    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service Response. Raised ticket on May 21, issue to be solved May 22. Automatic change of resolution to May 23 & now to May 24. Service Engineer doesn't pick the phone as usual. Disgusting service levels. Planning to throw my router out & disconnect service.

    @ACTFibernet I want to shift my WiFi, but I am being asked to pay ₹707. The new location is not far; I am just moving it across the road. Airtel Fiber is offering me the same thing for free. I don't want your WiFi anymore. Please come and take your device back. I can get a new @airtelindia connection for ₹1500 for 3 months. Very disappointed with this service.

    @ACTFibernet genuinely impressive how you sell "reliable internet" and then just… don't provide internet. my internet has been cut off AGAIN. raised a ticket AGAIN. the "expected resolution time" keeps changing AGAIN. last time i had to beg 15 days straight to get reconnected.

    @ACTFibernet Guess what? In next 2 days, the wifi is again down and ticket has been reopened SR11080445550744 Seriously @ACTFibernet is this your service? Wifi down count now rose to 3 this month! Extremely frustrating!

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet, Please disconnect my connection and refund the remaining balance amount. A technician visited now and said the issue will be fixed tomorrow. Too many false assurances and delays. This is unacceptable.Please proceed with disconnection immediately.

    @ACTFibernet again there is problem first request (SR11880463575664) was supposed to be resolved by by 28May between 1-4 pm and now, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 28-May 19:30 to 21:00. Your team is not reachable @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago
