@ACTFibernet Plz don't use ACT fiber. they do double NAT on router. It can create lots of issue. I am 1 of the customer of ACT. I asked dr cust service,reply from them as v don't have any solution.Wat is double nat plz search internet. I dont suggest any internet provider here.

@ACTFibernet Let's hope this time you revert to me with a resolution, waiting since your earlier promise of 28 July 2021. Repeat that I had recommended your connection with great fanfare. Anyone, including me can face this situation, therefore, true to your name better ACT or ACT better !

@IamCK12 @ACTFibernet I am a act customer . Please ask when they come. Is the router is double NAT. If yes. search internet what it is. Then choose the internet provider.

@ACTFibernet Internet connect goes off during power failure and even if power is stable, connection goes on & off throught the day for the past 1 month or so... Raised countless tickets and recent one is SR10360941915121. Hopefully able to move to better service provider soon 😡

@cruisemaniac @ACTFibernet Did you call them? Usually they are prompt in responding to me when I file a case via the app, or phone. However, this whole switch business annoys me like hell. This issue happens so often that they need another way to solve it.

@GoI_MeitY for your information. The internet is disconnected more than 30 hours now. Still @ACTFibernet is not giving any response. We are paying per day but not getting service from the provider.

@sampathkumar101 @ACTFibernet I stopped using ACT after airtel started providing genuine 4G speeds on mobile. I've never needed dedicated internet after that. Always turned on hotspot on phone and both my TV and laptop used airtel hotspot internet without any issues. Also, this was back in 2018. Try it out.
