@geekyranjit @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service. They once charged me 2500 for installation but never came to install. I called and emailed but no use. Then I finally mailed their ceo and then got my refund after nearly 3 months!!!

@ACTFibernet I'm asking for port forwarding, not for STATIC IP, if your network design doesn't support port forwarding on dynamic IP is it customers problem? Why are you asking me to pay for STATIC IP when it's your network design fault? I just need per forwarding enabled!

@ACTFibernet It’s not yet resolved. Internet isn’t stable for almost a week now. Customer care is still telling that it’s an issue with fiber optic cable. How long it will take to fix? I have sent my number in DM. Can you have this escalated immediately?
