patience in not attending to customer's problem.

aalap (@aalaprag) reported@ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.

S S Chandran (@SSChandran82) reported@ACTFibernet My ACT Fibernet internet is not working, and I have already opened ticket SR10381413634864. We have been experiencing frequent service disruptions lately and receiving inadequate support. Please resolve this issue immediately.

S (@HiShibamSarkar) reported@ACTFibernet @ryzee_08 Funny how you're more concerned about choice of words than your quality of service. If ACT delivered internet with the same consistency it delivers lectures, customers wouldnt be frustrated in the first place. Respect is earned through service, not demanded through canned replies
