@ACTFibernet Got ACT internet last month, and I had clearly told your support executive that I don’t want extra service after the free trial. I am anyway not gonna use the free trail as well. Today received a mail saying I m charged 200 for extra service

@Shujat_ @ACTFibernet Just my review overall Speed and performance - 9/10 - They have done a good investment in Active Ethernet instead of Passive GPON. Reliability - 5/10 - Vary by location. The battery backup at my location is bad. Every time power goes off, the connection too. C Support - 1/10

@ACTFibernet Thank you @ACTFibernet issue has been resolved. Who can help me compensating my 4 days internet service . 2nd Oct to 7th Oct 2022. I have almost lost 4 days Internet on which include biggest festival in Telangana . Any comments or suggestions ?
